This is regarding the excess money charged at the BPCL Petrol Pump opposite RTO office Pune (M/S Premchand Laxmichand & Son`S-Opp RTO, 40-41, Dr. Ambedkar Rd, Pune 411001 )

When I asked the Petrol pump attendant to top-up the tank, we started filling the petrol and stopped at Rs 210. He then asked me to move my vehicle forward and started filling. He had not set the meter to zero and filled the meter showed Rs 950.
He however charged my credit card for an amount of Rs 1160 telling that he had reset the pump. I tried arguing with him, but to no avail.

I checked the fuel milage at home, which indicated that I was overcharged.

    Recently, I had moved in to Ahmedabad with family. I had gone to Bharat Gas Agency(New Era) at Ranip and submitted Transfer Voucher for subscription on 21st August 2010(Saturday). To my surprise, I was told that the cylinders will be delievered on 24th August(Tuesday). Eventually, I got teh delievry only on Friday(27th Aug). Even then, I am not issue the subscription voucher by the agency. I am wondering why such a delay for getting a cooking gas? I had the experience of moving into Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabd and at all these places, I was issued Subscription Vouchers on teh same day with the cylinders delivered at my home.

      Dear Sir,

      Our consumer id is 33482 and it has been enrolled with Rashmi Gas Agency. This time we have booked (No: 6883) over phone for refill cylinder on 15th July 2010 but we couldn't receive refilled one till today ie 27th Aug2010. This is not one day or one month as we are facing this kind of irregular and irresponsible service every time. Once the delivery boy rashly replied as there are 1000 complaints from customer if I complain again I could be 1001 but there wouldn't any improvement or realization. The manager is just says for the moment as he delivers but the result will be similar. Kindly look into the issue and take action accordingly as completely dissatisfied as a customer.

      I approached KFCSC but they have give contact numbers of Bharat Petroleum Corp. When I am trying to contact those numbers I am getting response as they are not in use. I've also complained on the portal (www.ebharatgas.com). Where does a customer need to complain….?

      Bharat Gas — Rashmi Gas Agency- horrible service

      My connection is registered with Rashmi Gas Agency(covering kadugodi area in Bangalore) and so far my experience with them has been nothing but awful.
      To begin with, they never pick up their phones, half the times the phone lines are switched off. I have to keep trying their numbers for hours to get through to them. And when they finally pick up the phone, their staff is often rude even if the call is for a simple thing as booking the cyclinder. They take 10 days after booking to get the bill ready, and when I call them they often lie about the bill and say its ready and given me the area distributor's number to followup with regarding the delivery of the cyclinder. 2 days after waiting for the cyclinder, when it is not delivered, I call the area distributor, Then I am told by him that the bill has not come to him, later when i call the agency again (which is after trying their phone lines for 2 - 3 hrs), they tell me that the bill was not ready earlier.
      Another restriction they have placed is that there needs to be a gap of 21 days between two bookings. And on top of that they take another 15 days to deliver the cyclinder, and we always land up without gas for 2-3 days as we are a family of four and the cyclinder doesn't last more than 30 days. If this is not addressed then I will be forced to take my complaint further.

      Hi,

      I am staying in Seegehalli, near KR puram market. The delivery man of this area is very rude, arrogant. If you don't pay the delivery charges (which is no need to pay) then he start threatening. Last month he himself cancel our booked gas. I think people should stop paying the delivery charges. This is 4th time when we booked the gas through Rashmi gas agency.

      1.Very first time he took the filled cylinder back as i gave him Rs 10 coin as unavailability of cash. He throw the cash in front of me. and start shouting on me.
      2. Second time he himself cancel our booked gas.

      Today as well he throw the receipt on me and start shouting on me.What kind of people are they recruiting who don't have the sense to talk?

      Don't know why people are giving the delivery charges in Bangalore. Are we supporting in corruption?

      I have seen many registered complaint against them but no one is taking the action. Is this site for real or just increase the count of complaints?

        Cheating Padekar Gas Service-Nashik

        Padekar Gas Agency -Gandhi Nagar ,Nashik -422006(Bharat Gas). Forcing to buy anything while taking cylinder during Transfer Voucher process else the connection and pass book is not availed to me.

        As forced by Ms.Patil, manager of Padekar Gas Service Nashik I have paid Rs.455 against cash memo -588 Dated 19-07-10. But even after forcefully taking money by Padekar gas Service Nashik Agency of Bharta Gas they threaten to disconnect...

        Hi,
        My name is Nagaveni,

        Every time if i book the Gas they commit the one date, on which day they will be able to supply the Gas (approximately they say 12-15 days lead time).
        even then they will not suppy the gas. ( they will tells many tales like: will suppy it tommorw/ i think its 12th day so u have to wait till 3 more days/ person was not available at home when the gas delivered to you are place/ door locked/ road repair/ again finally stock not avaible / Tele lines will always be enganged/ usally they sell the Gas block/ commercial Gas can provided immidiately/
        phone response so poor/ as well as bad also

        all these above mentioned reasons are normally they use .

        Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

          no gas for the last 2weeks
          I had booked a cylinder refill on 14August 2010, (9935) with SAI SHUBHAM GAS SERVICE at Thane Ghodbunder. The staff gave me a booking reference number 105. They informed me that I will get it in 6-7 days. I followed up with them again on 23rd August on Tel [protected] they told me it will get whithin 3-4 days
          Then again I contacted on 25th Aug for supply again I received same reply. Since then till today,i.e 26th August, I'm yet to receive my cylinder. Staff of agency not receiving phone call and giving rough answer.
          Now I'm without gas for nearly the past 2 weeks. WHAT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS

            I am a consumer of Bharat Gas Agency Distributor, vishvanath gas agency Saraimeer Azamgarh U.P India(276305). The supplies and the service of this distributor is horrible. I booked gas for home delivery on 20 july 2010 but till today 25.august 2010 not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says company policy to book cylinder after one month usage and delivery to be commenced after ten days thereafter. They didn’t supply the gas till date.
            I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with Bharat Gas.

            Kindly take the necessary action against the agenc

              The staffs of Munusamy Agency, Bharat Gas agency in 100 ft road, velachery are too hostile to bear with. They just illtreat customers as though we r their servants and we have no rights to put further questions other than giving our customer number. They howl at us or cut the line in the mid of a conversation if we tend to ask any further details. I dont understand how people just put up with such irresponsible insensitive staffs and how bharat gas company per se does not look into such issues as it brings a bad reputation to the parent company , leave alone the dealer. its high time authorities take action.

              Yes. Its absolutely true. Such a bad response from the employees, selling most of the cylinders in black market to hotels and tea shop, leaving the consumers with empty cylinders. Simply saying, "the lorry load has not came yet and it will take around 15-20 days to delivery to consumers"

              This is totally ridiculous, looks like living in a village and its truly a bad reputation to the parent company of Bharat Gas. The officials has to taken action immediately not only to the Velachery Agency (Munusamy Gas Agency), but all gas agencies in Chennai.
              You are absolutely right. The staff at Munusamy Gas Agency, Velachery are so harsh and rude. Getting connected to their line is a tough job and after so many attempt when we get connected they shall yell and give us a irresposible reply and disconnect without waiting for us.

              They have gone to the extend asking us to come and pick the gas cylinder instead of them deliverying it. If this sort of treatment and service continues we need to change to other Gas manufactures. Bharat Gas must be very much aware of this agent but yet to take any action.

              All these are practised just to black market the cylinders.
              Yes I agree to this. They are not responding good and no proper delivery.

                I have given online complaint no.95855 to the customer care centre of Bharat Petroleum, a copy of which is given below:

                Further to my earlier complaint (given below)
                1. please note that the concerned distributors address and phone numbers appearing on your web site is also the old one and not updated.
                2. I had booked my clinder reffill on 28th July, till date the reffill has not come and I am not able to contact them on their phone numbers also as they come continuously engaged.

                EARLIER COMPLAINT:
                I am a consumer of BPCL Gas cylinder wide consumer no.26306 in the name of Minal M Dani with your supplier namely MSD Enterprises, Bangalore. I wish to place on record the following :

                1. Few weeks back MSD Enterprises changed its office to a new premises and changes the phone numbers without any intimation to me whatsoever. Hence I was unable to contact them over the phone.

                2. On automatic booking system of Bharat Gas on 12664 also the old phone numbers were not recognised.

                3. After great difficulty I could locate their new address and booked a reffill of gas cylinder vide booking number 3538 on 28th July. So far I have not received the gas cylinder reffill.

                4. In the past also I have had unpleasent experience dealing with MSD Enterprises with regard to late supply of gas cylinder reffill, non cooperation with regard to regulator change, extra money being asked at the time of the gas cylinder reffill, not getting through their phone numbers for days together etc.

                5. MSD has usually said that they take 7 to 10 days for reffill delivery but this time it has been too long and after delivery of the reffill cylinder they do not register any booking for reffill for a month starting from the date of reffill cylinder delivery. So it becomes very difficult for me to manage with the number of days gap between delivery of two reffill cylinders because of delay on the part of MSD Enterprises.

                Kindly forward this to the concerned department and solve my query at an earliest.

                  My father in law Mr. RAMASWAMY wanted to get his existing gas connection transferred from Kerala to Tirupur as he is being transferred here. He approached BHARAT GAS-DESIKAN AGENCY located at Anuparpalayam, Tirupur as it is close to his new rented house. Booking executive-Mr. Satheesh verified all the documents on[protected] and said that he needs one more confirmation letter from the previous agency inorder to process this request. He also informed my father in law that it will take 2 days from the enrollment date to deliver filled GAS cylinder as per the current practice. As requested, my father in law brought all the required documents today[protected] and met Mr. Satheesh. Now Mr. Satheesh is saying that he is unable to enroll my father in law today as he does not have one way cylinder as per the policy. He behaved in a rude manner while replying to our query. He suggested us to contact the complaints officer Mr. KIRAN @ [protected]. When contacted he said that he cannot take this complaint as this is not written anywhere. I contacted customer relation centre @[protected] as available in www.ebharatgas.com but no response. Such ir-responsibilities should be handled very seriously. I need a revert on this immediately.

                    This has ref to the above captioned complaint no given by one of your Customer Care executive named Mr Able.
                    I have been calling up frequently to your no[protected] & speaking to several executives from 23/4/2010 but i am surprised that nothing has been done till date.
                    I had a old Petro card (No [protected])which was lost & i got a new replaced card (No [protected]).The old points that were in the old card is yet to be transferred to the new card.For this i must have called more than 4 times(Few dates i remember like 23/4/10;18/5/10)& after explaining the entire episode i am told that the old balance will be transferred to my new card within the next 7 days but it never happpens.

                    Kindly let me know when this will be done.Instead,if In-Out vouchers can be send it can be send to my mailing address with an intimation.
                    Pls confirm.

                    BPCL — balance in petro card

                    I recieved petro card on 01.02.2011.I had appied for this on 19.11.2010.At that time a scheme was declared to get Rs100 balance in this card but i could not get this balance.kindly solve this problem

                      I raju kumar Sharma, having connection of Bharat Gas Agency from 09.09.06. At that time he gave only one connection and told me that you will gave another cylinder after six or one year . But after several reminder he not provide me another cylinder till date. Kindly help us.

                      I know I am not first to log the complain today. Already thousands of people have logged this query. I hope Prime minister of India and Petroleum minitry is looking into this category of issues. None of the consumer will say that he get the gas cylinder supplied to his home timely. First as the gas company phones do not ring, 24*7 number is provided. This is very good facility. The call center person log the request and assign me the request number. After this we have to follow up with the cylinder tenderer everyday. his reaction always is "aapki parchi to abhi kati nahin", though it will be 15 days passed. You have to request him like you are begging for it, though we pay it in full. It gives us the ashamed filling that we are taking from him in black, as our number is not arrived yet. Here after he gives us the cylinder which is non-indane and claims that this is indane company only. The gas within cylinder is not full. Sometimes it runs only for 15 days, eventhough 1 cylinder for a normal family of "hum do hamare do", it should run for 2 and half months. FULL LOOTMAR GUNDARAJ around. No listener to such complaints. now-a-days, new business is started of selling lpg gas for 70 Rs per Kg. Who is looking into this?

                        Dear Sir/madam
                        I Mahesh Kumar customer no ME 56521 SV no[protected] my (Bharat Gas) distributor name CC611867 Mahalakshmi Enterprises #2153 2nd cross 17th main opp KPTCL office HAL 2nd stage, bangalore 560038.
                        I am applying for 2nd cylinder. but Mr. sudhakar (manager) ph no 22975459 is demanding for more money or buy compulsory gas stove or pressure cooker that will be extra burden for me. He is telling that its from bharat gas compulsory items that you have to buy and( providing the bill of M/s. Chetan Enterprises), otherwise I will not give the other cylinder.
                        I have video also that I can show you.
                        Please help me out in this matter. as soon as possible.

                          I had booked a cylinder refill on 09August 2010, with (138924 )SAI SHUBHAM GAS SERVICE at Thane Ghodbunder. The staff never gave me a booking reference number. The informed me that I will get it in 2-3 days. I followed up with them again on around 12th August, when they informed me that they do not have my booking.
                          They again took a fresh booking and gave me a reference no - 1535. Since then till today, the 17th August, I'm yet to receive my cylinder. This is frustrating considering that, they don't allow me to take a 2nd connection till 1 year.
                          Now I'm without gas for nearly the past 2 weeks. WHAT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS

                          I Lalkrishna Sahani consumer no.15861 had booked a cylinder for refilling on 6th january 2011.with SAI SHUBHAM GAS SERVICE, G.B, ROAD THANE (W). the staff has given me booking ref. no and told me that i will get it in 6-7 days. i followed up whith them again on 17th january by going there. they told me that you will get it today or tomorrow & delivery person will give you a call. but till i am waiting.

                          i am calling everyday more than 20 times within working hours. but rarely phone is received by them but not getting any reply from them. however till I am waiting for cylinder. just tell me WHAT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER.
                          i too take a service from same agency they instead give in black to earn more money .wherin i was taking from other agency in brahmand they was supplying on time .sai shubham agency is worst people til date they never delivered before 12 days from the date of booking as i have single silinder .i wondering whom should contact so we get releive
                          I have consumer no.15903 had booked a cylinder for refilling on 23rd July 2011 with SAI SHUBHAM GAS SERVICE, THANE (W). The staff has given me booking ref. no and told me that i will get it in 2-3 days but till the 30th July it was not delivered to me. I tried to follow up them on 30th July by phone but all phones were busy every time and I spend around 1 hr continuosly contacting them and finally reqeusted them to deliver it on same day and give me a call when delivery person will come. They told me that you will get it by end of the day but did not confirmed any time. On that day it was not delivered to me and still I am chasing to get delivery of new cylinder, please help me if any one can.
                          the same thing i am suffering i have written send a fax to the higher authorities because they are indulge in black marketing they are cheating poor customers

                          This is to inform you with regards to the pathetic service given by your dealer since one year the dealer which you have appointed for customer needs is cheating and indulge in black marketing M/s sai *** gas services located at 10, sai baba vihar complex anand nagar ghodbunder road thane whose official number are 25973646 which unfortunately do not respond I think they are not interested in doing genuine business and are doing malpractice by selling cylinders with black-marketers which i have witness personally my consumer number is #6926 in the name of my wife Andrea Serpes the worst part is that they do not pick up the phone calls are not interested in carrying good business and are top to bottom submerged in unethical trade practice if this is not stopped i will not hesitate to knock the legal doors
                          You should at one cancel the dealership and give it to professional person who are needy
                          After repeated calling till date I haven’t received a cylinder refill.

                          Sai shubam services should be black listed by the Bharat gas agency
                          my name is rajesh varma i stay at ghodbunder road thane i had booked cylinder on 14 august 2011 my consumer no 11818 bharat gas dealer name sai saishubham gas they are not giving cylinder on time and doing black marketing of cylinder.till today i have not got cylinder. so how to cook food?

                            complaint about gas leakage,
                            on 15/08/10 at 08;30 pm i remove gas regulator and reengage it on gas .after it is fount that gas is coming with pressure ,i quickly turn of the regulator and remove it from cylinder.but still gas is leaking from cylinder nozzel.to stop it i quicly remount regulator and place it at nutral position.this has created panic situation at our home and building.

                            at this panic situation i tried to call on bharat gas emergency no. at 23053488;[protected];[protected];23088555;24133203.
                            but no one responded.either they are out of station or busy.after trying for twenty minits i give up and then tryied to fire bridgade bu they also busy.
                            by looking at this situation i dont belive in fire bridgade and bharat gas, these are reputed and most important organosation. and if they cannot provide security to people living in center of city how could they msnage security for the people living outskirt of city?

                              i have booked a gas cylinder with HLRDC Bharat Gas, barwala Road, Hissar on dt. 22th july having booking no.4022. Neither they are supplying the Gas nor responding to our phone calls. my consumer no. is c-15098. the supplier is habitual of ignoring phone calls and delays gas supply more often than not.

                              bharat petroleum/ gas delivery — delay in providing additioanal clynder

                              dear sir.,
                              i have an gas connection in bharath gas through BALAJI GAS AGENCY, madurai.my gas no is 51221.i got new connection at 2003, at the time of getting new connection i approach for additional connection in the agency. but they reply me to contact after 2 months.but still this date[protected] they are didnt provide me the additional connection.i approach them many times in person and over phone to the manager of the agency also, but they didnt respond at all.at my last approach i ask them to show the register for those registed for additional clynder, they replied that they are didnt maintain such register so far.and they demanded me to purchase the household things of RS 5000/- to provide the additional clynder.IF ther is ant rule like this to get additional clynder.and i want to know how can i get additional clynder.

                              i have booked a gas cylinder with Rajesh Gas Service,near jahaj pul, Hissar on dt. 2nd Aug having booking no.94. Neither they are supplying the Gas nor responding to our phone calls. my consumer no. is 102466. the supplier is habitual of ignoring phone calls and delays gas supply more often than not.

                              i booked on 13/09/2010 and till today NO DELIVERY.. I CALLED THEM THREE TIMES ALREADY

                              smart gas — delays in delivery

                              Dear All,
                              Please note that my consumer no. is 629916 and my Gas agency is Smart GAS. The problem we are suffering that we never get the deliveries on time usually after 20 to 25days and as you know that in a family cylinder finishes of by 23days for us it's really becoming difficult to cope with them. Whenever we call them the reply we get that there is shortage and you will get the cylinder by week time, and if we say that we will complain for this issue they say do whatever you want. Surprisingly if anybody wants on urgent basis they black the cylinder.
                              Please look into the matter deeply as this agency black the cylinder on day basis. I had made the similar complaint before also and in revert I was getting the cylinder on time but again the same thing has started.

                              Its my kind request who so ever looking into this must be a honest person who can solve our problems.

                                  The delivery of LPG cylinder is not very satisfactory. For booking they dont even pick up the phones , and someone has to go there for booking. And even after booking is done the cylinder does not reaches in time till we go to the center 3-4 times.They supply most of the cylinders to the nearby restaunrants and hotels and supply cylinders with less gas. And sometimes they even fill water to increase the weight of the half filled cylinders.
