I had booked my Gas with my Bharat Gas agency name:K Ramanaigh Gas Agency,Valasaravakkam, Chennai ,my consumer number 39002 Name T.Parvatham
But till today I have not received my cooking gas delivery. I have contacted them many times but they keep on saying 'today it will be delivered' or 'tomorrow you will definitely get your gas' but these were false statements...last 5days they not picking the calls numbers 24865399,24864555,24866545

Hi,

I've applied gas connection on Ravi Gas Service distributor of Bharas Gas. Additional of charges for required things like cylinders, gas, tupe, regulator; they are also forcefully added extra items on the bill to increase the cost like rice packet ( cost with 70 rs), gas stove ( cost 1551 rs) and lighter (with refill). I've told them gas stove is optional and I don't need to buy it but he said it is mandatory...

I got a cylinder from Indira Gas Centre Budhlada Dist Mansa Distributer of Bharat Gas Deputy Bathinda ( Punjab ) The empty Cylinder's weight is 16 k.g. Filling gas is 14.200k.g. the total weight is30.200 but the actual weight is 28.350 so take nacessary action on the distributer

My gas delear promis to deliver LPG gas cylinder at home for that he charge extra. but he allways call us from a point which is approx 2.5 km away from my house( He charge Rs.2 for call also) most of the time no male person avaliavbel at home at that time my mother go to someone and beg for bringing my cylinder. If we call him (The delear) he refuse to talk by saying that I have so many customers and i dont have time to talk with you, If you want your cylinder you have to come to me.

I have a single cyllender connection of bharatgas since 2007, my consumer number is 17191.My Cyllender Refill 10-15 days after booking. But now i want to convert my connection in DBC. But when i asked for it from the dealer but there is no satisfactory answer is given.I am give application to My Bharatgas distributor Shaheed Sub. Balbir Singh Gas Agency Derabassi Dist. Mohali (punjab) by hand dt. 26-11-09, By regd. 22-2-10, by regd. 4-3-10 & many times persnally meet to distributor. I am suffering from a big problem. It is requested that please provide me the DBC connection as soon as possible. I shall be thankful to you for this.

Sir,

I have domestic gas connection 26022 with Ashoka Gas Store Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi. They have three phones 26276777, 26278100 & 26277304. I had been trying to contact them for long but the phones respond as "not accesssible". Some time the ring goes but nobody picks up. On 27th March, I could contact No. 26276777 and booked my cylender. I have not received the cylender till now. The phone is also not...

poor delivery system and misbehving consumers during enquiry.

attitude of JAYARAM GAS AGENCY in Chintamani, Anna Nagar Chennai 102 is . They dont WANT to listen to wht theur customers have to say. Always want to put or give tough times to their customers as their delivery staff arent co-operating with them. Totally Its pathetic service; ALWAYS YELLING at the customers. Am sure MANY more complaints would follow soon.
HOPE THIS DOESNT FALL TO DEAF EARS. SOMEONE WHO CAN TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION would be much appreciated.

We are the customer of bharath gas, and thillai gas agency was supplying the gas for kumbakonam,
But they are ask to book the cylinder after 30 days and the new one will be distributed only after 20 days from booking, so there is 50 days for one cylinder replacement. And the agency was now started the shopping center, and the delivery man coming to home are forced us to buy oil or any pulses so that we will deliver the cylinder soon or else it will be take 30 days to deliver and also there is another option, if we buy any things in that shop for 500 then the cylinder will be deliver with in the 3 days form the date of booking. We dont know why this things are happen, kindly please take action.

problem with the gas companey ( bharat gas )regarding to dealey in new gas conection.applied from two monthes later.the gas agency has not responding yet..& the compeny behaviour is too much irresponsible.rnplease do any satisfectory response/solution asap.rn

I am residing at Raghavendra Nagar, Mysore. My Consumer No.is 23953 registered in M/s Siddhartha Gas Agency (Erstwhile M/s Sapthamatrika Gas Agency). Eventhough I have booked my gas after 45 days i.e., 02.03.2010, the agency has informed that gas will be delivered by another 10 days. So the gas was delivered on 09.03.2010. It is learnt that the other gas agencies spread over Mysore will deliver the gas within 2 or 3 days. Whereas, this agency takes 10 days after booking of gas to deliver. If this is the case, what will be our plight having 2 small children going to school? There should be some responsibility in handling the services of the consumer. If we ask why the gas will be delivered late, the persons in the said agency will answer rudely, arrogantly and misbehaving manner. They say that "you can compliant to anybody, we don't care and nobody can do anything" and "we have seen thousands of customers like this, we don't bother". In this regard, we request you to kindly look into the matter and give proper suggestion and guidelines to the above said agency. M/S. Vetrivel Agencies a franchisee of Bharat Petroleum Company Limited Situated in the Velacherry main road, Medavakkam, Chennai 601302 is cheating on the consumers by indulging in the practices such as
1. Diverting the customer attention to other areas like card is not working etc.. while filling the petrol less than the requested amount
2. The quantity of the petrol is compromised due to this horrendous act
3. Audulteration of Petrol

When I noticed that my new cylinder is leaking , I have informed the Gas agency to send a technician to solve the problem. But their reply was wondering. They said that there is no technicians to send today so they are helpless. More over they not sure to send somebody even on the second day. As far as an ordinary man having no technical idea, what to do especially the children are running in and around the house.

So I beg you kindly give proper instructions to the concerned persons to be vigilant even in such a critical stage.

I want to lodge a complaint against My present gas distributer : Manvir Gas Agency, agency Code is 581867.

My Gas Connection No. is MA33472
My Pass book no. is[protected] dated 10/02/07.

Yesterday (15/03/10) when i went to agency to book my gas, they told me that, my connection has been transfered to Begam pur agency. All this is being done without my consent.
Please take immediate action on this matter.I need the complete details of the preson who is by forgery using my connection.

Please tell me what should i do to take back my connection.

I have already lodge a complaint to bharat gas but there is no reply. My complaint no. is 85117

I was a consumer of Bharat LPG cooking Gas cylinder at Mahadev Gali, Rajendra Nagar, Jarole. Recently the organization; I am working with has transferred me to Jaisalmer. I am willing to transfer my gas connection from Jalore to Jaisalmer. I have already got the transfer request paper (Termination Voucher TV 058) two moth before.

Though there is no authorize Bharat LPG distribution outlet in Jaisalmer and hence I have submitted my papers to Indane Gas distribution outlet (shop no. 738, Air force Chauraha, Jaisalmer contact No[protected], 253577). I am following up and every time I am getting reply that conformation from Jalore is awaited.

So, kindly do the needful in this regards.

We are facing big problem due to our gas agency M/s Abha Gas Agency Distributer of Bharat Gas, they are supplieng cylinder in black market and always delay in delivery of cylender valid customer. manager says that cylinder will be deliver after 15 days of booking date. our consumer no. is - 06227. last booking date is[protected] and gas not deliver yet.

Sir kindly inspect their booking register how many cylinder supplieng to valid customer and where is going balance cylender.
