Non Delivery

I would like to inform you that we are customer of bharat gas in Jaipur with rajeev Gas service ,Chetna path ,Mansarover ,Jaipur -302020 with our A/c no. RT 719.We booked our gas on 27/02/10 and the delivery person came to our house with cylinder and asked for coupoun for delivery when he was told that I don't have any information regarding coupoun ,he told us that he will not deliver the gas without taking coupoun from us.

Delivary problam

Dear respected sir,
I have single cylinder.I booked gas for home delivery on 23/02/2010(Phone Boking).Than call to representative for my cooking gas but told me that "you again to be booked the gas". .Whenever i make phone call again to their representative ,but no response. I am very sorry that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and its regular happening.

Not recording our request for refill cylinder

Our consumer no. is 1152. We have 2 cylinders & presently both the cylinders are empty (as on 05.03.2010). Since first week of February 2010, we are requesting to book refill LPG cylinder with our service provider GIRISH GAS SERVICE, Dharavi, Mumbai 400017. They did not honours e-booking so I booked in to his register.But god knows,why they disregards every thing.Though the market is full of black availability.

Huge delay in supply / refilling

My Indian oil cooking gas refill cylinder supplier is Nabarun Gas , Asansol, W/Bengal. My consumer no is WB 7715. My last booking for supply of a refilled cylinder with them is on 25/1/2010. Even after 5 weeks I still am waiting for the supply of a refill cylinder.My last cylinder replacement also took 6 weeks+ . May please look into it for this inordinate delay. I have booked a gas more than 20 days back. every time delivery is given after many weeks and many reminders. Problem with New Connection

behaviour and wrong information
i have aprached bharat gas agency in East Delhi, New Ashok Nagar Branch asking for a new connection he is charging me 4000 rs for a connection with just single cylender,also forcing me to buy a gas range saying it is coming with the package,why is it so,to be precise the persons name was Mr. ????, this is quite rediculous and un acceptable please look in to it and take necessory action.

Delay in supply of Gas Cylinder

Dear Sir,

I would like to complaint about the domestic gas distributer in our area. We have been issued with Gas connection from BPCL agency. Despite repeated reminder after booking a gas cylender, no suitable reply is given and gas cylender is supplied only after repeated follow up on phone and in person visits.

Cheating at Petrol Pump

This morning I went to refill petrol in my motor cycle and asked for tank full.

This guy was filling the gas for another person and without resetting to ZERO did the filling for my vehicle.

When he asked me full price of 570Rs , I shouted on him and then he agree to take 470Rs as 100Rs was previous filling.

This is so common these days.. but on this gas station Meter are not visible properly......

Delay in supply of refill

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked for a refill of Bharat Gas cylinder with its agency in Doddaballapur - Manjunatha Gas Agency, on 8-2-2010. Even after 15 days the agency has not supplied the refill so far.

Each and every month we have to face similar problem. Whenever we check
with the agency they say there is shortage of supply. They give us supply of a cylinder once in 45 days. With no other cooking fuel...
