Dear sir,

My bharat gas connection paper was lost and I have not my consumer no. and other details of my connection then I wants to know all over details of that and a duplicate copy of my connection. Gas agency gives no reply about this so I am very tierd. My gas conection is at basti (uttar pradesh) in bharat gas agency

Delay in delivery of re-fill

Gas booking reference No.533976 dated 23/01/2010, Gas has not been delivered even after 15 days, Bharat Gas Distributor M/s Ashoka Stores Chitranjan Park, Phone No.26277304 is always busy. Mr.Anil assured me early delivery but till date it not delivered. I even lodged my compaint with Bharat Gas on their website ref.no C[protected] dated 04/02/10 but I have no response from the company. Kindly help...

I am a Kerala State Government Employee. On 5-2-2010, on my way to my office, I stopped to refuel my byke in a Petrol pump run by BPCL, Kochi refinary, near Gosree Bridges, Ernakulam. I would like to complain against FULES INDIA, Gopalapuram, chennai.I booked my gas on 26/01/2010 but still it has not deliverd. They do not book gas on time. I visited 05/02/2010 to book my gas but they told me to it is come today.

Late delivery of refill cylinder

I am a regular BP gas consumer. I am staying in Patparganj, Delhi and the dealer is Kitchencare Gas Agency. Never I get cylinder in time. They take minimum 21 days period to book a refill and supply the refill after 3-4 days from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house who use Indane gas are getting within 3 days or maximum one week....

DELIVERY LATE

I have booked a refiling domestic LPG Gas cylinder on 09-Nov-09 with Ref no - 382855 .
I have not recieved the same till date, I am try to contact at the agency - RAHUL GAS AGENCY JUNGPURA Delhi regional office of Bharat Gas, No one is picking the phone.
I can,t expect this kind of services from a company like BHARAT GAS.
If there is some issues with the booking system atleast inform the customer...

non issue of gas connection

I have booked a gas connection with HLRDC Gas agency Naraingarh Distt. Ambala (Haryana) vide Regd, No.2063 in 2009. The same has not been issued till date. My wife is suffereing from alergy and face lot of difficulties in preparation of food through keerosine or fire. I shall be grateful if gas connection is issued to me om priority.

godown in a residential area

There is a bharat gas go down in my locality, it creates such a problem that we cannot live peacefully here. The people working there shout like anything, the trucks and tempos blow horn at a full, its located near katraj dairy in BVP campus, Pune. They block thesmall street, from early morning till evening while loading and unloading they throw cylinders like stones which is risky and very noisy. People cant sleep, students cant study..there...

My name is Subhash Mishra and I am customer of Bharat gas distributor Oorja Agencies. As per navbharat times Dt[protected] the cylinders will be book in seconds, customers can book cylinder after delivery also and cylinders will be deliver in 48 hours but as per Oorja Agencies they deliver cylinder in 10 days and BPCL is unable to take any action against this agencies and as per oorja agencies navbharat times are telling lie. A Bharat Gas dealer in Kalyan Thangewadi is asking to compulsory purchase the shegdi as without that he will not take our booking for new gas connection and cylinders. As he says that the shegdi are from Bharat Gas company only and the company has asked them to make it mandatory for every new connection.
