this is jyothi my consumer / Gas code is 24402 my is distributor is M/s Harsha bharat gas agency (v.v puram) sir i booked gas on 21/2/2012 but sir till date i am not received gas . when we go agency or phone query about our supply officers is not give proper ression about supply and threat me for stop supply. he give me ans: our collection is cancelled/ blocked for supply and my online sms booking is blocked to our phone no's . sir this is very very big problem . kindly requested take proper action.

    Bharat Gas had delivered expired cyclinder at my home. The date on the cylinder is D-10 which means that the cyclinder should not be used after that day, but without checking the expiry date the cylinder was delivered, the delivery was received by my mother who is unaware of how to check the expiry date so was not in a position to return it on delivery. When I checked today I came to know about this faulty cylinder.

    Could you please help in resolving this issue.

    Bharat Gas Services — delay in CYLINDER DELIVERY AND BAD COSTMER SERVICES

    we getting problem in cylinder delivery and poor custmer service
    and we having problem in cooking food becouse of delay in cylinder
    so please do somthing for that as early as possible we wil we highly obloged to you

    It happen to me today as well, I have check the expiry date of cylinder and return that immediately and go a new one, but what I found in another one is they have colored the previous expiry date and written new expiry date. Then I have check the delivery vehical to find other cylinder and found more than 50% as either expired or re-written the expiry date. I am attaching the photograph of those cylinder and taken video as well for proof.

        I am the customer of Bharat Gas under the consumer no.7033 from last 3yrs. My problem is this my Bharat Gas agency holder never co-operate us familiarly and never gives us refill on the time and when we book our refill for home delievery we never get refill at home by home always we take delievery from godown (Rajpura) after spending full day and travel expense and after the more waiting of home delievery and refill. We have harrased mentally. Plz co-operate us.

            cylinder not received after 20 days of booking

            There is no accountability here.there is not one but multiple complaints.

            - there phone line is permanently busy, I think they keep the phone down.
            - when u go to them personally, they are free not doing anything.
            - they say they will deliver the cylinder in 7-8 days, but they never deliver, untill u give them a personal visit.
            - there is absolutely no accountability at this location.

            Sir,
            We are having Domestic lpg connection of BPCL (consumer No:59692 ) in my name and getting supply from M/S Radha Gas Service at Thadagam road,Coimbatore.(Distributor code:114600).For the past six months we are not receiving refill as per schedule.The distributor says that we have to book the refill after 21 days from supply,and we will get the refill after 25 days from the date of booking.
            We received last delivery on 23rd Feb 2012,Booked for Refill on 15th March 2012,So for we didn't receive refill the distributor daily giving different excuses from 7th April 2012.
            We want to know that what is the actual duration between two refills,and what is the procedure for changing the distributor.Kindly arrange to do the needful for getting proper supply.

              Bharat Gas — booking problem

              Sir,

              There is a lot of problem in booking procedure. Phones are continousely busy or no body is picking up the phone. Secondly when I had booked my gas on mobile no then it has not been booked either he had given me the booking number. It means the person on duty is very irresponsible or there is no check on them. Further after booking on land line everytime person said after fifteen days they have delivered the gas but we have to give a reminder ' ki aaj 15 din ho gaye hai'. Inspite of that the have taken two or three days more to deliver the gas.

              There is too much lack of services provided by your agencies. If this is one time problem then its o.k. but from the last four time I am facing this problem.

                booked my gas on 01.04.12 but the dealer is not delivering the above booked cylender after 12 days .i approached personaly&telephonicaly but behaviour is not positive s he always reply to supply the cylender & tomorrow or day after tomorrow. please take immediate action to the supply manager&delivery vendors who are blacking cylenders hopingfor quick action.

                      This agency provides gas cylinders for Rs 399 printed on the receipt. Normally a customer would pay Rs 400 ie 4*100 (notes) for the bill. The provider is supposed to pay Re.1 back to the user which they will never do. And when u ask them to pay the remaining balance back, the person would say that they don't have change to pay back. The consumer won't pay much attention to it and would leave the balance but if we consider the situation in terms of all the consumers say there are 250-500 cylindes supplied a day, the company is able to make Rs 500 profit in one day which I would consider as black.! ... Is it justifiable ?? when a rupee price hike in petrol causes a lot of hustle and bustly in the country..!! .. and if these guys cant carry the change .. why dont the print Rs 400 on the receipt for convenience..!!

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        we, the residents of Igatpuri are facing acute shortage of LPG gas Cylinders. the service provided by the distributor is also very poor. the distributor gives priority to the customers who pay more in black such as the taxi drivers who run their taxis on LPG gas. people have to queue at the distribution centre from midnight 3:00 am till the noon or even evening at some instances and in the end they are replied that there is shortage of cylinders from the company. if all the people are paying the money from time to time for refilling the cylinders then why BPCL is not providing them with the necessary services. they should appoint an additional distributor so the work load gets distributed. people are not able to get their refilled cylinders even after a waiting period of three months. when asked they reply that company has asked them to give priority to the ones who pay more.people are not able to cook the food. at times they have to sleep hungry at night. on the other hand some black marketers are selling the cylinders for a hefty amount of INR 1000+. i request you to take a serious action against the company. else one day will come when people will be forced to commit suicide in front of the distributor's office.

                        I am consumer of LPG Gas, Conumer No.4022 from Abhinav Gas Services Telephone Exchange Road, Bilaspur C.G. who is dealer of LPG of Bharat Petrolium Corp.Ltd..There distributor cod No.is 351877.
                        They are notproviding Gas gylinders properly.No body attend the phone and there is no proper reply when someone visits there retail outlet.
                        they openly blackmarketing the cylinders and not provided to genuine consumers for months togather.
                        Immediate action is required

                        As per Ministry orders every consumer will get a LPG Refil once in 30Days, but company may fails to deliver to distributor & because of that distributor may provide delivery in around 40Days.

                        Sir, SUB. – Forcefully take hold of 2 LPG cylinders with Illegal entry in home (consumer no. 7200)

                        With reference to above subject i regret to inform you that a person named Mr. Lalit from Shahid Vinod Katewa gas service, Sujangarh, came at my home on 10.07.11, regarding CC No.- 551716. He conferred that, i have given you expired cylinders at the time of connection by mistake. By saying this he entered in to my kitchen without my permission with a person who came with him and recovered both of cylinders. One of cylinder consists ¾ gas was connected with stove and other one was seal packed. Even i was continually refusing them, but Mr. Lalit said, i will give you back new cylinders form store today.
                        I waited a lot but no one came to deliver my cylinders. Then i called him up a lot for my cylinders even i went to gas agency and requested him that i am suffering due to lack of cylinders, kindly give me back my cylinders. Even i borrowed gas cylinder form my neighbour. But he said that your cylinders were recovered on behalf of Mr. Balkrisna’s written order and denied to hand over cylinders.
                        As i have already been heard lot of misbehaved circumstances done by Mr. Lalit with customers, and he often uses abusing words with customers even, slapped in some cases. He also blacking cylinders and sales regulator in 500/- and forces customers to buy stove at the time of connection. He also uses name of higher officers to demoralise the customers. I really scared from him, and don’t know how it is possible to get my cylinders back?
                        I hope you will resolve the problem as soon as possible. If no action will be taken by you i regret to inform, i will go through petroleum ministry and regional office, Noida.
                        I shall be highly obelised if you take my case favourably and look in to the matter.

                              Dear sir,

                              In the website of the company and sources of the Bharat Gas telling that Gas connection is readily available as and when demand. It is unfortunate that even after waiting for 3 month I did not get connection. I am living in virar west. I registered for New Connection in Anita Gas Agency, Virar. However, I am not able to get it till date. They said " There is no official communication from our office so we have not started New Gas Connection". But its is being notice that the people who are paying the Higher price more than the actually price placed by the company are being distributed new connection

                              I request you to do the needful on immedicate basis

                              Bharat Gas — no new connection

                              I have applied a new connection 3 month before and the verifiaction have done but no indiaction from the Distributor, So i go to Distributor and they says previous connection have been canceled and new form will come up as soons as then your's processing will be start.
                              Now New Form are available, but they says for all the required doccumments as an attcahment while i have attached the same for previous form, It's not my fauilt why we are attcahed the same doccumnets, why the Distributor have not confirmation of canceletaion of the previous Connections.
                              I am agree with u how much time we get another gas cylender in haryana, beacuse every time our gas distributor says no new gas connection still open please tell which date & month new gas connection open i am waiting your answer

                              I am staying in Chinchwad and have applied for new gas connection in January 2009 with Raka Gas (Chinchwad). From past 6 months I am visiting their office to enquire about the connection.Everytime they tell me to come next month giving no valid reason.
                              Please do the needful if possible from your side.

                                I am a LPG Indane customer with Parul Gas Service, Sant Nagar Buari, Delhi - 84 and my consumer Number is 11670. I have booked for a refile on 16.11.2007. Even though it is nearing Seven days, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer

                                Bharat Gas — Poor delivery of cylinders

                                I have booked the cylinder on 05/12/07 as per the terms the cylinder should be delivered after 15 days of the booking. So, it should be delivered on 20/12/07. But till today I have not received the cylinder. I have asked my Bharat Gas distributor many times over phone. They are telling today we will deliver the cylinder. But they are not stick on their commitment.
                                Service is very very ............................................ poor.
                                I have booked the cylinder on 20/2/08 as per the terms the cylinder should be delivered after 15 days of the booking. So, it should be delivered on 04/03/08. But till today I have not received the cylinder. I have asked my Bharat Gas distributor many times over phone. They are telling today we will deliver the cylinder. But they are not stick on their commitment

                                I have booked my LPG Cylinder on 8/10/08 over phone. Further on 15/10/2008 I called again one was toled that Cylinder will be delivered till 15/10/2008. But no body pcking the phone neither cylinder was deliveded.
                                I am very very disappointed from the service being offered by my dealed M/s Priyanka Gas Service, Halimton Raod, Kashmiri Gate, Delhi-110006. Please take the actions in this agencies My Consumer No. 4480 in My mother name.

                                It has been observed that the service of your company is very unsatisfactory. The telephone numbers given are never picked up. In your slip you have written that your working hours from 8.00AM to 8.00 PM whereas on personally checking the place nobody comes in your office at 8.00 AM but starts working after 10.00 AM. I would also like to inform you that there have been numerous delays in delivery of cylinders and perhaps your selling man is selling in black and depriving the genuine customers who suffers. Earlier also we have complained in last 2 years but gone on deaf ears.

                                We have now booked vide Sl. No. 11073 on 29.12.2008, since then we are trying to call you on your telephone nos. but unable to get. It is almost 10 DAYS are passed but the cylinder has not been delivered. On enquiry they always assured as if they are obliging by supplying gas.

                                We would request you to kindly investigate and inform us why an abnormal delay for refill and delivery especially from your company and no other company having such difficulty. We would expect a written reply from you to understand real difficulty or there is mismanagement or dwindling the refills depriving the genuine customers.

                                I am a cunsumer with ramanath gas agency in valasaravakam in chennai, I will not get the Cylinder in time & even nobody is picking up the phone also. I am a working women & aged person in my house but most of the time the delay of the cylinder & will not get the cylinder in full & I took the cylinder in Black when the cylinder will be finnished, because emergency.

There is a lot of black channel sales of cylinders due to which the delivery people are resorting to delaying deliveries and diverting cylinders to black channels.

                                This is from S.Jaganathan, we have problem of getting the gas cylinder as door delivery. Our customer No:22019 & SV.No:[protected]. I am aged 62, I am the only person at home to receive the gas cylinder at home. In this month we have faced problem of getting the gas cylinder. We have registered the gas to come, last Feb 15th, till now there is no response from the J.K.R Gas company BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTORS, LAXMI MANSION, No. 3, CAUSEWAY ROAD SALEM - 636 006. When I rang up and asked for the gas, they first reply that it will come today or tommorow. It went on for 15 days.But it didnot come till today. When i rang up today, we got the information that supply person got vacated the house, so we dont get the gas in this area as door delivery. Gas agency people said, " I should come in person to get the gas". I am aged, so i cannot do all this. So it is not possible for any of the members in the family to come in person to get the gas. All this two years they delivered the gas at home. Whenever gas supply person come to give gas we give extra amount of Rs. 40 to 50/. Only now they are giving improper reason.They are suggesting that we should transfer our gas agency nearby. There is no proper customer care. I want the proper response from the gas concern authorities. Our point is that when we rang up, they have not first said, we should come and take the gas.They said, "it will come", Now suddenly they are reacting differently. As a customer we want the correct response from you. I hope you do give regard for the customer, looked in to the matter and take necessary action.

                                L.P.G — Unsatisfactory services by the dealer

                                Dear sir,

                                We are having a LPG connection having consumer no. PA 2508 with M/s Chirag Gas Agency, Bag Mahanarain, Chowk Lucknow, the connection is on my father's name Mr. Vijay Kumar Bajpai.

                                Oftenly they have supplied the cylinder short by 1.5 kg to 4.5 kg. and after lodging the complain, they are pressing us hard for transfer the connection t other agency and the complaint made to your lucknow office having no effect.

                                We have the double cylinder and some time they refused to book/deliver the two cylinder at a time and say book after 21days! what is this?

                                  My cons no. is 21421. I have booked for new cylinder on 10/3/11. I was told that the cylider will be delivered within 8days. I started ringing excell gas after 10 days practically evry day. First 2-3 days I was told that the cylinder would be delivered within 2 days. Afterwards I was told that it would be delivered on the same day. When I rung up next day, I was told that, you did not get yesterday ( who is watching whhether the cylinder is given senioritywise and whether is delivered on the same day to the consumer?) This answer is going on for the last one week. On Tuesday when I rung up I was told that the cylider was already given and delivered on the same day. On Wednesday I was angry and told your booking lady to inform the delivery man now only to deliver the cylinder. She told she would do. I rung up after some time and asked her whether she had informed the deliver the cylinder by noon.
                                  I rung up again after two hrs to confirm whether she had informed the delivery man. She confirmed and handed over the phone to her boss and he informed that the cylider would be delivered today only.

                                  Nothing happaened. When I rung up today I was told that the cylider vehicle didnot come yesterday.
                                  Which statement I should take it as correct. Yesterday I was told that the cylynder was given for delivery and today I am told that the cylinder did not come. There should be a limit for lying. Your official waiting is 8days after booking. But I am waiting for 28 days even after reminding everyday

                                    Domestic LPG — Cancellation of booking

                                    Booked on 13.11.2008

                                    Because of some family wedding I was not at home from 10.12.2008 to 12.12.2008 (2.00 pm)
                                    Because o[censored]ncertain delivery date and time, I could not presume the delivery date.
                                    on enquirey on 14 and 15.12.2008 I was informed that the delivery could not be made becasuse my flat was not open on 11.12.2008. and my booking has been canceled and I have to book for the gas again which I had to do so on 16.12.2008.

                                    My present gas cylinder will last for a week at the most consideringthe Winter Season. I was given to understand that supply against the fresh booking will take around 20-25 days.

                                    How shall I carry on.

                                    Please aslo confirm whether the position taken by your dealer (Quick Gas, Uttarpara, Bhadrakali) is correct and appropriate.

                                      The staff at BPCL chennai anna sali is cheating .I used to fil the petrol there frequently but from last few days I noticed that petrol quantity is less .So today i went with this thing in mind that i have to be careful. I asked for 1000 rs petrol as usual and the attendant started filling the petrol when it reached near 600 -700 then the so called supervisor came and he handed over the bill from other window to distract me and but quickly i turned back and i saw that the attendant who was filling the petrol stopped and he told sir complete .i got down the car pressed the button to get the original bill and the reading in the bill was rs 837 rs.
                                      then i asked the supervisor and attendant that where is the manager ..to my surprise even manager was supporting them saying its the system fault..power fialure etc and he didnt help me..and he told ok we will fill give remaining fuel..they all are sharing the cheated money i don't know how many times they have cheated me and other people also ...I am having both the original biil (837) and before that he gave me one receipt in which it was 1000 rs...I am having proof but dont know whom to approach if someone knows then please inform me i want to take this complaint to higher laval.
