and BPCL field officer Name- Sounil Kumar.
Actually this is under RURAL area, I have no information regarding this, I have left to South Korea on May then my family unable to book Gas. finally my brother told me have you booked any gas or not. I told that you have not informed me regarding this matter, why you telling me now for booking the gas. I have told, please wait I will book through online.
Accordingly I have called above mentioned no. & as per instruct submitted all the required documents for activation dtd 01.11.2013, Still no active. Do the needful.

This is to inform you that I have done my Bharat gas cylinder through Amazon where i have paid 588/- INR.
My booking number is 59765 done on 28/05/2020 at 4.46 pm and paid 586.00/-
I have got a message which shows cylinder is delivered on 29/05/2020 which is not delivered.
More over while talking to the complaint section, they said why you paid in advance, who told you to pay in advance ?? The number was [protected] which shows from just dial.
While we talk the person was using abusing words to me and my wife.
Kindly help me out, same complaint i am raising to Amezon.
