Non delivery of refill cylinder

I am a customer of Sree Lakshmi Gas Agency(Bharath Gas) with Customer number 20165. I would say that this agency need to learn few things about customer service. It is an uphill task to get a refill cylinder what with repeated reminders and mails falling in deaf ears. Worst thing is that they are always not reachable when we try to contact through phone. Not responding properly

I am having an LPG Barathgas connection through Munusamy agencies. Whenever I want to call them no one is lifing the phone to attend. Or the phone lines 4 numbers are always seems to be busy because many people are trying like me. I have tried continuously for an hour.
