The complaint is not booked on phone. It is always told to the customer that it is booked. However, that particular cylinder is sold in the black market and earning huge amount of money from may connections.

If we try to make a call on the complaint no. on the local (punsup) gas refilled by bharat gas in the local jallandhar city. no body picked the phone.

It seems to be a false no. that is displayed on the notice board and also seems that the higher authorities are also doing the same thing. It is giving lot of inconvenience to the consumer, if we tell them that we are going to complain against them, the office manager & clerk says that they do not care for any complaints. My consumer number is 3567 in the name of shri surjit singh at jallandhar punsup gas station situated at new jwahar nagar market. Kindly tell them in the modern times what is the importance of that customers and what he can do in the consumer courts. Please make sure in future make quick supply of the gas cylinder. (applicant)

    We are cusomer of Nutan gas agency, Bharat gas in Udaipur 313001.
    We got last cylender on 6th July 2010 and when we approach for booking in september month but not accepted our booking when we ask to reason than they told us that they just delivered the cylender to us. We really got surprised that how and where they deliver cylender to us without any booking
    So we start investigation and we found that their peoples sold our cylender in black market and we have no cylender till today.
    Today is 12th October and our both cylender are empty
    Really whats going on in this country. Our cylender is selling black market and we cannot do anything. Where is our rights ?
    Now what we should to do, so agency can punished ?
    Please help

      I am from pune maharashtra, here Bharat gas distributor(Arihant Gas Agency,situated at solapur bazaar,poogate) making some unethical things are mandatory, like if anybody wants to go for new connection distributors will ask 1600 extra and that money consumers need to buy whatever they have like gas stow or cooker etc.
      And today I went to get the second cylinder connection they have asked me Rs.2990 which includes deposit, filled cylinder and Rs.1400 cooker which actually I don’t required.
      Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, one of the largest public sector oil industry which should take proper action against these distributors they are taking advantage of monopoly and same another industry INDANE gas is not doing the same and last week one of my friend opt for second cylinder and he got that for just RS.1650 where BHARAT GAS distributor has asked Rs.2990/-

        I have applied for addition of one cylinder in june.I submitted all the required document to the gas agency.At that time they told that within 10 days you will get the second cylinder also
        But sorry to say 4 months already spent.But no result comes,
        I go many times there but there way of talking and handling of customer is very poor.
        So you are requested please help me to provider the second ccylinder.

        BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED — Improper supply of Cylinders

        I am a cousumer of Bharat Gas. My dealer is K. Ramanaiah Gas Agency, Valasaravakkam, Chennai. The agency is not booking cylinder before completion of 21 days from the date of previous supply. Moreover, they are not supplying the cylinder in time. Now, I have booked on[protected] but they have not yet supplied the cylinder (Today is[protected], When I called the agency they they didn't pick the phone. I come to know that there is no time limit for booking the cylinder. Will the authorities pl. look in to this matter and solve?

          This is reagrding BP 44 in Gurgaon. I have Wagon R. The petrol tank capacity is 35 Litres. In my car, the fuel indicator was not even touching the RED mark. I went for a filling and the meter has already crossed 35L mark yest it was filling up. I believe, there a meter tampering which has happened.

            Every time this is a problem when we book our cylinder the told us it will take 15 - 20 days to delivery the gas cyliender. This time i have book the cyliender on 1/10/2010 & 07/10/2010 till date i have not recived my cyliender. my consumer no. is 27000 & 27004 Name Manoj kumar & Ashok Kumar my gas agency name is AHOKS STORE C.R.               Hi,

              This is to bring to your notice a mischievous event that happened with me at one of the Gurgaon Petrol Pumps in Sector 44 (BP-44). While I requested for a refill of 1000 Rs, the attendent stopped the meter at 800 Rs and with some trick the amount of 1000 Rs. started blinking on the meter. Somehow this was the second time I was facing this incident, so I was watching the refilling very closely and despite their attempt to second my attention, I noticed it once again. Though on my complaint, they added the extra 200 Rs fuel to my vehicle but I did my best efforts to report the episode to the management staff at BPCL.

              This note is to promote an awareness among people that they need to be very cautious while refilling fuel in all the petrol pumps across Gurgaon. Moreover, always be cautious to look at the opening and closing unit readings, if the reading is blinking at the end, there is some suspicious activity - as it should show the amount and quantity refill details (e.g . 1000 Rs & 19.11 Ltrs, however in case of a fraudulent activity, it will blink only 1000Rs and wouldn't show the quantity).

              Moreover, if an action can be taken through this web page, it would be helpful for the community as a whole.

              I have also had similar experience in Sector 44 BP petrol pump in Gurgaon. They close the meter mid way and then distract you while they restart without the zero. Please check this.

                I am trying to apply for a new gas connection at Bright Gas Agency (BharatGas) - Juhu and they are forcing me to buy a hotplate for about Rs.2500 which I already have. i have been told that unless I buy the plate, they will not give me a gas connection. i already have a Hot plate in perfect working conditin and don't need a new one. Plase tell me what should I do.

                  There is a delay in delivery of LPG cylinders of Bharat Gas ..it takes around 20-25 days for delivery after the order is placed.

                  Also the new order is not accepted within 15 days of delivery of previous order.

                  On an average the LPG goes for around one month.

                  This simply means that we have to go without LPG for 10-15 days.

                  This problem needs to be sorted out promptly otherwise it will raise consumers ire.

                  Every time we speak to agency ( trupti gas) they say that there is short supply of cylinders.

                  We are facing this problem since last 2 months.

                  now the issue is How come a consumer come to know that there is really a shortfall in LPG cylider supply.

                  Kindly suggest....
                  1.There is a provision of gas booking through phone call and put down slip in a box.Problem with phone call is that often they don,t recieve phone and put off the reciever. In a slip system there is no record and confirmation that gas has been booked.
                  2.I had booked gas on 8 december 2009 but till today i could not recieved my booked lpg cylinder.

                  I agree, the agency procrastinates the delivery and they dont pick the calls, and if you are lucky to get connected they tell you "kal aayega, parso aayega etc" and hang up immediatelly, if you visit the agency you find many like you having similar complaint, visit the agency anytime during the day and you will see all the people having same complaints of not getting their refills for as long as 25- 30 days, the female staff are rude and ruthless, people are having a tough time calling or talking to them, and to add insult to injury they speak rude and still you don't get the refills on time.

                    I HAD REGISTERED A BOOKING OF GAS ON 6-09-10. MY Consumer number is 40915. When i went to Bharat gas agency Vishnukrupa gas service - kalyan (139787), the customer care people at the counter were very rude in reply. As if we are begging for the gas. There was a lady customer who had bring her only cylinder with herself to get a new cylinder. The manager asked her to bring the cylinder from home to office for the same. This is was services provided by Bharat gas people.

                    Take a serious note of it. Other wise we the people will take action on BHARAT GAS.

                    I have a Bharat Gas connection my consumer number is P37263. I booked my number for gas 20 days ago still waiting for the gas to come. When ever I try to call them they say vehicle has already left will come to you toady. The next time you call they will not pick you call or you will not get connected.

                      2. I Have Booked My Gas on 17 Sep 10 As Regn No -3309729 but till to date not delivered my gas to my home
                      3. After approach to agency they brought the gas cylinder to my home but without sealed and less quantity of gas
                      4. I have not accept the same then he go back and given challenge to me that he will never supply gas to me.
                      5. Again I approach to agency but his reply also very unsatisfactory like ”I will not supply your gas , you bring your empty gas cylinder to my godon and take refill cylinder to your on risk'' . I told it is not a way to taking cylinder. But he is not listen my single words
                      6. I 2nd time I booked my gas on 25 sep 10 as regn. no 3454560 but no use

                        Bharat Petroleum Company Ltd — abnormal delay in delivery of refill gas cylinder

                        Booked for refill gas cylinder via on line with BPCL vide 7908767 dt 02/04/2011 but it is not yet delivered even after a lapse of 40 days in spite of several perusals with dealer and BP vide 129722 dt 23/04/11; 130791 dt 03/05; 109577 dt 06/05; 131141 dt 06/05 and several calls to regional offices and toll free nos.In the console it is fed as it is delivered on 03/05 and when asked the divisional office on [protected] it is said that by default it will be changed as delivered. Now whether I have to book again and wait for another 40 days? To hide out their inablity they are fooling the customers.

                        Also I have to book the gas through online since the dealer is pressing every customer to purchase stores at his departmental stores else not delivering the cylinder. This is nothing but harassing the customer and I have made several complaints to the officers in charge but no one look into due to their patchup with him. This can be verified with my delivery records booked through online. Now my another gas cylinder is also exhausted and I am getting the meals through hotels and spending a lot of money.

                          Complaint Against: Shree Pranav Bharat Gas Agency, Coimbatore.

                          It is extremely ridiculous that LPG cylinders are not delivered in time to the needy customers but the agencies & the delivery persons are publicly selling cylinders in Black by taking Rs.600 to Rs650 per cylinder. I have never received my cylinder in time from this agency and every time i make a call the girls working there talk irresponsibily and they even deny the booking.

                          I have booked my cylinder on 16th September2010, and was told gas will be delivered after one week, but have not received until today the 4th October 2010, and have called the agency today 4th Oct 2010 at 2.00 pm and the girl who attended my call spoke with utter irresponsibility saying the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow only. When I have asked them for reasons they stupidly denied that the booking was not made. When I told them that I will take this issue to the consumer forum she boldly says "Go wherever you want". I need action to be taken on this agency and I will be moving this issue to the highest aauthorities concerned and to the consumer court also, I will definitely swear will not leave these agencies fleecing the public.

                          Bharat gas cylinders are sold in Black from Rs.600.00 per 14.2 kg publicly by the agencies' own goons and delivery boys. I have seen cylinders being sold like vegetables in Ganapathy area and many other places in coimbatore.

                          Bharat Gas Lpg Gas Agencies — Gas not delivered and sold in black

                          Booked the number on 19 Aug 2009 (one month back) and still delivery is not done. Visited two time in agengy/office and asked for status , they told that you will get the gas today itself every time.
                          But on 25 sep 2009 , they said the GAS is deleverd to you and as per their records.
                          But actually I did not get the GAS cylendar.
                          Might be somewhere that GAS cylendar is sold in black.
                          I am still requesting them and now they are telling me to book agin after 15 days.

                          Bharat Gas (LPG) — Gas cylinder is not supply for the customer

                          Vighnahar Gas agency the gas cylinder is not supply for the customer. Because they are supply for more amount paid peoples. Many peoples in Navi Mumbai used gas cylinder without any registration. My cylinder gas is finished, ( one cylinder ) I am about the booking at last week & when I asked for my booking reference no./acknowledgement receipt they told me you will get it along with your cylinder at your home within 2 days but after two days daily morning that is I am call to the agency but the agency does not take the phone they are regularly irresponsible for the customer to give the service that I am complaint with you regarding to this letter please take necessary action the negligence of the customer.Refill cylinder in my house has not been received till date.They also not delivered cylinder at home every time I was carried empty cylinder from home to agency's office and refilled.                           Bharat Gas — cylinder is not supply for the customer

                          Sir,
                          Shriram Gas agency the gas cylinder is not supply for the customer. Because he is supply for more amount paid peoples. The supply date of book is not correct. my cylinder gas is finished, iam about the booking on 4 Feb. 2012 booking no. 819 agency people said delivery in 12 Feb. 2012, in this 15 feb 2012 to 21 Feb. 2012 daily morning that is I am call to the agency but the agency does not take the phone . they are regularly inresponsible for the customer to give the service that I am complaint wih you regarding to this letter please take necessasory action the negligence of the customer.

                            in mancherial of adilabad district sri srinivasa gas agency is not supplying gas cyllanders properly.
                            they are telling that after delevary of cyllander 21 days after only they book for another filling of gas cyllander.
                            after booking for full cyllander again they are taking 20 to 30 days to delevary the cyllander.
                            if we go to the agency and ask for the cyllander they are talking very rudly.

                            Bharat Gas Domestic Gas — Late delivery of Gas

                            Sir,
                            I have Gas Connection number 26022 with Ashoka Gas Store in Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi 19. I booked gas on Saturday March 27, 2010 after number of trys were made. Cylender is not delivered till date. Before booking and during follow up also their phone no. 26276777 & 26277304 were showing not reachable message and after 4 PM though the call was going, the phone was not picked. On 26278100, though ring was going, no body was picking up. My daughter in law has personally visited the store today. They are saying that the cylender will be delivered tomorrow. Incedentally the rate are likely to increasse from tomorrow. This is a way to extract more money from customer. Moreover the customers are also being harraassed by not taking calls.

                              I Pranati Pattnaik from Nayagarh urban area submit my soorry to inform u that have booked on 31.7.10 and get receipts on the smae and next time deposited on 24.9.2010 and get the receipts . But till today we have neither received any cylinder nor any letter from the agency . So please check the irregularity and supply the cylinder very quick for which we shall remain grate ful to you .

                                The distributor of Bharat Gas cylinder in shiggaon ( VINAYAK BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTORS) Their intraction between the consumer is very verst when i went to ask that when they deliver the booked cylinder but the keep on saying today afternoon then evening so on.... Hence i am not getting delivery of my cylinder in time not only me they play game with all the customers. At the time of delivery they are not bringing the bill and then asking more than the bill amount, Hence i humbly request you to take the action as soon as possible because i am using single cylinder and we are leaving with joint family it very problem if they do not delivery in time.

                                Preet Gas agency of Bharat Gas in Gidderbaha is not delivering the gas properly and the behavior of their employes is very bad......... U can see in the picture that an old man of 80 year carrying a gas cylinder upon his head........ their is no morality in the employes or owner of Preet Gas...

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  The bharat gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking.
                                  here,we had booked our cylinder on 29/09/2010 at 10.30 a.m. for delivery but we have advised to make the phone call on 07/10/2010 and thereafter we will be confirmed whether we will get the delivery or not on the day concerned. we have only one cylinder and yeasterday day morning our cylinder have been empty . we have no another fill cylinder.
                                  Second thing the agency telephone no. generally not responding properly and sometome does not listen the consumer dificulties and put off the phonbe.
                                  My first request is kindly call the ageny and why they make so 09 days delay for delivering the gas.

                                    I have transfered from Nasik to pune and asked Bharat Gas dealer Laxmi Gas to give nacessary docs. for transfer, he has given wrong docs. which are not accepted by pune dealer neither by Pune Bharat gas regional office. Laxmi gas services is not ready to change the docs. nor he is satisfying the the requirments of pune dealer ,He asked me to talk to Regional manager who is not responding .
                                    Now I do not have connection from last one month due to irsponsible Bharat gas people.

                                      I Nirmala Salanki daughter in law of M.S Salanki customer for bpcl gas no. 404 went to the shop for the enquiry of the cylinder on 27.9.2010 asked the receptionist girl to book the cylinder but unforntunately the reaction from the receptionist was so badly reacted with me with vurglar language that i was ashamed for being bpcl customer the way they have behaved so mannerless for a woman to me is very bad.
                                      Sir i kindly request u to those who will not respect the customers should not be allow them to be a part of such a company as a distributor therefore i request you to terminate such a mannerless distributor. Even they do not have any compliant box or book to register the complaint at there shop.Hence i request you to take action against the distributor.

Furthermore they also refuse to deliver cylinder and tell to come with empty cylinder at the agency.they give so many reasons and even do not use polite language.I expect from you delivery on time. Please do needful.

                                      II do not demand action against receptionists but direct them to take care of all customers.

                                      the distributor of the bharat gas in (SHIV BHARAT GAS) Saha ambala haryana is not good the staff of the distributor behavior is not good to the customers. i have booking on line gas and going to agency(shiv bharat gas) .but they are not accept gas cylinder because pin of cylinder not proper .BUT it is not our falt, because at the time of delivery agency giving me a defective cylinder, due to this gas cylinder is finish in half time, but i have no idea because i am facing this problem first time, i am also requesting but ( ravi kumar) agency staff not cooperative me, they are rudely told me cylinder not accepted and not allowed new cylinder.i am feeling very harassment, so Please take necessary action for further.

                                        Sir, I m using Bharat Gas and I have transferred it from Berhampur Orissa[Rushikulya Gas ,Kamapally] to Mohan Enterprises Amalapuram,EG Distt. of AP. on 14th sept.2010.They sent a letter to Berhampur for conformation ,but they are always telling that they have not recieved the replay from Berhampur and not giving me gas connection.
