I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 22/12/2009 with Order No. :461232 Name of Distributor:DEEPAK GAS SERVICE PATEL NAGAR NEW DELHI but the LPG can't delivered again I had booked the Gas on Line with Order No. :462628 on 2.1.2010 but yet today on 07.1.2010 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. DEEPAK GAS SERVICE PATEL NAGAR NEW DELHI.

    I've Bharat Gas connection in Bangalore & Bharatgas Distributor is PRATEEK GAS AGENCIES in Kasturi Nagar. I've booked the re-fill for my cylinder on 14-OCT-2009 & the order no. is 366707.
    Till date its not delivered & the agency is not responding to my calls.

      Dear Sirs,

      Our Consumer No. 36424 with Rakhi Gas Service, Singanallur. (in my father's name). Recently we have shifted to this Agency from Ponkaliamman Gas Services, Ganapathy. We have booked for the gas cylinder on 15th December to your office on phone, but they have not recorded the same.(The reason they told us that since the power cut was there, they promised that they will take it manually.) That we knew on 23rd December, when we contacted for follow up,, they say it has not been recorded and now only they can book and it will take another 1 week time. But even after 14 days they have not supplied the gas with our vigorous follow up. So, this is a second occasion this is happening. The persons attending the phone are also not responding properly, as if we are begging with them. So, we request you kindly take stern action against the Agents and arrange to supply the Gas immediately with out fail. We are a joint family living with my 87 year old father and a Sister (Un married), Sister who is sick.my wife and two children. So, I hope that you will take suitable action immdiately.

        The distributor of Bharat Gas, which is Vishu Jyoti Gas, located in Brij Vihar, Ghaziabad is simply worst in providing the customer service. Earlier when we wanted to transfer our gas from Rohini, Delhi to Ghaziabad they delayed for six months for the transfer, secondly we got the connection there were some problem in the delivery of gas. Despite paying all the advance amount we dint get the delivery of the cylinders in the given time.

        Thirdly, when we called the customer care for gas booking we were being told that it will be delivered in twodays but it took them 15days to do so...wen we asked for the reason we are being told that the cylinder was delivered to somebody else.

        Fourth, once again this month we wish to place the gas booking and it is disgusting to say that they are simply not attendign the calls at all, they are disconnecting it or switching off the cell phones.

        Request you to please take quick action.................

        Bharat Gas — POOR SERVICE,DELAY IN DELIVERY,NOT PICKING THE PHONE

        i am not getting the gas on time. also there is poor service.i am even not getting the receipts on the delivery of gas cylinders.
        Bharat Gas have two distributers at fatehabad dist.(Haryana)
        Both are exclusive for thier personal benefit.
        They treat consumer as thier servant.
        They have no addicate to talk with consumer and not provide service in time distributer namely sukhmani agency uses abuse languages and doing business of cheating people.
        Both tyhe dealers maximum times set aside the reciever of thier telephone and receptionist having by them are so highfy lady that they treat themselves as heatler

          i booked a cylinder before 1 month and firstly they booked my cylinder on phone..after 5 days...but as per rule i can get a cylinder after 20 days but they make their own rule and booked a gas on phone after minimum a month and ....after booking they did not deleived a gas till now ....please look in to this matter . i m from hisar and my consumer no is 7474 bharat gas agency near auto market hisar . please do something early other wise i will go in consumer court ......thank..my no is [protected]

            My Consumer account NO:15681 recently I got transfer from vizag to chennai on 04th Jan'10.But I had tried for transfer the consumer account from M/S sai gruba gas agency,bharat gas , pedagantyada,vizag-44 to chennai-thiruvottiyur from the last one week.but there is no response for transfer this connection.how to take immeately i am staying in vizag for transfer the this connection only so iam requesting kindly take the neccessary action for this connection.

              I am a consumer of Bharat Petroleum Gas, M/s Kartarpur Gas Agency, Parmar Building, G.T.Road, Kartarpur -144801 Distt. Jalandhar Punjab. My Consumer No. is 2803. It pains me much to submit my following grievances.
              1. They never book Gas before 21 days.
              2. They never pick fones to listen to genuine grievances or book gas cylinder.
              3. They never deliver gas before 20 day after booking.
              4. You can anytime buy a gas cylinder by paying Rs200 extra.
              5.Latest example is, I booked my gas on 17.12.09 and till today i.e. 04.01.10 i have not been supplied. My younger brother, whose cylinder exhausted on 03.01.10 got it delivered on 04.01.10
              6.Domestic Gas Cylinders are openly used by shopkeepers as Commercial connections. They pay 200rs. extra to buy a cylinder anytime.
              7. The owner has intentionally given wrong telephone no. of chandigarh for registering a complaint against them. So it is hard to register a complaint against them.
              8. Local Sales Officer of company Mr. Midha is in league with owner of Gas Agency and never adress the grievances of consumers.

              I hope you get this issue adressed.

              Bharat Petroleum LPG — MISBEHAVIOUR & PROBLEM CREATED BY DISTRIBUTOR OF BHARAT GAS

              Dear Sir,

              We are facing a lot of problem in dealing with our LPG Gas Agency (M/s, Banani Distributors, 14, Suren Tagore Road, kolkata-700019). They are the distributor of Bharat Gas. Even after we book the gas over phone, they deny that there was no booking. They unnecessarily harass & delay the supply of gas to our residence. My aged parents stay at home & they are really disturbed by the behaviour of the agency.
              Sir we need a solution from the problem. Being the distributor of such an esteemed concern like Bharat Petroleum they cannot afford to behave in such a manner.

              Bharat Petroleum — BLACK MARKETING

              Dear Sir. Please be noted that M/s. Jayasree Gas Agencies, Yellammagutta, Hyderabad Road, Nizamabad is found guilty in black marketing the lpg gas cylinders of domestic cylinders and selling at a price of Rs. 600 to Rs. 750. Due to which we the regular customers are not getting the refilled cylinders in time. They are taking at least 25-30 days to deliver the cylinders. Please take necessary actions against them. For your information, find the mobile number of the auto driver who delivers the domestic cylinder at Rs. 600-750 to any of the non holders of the passbook (connection). JUST CALL HIM AND GET THE CYLINDER AT ANY TIME. THIS IS HIS POLICY.

              ii have booked my gascard in the month of january and the date of booking is 08 january 2010. but when i goes to the agensi after 15 days to take my gas refill they have misihaved me and abused me very badly also they can not delivered my gas cylender at my house.

                i am a cosumer of LPG GAS CYLINDER with M/s Pratap jyoti gas agency, sector 1, rohini delhi vide registration number -R- 113580. The distributor's code is R 9902165.

                i have got myself registered with sms service of bharat petroleum gas for the booking of gas cylinder and booked a cylinder by sending sms to them on 28th december 2009 at 11.13 am. In response to that Bharat petroleum gas has informed me that the lpg gas cylinder against that bookoing has been delieverd to the distributor on 30th december 2009. but the distributor has failed to deliever the same to me despite my telephonic reminders till 2nd of january 2010.

                this distributor has been harassing the customers unnecessarily and does not deliever the gas cylinders in time. strict action must be taken against him and if possible his gas agency distributorship must be cancelled immediately

Never I get cylinder in time. they book the cylinder after 25 day every month ..They never supply the refill from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house who use Indane gas are getting within 3 days or maximum one week.                 Yes, this is a crystal clear fact with BPCL Agents...
                Neither the Company nor the Public, who have BPCL connection, takes any action against the such agents what the reason they knows...
                I am a executive working in Times of India, New delhi... I planning to publish in the forthcoming edition about such activities of BPCL & HPCL agents...

                In my view, the Agents were making huge profit by selling cylinders in black... The company must re-view the situation and be taken suitable action against them.

I never get Cylinder in time. they made bill after 20 days of booking but delivered it only 20 days after billing. It is so much late for me. Kindly take necessary action against them.

                  My Flat house is in the Jassola Vihar New Delhi -110025

                  I have Bharat LPG gas connection. In month of Dec we booked 2-times but they did not supply Gass till today. Second problem I am sure that they supply less , because it finished in only 20 days. Before other person who was bringing Gas, it was working arround 1 and half month.

                  LPG — Gas through pipe line

                  I resides at Pahari Dhiraj.

                  It is requested to bring out whether there is any possibility to get the cooking Gas at home through Gas pipe line at par with Rohini, lodhi colony and other location.

                  It will bring down general complain of leakage of gas cylinder and shortage in weight by the delivery man which is general problem of this area.

                  We have our number enrolled with PUNE city distributor named Jay gas, situated at Vadgaon Sheri, Pune. Phone :[protected]/27032515. My problem is with gas booking service.

                  Whenever we try to book the GAS the phone line is busy or continuosly ringing with out any response. You can try it at any hour of the day and you will get annoyed with the service.

                  There should be online Gas booking service facility. This will be useful for all the customer. Specially in today's sinario where both husband and wife are working.

                  i am consumer(no. 15289) of Gajanan Gas Service, PUNE, Maharashtra bharat lpg cylinder, i am trying to contact on[protected] since last 15 days, nobody is lifting the phone and this is regular pratice of the centre.
                  ANYBODY CAN HELP ME OUT, HOW TO BOOK THE CYLINDER FOR REFIL AND TEACH A ETHIC OF THE SERVICES, THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE?...

                  Bharat Gas / Lpg — Monopolistic practices prevailing through out

                  I am a bonafide customer of Bharat Gas, bearing subscription #35353 and currently associated with M/s Madam Enterprise, an agency responsible to cater gas supply in Madiwala region of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
                  I am totally shattered and disappointed by the attitude of the entire crew of Bharat Gas Company, and clueless about where & whom to approach in the organisational hierarchy to get my issues properly and appropraitely addressed and I may get some sort of relief.
                  The agency, M/s Madam Enterprises, is on the peak of anarchy who have total indifferent, arrogant, altercating attitude if the customer asks for his due like refilling of the cyllinder on timely basis, and the condition of those customers is pathetic if they own a single cyllinder like me.
                  I had applied for my second cyllinder almost 2 years back, but still there is no trace of my booking, no updates on delivery part despite their confirmation letter of issuance of my cyllinder one and half years back, worst customer care support provided, no one seems accountable for smooth regulation of gas supply, redressal of customer issues, follow ups on the complaints registered, it's a completely fiasco on the part of Bharat Gas Company.

                  I am loosing my tolerance and patience in this regard, willing to pursue the legal couse of action in oreder to get my overdues and issues addressed, actioned, and justice delivered.

                  We booked for Bharat Gas refill with Rohan Gas Malleswaram(Consumer No.1158) on Sep 23 2010. We were told that the supply will be made with in 10 to 15 days. Though it is almost a month there is no supply. We are unable to get the telephone as no one attends phone or it is engaged. Kindly help please

                  Till the date Cylinder is not delivered to us.

                  Mr. Surpal of Mahalaxmi Gas Service don't have any answer to why the Cylinder is not delivered to us even after 16 days.

                  They have to inform us if any stock issue is going.

                  Is ISI mark compulsory. I have got brand new pigeon glass top stove as a gift for my new house costing around Rs. 4000/- . Glass top will never have a ISI mark. My sister is using the same type of stove form past 1.5yrs and its perfectly fine. I am not in a position to by a steel gas stove.

                  I have already paid 250/- for the gas stove check and the guy mentioned that all gas is new and the nob all are good. He says that it does not have a ISI mark. Also, I was not told that there is such a requirement. Now I cant even replace it. The agency is asking to by gas stove from them as its ISI marked but the quality of the stove is not worth ~Rs. 3000/-.

                    I would like to bring to your kind attention that I am facing a yell lot of problems with this Banu Gase Agency (Bharat Gas), Maduravoyal, Chennai. First the people or the staff over there always lie. They don't respond properly and they won't transfer the line to the Manager. I have booked for the refilling of the cylinder on 13.12.10 and today it is 05.01.11 till they not turned up. The call which I make to them on daily basis is of no use. Always they say it will come "today" but that "today" has not yet come.

                    Please take this complaint very seriously and request you to take action on those people.

                      Sir,
                      With ref. to consumer no. 621705, I have booked for a gas cylinder on 28.02.2011 booking no. 753 in Johar Gas Agency, Jabalpur. But, till date no gas cylinder delivered to my residence and every day the person sitting in the office calls for the next day and this activity is being perfomed on the daily basis. Pls do the needful.

                        BHARAT GAS AGENCY (GULAB GAS AGENCY) OFFICER NOT PICKING PHONE AND GAS DELIVERY VERY REDICULOUS.

                        SINCE BPCL IS A GOOD COORPORATION BUT GAS AGENCY PUTTING BAD NAME ON BPCL.

                        Bharat Gas — Late delivery of GAS refilling Cylinder

                        I am having residential LPG connection of Bharat GAS. I am having connection at M/S RAJ GAS SERVIVE, City :- Jamnagar , GUJARAT with Consumer No.:- 933.
                        Even though repeated clarification by Govt. & Companies our distributor is not registering refiliing of bottle before 22 days. I have registered my refilling on 02.01.2010 till today i.e. on 07.01.2010 ( After 5 days.) I have not received my bottle.

                        Also date of completing 21 days should be calculated from date of registration and not from delivery. If I am delivered refilling after five days from my registration & from that if 22 days are calculated I am getting my right on refilling after 27 days. How it can be accepted ?

                        Pl. do need ful for rules of refilling og GAS bottle.

                        Late Refill delivery, poor customer response,

                        I am a Bharath Gas customer affiliated to Hassan agency ' Sai Krishna Enterprises'. They employ all sorts of delaying tactics in delivering the refills. We have just one cylinder and still they deliver the refill in 15days and sometimes beyond.We are suffering from this for about 2 years.Even now we have booked for refill about 13 days back but they are not responding.

                        I don't know what to do. I tried lodging complaint via Bharat Gas official side, but it refuses to submit the same without providing any error message. Hope this forum conveys my message to this insensitive company.

                          i have taken a gas connection of single cylinder on the name of my father in may 2003 from bharat petroleum gas agency mohiuddin nagar , samastipur Bihar pin 848501. i am requesting that agency to issue 2nd cylinder since 2005 but the agency is denying to make it double cylinder on the pretext that it is the policy of government . Sir i want to know the fact and when can i get this. sir . we are facing a big problem becauseof big family and having single cylinder. kindly reply me on my email. thanking you.

                          I am Using Bharath gas from 2004 in single cylinder, every refilling time one week i have to wait for that and every time i am asking when "double cylinder" B P gas is giving. but this distributer in tell every time next month next month. so please give me reply what step i have to take

                          Initially I have taken single Gas connection of Bhart Gas.
                          But now difficult to manage with single connection so I tried to get one more cylinder to get uninterrupted service .

                            The compainant is right. Their telephone number most of the time is busy. If at all you get the number, the delivery would be given after 4/5 days. Improvement in the service is required and the delivery time needs to be cut to the next day.

                              Pls note i have booked for the cylinder on 19/12/09, but till now i haven't received the gas, if we call to them they are repeatedly saying the same answer that (it will be delivered within 2 hours), lot of 2 hours gone, but we haven't got the requirement,

                              It shows the lethargic behavior of customer service of your agency(Varun Gas Agency, 275 School Raod, Khanpur, New Delhi - 110062 Ph 29965383 and 29965237, this is happening every month continuously,

                              For ur kind information i have received the cylinder before 33 days only how can we manage, very poor,

                              Pls ensure henceforth it should not happen again, and pls make necessary action to deliver the same immediately,

                                I have a connection in vinod gas agency, Balaramapuram [ Bharath gas] My consumer number 21220 and I have booked cylinder on 8.12.09 as number 5117. Even though I have tried to contact them it is in vain. So far not delivered. Please look into the matter and do the needful for delivery of cylinder .

                                  we are elected member of our muncipal council in city dinanagar dist gurdaspur punjab we have lots of complaints against a lpg gas agency which is in our city named dinanagar gas agency alloted from hpcl company which was the most reputated & responsible company in our country. we lounge a complaint against agency so many times from mail & company give us a comp no 09020943&09021441 but there is no change in agency in irregularity of gas overcharging on new conections & forcefully sale of hot plates to consummers but nothing has been done from hpcl also which are very shameful for such a reputated company.we also complaint in hpcl vigilence department on 18/12/09 & comp no is 00000191but they did not give any type of response from there side finaly we longe one more complaint regarding are comp no 00000191 but vigilence depatment also ignore us now we think that which has been done in agency is company (hpcl) policy to cheat the consummers & due to this finaly we are demonstrating on 12/01/10 in dinanagar gas agency we are not responcible of any type of inconvenience thank you my contact no is [protected]

                                    I have applied for second cylinder last month. I was asked to come next day with Rs.2500. I went with my mother (since applied in the name of my mother ), they said the "cylinders are over so come tommorow". Again next saturday I called them, after getting confirmation i went with my mother they asked me to wait for some time. After waiting 1hr they asked us come by afternoon without proper response.

                                    Again afternoon they said the cylinders are over, so come tommorow.After that each time whenever i call, am getting the same response.

                                      Dear sir

                                      I am consumer of Indian OIl LPG in Indore and my dealer for same is GasoIndane.
                                      Time and again I am facing the problem of non receipt of LPG cylinders for my domestic use despite fact that booking was done over 12 days back .We are told that the cylinders out of stock,whereas the filled LPG cylinders are being sold thru back door in Black (at premium) - this is particularly so at time of festive seasons & end of the year ,where LPG cylinders (domestic) are sold to organizers of Christmas & new year parties.Matter had been raise dwith your Local Sales Officer R Moghe/Mehar (exact name not known) but no action has been taken over years

                                      Request some higher officvial to look into the problem for immediate resolution

We paid an amount of Rs 1012 and the refund is still not credited in our account. Other HP and Bharat gas customer received their refund immediately.

                                        I am having Bharat Gas domestic connection ,which is being served by Vishnu Jyoti from Ghaziabad.many time I complaint regarding the seal of gas cylinder which is always open .This time my gas cylinder got empty with 7 days only in routine use where earlier it use to work for 30-35 days.There has been huge irregularities are going on the delivery of gas .Kindly chech it immediately.

                                        i and my family we suffered problem withiout cooking gas.
                                        please sir take proper action against the gulab gas agency.
