Sir I am user of bharat lpg cylinder and my domestic life disturbed every month due to irregularity of delivery of lpg cylender,I called to agency ,the reps told problem with distributor boy my consumer no. is-- 90523.

i am sarvjit singh consumer of sukhmani bharat gas agency at fatehabad. my consumer no is 7190.last time i received refill on 08-12-10 after that i booked for refill on 03-01-11 but yet i have not received the refiil of cylender 18-01-11..i went to bhart gas dealer(sukhmani gas agency fatehabad)for asking delay in refilling they treated me very rudly .thier behavior is so wild i can not expain.they abused me .their behaviour is inappropriate...

i had booked my gas around 15th december with them...i was not there at home and hence the gas person had to go back (they sent the gas in a week)....i called them and they promised to send again

Ahmedgarh Gas Agency is the only one gas agency in Ahmedgarh & surrounding area.10000 gas connection are attached with this agency,but no rules are adopted by dealer. We are Bharat gas cardhoilder for cooking gas supply through Solkar Gas Services who are local agents of Bhararat Gas at Khed, Dist Ratnagiri. Very Very Poor Service.... Playing with customer trust...

Below are some fetal issues faced by all the customers:

1. Agency given 5 numbers[protected], 28109687, 28121799, 28124130 & 28128263, but it becomes impossible to get hold of any one of these. I spent hours for last 5 days and still trying.
It always busy, even if it is ringing, no one will pick it up.

2. Response of helpdesk is too rigid.
