Before one month they have without our knowledge and intimation to us arbitrary changed there and instruced us to hereinafter booked at M/s. This is the case of a small town of Punjab called Kotkapura. We have monoply of Bharat gas under the agency named Geena Gas service. If after booking you go to collect the cylender they will charge you app 20-30 Rs extra and gives you a packet of Biscut or Namkeen or Achaar etc. First I thought that it may be free gift from company because I was not aware of the exact price of gas cylender but when I found the exact price I refused to pay...

I have been facing the problem in deleyed delivery of Gas cylinder with Bharat Gas. I have been staying at Mohanpuri in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
