I stay at Vikas complex and had ordered my refill cyclinder in December 1st week. But the person who took order at Saibaba Gas Agency did not provide me with the order number. Hence, I called once again on 24th December, 2012 for the cylinder through my consumer number is[protected]old 602748) but till date it has not been dispatched. I smell a foul play in the distribution of Gas cylinder as I only order 3 cylinders a year. I have a hitch that the Gas Agency - Saibaba Gas Service located at Kopri Colony is giving away my quota to someone else....else why on earth am I not receiving my cylinder on time when it was not the case earlier. Request the Bharath Petroleum authorities to check this and ensure we get our order on time.

    we have commercial connection of BHARAT GAS customer no 17637 on the name of RANJNA PRINCIPAL,SHAHEED BHAGAT SINGH MEMORIAL PUBLIC SCHOOL KUFRIDHAR,GHANAHATTI,SHIMLA-11...we are issued this connection by AARTI GAS COMPANEY,BOILEAUGANJ,but he deactivates our after every three months,we have to submit every time new documents,this time three months have passed but till the day no cylinder received,we have contacted on their all published no [protected],[protected]

      Bharat gas made customers to collect smart cards to book the refill cylinder and charged rs. 40 against smart card. But numbers provided to book the cylinder are not working at all. No use of making smart card compulsory. Just consumers get charged with 40rs each. Indirectly its misuse of money for consumers and of govt.

          This is Anil Lulla a customer of BPCL Bharatgas (Consumer # 18514) with Tirupati Gas service located in Bhayander (East) 401105
          I was being out of station for a quite while and when i came back and tried placing an order of 14.2 kg lpg cylinder by calling the agency but they said thatthe account is being locked by
          Gaurav Yadav
          Executive (sales) LPG
          BPCL URAN LPG territory

          and he is the only one to UNLOCK it.
          I tried calling him and there was no response, nobody was there to answer and nobody reverted too. Also i tried reaching him by the ebharatgas.com website but as my account is locked was unable to process the request and i again went to the agency and saw there were some other customers too whose accounts were locked, so i was assured that i am not the only one.
          I don't really understand what the Mr. Gaurav Yadav does everytime last time he was the only one to transfer something around 8000 customers to some other agency in some different locality which is out of the reach of the customers.
          Is this the way things are done. The Officers are assigned to make things work more Comfortably towards the Customer's end which they are making more miserable.

              I m client o[censored]r Bharat gas agency based at Gohana distt sonepat .My copy no 2480 named of sh RAM lal .He is nt alive nw I have submitted amount of rs 1500 on dated 7/10/12 for transfer name ,they people assured me that copy will cum with in one month ,Bt still nw didn't get .I m going there at alternate days from last two month Bt still nt get .They r saying i[censored] want gas cylinder nw u have to pay 925 rs per month & also harassing with bad language
              I m nt satisfy with them & didn't get cylinder from 3 month
              It's very bad stage for me bcoz from last 120 days I got only one cylinder

                My LPG connection is with M/S Unique Gas service Barrackpore having consumer number is 16130.My particular problem is that we are working couple and my wife reaches house by 3 pm positively.We requested the delivery man about the problem with request to deliver the cylinder after 3 p.m. In our area the cylinders are normally delivered up to 6 p.m but the delivery man intentionally non co-operating us and as a result we are in severe problem. We contacted the distributor but their response is negative as usual. In this month I have booked the cylinder on 05/11/2012 and the distributor has distributed cylinder booked upto 11/11/2012 but neither my cylinder is delivered nor it is returned. I am out of cylinder from last 7 days and

                Pl look into the matter and help me.

                iam rajiv and my friend is having gas connection with 7356 dalbir singh with arora gas amritsar and they r not getting supply from so many days.they have complaint many times to agency but no one listen to them and they r not capable of getting cylinder in black beause they belong to poor family.sir i have also got cylinder of rs 410 from same agency without any reciede in black . pl solve the problem and take strict action against company

                  I am house wife and last some years gas cylinder supplying is ok, today[protected] the delivery van came to my street and bad behavior your delivery man. He said that give extra rupees and I told him I am not give any extra money (I have only Rs. 415/- and he give the money and two rupees throw in my house). I will complaint after the delivery man and bad word in my flat. Delivery man said that I will see your next cylinder how is come?                       My self Rohan Thombre residing on rent basis in Naik Nivas,Shankar deval,1st floor,Opp. Municipal School,chembur.I had availed gas connection sevices from BHARAT GAS (Agency Name:Vinayak Agency) At CHEMBUR CAMP.had called several times for Gas refill but didn't got any response & also not listening to me properly & not answering the calls at all.I am now Frustarted by this misbehaviour of their nature.So launching a complaint against Bharat gas.

                      Naik agency — Misbehaviour with customer

                      Dear Sir/ Madam

                      I geeta one of your customers have made complaint against our agency but in do not find any reponsce from your side and from my agency also. My card no is 10514. They are talking aurogantly with me and everytime they skipping . Because I have single cylinder it creates problems .I request to take action on this issue. and try to send the cylinder today itself because my cylinder is empty for the last 4 days.                       Bharat Gas — Misbehaviour with customer and delay in cylinder delivery

                      MI Mr.Vinay Rupe residing at Dheeraj Regency-D/204,Siddarth Nagar, Kandivli(e),Mumbai-400 066 is a Bharat gas user since the last 10 years. Previously My Bharat Gas account was with Lakshmi Agencies at Carter road 1. Around two to three months back thus got shifted to Mahavir Gas Service, Lokhandwala, Kandivli(e), Mumbai.

                      I have called last week for booking for new cylinder. The operator informed me that they would be sending it by Saturday. On Saturday they did not delivered the cylinder. So when I called them I was informed that today is holiday and has to call on Tuesday. When I called again on Tuesday, The operator informed me that “THIK HAI GAS AAJAYAGA SATURDAY KO” So I updated her that I had already done the booking last week and called for update regarding non delivery. Upon this I got the answer that “ASIA KOI BOOKING HI NAHI HUWA HAI” Then also I requested her to send the new cylinder next day. She agreed also. Today also when I called to get the status I got the same answer as yesterday “THIK HAI GAS AAJAYAGA SATURDAY KO”.

                      I ask to let me talked to the senior officer. But she did not allow me to do so. Also when I asked who is on the line they refused to do so I fail to understand as to is this the kind of service that is offered from such a renowned corporate company. I am really frustrated by this behaviour with the behaviour of your staff as they do not know how to talk to a customer

                      I would like you to look into the matter and please take the necessary actions as soon as possible. Thanking you in anticipation.

                        EVERY TIME WHEN DELIVERY BOY COME THEY SAYS THAT WE DONT HAVE RECEIPT, AND ASK 50 TO 60 RS FOR GIVING SERVICES/DELIVERY.

                            It is very hard to explain in words regarding the situation of ignorance. I have submitted a Application form in respect of New Gas connection. I have been told that you will get a confirmation call against this application form by Gas Company.

                            I had visited several times at Amardeep Gas Service. But No one is answering my query or even not able to talk for a minut.

                            Everytime they only told . Abhi nahi hoga .. (This is not a clear answer).

                            My consumer number is 9181 and I have booked gas on 30th May 2018, booking number 23357, after that I received a message on 1st June 2018 cash memo no. 29500 of Rs 713 generated and gas cylinder has been delivered, but still I didn't got and delivery, none of their phone numbers are working instead of this number [protected], I have called several times but nobody responded properly.

                              my consumer no 33289,( bharat Gas, Chaitnya Gas Agency, dombivali )my complain no 40082564. my connection was block by back end for remove the block i was applied on sep 12 and it was solved on 21.11.2012 and i got ternsfer letter on 22.11.2012 but at time hp registration i came to know that my subsidy cylinder is 1/3 which i have not used this big mistake or miss shilpa s personal benefit i dont know but i have lost one cylinder,now what should i do for get subsidy cylinder.

                                We are facing lots of problems several times with Bharath gas agency.the Distribute name Priyanka gas agency, Chalisgaon, Dist.Jalgaon - 424101
                                My complaint is my cylinder is transfer from Pune to Chalisgaon, 20 times i had going to the gas agency but they have not response my gas transfer order since 1 years, i had submit to Original Document / Paper, but the gas agency's one workers SUDDENLY HE HAS DISAPPEAR for the period but distributor has no one action to the compliant, it is not my single person problem the whole village consumer problem for the case ,and the person has rabish word use for every time, so please kindly take a action, i have no one single gas connection for that time how will be the cook for one year it is no bady can help to me, i had a lot of compliant for us but they have not action to the matter.

                                  I have been using HP gas for more than thirty (30) years. I am retired Govt. employee with transferable job of all over India. During each of my transfer, I got my papers moved through your offices in respective towns / cities. In Mumbai, it was through the office near Jacob circle, Mumbai . I was staying in Chembur for more than 20 years. Then I have shifted to Airoli, Navi Mumbai about 8/9 years back. This time also I moved my papers through your offices only. My consumer no. now is 620629, agency now is Vardhavinayak gas agency, Airoli,

                                  I have been telling your agent in Airoli for more than 8 to 10 months regarding issue of card for refilling every time I booked for cylinder. Then every time I was told that it is not required for you.
                                  Early this week I again requested for card. I have shown above papers referred at Sl. no 2. I was told that these are not original papers, though I showed them Original copy. Then I showed them other paper referred at s. no 2. , Then he told that, since our boss is not there I should go later in the afternoon
                                  Mean while I requested for refill through SMS service. The Cylinder was sent to my place. Delivery boy asked again for card. FIRST TIME IN LAST 8 to 9 years. I explained him with all papers. He was NOT ready to listen anything. Only was saying that “as per orders”. He was extremely rude like his office staff. I was harassed by office staff as well their delivery boy.
                                  I am senior Citizen (73). There is no other person in my house now, my wife is crippled.
                                  Now my request is that, said Gas Card be deliver at my residence after verification of papers. Meanwhile till the card is delivered, the said agency may be asked to deliver the refill on request as they were doing it earlier.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am experiencing problem in getting delivery of cylinders from the above dealer in Meerut, & want to transfer from Bharat Gas to Indane gas dealer Ramapurna gas agency Garh road , Meerut due to following reasons.

                                    1. gas book after 2 months of receiving cylinder, at presen. Earlier gas book after on 26 th day of delivery from receiving of cylinder, & delivery after 11 to 15 days after booking.

                                    2. I booked gas on 15th Nov till 18 th Noon not received delivery ( Last cylinder received On 15th sept. ).

                                    In view of the above I want to transfer gas dealer from bharat gas to Indanne gas as mentioned above.
                                    KIndly hel in this regard & tell me the procedure & oblige.

                                      I filled petrol for my two wheeler at bharat petroleum bunk near iyyappathangal bus depot(next to Tata Motors showroom) on 12 - Nov -2012 through a credit card transaction of rs 450. But after travelling some distance i faced problem with my bike and my bike stopped. I towed my bike to the nearest auto workshop only to realise that it was due to the adulterated petrol. I found the petorl filled to have the smell of kerosene. Only then i realised the fraud that the bunk people committed.

                                      I need to take this up to get these fraudulent bunk people punished. This has caused so myuch agony and waste of time for me .
