Sir,

I, Dr. Amanat Rasool consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No.10743 of Raj Gas Service, Shyam Ganj Bareilly (Ph: [protected]),
for booking gas cylinder I continiously try to distributer but they are not attend call & respons continuosely we are chassing up with the distributor directely for delivering the gas.
Please to the needfull the above matter, i will greatfull to you.

My father is 80 years old consumer of Demo Enterprises 64 DDA Flat Jhilmil Colony -95. Last time when he booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder the slip date was shown 20.07.09 and the deliver was given to him on 24.07.09. This practice was happening for the last so many years. Again when he went to refill LPG cylinder on 31.10.09 they strainforward refused to refill LPG cylinder. The schedule of delivery minimum 2 months or more. The staff of the Demo Enterprises are extremely rude (use abusive language) and show careless attitude. Worst customer service my father has ever faced in his life time.
Appreciate and oblige if you please check my records and take necessary action please. The particulars of the gas connection are as follows:

    I have done booking on Bharat Sarkas Gas Agency(Barwala Road,Hisar) for a gas cylinder . I have booked on 3 june 2010. They gave a time period of a week. My booking no is 8862 and booked date is 3/06/2010.Till 24th june 2010 I have not recieved Gas Cylinder.My consumer no is 4294.The Address Of Agency is Bharat Sarkar Gas Agency (Barwala Road near Police line hisar). The agency Contact No is [protected]. I am trying there phone they are not responding till last ten days.Please Take action as soon as possible.I will be thankful to you.

    Respected sir/madam { 2nd reminder}
    I have booked my cylinder on 20/07/2010. After one week I have called to agency then he send cylinder on 30july2010. Delivery man call to my wife to receive the cylinder
    Delivery van was at least 150 meter far from my home gate, delivery man and his assistant said that you should might be come up to van for cylinder, I am unable to put cylinder from van to home gate.
    Sir/madam you think how single pregnant lady can lift such weighted cylinder, after few minutes they go back without deliver cylinder. However miny trucks easily pass in front of my home road.
    So please tell me what I can do in such condition.

    I have booked my cylinder on 06/08/2010. After one week I have called to agency then she told me you will get cylinder on 16 Aug 2010. But neither I get delivery on 16th, 17th, and 18th also. Now they are telling
    we had delivered the gas after some time they telling you complaint in complain book.

    Sir, first the agency taking booking after 21 days of 1 st refilling and when we booking gas they are
    sending after 15 to 20 days was it justify?.

    I have done booking on M/s Adarsh Gas Service, Basti (UP) this firm is attached with M/s Ratnakar Gas Agency, Basti for gas cylinder. M/s Adarsh Gas Service suspended in Basti. I have booked on 21 Aug 10. They gave a time period of within a week. But I have not received today Gas Cylinder. My consumer no is 4740. Please Take action as soon as possible.

    we are more disappointed with your company, in all company's we get the cylinder's within 25 days after booking...but in your company its too delayed and getting the cylinder only after 45 days of the booking, please deliver the cylinder immediately

      We are living in Navi Mumbai. We had registered a request with Bharat Gas, in sector-29, Vashi for a gas cylinder more than 2 months back, but have still not received a cylinder. We try to contact them everyday but to no avail. Their phone lines are either busy or unavailable. We had even gone to their office in Vashi, but their representatives simply seemed uninterested in listenning to our complaints. There were many more people like us who had not received cylinders and they were also neglected just like us.

      We are out of cooking gas and need to purchase everything, including tea from local restaurants.

      We have also noticed certain malpractices followed by the delivery boys. They deliver cylinders to unauthorized people for certain extra cost and people like us have to suffer.

      We would request the concerned authorities to take necassary actions as this is something which needs their immediate attention.

      Hi Huzefa,

      I have recently shifted to Airoli. I too had approached the Bharat Gas for a new connection in Airoli. I totally agree with you that the staff handling the Bharat Gas at Airoli too are ill mannered and instead of helping people they are harassing them.
      just to narrate a incident the other day i approached this Radha Gas Agency authorised Bharat Gas dealer and i was one of the first person to arrive in their office. I was told to wait as the female was doing some entry in a register. Meanwhile 7 other people entered the office for various requirements like gas connection, booking etc. this female straightaway started entertaining these people and ignored me completely. since i am patient man and was not in a hurry i waited and allowed them to service the people who came after me. i noticed most of the people who needed to transfer the paper were sent back saying they need to produce a Cylinder Deposit slip which Bharat Gas would have given them at the time of initial booking. I wonder how these people will bring that slip if the gas connection is more than 10 to 15 years i am sure that slip would have been lost or unreadable by now. But the staff kept insisting that they need it and in event of not producing the slip their cylinder deposit money would be forfeited. that is approx. 1600 rs cool imagine the amount of money they must be making. so now these people would have no choice but to purchase a new cylinder at this new shifted location.
      luckily i was seating but after waiting for quiet a while i lost my patience and i asked all the 3 office female staff that do i need to Stand up and get my work done - would that make them do my work faster as i have been seating over there for more than 20 minutes. finally they took my case. but a shock was awaiting me. i have a 4 burner gas cooktop - i had visited the bharat gas 10 days before. i insited i dont need their cooktop stove as i already have one so after much persuasion they said they will have a engineer sent in 10 days time to inspect my 4 burner gas and only if okayed they will provide me a gas connection.
      Meanwhile since human beings have to cook and eat everyday i borrowed a gas cylinder from my neighbour. when the bharat gas engr came over on the 9th day (that too after my reminder call) he inspected the gas and reported back to the office that there is already a gas connection in the house. This inspite the fact that i had informed him that the gas cylinder has been temporarily borrowed from the neighbour. on the 10th day the eventful day the gist of which i gave you above i approached the office. the main officer said that i need to now produce a letter from my neighbour with a photocopy of their pass book stating that they had given the cylinder on temporarily basis. he also wanted another letter from me stating that i had borrowed the gas. thirdly the engr had dissapproved my 4 burner gas saying there is no ISI mark on the gas. (the brand name of my 4 burner is the famous PRESTIGE brand - which is rated Superbrand Standard 2001 certified). i explained that i had to borrow the cylinder as we need to cook but the officer was not willing to budge. then i told him forget my cooktop and just give me a new connection with his cooktop he declined that too saying that i need to come on a monday and visit another lady who was absent on saturday. i was pretty mad with all this but holding my anger, and frustration. i straightaway left from bharat gas and headed straight to HP Gas.
      HP Gas too said that they will provide me a connection only if i purchase their cooktop alongwith it. since i had no choice in this blackmailing and cheating. i took the connection from HP. However HP was quick my connection was sanction and 2 cylinders were provided to me in 25 minutes flat.
      I am a working person i really want to take bharat gas and HP gas to task for forcing me to buy a cooktop. HP gas has gone one step up by not giving me a bill for the cooktop they didnt give me a bill inspite of insisting for it. this is cheating. due to paucity of time we people are helpless. do tell me if there is a easier way to seek justice.
      o I need to mention this i seen atleast one of the person who was in the bharat gas office in the morning come to HP Gas for his gas connection. poor guy must have been harassed by Bharat gas.
      I am not saying HP Gas is better than Bharat. In fact i would say both are cheaters and blackmailers except that HP is a less cheater than Bharat Gas

        Bharat Gas — non delivery of cylinder from last 19 days

        I booked the gas on 1st mar., 08 with booking no 52, that time the person told to deliver the gas within 5 days which is not come till now. I am very much unsatisfied with this poor service.

        i booked gas cylinder on 14jun 2008 under the booking number 22284 and not yet received. and also not giving a confirmed reply when they deliver the cylinder.

        I am cousumer of Bharat Gas having consumer no.018996 my domestic gas consumer card no.5795109 at Bilaspur Chattisgarh, M/S Abhinav Gas Servises, Bilaspur Distributer Code No.351877 does not supply refilled gas cylinder even after booking of 25 days before, but the cylinder is readily available in the market in black.

        We had Booked our LPG on 6.02.09 but still we could not recieve it. when I went for complaint two to three times at Agency the staff told me that you have to put priority after 21 days of booking and when I went on 27 Feb 09.         I am a consumer of Bharat Gas Agency Distributor, Ramaniah GAS Agency, Valasarawakkam, Chennai.
        I have booked the gas for home delivery 3 weeks back . Till today (20.11.09) I haven't got the cylinder.

        They have provided 4 no for booking the gas[protected], 24866545,24865399, [protected]).For the past 1 week I was trying to call their agency to inquire about the status . But always the land line no is engaged and the mobile no is switched off or else no one pick up the phone during working hours.

        I am facing this problem for the past one year and all the complaints to them have gone in vain. It is becoming increasingly difficult to book the gas . Even if we book the gas it takes almost 1 month for the delivery of the cylinder and that too after so many calls to the agency.

        Kindly take necessary action against the agency.

        I am consumer of bharat gas Agency Distributor MILIND GAS SERVICE wz-7, milind market vikas puri New Delhi-18.

        1.Phone connectivity is very poor even there is no system of jumping line lot of wait then disconnects the phone.
        2.Response is very poor even not reply in systematic way like your booking number, you will get the gas cylinder on when, very uncertain reply etc.

        Bharat Gas — non delivery of booked cylinder

        sir in azamgarh city there is only one distributer i e k t gas the customers are so much that they are not deliverig the cylinders to the address even they are not booking the cylinders on phone .. customer have to go to the agency and have booking then on next day have to go to godown as soon as possible in the morning and face a long queue the recieve the filled cylinder if our turs comes before the cylinders are over .. sir i want to why they are not booking the cylinders on phone and nor they deliver it to customers address they only delivers to vip and babus not to general public ...and azamagarh city needs two more distributers of lpg so that costomers are distributed and burden is also distributed

          the distributor of the bharat gas in Dalsinghsarai is not good the staff of the distribuors behaviour is not good to the coustmers. the supply of the gas is also not good. so i there fore take necessary action to correct the irregularities in the dalsinghsarai.

          Dear sir,

          I am a consumer of Bharath gas through Sreevidhya Agencies, Pantheerankave, Calicut, Kerala (Consumer no.11664). I booked my cylinder on 23.04.2016 and it is not yet received. I went to the agency and asked the about my cylinder. They shouted at me using bad words. I came to know from others that the Agency is giving cylinder to those people who are giving more money. This is not the first time I am facing such experience from the same Agency. I complaint several times and there is no permanent solution is happening. I request you to make arrangement to get my cylinder as soon as possible.

            After booking it takes twenty days to delivery cylinders,
            We have do lot of complaints but there is no propper response from the concern.
            We receive gas cylinders after every 75 to 80 Days.
            pls the if the authority takes nessecery the whole district will benefit.

              I am a resident of Kamothe Sector 22 (Khandeshwar Station, Navi Mumbai). I have one question to you. Can a household Gas Cylinder can be used for commercial purpose. If no, then I have would like to launch a complaint against the same. The household gas cylinders is been used for commercial purpose at one small hotel located at Haware's Green Park, Sector 22, Plot no 15, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai 410209. From my point of view, it is been supplied to him by one of the resident in the building at a higher price.
              I believe it is dangerous and also illegal to use the household gas cylinder for commercial purpose. In this case, you are kindly requested to look into this matter on priority basis and take legal action against the said hotel.
              Overall, it is a illegal hotel. And, also he has employed child labour too.
              Your expedite action is highly appreciated. And, also you are kindly requested not to disclose my name to anybody as it would be dangerous for me, as I am staying alone in the nearby area of the said building.

                Hi I am Bharat Gas Consumer in Nerul Navi Mumbai. There is no Proper Distributor Center in Nerul. There is a center in Juinagar. Whenever there is a request put for LPG Cylinder (consumer no 27042). It is never delivered in time. Minimum time of delivery always go beyond 20 daysMonth. Whenever we enquire regarding the delivery after 8 days from the request, then it communicated back to be delivered within 2-3 days. Need your intervention to get this resolved immediately.

                  The BPCL complaint web administrator doesn,t reply...it says i'm in habit of making complaits.......15 days are off and still no gas cylinder and that too not for the first time....i suspect the some of the company's employees are in collusion with the local Bharat Gas dealer (Who is extremely corrupt) at HARDOI(U.P.) they would be having some share in the earning that comes from the Black Market availability of Gas Cylinder, where the Gas Cylinder is easily available for Rs. 600-700 instead of Rs. 314.

                        It is very disappointinge that after submitting the full documents for a new gas connection if the individual is not willing to take the accessories llike gas stove, burner, hose Etc. from the agency by paying 2.5times to the actual the price of the accessoriesich is available in the local marcket, which is having very poor quality too. If the individual is not purchasing it the agency is not willing to sanction the gas connection by saying many unnecessary excuses and delaying it purposefully, what can i do for this.

                        This is happenign continously in the MP Gas agency in Peyadu, vilappil panchayat, trivandrum dis, the agency is delibarately looting the customers. please control them or advise to stop this looting.

                          Bharat Gas — No response

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have gas leakage problem in my gas connection. In regard to this I contacted and contacting Bharat Gas ( Ramaiya Agencies) in Alwar thirunagar Chennai for the past 1 month . They say that the mechanic will come by that evening but no one attended for the past one month.

                          Really myself and my family members are very panic by thier action. If soemthing happens to my family members then Bharat Gas is full responsible for my entire family. Please take necessary advice them to avoid such cases.

                            Sir, My uncle wants to have second cylinder connection for himself as the waiting period for getting the same refilled is long. He approached a dealer of Bharat Gas in cherthala, kerala. He got the connection but he was forced to buy a gas stove along with it or else they will not be giving the connection.With all his hard effort he convinced them that he is having gas stove and doesn't wants a new one.Then they forced him to buy 20 Kgs of Pavizham Rice which also he was not required it cost him Rs.540 and in addition to it he paid Rs.30 for which he have not received any receipt. Sir the point in making this compliant is that my uncle is a RD agent and he have work hard for making this money .He is leaving a very calculative life. Now due to this expense he have make a lot of cutting from his daily leaving cost.

                            This is happening with each and every single customer approaching this agency(Prasanth Gas Agency ) for a new connection.

                              Bharat Gas — Misleading Information on Website

                              On what basis is Bharat gas claiming on its website that delivery within 24 hrs. Has it done any study if so where is it published, what was the sample size, what was the methodology?
                              I guess it is just an irresponsible marketing gimmick which strictly speaking is illegal and fraudulent. This is not to be expected from a reputed public sector undertaking company. The Petrochemical ministry must restrain it.
                              I have been using Bharat gas for last 4.5 years through Satish & company, Hauz Khas, New Delhi and during this period must have ordered 60 cylinders but the delivery has never been in 24 hrs. Rather lately it is always more than a week. And this time it has broken all records even after 13 days ( Consumar No. 27912 booking reference 4761 dated 16.1.08) it is yet to be delivered. Bharat gas should investigate the delivery system in this agency if this is one off case. Otherwise the whole issue needs to be relooked.

                              Here I'm talking about Padmavathy bharat gas agency.
                              They were claimed me to buy some gas-stoe, cooker/ ironbox and all from.. they told it's mandatory to get connection.
                              Their response in phone or even i[censored] met them they will behave in avery rude manner.

                              it would be appeciated if any of Bharat gas agency higher afficials will take some necessary action.
                              There is no proper Customer Care details published on website. No mobile Numbers of contact person, email addresses and whom to contact details in case of complaints.

                              Distributors at City like Pune also reject or not recognise the online refill booking done on these site.

                              There is no HELPLINE information, Talk to us is actually Mail to them there is no communication details. If you feel the form in Talk to us there is no guarantee of reply as well as action.

                              All these GAS companies and theur delivery channel regularly supply to small to big HOTEL, CANTEEN, RESTAURANTS. No nned of proof check any 1000 HOTEL, CANTEEN, RESTAURANTS in PUNE you get 900+ HOTEL, CANTEEN, RESTAURANTS using Domestic LPG.

                              The Bharat gas is boosting that they will deliver the gas cylinder after 24 hrs and home delivered but unfortunately this a false statement for Pimple Nilakh Pune located consumers of Ratan Bharat Gas Agency, Rahatni, Pune.

                              All locates of Pimple Nilakh were transfer from Sandesh Bharat Gas Agency to Ratan Bharat Gas Agency, Rahatni, Pune. With both agency we where and we are facing the below problems with Ratan Bharat Gas Agency, Rahatni, Pune.
                              1. This distributor does not manage the customers booking due to huge volume of customer. There are many people (thousands plus people) who are unhappy customer from this area.
                              2. Staffs that take the order or call from the customer or the delivery boy have a great attitude, unpleased speech and arrogant language used by the staffs with the customer. Most of the times calls are not attended by the staffs at agency. Even the Manager and shift In-charge used arrogant statements.
                              3. We are facing problems with the distribution or irregular delivery of cylinder from Ratan Bharat Gas Agency. If the gas cylinder is booked in the first week of the month the delivery of the cylinder is at the end of the month. i.e. exactly 30days of delivery. This is not all the next refill of cylinder is taken after 20 days i.e. 50 days. In this area maximum senior citizen are residences and they cannot take the cylinder to agency and get the refilled cylinder.
                              4. Delivery boy says to Senior citizen of this area are told that you bring the cylinder at Rakshak Society chowk to get the cylinders delivery. Boy is so arrogant he says “I am not going to delivery the cylinder at you door step”. You guys think how a senior citizen will carry a cylinder 3 kms away from this place and major problem to take the cylinder to 2 or 3 floor alone which he is unable to do.
                              5. Most of the times answer are “ it will be delivery after 3-4 days” or “ right now we are delivering so and so date” or “it has been delivered at you home” which false.
                              6. No receipt is given to the customer and the delivery boys ask to delivery charges i.e. 50 to 100 Rs extra.
                              7. Delivery boys ask that if they need any more cylinders than they need to pay Rs. 700 to 800 as black market.

                              This a humble request to the Bharat gas officers to wants illegal gratification from us that’s why we have sell the cylinders in the black market and to the commercial consumers please advise the dealer to stop the illegal use of subsidized gas. If the officer wants illegal gratification we are ready to pay 50 to 100 Rs. more to grease the palms of your officers.

                                4.one mahraj is there employee of agency he is very big badmash he is dealing all kalabajari of gas cylinder .no manner to talk ,in every word galee.
                                5.i[censored] book the cylinder u wait for atlest 2-3 month after such time they will see becase in this agency there is advance Blackmarketing for cylinders very good management for this.i think IIM should learn from them.

                                so i am requested to Bhart gas Management please dismiss this agency and open at least two agency in place of this and put some good educated person so that deal better not put person like mahraj .mahraj ko hatao wahan se

                                  Dear Sir, I am a coustmer of Krishana Gas Agency a Distributor of Bharat gas. I am paying full money for Home delivery but owner of agency is dening to deliver gas at home. When I goto his shop he misbehaved. During entering in cylinder booklet ( Coustmer book) he generally enters wrong no. and on next delivery he charges 100 Rs for this entry. Sir, Please take suitable action against him.

                                  Sir, I am using Bharat Gas, this is only gas agency in our town,they are not delivering gas cylinder whithin time, they are mainly involve in black marketting.
                                  this black marketted gas used in automobiles.
                                  Sir this is the time of EID festival and they are using much abusive language.

                                    My name is Himanshu Motani and i wanted new gas connection. I went to West End Gas Agency, Kandivili (West) yesterday for the same. However i was shocked to hear that if i want a new gas connection i will have to buy a gas stove from him or 30 kgs or rice approx Rs. 1500/-. I also asked whether there is any circular from Bharat Gas regarding the same and he said no and this was only his demand. I feel this is illegal, cheating and indirect way of asking bribary. He cannot refuse to issue us new gas connection which is of government and not his. He further mentioned that if i do not want to fulfill his demand then i will have to register with him and the process of issuing new gas connection will take approx 1 month i.e. a person will come after 15-20 days for some verification and then the process of issuing will take another 15-20 days. To avoid his illegal acts we decided to follow the process of registering as he mentioned. He however wrote our name and address on piece of paper without giving us any acknowledgement. We are not sure whether we will get gas connection or not. Request some ones immediate help on the same.

I have transferred my conection from Dammo Enterprises,64-A, LIG flat, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi. to West Sagarpur, Delhi. For West Sagarpur consumer, Engineers Enterprises, WZ-80,Pankha road, Nangalroi, Delhi, Ph[protected],28522225 is responsible. But he says that There is housefull connection, so try to another Gas agency.
