Sir,
I Mrs. Vaishali R. Kumbhar using your gas cylinder service and my consumer no. GS6583 and my distributor's name and address is M/s Gauri Shankar Gas Agency, 7 Ganesh Chamber, Karve Road Pune-411004. ph. no. [protected]/74 we are using this servise since 1983 and till date we have always facing problem of shortage and non delivery of cylinder. Even after booking our gas prior 1 or more than month before we had keep visit to booking counter for the follow up and they dont give proper response some time they say that there is shortage, there is no vehicle to deliver, no man to deliver and they kept us waiting for more than month for delivery. If they can not deliver in time from years they should stop there business or handover it to somebody else or you as a company change my distributor as early as possible. You need to take serious call on my complaint or else will go to consumer forume for my problem to get solved.

BPCL LPG Gas — Supply of Half Empty LPG Gas Cylinders

Dear Sir,

We are getting supply of BPCL LPG Gas Cylinders from M/s Vishnu Jyoti Gas Service, Ghaziabad. Our Consumer No. is 16421. We have been observing that we are not getting LPG Cylinders properly. The cylinders are half empty and do not last even 15 ~ 20 days. However, whenever we go to agency ourselves and take delivery from their, the cylinders last for 40 ~ 45 days. This means that the cylinders are diverted to hotels, tea stalls etc for few days and then delivered to us.

I request you to kindly lodge formal complaint against this agency immediately and take appropriate actions.

ON COMPLAINT THE REPLY IS WE ARE GETTING FRO THE BPCL AS SUCH. NOW RECENTLY I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 10 TH APRIL 2011 ABOUT LEAKAGE OF CYLINDER. THEY HAVE PROMISED TO REPLACE TODAY IT SELF BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL THIS TIME. WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISHAPPENING DISTRIBUTOR-CONSUMER-OR BPCL.
KINDLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST AND ARRANGE TO REPLACE THE CYLINDER.

I HAVE SENT WRITTEN COMPLAIN THRU EMAIL TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE. BUT THEY NEVER HELP THEIR CUSTOMER. I HAVE ALSO SPOKEN TO MR. CHIRAG MANOCHA MANY TIMES BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINS SAME.

KINDLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST AND ARRANGE TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER URGENT.

I am also facing the similar problem from my distributor, M/S Jagdambay Enterprises ( CC No. 115582 ) Buria Chowk, Amadalpur Road, Jagadhri. The Phone nos of distributor are[protected], 247230. No body pick these phone nos. They don' t bother for supply, I received my last supply in the month of 6.10.2011, In the month of December and jan 2012 I called them more then 20 times for supply, but on 14.02.2012 I have not received supply even after compliant to mr. Chirag sales manager of BPCL . I launched complaint to BPCL online and on toll free also on 13.02.2011. But all in Vain. I called Mr. Chirag Manocha at [protected] two or three times. but he never helps me. He told me that I will receive refill with in 24 Hours, But even after 72 Hours I have not received the refill. His mobile no is switched off for complete day on 14.02.2012. I want to take strict action against the Distributor and against company. So please help me,

I have booked for gas cylinders on 21/08/2012 but still waiting for gas cylinder. My gas agency name is Anita Gas agency Virar(west) 22 days have passed & on enquiring they are telling it will take 3-4 days more.
I Jarnail singh of vpo mullana, barara distt. Ambala Haryana applied for DBC in August 2012 in Shaheed Manjeet Singh Gas Service- Barara, Ambala, Haryana with waiting no. 41. But I not issued dbc till Jan. 2013. After visiting so many times to agency I applied online for dbc with waiting no. 5848 in Jan. But when I not Issued dbc till 15 March 2013, I post complaint online as shown

But after doing so I not issued dbc & falsely said Action Taken. They take Rs.2500.00 for dbc & issue to their known ones. While the charges for dbc are Approx.Rs. 1900.00
It means if no action is being taken, means they give share of these over charges to Senior officers. Please check & take strict action. Thank You

    I m not getting the gas cylinder on due date.I live in laksar where is only one gas agency namely "HARIPRIYA GAS AGENCY" There time period for booking is one month after the delivery date. but they take maximum time of 30 days to deliver. so their is 60 days between the delivery.As in laksar their agents give the cylinder of 800 rs per piece in black.And if complains they use of vulgar words and shouted on comlplains and not provide us the email and phone numbers of head quarters/bharat gas to complain. sir pls take action for betterment of the delivery.

      There are too many complaints I have against Kalavati Gas agency. They dont deliver cylender on time. They have very rude attitude in attending customers. They give lot of false commitments wasting customer time. Can some one pls provide me contact details for escallation against this torture we all are going through due to unprofessional attitude of kalavati gas center

        I have booked a gas cylinder before one and half month . I got answer that I will receive it in 8-10 days. After waiting for 15 days I again called them . The person told me that I will be getting it in another 8 days. I called after around 10 days, got reply tat i will receive it in 2-3 days. But till nowI have not received any cylinder.
        My agent is located at Goal Market, Pshan, Pune
        Please do the needful.

        Dear Sir,
        I am to State that I am Consumer of the Bharatgas in Mumbai (Maharashtra) with consumer no #VG41459 and the dealer name is M/S Amardeep Agencies and I haved booked for supply of cylinder on the date of 02-August-2010 and it was stated that the supply will be made within (7) days’ and it was not done so. this is not 1st time problem this every time problem we are facing this problem is last year when I made call to dealer on every day every time it is stated that the cylinder is dispatched and the delivery boy will turn and deliver the same we are facing this problem every time.

        While trying to call this agency some lady picks the phone and don’ts give us the proper response and speak very irritating manner, as I have not received the cylinder insisted to give the mobile no of the agency I was anger to them dealer’s of the bharat gas the same may be verified with my mobile call records which I made from number[protected] /[protected] to dealers office 25563388.
        when I compliant the he is senior he ‘s delivered the cylinder same day but he charging the high amount,

        And resume the supply and take the necessary action with the dealer of the bharat gas.

        BHARAT gas — Staff don't lift the phone

        Hi

        The Bharat Gas staff in Bangalore are really indifferent.
        None of the phone calls are picked and even if we manage to reach them we receive indifferent answers.
        I hope this issue is taken up seriously and addressed

          I have a Bharat Gas LPG connection at my residence. In the last few months I have been experiencing all kinds of problems from the distributors end. First of all, whenever I book the refill LPG cylinder, I am never given a booking number. I am assured of delivery within 10-15 days but the delivery never takes place. When I call up to check the status, I am informed that there has been no booking on my consumer number. I am told to make a fresh booking and the delivery date is supposedly another 10-15 days from my "new" booking date.

          The distributors name is Universal Gas Company and the location is Sethi Terrace Coop Soc, Plot 640, Corner of 7th and Khar Pali Road, Khar West, Mumbai-40052.

          I wish to bring this malpractice to your notice.

              we are the very hurushed from our BHARAT GAS AGENCY name RUPINDER GAS AGENCY,

              we have many problem with our gas agency,

              1st :- cylender not booked on phone calls,
              2nd :- cylender not delived niether at home nor at our village.
              3rd :- cylender diliverd at 2km distance from our village & not a time of dilivey not day of dilivery,

              only for 1 cylender we want 2,3 days hurshmant.

              but we dont want hurshmant. please resolve our problem.

                    I booked for a refill cylinder on 02/05/2007, refill booking no.163 to S. R. Enterprises, Mir Abu Shaleh Road,GAYA.(451709) but they didnot vendored that, After a long wait I again complained them on 20/08/2007,cpl no.111 and till date they have not turned up, now my both cylinder is empty. I went 2 times last week and 2 times this week also but their promise are fake. What to do, i don't know & How to cook?

                    I'm a Bharat Gas Customer Since November 2002 and till 3rd May 2006 I was having single cylinder. On[protected] I applied for second cylinder all in vein.

                    I tried for 8 months to get double cylender and have contacted them several times. Whenever I contacted them for reminder...everytime they said its not available for now and contact them later after a couple of weeks/months.

                    I've got fade up now and planning to opt for other LPG providers.

                    I had made a cooking gas cylinder booking on 15th Feb. 08 and until now no cylinder is being delivered. When making enquiries 'Gadi nahi aaya'is the reply. It is not secret that they do supply cylinders to Autos and others and a premium as high as Rs.100.
                    Remember that this is not an isolated case. Whenever there is a supply constraint they exploit the situvation to make fast bucks at the cost of public and on your reputation.

When i told the that we havnt recieved any cylinder show us the delivery signed chalan. they are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date there is no sign of the cylinder.                     I have been trying to get information about some Bharat Gas Agency in and around Maulana Azad Medical College campus to book fresh gas connection for my home but I have not been able to get this information anywhere from. I managed two telephone numbers from the net but no one picks them up. Is it so difficult to get information to get the numbers or address of the gas agency that is nearest to my home or I should think of some agency other than Bharat Gas.

                    I am writing from meerut, .I have been a sincere consumer of Bharat Gas (LPG) since last 4 years. I tried for 3 years to get double cylender and have contacted them several times. Whenever I contact them for double cylender everytime they said its not available for now and contact them later after a couple of months.                     I requested them like anything.. but they won't listen and asked me to do whatever i can and complain where ever i wish.

I Have booked my Gass on 19/03/2008 at Conn. No. 5077 at booking No. 183 after 22 days of Last delivery, and does not received my gass till 4/04/2008. When I goes to acency to know that when will I receive my cylinder, the madem (employees) said to me that the deliveries is till panding on dated 17/03/2008, Sir I want to know that is it possible that agency is can not deliver 183 ccylinders in 15 days, It is kindly informed you a Cylinder does go more than 30 days at any condition. Kindly told this problems in your words to Mr. Harsh Patner of Rashrya Gass Seva, Naraingarh.

                    My another Problems with this agency is as follows.:-

                    1 The agency has two telephone Nos But they never pick up the phone and always
                    said that there is a internal fault in the telephone line,

                    2. We had to go to agency for booking the LPG Gass.

                    3. They booked the LPG Gass after 20 Days of the last Delivery.

                    4. They did not give the Delivery of Gass after the 15 days of boking.

                    5. Poor behaviour is faced when you we go to agency for enquiry.

                    Kindly do the permanent treatment of this problems, it is not only my problem,
                    This type of problems is faced my every Connection holder in this agency at
                    Nraingarh, Some of the people whose problem is similar to me put their hands to file
                    this Complaint Application.

                    My cons. no. is 27448 with distributor Ms Sowmiya Traders, 4, Market Complex, Venkateshwara Agraharam, Mylapore, Chennai 600004 . I have been a customer at this distributor's outlet since 1985 except for a brief period when I was transferred to Coimbatore & transferred my connection to the dealer there.
                    I wish to complain about the extremely disgusting and rude behaviour of one of the counter staff by name Ms Gita Gnanakumar.
                    Her rude manners is extended to both young & old, educated & uneducated alike.Employees such as these who do not know the basics of customer relations shd be sent home.

At least I must have tried 200 times on the following numbers[protected]/2563 5984/2563 5983/2563 5982. Either it will keep on ringing or always busy. then I went and personally booked cylinder refil. Its 15 days still I have not got cylinder, dailey I am calling them and getting answer tomorrow. Where to complain ? Seems no one to listen here.
                    Spoke to some of the friends and found that this is common problem across. "Welcome to India".

                    LPG Gas — Not booking my gas and black my gas

                    When I am booking my LPG gas cylinder they till me that they already delivered my cylinder whenever I am not booking my cylinder early and not received by me. Every time they black my cylinder. This time I am book my cylinder on[protected] but they did not book my cylinder and not delivered till today. When I am call to him they tell me that they sent my cylinder today and toady. They did not answer properly.
                    I book gas at Bangalore Gas Agency and everytime they don't have cylinders and delay it by 15-20 days. This is very pathetic service as there was no extra cylinder and have to suffer. I don't know why they serve in this sector. More annoying is that all the contacts, feedback links and phone are NOT working...

                    Regarding cooking gas Anita Gas Service which was previoiusly open on Sunday was useful for people where both are working and nobody is available to receive the cylinder at home and Now that when you book your cylinder we had given letter wherein we would be able to available at home on Sunday and receive the cylinder.

                    Now while giving fresh booking for cylinder they are saying that they are closed on Sunday and to make our own arrangements. Please tell us how can we since we are working in a private limited firm and unable to adjust our work timing.

                    Bharat Gas — delivery complaint

                    I consumer no 9619 of Seena Gas Angamaly Kerala booked for gas on 4.10.2008 along with my brother consumer no 9042 but was given only one cylinder on 10.10.2008 stating the reason, shortage of cylinder.On my personal enquiry I was told I had to wait upto 18.10.2008. When I asked for complaint book I was given a note book without page number or entry number and was told I will have to withdraw the complaint on delivery of the cylinder or else no cylinder will be delivered hereafter. I had registered a complaint to Mr.Rakesh sales officer over his mobile [protected] and enquired about getting delivery of cylinder at my residence before 9.30 am or after 5.30pm.so that I shall not trouble my parents who are aged and ailing.My residence is just 2 km from the Seena gas office.
                    Please look into the mattter and make some arrangments for delivery in the morning before 9.30am or after 5.30 pm. as i and my wife has to attend office.
                    We have been waiting for new connections from 6 months and in august we have applied for new Gas connection and now the connection is confirmed but they are asking us to pay 5000 RS/- to give that connection. They are providing Gas Cylinder, regulator and Gas stove Why somuch of money we have to pay to take new connection. To confirm about the connection we used to go to the agency every week.Is the Amount 5000 is worth paying.
                    I Think Bharat Gas distributors has gone made. Their centre phone are always busy especially Anand Bharat Gas Agency at Badarpur. It keep it phone busy or it pick up the receiver and keep it on table and they are busy in their own personal work whether the consumer will is going or not. I have been busy from last two days and have spent about 100 rupees on calling.

                    Bharat GAS - LPG — Bharat gas- non existent customer support

                    This is Biswarupa from chennai . My Bharat Gas cust id: 33338. I booked my cylinder on 6th. today till 15th Nov, forget about 24 hours delivery I'm yet to receive it. Their agency, Munnusamy Gas Agency-Velachery chennai has no clue despite repeated commitment since 12th for delivery.

                    Even the customer care numbers provided by them as well as availabe in your website are incorrect . Infact the numbers available in the official site does not exist! When I tried to post my concerns through The "Talk to us" section in the site, it failed after repeated efforts due to server errors. Through your site I wanted to tell others about the lackadaisical service standards of Bharat Gas ! Please help me to put my message across to Bharat Gas officials, if they care.

                    Bharat Gas — Unrealistic Procedure

                    To restrict the misuse, guide lines given to agencies not to book refill before 21 days. This is not proper.

                    After cylinder is empty, one has to book for refill. They do not book before 21 days of last delivery. Due to one or other reason if booking is delayed once, due to above, refill booking is delayed for ever.

                    The better way is to restrict nos of refills in a year. say 17.

                    Alternately booking for refill can be done without restriction for time interval but delivery may be given only after 21 days of prevois delivery.

                    Bharat gas makes claims of gas delivery within 24 hours. I booked the gas on 5th of DEC 08 with the dealer in Rajkot Parevadi Chowk (Nandgopal Gas Agency).                     I face very poor response from Gannam Gas Agency. Madurai (tel no: [protected]) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all. For example now I had Booked for the cylinder on dt. 16/12/2007 but yet today on 5.1.2009 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. Gannam Gas Agency.                     I im using Bharat Gas. My consumer No. is10037.Agency name is Delhi Gas, Uttam Nagar, Delhi.The agency behavior is very bad.They don't bother with any complaint.I have coplaint them too many times about delay in delivery of cylinder, even they don't know how to talk.Their language is not good.But they are very good with black marketers.I have seen their employies selling LPG cyliders in black between Rs.500/- to Rs.600/-.openly.They don't afraid from any one.Even after 15-20 days when their person come to our house for delivery of cylinder they insist to buy the local Namkeen Packets with the cylinder.

                    I want to confirm from your side is their any scheme of buying the namkeen packets with the cylinder?
                    Please take necessary action against this agency.
                    My consumer no. is 5653 with Sai Priya Agencies, Plot No 104 Sneha Enclave, Dovton Bazar, Bolaram, Secunderabad - 500010. Earlier cylinder was booked after 10 days from previous booking date and delivered after 10days.

                    Now a day, cylinder is booked after 20 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder and promising deliver is 10 days after booking date. It means minimum of 30 days to get a cylinder. But they are not delivering as they say and keep on passing days.

                    And also I don't find any correct information on:
                    1. Number of Booking days after delivery of last cylinder and
                    2. Number of days to deliver after booking. Every time the officials misleading with different answers.
                    3. I do not find any delivery date on the bill. They giving booked date as billing date
                    4. They are blaming state government for the delay. The govt. ordered to give a cylinder in 30 days as it is giving subsidy.
                    5. The gas agency is dragging the delivery date min of 5 and more and delivering gas after minimum of 45days in a way blocking cylinders to sell them for minimum of Rs.600 per cylinder.
                    6. The service is also poor by this gas agency. Generally nobody attend up the phone and after n number of calls they will pick the phone.
                    7. Please ask them to maintain the service level and do not block the cylinders.

                    I hereby request and hope you will take necessary actions immediately regarding above mentioned issues to give your customers better service.

                    The postman delivering letters does not put in the boxed to our house in first floor, but rather just throws outside in the compound in the ground floor.

                    I am expecting an important letter from AP Rajiv Swagruha corporation regarding house allotment etc. They have dispatched more than 10 days ago, but the letter is not delivered. I went to the Sainikpuri post office on 9th April and gave a complaint to the Post master, but yet no action is taken to deliver the same. It is understood that the concerned postman comes very late to office even on 9th april, i sat till 10.40 am for him, they said he will come, but did not turn up uptil then. since it is an important letter, i request you to please instruct the concerned to deliver immediately.

                    I request you to please instruct the Post man to deliver the letter and put them in the box fixed at the entrance of my accommodation in the first floor instead of just throwing them on the floor in the compound.

                    I did not get my earlier telephone bills etc. I do not know whether the postman purposely throwing the letters / bills as i have given complaint on him.

                    I always try to book the cylinder over phone (3 lines) but none of the phone nos. are responded, even when we get connection with so difficulty and they react very rudely.

                    I had booked for a LPG cylinder on 18/03/2009, Booking reference no 102451, in this regard, I have not yet received refilled cylinder for of the LPG cylinder till date. I had called your Basaveshwara gas agency nearly 15-20 times, whenever I called they say today it is going to bill and will send the cylinder.

                    Today i.e 24.040.09 whenI called your basaveshwara gas agency at phone[protected] one lady took the phone and I asked about this non delivery of cylinder. She said the above booking is cancelled (102451) and she said she will book now fresh booking and send this cylinder. She was not responded to my call and disconnected the line in between without any answer.

                    For the last eight months or so, severe problem is being faced by this agency, consumers on long delayed delivery of gas refills. It is further embarrassing for us as there is no person to solve the problems of consumers.

                    Sir, Why is this happening? While other gas agencies are supplying gas with in a maximum of week’s period, why not this agency? As a matter of fact Bharat gas should be able to supply domestic gas far early than the others.

                    We are allowed to book for gas refill only after 21 days of previous delivery and it takes more than one and half Months for the next delivery.

                    Also please let us know how to surrender this connection & we do not want Bharath Gas connection and we shall take new connection from Indane gas. Please let me know the formalities.

                    Sir, in the interest of public I humbly request you to intervene in this matter and ease our problem immediately.

Many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date I have not got the cylinder.                     I have a double connection with Bharat Gas agency M/s. Vishnu Jyoti Gas Service, Ghaziabad. Our consumer number is 28347.

                    We had booked a LPG cylinder on 20th July'09 through phone call & were told by the lady operator that you will be receiving the cylinder within 4-5 days. However, this din't happen & then we statred following up over phone. There was no confirmed reply & on 2nd Aug'09 when our cylinder got empty we were forced to call them up again. This time we were told that there is no booking for your consumer no. & now we are booking it. Post this, on 4th evening, we finally got the cylinder after so much of struggle.

                    Now, on 11th Aug'09, we called them again to book for the second cyliner connection which is also empty & we were told very rudely that we can't book it before 21 days of previous booking. I fail to understand that if this is a policy then why in the first place do they issue a double connection.

                    I strongly feel that agency should be withdrawn from this operator & given to a courteous & responsive person.

                    My gas got over two weeks back. Now I have taken the Gas Cylinder from my neighbor.

                    Earlier I was RT Nagar for 6 years never faced issue Bharath Gas Agency in RT Nagar bangalore.

                    It seems problem is only with Manav Enterprises. I spoke our neighbors they also said facing issues with this Dealer.

They committed that they are trying to provide gas in 4-5 days. Also mentioned that in worst case it can be 7-8 days. It has been 5 days and we have not yet got the delivery. Every day I call them they say delivery will be done today and in the evening we find it otherwise. With no double cylinder it is becoming very difficult for us to manage.

                    Any help will be highly appreciated.

                    i am a consumer of bharat gas with the ravinder gas sarabha nagar ludhiana with the consumer no. 10699
                    the distributor is not attending the telephone. when i visited the office of distributor on 14..08.2009. they said that this is our will whether we attend the telephone or not. we are closing the office so there will be no booking. when i asked for complaint book they refused to give me the same.

                    I am from Kadiri, Anantapur Dist., Andhra Pradesh. i am suffering from Bharath gas time delay. i am booking for gas cylinder at 22/07/2009. but still now i have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor Jaya Lakshmi Enterprises, [Code No. 661858], Kadiri. And they also taking the empty cylinder at the time of booking (22/07/2009). this problem is not only for me, so many people are suffering for this.                     i dr.bharat sanghvi is a customer of vyanktesh gas service aurangabad.my gas cylinder was stolen(theft)from my home in the month of march 2008.my consumer no. is 37844.i had given fir copy o[censored]smanpura police station to the agency but they have not given any reply neither they have given me the cylinder for which i am ready to pay.whenever i contacted they say's that there plant officer (manager) is transfered while some times they say's that he is on leave.sometimes they say's there plant manager is not coming. and in this way they harras me 10 days before when i went thire with new application they didn't accepted and said that we can't do anything and said what you want to do u do...we dont care for headoffice.in this way 17 month have been passed but i have not got any favour nor gas cylinder.i am an busy medical practionar and time is very precious for me.please go through my case and reply.

                      Always we will book LGP Gas from Rupa Gas Service Congress Nagar Road, Amravati for reffilling but they will commit for 8-10 days for refilling but they do not fulfill their commitnents they not send the LGP in comitted period it will effect to general family and properioter's background is political there fore the employee of Rupa Gas Service will behave like a political person.

                        we Booked our Lpg cylinder 3 weeks ago comsumer No:-J12906 still we have not recived lpg cylinder as on 29-03-11. this is their regular thing. when we call on[protected] they say driver had gone but no one was there at home.This statement they make is truely false as there is some one or other regularly at home.Due to their such behaviour every time I provided them with two contact numbers.Is this was the type of service you'll provide.Today as on 29-03-11. our both cylinders are empty as we booked immediatly after one is empty.

                        please look into this matter as we are suffering from ur such situation when we came under SADSHIL BHARAT GAS service.

                          Yes its very very poor/worst & pathetic service as i shifted from bibvewadi to chincwad & i have transfered my gas connection. then i booked for gas connection, lady in raka agency told gas will be decliverd after 12 days but it doesnot delivered when i visited personaly asking why it is not it delivere lady in counter mentioned it was not booked then again requested her to book then she booked it & told it will come after 12 days but after 14 day we called in raka they told it will come today which was NOT delivered & when ask her why gas is sent , lady in raka told it is booked 2 days back so it will come after 12 days which was very pathetic ..
                          They dont pick the call. The moment the phone is up. They will put you on mute so that you will not hear anything.

                            I had taken a Bharat Gas connection From- Debdutta Gas Agency, Burdwan , WB. Code No-461838
                            When I took the LPG gas connection on 23/03/10 I had to buy an oven for Rs-5000/- ( 1 Cylinder & 1 Oven). They told that for second cylinder I have to wait for Six Months.
                            Now today 23/03/11 when I went to ask for 2nd cylinder they asked to come on 08/04/11 with Rs-3000/-(Charge for 1cylinder & 1 Pressurecooker).
                            When I refused to take the pressure cooker they said I have to take because it is a package and I will not get the 2nd cylinder without taking the pressure cooker.

                            This is day light robbery of Bharath Gas. Dont budge to this n dont buy that "offer " as they quote it as. Just go to the webpage of Bharath Gas ( http://bharatpetroleum.in/bpclfeedback/frmfeedback.aspx ) and ldge a complaint giving all your consumer details and contact details. U need to follow up also !. Surely you will get your 2nd cylinder without paying any extra money, of course with legal documentation.

                            Maintain all data of communication thu email.

No delivery is made to me of the refilled cylinder till date.An incorrect sms Massage was given to me on my Mobile No.[protected] that cylinder is delivered to me on 02.11.2012 which is false and incorrect and incorrect. No delivery is made to me till date.
                              Kindly look in to my grevince. I am a poor man with two minor children and wife are facing the acute difficulty in absence of cylinder as we can not cook our meal in absence of cylinder.

                                  I am authorised customer of Bharat Gas sohan agency from when it opened.. i am very distrub from sohna gas agency service.. my book no. is 100 & 1417..last month deliver salender[protected]. then we did call for book salender[protected].. but they did not book and replied that salender will book after 2 days. then we have tried many times but phone mostly not pickedup.;then finaly book on 19 march..when we call 22 march for deliverd salender then they replied your salender did not booked it will book today..then we call 23,24 march they did replied same as last reply.. & said it will delivered after 2-3 days...

                                  it is hight of tolerance ? what is serivice? i am doing complain bcs i couldnt bear more & want to tell wht is going there. . its very bad impression on your Brand. in future nobody like to take Bharat Gas..So i request you kindly take action on priorty basis..& setup a good system & one thing more is may be reason of Black bazari of GAS salender. kindly stop it ...

                                  if they are not ready to provide good service then i am agree to take your agency in sohna only due to provide better service bcs its every person need & you understand that without this no body can survive..we have no gas at home from last 3-4 days. now you can understand very well how are we doing manage...hope so u understand & kindly provide Gas asap..& setup the good system else i have no option to take another gas agency in sohna..due to only provide gud service...

                                  yes i am agree of above statement of Mahender Singh Rana.. every time when we give call in sohna gas agency office for the book salender...mostly phone not picked up and they give confirmation for the book salender and we confirm for the delivey salender after 2-3 days then we found that your salender did not book. it will book today. it is cheation with the customer. really if the system going like that no anybody belive in Bharat Gas..& they will perfer to take salender from other gas agency if anyone come.so kindly take option on priorty basis.

                                    my customer No.18052 in jay jyoti Gas Agency-
                                    bharat gas-Vejapur, Ahmedabad. I had booked my LPG refil on[protected]with W/L 9379 but i have not got till the date. I have inquired regularly on phone from[protected] and they replied that you will get refil within 2 days. To day I visited office but they replied that your refil is booked on[protected] and you will get refil within 2 days.Thus they have cancelled my booking and rebooked themself and not giving the refil after lapse of 15 days.

                                    Jay Jyoti Bharat Gas Agency, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad — Not received Gas Cylinder

                                    We have registered for refiling gas cylinder at Jay Jyoti Gas Agency, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad 15 days ago. They have delivered the cylinders to those who have registered later to us but replying us that they do not have sufficient stock.
                                    jay Jyoti gas Agency is full o[censored]nprofessionals and stupid people and not at all customer centric. Their suppliers are selling it in black and therefore they are harassing us. Even after making the booking for 15 days we did not get the Cylinder and today there is no gas at our place asking them they said that our house was locked but even after making request they said it will be delivered today by 4:00 p.m. and when it did not delivered we sent somebody to collect it personally and no one there was ready to listen. i think their licence should be cancelled and if you cannot do this you should close this website also.
                                    sir, i am nasir shaikh and i have got bad experience of jay jyoti gas agency. sir, mene 5 november, 2013 ko refill book karay he lekin mobile karke lekin jay jyoti gas agency mese mera refill 8 nove, 2013 ko book kiya or abi tak muje cylinder deliver nai kiya he sir, pehle bi esa huva he or wahanse bataya jata he ke 2din me apko refill mil jayega lekin agency wale mera cylinder kisi or ko bech dete he or kisi or ka cylinder muje 15din ke bad bhijwate he lekin abi to 9din se book karvaya he or cylinder abi tak nai aaya sir me kya karun jay jyoti gas agency vejalpur se itna kharab response mila he muje.

                                      A few months back my wallet containing my BPCL Petro Card(along with other creditcards,driving licence etc) was lost. I do not remember my Petro Card number, and on contacting several BPCL petrol pumps for a duplicate petro card ,they expressed their inability to help me,unless I could give them my Petro Card number..

                                      Surely BPCL would be having an alphabetical Master List by which a customer could identify his Petro Card number by giving his name and address?

                                        I face very poor response from M/s.Krishna Gas Service, 237G.T. Road Belur Howrah. Tel No:2654 0990,2654 6899 every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in 15-16 days time doesn't happen for at least 30-40 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all. For example now I had Booked for the cylinder on dt. 16.02.2011but yet today on 22.03.2011. there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s.                                         Sir, I am a consumer of bharat gas at Ranchi & my consumer no. 22584391. A gas cylinder was booked online on 14.09.2015 but so far the cylinder has not been delivered by M/s Sashichandra Gas Agency, Kadru, Ranchi. This is not the first instance of intentional late delivery of cylinders.It is requested that, please look into the matter and deliver the cylinder immediately to retain the reputation of M/s Bharat Petroleum and to avoid further litigation.
