I like to inform you that I am a consumer of Bharat Gas vide Consumer No. NG1089, Sk. Maidul Islam, Vill- Pariharpur, P.O- Chhoutara, P.S- Sainthia, Dist- Birbhum, (W.B). I received your Gas cylinder through M.S. Nandeswari Gas Distributor, Sainthia, Birbhum, vide Distributor SAP CODE-126710
The agent does not deliver the gas cylinder timely, after receiving one cylinder to next cylinder deliver by the distributor more than 50 to 60 days above. It appears from the available record which I have collected from the internet. I have collected refill delivery record 1st April 2013 to 22 April 2013 of Nandeswari Gas Distributor, Sainthia. It is notable that order no. 2246, order dt 08.04.13, delivery dt 08.04.13, and order no. 5110, order dt 22.04.13, delivery dt 22.04.13, But from record of my Domestic Gas Consumer Card it is clear that I have not received any Gas cylinders in there booking. It is clear from the record of my Domestic Gas Consumer Card that quite different from the actual received date. Which Xerox copy of my blue book and refill delivery status is attached for your evidence.
Please take action within 15 days otherwise I’ll put case in Consumer Forum.

BPCL — Regarding new connection
Dear sir,Is it compulsory to purchase new gas burner from same gas agency along with new connection?
I had subscribe the new connection in pune recently for which that gas agency force me to purchase new gas burner (of his own choise of brand and type) from him along with 2 kg of rice. Is it compulsory? he told me so.
And if so why we should not get choice of brand, style, and color.
