I approached your dealer at Ganjdundwara (Dist Etah - now under Kanshiram Nagar). There (Mr. Devender Kumar, appointed as manager) is demanding Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred for release of new connection. Agaianst this amount, the items will be given are :
One Cylinder : Rs.1250
One Regulator : Rs. 100
One suraksha House : Rs. 200

Total = Rs.1550

Thus, the additional amonunt of [protected] = Rs.2950 is being demanded as bribe for release of new connection.

Kindly look into the matter.

    I am a Bharat Gas custormer ( Name ;Girish.T.E,Consumer No.6998) My distributor is not suppying LPG refill even after 17days after booking.
    Name of the distributor: Sandhya Gas Agencies,Fort ,Trivandrum
    I have send a formal complaint Bharat Gas HQ through website and E-mail complaint to Custormer relation centre of Bharat Gas in Kazakootam,Thiruvnanthapuram. For past 24 hours there is no favourable action from the distributor. I request the authorities to do the needful and avoid such diffictulties to genuine domestic customers in futire. On line booking may be urgently introduced in Kerala including Tthiruvananthapuram city as a precautionary measure

    BPCL — Non Delivery of LPG Refill

    My consumer no is 74193. I have booked a refill on 22nd April 2008. The distributor R&DCCS Ltd, has not responded to thee request yet. On calling the staff behaves rudely and hangs off the phone without proper reply. I have also applied for an additional cylinder, for which the distributor keeps giving newer dates and different processes.
    Since the distributor is acting on behalf of BPCL, request your intervention to close this matter.

I have booked for LPG on 2 Nov I recived the confermation "Dear NAVEENA CHANDRAN, Your booking reference is 4186519.Insist to check leakage and weight during the delivery of the cylinder for your safety." so far i have not recieved any delivery message or recieved delivery against my booking, on 12th nov again i have made a booking "Dear NAVEENA CHANDRAN, Your booking reference is 4387100.Insist to check leakage and weight during the delivery of the cylinder for your safety. please do the necessary.
    Delay of Gas Refill

    I Swapnali Keer and my consumer no.605791 and my mobile number is [protected].Name of the distributor is Hari gas service. i have done my booking on 17th Feb, till date i did not received the cylinder delivery. I called up Monday the lady said will take more 2 days, again i called up today she repeated the same will take more 2 days because they had shortfall of cylinder, cylinder truck has not come. Being a customer of BPCL such reasons are not acceptable

    Kindly look into this matter as we are facing lots of problem as my mom is not well.

        DEAR SIR,

        THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.

        HERE, I HAVE BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY ON 04/10/2010. But they yet to deliver the cylinder even after 17 days after booking.

        The local agency people confirmed that they will deliver the cylinder in 10 -15 days at the time of booking.

        I have Single cylinder connection and its very difficult to manage 17 days without the GAS cylinder.

        Even I have spoken with their Regional Sales Officer twice regarding this. She is telling the the GAS cylinder will be delivered based on the Demand/Supply and So she can not do anything on this. No one from Bharat GAS is ready to help for timely delivery of the cylinder

        Below are my concerns.

        1) I would like to have the GAS cylinder with in 15 days from the date of booking...To whom I should contact for the same.

        2) I would like to make public compliant against Bharat GAS as they didn't deliver the GAS cylinder with in the time line.

        Please help me to sort out this issue.

          I have booked my LPG gas at Bharat gas on 9th oct 2010 at Bharatgas Distributor SATISH & COMPANY , Delhi and My Consumer Number is 32083 .Every I have remind them to send the gas , Every day same answer 'Today'. but the 'Today' is not coming yet. From last 12 days i am waiting for gas.
          Please help me out . With out gas from last 5 days we are(Family) suffering from cooking problem.

            Bharat Gas agency at Balapur (Dist- Akola). After booking of gas on telephone for Paras Thermal Power Station Colony.( about 8KM from Balapur). This agency never deliver cylinder at home. The agency come with vehicle with cylinder at market place on day at their will and distribute cylinders in Que. They charge extra Rs 20 per cylinder. They distribute in que of cylinders( not taking in consideration of earlier telephonically booked Cylinders). So, even if you booked cylinder 15 days before you may not get cylinder if you are last in Que. If you are in urgent need then go To Balapur (about 8KM from Paras) pay extra 50 Rs. to Agency. Then you will get cylinder at balapur . You have to carry it on your own cost to your house.This is Picture of young India.

            Delivery man is charging 30 rupees extra, agency is only 1 km away from my home, my city name is Dhampur (Bijnor) UP, plz take action on this as they are looting money from all people in dhampur, as BPCL is gov. Comp. But we still think u can help

                  Bharat Gas — delay in supplying the cylinder

                  My wife had gone to book the gas at Virar agency after repeated calls to the agency failed. there the desk person a girl named pallavi promptly told her that she will not send the cylinder even if there was one as they had got into an argument over the delay in supply.
                  My wife approached the manager who assured her that the cylinder wld be sent on 6th & took it down as urgent
                  Now after 4/5 days still they hv not supplied the cylinder & we are facing immense hardships as we hv our 8 mnth old baby also to look after.
                  each day they are promising to supply but hv not done & now they are not picking up the phone & are very rude to us on the call if taken.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am using Indane LPG from the above referred Siva Gas Agencies. Though I am booking the gas the agency is issuing the refilled cylinder only after 30 days .On enquiry in their office, they explained that the Company is

                    sending the gas cylinder load much delayed and so they are issuing the delivery refill after 30 days of booking. This act of the agency is causing much agony and inconvenience to me. When a using cylinder becomes empty I am unable to cook since the delivery is delayed by the agency.

                    Can I believe the explanation given by the agency that the Company is delaying the load? Please, do the necessary urgently.

                    On my enquiry in the neigbouring houses, I could know that they are also getting delivery of the refill after 30 days and all of them are also in agony. At the same time in petty shops and hotels in the locality under the agency are using the domestic gas cylinders regularly . It may be due to the black marketing of the refill that the domestic users are suffering hardships.

                    I booked my refill on 6-9-2010 but as on this day[protected],the agency has not issued the refill. Nearly 40 days lapsed.

                    Please, do the necessary and protect the urgency of the requirement of the domestic user of LPG ,like me.

                      The complaint is not booked on phone. It is always told to the customer that it is booked. However, that particular cylinder is sold in the black market and earning huge amount of money from may connections.

                      If we try to make a call on the complaint no. on the local (punsup) gas refilled by bharat gas in the local jallandhar city. no body picked the phone.

                      It seems to be a false no. that is displayed on the notice board and also seems that the higher authorities are also doing the same thing. It is giving lot of inconvenience to the consumer, if we tell them that we are going to complain against them, the office manager & clerk says that they do not care for any complaints. My consumer number is 3567 in the name of shri surjit singh at jallandhar punsup gas station situated at new jwahar nagar market. Kindly tell them in the modern times what is the importance of that customers and what he can do in the consumer courts. Please make sure in future make quick supply of the gas cylinder. (applicant)

                        We are cusomer of Nutan gas agency, Bharat gas in Udaipur 313001.
                        We got last cylender on 6th July 2010 and when we approach for booking in september month but not accepted our booking when we ask to reason than they told us that they just delivered the cylender to us. We really got surprised that how and where they deliver cylender to us without any booking
                        So we start investigation and we found that their peoples sold our cylender in black market and we have no cylender till today.
                        Today is 12th October and our both cylender are empty
                        Really whats going on in this country. Our cylender is selling black market and we cannot do anything. Where is our rights ?
                        Now what we should to do, so agency can punished ?

                          I am from pune maharashtra, here Bharat gas distributor(Arihant Gas Agency,situated at solapur bazaar,poogate) making some unethical things are mandatory, like if anybody wants to go for new connection distributors will ask 1600 extra and that money consumers need to buy whatever they have like gas stow or cooker etc.
                          And today I went to get the second cylinder connection they have asked me Rs.2990 which includes deposit, filled cylinder and Rs.1400 cooker which actually I don’t required.
                          Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, one of the largest public sector oil industry which should take proper action against these distributors they are taking advantage of monopoly and same another industry INDANE gas is not doing the same and last week one of my friend opt for second cylinder and he got that for just RS.1650 where BHARAT GAS distributor has asked Rs.2990/-

                            I am a cousumer of Bharat Gas. My dealer is K. Ramanaiah Gas Agency, Valasaravakkam, Chennai. The agency is not booking cylinder before completion of 21 days from the date of previous supply. Moreover, they are not supplying the cylinder in time.                               Hi,
                              This is reagrding BP 44 in Gurgaon. I have Wagon R. The petrol tank capacity is 35 Litres. In my car, the fuel indicator was not even touching the RED mark. I went for a filling and the meter has already crossed 35L mark yest it was filling up. I believe, there a meter tampering which has happened.

                                Every time this is a problem when we book our cylinder the told us it will take 15 - 20 days to delivery the gas cyliender. This time i have book the cyliender on 1/10/2010 & 07/10/2010 till date i have not recived my cyliender. my consumer no. is 27000 & 27004 Name Manoj kumar & Ashok Kumar my gas agency name is AHOKS STORE C.R. PARK NEW DELHI. I Request the Authourity to take some legal action aginst this & when it take replay me my mobile No. [protected]

                                  Hi,

                                  This is to bring to your notice a mischievous event that happened with me at one of the Gurgaon Petrol Pumps in Sector 44 (BP-44). While I requested for a refill of 1000 Rs, the attendent stopped the meter at 800 Rs and with some trick the amount of 1000 Rs. started blinking on the meter. Somehow this was the second time I was facing this incident, so I was watching the refilling very closely and despite their attempt to second my attention, I noticed it once again. Though on my complaint, they added the extra 200 Rs fuel to my vehicle but I did my best efforts to report the episode to the management staff at BPCL.

                                  This note is to promote an awareness among people that they need to be very cautious while refilling fuel in all the petrol pumps across Gurgaon. Moreover, always be cautious to look at the opening and closing unit readings, if the reading is blinking at the end, there is some suspicious activity - as it should show the amount and quantity refill details (e.g . 1000 Rs & 19.11 Ltrs, however in case of a fraudulent activity, it will blink only 1000Rs and wouldn't show the quantity).

                                  Moreover, if an action can be taken through this web page, it would be helpful for the community as a whole.

                                  I have also had similar experience in Sector 44 BP petrol pump in Gurgaon. They close the meter mid way and then distract you while they restart without the zero. Please check this.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am trying to apply for a new gas connection at Bright Gas Agency (BharatGas) - Juhu and they are forcing me to buy a hotplate for about Rs.2500 which I already have. i have been told that unless I buy the plate, they will not give me a gas connection. i already have a Hot plate in perfect working conditin and don't need a new one. Plase tell me what should I do.

                                      There is a delay in delivery of LPG cylinders of Bharat Gas ..it takes around 20-25 days for delivery after the order is placed.

                                      Also the new order is not accepted within 15 days of delivery of previous order.

                                      On an average the LPG goes for around one month.

                                      This simply means that we have to go without LPG for 10-15 days.

                                      This problem needs to be sorted out promptly otherwise it will raise consumers ire.

                                      Every time we speak to agency ( trupti gas) they say that there is short supply of cylinders.

                                      We are facing this problem since last 2 months.

                                      now the issue is How come a consumer come to know that there is really a shortfall in LPG cylider supply.

                                      Kindly suggest....
                                      1.There is a provision of gas booking through phone call and put down slip in a box.Problem with phone call is that often they don,t recieve phone and put off the reciever. In a slip system there is no record and confirmation that gas has been booked.
                                      2.I had booked gas on 8 december 2009 but till today i could not recieved my booked lpg cylinder.
                                      my connection is with sahkari gas service gonda.

                                      I agree, the agency procrastinates the delivery and they dont pick the calls, and if you are lucky to get connected they tell you "kal aayega, parso aayega etc" and hang up immediatelly, if you visit the agency you find many like you having similar complaint, visit the agency anytime during the day and you will see all the people having same complaints of not getting their refills for as long as 25- 30 days, the female staff are rude and ruthless, people are having a tough time calling or talking to them, and to add insult to injury they speak rude and still you don't get the refills on time.

                                        I HAD REGISTERED A BOOKING OF GAS ON 6-09-10. MY Consumer number is 40915. When i went to Bharat gas agency Vishnukrupa gas service - kalyan (139787), the customer care people at the counter were very rude in reply. As if we are begging for the gas. There was a lady customer who had bring her only cylinder with herself to get a new cylinder. The manager asked her to bring the cylinder from home to office for the same. This is was services provided by Bharat gas people.

                                        Take a serious note of it. Other wise we the people will take action on BHARAT GAS.

                                        I have a Bharat Gas connection my consumer number is P37263. I booked my number for gas 20 days ago still waiting for the gas to come. When ever I try to call them they say vehicle has already left will come to you toady. The next time you call they will not pick you call or you will not get connected.

                                        I HAVE BOOKED THE GAS CYLENDER ON[protected] WITH M/S GREWAL GAS AGENCY PATIALA. MY CONNECTION NO IS 19487, BUT TILL DATE THE REFILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I HAVE TALKED MY TIMES ON PHONE, THEY ALWAYS ARRURE ME THAT REFILL WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY.
