Delay in the delivery of Cylinder

Pls note i have booked for the cylinder on 19/12/09, but till now i haven't received the gas, if we call to them they are repeatedly saying the same answer that (it will be delivered within 2 hours), lot of 2 hours gone, but we haven't got the requirement,

I have a connection in vinod gas agency, Balaramapuram [ Bharath gas] My consumer number 21220 and I have booked cylinder on 8.12.09 as number 5117. Even though I have tried to contact them it is in vain. So far not delivered. Please look into the matter and do the needful for delivery of cylinder .

Not Providing second cylinder

I have applied for second cylinder last month. I was asked to come next day with Rs.2500. I went with my mother (since applied in the name of my mother ), they said the "cylinders are over so come tommorow". Again next saturday I called them, after getting confirmation i went with my mother they asked me to wait for some time. incomplete refilling

I am having Bharat Gas domestic connection ,which is being served by Vishnu Jyoti from Ghaziabad.many time I complaint regarding the seal of gas cylinder which is always open .This time my gas cylinder got empty with 7 days only in routine use where earlier it use to work for 30-35 days.There has been huge irregularities are going on the delivery of gas .Kindly chech it immediately....

Not Delivered Cylinder After One Month

I had booked for a cylinder on 23.11.2009 . Its more than 20 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the Sidhu gas agency (nearest service provider) Bathinda and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered...

I stay at Thane - Khopat . I went to BHARAT GASCOURT NAKA THANE(W), THANE 400601, MAHARASHTRA for a new connection. They said that it will given in 5 minutes flat provided I buy the Hotplate from them. Hi, Recently i was trying to apply for an additional Bharat Gas cylinder which costs only Rs .1700 but the Gas distributor and the Bharat Gas Customer care no. says that goods worth Rs. 1300 have to be also purchased from Bharat Gas as there are directions from the government to cover up losses incurred in supplying an additional cylinder to the existing user. Poor Dealer Response

This refers the poor response customers are getting from Shri Maruti Bharat Gas Service, Lane No 6, Vidya Nagar, Pune-32 Dealer Code 25171. I request to the responsible Bharat Gas authorities to call on[protected] &[protected] which are mentioned on our gas cards. They never pick up the call made on first no & the second no is not in service. They are also not ready to give any alternate no. Each customer has to visit the agency...

Late Refill delivery, poor customer response

I am a Bahart Gas customer affiliated to Ulhasnagar agency 'Harjas Gas Agency'. They employ all sorts of delaying tactics in delivering the refills. We have just one cylinder and still they deliver the refill in 2 days and sometimes beyond. When we ask of them to provide us with one additional cylinder, they even refuse that.

I don't know what to do. I tried lodging complaint via Bharat Gas official side, but...
