    Dear Bharat Gas Authority on Customer/Consumer Complaints My name is Rajashree Sha and I am a LPG consumer of Bharat Gas from 2010 at Bhubaneswar.There is a fraud transactions on my Consumer No.31547 of Bharat Gas LPG booking.I have booked online a Gas Cylinder on 08.09.2014, for my domestic usage purpose with Bharat gas E-booking from my Mobile number [protected] at Bhubaneswar (Forest Park Area) vide Booking No:[protected].This booking message was delivered in my mobile at 07:24:43 AM on 08.09.2014 from BA-BPLPGa.It's Surprising and unfortunate that I got a message from Bharat E-booking about the same booking, where the cylinder has been delivered on 12.09.2014, which is not in fact.The delivery message was delivered in my mobile on 13.09.2014 at 12:40:43 PM by BA-BPLPGb. In fact, no-body has delivered against of this booking from the agency at my residence Plot No 1454(F), Forest Park, Bhubaneswar.I have enquired the same with the concerned distributer M/s Varsha Enterprises, Bharat Gas Distributer, 556, Sahid Nagar, BBSR-7, Contact No:[protected]/7239 (Distributer Code:441870) and no positives response was shared. Other inconvenience, I was faced when it was the previous gas delivery, the delivery boy has send the gas cylinder from a distance where it was not suppose to be delivered(From the main road).It was holding good roads where the delivery vehicle can reach at my home.We are paying also a delivery charges which includes the cost of gas. Is ther any authority, who can take this indiscipline and make a remedial action to penalise the actual culprit.Otherwise, I would be forced to change my service to other Gas agency as convenient to me With Regards Rajashree Sha

      with reference to above we like to inform that we have booked the gas on 16.08.2014. inspite the agency people come in front of the house and even after requesting they speak very rudely and behave rudely. they do not deliver the gas cylinder. as on date the cylinder has not been delivered. We request the agency people to deliver the gas immediately. we hope you will look into the matter immediately.         Dear Sir, My selfPuspalata Jena, At/Po:Shakuntalapur, Via-Sunguda, Dist : Jajpur, Pin-754296, Odisha, I have a Connection of Bharat Gas, Consumer No.58278874, i would like to informe you that, my Gas cylender leakage before one month i.e Aug'14, i was informed to M/s.Nigam Bharatgas Gramin Vitrak, At-Chhatia, Po-Chhatia, Dist: Jajpur-754023, Ph.No-[protected], SAP Code of Distributor : 171787 .           Dear Sir, I am John and am not able to login my account. I typed the wrong password more than 3 times. Then clicked on the forgot password option but the password wasnt sent to my registered mob. number. However, i found the piece of paper where i had written that password but that isnt helping either now. Why so.. Could this be due to attempting to login more than the limited number of times. Please help.....

                    Respected Sir, Zhaveri gas services at Goregaon-west Siddharth nagar havivg distributor code 110868 does not deliver gas on time even after two to three weeks of booking. They are into black marketing of gas. They will give you gas if you ask in black but if we book they harash us. We have to call many times at their office even then they harash us they say if you have any complain come to our office and take your gas we will not supply you let us see what you can do. These are there words. Please sir i request you to take note of such irresponsible behaviour and provide consumers with time bond service and stop black marketing. Thanking you sir Pramodkumar Singh

                      sI am Nirmala kamthe. consumer no 80674. Complaining about H M Gas centre, alandi, Pune. booked gas on 31st aug 2014 and after 10days still waiting for connection. delivery man came and went back saying that he can't deliver it because of bad road no male person is at our home to bring refill on shoulders. again and again I called in their office. They said they will send it but didn't. what to do now? We are adjusting from 10 days. How irresponsible and arrogant are these people!

                        Hello, Iam having Bharatgas connection with Vinayaka gas agency, Bangalore. My consumer number is 59900. Yesterday morning(7th Sept 2014) 9:30AM my house first cylinder gas has got over and i tried to use 2nd cylinder. But gas regulator doesn't get fit with the cylinder. We tried for almost 1 hour, but didn't help. Then i tried contacting emergency contact number[protected]. This number is mentioned in the bill saying that during holidays and non-working hours for emergency contact. I was trying this number from 10:30 AM onwards till today morning (8th Sept 2014), but no one picked the call. If during holidays, no one is there to pick the call, then what is the use in mentioning this number as EMERGENCY NUMBER?? We were a family of 5 with 2 small kids and we suffered a lot without gas. Luckily we got induction stove and used it for cooking purpose. (If induction stove was not there, then my kids would have passed one day without milk also) Worst part is that, today morning (8th Sept 2014) i called Vinayaka gas agency (that too after so many calls they picked the phone around 10:30AM) and registered the complaint. I was promised that agent will come to home to check in 2hours. But till 4:30PM no one responded and no body came to my home for checking. (i don't know whether they know the meaning of 2hrs and the emergency situation we were in) Is this the kind of service we will get from prestigious Bharatgas agencies? What if, the situation was GAS LEAK? Then also we have to wait for 2days? Kindly check the Emergency contact numbers and make sure that people are there during holidays as well. If not, i think it is better to go with Hp or Indane connections (feedbacks from these agencies are better) regards Manoj.L

                                  online booking failure

                                  I am unable to make online booking since last month. I was told to submit application form o[censored]pdating mobile no. and I had submitted the same to Sai Gas Co., Antop Hill, but still I am unable to make online booking .Login is not possible. Earlier i.e. till July I used to do online booking with my user id and password. Now it shows login failed. and if I show forgot password and fill details, it shows input date incorrect. It is harassment...

                                  My Consumer number is 44090. I had booked my refill on the 8th of July and till date (September 3rd) I have not received my cylinder. Every time we call the distributor they say "tomorrow we will deliver" or they cut us off abruptly. I have attached a screen shot of my booking message with date.
