I have enrolled with Laxmi Gas Agency, Bhubaneswar for gas cylinder filling. Since last two months I have booked for a gas delivery but till date the same has not been delivered. When I visit there for enquiry they said for tomorrow. It will continue since last one month. Please take necessary action on the matter.

I booked a gas on 29th Feb, 2008. They told us that gas cylinderr will come after 5 days but they did not send it till date after calling them 3 times also. On 14th March, they told us that gas cylinder will come in 2 days. Today, our existing gas cyllinder got finished. So we needed urgent gas today. Thus, we went at Bharat Gas Office, Tagore Nagar, VIkhroli (E), to make remember them about it. They assured us that they will send that gas today only. But till evening, gas did not come and they did not fulfill their responsibilities. We called them again 2 times in the evening. They told gas will come before 8 pm. But gas did not come after this also.

So, Our request is to please look in to the matter at the earliest, or else we need to take next step.
I am a customer of bharat gas service my consumer no. 17983 and distributor name is Vijay Gas Agency and agency code is 113597, i have booked my refill on 18/10/2008 vide order no. 290585 through internet but till date the refill was not reached to my house. Home delivery of this agency is never good. whenever i book to the refill they never reach to my home well in time. when i complaint in this subject the bahave rudely. I am helpless to take refill in black. kindly help me.

I booked a gas on 7th May 2008 with Friends Gas Agency, New Friends Colony, New Delhi Phone No26827575/26838042. My Consumer No. is 17173. They told me that gas cylinder will come after 5 days but they did not send it till date after calling them 3 times also. On 18th May'09 and again on 25th May'09, they told me that you may collect gas cylinder from our go-down at my risk cost and peril. Our existing gas cylinder may finished at any moment hence I am in need o[censored]rgent gas today. Thus, we again requested telephonically to our Bharat Gas Agency Office, New Friends Colony, New Delhi to make urgent delivery, but all in vein. No specific reason has been cited by the Barat Gas Agency.

My humble request to Bharat Gas is to kindly look in to the matter and take prompt action so that the delivery of gas is ensured without further delay..
hi i am consumer of bharat gas and my consumer number is 15224and distributor name is hitesh gas agency shidi pura karol bagh new delhi 110005. we had received cylinder yesterday and contained only 11 k.g Gas . i would like to register complaint against distributor.


i hope you will take some concreate step to stop this types of thief.

I am a customer of bharat gas service my consumer no.18879 and distributor name is West end gas Agencey Todapur( New Delhi-12).I have booked my refill on 07/01/2009 But i can not receive gas sylender till today. I am trying to contact him on following No. 25844831 / 25845141but they kept the phone receiver on the table

THE GAS CYLINDER WAS NOT DELIVERED EVEN AFTER BOOKING TWICE TO THE DEALER AND ONCE ONLINE ,TILL TODAY.
My Gas consumer number is GN 0468.I requested a new cylinder on 17 August 2010.Despite repeated reminders, and in-person meetings, the concerned people at Gajanan Gas Service,463/A, Gultekdi,Pune have not sent me the cylinder. The person in charge was extremely rude to me and started shouting when I called and asked them to send it. This kind of behaviour is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
We have ordered for Bharat Gas Cylinder nearly about 25 days back. But, this time they have failed to deliver it even after again and again continously giving them reminders as well as visiting the gas agency (Chaitanya Gas Service). They dont even answer our phone calls. They are ignoring us everytime with irrelevant answers and not understanding our basic need of food once our existing gas finishes. We are not able to go anywhere in the thought that Gas Cylinder might arrive today. I sincerely request you to look into the matter. Our gas no. is 24862 and is in the name of M/s Kala Jain.

Bharat Gas — FAILURE IN PROMPT DELIVERY

im G.Suresh from koyembedu.i have registered with m/s Banu gas agency, Madhuravoyal,chennai.This fellow wont pick up the phone when we call him for booking,( no:[protected].always it is engaged.and i booked on 17th of august, till now im not getting my cylinder and not a good reply also.i went to the shop and the person there is challenging me to do what ever i want.He is giving the cylinder to hotels and other things for higher price and make we customers to suffer like anything.

KADAM GAS AGENCY/BHARAT GAS — NON DELIVERY

I had booked a LPG cylinder refill on 29th June, 2011, and received a confirmation from the receptionist, but till today no delivery of the refill is made.
I had booked gas cylinder refill with Vishnu Jyoti Gas on 05.07.2011, however till date it has not been delivered. I have given several reminders to them as well as the regional office of bharat gas, but in vain. My consumer No. is 9299.
I am a customer of bharat. gas service . my consumer no. 18894 and distributor name shiv gas agency sikar
(raj.). I have booked my refill on 03.03.2012 by sms my boiking reference is 18863194 . I can not receive gas

    Its observed that gas cylenders(LPG) are ordered under my consumer number:(25883) and diverted to unauthorised people by this agency.This happened twice in the recent past in a months time when Gas cylenders are intended under my consumer number and brought home and when we say that no order was placed,the cylender is supplied/diverted to some wrong guys and in the distributor records, its found supplied to me when actually not.I have intimated the case to their office and no action taken although they are aware and admit that this has happened both the times.Seek immediate intervention to arrest this situation.This year in the last 7 and half month,I have ordered for cylenders only twice but in the distributor records its more number of times.This corruption and fraud according to me is with the knowledge of the staff in this agency and no action is seen taken by them.please help

      Sir,
      I am a combatant member of Indian Air Force and presently posted in Air Force Station Pune. I have a gas connection in the name of my wife Mrs Prema Vishwakarma. My family member is staying at native place Vill- Karekat, Po- Balua, Distt- Deoria (UP). Therefore I have transfer my gas connection to Deoria(UP) on 21 May 2012. My nearest Gas Agency is Bharat Gas Agency Bhatpar Rani. Till date, Ramesh Bharat Gas Agency Bhatpar Rani is not accepting my transfer voucher to release the gas connection. The owner of Bharat Gas Agency Bhatpar Rani is stating that I have no Gas Cylinder and Regulator to release the Gas connection. I do not get leave frequently to come and meet the owner of Bharat Gas Agency Bhatpar Rani for the same. I usually talk to mobile No [protected] & [protected] and always getting reply i.e. "Aap ka kaam ho jayega". He always give date after one week of date of telephone. He does not release my gas connection (TV)till date. Kindly intervene the matter and take appropriate action against him to harass a combatant member of Indian Air Force and kindly instruct him to accept my TV and release my connection as earlier as possible. I will be ever thank full to you.

        Delay In Gas Delivery consumer no: 30154
        Sir/Mam,
        I have booked with Bharat Gas Distributer Golden Gas Agencises, Avinashi Road, Peelamedu, coimbatore 641004 Tamilnadu on 25.07.2011at the time of booking they said 10 days after delivery assured. Then 10 days passed no response from them. I repeately contacted over phone daily with them and they said next day will be delivered but still I am not getting single gas cylider. I had 2 nos empty cylinders and for the past 3 days we are arranging food from hotels and from neighbouers for our livelyhood. I am ready to take the empty cylinders to their godown but there not allowed. Since myself and my family members are shocked and mental agony due to Golden gas agencies lack of service and wrong commitments every day.

        I realy sorry to say this is not only this time delivery dely. They had every time at most great diffficulty only getting gas for daily food hookings even though I got 2 cylinders booking. one is always empty kept idle in the house.So I request you to take this on record for the pathetical situation of me and pray for best judgement to get gas without any drouble now and then.

            Sirs,

            It is some months since our Gas Agency, M/S/ Crystal Gas, instructed and informed all that, henceforth, only SMS booking and not telephone booking would be the method for booking for refills. Accordingly, we registered the mobile numbers of both o[censored]s (shown in bold type above) for SMS booking.

            But it had been our uniform experience, not merely once, but every time, that it needs our having to complain online, after a wait of more than a fortnight, once or twice, for the supply to arrive. Even then, there would be an autorikshaw driver, who would call me up to say that the gas is about to be delivered, certainly after the complaint, and after enquiring the whereabouts and the location of ours (as if the Agency doesn’t have any record of it and as if every time it has to be freshly verified), that he would have to be compensated for the expense of transportation, as he was meeting it from his pocket . And then I would flatly refuse, since my residence is hardly within two kilometers of the Gas Agency and since as per the Agreement executed between us, they are bound to supply it to us free of transportation charge). Later, of course, the Gas would be delivered with glum face. God alone knows, if, to spite us, there would be any pilferage of gas and any decrease of weight of the cylinder, which we wouldn’t be able to verify.

            Never do they give us the Bill of Payment of the actual price of the cylinder, even after specifically asking for it.

            With the result that what should be a friendly relationship between the Agency and us turns sour. We could gather, at the same time, from our neighbours and friends that refill gas cylinder is only a phone call away, to be promptly delivered, at a premium, for additional tips. This is because of intermediaries like certain autorikshaw owners and drivers of all small goods carriages, who are being utilized for has supply, of course at the customers’ expenses. People who protest like us are singled out for delaying tactics and the like, when we would be forced to complain on line through our customer console, to get refill supply every time. For example this time, we booked by SMS for refill cylinder on July 22nd (Ref. No.[protected]. Waited till August 5th, when, not receiving it, booked online again, Ref. No. 11377763. Still, there was no supply. Hence again on August 8th, complained online again, vide Feedback No. 139144. And after that, this our complaint

              Ridiculous service

              I have transfered my gas connection to hyderabad and went to this agency and they processed and charged some 350 Rs extra for documentation. All they did was a 10Rs stamp paper for declaration and a gas book. When I asked for a receipt they said there wont be any receipt. The story has not ended there. I asked them to provide the cylinders so that I can carry them with me , for this they said it would delivered to your door in a day. When...

                    I had applied for new conection of LPG at CHAITANYA GAS SERVICES, DOMBIVILI EAST, as we had shifted resently at azde pada, dombivili east. my serial no. is 1717, in july 1450 sr.no. was going on, after a month later the sr.no is1500 going on, in a month they had done only new 50 connection, so as per the estimated time to reach my sr.no. will be another six months, in india it required 8 months for LPG CONNECTION is it rigth or wrong pl. convey to me at ( [protected]@gmail.com).

                      I'm the permanent costumer of bharat gas. I want to complain about home delivery services of bharat gas. according to there service rule they have to deliver the cylinder with in 10 to 15 days of booking. but they are not complete there work properly and every month they deliver cylinders after 20 to 30 days of booking.
                      so kindly take action against officers of shubh jyoti bharat gas agency office khargone madhya pradesh.

                        Most humbly & respectfully I have to say that the we are not getting the refil cylinder at time.I booked for refill on 22.07.2011, again complaint was lodged on phone on 29.07.2011.But till now (02.08.2011) we have not got the refill cylinder.My consumer no is -me 12283.The behaviour of these perosonnels is highly objectionable.Every time they harass the consumers.Last time ,I booked for refil on 26.05.2011 & got the refil cylinder on 25.06.2011(after 1 month) .

                          i am consumer of bpcl from last 12 years but initially at the time of delivery at home the delivery boy use the device to measure the weight and we satisfactorilly recives the same , but nowadays from last 3 years the delivery boys deliver the cylinder without measuring the weight , on crossing several times on the same issue they just replies the they dont have the measuring instrument and they will deliver the cylinder in same fashion further also however whenever they did this the cylinder is always under weight they use to empty our cylinder else where as a result of which we need the next cylinder sooner then required. they further reply that '' if you want to take then ok or lift your cylinder from the godown in future'' i just want to say on this to bpcl and local dealer IS THIS YOUR BUSSINESS ETHICS.

                          Requesting to please sent the device with your delivery boy when they are delivering the cylinder at home ,after all we are paying extra charges NOT FOR GETTING THE LESSER FUEL .

                            Sir, My complaint is that I have never got my home delivery of LPG. I have to carry the cylinder from the godown to my home. The dealer said that your area is not under my juridiction. My home is just Two and Half kilometer away from the Godown of BP Gas and also at same distance from the office of the dealer.
                            Please tell me whether there is any jurisdiction of the distributor ? And at the same time the distributor is giving home delivery in the next area which is more away from the godown.

                                i booked a refill cylinder on[protected], through ivrs and i received a message saying your cylinder will be delivered shortly . but till[protected] no cylinder was delivered when i went to the distributor he replied me saying it takes time, it is 12 days since i booked and when i called the complaint cell they wont answer any calls.

                                we booked our gas supply on 31 dec 2007 serial no 14 and have phoned the agency repeatedly but they are not delivering to us when other people who booked on that day are getting their gas

I had Booked for the cylinder on dt. 14/07/2011 but yet today on 24/07/2011. there is not any response and Every time says that you will get cylinder in 2 days , i am taking followup every time from last week,but Cylinder not received yet.
                                  Bharat gas, rudrapur . very poor service.

IN A ONE AND HALF MONTH I AM CONTINUE VISIT MANY TIME BUT YOUR AGENCY PERSON TELL ME THAT WE DON'T DISTRIBUTE CYLINDER IN AGENCY. WE DISTRIBUTE ONLY IN YOUR AREAS. IN AVAS VIKAS, RUDRAPUR AREA DISTRIBUTE ONLY FRIDAY. I HAD LEAVE FROM COMPANY AND STANDING IN THAT AREA IN MORNING SINCE 4:00 AM FOR GETTING CYLINDER. IN LINE APPROX 120 NOS. PERSON BUT AGENCY DISTRIBUTOR SEND THE CYLINDER ONLY 50 TO 60 NOS. I HAD CONTINUE THIS SITUATION 3 TO 4 TIME, BUT I HAVE FAILED TO GETTING THE CYLINDER. IF WE ARE GOING TO TALK IN AGENCY THAN THEY HAVE MISBEHAVE, SO TELL ME, HOW TO GETTING THE CYLINDER. HOW TO MANAGE THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM. DUE TO THIS I AM VERY ANGRY AND I WILL COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT VERY SOON. IF YOU CAN DO SOME THING THAN GIVE ME SOLUTION VERY SOON.
