BHARAT GAS - GANAPATHY RAJA GAS AGENCY

LPG BOOKING IS DONE ON TIME AND DESPITE THAT CYLINDER DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME. WHEN WE CALL THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE ONE MONTH. DELIVER BOY SAYS THAT HE HAS BILL BUT HAS BEEN ASKED TO DELIVER TO ANOTHER PERSON FOR HIGHER AMOUNT. WHEN WE CALL OFFICE - GANAPATHY RAJA AGENCY THEY SAY THAT THEY DON'T HAVE BOOKING CLIP (DESPITE CONFIRMATION FROM BHARAT GAS DIRECTLY THAT BOOKING HAS BEEN DONE). ON TOP OF THAT PEOPLE IN OFFICE (REKHA) ARFE RUDE, SPEAK IN LOCAL LANGUAGE AND DON;T GIVE ANY RESPONSE TO QUERIES AND DONT LISTEN.
THIS IS HOW CONSUMERS ARE GETTING HARASSED

I HAVE BOOKED FOR A REFILED CYLINDER 45 DAYS BACK.BOOKING REF NO 77600649 .My second cylinder also empty on[protected]. I am very difficult to manage the daily needs. What I can do?. PLEASE MADE ARRANGEMENT TO GET THE CYLINDER IN PRIORITY

      Kindly note from past six months we have been facing severe problems the above mentioned agency( BHARAT GAS (Basaveshwara Bharat gas) Code #126913) situated in Yelhanka,

      -Bookings keep changing from SMS to phone calls based on their feasibilities,
      - Cylinders are not advised to consumer on time,
      -When checked with agency, we come across very rude answers,
      - They ask us to pick up the cylinders from them instead of providing to home,
      - Most disturbing behavior is from there supply men, where they have rude way on answering our queries

      Appreciate a quick action to be taken on agency as they are not streamlined for customer satisfaction,
      Kindly find an alternative agency to solve these issues,

      Also the same concern are faced by most of the consumers logged in their agency,

        SIR I am a native of Kannur Kerala having Bharat LPG Gas connection at my home.My consumer number 28296 has delivered on september and i had changed my cylinder on 8 october 2013 and it seems to leaking hardly and i had called the authorities and they did not took any action on this. and my mother who called the dealer of Ani Gas Agency Kannur, behaved harshly and rudely towards my mother. he said its not his responsibility to get our cylinder changed and could not help us. he also told that it wont matter if your money is being spoiled. and then we called to the agency they were not answering and one day when they answered the lady too behaved in the same manner and when i directly went to the agency the man sitting there too behaved in the same way and he told they are not responsible for our leakage and they cant meet it so we should take the cylinder to them. he also told that no one has called and no one in the office will behave in the same manner and he told that i am lying. today he had questioned my faith. so i request you to take immediate remedy on this. as leakage is threaten towards our life Thanking You Your's faithfully Rasheeda.A.P

          Sir, my consumer no. 38957812 of bharat gas, varsha enterprises, bhubaneswar agency. Always the have an excuse to delivery the cylinder. You've to run behind them to get that. Recently I, m waiting since forty five days of booking. I feel they've a good term with company to retain the agency & engaged in black marketing. As the company complain cell no.s are also not responding .

            Petrol bunk employees - easy money - Id like to compalin about the operation of petrol bunks in pune. When I went for the filling I clearly told the guy that I want to fill fuel for 500 Rs. But he didnt set the machine for 500.00 and he pretended that he filled for rs. 100.00 .I tell him I said 500/- he started acting smart and said i didnt heard properly. This is my more than 10th experience at this filling station. he switches off the pump and checks again and by the time I m cheated for rs. 100.00. My question is why the meter is not presetted when they are automatic? How all the attendants pretend to be deaf? Even complaint register is not available at the petrol pump. Sales manager mr vaibhav wazalkar cell no [protected] was not having time to attend the customer complaint. I want know the reason behind why such type of instances happen.             VERY IMPORTANT:-
            I had good openion with BHPL last 10years but it lost.

            I NEVER EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE BHARATH PETOLEUM PUMP PEOPLE CHEATED LIKE THIS.
            BHPL, Ahmedabad, bopal main.

            Two times i was filling the petrol for my Two Wheeler
            While Filling they are tring to divert our attention to other side. From that Meter as they are keeping the same Meter Reading of the Previous Filled reading they start from that Reading.they are having some seperate machine setting for cheating the people.

            1.First they are looking for person come in single,
            2.Second they are diverting the croud,
            3.Third If it is in other state registration its bonus for them.
            4.Fourth he is welcome us like(Namasthey)
            4.One person fill the full and another one collect the money opposite sides,
            5.finally we lost the money.

              I have Applied for Baharat Gas connection online in March 1stt week or before.Wait List ID--835390.I went there with documents and submitted there as instructed in portal. They refused to take saying a person will come for physical verification. The person never came .Then recently 9 th October i went there again they asked me affidivite that i dont have ration card . Also they said they will not provide me gas connection without purchasing Hot Plate. They told speak to their madam who comes at 5 pm everyday. I have raised complaint the same day in www.ebharatgas.com Consumer No:NB00010940 Complaint No:40240702 Simultaniously i have created affadivite of 300 Rs Also physical verification was done on 12/10/13. But they are not bulging from stand of not giving new connection without purchase of HOT Plate/Accessories. Please let me know what cource of action i should go. Can i go to consumer coart againt Bhart Gas or Samidha Gas Services Hadapsar

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I am the subscriber of Bharat gas having consumer no[protected] of distributer M/S Vineet Gas, Barkheda Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.I have booked my refill of cylinder dated 28th September 2013 having booking ref no[protected].Till 12th October 2013 it has not been delivered, As I am doing follow-up for the delivery of cylinder from 7th Oct 2013till 12th Oct 2013 and personally visited the distributor M/S Vineet Gas Bhopal on date 9th and 10th October 2013 every time they commit to deliver the LPG cylinder on next day but it is very much disappointing me that till 12th Oct 2013 after 14 of booking my refill cylinder is not yet dileverd.It is my humble request to take serious action for this type of false commitment which is affecting the customer service badly.                         I am having an LPG Barathgas connection through Munusamy agencies. Whenever I want to call them no one is lifing the phone to attend. Or the phone lines 4 numbers are always seems to be busy because many people are trying like me. I have tried continuously for an hour. Either the phone rings and they don't attend or the phone seems to be busy. Very worst experience with this agency. I have seen lot of complaints against this agency, but they seems to be high handed above all despite of several complaints.

                          This gas company cylender never be in correct weight. They often provide leakeage
                          Cylender. If you ask them to change they refuse to change and asks consumer
                          to go to godown and there these mafia charge you saying due to
                          Leakeage 4-5kg is less in cylender so consumer need to pay.
                          and for changing the cylender extra money. If sm high authority is
                          Present cancel the agency of this gas mafia

                              I have already booked gas on dated 27/9/2013.Now it has been 7 days after i booked the gas yet no delivery is made by the agency.At the time of booking the workers in the agency said that they would deliver the gas within 2-3 days. We also have reminded them 3-4 times.The worker only postponed the delivery every time, when we asked them for our cylinder. now we are out of cylinder and facing problem because of the carelessness of the agency.
                              please do help us. there service is getting very annoying.
                              please take required action as soon as possible. I am unable to get the delivery of gas cylinder till now!

                              I have made an online booking for delivering gas on 07/10/09 but till date not received it. I calld up my distributor Vishnu Jyoti Gas Services on 19/10/09 and the lady told there that the gas will be delivered today. I clld up again today 24/10/09 and spoke with Raghvendra who again promised me that the gas will be delivered with in an hours time after I threatened to complaint but still not received the gas. This shows that these people are least bothered about complaints and customers. They think that they will supply the gas as per their wish after fulfilling the business customers demand by supplying them with the kitchen gas. Can anybody look into this matter and get them straight?

                              M/S GOWRI DURGA Gas Agencies, Kongu main road, tirupur, dt, coibatore and taminadu state to get cylinder, as I have booked the cylinder on 29/12/2009 and they said it is 12 days to wait. and i expected the same on 07/01/10 . but, today is 16/01/10 and till it s not deliverd and when i went & asked them, they simply said it will take another 4-5 days and now

                              Pls tell me how many days really required to deliver the cylinder (i am having only one cylinder connection and waiting like begger) and they booked the empty cylinder on 26th day of the delivery of re-filled cylinder

                              I wanted to know from you

                              1. how many days to book the cylinder????

                              2. how many days later, will you deliver the re-filled cylinder??????

                              I hereby humbly request your goodselves to kindly take steps to resolve these issues. Its not only my issue and i hv seen so many are trouble with this kind of issues at agents office!!!

                              I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder for Consumer number 17371 on dt. 26/2/2007 but yet no refill has been delivered to me.I have been constantly calling the dealer- Ashoka Stores, C R Park, New Delhi on numbers 26277304,26276777, 26278100 where most of the times the phone gets unanswered. Every answered call leaves us with a promise of delivery by the evening which up-to date has not been kept. I am almost finished with my old gas refill which makes my concern quite serious.I hope some action will be taken in the matter.

                              I have booked one Bharat Gas cylinder on 17.03.11 but till date not received. Whenever we enquire over telephone they say that they are going to supply in a day or two and advising us to make substitute arrangement of fuel and this is becoming a practice of them. After getting a gas connection if we have to make arrangement of another fuel, then who will bear the extra cost? The rule for booking is after 10 days of delivery and they supply after 20/21 days. No other Bharat Gas dealer in Kolkata is like them, inferior quality of service. After dialing 100 times the phone call is attended.

As per your answer you have assured me that gas cylinder will be supplied within 7 days. Sir, I don't understand why you have given this much time to the dealer ? Is it an appeasement policy towards the dealer ? Sir, Is it a punishment to me for my complain ? Sir, I feel either it is an administration failure or it is a shambles/shameful act on your part.

                              Dear Sir,
                              Non Response and Delay in Delivery of LPG from the DIPSHIKHA GAS-N-GADGET(dealer) is pathetic. There is always excessive delay in getting the gas. There are 6 contact numbers[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected]) but I cannot reach them on any occasion. I used to visit physically them in case of any emergency. I booked ( Booking No.[protected] my LPG of Bharat Gas under Dipsikha Gas -N- Gadgets at Harinavi, Netaji Subhas Bose Sarani (Name : Manabendra Jana, consumer no. 14361) in 1st week of Feb, 2015 last but till today, dated 17/03/2015 the said booked cylinder has not yet been delivered. My family including my son, a final examinee, are living (rather starving) without cooking-gas. I was supplied from April '14 to Feb '15 only nine (9) filled cylinders in place of twelve (12). Two (2) empty cylinders are awating in my kitchen when my son's final exam. is going on & police station also is not responding.
                              In this context, I shall be grateful if you kindly take necessary steps to solve the problem.

                                  Sir,
                                  I have linked my AADHAR card with my LPG gas connection. Recently, I booked a cylinder and they charged me Rs 993 as a result of new rules. The subsidy deposited in my bank account was Rs 435. This means I'm getting a cylinder at Rs 993- 435= Rs 558 whereas those who have not linked their AADHAR cards are still getting cylinder at Rs 440.
                                  Means, by following goverment rules, we are in loss? Secondly, Is this AADHAR system being used for increasing the cost only? In this way they will go on decreasing the subsidy deposited in bank account and people will not feel the pinch because they pay Rs 993 at first hand and subsidy is deposited later on?

                                  Kindly take this matter to higher authorities for the welfare of common man.

                                    Staff cheating the customers by giving less quantity, at Vamshi Fuel Point near Langer House in Hyderabad.
                                    I heared from my friends earlier abou the cheating incidences at the same outlet.
                                    But yestarday I experienced the same. Please take necessary action on this outlet management otherwise its a bad remark to the BP brand name.

                                      with due respect i want to say that i am a consumer of bharat gas agency R.k enterprises, b-51, mauriyalok patna. my consumer no is 20873. i booked cylinder in 23.7.13 but do not get delivered and in previous report show it is delivered on dated 25.7.13. when i go to complain to them. they gave me cylinder on dated 12.7.13 instead of 23.7.13 of booking and advised to me that again u booked cylinder. when again i booked cylinder on dated 12.7.2013 and today 25.9.13 i go to office for received cash memo then they told me that you already received a cylinder on date. they did not give cash memo and when again booked a cylinder then mentioned it is delivered in computer . but did not received it . also in my consumer card as do not mentioned. please help me regarding this. i will be thankful to you

                                        DEAR SIR, I am a customer of BHARAT GAS & My consumer no. 4866 of M/S UDAYANATH BHARATGAS At/po- Adaspur, Dist.- Cuttack, Odisha, PIN-754011 TIN no.[protected] there email id- [protected]@gmail.com and i have a complain about your home delivery services. The person who is delivering the gas is taking extra rs.20 which is not done in anywhere else but that is not the matter. The matter is if he is taking the extra charge then he should come to our home and replace the gas cylinder but he is standing at the road and telling us to replace the cylinder from our home to the road and if i am complaining about this to him he is just saying that this is there rules. Is this the right way to give the home service. SO I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY READ THIS MESSAGE CAREFULLY AND TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS ON IT AND I AM REQUESTING YOU PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS & I THINK LIKE ME THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE WHICH ARE SUFFERING FROM THIS SITUATION.
