dear sir/madam,
my consumer number is B28692, the cylender was delivered on 2nd december 2013 by ADLAKHA GAS AGENCY sector 9, faridabad at rs 1007. as per the rule of govt of india under the new rules remaining amount will be deposit in bank account.we got only 435 rs from BPCL what about the balance 159 rs.

when my balance amount will be deposit in my account, i request you to regularise the system.

    i have a connection of bharat gas dealer anand gas agency. i am fed up of calling regular since two weeks but my cylinder wasnt deliver even when it is available. more over when my wife call for delivery the person named matin gave bad words and treat her like anything. plzzz i request u to look after the matter.

      Above mentioned booked cylinder has not been delivered yet.

      In this context i called your office on friday, saturday, monday and tuesday, personally visited your office booking counter on saturday.

      However, i am totally disappointed with the service.

        Hi, This is to inform you that I m consumer no.31301 and my distributor Chaitnya gas services . Last 6 month facing lots of problem regarding booking and delivery of gas refill . Today I tried to book my 7th refill so that time I came to know that this is my 11th refill as per my agency . I asked them I got only 6 refills till date than they are saying we don't know any thing its all happening from govt side now you have to buy full cost refill . I tried to show him my gas pass book whre every time deliver boy acknowledge delivery with date and signature now they are saying we don't trust on this book. So kindly help me on this issue and this not my only problem when I visited agency there so many people are creeping on same problem and they not interested to listen any complaint. Just they are making money bu hook or crook. Or please guide me how can I escalate to jnext level If possible please provide me high authorities contact details to stop this corruption.           UPS provided for the Multiple Product Dispensers was notice with a deep inward bend at the time of delivery. However, assurance from mechanics made us accept it as such. Unfortunately in later days we had to tackle some CIRCUIT problem of the said UPS. And now it is all dead. The sale, service, respect and name of BPCL is on the line. It is therefore humbly prayed that the said defective device be immediately replaced. Thanks.

            Hi People,
            I am Aadithya residing in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune.I am a software engineer graduated from Chennai and doesn't know hindi properly.I went to this BPCL petrol bunk in Nagar road for fueling my car for Rs.1000.The guy first fueled it for Rs.200 and was about to take the nozzle.Then I interrupted him saying that I asked to fuel for Rs.1000.That acted as if he has not heard me saying and went to the fuel dispenser to type in Rs.800 but actually he didn't actually type.I realized only after coming out of the bunk as I was in a hurry.Then when he fueled the car again it started from Rs.200 and reached Rs.800.I asked him that you have fueled my car for 800 only.He then blabbered in Hindi saying that It will reach from 0-200 Rs internally which will not be displayed and after 200 the gauge runs again.I know he was cheating in the broad daylight.But as Hindi was my problem and I have to leave urgently I have to give this head extra Rs.200.The actual fuel amount was actually Rs.800.I was very worried and doesn't know what to do.So I thought of making a complaint online so that you people be aware.They specifically target women drivers and cars with other state registration.So be care guys.The address of the bunk is BPCL Petrol Bunk-Adarsh Automobiles, Nagar road, Pune
            I have faced the same problem with these petrol pump guys. Everyday I do not know how many innocent drivers get duped in this manner and probably do not even realize this. Please look into this issue and take strict action against the guilty. If no action is taken I will surely go to court.

My gas agency is Kaily Gas Service Ludhiana having cunsumer no. 9988 on the name of Mantu Kumar Singh. My address is S/O Ramanuj Singh HN 278 STR 011 Surjit Nagar Ludhiana, Mob.[protected]. I had booked the cyclinder as on 04.01.2014 & deposited Rs. 1330/- & DPC as on 06.01.2014 & paid Rs.1330/-. I have not received any subsidy amount from your side. I have to face so many problems. Kindly look into this matter carefully & refund my amount.

                Sir, I am from kerala, kannur district. ANI GAS AGENCIES, CHIRAKKAL, PUTHIYATHERU .I had applied for DBC and got the connection after a long time waiting .My consumer number is 14536. DBC no. is [protected], 18/5/2013.only once i got the second cylinder, i, e on 18.5 2013. till now they are not giving me the second cylinder when i am demanding. what for i got a the DBC?, it is oly fot one cylinder i paid a lot of money ?.

                  Respected sir, I had booked gas on 18 November 2013. however I didn't receive it even after a month. so on inquiry I learnt that the staff of amardeep agency which work for Bharat Gas in our area was on strike due to internal problem. So Agency instructed to collect booking slips by customers. I went to collect the slip on 4/12/2013. However I could not get the booking slip like others and instead no slip was mentioned on the book. The lady told me you can get the cylinder on showing the book. While I took the book to the godown of bharat gas cylinders, the delivery man told me you have to come yourself with empty cylinder and get the cylinder as it has mentioned no slip. when i took my empty cylinder at the godown, he refused to take the cylinder in. I saw the men as well as women bringing their empty cylinders in and taking filled gas cylinders on there own, even when many delivery men available at the spot. The same men bring the filled cylinder at home. but now they were refusing to help. secondly considering the point of safety how the people were allowed to enter the godown where filled gas cylinders were kept without safety check. how could you guarantee that every person entering the godown was safe to society / nation considering the govandi area.                           Hi, Consumer number 15358, Order number 85385408 booked on 19-Oct-2013. I have not yer recevied the refill its more than a month. Am not able to follow up on the request as there is no telephone number given and all online enquiries are not being answered, no one from the agency has contacted me also... am really fedup of this agency. Pls note that I have requested for delivery on Saturday as no one home thru the week monday - Friday to collect the same all are at work. This request was made at the time of the connection in 1999!! Pls have the refill cylinder delivered ASAP

                            Dear Sir,

                            Before 1st November, 2013 having consumer no[protected] was temporarily blocked because of non-booking of LPG within 6 months.

                            After given complaint & submitted relevant documents my consumer no was activated on 13th November, 2013. However, LPG Booked through online portal (reference no.[protected] & for its delivery is pending from 13th November, 2013 and no resolution regarding no. of complaints through Bharat Gas Online Portal from Field Officer Mr. Sounil Kumar and nobody pick-up landline from Distributor (M/s Udaynath Bharat Gas, Adaspur, Cuttack-754011), So I am totally helpless/hopeless for LPG Refill & Home delivery.
                            Kindly do the needful.

                              Delivery is too late.. I got my gas delivered almost a week later, and also the delivery persons are taking an extra amount.They gave bill of Rs 421 which is the govt subsidized rate and they took 450/- after repeatedly asking for the return they said this is the delivery charge which never ever changed for gas delivery in all over INDIA.. increasing corruption and black money.. this isn't just for 30 Rs, but they said we charge with everyone extra 30 Rs. suppose they deliver 50 cylinders a day then 1500 daily and [1500*30] 45000 daily..which is more than 80% of an indian earn by working hard day and night. stop this corruption

                                I want to change my address for the Bharat Gas connection. I went to agency very badly answered. I logged in with the website http://www.ebharatgas.com/ and tried to post complaint online. As per rules done all registration process, received login id etc. Typed the complete complaint as follows : ' I have couple of complaints against our distributor 1 Not delivering the cylinder on time: We never used to get the cylinder on time 2 No proper arrangements to handle customer at the office I went to the office so many times The office itself is very small The office staff always shouts at you They never see the aged senior citizen people keeps shouting 3 Owner of agency never available 4 for Gas transfer only one answer forms not available 5 overall very poor service', the text is not getting submitted at all says, No special characters allowed' .I removed all fullstops still same reply and finally online complaint is not accepted. Called on customer care for my query, received a answer, 'VISIT your agency'. (Regarding agency you can read the above complaint' What is this going on? Not getting what to do now?

                                  My Bharat gas Booking number is 31307 of jay jyoti gas agency needs transfer to bopal once I go to submit my documents but they simply tell we don't transfer without any reasons but I m suffering refilling problem since last mint I booked on 1november 2013 and reference number is 96660932 all I need is transfer to bopal branch from my old vejalpur branch of Bharat gas agency so what should I do for that

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  This is to inform you that I have done my Bharat gas cylinder through Amazon where i have paid 588/- INR.

                                  My booking number is 59765 done on 28/05/2020 at 4.46 pm and paid 586.00/-

                                  I have got a message which shows cylinder is delivered on 29/05/2020 which is not delivered.

                                  More over while talking to the complaint section, they said why you paid in advance, who told you to pay in advance ?? The number was [protected] which shows from just dial.

                                  While we talk the person was using abusing words to me and my wife.

                                  Kindly help me out, same complaint i am raising to Amezon.

                                    Non delivery of refill cylinder

                                    I am a customer of Sree Lakshmi Gas Agency(Bharath Gas) with Customer number 20165. I would say that this agency need to learn few things about customer service. It is an uphill task to get a refill cylinder what with repeated reminders and mails falling in deaf ears. Worst thing is that they are always not reachable when we try to contact through phone. The staff is rude and unwilling to pick customer calls;not sure for what work are they...

                                    My consumer no 54741696 this agency always delays to refill the gas cylinders. even after calling 100 time its shows always busy & even if luckily it rigs, then they don't pick up the call.After calling many times if we visit to the office then they don, t respond properly. if we want the cylinder in emergency then, there will be very long queue & we need to stand at there for at least 2 hours for billing & sometimes there computers are also not working properly. & if we ask them then, they tell us that their computers are hanging due to network or internet. so finely the consumer get suffers from these all disgusting things.so please help us. mohan [protected]
