I have given online complaint no.95855 to the customer care centre of Bharat Petroleum, a copy of which is given below:
Further to my earlier complaint (given below)
1. please note that the concerned distributors address and phone numbers appearing on your web site is also the old one and not updated.
2. I had booked my clinder reffill on 28th July, till date the reffill has not come and I am not able to contact them on their phone numbers also as they come continuously engaged.
EARLIER COMPLAINT:
I am a consumer of BPCL Gas cylinder wide consumer no.26306 in the name of Minal M Dani with your supplier namely MSD Enterprises, Bangalore. I wish to place on record the following :
1. Few weeks back MSD Enterprises changed its office to a new premises and changes the phone numbers without any intimation to me whatsoever. Hence I was unable to contact them over the phone.
2. On automatic booking system of Bharat Gas on 12664 also the old phone numbers were not recognised.
3. After great difficulty I could locate their new address and booked a reffill of gas cylinder vide booking number 3538 on 28th July. So far I have not received the gas cylinder reffill.
4. In the past also I have had unpleasent experience dealing with MSD Enterprises with regard to late supply of gas cylinder reffill, non cooperation with regard to regulator change, extra money being asked at the time of the gas cylinder reffill, not getting through their phone numbers for days together etc.
5. MSD has usually said that they take 7 to 10 days for reffill delivery but this time it has been too long and after delivery of the reffill cylinder they do not register any booking for reffill for a month starting from the date of reffill cylinder delivery. So it becomes very difficult for me to manage with the number of days gap between delivery of two reffill cylinders because of delay on the part of MSD Enterprises.
Kindly forward this to the concerned department and solve my query at an earliest.

Bharat Gas — Rashmi Gas Agency- horrible service
My connection is registered with Rashmi Gas Agency(covering kadugodi area in Bangalore) and so far my experience with them has been nothing but awful.To begin with, they never pick up their phones, half the times the phone lines are switched off. I have to keep trying their numbers for hours to get through to them. And when they finally pick up the phone, their staff is often rude even if the call is for a simple thing as booking the cyclinder. They take 10 days after booking to get the bill ready, and when I call them they often lie about the bill and say its ready and given me the area distributor's number to followup with regarding the delivery of the cyclinder. 2 days after waiting for the cyclinder, when it is not delivered, I call the area distributor, Then I am told by him that the bill has not come to him, later when i call the agency again (which is after trying their phone lines for 2 - 3 hrs), they tell me that the bill was not ready earlier.
Another restriction they have placed is that there needs to be a gap of 21 days between two bookings. And on top of that they take another 15 days to deliver the cyclinder, and we always land up without gas for 2-3 days as we are a family of four and the cyclinder doesn't last more than 30 days. If this is not addressed then I will be forced to take my complaint further.
