My consumer No is 37541 of Bharat Gas (M/s Varsha Enterprises, TEL NO[protected].

On Dt 04.04.2012 I had booked for a LPG. Till date the same has not been delivered to me.

On contact the representative of the said agency always telling it will take 2 to 3 days.

Please take necessery steps for early delivery of LPG.

we are getting 2-3 kg gas less in each cylinder from last six month. last delivery(24/04/12) is 7.5 kg gas less in cylinder

The Bharat Gas dealer by name " Sadshill Bharat Gas" located at Mapusa- Goa is not delivering the LPG cylinder on time.
For your kind information, the cylinder was not delivered even after 30 days of booking the same on telephone. Thenafter when I contacted the dealer's Office saying my second cylinder was also become empty. I used to call the office everyday & they would assure me of the delivery...

Bharat Gas had delivered expired cyclinder at my home. The date on the cylinder is D-10 which means that the cyclinder should not be used after that day, but without checking the expiry date the cylinder was delivered, the delivery was received by my mother who is unaware of how to check the expiry date so was not in a position to return it on delivery. When I checked today I came to know about this faulty cylinder.

There is no accountability here.there is not one but multiple complaints.

- there phone line is permanently busy, I think they keep the phone down.
- when u go to them personally, they are free not doing anything.
- they say they will deliver the cylinder in 7-8 days, but they never deliver, untill u give them a personal visit.
- there is absolutely no accountability at this location.

I have registered for online booking for bharat gas agency. But unfortunately, i have forgot my login ID and password to enter to my account. Today, while using the forgot password option, it says new password is sent to my email address. but i have not yet received any email from bharat gas till now. i am very annoyed with the service that im not getting even though i am eligable for the service at the time of complaint . it is not a small issue where it is coasting my life and my family are u suppose to take responsiability if any thing goes wrong to me or my family. even after calling n number of time no response if mistakenly my call is being connected what i get is illetrate guy talking to me in abusive language I AM VERY VERY ANNOIED...

This agency provides gas cylinders for Rs 399 printed on the receipt. Normally a customer would pay Rs 400 ie 4*100 (notes) for the bill. The provider is supposed to pay Re.1 back to the user which they will never do. And when u ask them to pay the remaining balance back, the person would say that they don't have change to pay back. The consumer won't pay much attention to it and would leave the balance but if we consider the situation...
