My cook Nandu roy S/o Radhey Roy booked for new connetion of Bharat gas to Devi Gas Distributor,Gaushala Road ,P.O.Naugachia Pin:853204 Dist:Bhagalpur (Bihar) .After some days my cook received a letter regarding come to office and take new connection.
When he came to office ,your distributor's behave very bad and demand rs. 5500.00 for new connection .My cook purchased ovan with isi mark from open market but your distributor do not ready to give new connection without ovan. so you are requested to please solve this matter and send me your normal terms for new connection.My cook nandu roy is a poor man and dioabled.

    Sir,
    I am the consumer of Sunder Shyam Gass at A block janak puri New Delhi
    Telephone no[protected]/25553990 , Booked my refill through IVRS on 27th Feb 2010. When reminded on they say your booking is on 5th of March 2010. But did not receive the Re-fill till today 13 March 2010. Same thing heappens every month Plz do some thing for the smooth functioning som that we can get
    cylinder once a month at least.

      I, Ashok Saini R/o P-2/700, Sultan Puri, New Delhi-110086,I have been using the service of Bharat Gas for 15 Years.I am taking the service from the Pratap Jyoti,B-27,Pkt-00,Sec-1,Rohini.but i always got the delivery in 15 to 20 days.Every time they said we have no booking for you. I am not getting any satisfactory result.Please take any action from your side

      I, Pankaj Gaur R/o G - 13, Krishan Vihar, Delhi-110086, I have been using the service of Bharat Gas for 20 Years through Pratap Jyoti, Gas Agency, B-27, Pkt-00, Sec-1, Rohini, Delhi.

      I have Booking my Gas Cylinder No.2093 which is registered my mother name Smt. Asha Devi on your online Gas registration services on dated 26.03.2012, but they are not delivered my Gas Cylinder till date. During this period I am personally visit to my agency 2 times but they guys not give me satisfactory answer.

      Generally this problem facing by many consumers.

      Further you are request please do the necessary action.

        Hi This is Sukhbir Chand Jain.I have been using the service of Bharat Gas for 1 Year.I am taking the service from the Pratap Jyoti,B-27,Pkt-00,Sec-1,Rohini.but i always got the delivery in 15 to 20 days.Every time they said we have no booking for you and when i visited to the office they put my booking on argent and only after that they delivered the LPG.I Have made the complaint on the customer care also but they also said that your complaint status is still panding.I am not getting any satisfactory result.Please take any action from your side

        Hi, I am Anil Kumar S/o Rajeshwar Prasad R/o P-1/398 opposite gali no 14 sultan puri new delhi-110086, I applied a new connection from Pratap Jyoti through mr sarkar,
        My new connection is approved but when go to pratap jyoti office for collect my lpg new connection thier officer said, we are give you a connection but chulha is mandtory, sir i have also chulha, why i take a new chulha from there,
        sir just help me for issuing me my new connection from pratap jyoti gas.
        Mr. sarkar is charge rs 250/- (two hundred fifty rupeese) for re-verification for chulha, but last time when his verification officer mr girdhari is visit to my address that time i was shown all kind of things, that time verificatoin officer said everything is ok, after that why the people are misguide to me, I loss my chulha bill, i have achulha but bill was lossed, so i request to you just give me a reply what i do for take my new connection from pratap jyoti avantika pocket 00 rohini delhi -110085,

        Hi this is umesh chand soni i have been using the service of Bharat Gas for above 30 years. But
        still i have really very big problem from your side. Because your agency 1st not receive my call and she cut the phone and when she call attend so she tell me that your cylinder reached in next day but still i am waiting for above 15 days now i m lot of angry for this service. Now you not provide my gas cylinder immediately so i will call on 100 no. and i already to complain for Bharat Gas. Mr. Amrender he is working on your branch avanika bharat gas.           Dear Sir This is my second complaint. I already registered a complaint against Bharat Gas on 3/3/2010 but no action taken yet.

          The Gas was booked on February 15 online booking no is 655140. When i try to book a gas through online the following message display after booking.
          Dear Kakoli Sasmal, Your request for Refill booking is already registered on 15-Feb-2010 with reference 655140. Pl contact your distributor for a new booking.
          The complaint is enclosed against for your consideration.

          But the distributers numbers are not exist. No reply from the distributor. What should i do?


          I will keep complaint and see how long it will take to take action against the distributor.

          Respected Sir,

          I am Kakoli Sasmal resident of 52- B DDA Flats, Shastri Park, Delhi-110053. My Bharat Gas consumber number is 1877.

          I had booked a gas on 15th February 2010 and waited till end of February. Last gas was delivered on 27th January 2010 that gas was full of water and not even 25 days it worked normally it goes for 35-40 days.

          When i tried to book a Gas through internet it shows your gas is already booked on 15th February so you contact your dealer, when i tried to call the dealer in their numbers mentioned on the slip one number is not exist[protected] and the other number is not ransering for last 18 days[protected].

          Once i tried through no. 1712 that is saying that your consumer number is wrong. How it can happen in this same number mentioned in my last delivery slip.

          There is no response from the company after filling many complaints against this issue.

          Last four days i am purchasing food from outside i have a 9 month baby so i am facing big problem because i have a single connection of Gas.

          This is vulnerable dealing of the company with customers.

          Kindly i want a reason why the cylinder is not delivered yet and also why they are delivering a water filled cylinder which not working for even 25 days in a average family.

          Finally why the company is not taking any action after filling many complaints against Ashwini Enterprises also i would like to know why the dealer is not answering the phone and why the not existing number given to the customers.

          I should be very grateful if you kindly look unto this matter.

            There is a big issue at NICHLAUL location under MAHARAJGANJ UP by the dealer of Bharat gas. They are booking gas after 23 days of previous delevery after that they producing gas 10-15 days to domestic consumer hence next due date will after 23 days of delevery. In this way consumer got gas after 35-40 days of previos delivery. When we chase witi deales his commom reply is 'aple 5 din pehle wale no. Ko abhi nahi mila to aapko kaise de., please resolve the issue . From. Atul dubey

              Sathya Gas Dealer of M/s Bharat Gas (BPCL) is supplying LPG to Ayappanagar area of Trichy. This agency is prompt in their service whenever we try to book gas they are not attending the phone after 100 times if so attended then their delivery is very late say more than 3 weeka time now I booked gas and more than 1/2 month passed they are not supplying gas till date. Whenever their delivery boys deliverying they too charge about Rs. 30/- as delivery charge. Why it is so? If they are unable to supply in our area let them transfer their business to other agency sucha as HP dealers close to Ayappanagar.

              I request you to let M/s Bhharat Gas (BPCL) take action against the errant dealer will they take action? and give good service to the public?

                Sir,
                Well and good. Wish you the same. I am widow. I got bharat gas connections from raj gas agency, 24-c, c. K. K. Nagar, gopi-638452. The sv no:[protected]/dated14.02.2005. My consumer number is 62007. Their no; 12b/0619443/dp007/552. The phone number of the raj gas agency is[protected], 241072, 241437, 241372. I cannot use my single cylinder within 60 days. They forced me to book the cylinder within 60 days. I dont know why they forcing me. I kindly request you to allow me to book the new cylinder within 90 days. It will be convenient to me. Govt insisted to save the fuels. Govt gave subsidy for each cylinder. Why you are forcing me to empty the cylinder within 60 days. I don't know. I am not saking you to give the cylinder with in 30 days. I kindly requst you to exten me the time gap for booking the my cylinder within 90 days. Hope that you will do it positively to me and instrution may kindly be send to the distributor for not demanding me to bokk the the cylinder within 60 days. I am proudly say that i am sincere indian woman. Hope that you know me that i am not misusing the gas anr requsting you to allow me for earliar booking. Wxpecting your earliest reply to my e - mail id given above.

                So my request you to only tell me about the booking process. And please instruct bharat gas agency,

                yes i agree this type of complaint. most of distributor think that they are suppling the gas at their own cost.this type of attityde is very bad.

                  When ever I give my Request to Vishnu Jyoti Gas agency to bbok my 2nd cyclinder they always say no, they said as per rules we can't book before 21 days, but if our cyclinder is operational for only 20days what should we do after that.

                  We are hrassed by the Vishu Jyoti Gas Agency.

                    Sir, what you want is a gas transfer. This is a process that is not automatic and thus you have to do it yourself in person. The whole thing will not take too much time and will be easily done. You can learn more about getting your gas connection transferred here:

                      I would like to inform you that we are customer of bharat gas in Jaipur with rajeev Gas service ,Chetna path ,Mansarover ,Jaipur -302020 with our A/c no. RT 719.We booked our gas on 27/02/10 and the delivery person came to our house with cylinder and asked for coupoun for delivery when he was told that I don't have any information regarding coupoun ,he told us that he will not deliver the gas without taking coupoun from us.

                      I personlly went to Rajeev Gas service and told them to show the circular from government authorities stating that coupoun is mandatory but rajeev gas service was not able to show any circular.

                      please look into this matter.

                        Dear respected sir,
                        I have single cylinder.I booked gas for home delivery on 23/02/2010(Phone Boking).Than call to representative for my cooking gas but told me that "you again to be booked the gas". .Whenever i make phone call again to their representative ,but no response. I am very sorry that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and its regular happening.
                        kindly solved my problem as soon possible.

                          Our consumer no. is 1152. We have 2 cylinders & presently both the cylinders are empty (as on 05.03.2010). Since first week of February 2010, we are requesting to book refill LPG cylinder with our service provider GIRISH GAS SERVICE, Dharavi, Mumbai 400017. Various excuses are being given for not delivering the cylinder e.g. House is locked, refill has been supplied four days ago now wait for 15 days. Booking no. alloted to us was 78 on 08.02.10. Booking no. was changed to 848 on 04.03.10 when my wife contacted. In between these dates I personally visited shop and was assured that cylinder will be delivered in 4 days. Today is 05.03.2010 & still both the cylinders are empty.

                              My name is Basheer Shaikh. I am From B.kotha Kota, Chittoor District, Andrapradesh. I have been using Barath Gas from last 2 years. In my home town the Agency guys are behavioring rudely they are not giving proper response to customers on that they are charging more on cylinder. Recently I have applied for second cylinder for that they charged 3500/- rs. I want to know that this much you’re charging on second cylinder.

                              They are taking 20 to 30 days to delivering the cylinder to home. My home town is a village so they are doing.

                              This mail is from all in my home town who is suffering from them.

                              Could you please take an action on them else you ill lose the customers. Please sir, it my request.

                                I (customer no. 15882, registered with Delhi Gas service) had booked my gas cylinder through SMS service on 52725 on 22nd Feb 2010. Till date I have not received the Cylinder and have no information regarding the status of my booking. I have yesterday booked a cylinder again on their website, however I have not received the cylinder, despite their claim of 24 hrs delivery schedule. Meanwhile, I have run out of gas cylinder and the agency, Delhi Gas service, as usual is not picking up the phone.

                                This is extremely frustrating and I hope some one in Bharat Gas take a cognizance of this complaint and arranges for an immediate delivery of Cylinder to me.

                                Non delivery of Gas Cylinder after 7 days
                                I (customer no. 14656, and 902 registered with Jyoti Flames G.T. Road Sikandrabad, Distt Bulandshahr U.P.)) had booked my gas cylinder through Phone on 8th Dec. 2010. Till date I have not received the Cylinder and have no information regarding the status of my booking. and usual is not picking up the phone.

                                This is extremely frustrating and I hope some one in Bharat Gas take a cognizance of this complaint and arranges for an immediate delivery of Cylinder to me.

                                  My Indian oil cooking gas refill cylinder supplier is Nabarun Gas , Asansol, W/Bengal. My consumer no is WB 7715. My last booking for supply of a refilled cylinder with them is on 25/1/2010. Even after 5 weeks I still am waiting for the supply of a refill cylinder.My last cylinder replacement also took 6 weeks+ . May please look into it for this inordinate delay. I understand it is the experience of other consumer of IOL LPG 14.2 kg cyllinder with the same agency ( Nabarun).

                                  We are the residance of damodar. Half Km distance of rangapara. But no home delevary of cylinder at our area. Any body of agancy (Nabarun gas.asansol)are not interest to supply the cylinder.May please look in this matter.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I had a lodged a complaint in this site earlier. It is re the delayed LPG delivery of Sreya Gas Agencies, Changanacherry, Kerala. Well I made a booking of LPG on[protected] and towards the end of February I have not received it. When complained the Sreya gas dealer told if I were not satisfied with his services, I may transfer my gas account from him to Remya Gas, another gas agency functioning in the town. Till[protected] I did not received the LPG. Frustrated I transfered my connection from them to Remya Gas, Changanacherry. The same day Remya Gas issued me my consumer no.(25197) and today[protected]by noon they delivered me the LPG cylinder. Sir, please understand the situation. From the day of booking of LPG on[protected] to[protected] Sreya Gas did not deliver LPG and Remya Gas delivered it in no time. I take this opportunity to congratulate their service. What to tell about Sreya Gas? If convinced, take some action against the guilty.

                                      I am a consumer of Bharat Gas. Agency name is Sachin Gas, amar colony lajpat nagar.

                                      I have booked a gas more than 20 days back. every time delivery is given after many weeks and many reminders. Will the concerned authority take necessary action and advise the agency. will I be informed back (otherwire what is the use of taking email ID). Hope making complaint in this site will improve the situation.

                                      Dharti Gas Agency — Late and Poor Delivery

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      My Costomer ID No.3346 with M/s. Dharti Gas Agency, Veraval. I had Booked on 17-02-09.
                                      THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY
                                      REMINDERS TILL TODAY.

                                      There is no complaint book available at Agency's Office. AND
                                      Contact Number of Territory Manage is wrongly printed on Board to misguide the customers.
                                      they are completely irresponsible people their agency must be snatched. they are harrasing their customers by late delivery occasionally.

                                      I am the cusumar for Bharat Gas and my cunsumar no is SP-27163 in Shree Pramukh Gas Agency in Ahmedabad. I was book my cylinder for delivery
                                      but last 15 days i am not getting any responce from dealer.. Write now I don't have cylinder in my house and our whole family eating food from Hotel.. I am regular followup with dealer but in reply daily I hear that will deliver today, today, today but at present I am not getting cylinder..

                                      I faced lot of problem from dealer..
                                      मै आज भारत गैस का कनेक्सन लेने के लिये जयपुर मे माल्वीय नगर मे सनी गैस के ओफिस गया किंतु कनेक्सन की मना कर दिया गया और बद्तमिजि से वय्व्हार किया गया | ऐसे मे हम जैसे ग्राहक को क्या करना चाहिये |
