Sir/Madam,

I am a customer of Bharat gas since many years. I use one cylinder for two to three months average. I have booked for refill of cylinder on 8th september 2010. Till today they have not delivered the cylinder i.e after 21 days of booking, they have not delivered the cylinder. so i want to lodge a complaint against Anmol Bharat Gas Distributors, #20, 1st Main Road, Kamalanagar, Bangalore-560079. Please take action so that i get delievered today only. This is not a months problem every month they delay to give cylinder.

    wish to introduce as a bank employee. I had contacted your Gas Dealer
    M/S Excel Gas services, Plot #100, Shiv Pooja, Sector - 29, Vashi, Navi Mumbai to get a gas connection 15dyas back. initially they denied my application stating that I will have to purchase new burnor(shigadi / stove) from them only otherwise they won't provide new connection.when I asked them to give these things to me in writing they got afraid and told me that their mechanic will visit to my place for insepection. I have contnuously followed with them for next 10 days, However no body turned up. It is only on last saturday (25th Sept'10) one of their mechanic visited to my place for inspection and told me that as I am staying in the same building connection can be provided even in days.

    As per his instuction I have visited the dealer on 28th morning (Tueseday) to submitt my documents and pay the charges. However I have been told by their staff that they have stopped giving any new connection. when I asked for clarification on of their staff called Asha Shelar started abusing me and asked me go to any other dealer as they will be not entetaing any new connection as there are already lot of orders are pending with us.

    I here by request you to take my complaint against this dealer. and I am also afraid that this agency must be selling these cylender on black to direct cusomer higher price as every day I can see lot of customer querrelling with them for cylender.

    I hereby humbly request your goodselves to take stict action against this dealer.

    Bharat gas LPG — New Connection has been stopped

    Respected Sir/Mam
    I am a resident of Sector 22- G-Block, Noida. Here we have a dealer of Bharat Gas at the Sector 22.G-Block market.But they have stopped giving new connection of bharat gas from 14th of may 2008, and have put up a printed notice in front of their office.But it has come to knowledge that new connections are given in black.So can you please see to this and see nothing illegal is going on and the new connection allotment is resumed as has been declared that there will be no cease on new connection in gas.

Here we have a dealer of Bharat Gas at the jai maa gaytri gas sarvise near bus stop gosaingaj faizabad market.But they have stopped giving new connection of bharat gas from 01th of march 2009, and have put up a printed notice in front of their office.But it has come to knowledge that new connections are given in black.So can you please see to this and see nothing illegal is going on and the new connection allotment is resumed as has been declared that there will be no cease on new connection in gas.

      i booked the gas on 4-9-2010, but still gas not yet delivered, today date is[protected].
      This is the third time am facing same complaint, why because the delivery person demand extra money to deliver the gas, am refused to give much money, am giving less and hence they delayed to deliver the gas.
      Please rectify my problem.
      Even i complaint 5times to concern gas agency, but still gas has not delivered,
      please rectify it,

      This has been transfered from gujarat and registered in the Vishveswar agency on 08.04.2011
      Then, they said that the gas cylinders will be delivered within three days. But still gas cylinders not yet delivered, today date is 19-04.2011.
      This is the tenth time am given a call, because am not getting the gas cylinders.
      Please rectify my problem immediately. The person who attending the calls giving information simply "cylinder will come tomorrow".

      Your immediate response is appreciatable.

        Sir, I am consumer of Bharat Gas with consumer No. V-9299. The dealer concerned is Vishnu Jyoti Gas Service, A-6, HIG Duplex, Brij Vihar, Ghaziabad (U.P.). My grievance and complaint against the dealer is that they act in a totally arbitrary and monopolistic manner with no regard and respect for the Consumers. They act as if they are obliging by providing the so called service. The specific complaint is against the non-supply of gas on the stipluate date and on being enquired, they are not willing to entertain the call.
        I had booked a gas cylinder from the above dealer on 21.09.2010 and was told that the gas delivery would be done on Saturday, the 25th September. I kept waiting for the delivery but in vain, as no body turned up. I called up the dealer, but no body picked up the phone. However, after trying for long, somebody picked up the phone and in most rude and indifferent manner said that the delivery would be done only on Monday, 27.09.2010. I told him specifically that Monday being a working day, no body would be at home, therefore, requested to at least get it delivered on Sunday. However, his blunt reply was that "its my problem" and banged the phone on my face without even letting me complete the call. Thereafter i have been constantly calling the dealer but no body is picking up the phone even though they have five phone for the customers. I spend whole saturday and sunday calling upon in vain.
        This problem i have faced earlier also. The dealer have adopted this kind of modus of selling the cylinder in black market. They will intentionally deliver the cylinder on the working day or the day when the customer had inconvenience and if there is no body at the residence, then they will mark it as delivered and sell it to somebody else in black.
        Please see to it and please get the problem resolved, since the gas is a basic essential services and i am having great problem in absence of the delivery.

        Bharat Gas — Non delivery of Gas on timely

        Sir,

        My consumer no. is 10975 and have connection taken from sagar gas agency,banswara. everytime when we book the gas , we had not get delivery on time, agency every time claiming shortage supply from bharat gas.

        dear sir,
        i m subcriber of bharat gas dealer m/s Preet Gas Service.giddarbaha, my card no;1266. sir above mentioned dealer who is responsible for my LPG supply, but he is not delivering it never on time since it started agency in my city.on other hand any body can buy in black. a big bite of consumers is sold in black to outomobilers,restauranta etc. my delivery was due on 3-dec-10 wich is not delivered yet. they have support of a local political powerman.
        its my 5th comlaint and their is no response from your side. kindly help me sir till then i remain yor;s

          Hi,

          My consumer no is 143338. I had booked a gas cylinder on 06 Sept 2010 and I have yet not received the cylinder. I have been following up on this since 1 week and all I have got, is just assurances from the customer service department.
          Yesterday, when I called the customer service, they mentioned that the status of my LPG cylinder is delivered . However, I have yet not received the cylinder. This is not the first time such a thing has happened to me or my neighbours. We are experiencing this problem since last 3 months.
          Our service provider is "Dev Mogra Gas Service, MIra Road, A/C no[protected]"
          Request you to pay an immediate attention to this.

            i think the angency malpracticing

            Bharat Gas — cylinder not provide at godwon.

            Sir,
            I am customer of Vinay Gas Service, Shikohabad. I have face many problems about delivery of cylinder. When I booking. The operator said Home delivery is not ready. So you callect your cyllinder to godown. But when go to godown where huge Queue about 150-170 no of customers. the godown holder start distribute 50-60 cyllinder to queue and then se said the cyllinder is end. So i came back to home. and next day i went to godown. then i see huge queue about 100-150 customers. I booked cyllinder on about 6 August 08. He stamped my slip to 12 August 08. But i have not callect my cyllinder please help me. i am not yet get cyllinder. Kindly instruct the dealer for frequent delievary or transfer my connection to another dealer. Thanks

            Since the last month I have booked for a gas cylinder.still I have not received the delivery.This is a frequent problem in our locality.Our supplier is GOVIND BHARATH GAS AGENCY, KORATTY, THRISSUR DIST, PIN 680311.My consumer number is 6705.I the agency is malpracticing . Also I believe the responsible authority would look into and solve the problem.

              Its been almost a month from the day we have ordered for our gas cylinder. we have fired many times to the person sitting at your Nalasopara branch. this is the second time we are facing this problems. Because of this we had to black a cylinder, which you people made a habit for us (consumers) to take this step as you/your people don't deliver cylinders on time making situations out of control.

              And mind it your people are so smart that they don't allow us to book the second cylinder after 15 days and this forces us to book it in black .......... which is nothing but your laziness

              it is your laziness and we have to pay for it x-(

              gas cylinder — Non Delivery Of Cylinder even in 1 month

              My cosumer no. is 613633, Name of Agency ---> Balaji Gas Service, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. I booked gas cylinder on 22/09/08 but yet not delivered to me.Every time I make a call the phone operator assure me of delivering the at the earlies but nothing comes true.
              I am sorry to tell u that it is the worse agency in new bombay I ever come accross.In places like vashi, Nerul, Kopar Khairane, agencies are deliverying cylinder within 24 hours But in Airoli its the worst case.I came accross many people who surrendered Hp service and opted for Bharat Gas Which hold good command in airoli.

              I[censored] remember some time ago the situation was so bad at Balaji Gas Service that corporator and Police came forward to resolve the problem and that time everybody was talking about shutting down of the office.

              From Last 5 month despite calling again and again at agency office no cylinder is delivered to me and at last I personally had to go and get one.

              I want to know if there is any sortage of gas cylinder with HP So called " Navratna Of India " .

              Please ask ur agency to serve customer politely and deliver the cylinder as early as possible.

              Bharat Gas — NO DELIVERY OF THE CYLINDER AFTER 1 MONTH

              I booked LPG Gas on 3 September 2009, today is 26 September 2009 i.e 23 DAYS so far there is no GAS delivery.
              This is the second time that this company has not delivered to my home even after repeated calls all we get reply is "will be there in 1hr or tomoorow afternoon" but this timeline is never kept.

              THe Distributer is MADAM ENTERPRISE, Madivalla, Bangalore.
              Order reference number is : SR NO: 1235.

              I have no hope that my issue will be resolved for ever on this forum but i hope somebody is sitting in this forum who can prove me wrong.

              Bharat Gas — non delivery of cylinder even after 1 month

              dear sir

              my reg. no.19418 ( bharat gas- sreelaxmi gas agency -udaya giri,trivendrum ), i booked cylinder on 18 sep 2009.Till now they didn't deliver the cylinder.every day i am calling to the office but they didn't respond.Even i informed area manager but he couldn't make it.
              NO DELIVERY OF THE CYLINDER AFTER 1 MONTH

              I booked BHRAT Gas on 23 NOVEMBER 2009 in SRI SHAKTHI GAS COMPANY-palladam. Today the date is 24 DECEMBER 2009 i.e 31 DAYS so far there is no GAS delivery.
              *This is one of the sixth time that this company has not delivered to my home even after repeated calls all we get reply is "will be there in 1hr or tomoorow afternoon" but this timeline is never kept.

              * The Distributer asks extra money & bonus on every delivery.

              THE Distributer name is Mr.GOPAL, MURUGAMPALAYAM, TIRUPUR.

              i have booked gas cylinder on 24 12 09 till date i didnt got new cylinder i hereby send the profile of my cylinder supply for the past one year 08.01.09, 10.4.09, 20.6.09, 4.8.09, 18.9.09 and 20.10.09that means i got 6 cylinders only during last year to get a cylinder we should contact them for atleast ten times by phone fall that too atleast ten dial for one connection which they dont respond if we go personaly there is hue and cry with consumers all the time, further i came to know that ur good office has got more complains inspected the concern and imposed penality, even after that they didnt changed their service and harassing the consumer immensely
              i request u to go thro my gas supply delivery with the dealer and do the needful to all the consumers not only for me from this sort of fictious dealer who sells gas at the rate of Rs.500 to anybody by storing it at TR Patinam village in his relatives godown. I further request u to do the needful for all consumers.

                Bharat gas manali becomes a rude agency nowadays, they are not able to give proper suply well in time. One has to wait for long time, once you dial phone no. it shows out of order / you will not get any answer. Pls. note that if you are conected with public services you should have good communication for customer's.

                  I am a customer of Jay Jyoti Gas Agency, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad-51. Every time I face the same problem while phone booking. They never pick up the phone. Once in a blue moon even if they answer the call, they don't respond properly. This kind of service is not expected.
                  I am a customer of Jay Jyoti Gas Service and i am facing hug problems of connectivity of phone lines Last four days i am trying to contect them but every time either line is busy or no body pick the lines. I book my proble for gas lickage on 3rd Nov 10 but till date nobody comes for solving the problem..

                  Request you to please take action on urgent basis..Ple. help us

                  We are holding a meeting of all the consumers on 27th March, 2011 which will be published in news papers to take action against Jay Jyoti and suggest to terminate the services and provide a new distributor as services are poor and you can try yourself to dial the numbers for booking and experience... there is no solutions as the owners are not interested it seems to continue this business and putting all the consumers to great difficulty for essential commodity.. even afer booking they take more than a week for delivery. the attitude of the calls being received is also very harsh and do not seem to be interested in booking... most of the time bookings done are not delivered as they say that there is no booking...

                    Dear Sir,
                    This is not the first time, I am complaining against the Bharat Gas distributor i.e. Priyanka Gas Agency, Hamilton Road, Delhi for not supplying LPG cylinder in time. Recent case is we have got cylinders booked via SMS on 11.9.2010 for connection No. 15206 and 4247 on enquiry when this cylinders would be supplied it was told that they would take 10 days. I made phone call to the Agency concerned, a lady on reception told me that they had given the delivery coupon to delivery man for supply of cylinder. But no cylinder has been supply at our residence by tody i.e. 23.9.2010. I again enquired the about the delivery of cylinder, I have now been told that they supplied the cylinder. But the fact is that, No cylinder has been supplied to my residence uptill now. I would like to request to authority concerned to look into the matter and make arrangement for immediate supply of gas cylinder without any further dealy.
                    This kind of problem may not arise again it the high time to take action against the errant dealer and supply man who are reported to have engaged in selling of cylinder in black market depriving the consumer from not having gas cylinder.
                    I hope an action in the matter will be taken at an urgent basis.

                    Actually in all India the service of Bharat gas LPG(cylender) is very poor it needs some serious action, i will say some strict court order needed .the agency holder treat very bad to thier customer, they think thier is no regulatry for them.I will say to file case in your court

                      Revathi Gas Agencies having 3 phone numbers, even though no one responses evenafter ringing. Controling authorities should take action on Revathi Gas agencies, Hafeezpet, Near Railway gate-Hyderabad-AP

                      * No Reponses to phone call - consumer should travel to book the cylinder and to get the status also we need to go personally because there will be no response in the phone

                      * Delay in supply of the cylinder - will supply after 15 - 20days after booking - they will inform that it is on the way but after somany days they will supply.

                      * System is lacking in backoffice to give prompt service to the consumers

                      * Even for Miyapur also the same situation

                      * I request to change dealer ship/ to fine to concerned person.

                      Bharat Gas — no proper supply

                      hi,
                      this is Anwar Pasha Retired from H A L Bangalore,
                      i am having a Bharath gas L P G cylenders connection but
                      iam facing a problem since many months that i should book a refill ofter 20 days & the refill suppose tobe deliverd at my home with in in 3 days.
                      But the worst situation is when i call up the agent ( Shree Raksha Gas Agency ) Hebbagudi, Hosur road Bangalore -99 to book the new refill ofter 20 days they dont have curtosy to pickup the call & take the order most of the time i tried the Manager's cell found not recheble / suitched off,
                      please let me know wheater i can lodge a complaint in consumer court & How .

                      My consumer no is 28762. Location: HOSPET bellary dist, karnataka.
                      Cylinder booked on 23-09-08 till now no assurance about the delivery.
                      In the previous booking, received the cylinder after a month.
                      Visiting regularly the dealer office about delivery wasting our precious time and noticed public noise against the late deliveries.
                      never faced the problem in pune, bangalore and in hyderabad.
                      kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

                      Yes i also facing the same issue with the agency from past 1 year.
                      they must change the dealer ship.

                      They never give the proper response. we should not leave the guys like this...some one should take action...i scolded them like any thing many times, but no one is responding...
                      I agree with teh above. Delayed supply; no responsiveness; reckless and rude behaviour.
                      as soon as I get a chance to change the dealer, I will move on.
                      I do accept this. For the entire day they keep the phone receiver down, and by chance some time got the ring, nobody bothers to respond.

                      Reduculus booking staff & management.

                      Shifted to this dealer recently. I just thought of writing this, but now understood people are suffering with this dealer for quite long time.

If I call to agency people they will not respond to call and if i ask directly to agency people they told it is on the way( will give today or tommarrow). Finally they will supply after 1 month.very worst situation I am facing with this Gas agency. Take action on this Revathi Gas Agency, Haffezpet, Hyderabad, AP.
                      It's a worst Gas Agency ... Very bad service... We do not get a refill gas cylinder even after 1 month...
                      They usually say it will come tommorrow or in 4 days... am vexed with this service...
                      Subsidy amount is also not crediting to my account...

                        Hi - I am registered with Bharatgas branch at Kalewadi Phata, Pune under PCMC. Cylinder delivery person demands Rs. 5/- extra over the printed receipt. And when I asked, what is it for...and they say its transportation charges. I told then it should be mentioned in the bill itself so as to track it. And he has no answer for it. He says "if you want the cylinder, you pay 5/- or else he will take cylinder back."

                        With this....where Rs. 5/- goes we don't know and this malpractice must be stopped.

                          we have a Bharat gas cooking cylinder connection no 47392 serviced by M/S Chaitanya Gas Service, Dombivali [ E ]. we had booked for a cylinder on 4/9/10 & though we were promised supply within 8-9 days, till date [ 21/9/10], there is no supply. Distributor's phone numbers are always engaged. Even during personal visit to the shop, we are given evasive answers reg supply in rough langauge. They claim to have short-supply , but, in nearby Kalyan City , there are no supply issues. There is absolutely no co-ordination between the said distributor's front office/shop & their godown & in the past we have noticed that, though the front office had informed that cylinder has been despatched, the godown people are unaware of the instructions & thus they don't supply. There is big rush of totally harried customers at the distributor's front office & there is no end to sufferings of common customers like us. - complaint registered by Mr Bhave of Dombivali [ e ]

                          delay from distributor end — delay in getting LPG cylinders

                          Their is lot of delay in getting LPG cylinder my number is on 26th of march and till date i did not even have a slip 12 April 08.

                          The other thing is that i cannot make to book my extra number unless and untill i get first one...

                          Please take it seriously my number is 606971 and kindly look into the matter seriously since i dont have option its my need...

                            My Consumer Number for Bharat Gas is 09074 .
                            This is to complaint that Bharat Gas cylidners in our area - Malad west - Sunder Nagar are always either delayed or just not delivered .
                            The Agencies sell the gas cylinders to unauthorised in Black resulting in these issues .

                            Secondly the Bharat Gas agency - Madl West contact nos are never reachable[protected]/28758022. They are either ringing or constanntly enggaged or somebody just picks up the receiver and bangs it down .

                            I have booked a Gas cylinder on 8th September 2010, however have not got he delivery yet .Also am not able to get thru their telephone lines because of the reasons mentioned above .

                            Request assistance to ensure a fair service to all consumers.

                                Cheating at 2-wheelers petrol filling station
