Dear Sir / Madam,


My Consumer No. - 1951. My residence in Bhiwandi, My Gas connection Supply through Bhiwandi
Gas Centre Navi Chawl, Bhiwandi. Since more than 32 years I am using BHARAT GAS but, last 6 months we are suffering to your service particularly Bhiwandi Gas Centre. Whenever I booked my cylinder everytime I received 15 to 20 days late delivery. When i went to know the reason of late delivery the egency person (specially one lady i dont know her name) was talking with me bad words & says that the cylinder was already delivered to your home before 10 to 15 days. It means they sold the gas bottle illegally in market. It was happened everytime.

After received a gas bottle we demanded for receipt but delivery boy does not allot a receipt what it means (they sold the gas bottle on behalf of our receipt). & Everytime after 20 to 25 calls we received the gas bottle delivery & after we booked the gas bottle they does not allot the reservation no. or booking no., but before 6 month they allot reservation no. & booking no. One more thing in BHIWANDI Branch the perticular lady seating overthere wearing spaces her behaviour is very worst. She have not aouthority to seat overthere which you alloted that lady.

Please let us know, How can we continue the relationship with you if we are not getting proper service from your side & not even proper reply on phones. The behaviour of your employees with us is so worst.

    Hello,
    Am Raj staying in chitlapakkam area, complaint is all about regular delay of delivery of gas cylinder, my customer number is 14545. i have applied for additional gas past 1 yr but still not been supplied by padmavathi gas agency (Bharat gas), this delay is always done in regular means at every booking and when ever any phone call is made no one turns up, this really puts a difference in my family day to day needs. i here by request for necessary action to be taken.

    I am a consumer with Bharat Gas (Rashmi Agency, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore).
    I had booked a gas on 22nd Jan (by phone) and I was promised delivery within 10 days.
    Last Monday (28th Jan) I went again to check up whether the booking was made.
    Apparently it was not and the lady at the counter promised me a delivery within two days.
    As it did not arrive by Wednessday (30th) I called up again, at which time they promised me a delivery on the same day (Wednessday). Offcourse there was no delivery on Wednessday.
    I called up today (Thursday) again and they have once again promised me the delivery today (it hasn't yet come).
    I tried calling at the manager's number which they gave me.
    When I call at this number, it continuously rings, but no one picks up.

    Does not Bharat Gas have any quality control checks on their agencies ?
    Hi,

    This is Rahul from Kharadi, Pune. I have booked the GAS on 31st Aug' 2008 and still waiting for the delivery till date. I tried to call agency every day more than 100 times and fortunately i was successful in making the call twice only. Becasue every time when I call to the number given by GAS Agency was either busy or out of service.

    First time a lady told me that cylinder would be delivered in four days. Again when i called up after 5 days she told it would take 2 more days. And today after 9 days I'm still waiting to get the GAS delivery at home.

    It is happening with me again and again. Requsting you to do let me know if some one has any idea, how should i can file a case against BK ENTERPRISE AND BHARAT GAS as well for harrassing their customers.

My supplier is M/S Raj Gas Service Jhansi (custumer No. RG 9036). Code No. 517849. and serial number & date[protected] Dated 20.06.97.

    I am a customer with Bharat Gas (Mahalakshmi Enterprises, Bangalore).This time I have booked through automatic system since I couln't reach them by phone.I booked it on 2nd october and my booking number was 7.till today I haven't received the cylinder.All three telephone numbers of the agency are not reachable, continously we get only engaged tones.
    This is not the first time the delivery being delayed, but every time we face the same problems.
    I request a speedy solution.
    Since 2005 I have been facing the problem in deleyed delivery of Gas cylinder with Bharat Gas. I have been staying at Durgapur in West Bengal. This time I have booked the cylinder on 01.07.2009. Till now I am yet to receive the gas cylinder. My previous one is already consumed. What should I do Now?

    My gas connection in the name of suresh redkar, and consumer no.is B-531R/O house no 707/7c faridabad Haryana.I went to the agency which is in sec 9 faridabad for my gas cylender but their is not satisfactory response of the distibuter.I book my gas cylender 14th days before, but sorry to say that every time they tell me that the bharat gas compny has not sent the supply of cylenders.Every time they promise me that they send cyleder tomorow, but they have not deliver cylender to me till 28th nov.2009.They are saying that their is shortage.So i reqest you that pl.check the stock of this agency and also guide me that what i have to do.

        I (Rajani. T.M) am a consumer of the Bharat Gas from thrissur, kerala with Consumer no 12087 , The gas Agency is Sree Padmanabha Gas Agencies,Kanimangalam, Thrissur for the past five years. We received our first cylinder on 28/07/2005 . on request for a second one they are saying that they are not providing the cylinders at present. even on request for an application for the second cylinder, they are saying that they will let us know when they would provide it.
        What is the duration to receive the second cylinder , and to whom should the further complaints go , to find a solution to this.

          Complaient: Cheating petrol by some tricks.

          Dear PG Portal,

          The concern mentioned above is a totally not friendly with the consumers. While they are filling the petrol, other staff will try to get our attention and avoid watching the meter reading. If we are asking about this fracd activities, they will scold as in some bad words and telling us to go and complaint to the manager. So, the manager also not interested to avoid this frauds.

            No delivery of LPG gas from Rang rai agencies, bharatgas

            i have booked a gas cylinder (bharat gas)on the 16th of November 2010. I have been booking gas online for the past few month because of the pathetic service provided by Rangrai agencies, jogeshwari west. Half their phone numbers are always busy, the remaining are not picked up, or the call is picked up and disconnected. Why are they harassing customers this way?? Their executive promised delivery of gas on 26th November......

            I Am Consumer of Bharat Petrolium Corporation Limited Dealer is Bhupindra Gas Agency Sirsa. I Have Booked My Gas Cylinder for reffling on[protected]. Booking No. is 17122. Consumer No. is 40011. in the Name of Ved Parkash Grover. . I Talk Many Times in Bhupindra Gas Agency. But they are not Delivered My Gas Cylinder till Now[protected]. In my home My Gas Cylinder is Finish. I Talk With Mr. Amit TSM of BPCL But he is not Give any Response. And I Talk Many Time Employee of Bhupindra Gas AGency Mr. Satya Narayan. But he Talk Very Rudly With Me When I Ask When you have Delivered my Gas Cylinder in My Home. Please Solve My Problem Earlier.

              its common complaint on behalf of whole malkapur citizens, that we are not properly getting supply of gas cylenders.moreover we are not getting proper booking, after booking we are getting cylender after 8-10 days, we you paid them 450/- cash for cylender they provides cylender immediately. for new gas connection they are demanding 6000/- otherwise no connetion available for new costmer. They are not giving home delivary of gas instead they are calling at their shop and taking the charges including delivary charges. they always refusing to give the bills of gas cylender.

                Sir,

                The Bharat Gas agency in Kasaragod, Kerala who always delays their delivery even though they keep the sufficient stock of filled gas in their godown as per their stock details shown in their office. Whener complaint about the delay, their asnwers are either there is no supply from their region or contact after few days.

                Even if we contact to their regional sales manager number shown in their office by telephone, he also promise the delivery after 2 days without checking the availability of filled gas cylinder in their stock. If we insist for the supply of gas, he defend that the available cylinders are defective. But, in their display board it will not be mentioned number of defective cylinders.

                In this scene, we compel to presume that the available stock are goes to black market or to their nearest relatives and friends without booking priorities which is talk of the consumers at large. Helpless consumers are disppointed with their service. Also, they never give chance to register their complaint which is kept in their hidden office cabin. A written confirmed delivery date is also not provided to delay the delivery and safeguard their stand.

                I request to monitor their supply and take necessary corrective action to avoid delay and better the service to the utmost satisfaction of all consumers.

                my new gas connection is passed on 29.3.11. today i am going to my nearest gas agency in cheruvathur.
                but agent donot deliver my cylender.agent asked buy a gas satu or poduse my gas satu.i returned back to my home with out my cylendr.

                  I am a consumer of Bharat gas through Rajani Gas agencyAmbatur Chennai in Tamilnadu.consumer number 26248.The staff of the agency is not in the habit of ttending customers telephone calls and there is inordinate delay in supply of rifills. It takes more than 30 days for supply of refill cylinder and no satisfactory reply is given for queries regarding status of refill booking. can somebody intervene and nullify the worries of housewives

                    I have approached luxmi tulsi gas agency on 13.09.2010 to give lpg connection on transfer voucher obtained from divya distributers, dindigul, tamil nadu. I was asked to submit a transfer copy for online verification. i did so. iwas asked to come after 7 days. when i asked how it would take 7 days for online verification. The concerned person, hope he name is mr. balaji sitting in the counter near the entrance, told it was like that only. I went to him after 7 days. Again i was asked to come after 2 days.i did so. once again i was asked to come after 2 days. finally i was given connection after 11 days. When I questiohned him the inadvertant delay in giving connection, he raised to beat me. i want action to be taken on the agency. My gas connection no. is 33883. My address is 55-8/1-6, subramanya nagar, Rajahmundry, A.P-533105. I may kindly informed about the action taken on this complaint.

                      I had booked Bharat gas for th reffiling of lpg cylinder on dt. 9.11.2010 Ref no. 1950 Priti Gas Ganaur, Sonepat. i go to agency dt.11.11.2010 for the reffiling the lpg there is not filling and told me rebook this.
                      I rebooked dt. 11.11.2010 ref. no. 2230, up to 16.11.10 not dlivered any clylender, so that I again go to agency dt. 17.11.10 emplyee told me 19.11.10 .my ref. my freind go to agency 19.11.10 emplyee give the riffiling slip for dt. 20.11.2010 .
                      I reched the agency 20.11.10 but not reffiling my cylinder .I meet to Distributer G.M. Mr Docter Famous name . He said me it is not reffilable you rebooked and after 10-12days come here for reffiling.

                      Sir/Madam. Iam working pvt. job in Panipat distance in my home 40 k.m.
                      I loss for reffiling one cylinder Aprox. Rs. = 500/- and westage my time 15 hour,s . But cylinder reffiling problume not sole.

                      I are requested you to please that salvan this matter urgent

                        NOT GETTING SECOND CYLINDER FROM LAST 6 MONTHS




                        I WANT TO SAY THAT I AM A CONSUMER OF YOUR GAS AGENCY "SUBH LAKSHMI - OLD BUS DTAND JALORE GAS AGENCY" THE NAME OF MRS.SOVALJI PUROHIT . I HAVE PLACED BOOKING ADDIATIONAL CYLINDER ON MONTH OF JUN -2010 BOOKING REF NO. 262. BUT THEY NEITHER SEND ME ANY DELIVERY. I HAVE CHECK WITH THE SITE OF BHARAT GAS, WE FOUND THAT THE GAS HAS DELIVERED ON SAME DAY. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED THE GAS. I HAVE TRIED MANY TIME ON PHONE FOR DELIVERY BUT THEY ANSWER THAT TODAY YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE SEND TO YOU BUT THEY DIDN’T SENT. I AM IN VERY MUCH TROUBLE. I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY CYLINDER FROM LAST 6 MONTHS. I THINK, IN THIS WAY WE ARE SUPPORTING BLACK MARKETING. TELL ME IS THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE IS APPROPRIATE WITH THE CUSTOMER? IF THE PROBLEM WILL NOT SOLVE, ONLY THE WAY TO "CONSUMER COURT" I HAVE.

                          The service given by Chitra agency is very inappropriate. I have call them more than 5 times because my gas pipelet was dismentaled n gas was leaking. This happened 1 month back too and when I called them whole day noone came for service. I had to take help of neighbours to fix my problem. Today agai same problem happened because we deal with temporary thing. What type of service are you people giving, in this case we will change To some good company which will attend us at the earliest. They dont know what is emergency suitation and no proper staffs to repley smoothly.

                          I am Bharat Bhushan from Sirhind (Punjab) and m facing a problem with one of your Gas Agency. Our gas is refield from PUNJAB AGRO FOODGRAINS CORP. LTD.(GAS AGENCY) PHONE #[protected]. The agency dont book the cylinder before 21 days and even after they book the cylinder, they dont deliver it before 10 days after the booking. Please look into this matter and help us. We are a big family and we need cylinder after every 22-25 days, but we dont get it. Please look into this matter. My consumer number is PA - 1128.

                          Bharat Gas — undue delay in delivery

                          Sir, I booked for gas today, after 25 days of gas booking previously, but the local dealer says that it will be delivered one week after. Already they are restricting to book after 25 days, now they are purposefully making delay for another one more week, but the gas is sold in block market, where traders are ready to pay bribe to the agency fellows. It is horrible. How India will get developed from people like this?
                          I am a resident of kalkaji, dealing with one of the gas dealers u have appointed "Ken Gas Agency", located in govind puri(kalkaji). I am very disappointed.
                          I with my empty cylinder called the people in the gas agency but they denied to book the gas before 21 days of delivery. After waiting nearly a week after 21 days I booked my gas but the gas didnt get delivered because of the shortage in supply (this is what they said to me)...so still waiting I am writing this complain to check that whether the authorities are concern about the consumers or not...also the staff of the agency talks laud and harsh...or I should say offensive...and do not bother about the consumers at all. I have two cylinders and both went empty. now I have no gas to even cook my food...
                          This is my request to the concern authorities that the people should be made more accountable and more concern to the consumers need..also the rule of booking after 21 days of delivery should be needed to look into...I hope I made myself clear...Please do the needful

                          I had been asking them for the connection here since from july 2008.Finally they have accepted and given the voucher in february 1st week 2009.They told me that they will delivery the cylinder next day.They took money for the cylinder and also taken extra money from me.Still today i didn't receive the cylinder.daily they are telling that they will delivery on that day.even they have taken money for the cylinder delivery and also some extra money.

                          I had observed there, people are taking cylinders by paying extra money.Nobody is taking any action.many people are suffering by that agency employee daily.I know the names of the employee also.

                          Every month has been a terrible torture for me to get my Gas refill. I have to book one day and go to Sriperumbadur town another day to pay and get a slip and I have to go yet another day to pick up a cylinder. As I live in Errungattakotai I have to take my car paying toll fee because there is a toll booth.
                          What makes it worse is there is no definite time of supply and I have to stand on the road with other consumers in line with our cylinders which is so tiring and so humiliating and such a waste of time.

                          This month as usual I am suffering and so I made a complaint to the distributor (Poonamalie) and they said to me if you want gas come and collect it from poonamalie. How can they expect me to take my car spend about 200 ruppees for petrol to get one cylinder that costs 300 ruppees. Do you see the reason for my frustration?

                          So I decided to terminate my connection and when I told them they said don't come today[protected] come after 2 days because they did not have paper. So I called today[protected] and said I am coming one lady staff member said come after 2 or 3 days! and so I said to her that you're office only said to come today but instead of getting a positive and humble response, she very arrogantly said there is no paper. So I said to her you cannot run a gas agency like this because you have a problem in supplying gas and you also have problem in pleasing the customer even in his final request of cancellation of the connection; I also said it is better you close down and stay at home. For this she took my consumer number and threatened me that she will see that I have more difficulty in cancelling my connection. This is why I am so frustrated as I have no gas in my house for the past 18 days. I am buying food from hotel and managing but this too much for me or any other person to bear. I have got two kids. I think there should be some training and discipline for every gas agency. Please train them to be pleasing; efficient and customer friendly.

                          Sir please take all necessary and immediate steps to releive me from this horrible situation.

                              I am having consumer No.26071 with Shree Graha Agency, Tambaram. It was understoot some problem with the agency and it has been changed into M/s. Pattammal Gas Agency, West Tambaram. For the past 20 days I am trying to book cylinder over phone and the phone eigther engaged or no response. It is also understood from this complaints form that the agencies first job is to put down the reciver. Kindly advise to M/s. Pattammal Gas Agency, West Tambaram to do the needful immediate action to book and deliver the cylinder to consumer No.26071.

                              We have not received our cylinder of LPG even after 20 days of booking and what mare sad that even so called fortune 500 tag company INDIAN OIL is not concerned about the same in any respect thier grievences services are such poor that they can not stand even with a grocery store. Repeated contacts has been done to contact the GAS dealer named Amrit Enterprise of Yamuna VIhar in delhi,
                              they just have one thing to say INDIAN OIL is not supplying them enough GAS.

                              My Consumer No. for LPG is 21468 and the Agency is M/s. Sindhu Enterprises, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 95 with two landline telephone Nos.22581881 & 22575960. Some times even after trying for 2 hours or more hours these nos. for booking refil, I cannot contact them. Even I here the telephone ring is going on, they never pick up the phone. It is not the first time. This is my experience for the last two years. Finally I used to go personally to the dealer to book the refil at their counter for which I have to take half day leave from my normal job.

If at all By god’s grace ring goes and hear the ringing some I got relief but it is only temporary why because it is not answered . Again you keep trying for hours together. As an administrator, you too should try to contact over these nos and should feel the pinch of it.
                              2 Secondly I had booked for refill on 3410 on online and allotted sl no 2. Till date I am yet to get refill

                              The deliveries are always delayed . It is almost a month . my consumption is one cylinder every 45 days.

                              Every time we need to pursue the dealer by personal visits.and requests.
                              You may want to at random, check the efficacy of the dealers numbers which are impossible to get
                              You may also want to check my account if other delievries are made on my account and I am willing to give a sworn affidavit on my consumption every 45 days interval
                              You may also check on the phone number answerability.
                              I also rang up 1260 to check on my earlier booking. Since your facility does not have the system of tracking as your answering m/c will answer"

                              Let us hope there is no further delay and at least the current delivery would be made as my requirement for replishment is only after 45 days.
                              To sum up I request
                              1) Deliveries do not take one month after centralized booking
                              2) The gas dealers tel.numbers are sometimes not engaged and if so they do not just keep ringing which makes one believe that the dealer is selective in picking up calls
                              3) there is provision for your 1260 number to track the booking and gives an option to the customer to check on status if he gives the date of original booking and your booking number instead of relying on the dealers whims who pretend to be surprised at the delay and hunt for excuses for the delay and often accuse of the customer beiing wrong
                              Kindly resolve my perpetual problem without any recrimination now that I have complained to you

                              why they are delaying in delivering the cylinder. This case is not only with me even my neighbours is having the same problem. Now the cylinder i am using is empty , what i have to do for the alternative.

                              On[protected] supplied cylinder while operating no gas was coming out from the cylinder . I made a call to gas agency and it was rectified by a mechanic. Because of this, only half of the cylinder i was able to use.

But till date no delivery has been made.The gas agency does not supply gas against Automatic Booking System of Indane Gas and the contact phone nos are either faulty or non existent. Difficult to book and get supplies from agency.

                              Sir,
                              we the residents of K,37/80-81-82 Gwal Das Sahu Lane Varanasi P.S. Kotwali request you to stop refilling and stealing of gas from home delivery gas cylinders. One person name Sharad refill gas from his room and cause danger for the residents of that narrow street.Many trollyman come between 7to 10 am and steal gas from cylinders in that room.
                              So Sir, resident of that street request you to stop that illegal operation of gas cylinders.

                              We have a LPG Indane Gas Connection vide consumer no. 22866. As we were not in town for some time, we could not book for refill. We are back and tried to book but were told that the account is deactivated. What do we do ?

                                my name is srinivas having gas connection with BHARAT GAS disributor ROHAN GAS distributor the supply boy who come for cylinder delivery demands excess fare than actual bill if fails threats that he will stop supplying gas per cylinder domestic gas Rs 361/- as per bill some times for door delivery extra charge will be Rs 10 additional where as he demands Rs 380/- per cylinder and he dares to say that "go n complaint whom so ever you want" and owner of the agency also dont respond to the phone even

                                bharat gas (rohan gas distributors) — delayed delivery

                                gas was booked on 31/1/2011 and delivery was assured in 15days its 18th feb today and the cylinder has not yet been delivered to our residence.
                                we have called up and enquired, the concerned person told it will be delivered today but we haven't yet recieved the cylinder.
                                the same problem is being faced by us from a past few months.
                                and the cylinder when recieved always has a back billing date of 3 to 4 days back.

                                  This is Dr.Ketaki Tarodi from kopargaon,dist-Ahmednagar. I am very very distressed because of Bharat Gas company's local distributor in kopargaon. Inspite of requesting for the domestic gas cylinder delivery the local distributor makes us wait for the cylinder delivery for atleast 10 days from the date of applying for the same. Moreover the managers here speak lies to us and postpone our gas delivery.
                                  To add to our problems they extra charge us for the home delivery they make.
                                  Kindly look into the matter.

                                  Bharat Gas — late delivery and collecting extra money

                                  while we are booking the cylinder they use to tell you will receive the cylinder within 10 days but we receive the cylinder after 18 to 20 days only and also the agency is billing the amount for 316.85 but the delivery agent collects as Rs.335.00, if we asks against the same they are telling that as delivery charges, if the agent is collecting the delivery charges let them include in the bill as service charges but they are not doing that and cheating the consumers.
                                  "Is this Speed Post or Normal Post" avoid these sarcastic comments. Try to behave like a literate person(which I m sure u r). Is it something happening everyday in ur life that u r so sore abt Indian postal service. Did u ever try to give good comments on any website for their speedy service which they are giving u for so many years. It will be hard to believe that ur post(mails) always go slow and if does then i m sure its bcz o[censored]r behaviour. Its seems like u feel that u r the only person for whom entire world shud wrk for. Get some life dude. Stop complaining on small issues like this.                                     I was a consumer in Pune .During there BHARAT GAS SERVICES WAS Good.But In Kolkata there is a Distributor Named Banani Distributor of Bharat Gas,Located in 14,Suren Thakur Road,GariaHat,Kolkata,West Bengal.Usually During Transfer time the Gas Regulator and Gas cylinder is given.But from This distributor during Transfer they have taken the money amount and but during trasfer they have not Given the Regulator and Gas Cylinder .Besiders after a long days they provide gas cylinder .Regulator they did not provide till now.Also for Gas Cylinder they have charged the Gas Price of 365/- .Whenever i call them they told me that they did not have Regulator.Our Daily Life is very much affected due to not having cooking facility in our home due to this .

                                      I have recently shifted to Pune from indore and ned to buy a new LPG connection. I went to Bharat gas at their Jail road depot and was told that I had to Pay Rs. 5,300/- for a cylinder, pipe, regulator and a Two burner table top stove. I told them I do not need a stove, but they informed that I did not have a choice. I will have to pay that much regardless of whether i need a stove or not.
