I am Sulabha Benny, a Bharat gas consumer (consumer No.28438), attached to its distributing agency named SUPER FLAMES (115442), ERNAKULAM, KERALA, Kerala.
While going through the transparency portal of Bharat gas, it is found that 5 Nos of subsidised LPG cylinders has been allotted to me. Whereas I have been received only 3 Nos. The details are as below

As regards the the above, it may be noted that, actual order date by me is 08/04/2013, 15/06/2013 & 19/08/2013 and delivery date is 23/05/2013, 18/07/2013 & 19/09/2013 respectively.The order date 10/05/2013 & 18/07/2013 and delivery date of 20/04/2013 & 29/06/2013 has been seen manipulated and the 2 lpg subsidy deserve to me has been taken away.
In addition to the above, it may be noted that, I am a single cylinder customer and i have booked for refill on 06/11/2013, till date have not received the cylinder.
In the above context, a justifiable action on the matter is requested
