If contacted to delivery person,he asks to collect it from certain location.
but he demands for home delivery charges extra.

Incompetent staff

The staff at Mahalakshmi Enterprises who are dealers for BPCL, are incompetent to say the least. The phone keeps ringing, nobody bothers to answer (I have seen this first hand), the system they have (BSNL from what I heard) was not functioning on both days I went. The staff there is rude and knowing that customer is at their mercy, have absolutely no decency.
The icing on the cake is, while applying for a gas connection, one is obliged...

I am customer of Bharat Gas for LPG Connection. When i applied for Gas connection at below distributor , he is giving one bottle of jam fruit and mango pickel with every gas connection worth rs.202. Even if customer is not willing to take, he is forcefully giving it. When I asked for return it, he said then you have to buy rice or something. He also asked to block my gas connection if i complain or asked for return.
