my consumer no.404 in name of CHANDNARAIN .i m a resident 81-a,nehru nagar,tehsil town,panipat.

i have a bharat gas cylinder connection. its distributor in panipat is
SALUJA GAS CENTER,SANOLI ROAD,NEAR CHANDNI BAGH POLICE STATION

this distributor service is worst in panipat. he even not pick phones for booking or any queries.with the help o[censored]r forum i would like to appeal to concerned authorities that
immediate & serious action should be taken against SALUJA GAS CENTER in panipat & his license to distribute cylinder immediatley cancelled & new distributor should be appointed for better service so that people not harrased by such distributor

    Sir,

    ganga Gas agency (garhmukteshwer) the gas cylinder is not supply for the customer. Because he is supply for more amount paid peoples. The supply date of book is not correct. my cylinder gas is finished, i booked my celnder 1 month ago but cylender is not deliverd yet. my book no 908. agency people said delivery in 4 to 5 days, but deliver 1 or 2 mnths. daily i call to the agency but the agency does not take the phone . they are regurarly irresponsible for the customer to give the service that i am complaint with you regarding to this letter please take necessary action the negligence of the customer.

I have booked for refil on 30/01/2010 and i will again my booked 23/02/2010and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. On an enquiry they said your refil cylinder was already supplied on 01/02/2010 and i will fax you my complaint

      Manglam Gas Service, Sardarshahar not issue applied domestic gas connection an Indian lady.

      Sir,
      I am an Indian lady and residing in sardarshahar. I apply a new domestic gas connection nine months before. My apply connection waiting no is 6318. My applied connection Manglam Gas Service, Sardarshahar not issue till date. Agency said I finished all old waiting number and again apply you, your connection. Sir, Manglam Gas Service clearly cheating me this time. When agency allotted a waiting number my application. This is a very big cheating with a Indian Hindu lady by Manglam Gas service, Sardarshahar.
      Please help me and protect my rights.

        Sub: Manglam Gas Service, Sardarshahar, not release my applied new domestic gas connection.
        Sir,
        My name is Anil Soni S/o Sh Babu Lal Soni. I apply a new domestic gas connection in Manglam Gas Service before four month ago. Manglam Gas Service give a waiting no is 6178. I am enquiry to my applied connection in agency February month. Agency not satisfied reply. He said you are not purchase Gas Chulha, Gas Lighter in agency. So agency not released your connection. Your connection in not any benefits agency.
        I am very painful situation and not faith Manglam Gas Service in my applied connection. Please help me and release my applied connection as soon as possible. I am very thankful your help.

          Dear Sir,
          I am residing at Nallasopara (East), Gala Nagar since 8 years. Tanya Gas Agency one of the Gas agency (Bharat gas) in Nallasopara (East) whose telephone numbers[protected] & 2440999) both they are keeping engaged since morning to evening everyday and we are unable to contact them for booking the gas every month. Since it will take 8 to 10 days for delivering the gas after booking date, customers are facing severe problems for booking the gas.

            Sub: Non-Delivery of Domestic LPG Cylinder at Bhagwanpur (Talla) & Himmatpur(Talla), Haripurnayak,Gaurgaja Near Kamaluwagaja Haldwani, Distt. Nainital, Uttrakhand due to Black Marketing of Domestic LPG Cylinders.

            Dear Sir,

            Please refers letters of Gas Manager (Kumoan Vikas Nigam Limited), Nainital, Uttrakhand wherein he has mentioned that M/s. Indane Gas Agency (KVNL) Bholanath Garden, Kaladhungi Road, Haldwani, Distt. Nainital, Uttrakhand representatives will decide the LPG Cylinder delivery schedule and point mutual discussion with consumers of above said villages.

            To discuss the matter some of Consumers approached above referred Indane Gas Agency but Indane Agency persons have denied to discuss on the above said matter.

            It is sorry to say that a period of one and half year has already elapsed till date neither Indane Gas Agency discussed the matter with consumers neither any concrete action taken at their end.

            In this connection I would like to draw your kind attention and disturbing your valuable time that most of consumers of this area always noticed that a lorry having 30 - 40 Domestic LPG Cylinder used to come once a week i.e. Tuesday and delivered full of lorry of domestic LPG Cylinders to a Boarding Institute at Kamaluwagaja, Haldwani, Distt. Nainital.

            Many times consumers have requested them to deliver us Domestic LPG Cylinder also but they told consumers that why you do not go Indane Godown for refilling. This type of words does not tolerable to the consumers.

            Also it has been noticed by some of consumers that Domestic LPG Cylinders are being sold at a higher prices i.e. upto Rs. 450 per LPG cylinder to the Small Dhaba/ Restaurants and Banquet Halls/Tea Stalls etc.

            You are, therefore, requested to kindly instruct concerned GAS AGENCY to fulfill the requirement of Domestic LPG Cylinder of above said villages. Otherwise our Society will be compelled to approach IOC Highest Authorities regarding Black Marketing of Domestic LPG Cylinder.

              My name is Sunderlal Gupta, age 63 and my gas consumer no. is K-8403 I am staying in Kalyan West area Rambaug Lane no.4, I have done booking for refilled cylinder to our gas agency name "Kalyan Gas Service" on phone on 11th February 2011 but uptill date that is after 18 days I have not received the refilled cylinder. From last 8 to 10 days i am continuously following up with the agency to send the refilled cylinder but every day the lady named "Deepali" of Kalyan Gas Service who is taking bookings on phone says "Sir we will deliver it today". But the agency do not deliver the cylinder. Today I have called up again to the gas agency to check the status of delivery of cylinder now she told that the gas cylinder which they had issued in my name was delivered by Bharat Gas cylinder delivery worker to some other person named Harish whose counter signature was on the delivery slip.

              This is very much illegal that we people who are booking the cylinder do not get cylinder on time and the cylinders issued in our name is sold in black to other person just for few rupees, due to these Bharat Gas cylinder delivery guys I am eating outside food from last eight days which is not healthy for my age person.

              But I know that my this complaint will also remain on this consumer complaint portal and no action will be taken. If any action taken kindly reply on my cell no. [protected]

                LPG Bharat Gas - Exel Gas Vashi -
                We have been trying to call the agency for gas booking but nobody seems to answers the calls. we have got 2 cylinder of which one is finished and the other is about to get over.

                The agency is far from my house and it is not possible for me to go there every time for the gas booking, since i hwill have to take a leave just for this purpose. My parents are at home they are elderly people, it is not possible for them too.

                REQUEST YOU TO PLS MAKE A NOTE OF THIS COMPLAINT.

                I have booked for refilling a Gas cylinder on 03/12/11. My Consumer No is 29435. & Complaint no. is 251. Till date we have not received the cylinder. The Excel gas agency official tells me that the delivery will be today/ tomorrow, but the cylinder not received.

                  With due respect first of all let me introduce you, this is Mohammad Azaz Khan S/o Mr. Sher Mohammad Khan a citizen of India and permanent native of Village: Laranpur, Post Office: Ashopur (Tanda) District: Ambedkarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India would like to submit this official complain against malfunctioning of KAPOOR GAS AGENCY, Chhajjapur Block:Tanda, Ambedkarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

                  Since Kapoor Gas Agency is an authorize supplier of Bharat Gas (Cooking Gas Cylinder) for Tanda block and in-spite of our numerous approach for the application of gas cylinder they are intentionally ignoring to provide the application form for specific requirement and demanding to pay an amount INR = 6000/- against black marketing in-response to provide the same in proper quota system.
                  We are a registered Ration Card Holder under APL Beneficiary Scheme (No: 096508) and this is our basic right to gain this facility within state affairs.

                  Therefore we would be grateful you to intervene in this regard and resolve the matter of our Gas cylinder supply being prevented unlawfully by Kapoor Gas Agency, Tanda Ambedkarnagar and oblige.

                    I am Consumer of Bharat Gas and getting served from the dealer Aparajita Enterprises,DistrictCenter,Chandrasekharpur,Bhubaneswar-23,Orissa.

                    I have booked for refill the cylder on 24-Jan-2011 and today is 25-Feb-2011 and still not getting it. Moreover, when I went to their office, they behaved rudely and asked to collect it from their godown which will be extra cost of Rs 100 for me.

                    This is very regular case ans they used to do this on regular basis.

                    So my humble request to take a necessary actions against them and serve us better.

                      Dear Sir,

                      We are the customer of bharath gas, and thillai gas agency was supplying the gas for kumbakonam,
                      But they are ask to book the cylinder after 30 days and the new one will be distributed only after 20 days from booking, so there is 50 days for one cylinder replacement. And the agency was now started the shopping center, and the delivery man coming to home are forced us to buy oil or any pulses so that we will deliver the cylinder soon or else it will be take 30 days to deliver and also there is another option, if we buy any things in that shop for 500 then the cylinder will be deliver with in the 3 days form the date of booking. We dont know why this things are happen, kindly please take action.

                      thillai KUMBAKONAM BHARAT GAS — Late delivery

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      Ihave booked the cylinder on 17th jun 2008 and the it is not delivered on my home till today(14 jul 2008).They makes the booking after the 20 days of each delivery and they takes the 15 or 20 days to supply it. So it is not possible to use the one cylinder for 2 month or 45 days with a family.

                          Sir,
                          I have booked to deliver the LPG gas at my residence before 35 days. The booking boy has booked and replied that the delivery will be completed after 15 days. After approching on telephone no.[protected] of M/s Johar Gas agency the booking boy had confirmed that your delivery slip has been issued on dated 11.02.2011 to hawker to deliver the gas on my residence. I have phoned again again till today on dated 24.02.2011 there is not a single response has been given to me to when the LPG will be delivered at my residence.Prior to 3 months the delivery of gas was regular. Nowdays my gas deeler is making very blackmarketting and we people are sufferring very much. Necessary action may please be taken against M/s Johar Gas Agency /Gorakhpur/Jabalpur (M.P.) to provide the LPG timely to to cosumers.

                            Booking was made on 4/2/2011 but no gas is delivered by Om Gas agency , Bulandshahr to consumers No. 13643&4113 it general practice of this agency .Hence it is requested to issue order to deliver gas to said consumers promptly after booking . there is abnormal delay in delivery of gas with the level of Om Gas agency , Bulandshahr . in this connection effective action is to be taken .

                              Sir think is that since last 5 to 6 month we are not receiving our cylinder on time,they always delayed it for 5 to 10 days & this time it is too much...when they tell us,they will send the gas after 20 days,when we are asking them the reason they are not responding us & misbehaving us...the address of the agency is.....

                                My Bharat gas Consumer no is 22499.My new agency Nirmal gas agency,sector-30-C , Chandigarh is not supplying the cylinders on time .my prevoius agencies in areas i stayed before supplied the gas cylinders within 2 days but this people keep delaying saying it will take 7 days and now it is 12 days.since last 4 days they keep telling me they are sending today,but fooling me.They are doing this every month. i and my family has to suffer because of them as i have only one cylinder and i cannot afford another one presently. My PERSONAL MOBILE NO IS [protected].and i am staying in H no 3032,F Floor,sector 20-D, Chandigarh.

                                  Bharat Gas — not giving home delivery

                                  i sunil am a coustmer of bharat gas in narnoul haryana my deelers code is 541859 krishna gas agencies my consumer no is 23536 my delar do not deliver my cylinder after 25 days of booking and do not give home delivery while their is a cemanted fine road upto my house and is only 1km from agency
                                  Dear Sir,
                                  My cnsumer no.668, with Bharat Gas, Saibaba Bihar Complex, Ghodbunder road, Thane west,
                                  Maharashtra.We booked gas on 28th November 09, but till date not recieved delievery, inspite of daily assurance from Agency.It is frustrating that after daily assurance
                                  we are not getting cylinder.Please take required action.

                                    sir sahid surendar singh gas ajensi nagaur. gas booking karne mai kafi presan karte hai .jaise phon nahi uthana ,,jaise gas booking ka jhunta aswation dena aur booking nahi karna .jiyadatar phon kharab hi rahta hai., samaye par supply nahi dete..complent no.bhi nahi dete ,bat karne ka tarika bahut ghatiya hai, castumar ki puri bat to sunte hi nahi hai,aur pho kat dete hai,kai bar rebooking karate hai tab jakar 1 manth mai gas supply nahi hoti, sir merri gas booking karane ki kirpa kare ,maire upbhokta no 755 hai .....

                                      The vighnaharta gas agency in Bhandup village road is just harassing the consumers. The operator who is handling the phone call is an idot never pick up the phone call. I have 2 cylinder but no use because we never get the cylinder on time. it gets 20 - 25 days to get a cylinder by the time the first cylinder is empty. they even dont take the booking of cylinder before 25 days. reason the first cylinder was deliver to you now. then what is the use of the second cylinder. If we owe an explanation they just cut the phone or keep it aside . This is like they do us a favour by takinf the booking of the gas. I think the owner is too responsible for the same. that is the reason we consumer of HP Gas face a biggest problem of non delivery of cylinders in time. my gas consumer no . 605905.

                                      We are the customer of DISTT ghazipur, UP.
                                      this is very sorry to say that we are getting cylinder after booking of 10-15 days . here your distributor is PURVANCHAL GAS AGENCY. here cylinder is not being available to booked customer but easily available to general murchant shops. please take care the customers ease and do needful at your end.
                                      They also never pick their phone, given on booking slip.
                                      Respected sir;

                                      I am a customer of Indane gas having customer number 9070.My distributor is Raveendra Gas Agncies,Anayadi,Sooranadu and distributor's code is 4544935.I had received gas cylinder on
                                      [protected] and registered for next dlivery on[protected].But I had not received the cylinder till this date.I enquired about next delivery over phone several times and got an answer that the delivery will be done immediately.But they had not delivered it.I am residing at sooranadu south panchayath near by a village road starting from koyickal chantha.The gas vehicle passed throug this koyickal chantha and issued gas to the customers residing near by the main road.Afterwards I and several neighbour coustomers informed the agency about non delivery of gas in this route.But they paid no heed to our complaints.

                                      So I am requesting to take necessary actions to get gas cylinders to me and other customers of this route.I hope you may give sufficient instructions to the gas agency for not repeating this kind of irresponsible dealings later.

                                      I am a consumer of Bharat Gas under M/s Jai Mata Di Gas Agency, Bharaopar, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda and my Consumer No. is 11052. I had booked for refill on 09/12/2010 but till date on 29/12/2010 I have not received my refill cylinder. They not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me and my older parents and i am working also how to maintain? Every month I am facing this bad situation.
                                      It is requested to kindly take a necessary action against this agency.

                                        The booking for the refilling of the cooking gas cylinder from bharath gas was done at the local destributer on 08/01/2011. The booking number was 1779 and my consumer no. 25729. The refilled cylinder is still not made available, the 14th of february 2011. The local bharath gas destributers address is:
