I am the consumer for Bharat Gas , whenever we need to book the Gas the consumer of this area has to reach the office - spend nearly Rs. 30- Rs. 40/- for rickshaw, as their telephone lines are not working for past more then 5 months.

Always when asked for the contact number , they provide the same numbers that aren,t working. Their reply will always be " we are working on it"

In one instance and if we do not get the Cylinder means again visit their office to check and confirm when they will deliver.

Can this be taken on a serious note for the residence of kasarwadavli and solve this issue at the earliest.

Sir, The Bharat gas Khurda dealer is not responding the telephone properly.for which I can't book a gas by telephone easyly.Kindly solve the problem.

Regarding new gas connection.i am locating at chennai.sir i need gas connection.All doucments are available.but gas agency told more value two cylinder connection @ Rs.8000.so i am un able to pay this money.Because my salary is very less Rs.7000 only.I am family (married).so please kindly considered my above sentence and Help me.

    i have a comlaint against bharat gas agency goregaon west mumbai, 5 cylinders in time of two months have been registered falsely on my name, and as er subsidy i recieve a cylinder with a bill of 92o rs when asked for exlanation the agency says 438 rs but cant give the reciet. i have never recieved these five cylinders also they dont have a reciet with customer care record. kindly look into it and take action.

          My LPG connection is with your company . my consumer number is[protected].

          it is with CHAITANYA GAS SERVICE - DOMBIVALI EAST .[protected],2452091,2474110 )

          My complaint is that i have registered for my new gas cylinder on 27/02/2013 on phone banking.

          but still upto i neither get new cylinder nor single call from them . when my wife was visited chaitanya gas service

          office on 14/03/2013 , the representative told her that they will send it on tomorrow ( 15/03/2013 ).

          But upto today i dont get new cylinder. every times it happening from last one year . one delivery persons told

          my wife that coming cylinder will cost you Rs.925 while our quota of 5 cylinders for sept-march is still not

          completed.My serious doubt is that they usually giving priority to the customers who purchasing it for Rs.925 & making the delay

          to others who purchsing it for Rs.440.they already sold me one for Rs.925 in month of JANUARY.

          Most worst thing is that this delay happening each & every time .for that you can check my

          consumer number details.

          Now i am seriously thinking about to transfer my gas connection to HP .

          Its my humble request you to pls look into this matter very seriously & solve it on priority.

          i will appreciate your prompt reply.

            This is to inform you,about my serious complaint,against Bharat gas Agency(milind gas) from Past 2 months i am not getting the LPG cylinder,06-Jan-13 was last date when i book my cylinder,after that they had lock my account,saying,we have not submitted KYC Document,now after Submitting,all KYC,almost 25 days got over,still they had not open my Account,when ever i ask Miling Agency,to book my gas,they simply say your account is still lock,no person is giving proper response,girl sitting over there simply denied that we dont know,your account is lock,
            sir also i cannot borrow the cylinder from outside,due to Price hike of gas.also as per miling Agency record i have 2 gas connection,but i am using only one,request you to Pls look into the matter,and resolve my Query.

            Bharat Gas — not delivered the cylinder after one month of booking

            Hi,

            i have booked the gas on 5th may 10 and was told that it will be delivered within a week , upto date they are just fooling that it will be delivered , we have not receive at. The Gas agencies is at Bangalore 560016 at K R Puram Rly Station - Sai Gas agencies.

            Can any one take action on this .

            BPCL — Delivery of Gas after 2 months

            I am (P.Swaminathan) consumer of BPCL M/S THILLAI GAS SERVICE, KUMBAKONAM.The Delivery of cylinder is taking 60 days.if any person purchase provision for Rs.1000/= in thillai home needs then the cylinder is delivered immediately to the concerned person.so, take immediate actions to deliver the cylinder.

                I had gone to a petrol pump for filling up petrol in my bike.They were not using the petrol meter which arre installed at the pump for exacct measurement of petrol and when i asked them to do so they get rude to me nn refused filling petrol to my bike....I was very disappointed by this behavior.They always do such type of activity,not only me lots of people are facing this problem.....

                  Sub: To conduct inquiry for illegalities in selection of retail outlet by BPCL-Rajkot [Gujarat]

                  Respected Sir,

                  With reference to the above, it is to respectfully in view of the advertisement appeared in daily newspaper “Sandesh“ dated[protected] inviting application for retail outlet dealership of petrol-diesel by Bharat Petroleum Co. Rajkot Region, Gujarat State, I have made application in prescribed form but my application has not been taken into consideration and other applicant has been selected after lapse of long time. By going through the particulars of the said party it is found that the selection committee of the company has committed grave errors which are as under:

                  01] The said selected party do not hold plot land of plot as required by the Company.

                  02] As per the advertisement, the measurement of land of plot as required by the Company is of 900 Sq.Mtrs. whereas the said selected party holds plot ad-measuring 381.48 Sq.Mtrs. Which is very small then requirement of the Company although, this party has been selected by the Company. As against this, the plot offered by us is total ad-measuring 762.97 Sq.Mtrs. but, the Company even did not take care to visit the plot and by keeping the rules & regulations a-side, selection of dealer has been made which is illegal. Hence, it is prayed to restrain such selection with immediate effect, conduct detailed & just inquiry and initiate proceedings against responsible officers.

                  03] After passage of stipulated time of conveying objection, the Company has uploaded the name of selected party on website. Such act of the Company is in violation of transparency.

                  04] Though, the size of the plot of the said selected party is much less then the requirement of the Company, by keeping the rules & regulations aside, such party has been selected.

                  05] If the approach of the Company is to select party having plot of small size then the size mentioned in the advertisement, in that case, the Company should give advertisement a-fresh and give opportunity to other applicants also and the Company should adopt transparency.

                  06] It transpires that with a view to benefit a specific party, the procedure of selection has been adopted in this manner hence, we request your good office to cancel such selection, publish an advertisement afresh and given equal opportunities to all the applicants.

                  07] We request your good office to kindly conduct detailed inquiry in selection procedure of dealership, cancel the dealership which has been given illegally, publish advertisement a-fresh and made selection in transparent manner.

                  Bharat petroleum corp ltd. — Complaint

                  I am a consumer of Bharat Gas LPG Domestic. My consumer no. is 22910 with Shiv Gas Service, Jaipur who is a distributor of Bharat Gas. Inspite of auto booking system in Jaipur, the distributor is not supplying the ceylinder (refill) for last several months. The distributor is a black marketier. Company officials are indulged in corruption. Please help me in getting the refill immediately.

                        Gas Agency has booked themselves my subsidized refill twice within one month. I have visited Gas Agency for refill booking on 19th Jan-13 then came to know that receipts is valid for two days then I have cancelled the booking same time, then Gas Agency has booked themselves with order no-18654 dated 22nd Jan-13 after that given complain to gas agency on 1st Feb-13 visited for gas booking but nothing has happened. Despite complain once again they have booked in Feb-13 month with order no- 17109 dated 22nd Feb-13. I have given complain to IOCL customer care verbally with complain no. 845062 dated 23/02/2013 & written complain over the IOCL site with complain no. 846232 dated 25/02/2013 but no action from the IOCL too after 10 days lapse of time.
                        Please find below my Gas Connection details:
                        Consumer no. 216958, Distributor Name – MATA SHEETLA GAS SERVICE (INDANE GAS Distributor)
                        My problem got resolved by Gas Agencies- Mata Sheetla Gas Agencies(Gurgaon).
                        Got refill with subsidized rate.

                          We have booked our cylinder on 9 feb 13.... booking done by sms booking ..
                          Booking confirm No 12 and Cylinder no 4. confirmation recieved by sms on 10 feb 13. on tel: [protected]

                          Till date we have not recieved the cylinder.. Why?

                          This agency has 2 dealearships of bharat gas and have employed staff which is not enough for even one agency.They are not able to meet the demand for the cylinders as they are short of staff.
                          Also their staff at times is rude and evasive.they (girls at the counter) also lie about delivery time and date..

                          Staff compliants about being underpaid and overworked, They store their cylinders in the open exposed to the elements like rain and sun and dust..There is no roof at their storage facility which is always half empty..
                          They are now asking all consumers to carry the cylinders from the agency office and also say that they will discontinue the delivery completely in the near future. This is not only un-acceptable but dangerous as well...
                          No we will not collect the cylinder from the agency office, we pay for the cylinder which also includes the charges for delivery.
                          We hope and want bharat gas to appoint a new distributer at Naigoan who can share the load and relive us of this agony once and for all.

                          We hope bharat gas will address the consumers compliants ...and not ignore it as they often do...

                            I would like to register a complaint against Bharat Gas Agency and its distributer - Balaji Gas Agency regarding their irresponsible act on issuing the Gas cylinder. Our consumer Number is 11242 the Gas cylinder is taken in the name of my Father we are residing at Kondithope, Chennai.

                            We are not receiving any proper information from our Gas Agency regarding how many gas cylinders will be given to us in a year. Every month we have to phone them 5-10 times and have to send them plenty of SMSs to get our monthly Gas cylinder. The distributor is forcing us to take Gas cylinder on higher rate i.e. they are asking us to pay Rs. 1000 and above.

                            It's been two more than months still we have not received our Gas refilling. The gas agency is not responding properly and started abusing saying do what ever you want to do we don't care.

                            They being government officials and registered agency it does not mean they can do any thing as they want to do. This is an open corruption happening in our place. We feel insecure on planning our monthly budget because of these kind of issues. If this is going to continue for some more times then we have to take some severe action against such Gas distributors.

                            Can someone take strict action against these Gas agency? Can we register FIR against them in police station?

                            I also want to know how many Gas cylinders will be given to consumer in a year?
                            What is the frequency of issuing the Gas cylinder? is it two months,three months or more?

                            Bharat Gas — delay of refilling the gas

                            i am the customer of bharat gas . we are taking gas from rajini gas agency of bharat gas, ambattur. they never use to do well. when ever we call to the agency it will be of busy, if we go straight means they will not respond, and they will not come to refill the gas with in the time, after 20 days of booking also they will not come to refil the gas . they will take atleast 25 days to come after booking. that also not sure . we got fedup with this kind of service.
                            I have booked for refill 20 days back Sandesh Gas Agency Pimpri but I havent recieved. Also everytime you call back for this, they reply you get is that it is being dispatched and would be delivered today.
                            I want to make a point to Bharat Gas authority that with single connection how long you will be able to management for 20 days with gas cylinder. If this is a way to force the consumer to buy a spare cylinder than its not good for the people who cant afford.
                            Request you to take this seriously and ask their distributors to make timely delivery. Else Bharat Gas will lose customers.

                            Bharat Gas — Delay in refill delivery and poor response to Phone

                            I am a consumer of Bharath Petroleum Corporation. Distributor is M/s.Super Flames, Kochin. Inordinate delay is caused in supplying refill cylinder. When called to enquire about supply, there is no response on the other end. Most probably they will keep the telephone receiver away from cradle so that nobody can call them.

                              sir, i have applied for a new l.p.g gas connectionin bharat gas about 8 months ago.then i recieved 2messages in jan & feb 2013 from company that your new connection has been senctioned please contact to your local distributor.but the distributor has informed me that we have not got any informection for your new connection from company. sir i have not any gas connection in my house.i have provided aall neccessary documents to our distributor.please issue me my new gas connection. thanks

                                Bharat Gas — Refil Gas Cylinder

                                Our agent's phone is never available and is always engaged.It also takes a minimum of 20 days for delivery.Its rediculous as there is never shortage of the cylinders then why so much of time for delivery.He doesn't repond to these querries.We are staying on sinhagad road, Pune and our agent is Shriram Gas Agency.

                                Bharat Gas — Dealer is not giving the refill gas

                                Hi,

                                My consumer no. is 50203
                                I have booked the Bharat Gas Cylinder 10 days ago at Mahalaxmi Enterprises, Domlur, Bangalore.
                                But, still I have not got the same.
                                While calling to the distibutor they say by tommorow you will get, by Friday you will get or by saturday you will get they use to tell me that it is the rule that you will get the cylinder after 15 days only.
                                I want to know really is there any such kind of rule issued by Govt. of India that cyllinder could be delivered after 15 days only not in between?
                                They use to talk very rudely.

                                I dont have cyllinder gas at my home to cook.

                                I have requested again and told the distributor my urgency, they understood the issue and delivered the cylinder today itself.

                                Thanks to them.

                                But this kind of non delivery issue should not be continued.

                                I am T.Gunaseelan 3/57 fathima street west street from tirunelveli dist, Ambai taluk, tamilnadu.
                                my consumer number is51266.at present i am using one refil cylinder.so i request for second cylinder at jaichidambaram gasagency which is in sivanthipuram. But they said now a days.we are not giving second refill connection At present they are not giving doubble cylinder for new connection .so i request bharat petroleum noi take necessary action aginst M/s Jai chidambaram gas agency and also consided my request

                                  I was really upset when cheated by a guy who filling petrol in BP Petrol Bunk
                                  Velachery Main Road, Guindy
                                  NEXT TO BCG Staff Quarters AT Halda Junction 2.0 km FROM Guindy Railway Station
                                  They are often cheating most of the people manytimes, i get cheated by them multiple times.
                                  I asked them to fill petrol for Rs 200 and Generally they start filling petrol without showing us the zero in the Meter display.
                                  They are expert in tricking to divert my attention he told me that there is dust inside petrol tank.
                                  Suddenly they did stop the meter and meter shows 150 Rs. They cheated Rs 50 and endup with Rs 200 by reset the meter.
                                  Beware of PERTOL BUNK FRAUD and Fake Petrol BUNK Meters.
                                  Even PETROL BUNK Owners are also involved in this kind of FRAUD by trained them the Petrol bunk employees to cheat the customers.

                                    I am a customer of Bharat Gas. My customer number is 15367. My distributor is MAITREE GAS . On my return to Odisha after a long time I found my consumer no. blocked by distributor without any information.
                                    I am aged 62yr old man need to transfer my connection from MAITREE GAS distributor to a distributor in Bolagarh which is near to our locality.
                                    When I consulted the MAITREE GAS manager on this matter , he told me to first surrender my two cylinders and write a surrender application as my account was blocked due to zero refills. And then they will transfer my gas connection to Bolagarh.According to manager instruction I did the same but its the 6th time the officer threatened and returned me empty handed by saying I will never get my two cylinders back ,will get only Rs.1400 in return.
                                    He also told that he would have no alternative other than to close my consumer a/c. Kindly allow me to know whether customer can express his grievances to the authority and for that reason the dealer will close the customer relationship ?
                                    It is requested to kindly look in to the matter and order them to return my two cylinders and transfer my gas connection to Bolagarh.

                                      My consumer no. is 3008 in the name of LEROY D'SA. I have a Bharat Gas connection and have a facility of 2 cylinders. On 19th January, 2013 my gas was over so when I order a refill cylinder on 21st Jan, 2013 (Monday) and reminded them that standing instructions are for Saturday delivery they asked me to call again on 31st Jan as saturday, 26th was a holiday. On 31st Jan I called and asked them to supply gas cylinder on 9th February as it was my off from work but they asked me to call again on 7th Feb. 2013. I called and ordered gas on 7th Feb., 2013 they told me that it would come on Saturday and gave me order no. 84. On Saturday the gas cylinder was delivered but on taking delivery my wife noticed that the cylinder had 04 12 which means the expiry was the last quarter of 2012 and she refused to take the cylinder. The delivery man told her it was ok to accept and when she refused to take delivery he questioned her whether she checks all the provisions when she purchases. She made a call to the Bandra Gas which is our dealer situated opp. Gaiety/Galaxy cinema and informed them,. They promised to send it on Monday so she took leave and stayed at home but even after calling Bandra Gas[protected], 6501698) they did not send the replacement cylinder. This is the second time this situation has occured with us and the gas company and their staff are rude and disconnect our calls when they hear what we have to say. We are at their mercy because we need the cylinder. Kindly do the needful and give us justice.
