Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] Complaints & Reviews

I have a gas connection of Bharat Gas. My consumer ID is 14913. My agency is Manvir Gas Agency. I booked my gas on 18th November. My booking reference is 14967010. Till date 26th November, I have not received my cylinder. I already complained 3-4 days back but there is no action or response from your side.

Please take the necessary action or otherwise I have to go to higher authorities.

Respectfully it is stated that the supply of domestic LPG Cylinder from M/S Sushant Enterprises ,Hodal the authorised distributor of BPCL is not giving the proper supply . It never book the Domestic LPG Cylinder before one month and after 2 or 3 days it was supplied to the customer. regard this i have complaint it to BPCL complaint calll center but no result. the complaint no is 3808505 and now the reminder complaint no...

i, CHHOTELAL SINGH S/O. OF MRS. VIMALA SINGH, WHICH NAMELY CONSUMER NO. 81326, HAVE TWO CYLENDER, WE, HAVE NOT BOOK THE GAS PAST 6 MONTH BECAUSE OF FAMILY REASON, NOW MY MOTHER WHO ARE 65 YEARS OLD, GO TO SUBMITE THE AFFIDAVIT AND AFTER 10 DAYS , WE ARE NOT FOUND CYLINDER, THE "TANYA GAS AGENCEY" CITY - NALLASOPARA, DIST - THANE, MAHARASTRA, WHO ARE NOT PROVIDING SERVICE GOOD.

MY COMPLAINT...

There is high misuse of Domestic LPG gas cylinders in an unauthorized plastic recycling godown at plot No. 204 Arvind Enclave Mundka Delhi-110041.
This is an unauthorized godown situated in resident area and use very high amount of Domestic LPG gas. I request to higher authorities to take action as soon as possible to save domestic LPG and hence helping against rise in domestic LPG prices......

I s.janardhan reddy with bharat gas customer no 12943 not getting cylider in proper time every time from SRI VENKATA SANTOSHI BHARAT GAS AGENCIES kavali,Nellore ( dt).AP we are roaming around it from 10 days.every day they are saying tomorrow ,day after tomorrow like that. I had booked a LPG cylinder at 27th oct,my consumer no is 3908 but I have not received the cylinder till date. But the distributor confirm me for last 7 days that I will get the cylinder immediately.I have feced a lot of problem because I have single cyllinder. on 10.11.11, at about 1.30pm,lunch time i yet to receive a lpg gas cylinder from the delivery man of dhaniakhali bharat gas appliance hooghly, west bengal,which cash memo no/bill no.-12306 dt 27.10.2011,was very much defective,gas come out from the nob of the cylinder,it very much risk at my home.


please take necessary action as early as possible.
i already inform the owner of the above gas appliance...

Every time i go to agency , Baldev singh (owner) refuse to process the connection request and say that he is not getting the cylinders from Head Office .

I have book a gas cylinder in Bora Gas Agency (Distributor Code 117475) Rudrapur, Uttrakhanad at 23 October. My Consumer No. Is 17322. when I go at Agency or ask at Phone I get straight reply we have not the quota of cylinder. In this agency now-a-days Manager is not appointed. I have also make many calls to Customer care and Regional Complaint Centre at Barailly. They are giving me different mobile numbers to talk but no one is responding...

I have a LPG connection from M/s Gautam Enterprises (agancy of M/s Bharat Gas Ltd), Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 110 095 . My consumer No.22004. As pipeline gas connection has been installed at my resident I wanted to surrender my connection. Accordingly about six months back I visited my agency and asked them for surrendering of LPG connection what I have to do? They told me that someone will visit my residence and collect empty cylinder...

The officers/official of Bharat Gas Agency HLRDC at Hisar releases the press note to make a call to book the gas suplly. But they hold up the Land line nos and forwards the mob call to the no that is out of order/buzy or not working. In this way they makes the public foolish.

The complaint is against CWPRS Khadakwala Agency gas agency. I am holding LPG connection of Bharat Gas & my distributor is CWPRS (Khadakwala) Agency. We have to take leave from job for 2 days just to refill the gas. One day for booking & 2nd for making receipt & if cylinders are not available then again next day.
