I want to change my address for the Bharat Gas connection. I went to agency very badly answered. I logged in with the website http://www.ebharatgas.com/ and tried to post complaint online. As per rules done all registration process, received login id etc. Typed the complete complaint as follows : ' I have couple of complaints against our distributor 1 Not delivering the cylinder on time: We never used to get the cylinder on time 2 No proper arrangements to handle customer at the office I went to the office so many times The office itself is very small The office staff always shouts at you They never see the aged senior citizen people keeps shouting 3 Owner of agency never available 4 for Gas transfer only one answer forms not available 5 overall very poor service', the text is not getting submitted at all says, No special characters allowed' .I removed all fullstops still same reply and finally online complaint is not accepted. Called on customer care for my query, received a answer, 'VISIT your agency'. (Regarding agency you can read the above complaint' What is this going on? Not getting what to do now?

    My Bharat gas Booking number is 31307 of jay jyoti gas agency needs transfer to bopal once I go to submit my documents but they simply tell we don't transfer without any reasons but I m suffering refilling problem since last mint I booked on 1november 2013 and reference number is 96660932 all I need is transfer to bopal branch from my old vejalpur branch of Bharat gas agency so what should I do for that

    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform you that I have done my Bharat gas cylinder through Amazon where i have paid 588/- INR.

    My booking number is 59765 done on 28/05/2020 at 4.46 pm and paid 586.00/-

    I have got a message which shows cylinder is delivered on 29/05/2020 which is not delivered.

    More over while talking to the complaint section, they said why you paid in advance, who told you to pay in advance ?? The number was [protected] which shows from just dial.

    While we talk the person was using abusing words to me and my wife.

    Kindly help me out, same complaint i am raising to Amezon.

      Non delivery of refill cylinder

      I am a customer of Sree Lakshmi Gas Agency(Bharath Gas) with Customer number 20165. I would say that this agency need to learn few things about customer service. It is an uphill task to get a refill cylinder what with repeated reminders and mails falling in deaf ears. Worst thing is that they are always not reachable when we try to contact through phone. The staff is rude and unwilling to pick customer calls;not sure for what work are they...

      My consumer no 54741696 this agency always delays to refill the gas cylinders. even after calling 100 time its shows always busy & even if luckily it rigs, then they don't pick up the call.After calling many times if we visit to the office then they don, t respond properly. if we want the cylinder in emergency then, there will be very long queue & we need to stand at there for at least 2 hours for billing & sometimes there computers are also not working properly. & if we ask them then, they tell us that their computers are hanging due to network or internet. so finely the consumer get suffers from these all disgusting things.so please help us. mohan [protected]

        Respected sir, with due respect i would like to inform you that i am the consumer of the bharat gas. my agency is Kitchen Flame Mangoli Puri delhi. My consumer number is 326. i booked my refill online but delivery man did not deliver the refill.the delivery man Mr. Arvind and RWA person are blacked the maximun refill in the Pehlad pur banger. I did not get my refill on time. there is no home delivery in the area. i did lot of comlpaint to the agency and field officer also through mail. but there is no response. please do the needful. thanking you Harikishore bhardwaj

Actually this is under RURAL area, I have no information regarding this, I have left to South Korea on May then my family unable to book Gas. finally my brother told me have you booked any gas or not. I told that you have not informed me regarding this matter, why you telling me now for booking the gas. I have told, please wait I will book through online.             Having booked on line for supply of gas on 14.09.2013 and lodging complaints to the dealer, area manager at bbsr and through form have resulted a big zero. Whether it is a failure on the part of Local dealer Ms MARUTI GAS or Ms BHARAT GAS as a whole ? I presume that it is dam failure on the part of Bharat Gas for not handling their dealer. In case their dealer has failed why Ms Bharat Gas has taken any action. All the customers of Ms Maruti Gas are suffering without regular supply nof GAS since 4 months. Complaints lodged in different forms have not been complied by Ms Bharat Gas. Is it their way of dealining with their CUSTOMERS. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL TO COME OUT OF THIS PROBLEM OF ALL JEYPORE CUSTOMERS OF Ms MARUTI GAS>

                BHARAT GAS - GANAPATHY RAJA GAS AGENCY

                LPG BOOKING IS DONE ON TIME AND DESPITE THAT CYLINDER DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME. WHEN WE CALL THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE ONE MONTH. DELIVER BOY SAYS THAT HE HAS BILL BUT HAS BEEN ASKED TO DELIVER TO ANOTHER PERSON FOR HIGHER AMOUNT. WHEN WE CALL OFFICE - GANAPATHY RAJA AGENCY THEY SAY THAT THEY DON'T HAVE BOOKING CLIP (DESPITE CONFIRMATION FROM BHARAT GAS DIRECTLY THAT BOOKING HAS BEEN DONE). ON TOP OF THAT PEOPLE IN OFFICE (REKHA) ARFE RUDE, SPEAK IN LOCAL LANGUAGE AND DON;T GIVE ANY RESPONSE TO QUERIES AND DONT LISTEN.
                THIS IS HOW CONSUMERS ARE GETTING HARASSED

I HAVE BOOKED FOR A REFILED CYLINDER 45 DAYS BACK.BOOKING REF NO 77600649 .My second cylinder also empty on[protected]. I am very difficult to manage the daily needs. What I can do?.                     Dear Sir/Madam,

                    Kindly note from past six months we have been facing severe problems the above mentioned agency( BHARAT GAS (Basaveshwara Bharat gas) Code #126913) situated in Yelhanka,

                    -Bookings keep changing from SMS to phone calls based on their feasibilities,
                    - Cylinders are not advised to consumer on time,
                    -When checked with agency, we come across very rude answers,
                    - They ask us to pick up the cylinders from them instead of providing to home,
                    - Most disturbing behavior is from there supply men, where they have rude way on answering our queries

                    Appreciate a quick action to be taken on agency as they are not streamlined for customer satisfaction,
                    Kindly find an alternative agency to solve these issues,

                    Also the same concern are faced by most of the consumers logged in their agency,

                      SIR I am a native of Kannur Kerala having Bharat LPG Gas connection at my home.My consumer number 28296 has delivered on september and i had changed my cylinder on 8 october 2013 and it seems to leaking hardly and i had called the authorities and they did not took any action on this. and my mother who called the dealer of Ani Gas Agency Kannur, behaved harshly and rudely towards my mother. he said its not his responsibility to get our cylinder changed and could not help us. he also told that it wont matter if your money is being spoiled. and then we called to the agency they were not answering and one day when they answered the lady too behaved in the same manner and when i directly went to the agency the man sitting there too behaved in the same way and he told they are not responsible for our leakage and they cant meet it so we should take the cylinder to them. he also told that no one has called and no one in the office will behave in the same manner and he told that i am lying. today he had questioned my faith. so i request you to take immediate remedy on this. as leakage is threaten towards our life Thanking You Your's faithfully Rasheeda.A.P

                        Sir, my consumer no. 38957812 of bharat gas, varsha enterprises, bhubaneswar agency. Always the have an excuse to delivery the cylinder. You've to run behind them to get that. Recently I, m waiting since forty five days of booking. I feel they've a good term with company to retain the agency & engaged in black marketing. As the company complain cell no.s are also not responding .

                          Petrol bunk employees - easy money - Id like to compalin about the operation of petrol bunks in pune. When I went for the filling I clearly told the guy that I want to fill fuel for 500 Rs. But he didnt set the machine for 500.00 and he pretended that he filled for rs. 100.00 .I tell him I said 500/- he started acting smart and said i didnt heard properly. This is my more than 10th experience at this filling station. he switches off the pump and checks again and by the time I m cheated for rs. 100.00. My question is why the meter is not presetted when they are automatic? How all the attendants pretend to be deaf? Even complaint register is not available at the petrol pump. Sales manager mr vaibhav wazalkar cell no [protected] was not having time to attend the customer complaint. I want know the reason behind why such type of instances happen.                           VERY IMPORTANT:-
                          I had good openion with BHPL last 10years but it lost.

                          I NEVER EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE BHARATH PETOLEUM PUMP PEOPLE CHEATED LIKE THIS.
                          BHPL, Ahmedabad, bopal main.

                          Two times i was filling the petrol for my Two Wheeler
                          While Filling they are tring to divert our attention to other side. From that Meter as they are keeping the same Meter Reading of the Previous Filled reading they start from that Reading.they are having some seperate machine setting for cheating the people.

                          1.First they are looking for person come in single,
                          2.Second they are diverting the croud,
                          3.Third If it is in other state registration its bonus for them.
                          4.Fourth he is welcome us like(Namasthey)
                          4.One person fill the full and another one collect the money opposite sides,
                          5.finally we lost the money.

                            I have Applied for Baharat Gas connection online in March 1stt week or before.Wait List ID--835390.I went there with documents and submitted there as instructed in portal. They refused to take saying a person will come for physical verification. The person never came .Then recently 9 th October i went there again they asked me affidivite that i dont have ration card . Also they said they will not provide me gas connection without purchasing Hot Plate. They told speak to their madam who comes at 5 pm everyday. I have raised complaint the same day in www.ebharatgas.com Consumer No:NB00010940 Complaint No:40240702 Simultaniously i have created affadivite of 300 Rs Also physical verification was done on 12/10/13. But they are not bulging from stand of not giving new connection without purchase of HOT Plate/Accessories. Please let me know what cource of action i should go. Can i go to consumer coart againt Bhart Gas or Samidha Gas Services Hadapsar

                              since 40 days we are up and down going to agency place cylinder godown but cylinder is not yet delivered.

                              consumer number 2989, R.Narayanan, ------rashmi gas agency, k r. puram, agency people dont even bothered to re check very very bad, every month we need to go to agency people.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I am the subscriber of Bharat gas having consumer no[protected] of distributer M/S Vineet Gas, Barkheda Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.I have booked my refill of cylinder dated 28th September 2013 having booking ref no[protected].Till 12th October 2013 it has not been delivered, As I am doing follow-up for the delivery of cylinder from 7th Oct 2013till 12th Oct 2013 and personally visited the distributor M/S Vineet Gas Bhopal on date 9th and 10th October 2013 every time they commit to deliver the LPG cylinder on next day but it is very much disappointing me that till 12th Oct 2013 after 14 of booking my refill cylinder is not yet dileverd.It is my humble request to take serious action for this type of false commitment which is affecting the customer service badly.                                     I booked for filled gas on September 30 2013, as of now almost ten days over .still i haven't got filled gas cylinder.when ever i call the agency, they would not pick up the phone.                                       I am having an LPG Barathgas connection through Munusamy agencies. Whenever I want to call them no one is lifing the phone to attend. Or the phone lines 4 numbers are always seems to be busy because many people are trying like me. I have tried continuously for an hour. Either the phone rings and they don't attend or the phone seems to be busy. Very worst experience with this agency. I have seen lot of complaints against this agency, but they seems to be high handed above all despite of several complaints.
                                      Bharat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
