Dear sir,

My Consumer ID is[protected] name : Sujit Vinay jha
I have booked gas (14.2 kg ) house use on 6.5.2022 by Phone pay which was showing rate 949.50 also same in you BPCL app . But next day i received gas along with extra 50 rs pay receipt which showing totally different invoice as i was previously paying .
I paid extra 50 rs but ask the delivery person and he replied "gas ka rate badh gya. "
I called costumer care on behalf of this and they make my case no. 04433467
I received a call from my gas agency by number [protected]
Where they were arguing that " aap dhyan se dekho rate badh gya h sabke liye badh gya apke liye nahi kya " and person called me mad and hang up. Totally arrogant behavior towards the consumer.
I am attaching some of the receipts for your reference along with payment details.
I need you to be take strict action against this.

I've booked LPG cylinder on[protected]:30 PM at that time price was 950 RS, paid the amount via UPI on same day payment was successful order No 41215 (Complaint case no.[protected].
But now when the delivery guy came home today[protected] he is asking for 50 Rs extra saying the price has increased from today.
This is wrong practise done by disrtibutors/bharatgas, where i paid the full amount on the booking day itself but now when the prices are increased at the time of delivery they are asking for extra amount. if that is the way then they shuld have deliveried the cyclinder on the booking day itself.
If the price was increased after the day i've paid for the LPG, then they must not have charged extra. as i've already paid.

Also one thing to note the price is still not increased on BPCL App it is still showing 950 rs as of today. but the invoice asking extra 50 rs as opposed to online payment(which is already done on yesterday).

Firstly i would want to bring to your notice that the front-line, back office staff is very rude to customers.Now with the introduction of CNG they have become more arrogant as they have been moved from the comfort zone.Now CNG is always out of stock at the 5 filling stations present at Aurangabad. Also the tankers supplying the CNG to pumps is not scheduled.It depends on the mood of the tanker driver and filling station.
Why is BPCL so lethargic about its products and staff?
For long customers throng Indian Oil and HP due to the service but since they do not dispense CNG Customers have to come to BPCL.
The Area Manager doesn't seem to be interested in grooming staff or Improving the operations at the pump.
I think its high time that action is taken and the brand image is maintained .
Why there is no CNG at Aurangabad? Kindly streamline the deliveries.There are Customers who wait at the fuel station for more than 12-15 hrs. Ask your ASM to look into the condition of these Customers.

Really pathetic state in which the pumps are being operated.

Today 06.05.2022, 8.30 am I requested to pump salesman for fuel a quantity of 1 ltr and i gave hime 500 note. He returned me only 380 rupees, i asked for 2 rs change he argued so rudly. After that i pay total 118.05 by UPI.
Again another salesman argued and abusing us.
Very disappointed service by BPCL.

Sir, I have a gas connection in the name of Harjit Singh. In Nirmal Gas. Sir, we always have less gas here.About which we have complained of gas. There is no answer. Places tell us where the measurement of gas is less.Or from the agency side. Please tell us.

I visited Bharat petroleum pump in dapoli dated[protected]. I asked to topup air in tyres, the guy asked for 40rs for topping up the air. Then I asked then why it is written free air on board ? He replied no free air you have to pay money .
Please advise why they are asking for money ? And if the want to ask money atleast remove board saying free air .

My self a senior citizen n retired Dy . General Manager from Government of India PSU, visited above petrol pump today the 30/4/22 at 9 pm for filling the petrol in my car . Operator Mr. Tahir as his name Told by himself tried to fill petrol from nozzle where nothing was written indicating the particular product to which I objected n told him to fill petrol from some other MARKED NOZZLE WITH AS PETROL but he surprisingly shouted that here we sell like this only or you go to other petrol pump . With such of his adamant attitude n misbehaviour, I told him to call Manager, to which reacting rudely n mischievous, he just went to roadside n started moving around with no response at all. Then I myself after waiting for 2-3 minutes enquired for Manager to which one Mr. Sunil as incharge/ Manager came to me to whom I explained the whole incident n complaint about the misbehaviour of Mr. Tahir to which he assured me to look into. Thereafter I left without taking petrol with the apprehension that forced delivery of products to customers from unmarked nozzles seems to be having a major petroleum scam going on this H-3 block Vikaspuri BPCL petrol pump. My suspicions are further strengthened n corroborated from the on the spot major incident in my presence at that time around 9 pm where heated arguments were going on between customer n petrol pump staff because they have filled diesel in the petrol driven car or vice Versa, all this incident including of mine can be verified from the CCTV FOOTAGE if at all it’s functional as otherwise normally such petrol pumps with malafide intentions either don’t install cctv or purposely make it defunct. BPCL being a reputed well known PSU may kindly look into the pilferage/ scams going on at this petrol pump n also punitive action against Mr. Tahir who looks to be the mastermind misbehaving with customers n forcing customers to take supplies from unmarked nozzles with his malafide intentions. Hi, I have applied for a new LPG gas connection on dated 6 April 2022 through Online(ebharat) with request id 82106542 . I have submitted online docs but now not bae to check status of my new LPG gas connection through Online(ebharat).It saying always "Maximum OTP Limit Exceeded" .Now even not able cancel or proceed further process....

I got repeated call from private business man to buy gold from his shop. It is disturbing me while on Office work. Finaly he informed that my mobile number was getting from bharat gas agency, Vadavalli Coimbatore by giving some money. It is illegal tie up with other by sharing of customer information . So kindly take appropriate action against your agency

Sir, we had called to get the details of gas connection. Did it in working time itself. So they refused to tell me.Calling tomorrow when boys started talking. We said you call me and tell me what is the status.Then he started speaking in anger, you want the connection, not me.If you take a call, you will not do it. I will complain in speaking, then do whatever you want to do. And disconnected the call...

Sir in prestige fuel station, Gachibowli, Hyderabad it is clearly written FREE AIR. But that person in charge ( nearly 45-50yrs old) is collecting money forcefully even after showing the bill. When I asked him why so...he started abusing me...hold my bike and talked too rudely. 10 rupees is not the concern...concern is his behaviour towards customer. I visiting that petrol pump for the last 1yr...after getting frustrated i am complianing... Hope management will look into the matter.

A joke has been made only for the poor.Connection was issued in the name of the poor.And told the poor that they will get the ear buds. Connection is already done on our basis.Then we came to know that our free Bala gas connection has been issued.And I have not been given. And the mobile number which we had given has also been changed.So that we do not know that we have a gas connection.Sir today we called in the agency then the agency owner picks up the phone.And I tried to talk to them, so they say that we are the owners of the agency.We don't talk. Talk in the office.When we called the agency, it says there is no connectin.and says do whatever you want to do.Sir, what should we do now? We have book a cylinder 01 Feb 2022, due to medical emergency we were not able to pick/ take the delivery from Natraj Gas agency Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra 411038
But we raise compliant to customer care got resolution of cylinder will be delivered but when we reach to agency they said no compliant was raised to them from customer care.
Customer is giving resolution for cylinder deliver. now i m getting frustrated with this process. both customer & agency are not able provide us resolution for my cylinder issue .

Today's amount of Petrol is 119.95 and it is decreased 5 days ago still this petrol pump has not changed the price to current price. It is still they maintained and entertaining with prev price 120.05
When I asked guy. So they said when it increases head increase it suddenly however they don't do any thing for many days even it decreased.
This is about many petrol pumps in Pune district.
Have complaints and proof of one.

Both the gents and ladies toilets are locked for unknown reason
