Dear sir,

I G.N.Amlani having a Customer I.D. 8413 in Akansha Gas Service,Adhartal ,JABALPUR i booked my cylinder on 8.10.2011 by phone and they respond me my serial no.174 asking me within 7 days u will get ur cylinder at home. But on 24.10.2011 when i go to Gas Agency then i got that my booking date was entered in Agency on 12.10.2011 and i know from there enteries that Hauker Subhash has already dilivered my cylinder on 17.10.2011,but i did not get my cylinder till date.They did not respond me in properly I am fedup from all this thing.
Please do the needful and reply me soon.

    Domestic LPG Gas — Not Given To two month before double cylinder

    I ma very puzzel the behaviour the gas agency 100 times calls and visit in agency buy not given to me DOUBLE CYLENDER.

      Sub:- Abnormal Delay in Gas supply,

      Dear sir,

      This is Premkumar, having Consumer No. 29816 in this agency, I am a new Consumer having only One Cylinder. I have booked the cylinder on[protected] and followed up until today[protected] saying that they have no cylinders to supply and if it is must you can come and collect the cylinder from their Warehouse , approximately 12 Kms from my Home, which will cost me about INR.250/- for getting One cylinders additional than the Cylinder value. Being One cylinder consumer, as the gas got exhausted since one week, I am using Kerosane stove as alternative for cooking.

      It is regretful to inform you that, your approved Gas supply agencies, in Cherpalacherry, Palakkad , they are neither having any system in supplying Gas cylinders to the consumers nor any manners to deal with the consumers. First of all they never respond to the consumers over phone, even if they attend the Phone, use to speak very roughly and disconnect the phone immediately. And Further, this is not first time to happen with me, they always behave in the same way.

      In veiw of the above, It is my kind request to you, to look into my grievances and do the needful by providing me the justice.

        My consumer number is 16657.
        Rose Flames, distributors of Bharat Gas, Ernakulam, Kerala, had registered my direct personal booking of LPG cylinder on September 5th, 2011 and informed me that a new cylinder would be delivered in 25 days.
        When I went to meet them today , October 18, 2011, the agency says that they have not taken my booking as I have a 'dormant' account and need to produce a verification that I am the original consumer.
        Why did the agency not mention about the said letter when I went to their office to book my cylinder? Why is my booking not registered when I had seen them registering the same on September 15?
        To say that the officials of the agency behaved rudely would be polite.
        Hoping to get my refill cylinder soon.

        Dear sir,

        I have booked gas cylinder on 16/2/2012 in Surya gas agency, Mulanthuruthy, Perumpilly. They told me on cylinder will be delivering on 18/2/2012. But till today we have not received the cylinder. I called the agecy many time and they told me they will produced the bill on 18/2/2012 and the cylinder will be coming next day ...next day. What can I do. I request you to do any action regarding my complaint.

          I sri Uttam Bhakat sainthia (Town high school para)consumer of Bharat Gas under M/s Nandeswari gas distrributor (Code - 461721 )have been suffering for delaying & irregular supply of LPG cylinder.
          My consumer no- NG 1982,booking no-796,booking date 22/09/011,last delivery date 2/09/11. Repeated reminders have been made,but till now I have not got any responds from Nandeswari Gas distributor of Sainthia Birbhum.Every time I have to face this problem.
          Please take an action immedeatly to solve this problem permanently.

              too late delivery gas cylinder

              My consumer no is 2503.I have registered a new gas cylinder from their SMS method and get their register no;12992496 on 20/09/2011.I have called many times by their phones[3 nos]but there is no response.still i have not yet get alternate cylinder.they charged for sms 3 rupees,but no response.What can i do sir?pls take immediate action.TODAY 12/10/2011[22days]...

                I'm a consumer of Bahrat gas domestic cylinders. The distributor is Vineet Gas at Berkheda Bhopal. Each time after the booking it is told that we will get the cylinder in 7 days & as per the convenience of Vineet gas it gets extended to more than 17 -18 days, if we do a regular followup.

                Why Bharat gas has such distributors or are the bookings monitored or if the demand supply gap is so poor then why 7 days waiting is told to consumers. Why should bharat gas have so many bookings if they cannot serve.

                Is it possible for a working lady to manage cylinders at home while in office. I have tried to explain my problem to madam Jayshree but it seems she is not interested to look into the problem.

                  Dear sir, i want to draw ur attention pls that a gas connection of Bharat gas company was transfered from shree vinayak gas agency gwalior (M.P.) on 19/8/2011 to mehar gas agency , guhana road , rohtak ( Hrayana) but still i am not able to get it whenever i go to agency i am always told that it will take more 10-15 days but the condition is same. connection details :- manoj lokhande, VGS-8668

                      Complaint for water mixing in bpcl lubricants

                      R. Sir,
                      Today I Purchase a Bucket of 15 ltr. Mak-Diamond 15w-40, dsl engine oil API CF4, from Rampura Motors/Kohinoor Lubricants, Vishvkarma Market Bathinda, (c/o Shree Ram Petro Bathinda), I open the bucket at the shop for gets the 100.00 Rs. Coupon, but there was a pure water layer in the bucket, I and the shop owner was shocked to see this frod by bpcl co. product. We checked deeply that found the water in that sealed bucket was near about 3 liters and balance was the lubricants in lower layer.
                      About one month before I purchase the same bucket for change the truck oil, mechanic Change the oil as routine, but after a day my truck engine was fully damaged with oil, the oil was seeing as like milk after 1 day. My expenses on Engine repair and loses of break down was Rs.2 lac+. and mentally torcher, harassment and other expenses was extra.
                      In that case I complaint the dealer that as a mechanic there was a water mixing fault in the lubricant, dealer invite the bpcl experts but they was not agree for a water mixing the co. lubricant.
                      Now finally I decide that I will gone to the consumer court, and a fir will lodge for a duplicate product, a urgent press conference of print & electronic media for this fraud. Bucket marked as l – 3746 / 7 mfd. Date[protected]D08). Sajan Sharma

                        I am priyanka here want to register complaint against the Ratan Gas Agency , located in Kalewadi phata pune 411017. I have registered for double cylinder on 12th Dec 2008. I have not recieved any call from agency as they said that the you will require 2-3 years waiting & said that agency will give call. But unfortunately not got any call.
                        We were taking followups with Ratan Gas Agency but have not got good answers, like now we have stoped giving connections , no stock etc.
                        Even we have been in queue from morning 5:15am but still we have not got the cylinder yet. They dont have registraion books in place. The manager who says that you have not registered the cylinder at all as he is not getting book. But see the status of books in the Ratan Gas AgencyImages uploaded.
                        In this all the customers are suffering not only me but many people like me you can see at Ratan Gas Agency.
                        Kindly need you action on this.

                        I have single gas cylinder. I want to apply for double gas cylinder. from last 6 months when I went to booked for double cylinder the agency members are saying come between 1st to 10th of next month.
                        I didn't get proper information.

                        Please help me.

                          I am bharat gas customer in faridabad distributions shop .The shop name is Rathi gas service. They take a booking after 25 days and then diliver a gas 10 to 15 days after booking. And next booking they take diliver date. They take total 40 days to deliver a one gas booking. but other gas services (HP, INDIAN) is booking a gas in 21 days and deliver a gas in 5 days after booking. So They take only 26 days to deliver a gas. Please Inqery for this

                            1.I am using the LPG gas service on Dated 15/04/1999 but i am not use the service before 2 yeras due to out of delhi and now My LPG Service will be stopped due to not use the service.Now i am in Delhi right now and using the my LPG consumer service.
                            So request you to pls start the my consumer service and starting the LPG Supply service immediatly.This matter is very urgent and take action immmediatly.

                              I have booked my Cylinder on Dated 14.09.20011 for refilling & today is 25.09.2011 but still cylinder is not delivered. I wanted to contact them telephonically but they keep there landline phone engage. when I visited there they said if you want cylinder come in morning at 8:00 am otherwise it will take 4-5 days more. as there is no one in my house. agency mamta gas service "13805"..
                              earlier also I have complaint regarding this and the delivery boy got annoyed.

                                I booked number for refilling on 5th of sep 2011. as if now I have only one cylinder. The agency shriram gas in anandnagar (near telephone exchange) are not delivering the cylinder till today and every time when i call them they are saying that today we will deliver .......
                                Also they are denying the 2nd cyliner. My whole family is facing problems because of this and I am also getting disturbed mentally and could not concentrate on work.
                                Please help me to get the cyliner on time as they commit they will deliver between 10 -12 days. It is now more than 17 days. Please suggest what should I do
