I am very much regret to write that I have requested the distributor M/s. Virahi Gas Service, Udaipur for allotment of DBC (LPG Cylinder) against my Consumer No. 3318 in several times but neither I have been issued DBC nor refused & every time they are extending the time i.e like a recorded message due to the shortage of cylinder we are unable to provide the same & you may call next month etc.. Please note that I was allotted the above connection in the year 2007 (11.06.2007) and since then I am requesting for DBC. I have sent sever letters & reminders to distributor & sales officer Mr. Chetan Goswami, BPCL, Udaipur also but he also in same tune.

As you know that in a single Cylinder it is insufficient to fulfil my domestic fuel requirement for a month, as it lasted merely in 20-25 days. After booking of cylinder even after 30-40 days filled cylinder is not being delivered to me and I am suffering a lot for want of domestic fuel. You are once again requested to please look into the matter and take necessary action as per your level.

    Dear sir,
    my lpg gas disributor m/s Preet gas servise is not giving delivery on due date, all gas cylender are sold in black market. my due date was 3/dec/2010. but till date delivery is not given. they never give home delivery also so to find out delivery we have to roam street to street to find were its being given. at the same time any time you can find it in black by paying double price. its my 10th comlaint but this servise you are providing seems useless. if you are really concerned kindly take some strict and enduring action agains m/s Preet Gas servise,

      Sir I want to lodge my complaint against Distributor of Bharat Gas i.e. M/s Priyanka Gas Services. I am consumer of Bhart Gas through above mention distributor. I am facing lots of problems in booking my gas clyinder. Please note that at all the times their number remain busy and if at some time it rings no body picks it up. After booking they take almost 1 months time to deliver the same.

      Please take corrective action against the above said distributor.

        1)Amerdeep Agency is an Agency of Bharat Petrolium in the area of Deonar Colony,Deonar Villege,Lallubhai Compond and Major area of Govandi Mumbai 400043.
        2)This agency is Not aceepting the Consumer numbers of Gas Cylender till 21 days after providing 1st cylender and After 21 days of Aceepting of Consumer Number They are providing Cylender After 15 Days Means They are Providing Second Cylender after 36 Days and More,
        3)After 36 Days also there is no gurentee of getting Cylender,if we didnt received the Cylender till date we have to go personally to that office and pay for the same and we self have to go to the godown and with blank cylender and replace the new cylender.
        4)In addition to this this agency is not taking the number for gas on phone as phone is always busy or no body is there to receive the phone and we personally have visit to that office everytime.
        5)I m senior citizen person taking these heavy cylenders to there office all the time is that justifiable?
        6)If they are not able to provide the good service there agency should be cancelled and some other peson to be given the charge of the same.

        9 days have passed, still not received cylinder. They are not picking up the phone, goes ringing everytime. Really very bad service of AMARDEEP AGENCY, GOVANDI...!!

          With reference of consumer no. MG7216,Name M.P.DIXIT,566/401 A,JAI PRAKASH NAGAR ALAMBAGH, LUCKNOW, booked for gas refelling on 5th Jan.2011 to Mamta Gas Servive, Hind Nagar, Lucknow, authorized gas agency of Bharat Gas.
          Till 26th of this month refill is not delivered while agency person told to refill with in 10 days. Its very painfull and we are suffering by this problem since one year.
          Please doo need full as soon as possible.

              EXCELL GAS AGENCY — NON-DELIVERY OF REFILL CYLINDER

              Non delivery of re-filled cylinder

              I am consumer of BHARAT GAS gas bearing the consumer no 24128. My agency is EXCELL GAS AGENCY, SANPADA, NAVI-MUMBAI. I booked the gas on 16/09/2008 on phone & I have talk with MR. GANESH, till today the cylinder has not been not delivered to me.

              Whenever I called there, an operator hands over the call to the delivery staff. The delivery staff takes the address details & ends up the call confirming the delivery "TODAY" This "Today" never arise & he never turns up. What should we do????

              Can someone take it seriously?????
              Why all bharat gas staff is so rude?

                  This is to bring to your notice that we have been facing problem with the delivery of Gas cylinder of Bharat Gas. The dealer of BG in our area is Jyoti Gas (Ph. No.[protected] which is located at Yari Road, Andheri (West). Even booking the gas before 15 days they never give us the delivery on time and when followed up with them they say "the cylinder has not yet arrived we are waiting for the same".
                  Most of the time they keep their phone receiver on the table because of which the phone is always busy to the consumers & they think the line is busy. If the phone rings than nobody picks up & if they pick up they say call up after some time as it is their time.

                  This is my personal experience that I have seen as I personally had been to the distributor office & if we argue with them than they delay the service more. They are very rude while communicating with us as if they are doing a favour. We feel very helpless most of the times.

                  Kindly look in to the matter at the earliest. Hope so you will do the needful & oblige.

                        I HAVE TWO CYLENDER IN A GAS CONNECTION OF BHARAT GAS, BUT COMPANY HAD GIVEN REFILL ONLY ONE CYLENDER IN A MONTH. MY CONNECTION NO. IS 7767 NAME OF MY MOTHER SHAKUNTLA DEVI ( KAROL BAGH, DELHI ) I GAVE MANY TIME COMPLAINT ON COMPANY WEBSITE. BUT NO ACTION ON PARTICULAR AGENCY. I WANT A EXTRA CONNECTION FROM HP GAS, BUT HP GAS REFUSED A EXTRA CONNECTION APPLICATION BECAUSE IN A FAMILY ONLY ONE CONNECTION GIVE (AS PER RULES OF LPG) AND I WANT TRANSFERED MY CONNECTION IN HP OR INDANE BUT COMPANY SAID FIRSTLY YOU CANCELLED YOUR CONNECTION THEN APPLY NEW CONNECTION.

                          WE HAD BOOKED BPCL CYLINDER WELL IN ADVANCE BUT R YET TO RECEIVE THE CYLINDER,EVEN AFTER THE GAS HAD RUN OUT OF OUT CYLINDER HENCE R UNABLE TO COOK FOOD,THE REASON PROVIDED BY ANOOKOOL GAS AGENCIES (BPCL DEALERS/DISTRIBUTORS)IS DUE TO STRIKE BY TRANSPORTERS AT BPCL,THEN HOW COME THEY PROVIDE GAS TO HOTELS & CATERERS ETC,ITS THE DUTY OF BPCL TO PROVIDE GAS TO US,KINDLY EXPLAIN THE DELAY & TIME AS WHEN THE CYLINDERS WOULD BE AVAILABLE,AND ACTION WOULD BE TAKE AGAINST DELAY AND WHO WOULD FOOT THE HOTEL BILLS.

                            i am a consumer of amar sahid subhash sharma bharat gas agency, bundi (rajasthan ) mu consumer no.is 28468. I have to say that they do not distribute the gas in time as well as there is no proper arrangement of home delivery. There is no consistency and not a technique of distribution of the same. Sometimes those consumers are benefited whose booking date is current than those whose booking date is an earlier one. They should provide convenience to the consumers by making home delivery and in time but such is not the case. I have seen that i always ring to the agency and register my complain then they provide me the cylinder.

                            It is therefore requested you to plz look into it the problem.

                            I am a consumer of bharat gas agency (Arun Gas), bundi (rajasthan ). provided very late supplies of LPG Gas Cylenders Intentionally. Please take necessory actions against LPG Gas Supplier (Arun Gas Agency, Bundi).
                            Yes, I'm agree with him. The Gas agency persons intentionally irretate to custemers, home delivery not provided & provided cylinders after 15-20 days.

                            Please takes necessory actions.

                              I have booked LPS Gas Cyclinder 07.01.2011 at Dammo Enterprsies at Jhilmil colony vide Ref. no. but till date i have not received Gas Cyclinder and he update his deliver the Cyclinder on 20.01.2011, but i have not received the Cyclinder and asked the Office he say today he deliver from last three day

                              Good Evening.I am sri Manoja Kumar Sahoo (Consumer no-23685A).My problem is that
                              Burna Gas,Nayagarh(Bharat Gas) is not supplying Refill L.P.G to me on time.Even the Dealer is not also making my home delivery of L.P.G as per my request.Whenever I am approaching the dealer regarding the transfer of my consumership to any other Agency,he is not co-operating me in the matter.so,kindly help me in directing the dealer to supply me L.P.G (Home Delivery)in time.

                                Sir I am user of bharat gas agency.i have single cylinder and last supply of gas was on 16th march, 2011 and when i came for booking in gulab gas agency, they told me that your supply will be on 21st of april...but there is no delivery of cylinder till yet...And the behaviour of staff of Gulab gas agency is shamefull...

                                To bharat gas/Ambika gas agency,Jaipur

                                Sir I am user of bharat lpg cylinder and my domestic life disturbed every month due to irregularity of delivery of lpg cylender,I called to agency on friday & the lady who picked the phne had confirmed me that your gas will be delievered tommorrow i.e on on saturday & till the time the cpmplaint is lodged gas is not delievered. The lady had confirmed that my booking number was 31.

                                My consumer no. is-- A58667.

                                I want a disciplinary action against the system.

                                  i am sarvjit singh consumer of sukhmani bharat gas agency at fatehabad. my consumer no is 7190.last time i received refill on 08-12-10 after that i booked for refill on 03-01-11 but yet i have not received the refiil of cylender 18-01-11..i went to bhart gas dealer(sukhmani gas agency fatehabad)for asking delay in refilling they treated me very rudly .thier behavior is so wild i can not expain.they abused me .their behaviour is inappropriate to what is expected from a company like u .your staff behaves in such a manner like wild animals..............

                                    I have been purchasing bharat gas from one of their distributor - Gajanan Gas services ...distirbutor code 251846

                                    i had booked my gas around 15th december with them...i was not there at home and hence the gas person had to go back (they sent the gas in a week)....i called them and they promised to send again

                                    i finally got my gas on 10th Jan 2011 ...after repeated calls to them

                                    I tried booking my gas on 18th Jan 2011 ...as my gas was over due to late delivery ...they refuse to take the booking saying that i have just got my gas cylinder and i cannot book so soon

                                    the gas was delivered late due to their mistake not mine ...the personal refuse to take my booking and said that i can go ahead abnd complaint if i want to

                                    i want to know what sort of rules a big company like bharat gas sets ahead for their distributor who have no fear of ant complaints '
                                    i dont think my complanit would be addressed to ...

                                    but this is not expected from a company like bharat gas where im paying royally fior my services

                                      I've applied for new petro card on 16.11.10 in one of the BPCL petrol station (Form id is 6732) Till date i've not received the card and i've been repeatedly following with the customer care personnels and the local area manager since Dec15th onwards. But there was only one single constant reply at all the time that your card has been not yet generated and based on that i logged a complaint on 03rd Jan'11 and after that they replied that you will get the petro card in a weeks time. But till date i'm one of the foolish guy to follow them. It seems that there is a huge gap in terms of comlaint handling and i suspect that they've not escalated further above level to sort out thse issues. Now i was totally fed up and decided not to follow up further and really i've not expected such a kind of reply / feedback from a reputed company.
