Dear Sir,

I am Somnath Tambe, Bharat Gas Consumer No 15996.

I have booked my cylinder for refilling purpose on 08.05.2010 through
Bharat Gas SMS BOOKING SERIVCE.

My booking reference No. is 1179803.

Three days after booking, When I called to Mr. Ganesh
(Owner of M/s. B. K. ENTERPRISES, Kharadi, Pune - 411014,
On his Mobile (No.[protected]), he answered in very casual approach to
Wait for 2-3 days.

Till today I have not received cylinder.

Every month I have facing such types of problems.

Respected Sir,
I want to draw your kind attention towards the irregular practice followed by Modern Gas Service, Alwar(Rajasthan) a dealer of Bharat Petrolium(Gas).
I am a consumer of Modern Gas Service, Alwar(Rajasthan) a dealer of Bharat Petrolium(Gas) my consumer No.is 5182. Whenever I Book my cylinder for refill on phone the person present that side does not pickup the phone. Any how, I book the cylinder for refill they do not deliver the cylinder in time which they give. I remind them again and again but they do not pay any heed to my request.
Recently I got my cylinder book on 14.7.2008 they replied that they will deliver the same within 5-7 days but when I did not get the cylinder till 30.7.2008 then approx. at 4:00 Pm on the day I phoned to the Gas Service. I went on trying up to half an hour then they picked up the phone and answered that we will deliver the cylinder tomorrow i.e.31.7.2008 but as usual, they did not deliver the cylinder till today. It is today i.e.4.8.2008 I tried to remind them once again on phone from3:45Pm to 5:00 PM constantly, the phone went on ringing and ringing and some time was showing busy mode it seems like they keep the phone off the hook. Even I tried their Mobil of the dealer itself but the result was same.
Previously, I booked my cylinder on 13.5.2008 at 12:10 PM after following a long hectic process of countinous trying phone. When I requested the person on phone to tell my booking number he cut the phone, then repeatedly trying to phone at last I got success at 12:38 PM then they gave me my booking no.133. They assured me that they will deliver the cylinder within 5 days. When I did not get my cylinder till 22.5.08, I reminded them on same day i.e.22.5.2008. At that time they also replied that your cylinder will be delivered on next day i.e.23.5.2008 but this time also they did the same thing, the cylinder was ultimately delievered on 24.5.08.
This type of activities of negligence and irregularities are being followed by this Gas Service repeatedly. Sir, I request you to please instruct the Gas Service to regularise and prompt there services so that the consumer may not have to face harrasment.

I am a consumer of Dammo Gas Service, Delhi a dealer of Bharat Petrolium(Gas) my consumer No.is 3264. Whenever I Book my cylinder for refill on phone the person present that side does not pickup the phone. Any how, I book the cylinder for refill they do not deliver the cylinder in time which they give. I remind them again and again but they do not pay any heed to my request

I am a comsumer of Bharat Gas vide consumer no.18996 at Bilaspur, Chattisgarh M/S Abhinav Gas Servises, Bilaspur Distributor's Code No.351877 are no delivering the refill cylinder which has been booked 25 days before and even after several reminder on telephone.
I am a customer [ CONSUMER NO:15187]of your gas supply agency{CODE NO:621723: SREE LAKSHMI GAS AGENCY, S.K. BUILDING, UDAYAGIRI, CHEMPAZHATHY, TRIVANDRUM.We had booked for a refill cylinder on 8th April 2009.since it was not delivered, again we reminded the distributor on 20th and got the reply that it would be delivered on 22nd April'09. till date the same is not received. from 22nd onwards when we tried to contact the distributor several times continuously from 10 am to 5pm in all the four telephone numbers[protected], 2594994, 2596996 mob:[protected]) they were either engaged or not responding. please note that last delivery of refill cylinder was on 12th march'09. It is very regretting to note the irresponsible behaviour of a distributor of such a reputed company towards a customer. it is a regular practice that the refill cylinder is delivered only after repeated reminders from our part. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL ARRANGEMENT AT THE EARLIEST TO AVIOD FURTHER INCONVENIENCE TO US.
Dear Sir,

I have book refill cylinder on 19/09/2009 from the agency Kamote Navi Mumbai a dealer of Bharat Gas. I was assured delivery after two days but still date i.e 24/09/2009 i have not yet recived the delivery,

As there is so much of froud in selling the refilled cylinder in Black in market.
As such agency has the stock to sell in Black Market kindly look this is an serious issue.

The service at the Sreelakshmi gas agency (Barath Gas) at chempazhanthy, Trivandrum is very very poor. And the behaviour of the office personnel towards the customers is very rude. I have booked for a refill cylinder on 15/09/2009 and till date (30/09/2009), it is not delivered. As you have pointed out, all of their contact tel numbers are either not responding or engaged.

This is horrible.
I am Mrs. Suman Singh, staying at Bhayander (East), i have booked Gas Cylinder (Consumer No.31463)before 1 month, but till date (06/Nov/2009) they have not dispatched same to my resident.
After complaining for same they always give me assurance that they will deliver Gas Cylinder within 2-3 days.
Hence you are requested to do the needful.

I have my LPG Conection with M/s. Shivam Gas Agency,Gurbax Nagar, Amritsar one of the authorised dealer of Bharat Gas..
I had visited the office of said dealer for booking of refilling for cylinder on 10/12/2009 but till date ididn"t got the cylinder. Although delaer of the Indane Gas, moreover Sandeep Gas service dealer of Bharat Gas at Amritsar near by the said agency delivered the refill after 2 or 3 days of the booking but i am surprised what is wrong with the Shivam Gas Agency of Bharat Gas.This problem happened every time. Every time, when i visited their office I found most of the consumers face the same problems. I am totally fed up from their service as neither they delivered the refill Cylinder nor they transfer the connection to any other dealer of Bharat Gas.

I had visited the office of said dealer for booking of refilling for cylinder on 03/12/2009 but till date ididn"t got the cylinder. I had visited personally 15 times in this connection every time they say " kal apka cylinder aapke ghar pahuncha diya jayega." but till now i didn"t got my cylinder.
Further, this incident was not happen only to me every time but also most of the consumers face the same problems but they ( Staff & Owner of the said Agency) didn"t bother. Being a poor man & having private job it is not possible for me to have reilling of cylinder in Black for Rs. 550 or even more for every time.Kindly look in the matter and arrange to provide the delivery well in prescribed time to the consumers.
There will be lot of thanks from all the consumers with "HOPES."

I am a consumer from your lpg gas Ravidra Enterprises Lalru mandi near Derabassi.New conecton for lpg cylinder are totly closed from a long time.and now we are facing many problem in getting our lpg refill. Agecy holder behace very rudely.and also blacke marketing is also going on very huge level.if you have to refill your cylinder then you have to stand up in a long row 5 to 6 hour ago to booking counter opening.I am repersenting many of others card holders of my type which are not getting there refill even from booking 5 dayas ago.So Sir please give your king attention in this matter to resolve our problem

The situation is still the same in 2010. No hopes of getting the cylinder replaced on time. Inspite of volunteering to take the cylinder to the agency when they are ready with a replacement, they are not cooperative. None of my call attempts got through successfully to any of their numbers.
Respeced sir/ madam,
My consumer No. is 31313 and booked refill cylinder on 26/08/2010 from the Exel Gas serice vashi, Navi Mumbai a dealer of Bharat Gas. I was assured delivery after 8 days i.e. on 2/9/2010. When the same was not delivered on date. I called up the agency staff and they assured to deliver in the evening on the same day. The delivery was not done so I called up the agency staff on 4/9/2010 and they tried to evade my call and remarked that there is some problem with number of deliveries. When I invited their attention that in the previous month delivery was done on the time they replied us rudely.
Now it has become a daily routine to call the agency staff for refill cylinder and receive the same assurance of delivery every time. At one point of time they made an excuse that the delivery men are new. With regret and pain I wish to draw the attention of the authorities that till date the refill cylinder has not been delivered and the one in use is about to exhaust any time.
I gave a complaint in writhing on 17/5/2010 at the agency, but they didnt take any kind of action against them.
I am in fact preparing to bring this matter to the top management of Bharat Petroleum with a copy to the Honorable Minister of Petroleum for the letargic and indifferent customer attitude of the Gas agency.
I sincerly hope that this forum will initiate prompt action and I assure you all cooperation in the event of any enquiry against the named agency

Get me refill cylinder to deliver
Received refill cylinder from M/s.Prakash Bharat Gas Agencies on 10.09.2011. But the bill No:25685 dated 4.09.2011.They have taken 06 days to supply refill gas cylinder to residence address.

Sir I m bpcl LPG customer id 64078926. I have booked my refill on 01 Feb with order no 478056 but till now didn't get it. My distributor no 135280 is giving fishy replies every time. I have already done complaint to their customer care on 28 Feb 15 for the same vide complaint no 498676 but neither got any response nor the problem solved till now.either black marketing is happening or the distributor distributing refill cylinder unevenly. Recently they have delivered the cylinder to the person who had booked after me. I m unable to understand what to do next. Request do the need full...regards

    I have booked a Gas Cylinder of Bharat Gas on 7/5/2010 on the authorised Distributor named Jwalaji Gas Agency, Shri Nagar, Nagpur. As per the comittment, we should be get the cylinder within 24 hrs. But not received till date. When we made inquiry at the office, the office people said that they have no manpower and not giving the exact date when I will get the cylinder. Also the office people said that I have to collect it from the godown which is 5 kms away from my residence.

    Kindly note and please take legal action.

    It is usual problem of customer.

    Bharat Gas — NON RECEIPT OF GAS CYLENDER

    I have booked gas cylender vide ref. no. 466366 dated 24/12/2009 and 502673 dated 02/01/2010. but regretfully to inform you that till date i have not received the same. i had complaint earlier regarding the same but no action have been taken on that. please do the needful in this respect.

    I AM THE RESIDENT OF BADLI VILLAGE, DELHI-110042.
    My consumer number is AF- 4420 . The series of the complains against the Vijay Gas agency are as under,
    1.Non receipt of Gas in time,
    2. Behaviour of the staff,
    3. Non lifting of telephones,
    4, Response,
    5.Area where the shop is situated,
    6. Non availability of complaint register.
    I booked my Gas on 02.02.2010 in the morning with the request that we all are working, please try to deliver the cylinder today. Promise were made that within 1 hour gas will be your door steps. No response after that daily almost more then 10-15 times we are making a request but I did not get the gas till date.
    Please notify whats is the prescribed peroid of delivery from the date of booking.
    An immedate action in this regard is required to give the RELIEF TO THE DELHI RESIDENTS.

    I have a good experince with Jwalajee Gas Service...it is one of the dirty one gas agency in the city. I don't know why Bharat Gas has not removed their distributorship ...

      I am using Bharat Gas connections at my residence at Ooty with dealer 631812, Master Fuel, No:3, Ettins Road, ooty and once they issued the refill the cylinder afterwards, i have booked and they are not issuing the clyinder. Always they informed that no load has come. But, neighboruing houses and the customers who had booked after me also got the refill cylinder. But, they are not isssuing to me. I enquired with neighbours and they informed that they are paying etc. Rs. 50/ per cylinder. I had launched the complaint the Bharath Gas Services. Kindly advice where to be launched the complaint.

      cylinder — issuing of the cylinder

      Though i have a letter to issue the cylinder, the concerned person at the agency is harassing me. He is demanding more money, with a list of things that I HAVE TO buy from them though i dont need it. After an argument i was disgusted and gave in, so i can get my work done, but by then he had made up his mind not to give it to me, with a reason that i am not residing in that place immediately, though i will be mvoing in a week's time. And now he has asked me come back later. The junior did not even listen to the GM and he was more upset that the GM asked him not to charge me.

      HOW DOES THE SYSTEM WORK. I AM PAYING FOR THE CYLINDER, HE IS NOT DOING ME A FAVOR. IT AMAZES ME THAT SOMETHINGS IN THIS COUNTRY DON'T SEEM TO CHANGE. ITS A SHAME.

      bharath gas cylinder — refilling

      My consumer number is S 24965,Jijo arghese. I booked the gas on the first week of August. But we never get booking number.After two months we never get the cylinder.
      When I call to the office they told me on 19th september they will give it.On 25 September they told already print the bill.But they don't delivered till this time.
      Here also in Chennai we have the same problem.

          i am k.n.reddy residing at maduravoyal,chennai-600095. my bharath gas connection number is:17962. my connection number been attached with banu gas agency.
          i have been experiencing with banu gas agency always in regard delivering the cylender at every time. first of they will not response properly over the phone .after much hardship(nearly after making phone for 10 to fifteen times)they will take the booking of our order.and they will not give the booking number even we ask for it.and then the real trouble will start.they will inform us a day of delivery.but they never bothers bothers to deliver at said date.then after we have to make calls every day to get delivery.mean time our gas wil get empty,then we have to go around the hotels with entire our family for our daily food.inspite of explaining all of our troubls to banu gas agency they do not have any curtecy/humanity to bother about it.they will deliver the gas a week or ten days so after expiring the sheduled date(which they self set).we been forced to be at their mercy.we are facing such troubles at every delivery.i took this problem to hiher-ups for couple of times over the phone.but i don't see any proper action from them.only the answer from them is "ok sir, we look in to that",thats all.
          to avoid all this problems i registered my self in "ebharathgas" at the end of march 2010,and booked my gas on 30/03/2010.i have been given booking reference number ;888613. two weeks back when i check the status of my booking,i have been shoked to note that my booking has been said to be delivered on dt.16/04/2010.. infact sofar they have not made delivery of my booking till date. i am going on trying banu gas agency over the phone every day for past two weeks since from i seen the position.every time (every day)when attending my phone they simply say that " today the delivery will made" and they will discunnect the phone.
          today i take up this matter to mr mishra,the regional sales officer,bharat gas,chennai (south region) over the phone([protected]),and explained the above situation.he assured me that he will look in to problem and resolve it,and he ask me to contact after ten minutes.accordingly again i contacted him.this time he told me that he spoken to banu gas they will deliver the gas immedietly.i waited for the gas till this evening hoping that it will get delivered since mr.mishra has instructed them.but my hopes went in vein.again i contacted mr mishra by this evening at about 5.35pm.at this time also he assured me that my gas will be delivered today it self. so far his responce has been not responded by banu gas agency. they have not cared to deliver me the gas. for past ten days we don't have the gas. with out cooking gas we are suffering much. i don't understand what i have to do at this juncture?in this circumstances we are loosing our belief on your administration.
          i will request through this" consumer complaint web site" to the concern authority to realise my deep pain for why i am writing this lengthy,and request you to take firm action against concern persons who are responsible ,and see such situations will not occur to any other consumers in future, thus hoping you will you renew the consumer's hope/belief on your administration and thus render justiece..thanking you .

            I may kindly bring to your notice that, I Mr. Ram Mohan Patra (Retailer of yours) At/PO :- Loisingha, Dist – Balangir (Odisha) Phone No[protected] & [protected] (M) bearing Petro Card No-CA[protected], Code – 8112 has not received Refrigerator Electrolux DC-180 Ltrs. RR Prem till today yet.
            I was eligible to get this through redemption voucher (reward of Refrigerator Electrolux DC-180 Ltrs. RR Prem), which the Points redeemed 502596, Voucher Issue date was – 10.02.2009. Despite several reminders and follow up to Videocon people (BBSR) has insisted to pay Rs.1100/- to get this. However I have deposited the same by DD No-308515 Dtd. 22.02.2010 drawn at State Bank of India and send through courier GOODLUCK Commercial Service POD No-19054 on Dtd 24.02.2010 to Videocon Industries Ltd., Raj Path Motor, Plot No.263, Annapurna Complex, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar – 751009 along with voucher. This amount is also not being informed earlier; as Electrolux refrigerator is not available and Videocon product will be given to me. I have paid as per the representative said. But the story is unchanged and not received yet.
            What is the issue, please confirm me, it is going to more than 1 year. Being an old, honest and regular retailer, I will not go forward with you, if it goes like this. I have spent so many on phones calling to BBSR (0-[protected]) and my time and energy also. So, please send this product as early as possible, otherwise I will seek for the legal action against you for cheating and will publish the same in all major Media (TV & Print).

              I took a gas connection in the year 2003 by installment through a field agent from the vinod gas agencies. He committed that me have to pay the amount within 2-3 month after completing the full amount he will give the necessary documents. They provided the Stove and gas cylinder According to him I have paid the full amount and he was recording it in a card. After the full payment he said that he will bring the gas book and customer number by showing this card. The man disappeared and I enquired in the Vinod Gas agency and they replied that there is no gas connection in your name. But now I got a mail from the Poorna gas agency, Amaravila regarding my gas connection. But they didn’t give any customer number just requested to bring necessary documents for changing the agency. But how could I bring this necessary documents. I reported this in Poorna gas agency and they replied that give a request that the book was lost he will make a new one. Actually I didn’t get that book then how can I say its lost. Now Iam working in Mumbai and I would like to get this connection because my money was lost. My adress is correct but they spelled my name as Dheneeph actually Iam Dineep K K. After that I come to know that there is lot of people lost their money through this field agent. Nobody have any documents against him. Please take necessary action to get this gas connection properly.

                consumer no. 9705.we had booked for cylinder on[protected] but we recieved the same on[protected] after repeated reminders.when we went for anew booking on 03-05-10 we were told that new booking will be made on 21-05-10 taking into calculation 21 days after date of delievery whereas it should have been 21 days after last booking was made (i.e[protected].this type of harrasment is going on for the last some time.it has come to our notice that they blackmarket the gas making unnecessary delay to customers and harassment

We have paid charges for Home delivery but they are not providing us home delivery even we goes to agency again and again. They uses rubbis language for us and tell us that what u can do who will listen your complains. They get Gas Cylinder to other person in Black and charges Rs. 450.

                        I have booked a cylinder through bharatgas website vide reference number 983313 dated 16 Aprl 2010 but till now no cylinder has been delivered. Please looked into the matter and arrange to deliver the same. The 'talk to us' link where once can lodge a complaint is also not working in the website as 'your feed back could not be sent try again' will appear when tries to lodge a feed back. Concerned authorities may look into the matter and solve the problem for the benefit of the bharatgas customers please. No email address of bharatgas in also available in the website, hence this.

                          I sent two SMSes to The Local distributor namely-Kalyani Gas Service on 11th Apr 2010 and again on 23 Apr 2010 at their number [protected] but even today on 25Apr2010 the cylinder is not delivered. Please look into the matter. My connection Number is KG-9349.
                          The distributor is very dishonest...,while in the black market the cylinder is easily available...please look into the matter...will i have to complain each time i need a cylinder?

                            sir, i have a connection of bharat gas (shakari gas service gonda). sir the main preoblem is that our dealer of bharat gas sell the the mostily gas in black market.due to this resaon the consumer does not find his gas on properly time.
                            i booked my gas(consumer no-6481) on 1-04-10 but the delivery of gas to me till not today . whenever i had gone for receved the gas they told us that gas is not coming for delivery. but the main reason is that they sold it in black market.
                            what shoul we do.
                            this is the regular problem of gonda shakari gas service. i have already complint against this .

                              GETTING OFFICE PHONE TO BOOK FOR CYLINDER IS A VICTORY TO ME. BECAUSE IT IS ALWAYS BUSY AROUND THE CLOCK. U MAY THINK THAT NO. OF CUSTOMERS LIKE WILL ALSO TRY BY THAT TIME.

                              YESTERDAY 2OTH APRIL EVENING WITH MY WIFE WENT TO OFFICE BUT I AM ARROGANTLY REPLIED BY STAFF. THEY ASKED ME TO COME TO OFFICE IN PERSON TODAY (21ST). AT 2"CLOCK WITH RECORDS BUT THEY ASKED ME THIS IS NOT THE TIME AND ASKED ME TO COME AFTER 3 " CLOCK. DURING THIS SUMMER DAYS IS IT GOOD FOR ANYBODY TO ASK PEOPLE ROUND THE OFFICE. SO MANY TIMES THEY AREVERY MUCH INSULTING ME LIKE ANYTHING.

                              I KNOW HERE YOUR OFFICE IS SEIZED BY SUB-COLLECTOR AND A MAN FROM SUB COLLECTOR 'S OFFICE IS COMING BOOKING FOR CYLINDERS. I KNOW THAT UR OFFICE PHONE CONNECTIONS ARE REMOVED.

                              BEFORE TAKING FURTHER ACTION OF COURSE MAY I HAVE UR EXTREME CO-OPERATION IN BOOKING MY NO. THROUGH THIS MAIL. MAY I HAVE UR GENTLEMENSHIP IN GETTING CHANGE IN YOUR STAFF AND PHONES ALSO.

                                Sir, Presnt time I am live in Sihora(distt.-Jabalpur). Due to this reason I apply transfer our gas connection from mansi gas agency, amar patan(distt.-Satna)(code no.140238) date-02nov.2009. to sihora(M.P.)
                                but he gave me transfer advice in the space of transfer voucher. i indicate many time, distributor, mansi gas agency, amarpatan, but he ignore my problem.
                                due to this TA(055) I have not recieve gas connection in Sihora(distt._Jabalpur) before six month.

                                  I want to complain about your petrol bunk located in chennai , adyar next to
                                  malar fortis hospital. All the staffs in the petrol bunk are committing malpraactises. They turn the attention of the customers by talking about some offer and in the meantime the pumpmen tries to fill petrol without ensuring zero with an amount present in it. Or he acts as if he had heard the wrong amount ( for eg 100 rs instead of 300). they tried to cheat me 5 times.without the knowledge of dealer this cant happen.i suspect adulteration too. kindly cancel his license or take appropriate action.

                                  While they are filling the petrol, other staff will try to get our attention and avoid watching the meter reading.

                                  If we are asking about this fracd activities, they will scold as in some bad words and telling us to go and complaint to the manager. So, the manager also not interested to avoid this frauds.

                                  Am going to file a complaint in Govt of consumer affairs.

                                  Yes. They are cheating. Yesterday I put diesel for 1000 Rs. Usually, in my ford fiesta, it will show 400 KMS will go. But, this time it was only showing 300 KMS. I am very sure they cheated 5 litres. Please take the necessary steps to correct or close the bunk.

                                  Yes, yesterday, in the same station (Bharat near Malar hospital) when I put petrol for Rs200, they filled for Rs50 only and said that they heard it wrong. Asked rest of the customers to go to next machine (peculiar act) and asked another person to collect money from me thus distracting me. Again, he filled from 50 to 150 and said that each time, it will automatically reset to Rs0. I argued to no use.
                                  Who will take action against them? This seems to be a usual practice here aswell as in HP bunk opposite adyar depot!
                                  I have faced the same problem with malar hospital bp bunk ...time for action to put an end to these cheaters

                                      I have a Bharat Gas connection No. 26439 with Vighneshwar gas agency at Koparkhairne, I booked an order for a refilled gas cylinder on 15th April,2010 Agency office told me to have delivery on Monday 19th April,2010, BUT the delivery vehicle has approached for delivery on saturday 17th April,2010. I was not their at home because I have to take my baby to a doctor and the home was locked.

                                      On return my neighbour told about the LPG delivery van's visit. Immdediately I contacted the agency about the preponement of vehicle; the officer at desk agreed their mistake and promised to deliver it on Sunday,18th April,2010. This promise is not follwed, so I contacted them asking for a refilled cylinder.

                                      Then I was being told that A cylinder was delivered to me on the same day i.e.17th Saturday, to somebody else. How come my cylinder be given to somebody else?

                                      Why my legitimate demand is not served ?

                                      empty cylinder is still with me at my residence.

                                      I request to look into this matter and take necessary steps.
