Dear Sir,

My consumer No.783

With reference to above no myself asked the concern agent to re-issue the gas cylinder vide reference letter dated 13.12.09. For that i got the approved letter from the concern authority to issuing the same on the same day day 13.12.09 for re-issuing. The same letter has been handed over to concern agent also.

But still today the gas agent is telling that we will visit today,tomorrow or within a day or two. After one and half month as of today myself not yet got the gas cylinder.

Kindly help me in this regard to re-issue the cylinder.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I'm a custmer of Bharat Gas Cout Naka Thane ( w ) Branch. I have booked Bharat Gas Cylinder on telephone on 20/01/2010 . but still i'm getting the cylinder as on today i.e. 22/01/2010. from 20/01/2010 to till date i'm calling the custmer executive regarding the same but no is bother to supply the cylinder. I requested your good self to please take some action against them so that no custer of Bharat gas will face this problem in future. This is my humble request to you sir.

I have booked Bharat Gas Cylinder on on 24/12/2010 . but still i'm getting the cylinder as on today i.e. 01/01/2011. from 24/12/2010 to till date i'm calling the custmer executive Miss Manixi & Mr. Bhoier his mob no. I WOULD LIKE TO BRING IN YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR A NEW CONNECTION WITH M/S SHIVA GAS AGENCY , LAST MORH , JAMMU . I WAS TOL;D TO PURCHASE GAS STOVE & RELATED ACESSORIES WITH THE NEW CONNECTION WHICH I STRAIGHT WAY REFUSED AS I KNOW THAT AS PER MRTP GUIDELINES :
      "Which tends to bring about manipulation of prices or conditions of delivery or effected the flow of supplies in the market of any goods or services, imposing on the consumers unjustified cost or restrictions".
      IT IS PERTINENT TO MENTION THAT DESPITE BEING WRITTEN ON THE NOTICE BOARD, M/S SHIVA GAS AGENCY DENIED THE FACT BY SAYING THAT IT IS NOT VALID & IS QUITE OLD.
      I ALSO TALKED TO DY MANAGER (bharat gas) Mr SURINDER DOGRA ON PHONE ([protected] ) WHO IS AT PRESENT OUT OF STATION THUS AFFECTING MY SANCTIONING OF CONNECTION AS THE DISTRIBUTOR REQUIRED A WRITTEN NOTE FROM DY MANAGER TO GIVE CONNECTION WITHOUT ACESSORIES. MOREOVER WHILE WATCHING PEOPLE COMING FOR A NEW CONNECTION OR FOR 2 nd CYLENDAR WERE GIVEN ACCESSORIES AS AN OBLIGATION.

      I AM IN EARLY NEED OF A NEW CONNECTION . SO YOUR GOODSELF IS REQUESTED TO KINDLY ISSUE INSTRUCTIONS TO DISTRIBUTORS NOT TO HARASS CUSTOMERS BY IMPOSING UNJUSTIFIED COST & RESTRICTIONS.         I am Kailashnath Dubey resident of Viral-602, Pokar Complex, Kashimira, Mira Road (E), Thane. hereby lodging this complaint on Bharatgas and on his Franchisee Named Dev Mogra Gas Service, whose address is Shop no 5&6, B-5, Sector-11, Shantinagar, Mira Road (E).

        I am a consumer of the said company for my residential Cooking Gas Service. My Cons No:136671.
        I had booked a previous compliant for the same on 11/01/2010 via compliant no:16500 to the said company but yet i had not recieved any reply or even my Gas till date. They dont even bother to pick up the phone.I had tried on there all phonne no ie. 28108122, 28109687, 28121799, 28124130, 28128263, 28123300 but they dont pickup a single phone. From 11 to 21 i am waiting for the gas to come to my home. Curently i am cooking my food on Stove and facing lots of problem. Today on 21st again i booked my gas from online facility via reff no 525467.
        Requesting you to please look into the matter and try to resolve it.

          Dear Sir,

          I have my domestic cylinder connection with Barat petroleum gas ltd (Happy home gas service Modinagar. distt ghaziabad UP .pin 201204)

          They are so irregular in there services they took off with any prior informtion . delivery time is crossing
          above months . Gas is getting over earlier than previousily it used to be(means less gas in cylinders)

          There behaviour is really annoying .
          Please took necessary action aginst them

              Revathi agencies bad service is beyond this complaint form. for a refill, I have been struggling to get them online. their phones 23047778/9 are busy 24/7. once in a while if we get through and by gods grace it rings no one picks up. its been more than a month since i asked for a refill and its not delivered yet. finally i dropped in thier place to check, they said no loaders are available, they all are on leave, they suggested to get the empty cylinder and take the refill if i want on my own. thier attitude is pathetic ..they are there to make money and make our life misrable. this is the second time i am picking up the refill on my own after giving up on waiting endllessly.

              I agrree with the complaint. I am also one of the sufferers like you. I have been trying to book for cylinder refill for the past couple of days. None of the fones work. I am physically disabled and not able to contact the dealer personally. I just was wondering whether there will be any solution for such irresponsible, negligent dealers.
              This is worst gas agency we ever seen. Revathi agencies bharat gas does will keep the phone busy 24*7 and once in 100 attempts if ring is going they wont pick up the call. Please visit the branch and take strict action againt the people who are dealing with the call as well as the owner Janaki for not picking up the phone either. This is worst ever service provided by any gas agency. They need to change the management and take very strict action.

                Extra charges for delivery

                Please let me is it mandatory to pay extra charges for delivery of gas cylinder to our flat at 2nd floor. Delivery boy asks for extra money of Rs.20 or Rs.25 else he abuses. Before complaining I would like to know this. Secondly they did not give bill also.

                Pl clarify.

                Non-delivery of Gas on stipulated days

                Distributor Name: GANGA GAS SERVICE GORAKHPUR U.P. 273001.

                On 29.12..2009 I booked for a replacement gas cylinder . After several reminders over the phone& Direct visit to the shop Gas cylinder was delivered on 19.01.2010, after 21 days . Their promised deliver time was 10 days and I went to the agency to clarify when I can book the next cylinder. Staff informed me that I can book for a replacement cylinder after 21 days from delivery date.

                Previously same was happen I had booked for cylinder on 12.04.2009 & cylinder was delivered on 26.04.2009 & I had booked on 16.08.2009 & t was delivered on 04.09.2009.

                This was happen with me 3rd time & I was getting refill cash memo.

                I understand that the dealer is using my Refill cash memo for other. I am complaining about Ganga Gas services and Bharat Gas, although promised to improve the efficiency of the agency has done nothing and several customers are disatisfied with the agency. I request you to check and see that the deliveries are made witin the promised dates,

                I am also demanding that My Gas Booking details will provide to me.

                LPG — Very poor service for refilling lpg cylinder

                Hello, this is rajan from jalandhar (punjab), we are registered customer of your LPG cooking division since 1985. No doubt your is good. But last 2 years i had big problem for refilling cylinder. Our gas dealer M/S KANWAL GAS SERVICE giving very bad response. According your rules after 20 days they attend our request 4 refilling. But did'nt deliver after 20 days. Ph. Call was also attend. Every 6 months they change ph. Nos. I requested to you please solve our problem.

                bharat gas lpg service — late delivery of lpg gas cylinder

                my consumer no. with this agency is 101406. i am not getting timely delivery of my lpg gas cylinder. inspite of repeated requests one is unable to talk personally to the manager of the said agency. i have repeatedly requested them to deliver the lpg cylinder within 18 to 19 days but they have not paid heed.
                I'm also facing same problem. Nower days Bharat gas cylinder takes min. 20 days to be delivered.

                  WHERE ARE THE TALL CLAIMS? SMS BOOKING IS NOT WORKING MAKING A MOCKERY OF CLAIMS AND BRINGING INNOCENT PEOPLE TO THEIR FEET.

                    sir, i have a LPG cylinder of Bharat Gas. Agency is in G-1118/1119, Shakur Pur, delhi. They always take 10-20 days for delivery of the cylinder. This too after repeated requests. The excuse these people give is they do not have supply from Headoffice. We are facing major problems due to this. Please do something about it.

                    Bharat Gas — Late delivery of LPG

                    My customer number is 197. from last few months I am not getting LPG on time. They will take 21 days to book the cylinder after the delivery of LPG cylinder. After booking they will take more than 20 days to deliver the cylinder. The total time they will take from one cylinder to another is more than 45 days.When we ask about the same the representatives at the counters are not giving the answers properly. They are rude and not ready to listen our problems. Our gas supplier address is Raksha enterprises, Hebbagodi, Bangalore.
                    my consumer no 14474 in uppl dealer,i have made the booking last 15days back,they have made commitment for 10days.but till today there is no responce from the dealer.

                    With due respectfully, My father is the customer of LPG Bharat Gas Agency my agency addres is MANVIR GAS AGENCY, E-2, CHAND BAGH, BHAJAN PURA, DELHI-94, CODE NO-581867 since last 15 years. but since last two years, I noticed that the behaviour the staff of Kitchen Flame is very bad towards their customers. They abuse the customers. They gives very bad words to the customers. It is unbearable. thay supply less gas about 10.5kg delivered. my father complaint many time from gas agency but no one can hear and abused my father . The service of Kitchen Flame is not proper. They do not pick up the phone when we book the cylinder. their phone no is 2263267. I have no words for their complaint because all staff is corrupted.
                    I, therefore request you to please take a proper action in this regard as soon as possible because it is the compulsary for all human beings for leading a proper life. I specially request you to please state the staff of kitchen flame how to behave the customers he always gives bad words to the customers and says the no-one can take the action against me.

                    Bharath Gas- LPG — Late delivery of LPG cylinder

                    Hello,

                    My LPG consumer number is: 72123.
                    The LPG cylinder has not been supplied to me till today, inspite of the booking being done on 07/09/2009. It was told that it will be supplied within a week tentatively on 15th, Sep. But till today (23/09/2009) it has not been supplied.
                    On enquiry today, it was told that the cylinder already despatched on 18/09/2009, but we have not received it. Also the door was not locked & we all were at home only. this has caused a lot of inconvenience during the festival of ramazan. I am sure this has been done purposely to cause trouble to us during festival & also to make huge money by diverting the cylinders to black market.

                    Please look into this & lodge a complaint against the gas distributing agency- M/s. Shravan gas distributors, C.B.I.Road, R.T.Nagar, Bangalore-32.

                    Now I have booked my lpg cylender on 10.12.2010 vide B. no;1911 & was told that it shall be delivered after ten to fifteen days, is it fair on the part of gas agency. You are requested to look into the matter and get my lpg cylender delivered as soon as possible as I am in great need of the same.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have posted very important documents (original certificates) by speed post from Pilibhit, Head Post office on the 11th of dec, 2009.The receipt no. is SPEU[protected]IN. Unfortunately the documents have not yet reached to the destination i.e Ganjdundwara (Distt Kasganj, earlier was in dist Etah). I've tried tracking from the internet but could get only information that the post was wrongly delievered somewhere in Kasganj.Not only this I have gone many times in Pilibhit and Kasganj bothe the post offices but still no action could be seen in this regard. It is a matter of great shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department. I, once again, hereby, request the concerned department to kindly look into the matter and let me know the status immediately.

                        Sir,
                        We are living at A/9 Gulmohar Res, Nr.Navshya Maruti, Sinhgad Rd, Nr Navshya Maruti,Pune 411030.
                        having our gas agent delear Tejaswini Gas Services and our A/c Code is 24237.
                        The employee of this gas are selling the Gas in Black market and never provide us Gas within tome.
                        Every time when my wife goes to ask after 15 days then they give the recipt and after that also the employee of agency argues with my wife.I found it is very cheap to argue with female and more on that nobody to hear our voice. Plz take necessary action on urgent basis.

                        BHARAT GAS doesn't check quality for Cylinder. I have check gas there is lickage, due to wiser. It can create big damage to household or residential. TEJASWINI GAS people don't pickup phone call after 5.00 p.m. So where should we complain for any emergency...

                          I,Bela Devi consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No. 1126 of Prem Gas Agency ,Katihar,Bihar. I always get the delivery of refil gas after passing one month. Dealer told me that I Can Book It After 21 Days . but my one refilled gas has been always consumed within one month So I Want To Know That what is The Rule for booking and getting the refil gas
                          I Hope, you will take suitable steps For adicate my problem.

                              MY CONSUMER NO IS 27820. I BOOKED A GAS ON 09.01.2010 AND IT WAS INFORMED THEN BY 12.10.2010 GAS WILL BE DELIVERED. HOWEVER TILL 15.01.2010 IT IS NOT DELIVERED. I CALLED UP TO THE GAS AGENCY FOR LAST 2-3 DAYS & IT WAS INFORMED THAT "GAS WILL BE DELIVERED BY TODAY" BUT NOT DELIVERED TILL DATE. THEN THEY GAVE ME THEIR MANAGER'S NO.                               Once I book the Gas after 21 days of previous delivery they always told that they will deliver Gas Cylinder after 8-9 days and some time they take more then 8-9 days. Weight is also always less as per written on Gas Cylinder, when we ask them the reason they told us to check the sealed cover, and sealed is never broken, they say that less weighted Gas is coming from Bharat Gas Company.

                              All phone no's are always busy.. i am able to reach them after my 53 Call in a day.
                              I am trying to choos vishnu jyoti as a service provider but by looking to such kind of feedback i will never go with that

                              I am also the victim of cylinder delivery and the supplier is also the same. M/s Vishnujyoti gas service Ghaziabad. They never reply over phones .. they delay in delivery..After keep calling their phone numbers they switch off all the mobiles and landlines.
                              I am totally agreed. The service of Vishnu Jyoti Service is really pathetic. The whole day you keep on trying the numbers either it will come busy or switched off. Other day I went there personally and found the phone has been kept aside to avoid complaints.
                              Easiest way to book your cylinder is, do it online. Once you book your cylinder, distributor is forced to deliver it. Just register online on http://www.ebharatgas.com/pages/index.html and place the order. You can track the status as well.
                              we booked the gas on 05/09/2011 by phone, booking person said the cilinder delivered by 9th sep.2011
                              but today its by 10th cilinder still not deliverd. I speak the agency again.. then they asking it delivered by 12th sep.2011. I don't understand what is the problem.. why not vishnu jyoti agency doing delivery on time. plese do the need full. we need delivery today onwards

                                    In Adambakkam there is a BPCL petrol pump (Next to Adambakkam Bus terminus / Opp. to cremation yard) & i regularly fill up petrol there. Many times the pump operators cheat us by diverting our attention and filling up petrol in less quantity. Secondly when we fill petrol for two wheeler at 2T premix pump they collect more money & fill tank for less money for eg., if you give Rs.100/- for filling petrol along with oil they will fix the meter for Rs.100/- but will stop the gun at Rs.90/- itself & when we ask they will answer that the balance Rs.10/- is for Oil. Every time i have an issue with the employees working there & i also see people arguing similarly.

                                    Requesting the concerned officer to take immediate action on the petrol pump & penalyze them for doing such malpractices to public.

                                    Expecting reply & speedy action, i remain.

                                      I got one connection from chirahula gas agenci(119000)REWA(M.P.) .Once the regulator knob got stuck and on giving extra pressure it had broken but the regulator was not replaced by chirahula gas agenci since the no. of regulator issued by previous distributor was not written on the SV issued previously.Checklist for the consumer before receiving SV is nowwhere seen which would have been confirmed.My consumer no. is 2754,contect no.
