sir there is an inordinate delay in delivery of gas cylinder, especially in southern tamilnadu. we have to book only 21 days after previous booking and it takes a minimum of 25 days for them to deliver the cylinder, sometimes even upto 60 days. in bangalore, it is only 10 days. why this differential treatment?

i am having bharat gas connection at khammam andhrapradesh. the dealer here having two telephone numbers
[protected] and[protected]. one number always not working and one number always busy. they are not delivering the has properly . kindly let me know to whom to complaint immediately, and the telephone numbers to whom i contact
about the services, of bharat gas company.
even in their web there are not mentioned the service numbers areawise properly. kindly let me know it.

Blue Star/ Domestic Gas Cylinder — Non receiving telephonic booking

Dear Sir,
We the consumers in HINDMOTOR, Dt Hooghly, West Bengal are facing acute travel for the dealer BLUE STAR who have made a practice to put of his telephone during the official working hours so that nobody can book his gas over phone. It is always very hard to go up the booking office all the way of 2 KM to book for a cylender. Inspite of repeted reminder the dealer took no action.
As such I like to request you to kindly look after the matter and take necessary action.

I booked on 28th february to refill my cylinder.Now 44 days passed. I am not recieved the filled cylinder.For the last 15 days my 2 cylinders are vacant. I am not rich to bring the daily food from the hotels to my wife and two children. I complained several times to the agency, but no reply. If this site is for the interest of the public, please take necessary steps to refill my 2 cylinders (at least 1)as early as possible. If you don't mind please inform me what steps you are taken against my complaint.

M/s Perappaden Gas Agency, the sole agent for gas in Mala panchayat has made it mandatory for booking of Gas cylinder after 21 days of delivery of Gas cylinder. Normally it takes more than one month for the delivery and a gas cyclinder is available to a customer once in two months. The current booking position is as follows :

It may be noticed that those people who have no other alternative available for cooking are purely dependent upon gas face a lot of problem in such situation. While booking the gas, the recorded voice give assurance that the cylinder shall be delivered within two weeks, the actual delivery takes place after one month.

This is to inform that I have booked gas cylender on 29th of August 2008. They have given delivery date is 3rd of September 2008. But i did not get gas cylender till now. when i call 4th sep then they told me delivery boy is on the way and I was waiting whole day but did not come. Again I called today (5th Sep) & they told that today Gas cylender will reach your door definetly. Today I called in your agency 10 Am & now 5:45 PM & still i am waiting. Please let me know how many days take to deliver the cylender after booking. My both cylender has already emty & I am very upset. Pls do the needful ASAP. BHARAT GAS- GAS CYLINDER — Delay in delivery of cylinder

Dear Sir,

I registered a request for gas cylinder for Bharat Gas with MSD Enterprises, Rajkumar Road, Bangalore on 18.08.08. My consumer No. is 29387. They said 10 days time. Booking is taken only after 30 days of last booking. After 10 days, whenever I get the line luckily ( they never pick up the phone or it was always engaged) they said today it will be delivered without fail. This was happening till 8th of Sep. When I went in person on 9th Sep. they said they sent two times but house was locked. They said again that it will be sent on 9th itself or 10th of Sep. Even today it has not been delivered. To my surprise, the house was not at all locked.

It is not only the compliant of mine, others are also visit the office with the same compliants. This is not the first experience with the dealer, but no response from their side why the calls are not attended and delay in delivery.
We have booked the cylinder on 8/9/09.There is no supply till today.My mobile no is [protected]

SIR WHEN I BOOK FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF EMPTY CYLINDER, THEY SAY WAIT FOR THE PREVIOUS BILLING DATE FOR BOOKING .EVEN AFTER BOOKING AS PER THE BILLING DATE THEY DELIVER AFTER 14 DAYS . THE NEXT TIME WHEN I BOOK FOR THE CYLINDER THEY SAY YOU WAIT FOR THE DELIVERY DATE NOT THE LAST BILLING DATE.AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER 12 DAYS.FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING UNTILL THEN THEY DONT ACCEPT MY REQUEST FOR BOOKING THE CYLINDER EVEN AFTER 27 DAYS OF THE LAST DATE OF DELIVERY OF CYLINDER.

THEY SAY THE REASON THAT THEY ARE NOT GETTING THE SUFFICIENT CYLINDERS TO FULLFILL THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER.
EX: MY LAST BILL DATE WAS 17/10/2008(BILL NO 17094) AND DELIVERY DATE WAS 20/10/2008.AND THEY ACCEPTED MY BOOKING ONLY ON 19/11/2008.

KINDLY LOOK IN TO THIS SIR,
WHAT IS THE TOTAL NO OF CONNECTIONS THEY HAVE AND HOW MUCH LOAD YOU HAVE SUPPLIED. FOR THE PAST FOUR MONTHS.
THEN WHAT MAKES THEM TO AVOID ACCEPTING THE BOOKING EVEN AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE PREVIOUS DATE OF SUPPLY.

I have been seeing serious issue with delay in gas delivery happening for past 6 months in my area ( G.S Palya Electronic city, Bangalore), Actually the gas delivery is taking place after 20 -25 days of booking, coming to my recent booking i have made on 26th Dec-2008 and still awaitng for the gas delivery and there was no proper communication on when do they deliver.
Hence i am requesting you to provide some help on this to avoid this unpredictable delay

I am too a customer of Bharat Gas and I had a similar bad experience with one of the agencies.I recently shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore.To transfer my old connection, I went to the Prateek Bharat Gas Agency situated in Banaswadi and they told they will be giving me the cylinder within 2 days.
After 10 days also I haven't received the cylinder. Each time I call them they tell we are sending.
These Agencies should face some legal action so that customers interest can be saved.

my consumer no. 16167. I call to agency and booked gas on 3rd april 2009. After 27 days also I haven't received the cylinder. Each time I call them they tell we are sending. Booking date and number is fraud.

The call attending person keep disency to customer. please .

There r large days gap coming every month cylinder delivery, thatmean

Bharat Gas — Delay in delivery of gas cylinder

Dear Sir,
I have a gas connection in Ratan gas agency Kalewadi Pune.

I have done booking of gas on 29/01/2010 and Booking order No. is 479.
Still today I have not received delivery of cylinder.
As I am not paying extra money for cylinder, emplyes who deliver cylinder does not deliver cylinder with in time.
They gives preference to those customer who pays extra money to them.
So please look into matter, because HP gas has provide good service for customer than Bharat gas.
Your employes not gives good service.
Language of your employes is not good. Their behaviour and communication with customer is very bad.
So please look into matter.
Kindly acknowledge the same after receipt.

Dear Sir, It has more than 15 days of booking Gas Cylinder - booked on 4th March 2010, and also given two reminders, but I have not received the Cylinder. Each time we try the phone numbers there is no response or busy. If you visit personally they pretend as if they have noted our reuquest say that we will receive the Cylinder tomorrow. Sir I am very much regret to inform you that the gas dealer based at Patan city, M/S R.R. Traders, Badrinath niwadi, has been indulge in the black marketing of domestic gas cylinders and as a result to sale the customers cylinder to un authorized parties we are not getting delivery of our booked cylinder with in five days stipulated time. As per example I have booked my cylinder on 16th of August 2010 & till date I am waiting for the delivery of my gas cylinder. When I inquired on 23rd August 2010 about late delivery he says that that 'Delivery of 10th August 2010 booked cylinder is going on'. When I drew his attention to make the delivery of gas maximum in a week time he replied me with arrogant way that "to hale with rules & regulation of Bharat Gas Ltd." We have got good influence with Mamlatdar, Collector, Go down inspector & all head of bharat Gas Ltd.and we will work with our policy. According to him all authority controlling Bharat Gas are regularly getting bribe on monthly base so they are not with clean hand and such type of corrupted officers can't take any action against R.R. Traders. Now do you have answer of this statement by R.R.Traders?

after delivery of one cylender, agency allowed to book another cylender after 21days & another 15days for delivery. so the whole process takes 36 days. this time gap is quite high.we suffer a lot.please solve our problame. I think government declares to deliver gas with in one day.

Bharat Gas — Delay in delivery of gas cylinders

Can someone from respective department intervene and help the consumers like us who have been facing lot of issues with Bharat Petrolium Gas Agencies.

There have been issues like:
Gross delay in the delivery of the gas cylinders. Our family has connections from Friends Gas Service , Badarpur and Anand Gas Service at Bharat Nagar, New Delhi. Both of the dealers are making our lives misrable and not less than a nightmare.

Though the internet / phone booking system is introduced. But this system seems of no usage as these dealers are manipulating the bookings as per their own benefits( you know what I mean). They never pickup the calls for the followups and if visited in person to check the status, they will respond with highest degree of rudeness and callous attitude.

It is almost 2 months today and the cylinder is yet not delivered to us from Friends Gas Service, Bharat Nagar. On enquiry, they said that gas was deliverd to us on 14th Feb and same cannot be booked before the stipulated period. Please note that we never received the cylinder on 14th and upon asking the proof of delivery they are not ready to provide the acknowledgement slip. This proves that our booked cylinder was sold under black marketing and nothing else.

The situation with Ananad Gas Agency, Badarpur is also very similar.

I humbly request the higher authorities to take the corrective actions to help us. Trust this feedback will taken with the positive note and will help with correcting and resolving the issues faced by not us but many more consumers.

I had booked LPG refil vide booking No. 19273078 on 15/3/2012 (through SMS booking facility) My Dealer is Siddhi Gas Agency, Pimpri, Pune-411 018 and my Consumer No. is 27665. Till today i.e. even after three weeks I have not received the Gas Cylinder. Everytime, I personally visit the Dealer, they promise delivery within 3-4 days but nothing happens. Moreover, their phone number either is engaged all the time or nobody picks it up. I cannot go and take delivery from their godown unlike others due to my personal problems. Please help to get me the delivery of LPG cylinder...Aparna Biswas
Can some body contact LAXMI ENTERPRISES BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR Nayapalli,Bhubaneswar,India,ORISSA over phone. They have three lines [protected],[protected],[protected] and I bet on this that you will be lucky enough to connect them. Either it is busy or it is ringging.

You have to book the gan by visiting them leaving behind your all day to day work. They will not deliver the cylinder unless untill you visit them twice and every time they will tell you that they will deliver in a week's time which stretched to more than a month with several reminders.

I know, even with this complaint also nothing will happen to the as they have nothing to be worried as these are basic ammenities and we have to bow before them.

This is probably the 4th complaint source and I request if some thing stringent can be done for these people.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas (Bharat Petrolium Corporation Limited). My distributor is:

Rajeshwara Gas Distributor,
No.11&12, Western Plaza, Kompally,
Kuthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh
(code no. 117420).

There is always an abnormal delay in delivery in refill gas cylinder from the distributor.

The last booking was done on 12/11/2012, booking no. is 2684, and till today the refill cylinder is not delivered. I have contacted more than 20 times to the employees of bharat gas on telephone no.[protected] for the needful delivery. Every time I am assured that cylinder would be delivered shortly but all the promises are proved wrong. We are yet to receive the refill cylinder at home. Our both the cylinders are empty and we are facing difficulties.

Kindly do the needful.

i got my new gas connection in Basaveshwara Bharat gas agency where the staff dont know how to talk to customers and they are very rash. The delivery of gas cylinder was told on the next day of the booking where i wanted to go to the agency next day again and ask the status of gas cylinder due to the late delivery and again they were very much irresponsible and dont have curtesy so talk politely abt the issue to solve. From the booking date it took 4days to deliver the cylinder where it was told by next day the cylinder ll be delivered when i was behind him to get cylinder. I had a very bad experience with these guys of Bharat gas agency.

    m/s Basaveshwara Gas agency Yelahanka has been habituated to delayed delivery/supply refill against my bookings and thereby causing inconvenience and also not responding to our calls.This month we have booked refill on 27th April vide reference number 20828513 and yet the supply is not effected. Last month also he took one month and 5 days to deliver the refill from the date of booking and that too after lodging complaint with you.Therefore please advise the dealer to provide the refills on time.

    Bharat Gas — Inordinate delay in delivery

    We request you to look into the laguna in the Mangemnet regarding inordinate delay in delivery of domestic LPG cylinder and taking booking after 30 days from date of delivery and 10 more days for effectigng replishment (which in effect is 40 days). Nobody is able to offer an explanation for this clause nor are they consumer friendly in their interactions wiht consumers when approached. A reply to this would be appreciated at the abv mail id.

    Bharat Gas — Inordinate delay in delivery of gas refills

    Every time deliberate delay in supplying Gas cylinder. The time taken each time goes on extended by 6to7 days after completion of 30days from previous date of delivery. There by even the additional cylinder also will be exhausted and the dealer will not accept booking immediately and insist belated booking.Please help in resolving this problem.

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      I have a consumer gas connection from BHARAT GAS. My name and Initial is entered correctly in the connection book but in the bill the initial is printed wrongly. I checked with the gas service agency and they said that they cannot change it. What should i do to correct my initials in the bill? Kindly guide me to sort this issue.

        We have booked for a cylinder from 22nd november,2009 ,though it should be delivered within 7days from the day of booking,they are regularly delaying. I the personnels working in the organisation are very rude. There behavior are also dis satisfiable.They even hang up the phone if we call to them for complaints.We suspect that they are selling our product in black.If we tell them about our problem they are arguing with us.

          We have taken new connection in janwary 2012. They told that they will give other cylinder after 3 months but now after 5 months they are not giving. Now they are asking for 2 more months. I am facing lots of problem with one cylinder. At time of taking money and booking they made commitment that thry will give after 3 months.

            I would like to inform you that whenever I booked a cylinder they says that after 4 days they will deliver the cylinder, but instead of 4 days they take 10 to 15 days to deliver the cylinder evev after several reminding, They don't receive phone calls also, personally I have to visit for reminding for my non delivery of my cylinder. The main thing is that the delivery person is asking addtional money for delivering the cylinder.

            Please look into this matter & take necessary action.

              I got transfer letter from Bundi (Rajasthan) for Kankroli (Rajsamand, Rajasthan) for my customer no. 27840 on 15 Dec 07. The same letter presented near about June-July 08 at Dwarkesh Gas Agency, Kankroli (Phone[protected]. But the staff and agency owner not responding me and refusing to give gas connection. He is pressurring me to buy a Three Burner Gas stove having value Rs. 3000/-. He is using very rough language with us. Now I am going to Cunsumer Court.

                Domestic Gas & regulator submited on 06.04.12 but due to lack of internet connection problem my tranfer paper was not prepared at that time. The dealer got my signature on transfer paper whose serial no: is 3546205 and said that when net connection is regularised he will tranfer the connection to Chinchwad branch and courier the paper to my new address.
                But due thier problem my transfer papers are not prepared till date. Its already more than one month and my transfer paper is not prepared. I daily call them but they are not attending my phone.

                I am facing problem daily.

                  bharatgas — non-receipt of refillgas cylinder

                  i, had booked the gas in the first week of march-2008, under consumer no-5483 with m/s. ravi gas situated at jharsa road, gurgaon(haryana)till date refill cylinder not received, on inquiry dealer said my driver of gas carrier vehicle has left the job, hence he is unable to deliver the cylinder to my house.
                  bharat gas claims to supply the gas within 24 hrs, but this claim looks false & ironicle.

                    Agent: Mittal Gas Agency, New Panvel (Phone No.[protected]. I want to know the code which govern the functioning of domestic LPG supply agents. Can the consumer collect the cylinder from the agency's officer personally? Whether an individual is allowed to carry cylinder on two wheeler? Can the agency ask the consumer to collect the refilled cylinder from their godown? I want to know the rules and regulations in this regard. I have often come across with very unpleasant and nasty situation with the agents. They behave rudely and do not supply the cylinders on time. A standard reply is given "the supply is short". However, there is always a long queue to take the cylinders personally. In my case, I was told that the refilled cylinder would be delivered within 8 days. However, more than 15 days have lapsed, yet it has not been delivered. When contacted, a reply comes as "go anywhere and make a complaint." Are the consumers at the mercy of these agents? Can the issue be investigated?

Whenever we call the agency they do not respond to the call & if in case if they receives call also they will say tomorrow you will get the cylinder......but next day same story, we always have to wake-up this people.

                        This is not the case of this month. Every month we face same problem & every month we need to visit the office atleast 10 - 15 times. We are working people & dont have time for such stupid things

                        Lpg Gas Cylinder — Non delivery of Gas Cylinder

                        I have booked a gas cylinder vide my Gas Connection No.8615 on 16.09.2009 on telephone No.25611260 but till time refilled gas cylinder not received from the gas agency i.e. (SRI LAXMI SERVICES, A-20, RASHID MARKET, DELHI-110051). I have making so many telephone calls to my above gas agency but, all in vain. After 16 days of gas cylinder booking, refilled gas cylinder not sent by gas agency. WHY?

But when i checked again on 4/03/12, the booking was not shown there. Again I booked the cylinder on 4/3/12.                         My mother is the resident of New Vaddem, vasco and she has the gas connection with yashada enterprises. This person is so rude that if someone goes there for booking he just neglects them, we have to make 15 to 20 trips to his shop for the refill.as if they have been giving cylinders free of charge. My mother is very old and she cannot run here & there. After so many requests they will give the cylinder after 22 days and that too you have to wait on the road with your gas book and money for more than 30 minutes.

                        The delivery boy thinks himself as a celebrity. He just ignores everyone who comes without vehicle. He tells call your person to carry the cylinder from road to your residence. He is so busy he even doesn't think that, that person is waiting for such a long time. We are very much fed up with this type of services.

                          I am a consumer of Bharat Gas (M/S KALAPANA GAS AGENCY, PC MITTAL BUS STAND, SEVOKE ROAD, SILIGURI). My consumer number is 2395. I had booked for a gas refilling on 11th of april 2012. The gas agency promised to deliver the cylinder within 10 days of booking date. Till date i.e. 3rd May 2012, they have failed to deliver the same inspite of regular reminder personally at the office and on phone.The last time they delivered the cylinder was on 15th March 2012. This has been a regular thing for the past few years.I am a service holder and it is not possible for me to take leave and visit the gas agency to remind them. The agency proprioter puts forward silly excuses every time I approached the office. This is causing a lots of inconvinence at home in my kitchen. More over people have been complaining of black marketting the LPG gas cylinders by the gas agency.

                          Please do the needful so that such problem does not rise in future.

                          Bharat Gas - LPG Gas — non booking of cylinders

                          Newspapers says that there is no ban bor booking of LPG cylinder before 21 days whereas the agencies doesn't book the cylinder before 21 days of supplied. This should be got cleared and clear cut instruction to companies may be issued in addition to news in news papers.
                          Secondly, the time for supply cylinder after booking may also be fixed and got circulated to all concerned.

                                I have problem for getting a refill to my cylinder. As a first step I have called the Agency and placed an order through phone. They said it will be delivered with in 10days. After 10days when every I call agency, there were not picking up the phone or even not responding properly. Even you can find many complaints registered for the same Agency in your website. So, I thought I will place the order online.

                                So, as a second step, I have placed an order online. After placing the order and when I see the "View my previous order" I can able to see my order. The problem here is, when I again revisited the account and checked my previous order, nothing is visible there (i.e my order details were disappeared). So, I placed the order again. Here is the reference no. "20808798". After two days it happened the same. So, I placed complaint in the bharatgas site itself. But none of them responded and did not received a reply. Again I placed the order with reference no "20900675" and even when I sent the message through my alternate no, I got a message saying you have already registered with the above reference no. So, I verified online again after two days. My order was gone.

                                This time I contacted customer care through the no [protected]. So, they have given a number 155233 (which is not at all working). So, I gain contacted them, this time they said to add 022 to 155233. Same problem happened again.

                                I request you help in this regard asap. I have attached the images which I have taken for the reference no.s.

                                I'm calling to the agency staff daily from past 8 days and they are committing us that cylinder will be delivered by 3 or 4 pm. But i'm still waiting for the cylinder.
                                I'm facing a lot of problems because agency staff memebrs are not understading my situation.

                                Requesting some one to help me out ASAP, I'm being harassed by BHARAT GAS AGENCY staff members.

                                Can i go to the consumer court directly and file the case against BHARAT GAS agency?

                                  Being a responsible consumer of Bharatgas , it is my right to inform you about the frequent delay in the supply of LPG refill cylinder by S.S. ENTERPRISES. I booked the refill on 20/04/2012 and still waiting for the delivery of the refill . & I face a same problem from last two months.

                                    On Dt 04.04.2012 I had booked for a LPG. Till date the same has not been delivered to me.

                                    On contact the representative of the said agency always telling it will take 2 to 3 days.

                                    Please take necessery steps for early delivery of LPG.
