dear sir,
i had recently applied for the LPG connection to Indira Gas Agency Budhlada distt. Mansa, punjab. all the paperwork is done & company has approved my connection but the sub dealer is not issuing me the connection without unwanted accessories such as gas stove regulator , pipe etc. which i have all ready bought. he's charging unreasonable price of such things. My question is whether Bharatgas has also started selling...

Sir,
This is to draw your attention towards serious & continious trouble created by our Gas Agency ,Named Saurabh Gas Service ,Rail VIhar,Gorakhpur,the permanent problem is that the above mentioned Gas Agency provides us Gas after 45 days of booking the gas & on repeated complaints also he payes no attention.Moreover , uses abusive & derogatory language.My Gas Connection is in the name of Mr.A.N. Rai,C/o Mr.Vijendra Pratap Singh & the No.is 1328.
Kindly take some measures for removal of this permanent problem

      Bharat Petroleum Corporation — Staff cheating on consumers

      I filled petrol for Rs 1000/-, On keenly observing the meter, I observed the meter jump from Rs 800+ to Rs 1000 instantly and meter stopped. I complained to staff to no avail . This happend in Jogi enterprises service, Dealer Bharat petroleum corporation, No. 46, 12/1, uttarahalli main road, bangalore-61. I have paid by credit card and took a bill No. 31678 dated 12/04/2009.

      Please verify and initiate action.

      Bharat Petroleum — Normal Fuel(Non-Premium) out of stock

      I am regularly facing this with most of the petrol bunks in the Mumbai that they remain out of stock with the regular fuel be it diesel or petrol.

      We all are talking for the huge govt. spending in terms of subsidising cost for the common man, but i see most of the time these petrol bunks sells barrels of diesel to their preferred channels and when one goes to full a tank of a car they are out of stock.

      Today, on 15th April this got repeated with Bajaran Auto Workds - Marol Naka - Andheri East, I went with my car to full it with regular fuel, and the staff said they are out of it, and i got forced to fill a premium priced diesel for 200 Rs. for nothing.

      Couple of days back i stood in quque on the pump for over 20 mins and they were busy in filling up some drums on a Tempo (may be 5-6 of them) and i moved out without fuel as i was rushing late for office.

      What can be done, is there any solution, I also logged the complaint in the Complaint book at thePump.

      I filled petrol for 500/- in Bharat petroleum bunk loydes road, while they started filling the petrol it started slowly and all of a sudden cashier disturbed me I ans him and abd with in no time it showed 500/-, those guys have cheated me, dont ever go to Bharat petroleum bunk, government has to take strict action and send him behind bar for this kinf of cheating.

      I was talkin to one of my friend and the telephone got dead at about 08:30 hours.Even after advicing one of my friend to lodge a complaint which has already been lodged (complaint number is not available).Plz look into it that no abnormal billing shoudl be done on this telephone.

      Please see to it that the telephone connection is revived immedietly.
      Our distributor M/S Kashmir Gas Agency, Killianwali. Although I am getting supply regularly, but even when the gas is nor avialable with the distributor, it is freely available with the persons selling refills for a premium, from where they get these refills. Please enquire about this and take proper action. I get regular supply being an influential individual, but it is very hard for a common to get supply on time.

        i had placed an order for gas on 16th and even after 10 days of booking i have not yet recived the gas.
        i called them many times and said that i need the gas but they never took it seriously .
        when i said that i will go to consumer court, they back answered saying that ok go wherver you want.

        Dear Sir,

        This is to inform you that, we have booked a gas cylinder by internet booking on 01/02/2010 as per the said mail (reply from your end). And till date we have not received the same.

        Also inform you that from past 20-25 days, the gas agency's (Friends Gas Services, New Friends Colony) phone nos are not in working condition and we are not able to genting any response from their side. We are in very urgent need of gas cylinder.

        Hence, please look into this matter and I request you to please release the gas cylinder at the earliest.

          SIRS, I AM BLUE CARD HOLDER OF BHARAT CYLINDER FROM 16/12/2006 MY CONSUMER NO 36848 & GAS AGENCY CODE 251928 REKHA GAS AGENCY 109 KHANDESH MILL SHOPING COMPLEX JALGAON 425 001.[protected].

          WE HAVE NOT GOT ADDITIONAL CYLENDER TILL NOW FOR WHICH WE AHVE COMPLETED THE PROCEDURE AND APPLIED ON 20.08.2009 . AT THE TIME OF DEMAND OF ADDITIONAL CYLENDER, THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL ISSUE IT WITHIN 6 MONTHS, BUT THEY HAS NOT ISSUED ADDITIONAL CYLENDER.

          I REQUEST U PLEASE LOOK INTO MATTER AND ISSUE ADDITIONAL CYLINDER.

          Bharat Gas — Issuing additional cylinder

          I have been asking the Bharat Gas vendor on B.T.M. Layout Bangalore- Bangalore Gas agency for an additional cylinder since April 2009. Then they said that additional connection would be given only after general elections. After the election they said that connections would be given after the government formation. In June they simply refused saying that no connections are being provided.

          This attitude of Bharat Gas vendor has caused lot of inconvenience to us in last few months. Can something be done about it?
          I have taken the gas connection from ranjna agency, nagpur in 2008. they gave me only one cylinder connection.At that time they said because of the shortage, giving two cylinders have been stopped.Can i get the second cylinder now? with the single cylinder, every month i have to face problems. Please Help

          We have booked additional cylinder on 17.09.2011 with PARANAV AGENCY, VENKATAPURAM, COIMBATORE. Without our knowledge they have given bill for Rs. 3500 & in the receipt form they have mentioned that “other things is compulsory”, where as the value of additional cylinder is Rs.1250 & “other things” is Rs. 2250. We informed them we never required “other things” & kindly cancel the “other things” and supply additional cylinder, for which they said they will not cancel the “other things“. They asked us to cancel additional itself in harsh words.
          For your information, they are supplying the other things like Mysore Sandal Soap, Tea Powder Packets, Non Stick Tawa, Pressure Cooker etc…
          Therefore w e humbly request you to supply the additional cylinder without other things. Kindly treat the matter on top priority.

          I got the Bharat gas connection on 2006. In my case they are even not ready to accept my request for additional cylinder. Every time they will tell some and on that they either tell the quota is over or they posponed.

            i went for refueling my car.it was a diesel car n i told the person. n there was even written diesel on the cap of the diesel cap from where we fill the fuel. but instead of that he filled up petrol n after that started harrasing me. he said sir its your fault. what would i do. then they called a labour who told he would empty the tank but charge me RS 300. I told the pump manager that why should i give this charge,. he told no sir you hav to give it. itold ok first u ask him to empty the tank. after that when i told that it was the fault of your staff, so he siad es sir so what can i do.it was a fault only. And when i told ki i wont give any money, you pay the labour charge, then he was like sir if you dont pay, we wont allow your car to go.

            Being such an estemees comapny, if BPCL gives such a customer service and harras customers, then what sould i do.

            i am from kolkata. n this incidnet happended in a BPCL petrol pump on SAturday 28.11.2009.

            from last few days the bharat petroleum pump at pari chawk near ansal plaza
            greater noida is always doing fraud with customer.
            they are pressing FUEL INJECTOR twice to fill petrol.
            all the time they say their is problem of pressure.

            but their is something wrong as i have personally seen several times customer
            making arguement for same.
            i do not understand where is the vigilence and what are they doing.
            and what anty corruption bureau is doing.

              I have booked a gas on 18/11/09 , Booking no given was 7562,

              Even after 10days also not recioved the gas and not responding for telephone call.

              I have been facing the problem in deleyed delivery of Gas cylinder with Bharat Gas. I have been staying at Mohanpuri in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. This time I have booked the cylinder on 25.10.2009 & i got it on 12. 11. 2009. Where as i have Dubble Cylinder One will always remain empty. Can anybody say what is the benyfit to take a Dubble cylinder? The Dealer deny to entry for book a new cylinder on 26. 11. 2009. My previous one is already consumed. What should I do Now?

              Sir I am living in Neravy village near Karaikal our distributer is chithra bharath gas dealer at Bharathiyar road at Karaikal the dealer is denying booking cylinder normally booking is allowed 25 days after the delivery but they never keep data correctly for me on the 7th of january they supplied a cylinder after repeated visits and arguments I went to book acylinder on 9th febraury 2010 but they denied booking and their staff told me that their records shows that they delivered a cylinder on the 27th of january I suspect they might have delivered a cylinder on my account to somebody for extrabenefits I have received many such complaints from many customers I have shown the gas book in which they enter the deliveries still they denied booking my name is havva nachiyar my connection customer number is 85 earlier I have complained to your Mumbai office with a written complaint signed by many customers

                It is to inform u that today morning at about 10.10AM I went to fill the petrol in my scooter at Andhra Pradesh Auto service 16.8.9311/1 Malakpet Hyderabad. I had requested to the person who was filling petrol to take oil sachet then he said that he does't have the same his behaviour was no good. It is to my surprise that no filling point were having the same. I went to the Manager and asked the complaint book he refused to give and called one person and handed over the oil sachet box. Then I filled the petrol took the bill 7255 dated 26.11.2009. Even to take the I have to go to certain place and ask for the bill. In other petrol bunks the same issued by the casher.This is the 2nd time I am facing this problem. That time I called to Mr. Srinivas Rao over his cell phone. But he adviced me to first lodge complaint with the manager of the bunk. I request Sir kindly make surprise visit to such petrol bunks.. this Bunks staff are purposely not giving back the remaing change and trobling to customers. Harish Mulay

                Compliant on Bharath petroleum bunk in Anjaneya Nagar, ((Nr. IDL Gate)) Moosapet, Hyderabad.

                I would link to inform you that the Bharath petrol bunk located in Anjaneya nagar, Moosapet, (Nr. IDL Gate) I went today (28.02.15) at 9.30 PM to fill petrol to my two wheeler, but they said no stock but as per the stock report it was available on the board.Just now I came to know the fuel charges will be hike Rs.3 per liter from tomorrow, hence they said no stock.

                Hence I request you to please take necessary action to them

                  I have booked my gas on 28th Dec 09 delivery of cylinder after 10 to fifteen request calls to gas distributer Ravindera Enterprises Mohali delivery received on 15the Jan 2010 Than my both cylinder was empty.Than I request them to book my gas they said to me booking will be done after 21 days. Now I have booked my cylinder on 1st Feb. after request now I visit to Dealer for request for delivery they behave like begger that I am begging some thing that I did not like.

                  Please provide me the solution if you have any.

                    I got transfer to pune, so I have transfer my Bharat gas connection from belgaum to pune.

                    I have given my transfer papers to Maruti gas agency in Tingare nagar, Pune. They are telling they have shortage of Regulators, from last 2 months they are telling me the same thing.....

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am customer of Bharat Gas Agency vide consumer no. GG5367 since 2007 under Golden Gas Agency, Hazaribagh. I am following up the said dealer for issuing dual cyliender on my card for last one year but they denied to issue the same and tell me that we will not issue the cyliender and you can lodge the complaint anywhere for the same. I also try to contract their area office at[protected] but no body pick the phone. We are facing lots of problem with single cyliender. If Bharat Gas unable to provide us dual cylinder we have to surrender our existing cylinder and go for HP/ Indane.

                      Please look into the matter.

                      I am customer of Bharat Gas Agency vide consumer no. 2509 under Varahi Gas agency Udaipur I am following up the said dealer for issuing dual cyliender on my card but we will not issue the cyliender and you can lodge the complaint .
                      We are facing lots of problem with single cyliender. If Bharat Gas unable to provide us dual cylinder we have to surrender our existing cylinder and go for HP/ Indane.

                      Abt:- GOLDEN GAS AGENCY, HAZARIBAG 825301

                      As discussed with Mr. Ajay Jain([protected]) on 04/04/2014 12:30, he told me that you are the customer that “ you are getting problem after DBC Cylinder”in rude manner. We have applied 2 cylinders in 5 months and still we get such response from them.

                      You can see all the below order, completed 12-15 days after your intervention.

                      I am facing below issue on every time after booking the cylinder

                      1. Delay in Delivery of 12-15 days and got after mailing.
                      2. After reminder, we get such response from the Gas Agency Employer “you are getting problem after DBC Cylinder”.
                      3. Every time I have to remind/mail you for delay in delivery “as you know“.

                      I request you kindly suggest me what should I do on above cases.

                        Sub:- Request to rectify the Descrepancies in issueing the Gas
                        Cylinder to me / or abolish the Dealership the agency
                        which is located at Chitradurga – my own – reg.

                        With reference to the above subject, I write to state that, I am having Gas Connection of your Company (Bharath Gas) through the “ Mahalingappa Gas Agencies, Chitradurga “ since 4 years. My Gas Connection (Customer Voucher) number is 16602.

                        I want to bring the matter to your kind notice that, the above Mahalingappa Gas Agencies, Chitradurga is not supply (issue) the Gas cylinder to me as per your company rules since I purchased the Gas Connection.
                        As per your company rules, the Agency must supply or issue the cylinder after the twenty days of booking. But the above your agency is supplying the cylinder after the 30 days of booking i.e., 1 cylinder upto 50 days.

                        The other same agencies of your company they issue the cylinder to the customers after the twenty days of booking.
                        I collect the almost Advance information regarding the above Mahalingappa Gas Agency of your company that, the above agency is supply the cylinders unaccountly to the higher government officials, politicians, and their wellwishers without keep any accounts etc., But not issue the cylinder intime to the customers also me.
                        Also the advance informations reveals that, the above agency is selling the cylinders one to double rate through its workers (cylinder carriers) to Hotels, Commercial Shops and others to earn the profit beyond the limitation.

                        Sir,
                        I, Satyabrata sarkar, my consumer no is 12369. Address vill + post - kusumgram, district - burdwan. I Book my cylinder ist April, 2015. Now I have no Gas cylinder for cook. The Dealer can't supply cylinder home delivery. But all of customer in our area paid extra charge. In our area many of your customer transfer their gas cylinder to Indian Gas. If we contact dealer for his bad service they suggest us to transfer the connection to Indian Gas.
                        Now I am a Business person in Computer. If you give me your dealer in our area. I assure I can give better service and supply for your company.

                          I've a Bharat Gas connection from NCR. Now, I need to transfer it from NCR to Bangalore. But the vendor in the agency says that it is posible to transfer only when the connection is 3 years old. Is it any rule or anybody also facing teh same problem? Does anybody has solution for this?                             Redemption of petro miles

                            I have sent redemption request for redemption of petro miles against four of my petro cards. I had received only one item against the redemption. The maximum period allowed by BPCL is three months. Now it has passed the limit of three months. Only assurance is there from them. No steps have been taken to send the items.                             Please note that I am a consumer of your Gas Company having Consumer No.J-2908. I
                            am not getting the gas cylinders regularly & frrom last three days i contrinue tried to book my cylinder over telephone but they are not responding.
                            At the time of booking it was informed that I will receive the cylinder after 10 days and even after 7 days of the bill despatched from the office I never received the cylinder. On calling they are not giving proper response. It should be taken very seriously. It is very difficult to manage once the cylinder gets over hence we use to book it prior.
                            Please do some arrangement to solve the problem and kindly make some provision of timely delivery of the cylinder for the customers .

                              I have Indane Gas Connection having No.8228. I have booked my LPG Gas Cylinder on 19.06.10 and booking No.8475from Bedi Indan Gas Agency having office address :- B-43, Kartar Nagar, Main 3 & half Pusta, Delhi-110053. But not delivered by them till today i.e. 02.07.10. They are not assuring that it will be delivered to my postal address. So you are requested to take necessary action against that Agency so that I and other consumer may not be disturbed and get their delivery in time.
                              Sir/madam, I'm form bhubaneswar having consumer No. 38957812, taken service from VARSHA ENTERPRISES, SAHID NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA. Which is the most slow service provider. They are always giving silly excuse of late supply from your side. But simultaneously other agencies are giving proper service. I fear they're doing some black market. Till now I'm waiting for my gas although booked since ONE MONTH. Please do something. Thank you.

                                I am Baljeet singh customer of bharat gas service.my consumer no. is 381 and distributer name is NIRMAL ENTERPRISES (A-19, Chandra Vihar, Nilothi, near VIkas Puri, Delhi). Home delivery of this agency is never good. Whenever i book to the refill they never reach to my home. When i complaint in this subject they gave no response and sometime they misbehave and said "Jahan complain karni hai kar lo". Please take immediate action.

                                The complaint is regarding the distributor(Gulab Gas Agency, vaishali nagar, jaipur) of Bharatgas of our area. The booking servise is very poor. They do not bood gas over the phone. Everytime we call them they are either busy or they do not pick up the call.The staff they have recurited is useless. Even though if by chance they pick up the call and book cyclinder over phone they do not provide with the booking number and then we have to go to their office and book the cyclinder personally. we are facing this issue every time. Is been 5 days when I am trying to call and book cyclinder and these people are not responding to my call. I tried calling them continously for more the 2 hours but the result is the same.Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                MADAM ENTERPRISES/BHARATH GAS, is not responding to call, the numbers listed on the website are not working for almost a month. i have booked a refill order on bharat gas website two weeks back and have not received the cylinder.
                                There seems to irresponsible behavior from the agency.
                                Im a consumer of bharat gas and my Distributor sai bharat gas agency in not co-operating when a gas cylinder is booked with him he refuses to give a delivery of same and advise that i need to come next day before 8:30 to get a cylinder. I requested him that i work late night and it wont be possible for me to come earlier at 08:30 but with no positive response he refuses and forced me to collect from shop before 08:30. however it is clearlt mentioned in consumer card that a gas cylinder will be delivered to consumer address within 4-5 working days. and even when i asked that i need to close the gas connection with you no positive response is givern and just advise me that you have to speak to their headoffice which is located around 8 km from my place. do you think it is a right process followed by you. i need a action on this ASAP.                                 I am a consumer of Bharat Gas in Viluppuram "Imayam Gas Agency" with double cylinder, I booked for gas cylinder on 15.11.2008( the agency accepted booking only after 20 days of gas cylinder issued), but still ( 28.11.08) I have not received my gas cylinder, every time they said next day, I received gas cylinder lastly on 23.10.08. Not only this month, every month the “Imayam Gas Agency”, gas cylinder issued after 33, 34, 35 days. I request that please arrange next gas cylinder issue within 30-31 days, thanking you.

                                I face very poor response from "Gas Jet" (tel no: +[protected], 24533279/0825) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. When I physically go to their office for booking and I saw that the receiver of the phone set is lifted. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they give the delivery time at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.

                                If you can avoid taking a connection from Bharat Gas, pls do. After all these hassles I feel private gas agencies are a better option. These agencies like Bharat Gas are just there to make your life miserable!!!

                                I am a domestic LPG user of Bharat gas (Rahul gas Service)located at N P thakker marg vileparle (east) Mumbai 400057, cons no.3191 .Whenever I book a cylinder, it is assured that it will take 3 or 4 days but even after 8 to 10 days there is no delivery done and after constant reminders the cylinder is delivered, as we have a joint family our gas gets over in 15 days but I was told that I can book my cylinder after 15 days of the delivery of the previous one but I cant understant how it is possible if the previous ordered one takes 15 days to be delivered.

                                my consumer no is 6832 in the name of Ashar Mohammd of Bahrat Gas.My booking office is at Friends gas agency,bharat nagar,new delhi.Form the last three,four months we are not getting timely delivery.Even they are not picking the phone .Due to thios we could ot booked our connection.Booking of gas delivery only possible after personal visit.I have booked for gas delivery on 17/12/09 but till date at 4 pm we could not get the delivery.Kindly look the matter.
                                My consumer no is 1596A in the name of Nirmal Enterprises of Bahrat Gas (A-19 Chandra Vihar Niloti Near Vikar Puri). I am consumer of Bharat Gas more than 15 years. Form the last 3-4 months, we are not getting timely delivery. Even they are not picking the phone and if they pick it cut without booking and sometimes they pick, they did not give booking number because as usual there was electricity problem, always unable to give booking number. Due to this, we could not book our connection. Gas booking not possible with the phone. So kindly look after this matter as soon as possible.
                                You are absolutely right. We are also having our gas connection under this distributor and facing same problem. Moreover, in a sense practically we are using facility of only ONE cylinder, though we have deposited the required charges for TWO cylinders.
                                Because they are not taking the booking request withing 20 days of delivery of one cylinder and by that time the other one is also empty. Now, after they take the booking, they will not deliver the booked cylinder before 12-15 days. So practically we are paying for TWO authorizations and actually availing only ONE and that to in a very miserable situation.
                                I am Dheeraj Gupta & my cons No. 14829. Our gas agency name is Hitesh Gas Service 8742, Shidi Pura, Model Basti, New Delhi-5. They never give delivery on time & weight of gas cylinder is always less. they never pick phone no. they are[protected],[protected]. some times they are not working.                                 OUR GAS WAS TRANSFERRRED FROM MUMBAI TO PRAGATI ENTERPRISES PUNE ON 22/01/2010.SINCE THEN EVERYTIME IT HAS BEEN A HEADACHE TO BOOK AND GET GAS CYLINDER IN TIME.
                                WHILE BOOKING TIME ITSELF THEY RUDELY TELL THAT IT WILL TAKE 15-16 DAYS TO GET THE CYLINDER.
                                WITHIN 23 DAYS 181 CYLINDERS COULDNOT BE DELIVERED IS A VERY FUNNY STATISTICS.

                                Hi my
                                name is Vikram from Zaheerabad. In my home gas cylinder exploded 5 years
                                due to leakage of gas pipeline and our house also burnt during that
                                accident.
                                All we want now is a new gas cylinder in case of damaged
                                cylinder. we are circling around regional gas for for 6 months but they are
                                delaying and are not showing any interest in our case.
                                We don't have
                                cylinder from 5 years, they are not working sincerely and not considering
                                our problem as a problem. They have taken my damaged cylinder but not
                                replaced new cylinder.
                                So please try to solve my problem as soon as
                                possible because we don't have cylinder right now.
                                Mainly the staff of
                                zaheerabad are not working properly and are not showing any interest in our
                                problem.*Resolution
                                I am from Mathura.I am a consumer of deep gas service. My connection no. 7658 H M Gupta.I complained several times for gas liking .but nobody come from agency. I have recording in mobile of my complaint. It shows irresponsibility.
                                Kindly sort out my problem as soon as possible

                                twice I received message on mobile that your booking no. and delivery of gas cylinders without booking for new gas cylinder.

                                  Irregular delivery of domestic gas cylinder

                                  Is Agency se saara nagar pareshan hai.kabhi sahi samay par Gas milti nahi hai Agar extra 100-150/- de sake to kabhi bhi mil sakti hai.Anya jankari ke liye 16 NOV.09 ka DAINIK BHASKAR/MANDLA BHASKAR News-Paper dekh sakte hai.krupaya hamare card ki details dekhe.
