Myself Padmakar Sadashiv Vengurlekar. I am married this year staying with my parents in Mumbai. Now I want to shift at my new home at Dombivali -west, Thana-Maharashtra District, 421202. For new connection of Bharat Gas I twice visited Shakti Gas Servise at Ambika nagar, Dombivali-west. The provided me information like I need to take hotplate & two cylinders compulsary with regulator as this package is not from our agency but it is from direct Bharat Gas. I explained them that I have a Hotplate which was gifted to me in my wedding. So i can not afford for new hotplate. Also we are only two people me and my wife so we dont need two gas cylinders, one cylinder is enough for us. But the Agency people denied my request and told me that total package cost is around Rs. 8000/- and I need to take hotplate and two cylinders compulsary. So I called up the customer care to inform the same. The customer care executives told me to fill up online KYC form. So I am trying to fill up the online application for new gas connection. But I am unable to apply because this Bharat Gas people intentionaly locked that (Distributor) dropdown. so no one can submeet the application form. Even we can not give can not raise complain or query in feedback option as Type option is blocked there. This is my worst experience ever. Now I want to know How can i go ahead in such situation.

    I have purchased Petrol for Rs.2000/- on 08.08.2014 from M/s Masum Filling Station, DCM Road, Kota (Rajasthan). After filling the petrol I drive for approx 1 Km and suddenly my car started giving trouble and then it completely off. I had taken to the car to volkswagen service station, they have checked and told that the petrol is contaminated and mixed water in it. The approximate expenses to repair the same is Rs.20000/-. I called to the dealer(+91-[protected]) and he has asked to call next day. Today I again called and he has given the Nos of Mr. Amzad(+[protected]. Mr. Amzad has completely denied the fact and said it is not possible at their pump and he even did not bother to look back to his system and possible causes of negligence. I am surprised that such adulterated petrol is being sold freely in the main city area and no one is bothered to protect the customer interest. It has shaken my confidence with M/s BPCl also.       The crap system is run by bharat gas and their online customer care are very rude.
      I have called several time to ask how can I create login user id as this the system shows "Input data is not correct."

      First they talk very rudely and then they say there is no number registered however I have visited personally and confirm that my mobile no is updated. I have seen this on their computer screen.

      Please can anyone let me know how can I do this and file complaint against Bharat Gas for very rude behaviour.
      Your help will be much appreciated!

        I am one of the consumer, My bharatgas consumer no.59772079, my complaint no 200462 and my mobile no.[protected], Same problems are facing so many peoples. i am a poor man, but he is charged more amount and not given any bills for related. And also not given refill bill to any consumers, if they ask him he is telling like you come by evening, morning or some technical problems. in this issue so many consumers are complaint to Territory Offices Dharwad LPG Territory BPCL Karnataka. No action from territory officer. Distributor and Territory Officer are doing fraud to consumers. Please sir any one please take action.

            I, D.S.Murthy, having LPG connection with a Consumer number 109691. I have been booking for refill through ebharatgas.com after registering myself for the last two years. I have updated my mobile number also with the Bole Gas agency long back. I have also booked two or three times by giving a miss call to the number they have allotted to me through registered mobile number. Now all of sudden, when I tried to log in for booking of refill, it is asking to enter OTP number. Further to my dismay it added that the OTP is being sent a number which was already changed long back. Due to this I could not enter generate even OTP number since the OTP is being sent to my old number. Finally I could not book my refill. So I personally went to Bole Gas agency and submitted all the required documents (like Address proof, aadhar card, gas book first page and a form which was downloaded for change of mobile number) for updating of my mobile number on 26/07/2014. They have informed me that it would be done in a weeks time and asked to call after a week. Today (02/08/2014) I called the agency to enquire whether my number has updated, they informed me that it will take another two weeks. They have not even given any reason. They have not even acknowledged the documents which I have submitted.So, I am forced to write to you for finding a solution to my grievance. Hope u understand my trauma and solve it Thanking you

              I have visited to Bharat gas distributor office at (Shop No 2, Goal Market, R & D Ccs Ltd, Pashan, Pashan, Pune, Maharashtra 411021) for updating my communication address. They took my details and confirmed that will update once power comes, however someone will visit to verify your address. On 24th May, visited agent and verified the address charged Rs 75/- and given receipt. I was under impression that the address got updated and booked for gas on 19th July but the distributor took cylinder to my old address and he had called me saying that no one is available. I said that the address has already updated and not sure why you went to my old address. He was talking rudely saying that not updated your address and not delivered to my address. On 26th July, I visited to Bharat gas distributor office to enquire about why address did not get updated. One lady told that no power now give me your phone number will update once power has come back. But no call received from office until today. I have called to their office[protected],[protected] to enquire the same but they lifting the phone and saying hello when I was about say my consumer number then disconnecting the phone.. like that they did 10 times and I stopped calling them. They are doing intentionally and don't have morals at all, If possible someone could take action on them. There are many people who deserve to work. Thanks, Naga

                No air facilty

                Dear Sir
                I would like for your kind ATTENTION regarding the lack of air facility at Majestic Automobiles, civil lines, Faizabad.I am regular customer of this station.They are not providing any air facility to any customr.They say pump is not working. Other amenities and facilities are also not provided.Kinldy take appropriate action in this regards.

                  Hi, Not sure it will be attended here or not. I have single cylinder connection of Bharat Gas and want to apply for second cylinder. When I approached my area's distributer to additional connection. He Made a compulsion on purchasing some crap Solar lamp with the cylinder. Total cots told to me is 2500 for the cylinder. I requested that I dont want to buy additional items and give me cost of cylinder only, to which they refused.                     sir, with due respect I Amiya kumar Behera, K4-L.I.G-138, Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Consumer No-15870 is a consumer of Bharat gas (Laxmi Enterprises, Nayapalli Bhubaneswar more than 5 years.Their service is very poor .They always habituated in delaying for delvering gas cylinder near about a month .This month also the same thing happens after 26 days of my booking with reference no. as[protected] The previous month after registering complain here only i am able to get the gas.They also rarely responds the phone calls of me.so please resolve my problem so that i can get the gas in time and this type problem never happens in future . yours faithfully Amiya kumar Behera consumer no-15870 mob-[protected]

                      I called Ganapathyraja Enterprises, Jayanagar 4th block, Bangalore, contact no.[protected] to enquire about new Bharat Gas connection, a lady named Survana picked the call n told 5700/- for single cylinder and 7700/- for double cylinder n they give gas stove along with it ...i asked just cylinder cost n told i don't require stove but she denied stating we don't supply only gas cylinder it is sold in package n its compulsory to buy package. Later when i requested to tell the price of cylinder only she denied that we don't provide all this info. on call u can come n meet us personally n was very irate n bang the call. I hereby request the team to kindly make sure they implement a proper rule with no corruption specially distributor like these who fool the customers n charge un-necessarily. Govt. has provided a provision/rule that citizen can avail gas connection with proper doc. n no where its mentioned it compulsory to buy stove, lighter, tube as package... Kindly look into this New Gas Connection Problems faced by every citizen who want to avail new gas connection and same distributors charge everyone with different rates as per there wish .                         I m a customer of joy burima gas distributor under Bharat Gas (karbala road, post- Cossim Bzar, berhampore, murshidabad, ), Distributor code- 461859. My consumer no is JB325 .They should supply me 4 gas cylinders from april to july, but they supplied me just 2 gas cylinders.

                          Hello, Yesturday on 24th July.2014 at 13.00hrs. When we were connecting the cylinder, after opening the cylinder safety cap suddenly the Gas started leaking with high pressure. we live on 6th floor all the gas started spreading in flat. some how we managed to shut of the safety cap inspite for high pressure leaking gas & brought the cylinder out of building. When we called the Agency Padekar Gas service, nashik for emergency help.the people were passing comment on phone & dint showed their quick approch in case of emergency. After a long time the service peson came & given us the replacment cylinder on paying it again. Already 3 years before i have lost my grandfather & grandmother for the same kind of leakage accident. Request is to show the seriousness & quick support in case of such emergencies. So as, Major accident can be avoided. Regards, Rohit Deshmane.

                            Unblocking of Bharrat Gas LPG Cylinder Connection

                            Dear Sir/Madam, My Consumer No. 55312 @ Natrajgas, Pune, India has been blocked by the system as i was not refilling the connection since Feb 2012 as I was out of the country. I have filled up the unblocking form for on 02 July 2014, but still as on date of 24 July 2014, it is not unblocked. The procedure requires hardly one week for unblocking the LPG GAS Connection Consumers. Requested to look into the matter at the earliest. and...

                            Dear sir

                            We have booked a cylinder on apri. And the cost put on 1 cylinder is
                            1450 cylinder needed

                            Insisting:
                            250 inspection
                            450 refill
                            150 regulator
                            Lighter 100
                            200 suraksh

                            The total is 2500 this is extra cost of 1000 in place of 1450.

                            Above all this they are not ready to give bill, rude behaviour
                            And also insisting to buy stove.

                            Please we need to know wheather this is fair or not from your side.

                            If this is unfair or comes outside bharath gas ethics we need action.

                                Hi Sir/madam, I am looking for new gas connection and i have checked the all agancies for new gas connection but they are giving me the connection in 4500rs, inclusion's are 1 pipe, 1gas regulator, 1 cylinder and 1 stove . Stove should be optional but they are forcing me to take it and they have told me if you do not want connection then connection will be delayed by 2 months clearly . why do not government provide the gas connection online and take the payment online so it would be beneficial for all people who are suffering from these gas hunters. Please give me any agency no who gives the gas connection with reasonable cost. thanks in advance rajesh

                                  I applied for new gas connection in February 2014. but the the distributer did not give connection that time to saying that we will give you connection in June. when I went in june month they used to call me daily since seven days. after that they gave me connection but after that I come to know that they do not know the value of customer time.
