Is transfer possible after 3 years?

I've a Bharat Gas connection from NCR. Now, I need to transfer it from NCR to Bangalore. But the vendor in the agency says that it is posible to transfer only when the connection is 3 years old. Is it any rule or anybody also facing teh same problem? Does anybody has solution for this? Pls advice. Thanks in Advance....

Redemption of petro miles

I have sent redemption request for redemption of petro miles against four of my petro cards. I had received only one item against the redemption. The maximum period allowed by BPCL is three months. Now it has passed the limit of three months. Only assurance is there from them. No steps have been taken to send the items. The details of the items are given below:

non delivery of gas in time

I have a gas connection with Bharat Ratan Stat City Gas Service Taranagar distt. churu (raj.). The agency is booking the gas after 21 days. Last time I booked for a cylinder on 07/11/2009 but we have not received the delivery till date. Please help me and ask your agency holder to supply the gas in time.

Poor Service

I am Baljeet singh customer of bharat gas service.my consumer no. is 381 and distributer name is NIRMAL ENTERPRISES (A-19, Chandra Vihar, Nilothi, near VIkas Puri, Delhi). Home delivery of this agency is never good. Whenever i book to the refill they never reach to my home. When i complaint in this subject they gave no response and sometime they misbehave and said "Jahan complain karni hai kar lo". Please take immediate action....

GETTING NEW CONNECTION

Iam residing MAdavaram. My local Bharat gas distributor is KANIIGA GAS AGENCY. I have enquired for new connection. He is charging me Rs.9000 for new connection & Rs. 4000/ for additional cylinder.
He is saying that this an offer to buy wetgrinder, gas stove and cylinder at above mentioned price.
Eventhough i told i have already have the wet grinder (which is not relavnat to lpg gas connection) withut that they wont sell...

without my permission changed my connection to another agency

Dear sir,
My Home Gas connection was from perappadan gas agency, mala, Trichur. They were proper in supply. Before 1 year, without my permission my gas connection changed to another agency in Eriyad, Kodungallur, Trichur. They are not proper in supply. I have to wait more than 2 months for getting a cylinder. They will not come in a proper day. So we have to wait for them all days in a week. Also this agency is very far from my home....

regarding exchange of regulator

Sir my gas regulator is not in position to use so i want a replacement for this but agency owner told that it is not in stock and also told it will be issued again only after payment of Rs 150/-
Is this correct?
B cos as for as my knowledge we have deposited security money for Cylinder and regulator.

kindly let me know this . if i am correct kindly let my regulator change without any payment

Poor Services by Shriram gas Agency - Bharat gas - sinhagad road - PUNE

It has been very bad experience with Shriram Gas Agency (Bharat gas on sinhgad road pune). I would like to bring to your notice that they are very unprofessional while dealing with customers and providing any kind of service, below are some highlights :-

- First they took a long to provide a new connection of cylinder
- Then they are worst at providing refill cylinder delivery, our gas was over and it’s been almost...

I had read a News paper report on 5th Nov.2009 that Shri Murali Devra, Hon. Minister for Petroleum had made a statement in Economic Ministers conference at Delhi, that there is no restriction for booking/ taking two gas cylinders at a time. Now gas agencies are permitting to book the 2nd cylinder only after 20-25 days after delivery of 1st cylinder. Minister made it clear that there is no such restriction...

Cheating on Petrol Quantity

I had got my car fuel refilled from Masih Automobile(Dealer Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.) Road No. 75B, Vikas Marg Etxn., Anand Vihar, Delhi -92 vide receipt No. 691463 dtd. 14.11.09. The meter all of suddent went up from Rs. 1140 to Rs. 1540/-. When i objected to this they said u r wrong....

non supply of gas bottle

Dear Sir,

we are having customer account number 1502 in west end gas agency, mumbai kandivali (west)

As our consumption of a gas is a negligeable from approx last one year.as my father died and mother is staying majour time outoff india with my younger brother because of her ell health and age problem.

when my mother come back , and she require gas for domestic use , we book the gas on phone...

Asking more money while delivering the cylinder

I don't know whether these complaints are ever been read by someone who can actually take some actions against these. But still I would still like to share my experience with the public.
I'm having a gas connection with Bharat Gas (Mahalaxmi Enterprises) in Bangalore. From past two months the hawkers are asking more money while delivering the cylinder saying the prices has been increased.But the receipt still says it costs...

Tansfer of Indane to Bharatgas

With reference to my earlier complaint, I was advised on 2.11.09 by Mr Indrajeet Chatterjee ([protected]@bharatpetroleum.in) and [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in that there should not any problem in transfer. Thereafter, after encountering problems I wrote back on 9.11.2009 to [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in> with copy to [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in and to [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in as under but till date no response has been received....

New Connection

I have applied for a new connection within 2nd week of September(app. no. 279) this year. In spite of continuous follow up till date I am suffering due non-availability of cooking gas from DSP CO-OPERATIVE, BENACHITY. Please look into this matter and take step as soon as possible.

irregularity in supply of gas

Dear sir,
This agency in full of curruption & misbehaveiour..if we book our gas on 20th of the month they took the action after 3 or 4 days and the gas cyliender reach to us after 6-7 days because of that we face so much problem. and if we call them in their customer care number firstly they didn't pick the call & by the chance if call is conected then the bahaviour of them are so rude and without solving our problem...
