i am a customer of pradeep gas agency at nigadi, pune. my complain is the agency is very irrant in behaviour , they ask us to book after 21 days of previous delivery and after booking they ask us to wait for 15-20 days ,all the time they show the reason of shortage , my only querry is they should display the status of quota at the time of booking and waiting list and if they are not following the waiting list they should be fined .

    I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. AB09607 in the name of Shubhranshu agarwal, 10/2, madhavpuram, meerut on dt. 02/08/2011, but till today on 01/09/2011 have not recieved the cylinder yet. i have been calling the distributor many times, but they have not recieved the phonecall. i have visited the agency also many times but they said that the gas is not available to them. kindly look into this matter as we are suffering greatly.

    sabha gas agency — LPG cylinder delivery delay

    Dear Sir,
    I have booked for the LPG cylinder before 30days. But till now i didnot receive the cylinder. I consumed next cylinder also. Right now i am using kerosine stove because of two LPG cylinders are empty. When i ask to the agency the told that the cylinder delivery is billed before 5 days. But still i didnot receive and when i call them there is no response from their side. I think the cylinder are sold to black market by agency or delivery people. That's why they are not delivering to the customer on time. Please take action. As i have two cylinder i couldnot get kerosine in ration. So please do the needful.

AB20970 in name of Roopkali Devi, 355/6 New Kishanpura Baghpat Road meerut, on date 01/01/2012 but till today on 31/01/2012 have not recieved the cylinder. i have been calling the distributor many times, but they have not recieved the phonecall. i have visited the agency also many times but they said that the gas is not available to them. kindly look into this matter as we are suffering greatly.

      i applied for new gas connection 11 months ago the nearby dealer is victory gas agency.they told that i have to pay 5600 rs for single gas connection & forcing to buy Rice & Tea 5 kg each and if not connection will not be provided in this regard several times complaint was being launched but not resolved yet. complaint no details are3139515 ,3139730,3146166,3159092,3139515,319499, 3158493,[protected],[protected],[protected].
      I also talked to Mr. Surjit Sandhu Sales officer in this regard but he too did not cooperate with me and talked rudely with me

        I am a customer of Bharat petroleum corporation (LPG). My consumer No. 13375 Date of connection 06.01.2007. I have Appling for 2nd Cylinder at the same time but till now I have not yet the same. And I have booking for refill and delivery the LPG cylinder in my house. My booking date is 16.07.2011 but delivery has not yet received, several reminder are given to the dealer by phone & face to face, I am also contact your area manager Mr. Anmol his Mo.No -[protected].Till to day I am not respond to your side. Please tell me what can I do?

          Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

          Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
          Sir,
          I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
          Kindly grant to send my refill in...

          they are saying FROM 1MONTH that your area's delivery boy(WHOSE NAME IS MUKESH) on live so you come here take your cylinder but sir if this man on live than they can't prove another delivery boy to deliver our cylinder(if he gos on 6-8 month live than what)

            Hi, I am a customer from Tamilnadu, My connection was with Lakshmi Bharat Gas agency, Cumbum, theni dt. When I went to buy a new connection they forced me to buy a product worth Rs. 1500/- I did, second time I went for an additional cylinder again they forced me to buy a product worth Rs. 1500/- I did, now I got transferred to Chennai, again in sri kumaran Bharat gas agency arumbakkam Chennai they are forcing me to buy a product worth Rs. 600/-, First two times its ok, but if I want to buy product for all of my transfer this is not ok, this is happening in all Bharat Gas Agency, I wanted to take this to consumer court, give me a solution.

              We are the customer of Bharat Gas and fall under the dealership of Shiv Shakti Gas Service, Indra Puri. Consumer Number: 12077.

              We always face the delay of 20-30 days in delivery of Gas Cylender everytime after the booking date. After several local complaints on Agencity the situation is same without any improvement.

              Last Booking perfomed over SMS on 05th Aug'11 for which delivery is still pending. Reference Bokking Number is 11390540.

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                We have got HP gas in Maruthi Agency, HSR Layout, Bangalore. Since it is automatic booking, last month it took 15 days for delivering the cylinder. this month its almost 10 days over but still when i call, the automatic numbers says your gas agency has cleared recent deliveries made upto 8th august.

                Though we have have additional cylinder, it is too late.

                Please give me a reply.

                I am LPG consumer in Belthra Road,Ballia, and since the company has established his office here local in belthra road, The Om GAs agency is not giving gas at proper time , whenever consumer go to office they used to say gas not arrived, they are not taking phone booking, and taking 300 rs and not delievering at home. The gas usually comes in 1.5 kg to 2 kg less in wieght, the gas delivery boy never comes with weighing machine. Owner talks to consumer that he is giving free of cost gas and his behaviour is like owner and slave.Kindly let him to pasted the company circular about gas delivery rules and regulation and also the rate and wieght.

                Since my gas regulator is out of order for many days I went to "Rekha Indane Gas Serices Shahada" to get the replacement on 25th Nov. I was not entertained since their Saheb was travelling to Pune. Also I was told that SV paper is not available with them and asked to come back after 1 month. These are the minute reasons given to ignore the customer serices. Who is responsible incase some unfortunate situation occurs.

                  I am registering this complaint regarding delay in supplying the gas cylinders from Venus Gas Agency, NCC road, Ambalamukku, Trivandrum. I applied for the gas cylinder on 08/01/2011 and they told I would get the cylinder within 10 days. After waiting for 20 days, I called them up and the lady told they would send the cylinder that day afternoon itself. I waited the whole day at home in vain. They did not bring the cylinder. Again I called after 2 days of waiting. At this time a gentleman answered. He told he would ask the delivery boys and do the needful. Nothing happened after that. So I went in person to collect the gas cylinder to their office. At that time, the gentleman who sits over there told, he is helpless in this regard. The delivery boys come and report after 6 p.m. everyday and he reminds them to send the cylinder the next day and stated that they would bring cylinder home. When I asked regarding where to complaint, he told I could collect the cylinder from their storage room. When I went over there, they were ready with another story, stating that the new employee gave cylinder to my neighbor and the senior fellow is teaching him where exactly my house is. How can they gave a filled cylinder without getting an empty cylinder back? So all are playing and we are the sufferers. At last he agreed to give me the cylinder.

                    As Iam Lalitha one of the consumer of your Bharath Gas and my consumer number is 22955 which is in my husband Mr.Ramesh Kumar's name who is now in went to abroad before 2 years without leaving any of his ID proof. Now who ever stays in Vishwa priya layout those numbers has been transfered to HP gas. when I went and asked about this to Hebbagodi branch they are asking me to bring my husband. But at present he is not here. I have only my marriage certificate (Register marriage). Iam taking gas from block and using it past from 1 year and now I have shifted my House to Kudlu gate which near by to the school where I am working as a KG co ordinator (Sadhguru Sainath International School). what should I do keeping my two sons? please give me a solution sir.                       This is to inform that as the distributor always say that after 21 days consumer can book cylinder for refill, but from last 6 months they are providing cylinders after 30 days.
                      Now the problem is that we are 6 members in family and hardly 20 days on one cylinder is possible, but after that what one should do for family like us. It is not affordable to have food of hotels for 10 days in one month.
                      Kindly do needful and oblige as fast as possible..

                        Please call on [protected], I just booked on this number. Smart card does not accept your booking if you have not completed the the refilling period. Then you can book through this number. I never had problem with Saraswati Gas, Naigaon, they always gives good service on time.

                          Bharat Gas — Getting 2nd cylinder

                          I am a Bharat Gas user. I have a bharat gas connection from Bharat Gas Sangamner, (SAP Code : 114555), Dist : Ahmednagar (Maharashtra). My Customer No. is 035385. I have issued only one cylinder, as per my family requirement I have many times requested the agency to issue 2nd Cylinder, but they refused to issue 2nd cylinder to me. You are requested to kindly issue me 2nd cylinder
                          I have same problem
                          It takes an average 1 year to get the 2nd cylinder doesn't matter your connection is there since 2002 or 1989.

                          People just for the extra 500 bucks sell their connection in black market. So going through genuine channel by putting a request don't get addressed within a year.

                          Official price : 2500 (1 - 2 years waiting)
                          Black market : 3000 (immediate)

                          We are all talking about stopping corruption. So might as well wait your turn to get it through official channels since you have anyways fine with a single cylinder for last 9 years.

                            Myself Sunil Patil from Virar-West, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra. Anita Gas Service, distributor of Bharat Gas in Virar-West is not delivering residential cylinders in time. I have booked my cylinder on 21.07.2011 and till today i.e. 18.08.2011, I have not recd my cylinder. I have 2 small children, an old mother and wife at home. Inspite of having 2 cylinders because of so much time gap I might have to run here and there if both my cylinders get exhausted. And also there is another condition that I have to book my cylinder only after 15 days of receiving previous cylinder. It means almost 30 days to receive cylinder after booking and 15 days after receipt i.e. I have to use my cylinder for almost 45 days which is merely impossible. You can also check site of Anita Gas Service, there are many people like me who are not getting delivery of cylinder in time. Employees of Anita Gas are also not picking up their telephone. This is merely harassment. and misuse of monopoly. Please look into the matter and take necessary action.

                              I had a doubt that the mileage is not proper, when i fill in this BP agency, Vetrivel Agency located on the Velachery-Tambaram Road near AK Super Market. So i keep an eye on the meter always, which moves very slowly. Then suddenly the guy collecting the money comes and distracts, and the meter stops in between. Then they say the power is gone and reset it for some balance amount, which is not accurate. But last time when i immediately...

                              I booked a gas on 29th Feb, 2008. They told us that gas cylinderr will come after 5 days but they did not send it till date after calling them 3 times also. On 14th March, they told us that gas cylinder will come in 2 days. Today, our existing gas cyllinder got finished. So we needed urgent gas today. Thus, we went at Bharat Gas Office, Tagore Nagar, VIkhroli (E), to make remember them about it. They assured us that they will send that gas today only. But till evening, gas did not come and they did not fulfill their responsibilities. We called them again 2 times in the evening. They told gas will come before 8 pm. But gas did not come after this also.

                              So, Our request is to please look in to the matter at the earliest, or else we need to take next step.

                              I booked a gas on 7th May 2008 with Friends Gas Agency, New Friends Colony, New Delhi Phone No26827575/26838042. My Consumer No. is 17173. They told me that gas cylinder will come after 5 days but they did not send it till date after calling them 3 times also. On 18th May'09 and again on 25th May'09, they told me that you may collect gas cylinder from our go-down at my risk cost and peril. Our existing gas cylinder may finished at any moment hence I am in need o[censored]rgent gas today. Thus, we again requested telephonically to our Bharat Gas Agency Office, New Friends Colony, New Delhi to make urgent delivery, but all in vein. No specific reason has been cited by the Barat Gas Agency.

                              My humble request to Bharat Gas is to kindly look in to the matter and take prompt action so that the delivery of gas is ensured without further delay..
                              hi i am consumer of bharat gas and my consumer number is 15224and distributor name is hitesh gas agency shidi pura karol bagh new delhi 110005. we had received cylinder yesterday and contained only 11 k.g Gas . i would like to register complaint against distributor.


                              i hope you will take some concreate step to stop this types of thief.

                              I am a customer of bharat gas service my consumer no.18879 and distributor name is West end gas Agencey Todapur( New Delhi-12).I have booked my refill on 07/01/2009 But i can not receive gas sylender till today. I am trying to contact him on following No. 25844831 / 25845141but they kept the phone receiver on the table
                              Now you can judge the attitude of distributors towards the poor public.

                              THE GAS CYLINDER WAS NOT DELIVERED EVEN AFTER BOOKING TWICE TO THE DEALER AND ONCE ONLINE ,TILL TODAY.
                              My Gas consumer number is GN 0468.I requested a new cylinder on 17 August 2010.Despite repeated reminders, and in-person meetings, the concerned people at Gajanan Gas Service,463/A, Gultekdi,Pune have not sent me the cylinder. The person in charge was extremely rude to me and started shouting when I called and asked them to send it. This kind of behaviour is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
                              We have ordered for Bharat Gas Cylinder nearly about 25 days back. But, this time they have failed to deliver it even after again and again continously giving them reminders as well as visiting the gas agency (Chaitanya Gas Service). They dont even answer our phone calls. They are ignoring us everytime with irrelevant answers and not understanding our basic need of food once our existing gas finishes. We are not able to go anywhere in the thought that Gas Cylinder might arrive today. I sincerely request you to look into the matter. Our gas no. is 24862 and is in the name of M/s Kala Jain.

                              Bharat Gas — FAILURE IN PROMPT DELIVERY

                              im G.Suresh from koyembedu.i have registered with m/s Banu gas agency, Madhuravoyal,chennai.This fellow wont pick up the phone when we call him for booking,( no:[protected].always it is engaged.and i booked on 17th of august, till now im not getting my cylinder and not a good reply also.i went to the shop and the person there is challenging me to do what ever i want.He is giving the cylinder to hotels and other things for higher price and make we customers to suffer like anything.

                              KADAM GAS AGENCY/BHARAT GAS — NON DELIVERY

                              I had booked a LPG cylinder refill on 29th June, 2011, and received a confirmation from the receptionist, but till today no delivery of the refill is made.
                              I had booked gas cylinder refill with Vishnu Jyoti Gas on 05.07.2011, however till date it has not been delivered. I have given several reminders to them as well as the regional office of bharat gas, but in vain. My consumer No. is 9299.
                              I am a customer of bharat. gas service . my consumer no. 18894 and distributor name shiv gas agency sikar
                              (raj.). I have booked my refill on 03.03.2012 by sms my boiking reference is 18863194 . I can not receive gas

                                Its observed that gas cylenders(LPG) are ordered under my consumer number:(25883) and diverted to unauthorised people by this agency.This happened twice in the recent past in a months time when Gas cylenders are intended under my consumer number and brought home and when we say that no order was placed,the cylender is supplied/diverted to some wrong guys and in the distributor records, its found supplied to me when actually not.I have intimated the case to their office and no action taken although they are aware and admit that this has happened both the times.Seek immediate intervention to arrest this situation.This year in the last 7 and half month,I have ordered for cylenders only twice but in the distributor records its more number of times.This corruption and fraud according to me is with the knowledge of the staff in this agency and no action is seen taken by them.please help

                                  Sir,
                                  I am a combatant member of Indian Air Force and presently posted in Air Force Station Pune. I have a gas connection in the name of my wife Mrs Prema Vishwakarma. My family member is staying at native place Vill- Karekat, Po- Balua, Distt- Deoria (UP). Therefore I have transfer my gas connection to Deoria(UP) on 21 May 2012. My nearest Gas Agency is Bharat Gas Agency Bhatpar Rani. Till date, Ramesh Bharat Gas Agency Bhatpar Rani is not accepting my transfer voucher to release the gas connection. The owner of Bharat Gas Agency Bhatpar Rani is stating that I have no Gas Cylinder and Regulator to release the Gas connection. I do not get leave frequently to come and meet the owner of Bharat Gas Agency Bhatpar Rani for the same. I usually talk to mobile No [protected] & [protected] and always getting reply i.e. "Aap ka kaam ho jayega". He always give date after one week of date of telephone. He does not release my gas connection (TV)till date. Kindly intervene the matter and take appropriate action against him to harass a combatant member of Indian Air Force and kindly instruct him to accept my TV and release my connection as earlier as possible. I will be ever thank full to you.

                                    Sir/Mam,
                                    I have booked with Bharat Gas Distributer Golden Gas Agencises, Avinashi Road, Peelamedu, coimbatore 641004 Tamilnadu on 25.07.2011at the time of booking they said 10 days after delivery assured. Then 10 days passed no response from them. I repeately contacted over phone daily with them and they said next day will be delivered but still I am not getting single gas cylider. I had 2 nos empty cylinders and for the past 3 days we are arranging food from hotels and from neighbouers for our livelyhood. I am ready to take the empty cylinders to their godown but there not allowed. Since myself and my family members are shocked and mental agony due to Golden gas agencies lack of service and wrong commitments every day.

                                    I realy sorry to say this is not only this time delivery dely. They had every time at most great diffficulty only getting gas for daily food hookings even though I got 2 cylinders booking. one is always empty kept idle in the house.So I request you to take this on record for the pathetical situation of me and pray for best judgement to get gas without any drouble now and then.
