I HAVE APPLY FOR NEW LPG CONNECTION ON THE ADDRESS 285/14 ASHOK NAGAR,GANAUR MANDI AGAINST WAITIND ID NO- 556298 ON DATED 16.12.2012..MY FATHER ALREADY HAVE A CONNECTION ON THIS ADDRESS.FROM JANUARY -2013 I WRITING MAIL TO YOU FOR ISSUE NEW LPG CONNECTION.IN RESPONSE YOU SAY PROBLEM SHORT OUT IN FEW DAYS.
BUT TILL NOW THERE IS NO SOLUTION.
PLZ THINK ABOUT CUSTOMER & CUSTOMERS TROUBLE.

BOTH ARE MARRIED.BEFORE SIX MONTH AGO I THINK TO SEPARATE FROM MY FAMILY,DUE TO SOME FAMILY REASON.SO,I APPLIED FOR NEW CONNECTION.ALL MEMEBERS LIVED ON GROUND FLOOR.ON GROUND FLOOR TWO KITCHEN. IN THIS ONE MY.

IN MY SEPRATE FAMILY MEMBERS ARE THREE MY SELF,WIFE & MY SON.


I GO TO DISTRIBUTOR FOR ISSUE MY NEW CONNECTION BUT HE SAY CONNECTION IN SUSPECT BECAUSE IN THIS ADDRESS ALREADY ONE CONNECTION ISSUE ON YOUR FATHER NAME.

PLZ TELL ME THE WAY HOW THIS CONNECTION ISSUE

NIETHER I HAVE NOT IN THE POSITION TO PURCHASE A NEW HOUSE FOR MY SEPRATE FAMILY TO GIVING NEW ADDRESS TO BPCL DISTRIBUTOR..(BECAUSE MY SHARE IN THIS HOUSE)

NIETHER I HAVE NOT IN POSITION TO COOK FOOD WITH OUT ANY LPG CONNECTION
I ALSO PRODUCE THE AFFIDEVIT FOR NEW LPG IN THIS SHOW NO CONNECTION ISSUE ON MY NAME & WILL HOUSE NO.-285 IN WHICH MY MOTHER DISTRIBUTE THE HOUSE .
PLZ TAKE ACTION ON THIS URGENT BASIS .I HAVE URGENT NEED FOR NEW LPG.IF YOU NOT SOLVE THIS CASE PLZ TAKE THIS YOUR SENIOR.

BPCL — Regarding new connection

Dear sir,

Is it compulsory to purchase new gas burner from same gas agency along with new connection?

I had subscribe the new connection in pune recently for which that gas agency force me to purchase new gas burner (of his own choise of brand and type) from him along with 2 kg of rice. Is it compulsory? he told me so.

And if so why we should not get choice of brand, style, and color.

LPG Connection — New Connection

I have submitted the Affidevit and address proof for applying new gas connection at M/s Marwar Gas Service, Paota, Mandore Road, Jodhpur.
I have asked even time to said distributors but response not satisfactory.

LPG — For New Connection

I am holding indane DBC connection from O P Gas Agency, Nirman Vihar, New Delhi (East-1) and residing at M-70, 2nd Floor, street no. 6, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi - 92. Today i am visited M/s. Avery Gas Services, R-104/1, Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar Delhi -92 for New Connection either my name or my brother name, but they straight forward refuse due to i am already holding gas connection on that premises. I am further clarify to you that the my brother residing with me but next month he got married and settle independently so that i want to take a new DBC connection on my or his name. I want to know that can any family take two DBC connection or not?

BPCL — Wrong Staff behaviour.

Today i.s. Dt[protected] at Bhagabatiprasad Petrol Tank, Gandarpur, Cuttack, Orissa which is retailer of BPCL was closed for scarcity of oil. When I was asked a staff for petrol the staff said that the stock was end if you give me Rs75/- per lit. then I will give you petrol. When I deny to give extra money and asked for complain register then he will misbehaves me used slang language.He also drinks alcohol. It is very hurt me. The name of the staff was Laxman Pattnayak.

a) Is it necessary to take new burner from the company/agency inspite of a consumer not opting for the same at the time of taking new connection?
b) What is the actual amount to be deposited towards new connection?

BPCL — Gas supply delay

Iam a consumer of Venus gas(BPCL) Peroorkkada, Trivandrum, Kerala. MY CONSUMER NO IS 1855. I had book on 30/9/2009. Home delivery service of Venus Gas is unsatisfactory since last one year. I call ed them on 8th they say tomorrow they will send the gas (9/10/09). While i called on 10th they say they already send the cylinder, On monday (11th) I called them they say 10th they can't complete delivery today they will deliveryed. 12th I called they they say they issued it on 9th they don't know the status of cylinder. Today (13th) so many requist I am not yet received cylender. I requist you to give proper instruction for regular and timely delivery.
they make us buy the stove... its so unfair... so much so they refuse to give the new connection

Misbehavior by distributing staff of shree ganpati gas seva kendera.I requested for home delivery of cylinder yesterday that is 18/12/12 but no delivery made till this time.

    domestoc gas — new connection

    Dear Sir,
    I am the new resident of Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. I contacted M/s PACHIM GAS SERVICES, Paschim Vihar for new connection. They are insisting on purchasing Gas Burner, Lighter also from them which I am not interested. They quoted me Rs. 3450/- including Gas Burner-Rs.1300 and Lighter-Rs.120. The lead time is 15 days.

    Pls confirm, is it necessary to purchase Burner and lighter from them? I want to purchase the burner of my own choice. If so, please suggest me any other dealer in Paschim Vihar.

      I had been here in bharat petrol bunk(sardar automobiles) at mumbai, near nair hospital there is a pump named sardar bharat peroleum, I had given my car for water service here, and was waiting for hours, mean while my stomach was upset and asked to access their toilet, they had deniend me and responded in a real bad manner, what are these? Just think without even basic needs why are they allowed to open up a service like this? This is srtictly rude. I was in need as it was such an urgent situation. Please do needful with the pump authorities atleast to make basic needs available.

        I have taken the bharat Gas connection from Kirti Gas agency, Kottayam, Kerala, but i transferred to Tiruvalla, Kerala Pathanamthitta district and approached Baby Gas agency, Tiruvalla, here it shows the invalid TV Number. and the Trivandrum office say that you take another connection , and the person who is in charge of sales is giving no solution for the problem , in Chennai office told Roy the in charge of Baby Gas agency, Tiruvalla that somebody has taken the connection in their respective account in tamil nadu area. . sir it is cheating and assassinating the poor people those who have already taken connection. my name is Leena Thomas ( A teacher of an aided school).         Bharat Petroleum Corporation — FORCING TO PURCHASE EXTRA MATERIAL WHILE ALLOCATING NEW GAS CONNECTION

        I have registered for new domestic gass connection with Taniya Gas Agency situated at Tulinj Road, Nallasopara (East), District Thane-401209. The are forcing me to take extra item i.e. cocking stove, free gift charges Rs.500/- in aggregate forcing me to pay in aggregate Rs.5,200/- for new gas connection whereas charges for new gas connection is proximately Rs.1,500/- for empty cylinder and Rs. 345/- for filling gas in empty cylinder aggregating amount to Rs.1,845/-. Extra amount of Rs. 3,355/- is illegally and forcefully demanded from me with treating me that new gas connection will not be allotted to me.

        Please register my complain and take strict action against accused immediately and direct them to provide me new gas connection as I am ready to pay legal charges as decided by the Competent Authorities.

          our gas connection was blocked due to non availability of SB Number. Our connection is from 1992 and there have no problem upto previous year. From atleast six month they said our connection is blocked due to SB Number not correct. We submitted paper they required to Main Office at Trivandrum (Kazakuttam) in March 2013. Now they saying that they can;t supply gas cylinder to us. We have so much problem. please consider the case. We have all the papers.

          Complaint — Non Availability of Gas

          I booked for indane cooking gas on 17/02/20010 and is waiting for the cylinder for the last 49 days .SB.gas varkala Trivandrum district KERALA is the agency of mine responsible for the supply. My consumer no is SB.11745.I have contacted the agency on several times ,but no use,we tried to contact the distributer, Either the phones are ringing or busy or number temporairily out of service. No one bothers to pick it up if sometime it rings even in business hour.The mobile number has been provided is useless. It is either always switched off or Incoming facility is not available.I think they are doing this intentionally for the purpose of harassment or promoting black marketing.

          Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to make the distributor pick up the phone .

          The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many months...but no step has been taken against them.

          Bharat Gas — regarding non availability of cylinder

          sir i am amit bansal and my complaint is regarding lpg cylinder the problem is here that while we book the cylinder through mobile we recevied the response that your booking has been accepted and we received after one day that your cylinder has been delivered but we are not geeting the cylinder.
          and while we try to contact our nearest service provider i.e, ARORA GAS AGENCY they said your cylinder can not be booked before 25 days of previous booking and then we go to their office after some days they said that your cylinder has been booked and delivered & said we don't know whats the reason so we are in problem and we are buying the cylinder from local retailer and they charged high amount of money for that plz help me sir.

            Respected Sir / Madam,I would like to report the case of fuel adulteration by a petrol pump, Omvedant Petroleum, Jogeswari Vikroli Link Road, Andheri (E). I had filled the 43.87 liters petrol from  this petrol pump on 22nd April 2013. On 1st May 2013 my car (Fiat linea no. MH02 CH 2006) broke down on the road. I called towing server to tow my car to the Vasan Motors service center. On 3th May 2013 (today) I got call from Vasan motors claiming that the problem is due to the water mixed with petrol. This has resulted in the damage of my car parts and I will have to incure the expense of Rs 45000 to 50000/- to fix this car.When I filled the petrol on 22nd April my fuel tank was near empty (capacity of fuel tank is 45/46 liters). And after filling fuel on 22nd April from Omvedant I have not filled the petrol any where. Also the fuel tanks of my car was securely locked to rule out any sabotage. I have the receipt of the petrol filled from Omvedant and also the fuel that came from my car with Vasan motors. I have lodged an complain with BPCL sales manager Mr. Arpti Tiwari and he asked me lodge the complain in Omvedant feedback register. I have also lodged the complaint with MIDC police station. I would now formally like to lodge the complain with you. Requesting you to kindly let me know the appropriate process.Thanks & regards,Anuj Dhokai

              While applying for a LPG gas new connection from Bharat gas Agency at Marol , Andheri East , was asked to take the other items compulsory those items include cooking masala kits , gas stove ,AMC , etc. by doing so they were exaggerating the cost of gas by double amount .
              Apprehensive Bharat Gas Agency ( Anjali Services at Moral ) is cheating and forging customer by over selling .
              Help required to investigate the matter

                Most humbly I bring this matter to your kind notice.
                Customer number 1434. APARAJITA BHARATGAS, Bhubaneswar.

                Booking reference number 34257233 dated 29th March, 2013.
                Status as on 3rd May 2013, 11:21 hours: "P".
                Complaint lodged on telephone number[protected]. The official tells that customer should lodge complaint if delivery is not made within one month. How am I supposed to know that? Earlier, the agency refused to deliver cylinder within one month of booking.

                Previous occassion:
                Booking reference number 31225972 dated 14.01.13. Showed delivered on 23.01.13. On enquiry, the agency said door was locked. Does that mean cylinder delivered? Delivery van comes to my resedential complex at least once in a week. Complaint lodged on telephone number[protected] on 28.01.13. Got delivery on 29.01.13.

                The agency or the service people are desperately taking risk for some additional income by falsely showing delivery or delaying the delivery. This practice should be curbed immediately by taking strong action before it becomes a menace.

                gas — Delay in gas refill delivery

                I had booked gas refill on 13/09/08, and still waiting for my refill
                Every time I called got one response “You will receive your refill next day”.
                Is there any one to take action against this delay in delivering refill?

                  I've order (refill) a gas cylinder from Bharat Gas (online).
                  Bharat Gas being such a reputed company I had never expected that their delivery persons will behave / charge extra amount as part of delivery charges. The amount is small but they do collect the amount (Rs 20/-) from every door that they deliver the gas cylinder. I am ready to pay the amount if there is a proper bill stating that the delivery charges are so and so....

                  The price of petrol was reduced by approx Rs.3.50 in hyderabad w.e.f midnight Apr 30 (i.e. May 1st onwards).
                  But when i went to this BPCL bunk at Juiblee hills - Hyderabad at 512AM in the morning (May 1st) they were still selling fuel at Rs72.17 and argued that the price was not reduced. This same bunk when the price rises, they close the bunk at 9pm and say no stock and reopen after midnight with the increased price to make more profit. But when the price is reduced, they do not do it immediately.
                  I have taken the computerized bill and attaching a copy of it. There was no bunk incharge/manager at that early hour and only pump attendant/cashier was there who were rude and arrogant.

                  Petrol — about price

                  from today gov. decrease the price of petrol 2 rs. but in our area petrol pump still not decrease the price of petrol and selling on older price 77.22 rs/liter, special on the given petrol pump (opp district court, kapadvanj road, nadiad 387001)

                      Dear Concern,
                      I am a regular consumer of Bhrat Gas LPG distributor M/s Sriganganagar Gas Agency, vide consumer no-1277 at Sriganganagar (Rajasthan). I had made a booking for refilling of LPG cylinder to my LPG distributor Sriganganagar Gas Agency on[protected] on 1:57 PM by phone . I was asked that refilling cylinder will be delivered next days from the date of booking. But it is yet to be delivered.

                      I have called to the agency in the absence of non delivery of the LPG refilling cylinder,The distributor agency again assured me that it will be delivered tomorrow , I had been assured that it will be delivered tomorrow or day after tomorrow. But the same was not delivered. Again I approached to the distributor. The distributor agency again assured me that it will be delivered tomorrow, but delivery of the cylinder not happened.

                      Again I called to distributor/agency today on[protected] in the morning, again, he is given reply delivery person is going for delivery in your area but when he was not reached till noon I again called him and now he told me that delivery person is sitting here and after some time he will going and when he was not reached after 1 hour I called again him and this time I was shocked when agency person told me that delivery person is on leave
                      It has already passed more than 47 days when the last refilled LPG cylinder delivered ( Last Refil Dt.13.03.2013) and passed 07 days when the booking was made. As per Bharat Gas LPG norms, there should be at least 21 days gap from the last delivery for new booking. So, what should I do at this juncture?
                      This is not the first time it happened, rather this Is the regular practice of disbutor/agency to harras LPG consumer.
                      I have been running from pillars to post for getting delivery of LPG refilling cylinder fro agency.
                      So, I want to draw your kind attention/intervention in this context and stern action to be taken to get it solved.

                      LPG — Norms for booking refill cylinders

                      I belong to Peelamedu and we have a doubt whether the LPG distrubutors are misusing the Cylinders.
                      Could u let me know when we can book for refilling cylinders and how long will it take for them to supply.
                      I booked on 22.10.2007, the receipt hold delivery date as[protected], but was delivered on[protected] only. and now they say that it is possible to book only by December 4, 2007.
                      Could u kindly clarify me on this procedure

Every time book for my gas cylinder they deliver the gas after 2 months and always give false commitment for delivering the same. I have booked gas on 1 December 2007 and they committed me to deliver gas cylinder after one month ( i.e. 1 Jan. 2008), since last 40 days I could not received the cylinder. They are giving commitment that my gas cylinder will be delivered within two days.

                      I regret very much, to bring it to your knowledge, that Vaishnavi Agencies, T'Nagar might be mis-using the supply to me. Earlier on 21st October 2008, I booked for supply of LPG supply. They said that it will be delivered after ten days. Then I phoned them on 5th November 2008, to know the situation. I
                      was shocked to know that LPG was supplied to me on 4th November 2008 & I have to wait till 25th of November 2008. I clearly told them that no one came to our house & delivered the LPG. They told me that they will supply it to me immediately. The next two days, the same thing happened to me. They repeated the same answer. I got frustrated & sent a complaint to them to the email address given in the bill. It was returned to me without delivering. I have to to Madurai on an urgent visit & I asked my daughter to contact them to inform that I will not be available on Monday.(10th). As expected the given numbers were engaged.                       sir, my consumer no is 20614 with milind gas ageny, vikaspuri delhi, inspite of reminders i have still not recd my refill for the last 25 days. the agency keeps telling me this week, next week etc.kindly help
                      I had booked a cylinder with "VISRUTHI GAS SERVICE", FEROKE, CALICUT, KERALA on[protected].
                      But the supply is not given even after 29.01.2009.My consumer no is 6169. I phoned the agency many times. But they used to say that the supply will be given today or tomorrow. I'm tired of hearing these insincere words.

V Sundari old aged lady booked for refil of Indane LPG - Consumer No.4982 Aparna Gas Agency, Mutikulangara, Palakkad to be delivered at her residence next to Railway Colony at Olavakkode (within operating area).                       I would LIKE to mention that her name has been listed in the panel coaches as one of the coach/offical for the Commonwealth Games 2010 and she has been withdrawing salary Rs 30000 per month from the Sports Authority Of India.
                      As i am aware of the fact that You can not Withdraw the salary from two government Organisation at a time.This is a serious offence and i would like you to take this matter in your consideration.

                      I Mahendre Aggarwal living in pahar ganj area in central delhi applied for the gas cylinder at HITESH GAS AGENCY in siddhi pura model basti, from past 15 days i'm trying to book the cylinder but no one is picking up the phone in the agency, once they picked up the phone and on request of booking the cylinder they refuse it and start using the abusive language.

                      I hereby request you to kindly take up this matter on HIGH priority basis & resolve it

                      Sir, My BPCL Supplier is Gulab Gas Agency, Gandhi Path, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. I have booked my Gas for refilling in last week of March and till now i.e.9th May I have not received my cylinder. I have called them several times but they never pick up their phones, even I have visited twice for my cylinder but still they are not responding. Many times I have complained regarding less gas in cylinder and broken seal, but all the time the delivery man don't allow us to check the seal and before delivering he immediately pull off the seal and shows as if the seal was packed.

                      If we return the cylinder saying less weight and he never returns before 10-12 days and after 2-3 reminders to gas agency. You have implied rule of booking after 21 days of delivery, then why you have not created any rule for delivering the cylinder in stipulated time after the delivery gets due.

                      LPG Cylinder — Delaying the supply of Cylinder

                      Am a regular Costumer of Indian Oil LPG gas.
                      This to inform you that, the srevice in our area is not proper and there is unwanted response from the supplier.

                      The problem is :
                      I have booked the gas cyclinder on 7th may 2011 (saturday) through sms service.

                      I got the message from the supplier on 17th may 2011 (Tuesady) at 20:10:24 pm. that, Your cylinder will be delivered shortly.

                      but, after some days, On 20th may 2011 (Friday) on 15:11:22pm that, I got a message that -
                      Your Cylinder has been delivered against your refill.

                      (Details i got from the supplier tp my phone : Booking number : 202463 ; Cash Memo : 1942

                      I CALLED THEM TODAY ABOUT THIS MATTER , THEY TOLD THAT, THERE IS NO VENDORS FOR OUR AREA SO, THEY TOLD TO COME AND TAKE THE CYLINDER ON OUR OWN. ORELSE THEY WILL DELIVER THE CYLINDER NEXT WEEK.
                      BUT, I DONT HAVE CYLINDER IN MY HOME .

                      So, i kindly request you to take action against this issue.

                      The Consumers of BPCL LPG are put to much harassment by the dealer. The dealer insists upon buying gas stoves
                      and other appliances as a precondition for new connections.The customers are made to wait for 7 to days for getting
                      refills. Bill are not issued to customers so as to avoid evidence and consumer court litigations. The request of additional cylinders are not entertained. A surpise check by BPCL officials will bring more irreulairities to light regarding

                        I have retired from BPCL. in July 2012

                        I had BPCL Staff connection of LPG DBC at Jayaram Gas Agencies, Chennai , Con No 1767.

                        During transfer the LPG Transfer Voucher was lost, and hence Duplicate Transfer Voucher was requested from TM LPG Chennai.

                        Even after repeated request the Transfer Advise has not been sent to date.

                        Kindly send me Duplicate Transfer Voucher to my Bangalore Address available with BPCL SR South.

                        Bharat Gas Agency — Regarding DBC connection.

                        I went to Bharat gas agency too many times for my DBC Connection but they always told that DBC is closed if asked when it will be open, they told no idea.How customer can know when DBC closed or open.

                          Bharat Gas — NON BOOKING OF REFILLS

                          I am a customer of Bharat Gas Agency namely Air Force Gas Service located at AFCC(TS) Sohna Road, Gurgaon. This is to inform you that monopoly of this agency day to day is going unbearable. Today I had gone there to book a refill a gas cyllinder. But the reply from the person sitting there that "Booking will be undertaken only after 01 Aug 2010". I wanted to know the reason behind it. He replied due to some surprise check no booking is being done. It is not the first time problem of this agency. It is of regular nature. Most of the customers are suffering a lot due this type of attitude of this agency. The official/authority of this agency are also non bothering type. They do not pay hid of these type complaints.

                          Please help the customers like me as they are very disturbed due to this & hoping that i got support from your sied.

                            I like to inform you that I am a consumer of Bharat Gas vide Consumer No. NG1089, Sk. Maidul Islam, Vill- Pariharpur, P.O- Chhoutara, P.S- Sainthia, Dist- Birbhum, (W.B). I received your Gas cylinder through M.S. Nandeswari Gas Distributor, Sainthia, Birbhum, vide Distributor SAP CODE-126710
                            The agent does not deliver the gas cylinder timely, after receiving one cylinder to next cylinder deliver by the distributor more than 50 to 60 days above. It appears from the available record which I have collected from the internet. I have collected refill delivery record 1st April 2013 to 22 April 2013 of Nandeswari Gas Distributor, Sainthia. It is notable that order no. 2246, order dt 08.04.13, delivery dt 08.04.13, and order no. 5110, order dt 22.04.13, delivery dt 22.04.13, But from record of my Domestic Gas Consumer Card it is clear that I have not received any Gas cylinders in there booking. It is clear from the record of my Domestic Gas Consumer Card that quite different from the actual received date. Which Xerox copy of my blue book and refill delivery status is attached for your evidence.
                            Please take action within 15 days otherwise I’ll put case in Consumer Forum.

                              MUNUSAMY GAS AGENCY FOR BHARAT GAS AT VELACHERY
                              This agency forcing everybody to buy the accessories with new connection, else saying they will not accept application.
                              Hi applied new connection online and got it approved.
                              When I gone to submit the documents.Distributor asked me to buy stove or mixer or induction stove.
                              I told them i already have all those stuff, they refused to accept my documents n told that there is rule that if you don't buy any one of this we will not process your application.
                              So helplessly I bought gas stove and they billed me total of 5220 Rs (1600 for connection and 3620 for stove and other products).
                              So to get 1600 Rs new connection, you have to pay 3620 Rs extra unnecessary.
                              I think this the way Bharat gas makes profit.

                              Bharat Gas — unnecessary charges to replace accessories

                              Sir,
                              i have replased gas regulater in last month the store keeper charge Rs. 100, actually they have to replce free of cost. SAP No. 107807

                              THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY

                                Dear Sir, I got Tall free No-[protected] of Bharat Gas from Web site of Bharat Gas. I want to get information from Bharat gas. So I am calling on this No several time then Customer Executive told me to call on New No-155233 of Bharat Gas. I have called on this number several times but I got recorded massage like this "This No is not valid No" So Please help me How Can I contact Bharat Gas.

                                Bharat Petroleum — Not getting gas since 21.11.08

                                Dear sir
                                I am having gas connection at BP( Dunlop branch-baranagar- west Bengal) and last Self received the gas cylinder on 20.11.08 and now I am cooking by kerocine stove.when asked our dealer he has told that I have already received on january but when self charged him regarding entry in my book ther is no answere.Same thing was happen in several times but dealer do not bothered for that.please note that
                                I have double cyllinder connection.Please take the neccessary action so that no body can sell my gas
                                in my name and I will avoid above problem.

                                Bharat Petroleum — Poor measure / non supply of air

                                I use few times the services of Shokken Petro, Chawwla, New Delhi, Their service is very poor in account of measurement moreover they refuse to fill air in tyres. every time they refused to every customer but they fill air when you go for puncher repair.

                                Authorities pl. close this petrol pump.

                                  THEN HOW MY QUERRY WILL BE ATTENDED BY BPCL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE SECTION SINCE INVALID CHARACTERS ARE INCLUDED IN MY ADDRESS BY THEMSELVES. UNLESS THEY REMOVE THAT -CALL SIR KADU REMARKS -THEIR CUSTOER SERVICES-TALK TO US PORTAL WILL NOT ACCEPT MY QUERRIES.

                                  FURTHER, I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS CYLINDER ON THEIR BPCL WEBSITE VIDE BPCL BOOKING REF NO 34110904 DTD 25.03.13. NORMALLY GAS CYL IS DELIVERED BY THE DISTRIBUTOR AFTER A MINIMUM OF 8 DAYS. WHEREAS THIS TIME HE DELIVERED THE CYLINDER WELL BEFORE WITHIN 2DAYS AND ON A HIGHER RATE FOR MORE THAN Rs.922.00. I DO NOT GET ON WHAT BASIS THE RATE IS HIKED.

                                  Respected sir,

                                  I am kailash sulbhewar. I have the petrol pump in jodmoha. in that case i have face some problems like some defects in our pump.I have such complaints which are as follows:

                                  1.The MS pole is not working of our petrol pump.
                                  2.The mercury light is OFF.
                                  3.Eblum seat right and left are cracked.
                                  4.Dry way pole and back side pole is not there.

                                  This type of situation are occured in our pump so please help us for repairing and feedback us as soon as possible. Because from long time i was submit my complaints but you were not responding us. so plz plz plz give us reply and take some action.

                                    I am a consumer of Krishna Gas Service, Belur Bazar, Howrah. My Consumer No. is 15843. Due to transfer of my house in Konnagar, Dist. Hooghly, I want to transfer my address from Belur to Konnagar. But they have no service in Konnagar. So I want to transfer it in Jai Hind Gas Service, Serampore, Dist. Hooghly who have service in Konnagar. The connection is in the name of my husband. He is out of station from last 1 year. I repeatedly told them regarding this. But they told me address change is not possible without his appearance. I also submit my husband's self attested copy of Voter ID Card. But this problem is not solved till date.

                                      I applied for a new connection of booking gas online on[protected] and my Wait list ID is 2377796. Since then nothing has been done ispite of reapeated visits to the distributor. They sinmly say thaqt your request has been approved and whenever we will get time , our representative will visit but no one has so far visited . Relesae of new connection is delayed and I am facing great problem.
                                      Plaese do the needfule for resoving my problem.
