dear sir
i booked a refill cylinder on[protected], through ivrs and i received a message saying your cylinder will be delivered shortly . but till[protected] no cylinder was delivered when i went to the distributor he replied me saying it takes time, it is 12 days since i booked and when i called the complaint cell they wont answer any calls.

distribution agency - sphurthi gas agency 1 - 8 - 140/2, near railway station , alwal
consumer number - 1913084.
refill booking number - 219977.
cash memo number - 9681.

please help
we booked our gas supply on 31 dec 2007 serial no 14 and have phoned the agency repeatedly but they are not delivering to us when other people who booked on that day are getting their gas

    I face very poor response from M/s.Bharat gas agency, rudrapur.
    Tel No:[protected], [protected],, First their phone line is all the time busy. I had Booked for the cylinder on dt. 14/07/2011 but yet today on 24/07/2011. there is not any response and Every time says that you will get cylinder in 2 days , i am taking followup every time from last week,but Cylinder not received yet.
    Bharat gas, rudrapur . very poor service.
    EVERYTIME I VISIT IT..I HAD TO SPOIL MY FULL DAY...AND I HAVE FEELING OF ANGER ND STRESS FULL DAY...OFFICIALS COME LATE..NOT LISTEN TALK ROUGH..HUGE INDISCIPLINE...THERE..NO PROPER SYSTEM...NO BODY IS SCREWING THEM...NO BODY IS SERIOUS...ITS SHAME FOR BHARAT GAS LTD...ARE THEY HEARING...CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS TO HAPPEN WITH SOME AMERICAN OR BRITISH COMPANY...'''' MAY GOD MAKE SUCH INDIAN COMPANIES SOME SERIOUS NESS ...ONLY THEN THE REAL ''BHARAT'' GROWS...ANKUR RAJ

    bharat gas Badarpur — Delay In service

    I booked my gas on 14th December and i haven't gotten is till now. I have been calling them since the 20th of December - and everyday after that....

    I WAS BOOKED GAS CYLINDER IN 02.05.2012 AND I (DILIP MANDAL) MY CON. NO.[protected]. IN A ONE AND HALF MONTH I AM CONTINUE VISIT MANY TIME BUT YOUR AGENCY PERSON TELL ME THAT WE DON'T DISTRIBUTE CYLINDER IN AGENCY. WE DISTRIBUTE ONLY IN YOUR AREAS. IN AVAS VIKAS, RUDRAPUR AREA DISTRIBUTE ONLY FRIDAY. I HAD LEAVE FROM COMPANY AND STANDING IN THAT AREA IN MORNING SINCE 4:00 AM FOR GETTING CYLINDER. IN LINE APPROX 120 NOS. PERSON BUT AGENCY DISTRIBUTOR SEND THE CYLINDER ONLY 50 TO 60 NOS. I HAD CONTINUE THIS SITUATION 3 TO 4 TIME, BUT I HAVE FAILED TO GETTING THE CYLINDER. IF WE ARE GOING TO TALK IN AGENCY THAN THEY HAVE MISBEHAVE, SO TELL ME, HOW TO GETTING THE CYLINDER. HOW TO MANAGE THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM. DUE TO THIS I AM VERY ANGRY AND I WILL COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT VERY SOON. IF YOU CAN DO SOME THING THAN GIVE ME SOLUTION VERY SOON.

        The distributor of BPCL for domestic Gas is mr tawri which is not supplied gas celiender delivery regularly he sell dometic gas for commercial for cars & industries purpose .lot of complaint for this agency but there is no action take againts againts this agency plz convey my regards take action as soon as possible thanks

          My son J.Deepak's customer no 8775. from Vishal Bharat gas agency/Chennai-81.Due to my family problems, We his parents were stayed with my elder so in Bangalore. Due to this reason,we have not booked LPG refill for the last 15 months.Now, when we approached the said agency refused to issue refill saying that we should approach BPC Head Office.

          My son also have gone to Pune on some project work.

          Kindly do the needful to get LPG refill further at earliest

            I have Bharat Gas connection for my house hold purpose. while refilling the cylinder the delivery boy always charges me Rs. 20/- extra over and above the refilling charges which is not part of billing. When I complaint for the same to the dealer, he asked not to pay the same. when I refused to pay the same, the delivery boy delayed the delivery of the cylinder and avoided the same. I have to go to the dealer go down for the replacement.
            I request please do the needful for the same and not to allow any additional charges over and above what we are paying for the cylinder as government is already giving huge subsidy for this facility and these people shall not ask any addtional.

              There is no supply/release of gas from the cylinder to the stove.

                Consumer's name : Satayabir singh
                I am consumer of Bharat Petroleum. I had booked for a LPG cylinder on 22/06/2011.vide sr. no. 272170 dt 22/06/11 with M/S CITY GAS L.PG. DISTRIBUTER OF BHARAT GAS CJ-39 SECTOR 2 SALT LAKE KOL-91.
                I was told that filled cylinder will be delivered within 15 days.but I am sorry to say that the distributer is fooling me by telling that it will deliver today. In this regard I have not yet received refill of the LPG cylinder till date. I had a talk with M/S CITY GAS L.PG. DISTRIBUTER OF BHARAT GAS CJ-39 SECTOR 2 SALT LAKE KOL-91.. But he has not redressed my complaint till date. Non-delivery of cylinder has put me and my family in great hardship and I have been put into a lot of mental harassment, because of the indifferent attitude and apathy. I request you to kindly take up this matter with appropriate authorities and redress my grievance.

                        I AM V.G.JAYANTHI. MY GAS CONNECTION IS WITH BHARAT GAS. AGENCY NAME IS R.J.AGENCY AT KKPUDUR SAI BABA COLONY COIMBATORE. THE AGENCY IS NOT SUPPLYING THE GAS PROMPTLY. SERVICE IS VERY POOR, ARROGANCY OF THE MANAGER OR THE HEAD OF THE PLACE IS INTOLERABLE. HE SPEAKS VERY RUDELY WHENEVER WE TALK REGARDING LATE SUPPLY OF GAS. SINCE GAS IS ESSENTIAL UTILITY SERVICE WE HAVE TO REPEATEDLY REQUEST THEM FOR THE SAME.
                        REGARDING THE LATEST DEVELOPMENT BHARAT GAS HAS ISSUED ORDERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF GAS ONLY ON SUBMISSION OF RATIONCARDS. I DONOT HAVE RATION CARD.

                            i purchase gas connection from Biri Gas, in front of Head Post office, sonipat. Sir at the time of giving gas connection, extra items i.e household items, gas choula are given forcefully, i denied to take , they told to hold the file and threatened to check by rules, as urgent needs of gas connection ( My parents make me away) i surrender their demands.
                            I want to know that what is the procedure of purchasing gas connection, why the gas agencies took the decision of their own, if i dont needed the house hold items why it was forcefully uploaded on me.

                              I am a consumer of Bharat Gas and registered with Dev Mogra Gas Agencies Mira Road (East).

                              They have provide us two phone numbers 28108122/28131551 for lodging complaints and for refill of cylinder.

                              The phone number provided comes continously engage and not able to book the cyliner in time. Due to office strict schedules I cannot go personally and cylinder refill request.

                              I request BPCL to look into the matter. Phones lines why it is continously engage or make online booking possible.

                              My sincere request to you look into it.

                                Complaint: I have booked the LPG cylinder on 23/01/2013 and my booking no is not. Till the date i have not received the cylinder. i enquired a no. of times from the agency but not received a satisfactory response. The agency is passing blame to the delivery man and delivery man is passing the same on agency. Please resolve the issue as early as possible as i received last cylinder from the side of agency on 18/12/2012.
                                i ask to sandeep 4 time but daliy ask me ki aaj puch jayega but no received the cylinder on my home and me ask of mr. shrama g and same asked me . plz reply me my id and cell and action the person mr shrama and sandeep .

                                  Dear Sirs,

                                  I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that inspite of my two complaints lodged with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. vide Complaint ticket Nos.C[protected] & C[protected] dated 24th & 27th June, 2011 respectively and two reminders given to their above mentioned dealer over phone on 21st & 23rd June, 2011, I have not yet received the refill cylinder till today.

                                  Please note that the dealer was supposed to deliver the refill cylinder by 15th June, 2011 before increasing the price which was announced by the Hon’ble Petroleum Minister, Govt. of India w.e.f. 25th June, 2011. Though I have no fault about this matter but I shall not pay the increased price to the said dealer. I shall pay Rs.365.10 only particularly for this cylinder.

                                  You are requested to please look into this matter very seriously and do the needful immediately without any further delay.

                                  Please note that earlier I had made several correspondences with your company vide my letters Ref: DKD/BPCL-BF/LPG/96/01 dated 18.08.96 addressed to the Chief Divisional Manager, BPCL, Kolkata; Ref: DKD/BPCL-BF/DS/LPG/96/03 dated 16.09.96 addressed to Mr. Debanjan Saha, Sr. Sales Officer of BPCL, Kolkata who visited my house during that period; Ref: DKD/ BPCL-BF/CMD/LPG/96/01 dated 22.08.96, Ref: DKD/BPCL-BF/CMD/LPG/96/02 dated 24.08.96 & Ref: DKD/BPCL-BF/CMD/LPG/96/04 dated 10.04.97 all addressed to the Chairman & Managing Director of BPCL, Kolkata regarding late delivery of refilled LPG cylinder, demanding of illegal delivery charges. During that period, I had also highlighted that fact to the higher authority and public through `The Statesman’ who had published my complaint in their renowned newspaper which may kindly be noted. The dealer has started the act same again.

                                  An immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                                  Sub : Late delivery of refill LPG cylinder by the dealer of Bharat Petroleum Co. Ltd

                                  I like to inform you that I had lodged a complaint to the Complaint Box of your Website on 29th June, 2011 against Bharat Petroleum Co. Ltd. for non-delivery of refill LPG cylinder during the period from 15th May to 30th June, 2011. But I regret to inform you that neither have I received any response from your end nor the company despite my several emails sent to the company. The same situation had been created by the dealer during 1996-97 which please note. At that time, the company’s personnel assured me that no such harassment would be done in future but they failed to keep their commitment.

                                  I shall be highly obliged if you kindly impose penalty a lumpsum amount on the said company or dealer, I am sure, they will be cautious before doing unnecessary harassment to the consumers in future.

                                  Please note that I had to pay Rs.401.10 instead of Rs.365.10 for that particular refill LPG cylinder on 1st July, 2011.

                                  I do sincerely hope that as soon as you receive my email, you take up this matter very seriously and do the needful immediately without any further delay.

                                  since may 2011 i am in correspondence with your manager, lpg mumbai officc in his laxity ii atteding to the complint/ in my anxiety in finding out a solution. I have brought to his notice about a buillder who under the pretext of supplying NATURAL GAS HAS BEEN DUPING the residents of housing co-operattve societies in a complex by supplying lpg gas all these years EVEN THE SALE AGREEMENT MENTIONS SUPPLY OF ''NATURAL GAS AND NOT LPG''. your manager is well aware of the facts of the facts of the case. he is pre tending that he has not so far not under stood the querrie raised and not REPLYING TO querriies. because of the querries and constant follw up in th month of july 2o11 mere ONE COAT OF PAINTING WAS DONE. NOTHING MORE.YOUR MANAGER WAS INFORMED OF THIS AND WAS TOLD THAT MERE ONE ROUGH COATING OF PAINTING WILL NOT SERVE THE PURPOSE.THERE IS SO FAR NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR MANAGER.He is silent.HENCE THIS SUBMISSION FOR DOING THE NEEDFUL.

                                    I have booked the LPG via connection no 24726, the person came to our home for Gas cylender delevery on 05/02/2008 and when i checked the weight of the cylender i found total weight is 22 kg(including cylender and gas weight),

                                      hello sir/mam.
                                      i am registered with nurmahal gas agency nurmahal dist jalandhar (punjab) and i have the following complaints againt the agency/

                                      1. i had booked a cylinder on 14th of june 2011 and it is not yet delivered and the excuse for this delay in delivery is stated as shortage of workers and due to this we are going to bear a loss of rs. 50 which is the hike in price and all this is due the mistake of agency workers.

                                      2. giving another excuse, agency person said that the area you live in is higher than the other areas in the town and their workers can not go there with loaded cylinders.

                                      3.the agency owners hold the stock as the came to know about the future rise in price of cylinder and they had given just few deliveries before the price hike and the black of cylinders are also going on in our area and this is from the agency owners themselves.
