POOR SERVICE FROM GAS AGENCY.
CYLINDERS ALWAYS DELAYING BY THEM FOR MONTHS.
AND ALWAYS TELLS LIE THAT THEY WILL DELIVER SOON AND NO RESPONSE AFTERWARDS.

I booked an LPG cylinder 15 days before but i think it was useless because i haven't received it yet.Bharat gas
(blue flame gas agency janak puri) has been making us fool.
It's pathetic service has finally made me to complaint.

My costomer ID.10049, every time making delay in delivery of gas cylinder. even though after billing they won't deliver I hope they are misutilising (selling out side) my recent bill no.13415 dt.27.10.10 not yet delivered so far, kind request to take serious action for timely delivery of gas.

1. delivery man not wear uniform
2. not wear id card
3. asking more amount then bill amount
4.paid only ten rupees more, but demanding 25 rupees more
5.if not threatening as
'pay more if not next refilling will not consider'
6. this is the second time, first time informed to agency...

I AM A CUSTOMER OF BHARAT GAS AGENCY. I HAVE BOOKED MY CYLENDER MORE THAN 35DAYS. BUT STILL I HAVE NOT GOT CYLENDER.

dear sir,
I had booked for refilling of LPG cylinder on 08.09.2010. Its more than 45 days and have not yet received the cylinder till date .I made severel phone calls to the THALIADAN GAS AGENCY, OTTAPALAM, PALAKAD,KERALA.(C C NO.114648)and remined them.Its of no use when ever i make call , i am getting the answer " it will be delivered to you by two or three days later" but they are not delivered....
