delay in delivery and rude behaviour
Dear sir/Madam,

with reference to the above subject, i m one of the consumer of Bharat gas . I booked my cylinder on 26 March 2013 but I did not got any response from Bharat gas till today 11th April. 2013, my consumer no. is 1815 . I personally visited the agency they told me that it will take around 10 more days for the delivery of L.P.G cylinder.And their behaviour does not well.br...

Dated on 7/04/0213 the delivery man given me cylinder who was booked for another
Consumer. When I object to delivery man that how could you deliver the cylinder of another
Cusumer.
Then he threat me that you cannot object if you oppose me I will never delivered the cylinder

My consumer no is 19899 ( Sher Singh ) i booked the cylinder for refilling on dated 28/04/2013 but get not delivered to my address till now & im facing same problems from last one year. My local agency is SHIV SHAKTI GAS AGENCY NIRANKARI COLONY DELHI. Please assist to me to get my cylinder with in time frame & will able to make my food in my house.

We have been using Bharat gas for las 13 years and we are struggling every time to get a replacement LPG cylinder after booking. Distributor is SRI SIVA SAKTHI GAS COMPANY, BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR, PANAPPALAYAM ROAD, PALLADAM-641664. Our Customer No: 30996, Card Serial No 2441207.

we have booked for cylinder on March 7th and it is 30 days now and we have not got the LPG cylinder. And we can book only after 30 days after getting...

I am Nilesh Sancheti, working as a Sales Manager in reputed pharma company, recently got transfer to Nasik, Maharashtra.
I am using Bharat Gas, during transfer, i submit my all documents, cylender and regulator to my previous place and get transfer paper with me, but here in nasik, no one distributor of Bharat Gas listening me, entaritaing me and not giving gas connection.

Yesterday dated 30/03/2013 I have visited to booked my subsidies gas cylinder to M/S ARVIND GAS AGENCIES, 242 SHOPPING CENTRE, KOTA as they were not receiving the phone/ mobile calls. The booking staff as well as the person sitting on manager/owner seat refused to book my gas cylinder.
The behaviour of that person was not good & when I ask him to give me in written that u will no book my gas cylinder...

I am the consumer for Bharat Gas , whenever we need to book the Gas the consumer of this area has to reach the office - spend nearly Rs. 30- Rs. 40/- for rickshaw, as their telephone lines are not working for past more then 5 months.

Always when asked for the contact number , they provide the same numbers that aren,t working. Their reply will always be " we are working on it"

i have a comlaint against bharat gas agency goregaon west mumbai, 5 cylinders in time of two months have been registered falsely on my name, and as er subsidy i recieve a cylinder with a bill of 92o rs when asked for exlanation the agency says 438 rs but cant give the reciet. i have never recieved these five cylinders also they dont have a reciet with customer care record. kindly look into it and take action....

I had gone to a petrol pump for filling up petrol in my bike.They were not using the petrol meter which arre installed at the pump for exacct measurement of petrol and when i asked them to do so they get rude to me nn refused filling petrol to my bike....I was very disappointed by this behavior.They always do such type of activity,not only me lots of people are facing this problem.....

I have called so many times to IOCL Customer care as well as booked online complains, but nothing has happened after 15 days.

Gas Agency has booked themselves my subsidized refill twice within one month. I have visited Gas Agency for refill booking on 19th Jan-13 then came to know that receipts is valid for two days then I have cancelled the booking same time, then Gas Agency has booked themselves with order no-18654 dated 22nd Jan-13 after that given complain to gas agency on 1st Feb-13 visited for gas booking but nothing has happened.
