i booked gas on dt 20 feb 2010 and booking no. 50 today 22 march after one month also i unable to gas. i phone him many times for it but no response recd. till yet . my consumer no. T 1887 in the name MAHABIR PARSHD H.N 101 B PREM NAGAR HISAR
bharat gas service in hisar is provide very bad service to coustomer .
he gives selander after 1 month if booking ur selander .
It can not booking our salnder before 21days &after 7 days of booking they give salender .
Thus it leds to problem to coustomer .
National gas service a distributor of bharat petrolium has become so big that even not in the control of the principal bharat petrolium.I think if the record of the distributor ifinvestigated the investigator will found that the distributor have sold cylinders to the customer while the same has not been received by the consumer which clearly means that the distributor is selling cylinders in black market, if notwhy the consumers are not getting cylinders even after 40-50 days.like me booked on 2nd august but not received till today.

My name is CHANDER BHAN andi am consumer of bharat gas by national gas service. my problem is that I booked gas on dt 04/08/2010 and booking no. 70 today 18 August after 15 days is gone but they had not delivery yet. I Call the office of National Gas Service Hisar many times for it but no response recd. till yet . my consumer no. 6716 in the name OF CHANDER BHAN H.N 69 TYPE 4 VIDYUT NAGAR HISAR

I,Satnam Kamra, owner gas connection having consumer no.2951 booked lpg cylinder on 14 august,2010. Till date I havn't recieved inspite my efforts. I have made many complaints through telephone but couldn't get the delivery yet.Please take necessary action immediately.

We had complaint against L.P.G. gas distributer Ranjit Bharat Gas Service, V.P.O Lambi, Distt. Muktsar. We had booked new gas filled cylinder on date 13 Sept. 2010. The filled L.P.G. cylinder is not made available till date. I have little time to visit Service office due to agriculture work load. While we visit office for our needs, the office attendee just gives us wrong promises for availability of Gas cylinder. Please solve our issue as early as possible. We will be highly thankful to you.

national gas service, Bharat Gas — poor delivery

Sir,
i have booked a cyliender for home delivery on[protected]. that time executive said it wil be delivered after 5 days. but from[protected] to till date[protected] i am reminding in national gas serviec office each day they asked consumer no. & told that it will deliver tomorrow.but till now no delivery.kindly take action on this matter. beacuse we are facing same problem from last 3 delivery.

It is happening like this everywhere. For us they told they will deliver in 15 days after that also they didnt deliver. We are keep calling to them everyday..We are facing this problem with these Bharat gas dealers since begining.
These people take money from some people and deliver the gas cylinders to them. Because of that we will not get gas on time.

I really don't know how much my complaint will do some benefit.
But it would be better if some action will be taken so that they will supply with in less span of time.
I would like to mention here that service of M/s National Gas Agency is very poor. Employees of the agency are careless and nonsense. Here I would also like to say that distribution of cylinders of what order is not the will of the owner/employees of the agency. They are bound to distribute the same in FIFO base as per rule.

I request to all consumers of the agency to make a complaint to Bharat Gas to take neccessary action.

The home delivery of Bharat gas through National gas agency, Hisar is really very very poor. I had been a satisfied customer since 1998 but since last three years the services have become worse to worst. Despite several reminders/ personal visit and SMS they are saying that tomorrow it will come but tomorrow never came and on the versge of crying i am making this complaint. I had spent lot of money on telephone calls as well as on SMS but all in vein. The agency seems to have been run by none.name of consumer Awadh Bihari singh. I am LPG gas consumer, I come under with M/s National Gas Service, Hisar>125001 Haryana who are the distibutor of my area, My consumer No. 8938. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas immediately .I have been provided with two cylinders. Presently i booked the gas on 18 may 2011, today is 11 jun 2011 .In the last month they supplied the cylinder after 20 days after booking. When I tried to book the other cylinder last month, it was informed to us that you cannot do so because you received last cylinder few day back. When contacted telephonically that it not a fault on my part, they assured me to supply the next cylinder in time, but all in vain.Most of the time their phone found engaged. Other consumers are also have the same problem where other supplier of the other company are suppling in time.

My consumer number with National Gas Agency, Hisar (Haryana) is 17066. I online booked refilling of Gas Cylinder for Home Delivery on 10.04.2012 against reference No.20192659. I contacted the agency telephonically many times but delivery of the cylinder was not made to me. Then on 16.04.2012 I contacted the Customers Relation Centre, Territory Office, Dhansu Road, Hisar on telephone No.[protected] and it was informed that the cylinder will be delivered today, i.e., on 16.04.2012. I have not received the Home Delivery of cylinder even on 16.04.2012. Please ask the concerned for Home Delivery of the cylinder at the earliest.

I Kesho Singh, 487, UE-II, HISAR, HARYANA am consumer of LPG of Bharat Gas. My Consumer No is 10443 & the Agency responsible for supply of LPG is NATIONAL GAS AGENCIES. I made my booking for supply of LPG Cylinder on 11th May, 2012, , Booking No 692. I was informed that I shall be receiving the LPG Cylinder within 4-5 days of booking. For the last one week I have been regularly following this agency requesting for supply of LPG Cylinder, sometimes I am told that LPG gas supply is in shortage, other times I am told that I shall be receiving it tomorrow morning, sometimes in evening. The staff of NATIONAL GAS AGENCIES is not behaving responsibly, just keep on making false promises without delivery.I shall request either this gas agency should be cancelled or the owner of this agency should be given a warning to make amends in their working of gas agency so that they timely make delivery of the LPG Cylinders without lame excuses.
Rural Area peoples/employees are facing a big problem to collect the gas cylinder from the agency in working day. There is my suggestion gas cylinder should be delivered to their home and also agency of gas cylinders should be opened on Sunday.

    I have moved from Delhi to Ernakulam and I was enquiring for a new gas connection at Simi Gas agency Ernakulam. They refuse to give me a new connection with out buying a gas stove. as per company policy this is not a requirement and i already have two stoves.
    You are right that as per company policy hotplate is not necessary with a new gas connection. However, there is a catch to this, about which you can learn more here:

      My last booking of domestic gas cylinder was 28/01/2010. Distributor has given delivery of refilled cylinder on 10/02/2010. I went to distributor for booking on 16/02/2010. but he has refused to take booking . is there any instruction from the bharat gas to book only after 21 days?

        I am concusmer Bharat enterprises Sector 13, Karnal (Bharat Petroleoum)Vide Consumer No. 2937. I had Booked the Complaint on dated[protected] for riffling of cylinder. But uptill now he did not supply the gas cylinder whereas onwards[protected].Many cylinder has been refflied, best reason to him. all of the officers were fully aware regarding. kindly inquired the matter through honest office and faulty person should be punshied. why the said bharat enterprises is delaying to the supply LPG reiffling to the applicant give reason.

          dear sir/madam,

          This is regret to inform you that during interview for obtaining outlet of BPCL, dt. 10.02.10 at Dealer selection office, O/O area marketing manager, jharkhand, territory office & depot, station road, chutia, Ranchi-01. The outlet for Mazhiaon Khurd, dist-Garhwa, Jharkhand. Category-OP, market plan-rural.

          During interview the 2 other parties including me were nominated for the same outlet. As per the advitisement for eligibility criteria for resident of the concerned revenue village and concerned village panchayat, the aforesaid 2 parties were not belonging to the concern revenue village and panchyat. Fortunately I have been eligible as per the requirement, but still the others got the same marks. For this I was not eligible to get the opportunity to avail the retail outlet on my own area. I lodged a complain to bpcl register code no.C[protected] but no corrective action has been taken so far.

          Therefore I have request you to look into the matter seriously and judge it accordingly.

          Your early action in this regards is highly appreciated.

            Dear sir,

            I am the consumer of Bharat gas at Jodhpur (Rajasthan) Dealer M/s Sushil Gas Agency.

            1) That whenever we call an phone to your delear the phone is busy, if it is not busy then the phone was not lifted - no answer.


            2) I call for supply to dealer today they told that your gas is booking on today because to is the twentieth day of delivery of calendar. But ….
            3) I received the last calendar on 21.12.2009 by Mr. Surender.
            4) After the 40 day when my calendar empty then I booked on 29.01.2010 and received booking No. 113.
            5) Today I call for supply to dealer on telephone for today supply the calendar they(Mr. Ravi from Dealer side) told that your gas is booking on today because today is the twentieth day of delivery of calendar but I don’t received any calendar after 21.12.2009.
            6) I want to explain the details but put the phone the dealer side, again call than say “Ek bar batadia samajh me nahi aata ha kya, aaj book hui ha.” Than put the phone.

            In the Jodhpur Bharat Gas is available any time in full quantity @ Rs. 500.00 per calendar.

            Pl look in to this very seriously.

              REGISTERED AT 631809 AMUDAS GAS SERVICE UDUMALPET TIRUPPUR DIST, TAMILNADU

              Sir,
              on 28/12/2009 when I was supplied the Gas Cylinder I was not issued any receipt instead simply a cash memo was issued on which only my address was noted not even the paid amount of Rupees 330/=.. On inquiry they say that if I do no book for a gas cylinder within 100 days, the company will take off my consumer number, A6138 and issue a fresh number and hence computer receipt cannot be issued.
              But I do not believe this answer and consequently I bring this to your kind notice to confirm their answer and to take necessary action for issuing me proper receipt please

                I, Pawan Kumar Gupta, S/o Shri Nathu Ram Gupta, R/o 988, Sector-37, Faridabad, Haryana-121003, having a Gas Connection in my name with consumer No.6723, at Rathi Gas Service, Sector-37, Faridabad,and i approched to book gas cylender at there office and they refused to book the gas saying that it can be booked only after 21st Feb. because you have received last gas delivery on 21 st Jan, while in Jan also we have booked on 12th and received the Gas on 21st, when i insist for booking they have given me tel.no.of the manager [protected], and that manager told me what ever their staff doing is correct he can not help me, i tried tel. no. of Customer relation Center at[protected] but no body is taking the phone Ps. advice.

                    I had booked my refill Consumer No (33746) on 16th feb and it is almost two weeks, still there is no sign of delivery in the coming ten days. The reason why I am stating is that the females handling the calls at SREE VENKITESWARA GAS AGENCY TRICHUR does not any clue as to when the gas cylinder will be delivered.
                    Now please let me know from your side as why there is delay in the supply and if so for how long...
                    if it is local distributor problem then pull him up because the Bharat Gas is one of the best in terms of customer satisfaction and it should not be compromised.

                    I have a connection No. K-23489 with Dammo Enterprises, Vivek Vihar-II, D.D.A Flats, Jhilmil Colony Delhi since 15 years. But now, I have suffered due to not delivery in properly.

                    I booked my refill Consumer No K 23489 on 27th March.09 and it is almost two weeks, still there is no sign of delivery in the coming ten days. In this regard, I have already remind two times but all in vain and this is the regular practic since one year. They reply me that I have received the short & delay delivery instead of full, we can' t delivered the cyclender in time.

                    Now please let me know from your side as why there is delay in the supply and if so for how long...
                    if it is local distributor problem then pull him up because the Bharat Gas is one of the best in terms of customer satisfaction and it should not be compromised. I hope you will take the action and inform me

                    Bharat Gas refill delivery service in Dombivli East the worst. The Chiatanya Gas Agency (Code no.371728)is the culprit. There are thousands o[censored]nsatisfied consumers. Each and every time the delivery takes more than one month.Itis herad that the delivery men sale the cylinder in black taking 50 odd rupees over the price. On contacted all the telephone lines are continuously busy. If once in a blue moon it got connected, the person in agncy ,reiterates one line each time "cylinder will be delivered tommorrow" and the tommorrow never comes. Further query is arrogantly replied.
                    I am tapping another options as other companies are promptly delivering the gas refills.

MY distributor no 135280 is giving fishy replies that we r not getting cylinders from company but they have delivered the cylinder to other person in time.                     Complaint: After March 2015 ending, 1st time on 16.5.2015 I have booked to refill the cylinder but till now he has not delivered me the same. When I complaining about that on 21.5.2015, he told me that, his record has not updated with the Bharat Gas till that time, so you have to book for refill once more time after 24 hours from that time. So I did as he told, then I got the delivery but the INVOICE/Receipt has printed with Sub 2/12, it means 2nd cylinder out of 12 of the year 2015-16. This discrepancy I have brought to the notice of Distributor on the same day on 22.5.2015.

                    Hereby I request your honour kindly to look into this matter and arrange to send my 1st cylinder or please take necessary action against the fraud distributor.

                      Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder & Negligence in responding
                      Dear Sir,

                      we wish to inform you that we are resident of House no,8/35 Lakshmipuram, vadapalani, chennai, and user of Indian gas . In our Area Sri Guruvayurappan services is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution. 01.2010) . considering your rule i called up the agency on 10.02.2010 to book a fresh cylinder. The agency accepted the booking and said the cylinder will be issued after 13 days (21+13) when questioned he gave a vague answer for some customers he delivers cylinders even after 40 days.The worest part of it is he started guding me that it is not a commercial product and asking me to use it in limited propotion plus added that, this is how his agency works(raising a strong objection towards his comments)

                      Moreover the sad part is he is not ready to address any query over the phone and instructing us to visit office for all the issues.The agency has to understand the importance of providing the contact number and realise every valuable customer is working and not idle.

                      I would request you to address my problem & see to that the cylinders are getting delivered on time with an acceptable delay of 1 or 2 days

                        If you have lost your consumer number, how have you been booking refills all these days? If all the papers are lost, there is no problem. But the consumer number is the only way to remedy your problem. However, if your agent has computerized all the consumers' data, it is easy for him to help you. Just let him run a search for your name. About 10 -20 names would come up. Check the addresses of all. You'll find yours. Get the consumer number and Voucher number & Date. Or go the nearest Bharat Petroleum Office and tell your problem. They sure would have the computerized data on all information related to your connection. Carry your ID card (Driving Licence, Ration card) or their copies always so you can produce it as proof of it.

                        Then you will have to go to a notary with all the acquired information and spend about Rs. 250 or so to get your declaration (that you have lost the papers) attested on a Rs 20 stamp paper. Getting a notary's sigh is simpler than buying a chocolate. Just go to the court in your town. Ask any one (even a car-parking guy) to show you where you can find a notary.

                          Gas booking reference No.533976 dated 23/01/2010, Gas has not been delivered even after 15 days, Bharat Gas Distributor M/s Ashoka Stores Chitranjan Park, Phone No.26277304 is always busy. Mr.Anil assured me early delivery but till date it not delivered. I even lodged my compaint with Bharat Gas on their website ref.no C[protected] dated 04/02/10 but I have no response from the company. Kindly help...

                            Address: Nav Dhal Imambara, Mugalpura, Patna City, Patna 800008, Bihar, India

                            Company: Indane Oil, LPG
                            Distributor: M/S. NITIN ENTERPRISES,Sindhi Dalan, Khajekalan, Patna 800008, Bihar, India

                            Staffs of this distributor forces and do not take refill order until and unless 21 days are completed after the date of delivery, though delivery always delays about 15 to 20 days.
                            At this rate (1 cylinder per 40 days), I am unable to survive with my 9 membered family.

                            Please, take some considerable action against these distributors.

                            ya ... same here. They are seeling these domestics cylinders to commercial establishment like hotel and resturants. Also many people have 2-3 connections(DBC!!!) in one family.
                            Their behaviour is also very rude...don't know where to complain...plz help me out

                              i am doing complaint against baharat gas(mannu gas agancy) in rohtak city haryana. this agancy employee firstly give waiting list on one months minimum firstly they book than give 10 days waiting more secondly they sale their daily uses consumer products like:- toffe,tea,biscuits etc.. third is headoffice of bharat gas take no action against this agancy...i complaint against this agancy to headoffice and media...but no action to e taken by officer

                                I am a Kerala State Government Employee. On 5-2-2010, on my way to my office, I stopped to refuel my byke in a Petrol pump run by BPCL, Kochi refinary, near Gosree Bridges, Ernakulam. After accepting the money, the attender filled Diesel in my Petrol Engines Tank. When I tried to start my Byke in the evening, I noticed unusual smoke from the exhaust. The I consulted a near by mechanic and after verification he told me that the problem was with the fuel. I will have to clean up my bykes engine and Petrol Tank. It needs a huge sum of money. This is in addition to the mental and physical dfficulties faced by me yesterday.
                                When I tried to inform abot the matter in the pump,in the evening, the employee in charge of the front office of the pump responded so irresponsibily that their mistake is as usual as deaths in vehicle accidents. It is not fair to appoint such irresponsible employees in hazardous industries like petrol pumps.

I booked my gas on 21/11/2009 but still it has not deliverd. They do not book gas on time. I visited 16/11/2009 to book my gas but they told me to come after four days. I went there on 21/11/2009 but still i am waiting for my gas.What should i do please confirm otherwise i will have to go to Consummer Court against this agencies.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is with respect to the application for a new gas connection submitted to the distributer(KUNJACHAN BHARATGAS SERVICE - SAP code:134380). The application has been submitted in my wife's name.

                                    Proof of residence and written application seeking a new LPG gas connection has been given to the distributer.

                                    The distributer told me that if I take the gas connection along with the a Hot plate, he will provide me the connection today(5th Feb 2010) itself. However, since I don't need the new hotplate along with the connection, he will not be able to provide the connection today and asked me to contact him later in March to find the status of the application. Also he refused to give an acknowledgment for my application.

                                    I feel that the distributer is delaying my right to get a new connection ASAP to fulfill the cooking needs of my family. I would like to lodge a compaint in this regard.

                                    Also would like to know why he has not provided me an acknowledement stating that my application has been received. Unless he gives me an acknowledgement, I will not be able to complain if he uses further delay tactics.

                                    Please let me know what can be done. A complaint has been filed from ebharatgas.com.

                                      I am a regular BP gas consumer. I am staying in Patparganj, Delhi and the dealer is Kitchencare Gas Agency. Never I get cylinder in time. They take minimum 21 days period to book a refill and supply the refill after 3-4 days from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house who use Indane gas are getting within 3 days or maximum one week.

                                      I am LPG domestic consumer bearing No 2025 with your local dealer Ms Mohindra Gas Enterprises, Karnal. For the last about 10 months, I am being harrassed by not delivery of refilled cylinder in time and so many times refilled cylinder found less weighted. On 7th of this month the bearing power exhausted fully when the local dealer has clearly refused to book for refill cylinder for further supply.
                                      My earlier booking was of[protected] and delivery has been made on 4-4-2011 i.e. delay for about 25 days inspite of my repeated telephonic reminders.
