Dear sir,

I want to complaint against Kausik Gas Agency and Ramesh (the delivery man) for not giving us full LPG gas. On this saturday, ramesh delivered our gas cylinder. but after sometime when we weighted it on the shop, its was only 10.5 kg (approx) instead of 14.2 kg

Please take strict action against Kausik Gas Agency and Ramesh (the delivery man) so that I can receive proper LPG cylinder and if our gas cylinder can be exchange, please change it early.

    We had booked for refill of domestic LPG from Bharat Gas through the agency Hindustan Gas Agency,Adyar,Chennai about six months back(booking reference number:[protected] and later again on 13JUNE2012(booking reference number:[protected]. Inspite of repeated attempts at booking we did not receive any response from the mentioned gas agency regarding our LPG refill. We have also booked a complaint in Bharat Gas' online portal regarding the incident(complaint reference:199158)

        Regarding supply of gas sir I have gas connection form bharat gas in the name of R.K. Sharma my consumer no. 9705 R/o WE-A-+7, Mohan Garden, new delhi. The person who delivered the gas for us he delivered all the time and we signed the slip for company reference and he suppose to be submit the same in the company but some time he is not submit that slip on time and when we try to book the cylinder for next time company ignore to book the cylinder because of slip so, sir this is not our fault please you check the matter with the person who delivered the cylinders in that area, i will be very thankful to you

            We were delivered a gas cylinder today[protected] upon request. The person who brought the cylinder forced us to buy a tea packet or a coffee packet which is priced Rs 90.00 . We are running a family in budget and were unable to buy this, the person stood there and told us this is the new government order in Tamil nadu. We are concerned by the way the government trying to exploit the people through all these cheap marketing and giving additional burden economically. I am sure this is not correct by law and civil rights of consumers. Please help us to get rid of this unwanted expenditure through this greedy act of the government or the company whoever is concerned. When we request for the receipt it was not given and upon calling the agency they said us to come there to collect the bill with rude answers which is not related with the matter concerned.

            Bharat Gas — forcing us to buy some product

            Dear sir,

            My name is Hitesh Dubey and living in Mumbai(Ghansoli).
            My consumer no. is 24831.
            We want to have a new gas cylinder now we are having only one. when it gets finished then it's very difficult to survive without gas so we had been to the nearest Bharat gas office. that is Vighanshar gas service located in Koperkhairane. we asked them to process our request but they forced us to buy any product that they have in their office otherwise they will not process our request.

            Please do the needful.
            I have the same problem here in chennai...specifically with Aadhi Gas Agency

              My self is Sanjay Yadav. My consumer id no 116940. I have single Gas cylinder connection. My gas was finished on 23 Jun 12. I have booked the gas on 26 Jun 12 but till date i have not received the Gas. For inquiry i had visited the Bharat Gas agency on 2nd Jul 12 , the manager told me that you will get the gas cylinder on 3rd Jul 12. But till date we have not received the same and this problem i am facing 1st time. Every month i have to do the same fight with this Bharat Gas agency.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am residence of Nogle and had a gas connection with Bharath Gas agency (Nagole) and the service they are providing is worst and they are selling the Gas in the Block market charging around 800 rs per gas cylinder.

                  Apart from this they give us the silly reasons Boys are not available for delivery which is not our headace , and they just disconnect the phone.If they are managable persons they have to manage this or else ask them to sit ata home.The main reason is they are selling the gas in block market and not serving the people in time.

                  More over the lady sitting in the reception does not know Telugu ,if i spaeak in english she look at my face as if i am scolding her . Please help us to resolve this issue as sson as possible.Take the neccessary action on this.

                  I do agree with the above complaint. I too have the same complaint. Their response is very bad. The phone call hardly get connected. Its takes one week the get the phone line. Going directlly to the agency, one faces the same problem. All will be busy in talking in phone or somethine else. They dont attent you quickly. Any complaints also, they dont check it immidiatlely. The cylinder comes more than 15 days to be delivered after booking. Applied for Second cylinder more than one and half year back, but still not available, whey i asked the question they mention only one thing "its stopped now". but i had applied long back before the instruction had come.

                  Its really very harassing. Somebody has to do something on this. I hope the management of this, is aware of the problem with this branch.

                    My dealer of bharat gas is pushpa gas agencies Nadapuram. My application No. for new connection is 3417. It is sanctioned but they are not issuing cylinder.Their demand is to buy a new stove with the connection.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am requesting you to please give your kind attention towards my problem.
                      Sir, my name is Jayendra Vaja, recently I got transferred from Alwar to Reengus. I have been taking Inden gas supply from Alwar Indane, 9-10, Shopping Complex, Shivaji Park, Alwar, Opposit – Veer Sawarkar Nagar, with consumer No. A11831, from last 1.5 years. On transferring I received transfer voucher, Voucher No. [protected] from the above agency on 21/05/2012 for Reengus. After coming to Reegnus, I registered for my new connection in BHARAT GAS SERVICE Opposite – State Bank of India, Reengus with Xerox copy as per their advice on 26.05.2012. Agency officer confirm me that within one week we will issue new connection but till now they didn’t given me new connection. I am regularly going their office but no satisfactory solution given by the Gas agency till date.

                      I have got my family and I am suffering a lot without a Gas Connection from last 25 days. Kindly, put an end to my sufferings and help me to out of this problem.

                            LPG — LPG CYLINDER NOT RECEIVED

                            SIR,

                            i have requested for LPG cylinder from Sona enterprises nearly a week ago but till now i have not got gas. me and my husband both are working and it is very difficult for us to run after gas agency.
                            we have borrowed a cylinder from our neighbour. but we have experienced very poor service from this agency, earlier i had applied for gas connection in july but despite repeated requests i got connection in october. agency made the bill for full amount but some of things were not delivered, those things has to be delivered later.i have visited three times after that but till now we have not received those things.we leave home at 8:30 in morning and come back after 7:00 pm so it is very very difficult for us to follow up the things.kindly do the needful and we will be thankful if the cylinder is delivered on sunday. if it has to be delivered on some weekday kindly inform on [protected] or [protected]. it seems useless to give these intruction to the agency as we neither get anything on time nor they inform us for anything.

                            i have to take one more cylinder. but due to problems i have confronted with this agency, i dont want to take another cylinder from this agency.

                            Bharat Gas Lpg Cylinder — NON BOOKING OF ORDER

                            Kitchencare is inisisting on 21 days gap from the date of delivery for the next booking of a cylinder which effectively comes to around a month. Suppose you book a cylinder on 1st September and delivery has been made to you on 7th September then you can do next booking only on 29th September. It is a very pathetic situation for the consumer, while as per Bharat gas there is no such rule.
                            Totally agree. This guy supplies home use cylinders to shops and harrassses genuine consumers to supposedly to discourage mis-use.

                              I have book the cylinder in 08/06/2012 in Aadi Shakti Gas Agency K.L.D.A.V Inter college Market, old Railway Road Roorkee. On 20/06/2012 i have go to the agency why the agency have not receiving the gas but the agency employees says that you have receive the cylinder i have proof the signature.

                              i am the user of bharat gas,name of my gas agency is priyanka gas agency (kashmere gate). i have ordered for refilling gas on the date.5dec.2011. ref.no.:[protected], due to not supply i ordered it again on 10th dec 2011 ref no:15803014.and third time on 17th dec.ref no:16081243......due to unsupply i complained to the customer care on 20dec 2011ref no:3914988 again on 22dec , ref no:3919651and 3919668..again on23dec 2011.ref no:3921650....... but the cylinder has not yet delivered till now on 27dec .......i want immediate actions........
                              i am the user of bharat gas, name of my gas agency is Nirmal gas agency (Vikas Puri). i have ordered for refilling gas on the date.25-jan-2012.due to not supply.i ordered it again on 02 Feb 2012 due to not supply.and third time on 08 -Feb-2012.due to unsupply i complained to the customer care on 09-Feb- 2012 but the cylinder has not yet delivered till now on 10 Feb ...i want immediate actions...

                                I m a consumer of PL gas SERVICES AGENCY CODE[protected] Consumer no -25116 ,Address is LAKE PALLY, PO- BORAL, PS- SONARPUR KOLKATA - 700154.
                                I never get my gas refill on time. I booked for refill cylinder dated on 27/05/2012 Bokking no is 384928 and status is still i am waiting for the same even after 23 days.

                                This is not a single time problem but regular problem we are facing from last so many years. I have made complaint also for the same last time but same problem we are facing again.

                                This is completely harassment for consumer and i would like to bring this in a limelight. Request you to please do proper investigation for the same. I am sure something is wrong going on there which is unethical practice.

                                When i am trying to call him but unfortunately he refuse to provide me proper solution for the same.

                                  I am amit kumar . my gas consumer id is 53098079. I have made gas booking on 18.05.2012 at bharat gas company, DandiBagg Gaya Polytechinic ke bagal Sinha house me (Bihar) pin code is 823001. They assured me for delivery of refill cylinder within 8days but no supply was made as of 17.06.2012 and their telephones also lying engaged all time.Therefore, I and my family suffered very problems due to non receiving gas cylinder and engaging their the telephones. Our agency does not supply the LPG gas cylinder till month.Another point is that there is large amount of black marketing of cylinders is done here. This is a general complaint among the local persons. Other thing is that it does not give any response regarding the same. They don't hear anything. So I

                                  Bharat gas/ — Supply of refill cylinder

                                  Sir,
                                  I have booked for refill cylinder, Booking No:1841 dated 13th August 2008 with M/S.Sri Balaji Gas Agency, Vellore, the distributor for Bharat gas. The last Refill cylinder was supplied on 30th July 2008 and they book the next refill only after ten days of delivering the refill cylinder. Almost for two months there is no supply of refill cyl. We can use one cylinder for a maximum period of 30 days. If the company gives the information that they can only supply cylinders once in two or three months, it becomes easy for us to make some alternate arrangement. From the last one year, I have submitted many complaints through Bharat gas web site. But, concrete steps were not taken to address the complaints.

                                  Bharat Gas — LPG delay in supply

                                  I hv gas connection with your Rohan Gas Agency, Malleswaram. I booked for LPG cylinder on 5th Sep 2009. Till now I hv not received. Everytime they are taking more than 10 days whenever you booked. For examable : If I get a cylunder on 5th of the month , I am supposed to get another cylinder before 5th of consequtive month. They will take booking after 4th r 5th .And they will deliver after 10 days of the booking. SO next cylinder I am getting after 40days. It will go on like that.ie 40 days , 50 days 60 days. etc... etc.. They are mose irregular service. Where as my frined got a connection with BVS enterprise ie Indane. He will get within 3 days after booked the cylinder. It is wondered, How one agency is supplied very promptly and other agency is not able to supply. Kindly look into it. I hv given many complaint but no vain.

                                  Bharat Gas — refill cylinder supply delay

                                  I had booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder. (Consumer no. 43789 distributor mahalakshmi enterprise) on 09/10/09 but till today on 25/10/09 i have not received the cylinder yet. many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely careless attitude. There is always shortage of gas in this area because of this. Nobody is here to check up this matter.

                                  I request to you look into this matter and solve this with immediate effect. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

                                  Bharat Gas — Delay in supply of refill gas by Bharat Gas Agency

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  My name is Mubarak T M. My consumer no.50516. My Distributer No. is 621826. Distributer Name is Crystal Gas Agencies.I am not at all satisfied with their services. It is taking more than 20 to 25 days from the day of booking to get a gas refill.once they made me come to their emergency counter to get the refill. It took 2 hrs waiting in a queue to get the refilll.. i never knew that this was the meaning of emergency.
                                  But still here it doesnt end once i book for a refill the suppliers in our area never picks up the phone or keeps it switched off or gives false promises that it will be sent in two days.
                                  The services are worsoning day by day.Nothing is according to the policy of the Bharat Gas has promised.Please take the necessary action against them.

                                    I am filing complaint agaist Imperial Bharat Gas Agency Kopaganj Distt-Mau UP for
                                    1. not provide computerised booking slip
                                    2. doing the booking after 21 days
                                    3. not proved gas after 13 day of booking that is done after 21 days mentioned in para 2
                                    4. fixed the booking time 10 to 1:30 PM
                                    5. not supply gas at home
                                    6. manager and employee are rude and misbhave during booking and delivery of gas
                                    7. supply very old gas cylinder in which gas volve is not present

                                      The staff at Mahalakshmi Enterprises who are dealers for BPCL, are incompetent to say the least. The phone keeps ringing, nobody bothers to answer (I have seen this first hand), the system they have (BSNL from what I heard) was not functioning on both days I went. The staff there is rude and knowing that customer is at their mercy, have absolutely no decency.
                                      The icing on the cake is, while applying for a gas connection, one is obliged to buy a gas stove or some of the products that are part of the display or else you cannot get a connection. Ridiculous.
