I have been following up with Pradeep bharat gas since last few weeks about nonsubsidized cylinder issue after filling my KYC online i had to fill it manually at distributor at the time of manual submission last few weeks distributor is saying that my connection is blocked however they dont have any reason for this....

I ASK THEM TO FILL THE TANK BUT HE PRESSED 50 RUPEES FIRST THEN HE ASKING ME HOW MUCH...I SAID FULL TANL THEN HE CONTINUED FROM THERE. THE BILL WAS 450 RS BUT HE FILLED ONLY RS 400 ONLY. IN THEIR SYSTEM SHOWING 450 BUT HE FILLED ONLY 400 THE REMAINING RS 50 PETROL THE PETROL BUMP EMPLOYEE WILL SHARE. I AM PLANING TO FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT SINCE I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE....

on 25 june 2013, i have paid full amount Rs.835- of gas cylinder, subsidy amout not yet recieved in my account,only message came from BPCLPG regarding my subsidy amount has been transferred to the corresponding bank. I checked with bank and gas agency, according to them all the records are correct but the failfure from BPCL. Please check the matter and take necessary step the credit the appropriate amount to my bank account.

We got this new Bharat gas connection three months back,Last week we have booked for refilling of cylinder through mobile, we received the conformation of the same from them. But After Five days we received the message from them that of Refill cylinder has been delivered on so and so date but we have not received yet, as a single cylinder customer we are suffering because of delay.Please take further action.
