I have a gas connection of Bharat Gas. My consumer ID is 14913. My agency is Manvir Gas Agency. I booked my gas on 18th November. My booking reference is 14967010. Till date 26th November, I have not received my cylinder. I already complained 3-4 days back but there is no action or response from your side.

Please take the necessary action or otherwise I have to go to higher authorities.

Misuse in plastic godown

There is high misuse of Domestic LPG gas cylinders in an unauthorized plastic recycling godown at plot No. 204 Arvind Enclave Mundka Delhi-110041.
This is an unauthorized godown situated in resident area and use very high amount of Domestic LPG gas. I request to higher authorities to take action as soon as possible to save domestic LPG and hence helping against rise in domestic LPG prices......

Delivery problem

I had booked a LPG cylinder at 27th oct,my consumer no is 3908 but I have not received the cylinder till date. But the distributor confirm me for last 7 days that I will get the cylinder immediately.I have feced a lot of problem because I have single cyllinder. The distributor code is 416716.I m not facing the problem only this month,m facing this problem each n every month. please help me out. Gas owner name is Mr.Milan kali....

on 10.11.11, at about 1.30pm,lunch time i yet to receive a lpg gas cylinder from the delivery man of dhaniakhali bharat gas appliance hooghly, west bengal,which cash memo no/bill no.-12306 dt 27.10.2011,was very much defective,gas come out from the nob of the cylinder,it very much risk at my home.


please take necessary action as early as possible.
i already inform the owner of the above gas appliance...

I have a LPG connection from M/s Gautam Enterprises (agancy of M/s Bharat Gas Ltd), Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 110 095 . My consumer No.22004. As pipeline gas connection has been installed at my resident I wanted to surrender my connection. The complaint is against CWPRS Khadakwala Agency gas agency. I am holding LPG connection of Bharat Gas & my distributor is CWPRS (Khadakwala) Agency. We have to take leave from job for 2 days just to refill the gas. One day for booking & 2nd for making receipt & if cylinders are not available then again next day.
