It is such a shame to note that Anita Gas Service based at Virar (west) mumbai has such terrible attitude towards its customers. First of all they don't even have any patience to hear to what the customer is saying over phone. They promise...

It is always noted that inspite of booking advance the delivery is effected late & that too after after several phone calls. This time we have booked on 3rd Sept & were told will be given with 10 days & now till date we have not received & on call they give some or the other reason.

    Very Big Problem
    I, Kind your notice that your Gas Agency Officer hand over Authority in Ranjit Sagar Dam Officer and Collect beg black Money. This is a major issue. Sir, the distributor has no fix policy for distribution of gas namely
    Every time Ranjit Sagar Dam Women his wife pick the salander upon her heads and return back home empty gas salander. When we were reached their after 21 days they tell us you come next week when next truck reached.
    They have not telephone in agency every day Ranjit Sagar Dam Authority provide your gas without booking.
    I, requested you please open another gas agency nearest extra villager people and transferred their villager gas and gas Agency control our hand to Ranjit Sagar Dam authority.
    Please look into this matter and set right this situation so that consumers can book their requirement over phone and not to run to their depot for booking.
    You are requested to kindly look into the matter and evolve some efficient method for the distribution of cooking gas on Ranjit Sagar Dam, Tehsil pathankot, distt. Gurdaspur. .
    Ranjit Sagar Dam, Project, Tehsil pathankot, District Gurdaspur (punjab) Population nearest Ges Agency 1, 80, 000 but your one gas agency supply the gas hole area circle in this city.         I hv booked for LPG on 03/09/2010,with the Bharat gas(Padmavathy gas agencies) East tambaram, chennai , but still today(15/09/2010) there was no reply.We need to try thousand times thro phone , then only the stupids will pick the call one time.The reply will be irritating.
        They will say there was no load . I dont know whether the peoples in the agencies are eating food or .
        If they eat food , let them take from tomorrow.
        Im having only one cylinder , when ever v request for additional cylinder, they will say it will take another 3 months.But nothing will happen.
        I want to curse those baste... with all the bad words in this universe.
        I dont know when our people in India will work responsibly.
        If someone else is benifiting by cheating us,
        Let all those peoples go to hell.

            This is not the 1st time I'm placing a complaint here. This is a short notice to BPCL and not to Sri Munuswamy Gas Agency.

            Dear BPCL, its better you cancel their licence and give chance to any other responsible agent or dealer.

            Or else ask the concerned SO( Sales Officer ) to monitor their work from 9am till 6pm for atleast a week.

            Only then you will know what all the difficulties the consumer faces because of this Sri Munusamy Gas Agency, Velachery.

            Sri Munusamy Gas agency is very very bad. I have tried atleast 500 times for last one week to book a cylinder. But it is always busy and once in a while phone is ringing but no one cares to pick up the call. I duely request BPCL to cancel the license for this stupid agency.
            I fully agree with this complaint. I am another customer who want to take a new BPCL connection. Tried to reach this agency through telephone for last 3 weeks, but I never got a chance to speak to them. Either phone will be busy or it would be ringing and no one bother to pick the call
            The complaint aginst this agency is 100% true. All the 3 telephone numbers are busy all the time but there is no one to pick up the phone if it rings once in a while.
            i agree with this complaint.very poor service, reaching them through phone is waste of time
            Same experience with me as well. Never been able to reach them for past one week.
            Sri Munusamy Gas Agency is very very worst in service. I booked a cylinder through phone after several attempts and when i contacted them after 20 days for not being cylinder delivered, they told me again to book a new cylinder and i have been waiting for more than 20 days for my cylinder delivery and trying trying trying to contact them through phone but i could not. BPCL has to review our complaints and take necessary action against this agency for their poor and worst service.

            Sri munusamy gas agency is tooooooo bad agency to fulfill customer requirements through phone call.Today atleast 45 times i have been tried but phone is busy.I think they just taking the phone reciever and keeping in the table and irritating the customers...Even very bad response on physical visit for support also..They just say a approximate date as they like..The girls sitting in the lounge is just chatting with each others for their personal problemss always..Pls anybody do something for sorting these like of bloody ..wastefull agency.

              I am LPG gas consumer, I come under with M/s National Gas Service, Hisar>125001 Haryana who are the distibutor of my area, My consumer No. 8938. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas immediately .I have been provided with two cylinders. Presently i booked the gas on 18 may 2011, Booking No. is 55 today is 11 jun2011 .In the last month they supplied the cylinder after 20 days after booking. When I tried to book the other cylinder last month, it was informed to us that you cannot do so because you received last cylinder few day back. When contacted telephonically that it not a fault on my part, they assured me to supply the next cylinder in time, but all in vain.Most of the time their phone found engaged. Other consumers are also have the same problem where other supplier of the other company are suppling in time.

                Pragati Enterprises — Delay in delivery of LPG Gas Cylinder

                Dear Sir,
                I am retired ex-serviceman from Bombay Engineering Group (BEG), (age -68 years). My Consumer No. 9895, Pragati Enterprises, Phule Nagar, Yerwada, Pune. My residential tel. No. is[protected]. I have booked cylinder on 21/3/09 and got booking number 357. After one week I inquired with the agency regarding the delivery of cylinder. I have been told that I will get the within 2-4 days. Again after one week I inquired with agency, the same answer have been got.

                As per rule the customer should get delivery within 2-3 days after booking. Till after booking of cylinder (24 days) we have not received the cylinder. My son & daughter-in-law are working. Therefore only we aged people (me & my wife) who could not go everytime to Gas agency office for inquiry or getting cylinder, as most of the time the office phones are getting busy.

                Sir, It will be grateful of you, if you take early action in this matter.

                Lpg Gas Cylinder — Delay in Delivery of LPG Cylinder

                We have gas connection with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation since last 30years. The connection is in the name of Ajay Sharma and Sanjay Sharma. Currently we are staying at Rz-2C,Main Road Opp Primary School and Palam Police station. Our current Gas dealers are M/r Chauhan Gas Agencies, Near Ramphal chowk,sec 7 Dwarka.
                Consumer number of ours is 601776 and 617098.
                We have booked our gas secind week of February 2012, and we are yet to receive our refill. When enquired over phone, the company informs us that their delivery is late as supply is not coming from back.

                Sir/Madam,
                Delay in Delivery of LPG Cylinder We enquire from others they are saying no problem as they are telling which is not acceptable.

                Please kindly look into the matter and advise them to immediately supply the refill.

                      I live in Navi Mumbai and am a consumer of Bharat Petroleum for last 28 years. I have shifted within mumbai thrice but Navi Mumbai has been worst of my experiences with the agency of BPL. I have complaint BPL several times about it which has fallen on deaf years. Since last week I am trying to get tghrough the agency Excel in Vashi on their two telephone lines which are 27895991 /27801646
                      continuosly busy. I assume it is their practice to keep the phones off hook. After trying for days I may be able to place the order but only to get the cylinder after further delay of a fortnight or so. Can you suggest a permanent solution to this problem please.

                      i am are living 14 km away from coimbatore city i have got B P gas connection at radha gas ageancy coimbatore my booking code ( 64185 ) i am booking my gas after 25 days of expairy no one is picking the phone for long time. after booking it take 15 days time to get the delivery. for each delivery. delivery boy collecting extra amount and not responding properly. so i am cancelling my connection due to your poor service and respond.

                        I have booked for my Gas Cylinder at Koperkhairane, Navimumbai Bharat Gas agency 15 days before. But still they have not delivered yet. Even I going to their office in every 2-3 days they and each day they are telling today only we deliver. Even we can not contact them through phone as they never pick the phone up.

                        I have spending more money for food as we do not have double cylinder.

                        This is too much negligence to customers.

                        This Bharat Gas connection no one should take.

                        I have booked a gas cylinder with the mittel gas agency, newpanve lroughly 15 days ago. All the phone numbers are MADE DELIBRATELY BUSY. Not able to contact them for status of delivery. If they can not supply on time, atleast there phone lines should be active.

                            This is to bring in to your kind notice that today morning i have visited one of your fuel station in jaipur near " Pani Pech Choraha ( Jhotwara Road ) and i m very disappointed after had fuel in my vehicle because they people fill fuel manually and in between many time they push the fuel pipe button I have noticed that when filling the fuel the other man talks about the payment and diverts attention, and cheats in filling less. which is not right. Many time i told these people to get repaired this fuel pipe but all the time they says "it doesn't matter that button of the pipe is repaired or not you are getting right quantity of fuel" in a very rude manner.


                            So today i decided to meet the manager of this fuel station to complaint for the same but i get disappointed again because the manager said to me that the company is not repairing the fuel pipe button then i said get repaired it own your own. And again and the manager trying to say me that you are getting right quantity of fuel.


                            This fuel station is most convenient to my home but i always avoid to take fuel from this station because from last 2 year they people have been filling fuel by manually and when we complaint for the same they behave very bed.


                            Kindly get repaired the fuel pipe ASAP.

                              Sir,
                              plz ref me old complain no.96188. Being a defence personel, i have requested you to release a new LPG connection for my wife who is living alone near to Nimapara. Mr P K Ray helped me a lot and personally telephoned to the distributor to give me a connection. After going several times, i have recieved the letter from GAS Agency through post. When went to the distributor, again the same story, "we don't have new connection now, come after 15/20 days." They have kept the letter and required document with them and i have aprised the proceedings to Mr PK Ray. Plz help me to secure a LPG connection.

                              LPG Gas — New LPG Connection

                              Dear Sir,

                              For your kind information, I Rajesh Paul resident of had applied for a new connection under my name to Shankar Gas Service (Dealer-Indane Gas Services), Srinagar, Gate No.2, Madhyamgram, Kolkata-129, West Bengal, on 18th May '09. While submitting the application, the person incharge gave me a number-2571 without acknowledging a signed receipt copy. I was also told to submit Rs.25 towards registered post to be sent to me for further confirmation on the connection. Moreover, I was asked to deposit a sum of Rs.4700/- towards the new connection. I requested that I shall not require the burner but it was said that burner comes as a mandate with the new connection.

                              On 4th June'09 I received back the same original copy of the letter submitted earlier, from the same agency without any confirmation on the new connection. I am holding the same letters and shall be able to produce if required.

                              Could you kindly advice of the below question;
                              a) Is it necessary to take burner from the company/agency inspite of a consumer not opting for the same during new connection?
                              b) What is the actual amount that should be deposited for the new connection.

                                Sir,

                                I am a subscriber of M/s Bharat gas having my Customer Number : 17460 . This complaint is against M/s Sahid Sub.Balbir Singh Gas Agency,Barwala Road,Dera Bassi.Distt.Mohali (Punjab).I got gas connection in Dec'2009.till today I purchased only Three Gas cylinder in my account whose delivery is entered in my pass book.

                                When my last cylinder finished on 01.09.10.I ordered to book a cylinder on phone.They refused to deliver the gas by saying that I got my last cylinder before one week ago.

                                I went to gas agency & found that they blacked huge number of cylinder from my account.When I asked for gas again.They said that it will take one week.

                                Sir,Agency staff blacking gas in open market,They are not giving deilvery to me.

                                They openly saying that do what ever you can.

                                Kindly take needful action.

                                  I have transferred my Gas connection from Amla MP to Pune and on transfer I was charged for 5 Kg Rice costing Rs 496 and rubber tube costing 182 by Gas Agency Arihant Gas Agency Pune -48 .Though i was charged the same i have not taken the items and agency not refunded the same.I was not aware that BP Gas sells rice also.My complaint to BP was not yet replied by the company I hope through your medium they may reply.

                                    Hi,

                                    We have this connection since Dec 2009 and actively used since January 2010 at Mira road (shanti Nagar). Since then we are in pain for getting the refills of cylinders as the agency have a very irresponsible executives (especially catter box womens answering phones or keeping on hold unnecessarily without putting it on mute, not booking the refill request & when they recall that the phone line is on they gives us the dummy booking no) & when they come back on line they just gives us the dummy booking no & hang up. With this no when we walk to collect refill at the refilling center we realise it is the dummy no & they says we will book now & the cylynder will be delivered to the residence address in a weeks time. After a week when we run out of the gas we call to check the delivery status wher they confirm that it was never booked & now if you want please come & collect it. After going to the center they again ask for the booking no & in many times we have to return back without the refill. Now that the situation is bad they provide us with the booking no & assures that it will be delivered in another 2-3 days or you can come and collect it day after. This is going on for past 6-7 months. Just wanted to ask if this is the only way this agency work. Please give me the contact details to whom this complaint should be notified. Will I get hte response for this mail. With lots of hope I am mailing you. Please revert.
