Even though the prices of petrol are souring and sky-high, a petrol bunk near chowdavaram, guntur-522019 is frauding the quantity of petrol. Its very frustating not for me but for everyone when ever i gets filled there, i got scammed for 300ml for every litre but there is no other option in that area around its a single bunk in 15km stretch. They are taking advantage of it hope somebody look into the issue

Booked cylinder on 7th feb till now it was not delivered also agent not picking call at all

This is happening third time for me, I get a message after booking gas as delivered but I didn’t get a LPG gas cylinder please help me.

I transferred my gas connection to HP gas but it is showing in the gas connection my full name is not showing plz correct it as soon as possible

Shambho petrol pump bhekarainagar is very bad service and he is worker not toking and very very bad...

Why the hell guy working on petrol pump is charging customer on pp for using toilet. That is totally not acceptable and expected by customers

I went to fill petrol in my car at 9:05pm today I said the concern person to fill fuel of Rs.660 and I asked him for the bill as well as soon as I checked my car petrol fuel gauge it didn't move I thought it will take a while so I waited outside the petrol pump and waited for a few more minutes still there was no update.
When I approached the guy who filled petrol in my car he said that it might take a while don't worry and all ### he showed me the petrol pipe and took a petrol of Rs.10 and that guy claimed that there might be a fault in your fuel gauge, for a moment even I thought the same but then after a while I checked and it was working properly but still the petrol gauge didn't show any moment. I had a doubt over the petrol pump soo just to cross check I filled the same amount of petrol at the nearest Indian oil petrol pump of Rs.660 and to my surprise the fuel gauge showed a Movement this happened at around 9:14 and now I was sure that the pump was a faulty pump at BPCL so I again went to the concerned guy and i confronted him, he changed his tone and his colleague was doing the same he said go complaint to the manager. I went to the manager he showed me that the pump was working on his computer but still if the pump was working and if the petrol was put in my car then my fuel gauge should have shown a movement and also the range of the car would have increased but it didn't show any moment still the manager wasn't accepting there fault I have the before after pics of the fuel gauge in my phone you can email me at [protected]@gmail.com so that I can send you the photos of the fuel gauge as a proof from my side also I have the bills from both the pumps so that I can also prove that I'm not bluffing
I had to leave that place because i had to urgently reach my home. But i hope there will be some action taken against this complaint of mine.

Since 4 months they are not providing tyre pressure check service, they keep opening it but when customer asks they say it's not working if it's really not working than why to open it.
ALREADY I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS BUT IT IS UNSOLVED AND I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT ISSUE IS RESOLVED

This is Achanul Hoque from dinhata, I had applied for PMUY . After that I received a phone call, when I receive ing my LPG cylinders then they are wanted to amount of 2000 rupees.I refuse the proposal then they are don't provide to me my LPG cylinders connection. I had my bharat gas connection in PV Bharath Gas Gramin, vijayapuram we asked for transfer from there to Thiruttani Bharat gas agency but has wrongly entered as surrender when we ask for query he is not answering properly and talking rudely. He has wasted our past one week by saying false statements and giving assurances, so take the necessary steps to make a proper transfer.

I am a exteemed cutomer in you company for the past 10 years. but now the gas distributor demand you pay Rs.236 for insurance for the gas connection held. my question is cutomer to pay the insurance or the oil companies are paid the insurance for all the lpg cylinders. the insurance is mandatory to pay the customer.

I got messaged that Bharat gas has delivered on 5th but I did not receive any cylinder, this is 3rd time happening to me.

I am resident of hyderabad, Telangana... From last two times when I go to the filling station and ask for the QR Code for making the payment.. They say the server is down in a reckless way.. Previous time I tried it to check and i was able to make the payment and today when I again I visited the filling station they again say the same thing.. And give pamplet leaf to me and say this is the QR code... If the server is down this particular...
