Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to bring to your knowledge that on my tansfer from Bangalore the agencey Rohan Gas nor refunded the amount of Rs.750 on submitting the cylinder and regulator.Except gave the voucher saying on this submission you will get the same from the next agency you submit. On my submission at Sai Priya Agencies at Bolarum near secundrabad they have collected the amount of Rs1410 to issue the cylinder and regulator and gave the only voucher for Rs.750.
Today is day 4 and nor they have delivered the cylinder nor the regulator and when asked they say it will be delivered by today evening this is the statement used every day since past 5days. They first said we dont have regulator at our point to which i asked them to atleast deliever the cylinder but they are not doing so. My distributor code is 117425, Plot no.104, Sneha enclave, Dovtan Bazar, BLR, and My consumer no is 38234. Today when asked the lady told that it is delivered yesterday what the paper shows and its not delievered. Why should they play like this i have my family we are all suffering as i am ill i am unable to go and collect the cylinder also. Again when asked the lady says why dont you came and collect the cylinder from our godown which is almost 10 to 14kms away. I cant understand that why should they give false promises. Could you pls help me out.

    Hi,
    I reside in Perungudi.I had booked a gas around 20days back but still they have't delivered.I went 3 times to the office and every time they say dat it would be delivered the next day and to my surprise the next day never comes.

    In the office there are 3 ladies among which only one of them can speak in english.The person is full of attitude and has a very bad way of talking to people.

    They have 3 contact numbers.I have have tried to raech them around 30-40 times but all time it says busy.it is very evident that the receivers are ut down in order to avoid calls.Is this the kind of service the common people expects from a government agency.It simply ridiculous.They are just not bothered about the difficulty we face and go on harrassing people.

    I need this issue to be urgently addressed.

      Dear Sir,

      Every time there is delay of delivery and the phone is always busy and booking people did not answer/respond properly. They don’t bother about any customer complain due to untrained skill and luck of education. Bharat Petroleum is a very renewed company in oil & gas field ..and they should have a control to their every outlet ,agencies and distributors to monitor the service area. I have booked to refill my calendar against my consumer no- 20325 on 18th August-11 through phone and after numerous reminder till I did not get my job done except wrong commitment. Now I am really helpless and asking your kind attention to troubleshoot my problem.

[protected]).Customer of Bharat Gas vide Consumer No. NG-1089 OF M/S Nandeswari Gas Distributor, Sainthia Birbhum vide code no-461721 (Phone No [protected]). I do not get gas cylinders regularly. It takes 50 to 60 days time to get second cylinder, In spite of regular booking after 21 days as Result I am facing lot of difficulty as I am a service man I have no time to spire repeatedly.

        KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER SO THAT I GET GAS CYLINDER REGULARLY FOR SMOOTH RUNNING OF MY FAMILY BUSINESS.

          My Bharat gas cylinder connection is with Harikrishna Enterprise, Bangalore (consumer number is 39945).
          Recently I requested my dealer for additional gas connection for which he asked me to pay 3250/-.
          where I am going to get additional cylinder, and some products. when I told him that I JUST want additional cylinder then he gave me below options.
          1. Pay 3250/- and take home additional gas and products immediately.
          2. If I don't want the products then I have to give a written application and wait for 1 to 1 and 1/2 years (or even more than that)
          Is it mandatory to purchase production from the dealer for additional gas connection? can some one clarify me?

            There is regular delay in delivery of gas cylender from the Bharat Gas distributor in dombilvli west.I want to know the reason for the same.I have booked th e gas on 18/08/2011 and the scheduled delivery date given is approx 10 to 12 days . Till today I have not got the gas yet.

            The agency people are veyrude and not answering the question when we will get the cylender.

            Bharat Gas — regularly delay for delivery of cylinder

            Respected Sir,
            I am working in police department. sothat my duty hours are irregular. I can't go personally to get the cylinder. I have given strictly information to the gas agency office for giving the cylinder in time. But then also I am facing too much problems.
            I have booked my cylinder on 17.7.09 on agency's phone no.[protected]. Till today's date i.e.28.7.2009 I didn't get my cylinder nor I get any responce from gas agency in this connection.
            So I kindly request you to do the needful. The matter is most urgent.

After booking of 36 days i have not received the cylinder. i am travelling their office frequently but they always the makes a false commitment.even Bharat gas north zone head is not picking phone.Bharat gas cylinders are available in market at a black price of 1000 Rs.
              Finally i decide to register a complaint here.

              Bharat gas LPG — Non-delivery of cylinder after 36 days

              earlier complaint Ref No. 75807 Dt. 10/12/09

              I've booked for the refilling of LPG Gas cylinder Through M/S-Samidha Gas (Bharat Gas Agency) on 10/11/09 with booking No.208. My consumer No. Is 6835. So far the cylinder is not yet delivered. I've lodged a complaint on this forum with Ref. No. 75807 on 10/12/09, but nothing happened till today (16/12/09)

              Pl. look into the matter urgently and suggest.

              Bharat Gas — unable to even book for the last 7 days

              sir,
              i am a resident of okhla, new delhi. i could not even book my gas for the last 7 days despite our continuous efforts.The mobile no of gas agency is found continuously switched off and the land line no. is also not being lifted. The nos. are given here under mobile no. [protected], landline no.[protected].My past experience in this regard is also not good as i have to face a lot of difficulty in getting the delivery.

              My Consumer Number is 4384, In National Gas Agency, Kamri Road, Hisar (Haryana). I book my gas as a Home Delivery on 9 Nov. 2010. My booking number is 45. They Can not delivered to till date today Evening14/12/2010. I call National Gas Agency number [protected], 10 days regular, but she says me today I delivered gas in your Home. I also call Customer Relation Center in Hisar Ph. [protected], 5 days regular, but he also not response good. Problem is still pending. What I am doing now. Please Give me the suggestion.
              My consumer no is 13907, I booked cylender on dated 19/11/2010.I am calling them five time daily and got commitment of next day delivery.Most of time no one is piking phone.It is very unfortunate that we can purchase material in black @ rs.650 any time.Is their any body in your company who can think over consumer also or we think that everybody is supporting national gas agency.

                We have a Bharat Gas connection for cooking gas. We booked gas on 28 July and got delivery only on 18 Aug. Now we are being asked to wait for 21 days to book again and they say it will again take 15-20 days to delivery. Effectively we are being asked to run one gas cylinder for 2 months. How is that possible?

                Despite repeated discussion with the Bharat Gas distributor in Gol Market, Ganeshkhind Road, nothing is happening. They stick to booking only 21 days after delivery even if the delivery is delayed by whatever number of days. They keep saying there is supply problem and are asking people to physically come and collect cylinders. This is a nightmare situation for working professionals.

                Apart from that the distributor's phone is constantly engaged, they are seriously under-staffed in handling the bookings. People have to try for 1-2 hrs to get through to talk to them.

                There is a serious need of surprise check on the state of working of the distributor and also force Bharat Gas to provide proper supply of cooking gas.

                Help is greatly appreciated.

                  i am a customer of pradeep gas agency at nigadi, pune. my complain is the agency is very irrant in behaviour , they ask us to book after 21 days of previous delivery and after booking they ask us to wait for 15-20 days ,all the time they show the reason of shortage , my only querry is they should display the status of quota at the time of booking and waiting list and if they are not following the waiting list they should be fined .

                    I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. AB09607 in the name of Shubhranshu agarwal, 10/2, madhavpuram, meerut on dt. 02/08/2011, but till today on 01/09/2011 have not recieved the cylinder yet. i have been calling the distributor many times, but they have not recieved the phonecall. i have visited the agency also many times but they said that the gas is not available to them. kindly look into this matter as we are suffering greatly.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have booked for the LPG cylinder before 30days. But till now i didnot receive the cylinder. I consumed next cylinder also. Right now i am using kerosine stove because of two LPG cylinders are empty. When i ask to the agency the told that the cylinder delivery is billed before 5 days. But still i didnot receive and when i call them there is no response from their side. I think the cylinder are sold to black market by agency or delivery people. That's why they are not delivering to the customer on time. Please take action. As i have two cylinder i couldnot get kerosine in ration. So please do the needful.

AB20970 in name of Roopkali Devi, 355/6 New Kishanpura Baghpat Road meerut, on date 01/01/2012 but till today on 31/01/2012 have not recieved the cylinder. i have been calling the distributor many times, but they have not recieved the phonecall. i have visited the agency also many times but they said that the gas is not available to them. kindly look into this matter as we are suffering greatly.

                      i applied for new gas connection 11 months ago the nearby dealer is victory gas agency.they told that i have to pay 5600 rs for single gas connection & forcing to buy Rice & Tea 5 kg each and if not connection will not be provided in this regard several times complaint was being launched but not resolved yet. complaint no details are3139515 ,3139730,3146166,3159092,3139515,319499, 3158493,[protected],[protected],[protected].

                          Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

                          Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
                          Sir,
                          I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.

                          My mother had booked refill cylinder of bharat gas,R N DESAI gas agency,dhobivad,navsari on dated 22/7/2011. my connection No is 8462 of ashok b kale,b-36 sahyog soc,vijalpor,navsari.37 days passed gas cylinder not reached at my home ; in between...
                          they are saying FROM 1MONTH that your area's delivery boy(WHOSE NAME IS MUKESH) on live so you come here take your cylinder but sir if this man on live than they can't prove another delivery boy to deliver our cylinder(if he gos on 6-8 month live than what)

                            Hi, I am a customer from Tamilnadu, My connection was with Lakshmi Bharat Gas agency, Cumbum, theni dt. When I went to buy a new connection they forced me to buy a product worth Rs. 1500/- I did, second time I went for an additional cylinder again they forced me to buy a product worth Rs. 1500/- I did, now I got transferred to Chennai, again in sri kumaran Bharat gas agency arumbakkam Chennai they are forcing me to buy a product worth Rs. 600/-, First two times its ok, but if I want to buy product for all of my transfer this is not ok, this is happening in all Bharat Gas Agency, I wanted to take this to consumer court, give me a solution.

                              We are the customer of Bharat Gas and fall under the dealership of Shiv Shakti Gas Service, Indra Puri. Consumer Number: 12077.

                              We always face the delay of 20-30 days in delivery of Gas Cylender everytime after the booking date. After several local complaints on Agencity the situation is same without any improvement.

                              Last Booking perfomed over SMS on 05th Aug'11 for which delivery is still pending. Reference Bokking Number is 11390540.

                                We have got HP gas in Maruthi Agency, HSR Layout, Bangalore. Since it is automatic booking, last month it took 15 days for delivering the cylinder. this month its almost 10 days over but still when i call, the automatic numbers says your gas agency has cleared recent deliveries made upto 8th august.

                                Though we have have additional cylinder, it is too late.

                                I am LPG consumer in Belthra Road,Ballia, and since the company has established his office here local in belthra road, The Om GAs agency is not giving gas at proper time , whenever consumer go to office they used to say gas not arrived, they are not taking phone booking, and taking 300 rs and not delievering at home. The gas usually comes in 1.5 kg to 2 kg less in wieght, the gas delivery boy never comes with weighing machine. Owner talks to consumer that he is giving free of cost gas and his behaviour is like owner and slave.Kindly let him to pasted the company circular about gas delivery rules and regulation and also the rate and wieght.

                                Since my gas regulator is out of order for many days I went to "Rekha Indane Gas Serices Shahada" to get the replacement on 25th Nov. I was not entertained since their Saheb was travelling to Pune. Also I was told that SV paper is not available with them and asked to come back after 1 month. These are the minute reasons given to ignore the customer serices. Who is responsible incase some unfortunate situation occurs.

                                  I am registering this complaint regarding delay in supplying the gas cylinders from Venus Gas Agency, NCC road, Ambalamukku, Trivandrum. I applied for the gas cylinder on 08/01/2011 and they told I would get the cylinder within 10 days. After waiting for 20 days, I called them up and the lady told they would send the cylinder that day afternoon itself. I waited the whole day at home in vain. They did not bring the cylinder. Again I called after 2 days of waiting. At this time a gentleman answered. He told he would ask the delivery boys and do the needful. Nothing happened after that. So I went in person to collect the gas cylinder to their office. At that time, the gentleman who sits over there told, he is helpless in this regard. The delivery boys come and report after 6 p.m. everyday and he reminds them to send the cylinder the next day and stated that they would bring cylinder home. When I asked regarding where to complaint, he told I could collect the cylinder from their storage room. When I went over there, they were ready with another story, stating that the new employee gave cylinder to my neighbor and the senior fellow is teaching him where exactly my house is. How can they gave a filled cylinder without getting an empty cylinder back? So all are playing and we are the sufferers. At last he agreed to give me the cylinder.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    As Iam Lalitha one of the consumer of your Bharath Gas and my consumer number is 22955 which is in my husband Mr.Ramesh Kumar's name who is now in went to abroad before 2 years without leaving any of his ID proof. Now who ever stays in Vishwa priya layout those numbers has been transfered to HP gas. when I went and asked about this to Hebbagodi branch they are asking me to bring my husband. But at present he is not here. I have only my marriage certificate (Register marriage). Iam taking gas from block and using it past from 1 year and now I have shifted my House to Kudlu gate which near by to the school where I am working as a KG co ordinator (Sadhguru Sainath International School). what should I do keeping my two sons? please give me a solution sir.                                       Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      This is to inform that as the distributor always say that after 21 days consumer can book cylinder for refill, but from last 6 months they are providing cylinders after 30 days.
                                      Now the problem is that we are 6 members in family and hardly 20 days on one cylinder is possible, but after that what one should do for family like us. It is not affordable to have food of hotels for 10 days in one month.
                                      Kindly do needful and oblige as fast as possible..

                                      So that family do not face shortage problem related Gas Cylinder.
