Good Evening.I am sri Manoja Kumar Sahoo (Consumer no-23685A).My problem is that
Burna Gas,Nayagarh(Bharat Gas) is not supplying Refill L.P.G to me on time.Even the Dealer is not also making my home delivery of L.P.G as per my request.Whenever I am approaching the dealer regarding the transfer of my consumership to any other Agency,he is not co-operating me in the matter.so,kindly help me in directing the dealer to supply...

Sir I am user of bharat lpg cylinder and my domestic life disturbed every month due to irregularity of delivery of lpg cylender,I called to agency ,the reps told problem with distributor boy my consumer no. is-- 90523.

i am sarvjit singh consumer of sukhmani bharat gas agency at fatehabad. my consumer no is 7190.last time i received refill on 08-12-10 after that i booked for refill on 03-01-11 but yet i have not received the refiil of cylender 18-01-11..i went to bhart gas dealer(sukhmani gas agency fatehabad)for asking delay in refilling they treated me very rudly .thier behavior is so wild i can not expain.they abused me .their behaviour is inappropriate...

i had booked my gas around 15th december with them...i was not there at home and hence the gas person had to go back (they sent the gas in a week)....i called them and they promised to send again

I've applied for new petro card on 16.11.10 in one of the BPCL petrol station (Form id is 6732) Till date i've not received the card and i've been repeatedly following with the customer care personnels and the local area manager since Dec15th onwards. But there was only one single constant reply at all the time that your card has been not yet generated and based on that i logged a complaint on 03rd Jan'11 and after that...

Ahmedgarh Gas Agency is the only one gas agency in Ahmedgarh & surrounding area.10000 gas connection are attached with this agency,but no rules are adopted by dealer. Approximatively 45 days are confirm for gas cylinder delivery.The dealer is fully dictatorship he say to all the no body can do in me agency.People's are very hazer.Plz do any thing.I hope that u will do any and gas supply will be normally....

We are Bharat gas cardhoilder for cooking gas supply through Solkar Gas Services who are local agents of Bhararat Gas at Khed, Dist Ratnagiri. However it is a regular feature that the supplieir is harassing us by delaying supplies for several weeks at all the times i book for gas. Iam currently waiting for the delivery of sylender ordered almost over 10 days back and each time i call to remind, they say "it will be despatched Today!"...

Sir, My Consumer No. with M/s Sree Venkiteswara Gas Agency ;Thrissur ;PIN 680001 is 885. On 27 12 2010 I had booked for the refilled Gas Cylender. On 13 01 2011 ,When I contacted them on phone ,the reply I received was a shoking one. They told me that on 05 01 2011 my refilled cylender was returned undelivered due to road block and that I have to book afresh for getting the refilled cylender. The delivery boy came and checked it and he initially said that the oven has a problem. One gas authorised distributor namely Kitchen flame, of your company at, B-block, Cycle Market, Mangol Puri, Delhi is not supplying the gas cylinders as per rules or even not giving the new gas connection as per rules. He forcefully sell out new connection in black market rate, otherwise he refuse to give new connection to every customer. He also not booked the gas cylinder as per your guidelines and he booked the gas...

Below are some fetal issues faced by all the customers:

1. Agency given 5 numbers[protected], 28109687, 28121799, 28124130 & 28128263, but it becomes impossible to get hold of any one of these. I spent hours for last 5 days and still trying.
It always busy, even if it is ringing, no one will pick it up.

2. Response of helpdesk is too rigid.
