My consumer number is 008508. It is my painfull duty to inform you about following series of the complains against the Vijay Gas agency.

1. Non receipt of domestic gas refill before 15-20days after placing order though telephone/ebharatgas/personal way(Kindly check previous order details for confirmation).
2. Bad behaviour...

We have paid charges for Home delivery but they are not providing us home delivery even we goes to agency again and again. They uses rubbis language for us and tell us that what u can do who will listen your complains. They get Gas Cylinder...

Dear sir,

I have booked a cylinder through bharatgas website vide reference number 983313 dated 16 Aprl 2010 but till now no cylinder has been delivered. Please looked into the matter and arrange to deliver the same. The 'talk to us' link where once can lodge a complaint is also not working in the website as 'your feed back could not be sent try again' will appear when tries to lodge a feed back. Concerned...

I sent two SMSes to The Local distributor namely-Kalyani Gas Service on 11th Apr 2010 and again on 23 Apr 2010 at their number [protected] but even today on 25Apr2010 the cylinder is not delivered. Please look into the matter. My connection Number is KG-9349.
The distributor is very dishonest...,while in the black market the cylinder is easily available...please look into the matter...will i have to complain each time i need a cylinder?...

sir, i have a connection of bharat gas (shakari gas service gonda). sir the main preoblem is that our dealer of bharat gas sell the the mostily gas in black market.due to this resaon the consumer does not find his gas on properly time.
i booked my gas(consumer no-6481) on 1-04-10 but the delivery of gas to me till not today . whenever i had gone for receved the gas they told us that gas is not coming...

IAM A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 2 DECADES FROM UR AUTHORISED DEALER SRI LUXMITULASI GAS CO., KAMBALATANK, RAJAHMUNDRY AND BEARING NO: 1850 (U CAN IMAGINE HOW LONG RELATION WITH U ON SEING CONSUMER NO.). EVERY OFFICE, EVERYMAN WILL HAVE THEIR OWN PROBLEMS. BUT CUSTOMER IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN YOUR PREMISES.

Sir, Presnt time I am live in Sihora(distt.-Jabalpur). Due to this reason I apply transfer our gas connection from mansi gas agency, amar patan(distt.-Satna)(code no.140238) date-02nov.2009. to sihora(M.P.)
but he gave me transfer advice in the space of transfer voucher. i indicate many time, distributor, mansi gas agency, amarpatan, but he ignore my problem.
due to this TA(055) I have not recieve gas connection in Sihora(distt._Jabalpur)...

Dear Team,
I want to complain about your petrol bunk located in chennai , adyar next to
malar fortis hospital. All the staffs in the petrol bunk are committing malpraactises. They turn the attention of the customers by talking about some offer and in the meantime the pumpmen tries to fill petrol without ensuring zero with an amount present in it. Or he acts as if he had heard the wrong amount ( for eg 100 rs instead of 300)....

Gas dealer has charged Rs. 150/- for replacing gas regular...

I have a Bharat Gas connection No. 26439 with Vighneshwar gas agency at Koparkhairne, I booked an order for a refilled gas cylinder on 15th April,2010 Agency office told me to have delivery on Monday 19th April,2010, BUT the delivery vehicle has approached for delivery on saturday 17th April,2010. I was not their at home because I have to take my baby to a doctor and the home was locked.

i have booked my reffiling lpg cellender on 15 days back and my number was 929326 that was given by bharat gas booking centre but my distributor santoshi gas service is not suppling lpg when ever i call them they say we will do with in one or two days but they never fulfill their promise .kinldy solve my problem as early as possible.

Dear sir

My bharat gas consumer no is 17249 my distributor name is Kaushik gas agency .My previous order is 21 feb refrence no is 689747 I am waiting for delivery to my lpg when I see the order status order is deliverd to 25 feb this is chiting the customer .My current order is booking date is 11 Apr Refrence no is 941948 . Today 19th Apr . Still i am waiting the delivery .this is painfull condition to me kindly assure...

The Bharat Gas dealer had forced us to purchase lpg gas rubber hose manufactured by Super Seal India Pvt ltd and told us that there is a guarantee for 5 years . they told us to keep the plastic bag in which the rubber hose was given.now the pipe is broken but dealer is refusing to change it and says that you have used it for more than 3 years means now you will have to pay again evenif th guarentee is not over.
What rubbish answers...

my booking made on central booking phone number on 6th April is not reflected as booking as told by my distributor, friends gas, new delhi...

I am one of the customer o[censored]sing your Petroleum gas. My consumer No:25969 named P.JAGADA.I am highly suffered from one of your authorised dealer VENKATESWARA gas agency placed at vellore in tamilnadu. I am suffered from High BP & Sugar (Age:68).Hence i cant able to go out for booking.No one can able to help me.So i make a call to your agency for gas booking.No one should not pick my call.whether they pick...

Today I filled petrol in my car from Bharat Petroleum pump gokula bangalore. I told attender to put for Rs 500/- He put the fuel tap in tank and walked away to attend other customer on other side, from there he distracted my attention by asking change for Rs 500/- I told him I dont have.
He came back and told by mistake it was set for 200/- and it got filled(Which really did not happen).

I stay in kharghar Navi Mumbai from last 15 day I am trying to take a new connection of gas cylinder of bharat gas. I had submit all the documents last month but till now the dealer in kharghar is not giving any responce ,infact he is saying after visiting him 5 times that dont come to me go to H.P GAS they will give you connection soon.and the lady name kishore,her telephone no is 27425133. did not behave properly...

We have a second home at Sawantwadi, Dist Sidhudurg in Maharastra. We approached few days back M/s Patankar Gas Service, a Bharat gas dealer at Sawantwadi for a new gas connection. with a residence proof of electricity...

sir i want to write you that i transfored from yamunanagar dist to aligarh, i have an gas connection of company bharat gas distributor amrik gas jagadhri,i want to transfor that connection from jagadhri to aligarh so i diposited my gas cylinders at jagadhri take my trancefor recipt on dated 25/03/10. i deposit it at aligarh and want to take connection on dated 1/04/10 but till now i am not able to get the gas cylinder distributor told me...
