This is Jagadeesh from pune bharat gas agency Distributor m/s Ratan gas agency very bad service providing every time to the customer. my complaint is while booking the gas they cmmmited 7 within days will be delivered now they took 20 days wrong commitment and 2nd thing they took 25 RS more while delivering at home despite they are not giving bill also.main problom is during working day all phone more busy if they pick rash talking my cosmer no is 50005 in Ratan enterprise I am not at all happy this kind of service from Ratan Gas distributor. my celll no is 91-[protected]

      This is Ram Das Swami a Customer/Consumer of Bharat gas(BPCL). My new consumer no. is 51109819 which is being allotted to me recently. I am a customer of Bharatgas since more than 20 years with the same agency.
      I have being transferred to a different LPG gas agency same as 7000 other consumers of the same agency without any notification or public issue. This is not only me but rest of the other 7000 consumers, and I believe they might be not happy about the harassment they are facing
      The field officer named Gaurav Yadav (URAN) who had made these changes as he wanted to. and he has not even provided a single prior notice before deciding so.
      I am the consumer of BPCL, but not the officer who will decide what action to be taken on my account without my permission or without any circular or notice.
      He had transferred my account to such an agency which is far away from where i reside so it is not possible for me to get my hands over it, and it is terrific way of harassing the consumers.
      He is an employee of a public sector and as per me all the public servants should serve their consumers/customers with the utmost comfort level which he is failing to do.
      Also he has transferred the accounts to some other agency so why is he not at the place to answer what made him do so. As i am a consumer i have full rights to question.
      Even though the contact details are being provided so why does he fail to respond. I enquired of my account being transferred by whose permission. Its my account and he is not the one to permitted to do anything he feels so until i permit or without any circular.
      I tried reaching him a lots of time but he never reverted. Even though whatever is happening is not at all acceptable neither to be neglected, and as a feedback BPCL should take some strict actions against the officer who is messing up with the customers or their accounts that is the only reason I am escalating this matter to you.
      I hope U will understand the situation and take some necessary actions to avoid such circumstances.

        I have two issues regarding my Gas Agency (ABR Gas Agencies)

        1. I am a Bharatgas LPG consumer at ABR Gas Agencies, Pattabiram and my Customer number is 18667. I booked my gas cylinder by sending SMS to 57333 on 24th July 2012. I received a confirmation SMS immediately after booking that says Dear Manoranjan M V, your booking reference is 25587752. Please check the seal and insist to check for leakages during the delivery of the cylinder. We got busy with our work and when I called today 01st September 2012, my agency say that the booking has been cancelled as we booked 8 days before the actual booking date. They say that booking has to be done after 25 days of receiving the previous cylinder and I booked on the 17th day. They said that it was my mistake in registering before the booking cycle. I accept, but I asked them then why was my registration accepted and I got a reference number and that they could have sent a registration failure message instead. But for that they say it is the consumers duty to check for the cylinder booking or delivery frequently and they do not have a system that sends alerts for cancelled registrations. How is this possible? I was rest assured that my cylinder has been booked as I have received an alert that says that my cylinder has been booked with a reference number.

        2. I again registered for a cylinder on 01st September 2012 and the reference number is 25587752. In the agency after hearing my registration cancellation issue previously, they said that they will see to that the cylinder will be delivered within 10 days, i.e. on 11th September 2012. But I received my cylinder only on 17th September 2012. The bill has been generated on 07th September 2012 for delivery. Why this delay of 10 days?

        I had similar issue last year of delayed delivery and the Complaint ticket number received on 11th August 2011 is C[protected]. Just because of the faulty registration process and improper customer service at the Agency I had a total delay of 52 days to get 1 cylinder. I have a family of total 4 members in which two are kids, 1 school going and the other is just 1 year and 3 months old. The problems I faced because of this delay cannot be expressed in words and can only be felt. I raise this issue not to punish anybody, but to see to that not another family man like me would get in to such a bad situation.

          NOT RECEIVING CYLINDER ON TIME, NEVER BOTHER ABOUT CUSTOMERS REQUEST

          Saraswati gas services is providing a gas cylinder refilling service in our area.
          They have a following rule that you can book the cyliner for refiling only 20 days after the delivery of the previous cylinder.
          Once we book the cylinder, then we will receive the new one only after 12-15 days & after that 20 days again they expect you to book new cylinder ( by the time the cylinder which we are using already being half of...

          to the consumer complaint department,

          dear sir,
          i am narendra R. Tiwari , i have already get number of bharat gas from satish enterprises, resimbagh, nagpur and i have only single connection our gas has been empty from 9th Sept we have already registered my number via telephonically and agency holder ensure that he will delivere the cylinder within two days, but when we not received cylinder as per given date by him and i went to agency than they told us that you have not registered your number.

          further we again registered my number on 13 th sept-2012 & agency holder told us that your gas cylinder will be reached at your home till evening but till date we have not received any cylinder.

          so kindly assist to consumers & take necessary action against lying services.

            For house usage we find difficult to get gas. but how come the tiffin centre gets gas every day.there is a tiffin center and a tea shop in 279,thambu chetty st,chennai 60001 use domestic gas with regular supply as well the tea shop opposite to it.both are the same onwer. i hope you take necessary action,
            Two weeks ago, I booked a gas cylinder refill at one of the Bharat Gas Agency, telephonic. After following process on IVR they sound that Refill has been booked successfully & would be delivered in Next 48 hours. But after waiting for 60Hrs the refill was not delivered. When I made a call at customer care they told me that refill has been delivered yesterday. But I got the refill after 2 hrs of making them call. But the cylinder was leaking & due to this my family has to face lots of troubles. I had made complaint to them and they took that refill back but still I am waiting for my ordered refill. I had made call to the Bharat Gas agency at [protected] so many times regarding the matter but still there is no result.               I want to bring to notice that AIROLI SERVICE CENTR, NAVI MUMBAI Sector 05, is charging more rupees for Speed petrol as today's price of speed petrol is 77.87 Rs in all gas station but they are charging 84.33 Rs for per liter. There is almost 6 rs difference.

              I want to launch complaint against this Gas station and look forward to take strict action from your side against them.

                Hi,

                I was cheated by the Barath Petroleum pump in Hinjewadi, Pune. I had told them to fill petrol for 200 rs and was watching the meter to confirm. When the meter reached 100, another employee of the pump who stood on the oppsite side distracted me by asking some questions abt my bike. After i answered him and checked the meter it showed 150 only. I told the person that i asked for 200 and he had put only 150. He reset the meter immediately and said that he put for 200 only. As i did not have any proofs, i couldn argue with them. Please look into this matter urgently as i have heard many people complaining about the same petrol pump daily. They make it a habit to distract people looking at the meter.

                    I do not get gas cylinders regularly, I got my last cylinder received on 17/07/2012 and I had booked another gas cylinder on 17/08/2012 (Booking Sr. No. 10271) but i had not receive gas cylinder till date. Its more than 54 days and have not yet received the cylinder. He gets late every time n behave rudely. i have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
                    Every time Gas Agency creates problem regarding booking & receiving the Gas Cylinder i am mentally disturb very much. Please take the suitable action against M/S Nandeswari Gas Agency. Please take action within 05 days otherwise I'll put case in Consumer Forum.

                    I am facing lot of difficulty as I am a service man I have no time to spire repeatedly.

                    KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER SO THAT I GET GAS CYLINDER REGULARLY FOR SMOOTH RUNNING OF MY FAMILY BUSINESS.

                      We are facing a lots of problem several times with Bharat Gas (M.R.Desai Gas Agency Vyara Distt Surat gujarat 394650)
                      1) My consumer No 12483. I had applied for Double bottal connection on December 2011 Agency issued DBC on 13.3.12 vide voucher No [protected] and Amount paid Rs 3500 instead of 1250. agency manager said Rs 2500 for DBC and Rs 2250 we shall give luggage to you.But till date any thing not supply to me by agency and in this matter I approached personnaly but behaviour is not possible. he always reply to supply next week and now refuged to give any thing and said we shall cancelled your connection.
                      2) Sir- I had booked my refill on 11.8.12 but till now 9.9.12 I have not received the refill. i approached personally but bahaviour is not positive and he always reply today or tomorrow.
                      Sir- please take this matter very seriously and i request you to take necessary action please.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I am having a Domestic LPG connection with Bharath Gas and issuing the LPG from MP Gas Agency, Thachottukavu, Peyad.PO, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala since[protected] with Consumer No. 48437. Since then I am facing a lot of problems from them. They never supply the refilled LPG in-time.Every time I am making complaint against them through Area Office at Thiruvananthapuram and I become (not only me, but a lot of peoples such problems from my locality) a problem creator.
                        However, I was booked for refilled LPG on[protected] through land phone. Till today( even after a lapse of 68 days) I have not supplied the refilled LPG.Every week I am contacting the above agency and their ready made reply is " WILL COME NEXT SATURDAY". But I regret to inform you sir, I never received the LPG in-time/ till today.
                        I am requesting you sir, kindly look in to the matter sympathetically, and do the needful if you can.

                        Bharat gas domestic gas refill — non delivery of refill at residence

                        Bharat gas services, Bharat gas distributor is not delivering the refill to my residence. they are forcing me to get the delivery of refill from their godown which is far away from my residence.

                        Bharat Gas — non delivery of domestic gas on time

                        Manjiri gas agency, ghtkopar not provided the delivery of gas cylinder on time. we have face the same problem from lst 6 months. n today is d height as sunday we boil our tea on kerocin stove.....

                        Bharat Gas Agency — NON DELIVERY OF REFILLS

                        my consumer no is 50754 of Pratap jyoti gas agency, Sector 1, Rohini Delhi 110085 the agency is not delivering the cyllender even after 20 days of booking. i booked the refill on 24.01.12 but till now it is not delivered. on being enquired it is told every time that the delivery man has taken delivery today and shall be delivered by noon but it never happens.
                        this is happening fro the last 3 months. the agency is not responding and its phone no. are either not responded or receiver kept aside and some time if received it replies that it shall be delivered today or tomorrow which never happens.

                        we are sure that it is being blackmarketed and genuine consumers are harrassed.

                        please look into the matter and advise the agency to deliver both cyllenders to me on 08.02.2012 itself as both my cyllenders are empty.

                            Dear sir/Madam,

                            with reference to the above subject, i m one of the consumer of Bharat gas . I booked my cylinder on 17th Aug. 2012 but I did not got any response from Bharat gas till today 04th Sep. 2012, my consumer no. is 6955 . I personally visited the agency they told me that it will take around 10 more days for the delivery of L.P.G cylinder.And their behaviour does not well.
                            This is a not a one time, every time of booking they take around twenty to twenty five days delivery time after given lot of reminder at our side.

                            Every month I complaint but there are no response..

                            please take nessesary action as early as possible.

I asked them then why was my registration accepted accepted and I got a reference number, you could sent a registration failed message? But for that they say it is our duty to check for the cylinder frequently and they do not have a system that sends cancelled requests... How is this possible?

                              I had similar issue last year of delayed delivery and the Complaint ticket number from BPCl received on 11/8/11 IS C[protected].

                                MUNUSAMY GAS AGENCY FOR BHARAT GAS AT VELACHERY- THE DISTRIBUTER BLOCKED GAS SERVICE CONNECTION WITHOUT INFORMATION EITHER BY PHONE OR LETTERS.THEY ARE NOT PROPERLY ATTENDING THE PHONE CALLS.COMPELLING ALL CUSTOMER BOOK BY SMS REG.,EVEN IF TTHE SENIOR CITIZEN (65-85yrS) GO FOR BOOKING , REFUSING TO BOOK DIRECTLY ,THOU THEY TAKE 20 TO 30DAYS DELIVERY TIME.IN MY CASE THEY BLOCKED MY SERVICE CONNECTION AND NOT PROERLY GUIDING THE CONSUMER THOU BOOKING LAPSED 3 MONTHS.THE STAFFS ARE NOT PROPERLY EDUCATED MAY BE TOTAL COMPUTER ILLITRATE. WHY BHARATGAS IS GIVING SUCH COSUMER FACILITIES TO SOME FAMILY ILLITTERATES. MOST OF THE STAFFS ARE CHIT CHATTING TAKING COFFE TEA AND VIEWING PHOTO ALBUMS WHEN THERE IS 10 TO15 CONSUMERS ARE IN QUE LEAVE ALONE POOR ELDERS, WHO CAME THERE BY THE PRESSURE OF YOUNG FAMILY MEMBRS WORING 8 AM TO 10 PM AT SO CALLED SOFTWARE CO/.IF THEY HAVE NOT CHANGE THEIR BEHAVIOR/ ATTITUDE WE WILL TAKE VIDEO CLIPPINGS AND LODGE IN CONSUMER COURT/ DRAGGING BHARAT GAS CHENNAI ADMN/.

                                  My Bharat Gas consumer number is 107446. I purchased gas on 17 Aug 2011, from then I am chasing Distributor for second cylinder, but whenever I am calling or meeting to the distributor, she is giving me excuse of cylinder not available and asking me to call later. I asked her if any form available for second cylinder and she denied. Distributor is H.M.GAS CENTRE, BOPODI, PUNE
                                  Now I have no gas from last 3 days I have facing major issue, please help. Also give me details how to apply for second.

                                    helo i want to complain about baba bharat gas agency which is in hojai, nagaon, assam the main problem is that when ever we the customer pay the amount of a single cylinder which is rs.416 but we have to pay rs.420 because they mainly dont have change for us and they give 6pics of chocklet for rest 6rs but the chocklet is rs.50 paise commonly found in market .They sail both chocklet and LPG cylinder .So i want to realise you all about my problem and i hope that some action will be taken soon ...
