I may kindly bring to your notice that, I Mr. Ram Mohan Patra (Retailer of yours) At/PO :- Loisingha, Dist – Balangir (Odisha) Phone No[protected] & [protected] (M) bearing Petro Card No-CA[protected], Code – 8112 has not received Refrigerator Electrolux DC-180 Ltrs. RR Prem till today yet.
I was eligible to get this through redemption voucher (reward of Refrigerator Electrolux DC-180 Ltrs. RR Prem), which the Points redeemed 502596, Voucher Issue date was – 10.02.2009. Despite several reminders and follow up to Videocon people (BBSR) has insisted to pay Rs.1100/- to get this. However I have deposited the same by DD No-308515 Dtd. 22.02.2010 drawn at State Bank of India and send through courier GOODLUCK Commercial Service POD No-19054 on Dtd 24.02.2010 to Videocon Industries Ltd., Raj Path Motor, Plot No.263, Annapurna Complex, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar – 751009 along with voucher. This amount is also not being informed earlier; as Electrolux refrigerator is not available and Videocon product will be given to me. I have paid as per the representative said. But the story is unchanged and not received yet.
What is the issue, please confirm me, it is going to more than 1 year. Being an old, honest and regular retailer, I will not go forward with you, if it goes like this. I have spent so many on phones calling to BBSR (0-[protected]) and my time and energy also. So, please send this product as early as possible, otherwise I will seek for the legal action against you for cheating and will publish the same in all major Media (TV & Print).

I want to draw your kind attention towards the irregular practice followed by Modern Gas Service, Alwar(Rajasthan) a dealer of Bharat Petrolium(Gas).
I am a consumer of Modern Gas Service, Alwar(Rajasthan) a dealer of Bharat Petrolium(Gas) my consumer No.is 5182. Whenever I Book my cylinder for refill on phone the person present that side does not pickup the phone. Any how, I book the cylinder for refill they do not deliver the cylinder in time which they give. I remind them again and again but they do not pay any heed to my request.
Recently I got my cylinder book on 14.7.2008 they replied that they will deliver the same within 5-7 days but when I did not get the cylinder till 30.7.2008 then approx. at 4:00 Pm on the day I phoned to the Gas Service. I went on trying up to half an hour then they picked up the phone and answered that we will deliver the cylinder tomorrow i.e.31.7.2008 but as usual, they did not deliver the cylinder till today. It is today i.e.4.8.2008 I tried to remind them once again on phone from3:45Pm to 5:00 PM constantly, the phone went on ringing and ringing and some time was showing busy mode it seems like they keep the phone off the hook. Even I tried their Mobil of the dealer itself but the result was same.
Previously, I booked my cylinder on 13.5.2008 at 12:10 PM after following a long hectic process of countinous trying phone. When I requested the person on phone to tell my booking number he cut the phone, then repeatedly trying to phone at last I got success at 12:38 PM then they gave me my booking no.133. They assured me that they will deliver the cylinder within 5 days. When I did not get my cylinder till 22.5.08, I reminded them on same day i.e.22.5.2008. At that time they also replied that your cylinder will be delivered on next day i.e.23.5.2008 but this time also they did the same thing, the cylinder was ultimately delievered on 24.5.08.
This type of activities of negligence and irregularities are being followed by this Gas Service repeatedly. Sir, I request you to please instruct the Gas Service to regularise and prompt there services so that the consumer may not have to face harrasment.
