DEAR SIR, I RUN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AT SINNAR NASHIK MAHARASHTRA.. MY TIPPERS ARE GETTING FUELD AT M/S KARMYOGI PETROLEUM, JAIGAON,TALUKA SINNAR- NASHIK MAHARASHTRA. BUT LAST FEW MONTHS I FEEL THAT M/S KARMYOGI PETROLEUM IS DOING NONSERIOUS N FRAUDULANT ACT WHICH CAUSES A LOT OF PROBLEMS TO THE VALUED CUSTOMERS OF BHARAT PETROLEM WHO FAITH IN BP PRUDUCTS. M/S KARYOGI PETROLEUM IS CONSTANTLY SELLING KEROSIN MIXED DIESEL AND PETROL OPENLY WHICH CAUSES LOT OF PROBLEMS IN ENGINES OF TIPPERS. MY TWO TIPPERS GOT BREAKDOWN AND APPROX MORE THAN 1LACS HAVE BEEN SPENT ON THE ENGINES OF BOTH TIPPER..ALSO HE IS DOING FRAUD IN QUANTITY. HE IS SELIING LESS QUANTITY WITH THE HELP OF SOME SETTING IN METERS. I PERSONALLY COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES TO MR. DHIGHOLE, OWNER OF M/S KARMYOGI PETROLEUM , IN VAIN. HE IS VERY NOTORIUS AND FRAUD PERSON AND ABUSE WHILE COMPLAIN TO HIM. INFACT MOST OF PEOPLE OF JAIGAON AND NAIGAON AREA IS KNOW THE FACTS ABOUT ADULTRATION AT M/S KARMYOGI PETROLEUM. DAILY U CAN SEE SOME SEENS OF FIGHTS AND QUARELL IN THIS REGARD AT THIS PETROL PUMP. ALL THESE THINGS ARE CONSTANTLY HARMING THE GOODWILL OF "BHARAT PETROLEUM" AND AS A BONAFIED CUSTOMER OF "BP PRODUCTS" SINCE LAST 15 YEARS IT IS MY DUTY TO INTIMATE YOU ABOUT ALL FISHY THINGS GOING ON AT THIS KARMYOGI PETROL PUMP.KINDLY NOTE MY COMPLAIN FOR PROMT ACTION AND APPRISE US IN THIS REGARD AT YOUR EARLIEST.     NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

    SIR,

    I BOOKED ONLINE LPG ON DATED 31/08/2013 VIDE REFERENCE NO.65597374 BUT GAS CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL DATE.

    FURTHER I AGAIN BOOKED GAS ON DATED 11.09.2013 VIDE REFERENCE NO.70077647. I HAVE VISITED MANY TIMES TO THE OFFICE OF THE GAS DITRIBUTED I.E CHANDER GAS SERVICE GUMAN MARKET, BSTI SHEIKH JALANDHAR CITY PUNJAB FOR THE SUPPLY OF GAS.

    Dear Sirs,
    I have booked a refill on 27th Aug 2013 (booking no.[protected]. though 20 days have passed, no delivery has been affected, nor the dealer is able to reply as to when the delivery can be made. for the last three bookings, similar is the case and complaints are never redressed. as a result the dealer is having upper hand for supply as per his will and pleasure.

    Could M/s Bharat Gas interfere in the matter and see that the delivery is affected early.

    A line in reply to the action taken shall be highly appreciated.

      I had approached the Bharat Gas distributor , BANGARU SAI Agencies, Kukatpally, Dist Ranga Reddy Hyderabad,for a second cylinder for 4 times, every time I go to them they say come after one week. Today when I again approached they are mentioning that I need to contact them after on month. I have been wasting my precious time unnecessarily in this process. This is really disgusting. Would appreciate if I am given a proper status as to when I can expect the second cylinder. The worst part is the distributor and staff is not ready to talk for more than a minute and not even note down my request. They need to be taught the basics of customer relations.           Hi, Consumer No: 52059780 Refill Booking Date: 07-Sept Dealer Code: 112333 Dealer Name : PRAGATI ENTERPRISES Location: Pune I made online booking and then called customer care and she told nothing has been booked online and then she booked it and It was promised to be delivered in 2-3 days to my wife and it almost end of 6th day. She has been following up with you guys for past three days, what is the issue, why can’t you deliver the cylinder in timely manner? 100 times she has called the delivery guy Anil Contact No: [protected], sometime his phone is off, sometimes he doesn’t pick and when he picks up, keep promising half an hour. We have just one cylinder and small baby and for past 6 days we are eating from outside, we were earlier with Shree Maruti and they were so prompt, use to deliver it by next day or at most 2nd day. Shall I work or keep following up with you guys for such a petty thing? Is something wrong with your service or delivery guy? Why don’t you fix this once for all. Can you please look into it and provide me the resolution? Recently browsed to consumer court forum complaint site and there are too many complaint against them(PRAGATI Enterprises, Pune) P.S: I just checked online booking shows booked on 7th and delivered on 7th?               I have been a customer of PRAGATI ENTERPRISES, ALANDI ROAD, PUNE for long time. But is has not been a single time when I have done a Cylinder booking that the deliver has happed in time or few days. I have to regularly follow up with their customer support number and cell numbers of all Delivery persons coming to Kalyani Nagar/nearby Areas. The Delivery persons have a very rude and negative attitude. They are not bothered about anyone or scared or anything for the kind of statements they make. Found that they delay the delivery on purpose to earn extra money from customers or ask customers upfront to come to their Shop at Alandi Road and collect cylinders on own. Even when they deliver cylinder late after following up of many days. Deliver person will charge you more than the cost of cylinder. There is no work ethics or humanity for the job they are responsible. Forget the least of even speaking with some respect. No Matter how many times you call up their shop numbers and complain there is nothing changed This gives a clear picture of how the entire system for PRAGATI ENTERPRISES, ALANDI ROAD, PUNE is corrupted and NOT AT ALL Customer centric. Is there no one who has any authority to survey such people or centers who have been authorized by Bharat Gas to run agency. How does Bharat Gas function with no check on how people suffer? With such Gas Agencies functioning it is destroying the reputations of Bharat Gas by just trying to mint money by any means. Peter Rozario

                To The Bharat Gas Sarabha Nagar Sub : Booking Gas Cylinder Ref : consumer no.494 Dear sir, I called for the refilling of LPG cylinder I have not received the response from Sarabha Nagar Gas Agency. They r not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me i have a kid and i am working also how to maintain? every time problem for me because of LPG Gas.                   Myself Ravindran from Palakkad. I am a regular customer of Bharath Gas . I am staying at Palakkad in Kerala. The agency which service me is from Kandath Gas Agency which is behind Victoria College, Vettakara Gram am, Ayyapuram-PO, Palghat. My consumer number is 19855. I am trying to refill my cylinder from last 2 months, but it is not happening. Just 1 month back I have shifted to my new residence address and I have given them my new address along with my new aadhaar card number to got subsidiary benefits by directly walking to their office and also changed my registered mobile number from [protected] to [protected]. And when I asked the concerned person for how to refill my cooking gas, they told me to contact their IVRS phone number which is [protected]. But when I tried to make booking of my cooking gas through that number it is not happening. The reply was that my new mobile number was not yet got registered and to change my IVRS number please contact your nearest distributor. So after 1 week I went to my distributor on the above mentioned address and told the manager over their about the problem which i faced while trying to book for refilling my cooking gas. And then they told me that we have successfully registered your new mobile number for gas booking through IVRS and you can book your cooking gas accordingly to that after one hour.And third time also I had the same situation. And its almost 75 days over my 2 cooking gas cylinder's got finished and i am not able to book through IVRS facility to get my cylinder's refill. This shows the irresponsibility of the agency as well as the negligence against a customer. Now we are suffering a lot of pain without having our LPG cooking gas and we has to pay a huge amount to find simultanous options. SO hereby looking forward your immediate action aganist my humble request of this for refilling of my cylinder . Despite the availability position being comfortable the agency is not keen on timely supply. The most pathetic and painful situation is the rude behaviour of the staff and in specific of Mr. Aneesh of the agency. He speaks in the language of "I DON'T CARE IF YOU COMPLAIN TO ANYONE YOU WISH" which as a customer I cannot accept. Grateful if you could look into the matter and revert back on the action taken please.... Also hopefully waiting for your response on this matter.                       I own a Honda activa which I had purchased 2 months ago.. and the fuel tank capacity of the scooty is 5.3 litres of petrol, bt every time when I fill it up the level of fuel reaches upto 6.1 so I inquired about the issue to the staff of the petrolpump and he said me that may b the tank capacity is more than 5.3 .. so to cnfrm it I inquired about it 2 the service station of Honda in which tthey said me that it is impossible .. so I would like u 2 plz look into the matter .. this time I have also taken a reciept from the pump in which my vechile num and the Amt of fuel in mentioned that is 6.03 as I had a bit of fuel earlier in it .                         My father was registered consumer of Bharat Gas
                        His consumer No. is 1731

                        Harish and Sons was not supplying the cylinders properly Even every time their distribution places was changed as per their convenience so it becomes very difficult to find or track them for senior citizens and it becomes very difficult to them to carry 16 to 17 kg cylinder on bicycle or in hand to home. Most important thing is their workers never give any cash memo or receipt to any customer. My father told me they demand cash memo every time but they never get it n single time till today so now it becomes very sensitive issue for us and we are taking all serious actions against Bharat Gas and your Distributor Harish and Sons and this is not acceptable at all ..This is a direct exploitation of consumers and senior citizens. So I want to raise the complaint against Harish and Sons – Tal Koregaon, dist – Satara. We also form the case under the consumer protection act.

                          I have been following up with Pradeep bharat gas since last few weeks about nonsubsidized cylinder issue after filling my KYC online i had to fill it manually at distributor at the time of manual submission last few weeks distributor is saying that my connection is blocked however they dont have any reason for this.

                            Dear sir Good Morning! I am Ganesamoorthy.C residing in Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District, Tamilnadu state. had transferred my LPG connection on 19.06.2013 (Consumer No.[protected] from bharat gas located at Kadayanallur, Tirunelveli Diatrict, Tamil nadu (D.Code : 180276, Sri SaiRam Agencies, Kadayanallur ) to Bharat Agencies Shengottai, Taminadu state bharat gas agency has not updated the required information online till now .i had submitted all the required documents and the gas cyllinder and pressure regulator.I had contacted the agency many times but they are giving excuses that still not updated(19th August). Also during transfer of connecion they took 62 days. I'm finding difficulty without gas connection and suffer alot.                                 I regret to inform you sir, the following facts for your kind consideration and sympathetic action please.

                                I got LPG domestic Bharat Gas connection from MP Gas Agency, Thachottukavu, Peyad.PO, Trivandrum, Code: 621848 on 10th May 2011 providing consumer No. 48437 with single cylinder facility and second cylinder on 08th November 2011..

                                Since then I am facing (not only me alone) a lot of problem for refilled LPG. The complete details of date-wise refilled LPG issued to me is appended below:-

                                Now we are waiting since last issue for the re-filled gas cylinder. But no positive steps has
                                since been taken by them. This matter regarding delay in supplying re-filled gas has been brought to the notice of the Teritory Manager, BPL refilled station Kazhakuttom through phone at various occasion and finally a registered letter has also been sent to them on 13th September 2012..But no action has since been taken by them to correct system of delivery of re-filled gas cylinder or not ever to acknowledge of registered letter..
                                It is also submitted your kind information that refilled LPG is readily available in open market in my locality by paying Rs.200-300 more. Every week I am contacting the above agency for refilled LPG on which dated are scheduled for my area. The ready made answer is “Next Saturday” and they are not even listening any words from me and disconnecting the phone. More over, bill for refilled LPG is never been giving to the customer. These are all against the rules and ethic of the company.

                                However I am requesting your high honour that please investigates the matter in detail and do the needful sir. We have no any other way except you to submit our problem.

                                This has reference to my earlier complaint dated 05.10.09 and so far I have not received any reply from your side. Kindly note that now in Peermade Area (Peermont Gas Agency) no online booking is taking place and phone booking is also not available. The surprising thing is that the distributor does not tell in which date the LPG will be delivered in Vagamon Area. We are waiting for the same from the last two months and our empty cylinder is resting the shops in Vagamon. My agency is M/s Madam enterprises gas service,Marruthi nagar ,madivala bangalore , ph no[protected],82,I booked my gas cylinder on 12 th Sept 2009. Our gas agency don't deliver gas on time. They took a month or more in delivery of gas cylinder,neither they pay any attention to consumer complaints.it is repeating from fast 5 months.
                                I have a single gas cylinder it is very difficult to cook in without gas.
                                When ever enquired on telephone The staff of gas agency replied that they will send the reffile cylinder within one day or today evening
                                Positively. I hope that appropriate action will be taken against my complaint.

                                There is a complaint against the Bharat Gas i have booked a gas cylinder on dated 11/12/2011 and booking reference number is 15836643 and Gas agency is PRATAP JYOTI (AVANTIKA SECTOR 1 ROHINI) but this is to inform u that still waiting for the last so many days i did not get a cylinder and i have to eat the dinner outstide u tell me whats the rule for that


                                The agency is not providing the refill delivery in time since last more than one year. As per rules, we cannot book the refill before 21 days of last delivery. Most often the agency workers do not response on the telephone nos. [protected] which is just kept ringing on, i think, on silent mode. In this procedure of refill booking a period of more than 5-7 days gets spend. After booking the refill, i am assured the delivery of refill within 4-5 days but the gas is not delivered for more than a month even on reminding regularly. Each time we contact the agency workers on telephone, they assure that the gas will be delivered the same day but the gas is not delivered for more than a month of booking the refill. In this procedure, a refill takes more than 2 months time from last delivery. In my view, the agency is involved in the black marketing of the gas therefore, not delivering the refill in time.
                                It is requested to go into the matter take the necessary action please.

                                  I got LPG domestic Bharat Gas connection from MP Gas Agency, Thachottukavu, Peyad.PO, Trivandrum, Code: 621848 on 10th May 2011 providing consumer No. 48437 with single cylinder facility and second cylinder on 08th November 2011..

                                  Since then I am facing (not only me alone) a lot of problem for refilled LPG. The complete details of date-wise refilled LPG issued to me is appended below:-

                                  Bharat Gas-lpg — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

                                  I'm a Bharat Gas Customer Since Jan' 01 and till today.
                                  We are using two cylinders since Jan'01. We are 7members in our family including small baby. My daughter, son are working & baby is going for school.

                                  We are not getting the cylinder in cycle vise. Once the cylinder was over, after booking we have to wait for a week or 10days. In prior if we register for booking Agency doesn't accept the registration.

                                  We are facing the problem for the past one year. If we speak thru phone we were been handled very badly by the agency staff. So we went & met the agency owner & given the complaint letter.

                                  He promised us to deliver the cylinder 24days once. But what he promised was failed for us.

                                  If i approach the same agency delivery boys i can get 1cylinder for Rs.600/- I have two cylinders then it is not neccessary to go for Rs.600 cylinder from the agency. If once the cylinder was over if i book for cylinder reg. i should get 3 to 7days. But it is not happening.

                                  I've got fade up making phone calls & reminders now. I kindly request you to provide training for the agency staff to handle customers.

                                  If this feedback is being read by Bharat Gas officials, then I sincerely request to give me the solution.

                                  Bharat Gas LPG — undue delay in refilling

                                  I lodged a complaint against my Bharatgas dealer City Gas Service,Jamshedpur.There were 3 complaints,mainly.The most important is undue delay in refilling.I booked on07.01.2008 (consumer no.8233 but even today on25-01-08,supply is evasive.this company promises refilling within 24 hrs.

                                  I was given a complaint no.27299 and my mail was forwarded to many officials including one Amrendra kumar from their Durgapur based principals.He assured me regarding ensuring actual weight and regarding a5 Rs.tip but he was noncommital about speedy supply.

                                  Bharat gas makes claims of gas delivery within 24 hours. I booked the gas on 1st of FEb 08 with the dealer in kandivali east. Even after 15 days and constant follow up with the dealer, i am unable to get the cylinder. May be he is waiting for me to come to his shop once the cylinder in use is exhausted and buying on some premium.

                                  Bharat gas LPG — CHRONIC DELAY IN DELIVERY CONSTANTLY

                                  Tab meri slip mujhe di gayi wo bhi usi date ki.is tarah to mujhe 2nd gas book karne ke liye 44 days ke kareeb intejar karna padega. Aur uske 20-25 din baad gas milegi. Kya 1 gas 55 –65 din chal sakti hai.
                                  Ek aur baat ke gas ke book karne ke mujhse 385 rs liye gaye aur ek tea packet jabran becha gaya. Kaha gaya ise nahi loge to gas book nahin hogi.kya ye bhi aap ki policy hai.

                                  Pls take immediate action on the same, i cant see my mother bear so much trouble in an old age.

                                  I booked my cylender on 16/09/2009 around 10:30 am in the morning. For the last 3 days, I have not received it. I myself have visited 3 times to the shop. Every time they told me to send it but no delivery have been made yet. today I visited the shop again in afternoon and the person sitting with the compuer gave me mobile no. and told if I would not received till evening, I should make the call on the no [protected] to delivery man named Vikram. When I made the call in evening, he(Vikram) told me to deliver Gas soon. After ONE HOUR when I made call again the No. was switched off. And tommorrow is Sunday.

                                  My self is Vidya Nand, R/o - Gali No. 17, H.No - 18 Chand An Vihar West Sant Nagar, Harit Vihar . I am using l.P.G cilinder of Bharat Gas. But they dont deliver it on time. I am having only one cilinder but when they dont deliver on time it creats lot of problem. Their moto is cook food and serve love. What type of commitment they are giving to coustomers when they are not able to deliver it on time. My connection no is 18753. After booking it takes nearly a month to delever the gas. The rule of booking the cylender as per the distributor is after 14 days. Not suer if it is the rule made by BPCL or the distributor.Earlier it was not there.

                                  I booked a my cylender on 23.02.2011 but till now the cylender is not given by the dealer till 07/3/2011 then we go to agency they not responce us and we book cylender again on same day but still we not recd any delivery of cylender. i booked my cylender at shalini gas agency, noorwala, panipat (hr) ph.[protected] distributor of indian oil corporation ltd., . my consumer no. is 8245. at booking also he also take 21days and not given cylender on time. when we call the agency no. no body pick the phone. so please take action on it either i will go to consumerfourm.

                                  I had booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dated 16.03.2011 consumer no. N20718 but till today on dt. 28.03.2011, I have not received the cylinder yet from the distributor of M/s. Neelam Enterprises, Sanjay Colony, Faridabad, Haryana.

                                  I AM AN RETIRED EMPLOYEE OF BPCL KOCHI REFINERY & A CUSTOMER OF IOC. I HAVE BOOKED FOR LPG CYLINDER ON 2ND MARCH THRU M/S CHITTOORAOPPAN INDIAN SERVICE, CHITOOR, ERNAKULAM KERALA . MY BOOKING NO IS 26.
                                  IT IS ALMOST 54 DAYS PASSED STILL THE FILLED CYLINDER HAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME. LAST TIME ALSO IT TOOK MORE THAN 40 DAYS TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER. VERY RARELY THIS AGENT IS AVAILABLE ON PHONE .IF AVAILABLE I GET THE ANSWER THAT DOOR DELIVERY HAS MADE BUT YOU WERE NOT AT HOME WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG.
                                  TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE, THERE IS NO MUCH DELAY IN GETTING LPG CYLINDER AFTER BOOKING.
                                  PLS FIND OUT THE TRUTH AND MAKE SURE THAT ONLY THE COMPANY PERMITTED TIME SHOULD BE TAKEN FOR DELIVERY ANY DELAY BEYOND THE PERIOD, SHOULD BE AVOIDED.KINDLY INTERVENE IN THIS MATTER AND TAKE RIGHT STEPS TO CLEAR THE PENDING SUPPLIES AT THE EARLIEST.

                                  Please solve the problem because I have in trouble.

                                  LPG Gas — Delay in Refill Cylinder Delivery

                                  This is to inform you that I am a consumer number of INDANE GAS(Consumer Number 33468) and Distributer is P L Gas Service.
                                  Previously I was at Survey Park and later on I have moved to Atabagan,Kol-84 and shifted my gas service to P L Gas service from the very first month I am getting refill cylinder after one month and it has become a every month story. I have booked one refill cylinder on 3rd may and till date I have not received any refill cylinder.

Shiv Shakti Gas Service , 1/10,Shop No-3, Indira Vikas Colony , NiranKari Colony N DELHI 10009 Tel:[protected],27603444,27605402, [protected] My Boking No 360 now problem is that bharat gas not delivered to right delivery last six months, I have booked the cylender on 30 May, i called up 10-12 times the phone was not picked, today 18-06-11 gas not recd plz action against my complaint its happens several times but i ignored my now its the limit. Do as you can, i will be very thankful to you.

                                    I ASK THEM TO FILL THE TANK BUT HE PRESSED 50 RUPEES FIRST THEN HE ASKING ME HOW MUCH...I SAID FULL TANL THEN HE CONTINUED FROM THERE. THE BILL WAS 450 RS BUT HE FILLED ONLY RS 400 ONLY. IN THEIR SYSTEM SHOWING 450 BUT HE FILLED ONLY 400 THE REMAINING RS 50 PETROL THE PETROL BUMP EMPLOYEE WILL SHARE. I AM PLANING TO FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT SINCE I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE.
