Subject:- Complain against your distributor for not delivering the gas cylinder on time as well as delivery man blacking the gas cylinder on time to non-customers.

Sir,
I am the customer of your respected company registered as 'Bharat gas' under companies act 1956, & i want to complain against your distributor named as 'Bapna gas distributor" in udaipur (raj.) for not delivering the cylinder on time as i have booked the cylinder before more than 15 days.This is not the first time it has happened,it happens always. They don't even receive our calls even after calling so many times, so we have to go to their office for booking cylinder or for any inquiry. Then why you have kept the telephone as well as message booking facility.
Also i have to complain against the delivery man the cylinder they bring is not up to the 30kg weight or you can say that standard weight is not found. Many a times i have seen that they sell cylinder for more than Rs.500 to customers as well as non-customer when they are in urgent need of cylinder.
When i asked the distributor about the delivery he said 'there is a lack of supply from company'. Then how can it be possible that the delivery man gets the supply for blacking cylinder.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I Naresh Singrakhia a customer of Bharat Gas / Consumer no. 56211 has purchased Bharat Gas Cylinder from Jai Jyoti Gas Agency, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad.
    Every time I have to wait for a week to get the replacement of the cylinder from the date of booking.
    This time the situation has become worst. I am following up since 5th Jan but still the cylinder is not delivered. Today dt-13th Jan I called on[protected] and spoke to Mr. Rahul. The guy on the phone was not at all helpful and moreover after waiting for 9 days said it will take another two days!!!!!!!
    I don't understand what type of service Bharat Gas is providing to the consumers and the people really needs to understand hoiw to respond to customer complaints and provide some solution urgently.

    i have booked my bharat gas cylinder on 17.01.2009 from rohini sec-16, delhi but i havent received the delivery of the gas cylinder till now(28.01.2009) when i come to contact with my distributor he refuses the delivery before 15 days . so it is request to you kindly take appropriate action against this distributor .

    Since from the date of new connection of Bharath Gas the problem of late delivery of gas, not prompt in taking complaint nor supplying the cylinder in time, I have very much fedup with this, on compaling the same the Company has suggested me to take additional cylinder, that too had taken an additional cylinder but the orthodex of the agency that supply the cylinder lately giving false information, even they challange that whatever you want go do or complant to the company etc etc. but we will proivde you the cylinder only when we received for 5 days 10 days or more, likewise the agency peoples are harrasing the poor innocement people, whereas the other gas companies and agencies are prompt in supplying the gas cylinder to the customers for example like HP, INDIANA ETC NO COMPLAINT FROM THESE COMPANIES. But Bharath Gas since I have taken I have never satisfied even a single month which I received promptly. Now, I am intend to transfer the gas company from Bharath to Indiana or HP. Kindly let me know is it possible if so please let me intimate the at the earliest so that i can change the same immediately without any further delay. For which act of your kindness I shall ever remain grateful to you.

    Bharat Gas — Too Much Delaying Gas

    Hi Sir,

    I have booked the gas on Feb 8th. till now we didnt get. If we are calling they are not at all picking the call, i think they have mostly saved my number thats why not picked.

    We are using kerosine stov now..

      Hi Team,

      My consumer No. is MGA-39209. I booked for a new cylinder and was supplied a defective cylinder. The problem with the cylinder is that the gas does not come to the oven. The delivery boy came and checked it and he initially said that the oven has a problem. I called the sunflame technician and he said that the oven which was less than 10 months old was perfectly fine and that the cylinder or the regulator has a problem.

      The number of Sri Munuswamy Gas Agency is never attended by it's staff and comes as busy. So I went to their office last saturday on 8th January 2011 and their technician was supposed to come within 4pm as per their words but instead he called and asked me the problem and said the problem is with the cylinder. Then till date I went twice but they have not replaced the cylinder. It's going to be around a week and they only make excuse and does not give any resolution not do they replace the cylinder.

      Please help.

        i have all original document like rent agerriment and orignal purchase bill papaer 1st time they said me

        we want original document and 2nd time they said me that on saturday we r not working for transfer

        and today they said u have to fill form rs 100 and get nottrey on that but a common man can"t face

            Sir,

            One gas authorised distributor namely Kitchen flame, of your company at, B-block, Cycle Market, Mangol Puri, Delhi is not supplying the gas cylinders as per rules or even not giving the new gas connection as per rules. He forcefully sell out new connection in black market rate, otherwise he refuse to give new connection to every customer. He also not booked the gas cylinder as per your guidelines and he booked the gas cylinder only after one month and he sent the cylinder only after 1 month of booking. Due to this, problems are facing by consumer and customer is getting cylinder only after two months. The distributor mostly refilled domestic gas cylinder for commercial purposes to the confectioner and factory owner on high rates i.e 600-700/- per cylinder. If any customer want to make complaint, then the manager of the said authorised dealer misbehave with the consumers and they dont give any detail or phone number of company for complaint. He also not display any board of Bharat Gas Ltd. complaint cell and neither showing the actual rates of new cylinders and give threat to persons, who make the compaint that he would disconnet the connection.
            Kindly the strict action be taken against him.

            Hello Sir,

            Gas is booked on 15/04/2010 . Today is 26/05/2010 Gas is not delivered.
            MY Gas Distributer is Abhilasa gas agency.Junnardeo MP.After calling number of time they allways say to me,that the gas is coming tomarrow.He is saying me for last month.But still we people not received the gas,after paying the amount in advence.But in BLACK ,gas is avaiable in Rs.450/-.I dont know that is going on.Pls Help US.

            Sir,
            I have booked my refill on dated 18.01.2014 (Ref No.[protected] but unfortunately I have not received yet today. Bharat gas has been delivered on dated 25.02.2014 when I checked my online status on Bharat gas website . I find it to be totally wrong. May be he sold my refill in black marketing. Due to this reason I am in problem because I have received my last cylinder in 28th December 2013.

              Below are some fetal issues faced by all the customers:

              1. Agency given 5 numbers[protected], 28109687, 28121799, 28124130 & 28128263, but it becomes impossible to get hold of any one of these. I spent hours for last 5 days and still trying.
              It always busy, even if it is ringing, no one will pick it up.

              2. Response of helpdesk is too rigid.

              3. Commitment of delivery never meets. They will say 7 days. And after 7 days, when you follow-up with them, they will again give you new dates...

              4. Customer have to purchase Gas chulha along with the connection, which is comparatively expensive and even nowhere mentioned in Terms&Conditions.

              5. Playing with the trust of bharat gas.

              I was having connection with Bharat Gas in Andheri and never faced such issues, but once I transfered my connection from Andheri (E) to Mira Road (E), all comes in a package...

              Please do assist me as well as many people who have Bharat Gas connection with Dev Mogra Gas Services, Mira Road (E).

              Its been more than a month that I have ordered my cylinder. Very poor response. No one picks the calls.will never suggest to go to them .
              they are very unprofessional. more than a month I have ordered but still not come. Ver poor response and service. Will never recommed anyone to them
              Absolutely agree about Devmogra gas service completely worse, BPCL should be black listed this agency, there are so many complain under consumer court about Devmogra but it's really wondering how this agency not comes under their scanner...

              All the customer should protest to BAN their services .

              Seven contact numbers are printed on consumer card but the nuber which rings is not answered and rest are continuously coming busy.

              veey bad service, everyone not working only sleeping in office.noone given proper response in Office
              Today the cylinder gas was over and when I connected the regulator to another filled cylinder, it was not getting fitted.
              Then I called dev mogra gas agency at Mira Road they told me that the technician will come within half an hour, but the technician came after one hour. He just check for 1 min and said that the cylinder has to be exchange and the person will come after half an hour.
              He called some one, but when I called the agency they said that I have to come to the office and exchange the cylinder myself.
              Is it my mistake that the new make cylinder is not able to fit with the regulator. The customer service female just cut the phone.
              Later I have to go by Auto Rickshaw and exchange the new cylinder with another old type filled cylinder at the office and shell out 30 rupees which should be done by Dev Mogra Agency.
              Which has affected my time, money and effort.

                Dear sir,
                I am living in cheravally(kayamkulam, kerala)we are suffering for gas more than one month, because the supply man(mr.pushkaran) is not giving the cylinder on proper days.he is selling cylinder's in black market.we booked gas one month before and he did'nt delivered after one month.when asked about this matter, he behaved badly with womens, and he sell to onother person who have hotel business.
                your immediate action against this man(mr.pushkaran), will be appreciated.

                  This is to inform you that I Col.Babu Khan (retd.) consumer no. 615 having Lpg gas connection with your company and getting supply through your distributor M/s Deo Gas Agency,Jodhpur(Raj.).But the above distributor doesn't supply the refilled cylinder even after 40 days from booking date and on reminding them on phone getting no proper response.Since your company doesn't have any concern office in the city and not even get any positive response from the your customer care no.s.Therefore you are requested to kindly look into this matter seriuosly and take necessary action urgently to keep the trust of customer alive.

                    Dear Sir/M'am,

                    We have been registered under Samidha Gas service, hadapsar, Pune area since 4 years now. Our consumer number is 8002A under my husband's (Vinay Goyal) name. The problem we have is the poorest service and delivery of the LPG to our home. We have never got the delivery of our gas cylinder on time. We have to keep following up with the people and also the delivery guys to get one cyllinder and still we never got it before ten days of booking. Over and above, we are always given false commitments and have suffered a lot of attitude from these guys. The rude behavior of delivery guys and people who take up the call is most irritating.

                    The last booking we have made is on 27th Dec, 2010 and now on 6th Jan, 2011 after 11 days and 5 telephonic follow-ups, I haven't yet received my cyllinder.

                    I sincerly request you to look into this matter seriously and help us.

                      bharat gas cylender delivery delay more than 12 days. my nearest bharat gas agency is Siddhardha agency, Shapur Nagar, Rangaredddy Dist, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. My consumer no.84. From delivery date to 21 days I have booked for cylender filling. But the agency/dealer people not delivering the cylender more than 13 days from booking. Last month i.e. 22.12.2010 I have booked for cylender filling even today i.e.[protected] i have received my cylender delivery. And more over the agency people telling more 2 days time to take delivery. I dont know whom to approach. Please solve my problem.

                      bharatgas — Late delivery of sylinder

                      My Consumer No. is 5764 with Jay Jyoti Gas Agency, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad.

                      I booked the LPG sylinder on 08.01.2010. Thereafter I was trying to remind them to deliver the sylinder but they are deliberately not picking up the phones. After constant dialing, whenever the phone was picked up they were used to cut the phone. Hence I decided to visit the agency personally on 20.01.2010. However, there was no exact address available on the earlier delivery slip. With grat difficulty, I could found the loaction. As usual, the boys were sitting idle by picking up the phone receiver and upon my entry in the shop they were trying to show that they on line with customers. I lodged an oral complaint about this and left the premises upon giving confirmation that sylinder was booked on 08.01.2010 but could not be delivered as Bill was lost. Mr. Nitendu Joshi, Asst. Manager of the Agency then assured to deliver the same on same day and then it was delivered after 4 hours.

                        Dear Sir,
                        My complain is against ADITYA GAS AGENCY-BHARAT GAS in Hadapsar Sasane nagar, Pune. It's a hectic task for us to get a booked cylinder on time. I tried calling to this office many times but nobody pick up the call. Being working person we cannot afford to go to office for each single query. If this complain is really considered, I request you to make the distribution of gas on time and also inform customer about the tentative duration of delivery otherwise we keep on waiting and finally we have to reach out to some distributor and have to get cylinder by paying 100 rs extra, in this case also we have to chase that person around 2-3 days and seems like we are begging for own paid cylinder even after paying extra.
                        Hope to see some progress for good in this case.

                          I Sushil Kumar Sharma is a consumer of LPG of the above distributor. I was originally consumer of M/s Arora Gas Service Geeta Colony but some of the officers of Bharat Gas without our consent transferred our name to M/s Virat Enterprises which is about 9 k.m. away from our residence while earlier one was only 1 k.m. The services of the earlier were excellent. But the Virat Enterprises's services are very worst. It takes 7 to 10 days to deliver the cylinder. This time is booked vide no. 5273646 dated 22-Dec-2010 but 14 days have passed till today I am unable to get my cylinder.No one is listening my request. I have already contact to Bharat Gas but my all efforts are in vain. If someone read it may please me.

                          Iam smt suman Tiwari consumer of bharat lpg gas of virat gas agency my consumer no is Suman tiwari-9614 my gas cylender is not book for, many days phone is ringing by chance book the gas. but ten to fifteen days gas is not delivered then I second time call PHONE is ringing tow or three days and not ansering by chance recivr accpt the call and says your gas is not book plese book your gas again. this term isperform so mkany times. Now I want to change our conection to from manveer gas agency To virat gas agency i book the gas and same position and atitute verry bad biheviar because this is my nerest and cheap service guy and i go to booking But He is not booked my gas and he is talk with me and you are go any where i am not bookd your gas please ansering my complain and reqest to change my connection with manveer gas agency as early as possible thanking you

                            I have booked for refill gas cylinder (consumer no 48840) with Sri Sairam Gas Agency (Kamothe - Kalamboli) on 24th Dec 2010. Inspite of repeated follow up on phone, the refill hasn't been delivered to date. We are just assured that we will be receiving the refill on each day of the call but the action doesn't take place. Please do the needful so that consumers are not taken for granted.

                            I have booked for refill gas cylinder (consumer no 44790) with Sri Sairam Gas Agency (Kamothe - Kalamboli) on 04/10/2011. Inspite of repeated follow up on phone, the refill hasn't been delivered to till date. We are just assured that we will be receiving the refill on each day of the call but the action doesn't take place. Please do the needful so that consumers are not taken for granted.

                            I have a good experience from Shri Sai Ram Gas Agency-
                            Fooling people by selling their own products...
                            Same product if one purchases from a reputed store will get in 50-60% of value.

                            New Gas Connection price is Rs 1450 + 150 + 464 only

                            Why is Agency demands 5500/- for single connection ??????????

                              With due respect I want to say that I am a consumer of your gas agency Chaitanya gas agency in dombivali east. My consumer number is 41799 by the name of miss Durga Lotekar. I have booked a delivery for the delivery on dated 18/12/2010. But they neither send me any delivery at time nor give me satisfactory answer about that. I have tried many time on phone for delivery but they answer that today your delivery will be send to you but they didn’t sent. I am in very much trouble. Tell me is this type of attitude is appropriate with the customer?

                              M/s Chaitanya is giving poor service. Inspite of several followups the delivery time is taking too long . This is happening every month. Kindly advise if we want to change our distributor. Which distributor we have to opt for so that we get delivery in time.

                              We are tired of receiving bad quality service from Chaitanya Gas agency, Dombivli. Every month we have to followup for the cylinders. We are calling to find the status they are lifting the phone. They do not give or tell us a confirmed date when we can get the delivery of cylinders due to this we have to keep waiting for the cylinder delivery man. We are extremely sorry to say they are not able to perform.

                              Kindly take it seriously and i am senior citizen and it is very difficult for a person like me to travel everyday from my place to the agency, Hence pl.pl.pick up the phone and attend and give us good service

                              EVERY ONE IS TIRED OF COMPLAINING ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE THAT CHAITANYA GAS SERVICE AGENCY IS PROVIDING BUT IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THIS CONTINOUS COMPLAINTS. I THINK THEY ENJOY TROUBLING PEOPLE. WHENEVER U GIVE THEM A CALL EVERY TIME THE NOS. IS BUSY. I DONT KNOW WHAT ARE THEY DOING ON THEIR JOB. EVERY TIME U CALL THEM EITHER THE PHONE IS BUSY OR IF THE PHONE EVEN RINGS THEY NEVER RECEIVE THE CALL. IT'S HIGH TIME NOW THET THEY TAKE THEIR JOB SERIOUSLY. IT'S UP TO THEIR BOSS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE EMPLOYEES WORK PROPERLY. IF THEY DONT WORK PROPERLY IT SEEMS THAT THE BOSS IS INCOMPATIBLE & IEFFICIENT TO HANDLE THE EMPLOYEES

                                I am one of the customer of your Bharat gas. I am presently residing at Coimbatore (Tamilnadu ) Connection number : 27229 ( T.Selvaraj)

                                your Bharat gas office at Peelamedu(Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu ), is not supplying/delivering gas in time. they are always maintaining rough communication to all customers. After booking, we recd all the Cylinders 40 Days only.

                                we are always facing problems by your bharat gas distributor. Each and every time they are telling new storeies. They are doing Lorthogic services to me & Other Peoples, Just few mints I stand that office, Lot off People shouting for supply.But they are not Listening. ( Espatially one man came & he is telling he recd the last supply 51 days later.)

                                we are expecting a fruitful and good communication from your end, and we don't want
                                this type of Pathatic Service...

                                  I have been using Bharat Gas through Gas agency My Con No 59574 ..I feel the sevice provided from the above agent worst..
                                  every time they are accepting refill booking once in 20 days
                                  from the delivary for previous cylinder.. when we go for follow
                                  up for the delivary 20days after booking ..they say that Load
                                  not received from Bharat gas and no other responce from
                                  them after many follow up they inform that the invoice has been send to suppliers and will be receiving the
                                  cylinder .. when I call the supplier for delivary either they will not
                                  lift the phone or i will get the answer that he is not feeling well
                                  or the delivary boys not available to give the delivary ...
                                  for every refill i struggle a lot to get the refill in that i am speding
                                  lot of my valuable time every month to get the delivay of the cylinder

                                  Radha Gas have 6 nos for enquiry and booking to call them
                                  we need to try the lines atleast half hour to get the line ..

                                    Since 7th dec 2010 had placed the order & got Sr. no 300 from Bharat gas - Juinagar gas cylinder station, after repeated calling , excuses are given today , tommorow will make delivery , but of no help.

                                      I am the Customer of Adyar Bharatgas Hindustan Gas Agency. 4E, 1 Main Road, Kasthuribai Nagar, Adyar, Chennai-600 020.Consumer No 43450. In This Agency we are facing very bad Service and the staffs who are working there are not giving a good customer service. First of all they are not picking the Ph. i am trying the ph no of this agency for past 1 week but i cannot reach them so i went in person to the agency. I said all other agencies are supplying gas at the prompt time but you people are not at all giving a good service, for that one of the staff is telling, please change ur agency we are not bother for it. she asked me, "Where are u coming from" . I said" Kottur Puram", for that she is saying "ok why are u coming here take the agency of chitra agency which is very near by u plz change i cant book ur gas. after a big conversation she booked my gas. Plz take a sufficient action on her.
