Respected sir/Madam,
It is really painful to approach just for the booking of the cylinder and non reciept of cylinder on time despite booking on toll free no. My connection is with JAYA Gas agency.I have booked for the cylinder on 12.12.09 but I have not yet received the cylinder.Last month I have booked for the cylinder on 02.11.09 and I have received the cylinder on 17.11.09. we are working couple and in this age of technologically so advanced with improved communication and fast modes for contact and provision for best customer support and care , we are not in a position to even book a genuine cylinder for domestic purposes. It is really frustrating that despite of booking I am not getting the cylinder.I have been facing this problem every month.If there is any poosibility of changing my connection to another gas agency which is doing its service correctly at the appropriate time kindly change my connection to that agency.I kindly request you to take necessary action and see to that my problem has been cleared.I have furnished my details herewith:

Bharat Gas/domestic gas — delivery problem

Dear Sir,
My self Mrs.Jaspal Kaur w/o Late Ramsaroop . I am the customer of Indian gas since 10 years. I want to complain regarding the services.my consumer no is 2022 .I needed gas cylinder after every 3 months. I booked for gas on[protected].booking no-287 at CC-531744 MALWA Gas Services SANAUR (Patiala) and demand for a complaint book and there is no Response after that they creating misbehave with me and misguide me to come after 2days and collect gas cylinder here.But according to booking no-287 delivery date[protected] in gas copy BUT today is[protected] and i am going there for collecting my gas cylinder at agency they saying to me come tomorrow .and this is not only once with me every time this is happening and there is no option in agency to register complaint . kindly solve my problem .Thanks

    Sir,
    about three months ago i applied for a new gas connection to bharat gas agency at sec-24 rohini. they submitted the form but dont gave me any request no. or referance no. till now no visit done for the connection. i made no. of visits to that office but always tells me that it will take more two or three and now three months have been passed and still i am without a gas connection. i took the field servair contact no. and many time contact him every time he shows attitude and misbehaves.
    Kindly have a look. till now i did not get any reply.

    Also i made a on line complaint as shown below but till now no response i get.

    Bharat Gas — Asking for bribe for releasing gas connection

    I have got a TV from Jaipur to Amritsar (Dealer No. 115616). From last one month the dealer has also got the TV confirmed from the previous dealer. But he is asking for extra money for releasing the connection on TV. He is also forcing the Suraksha pipe, Lighter & Apron on me, which I already have from the previous dealer. Now he is harrasing me & telling me that he won't give me connection & I can take it from anywhre else & he will ensure that I won't get it from anywhere.

    WHEN I VISITED THEIR OFFICE THEY TOLD ME THAT I AM ALREADY USING GAS CONNECTION NO. 11843 AND REFUSED TO ISSUE CONNETION CAN NO. 11843 IS IN THE NAME OR MY ELDER BROTHER HAVING SEPARATE FAMILY RAJNEESH LATER ON A MEN VISITED ME. AND ASK FEW BRIBE OF Rs TO ISSUE THE NEW CONNECTION.
    I agree for the same, the same attitude is here in J B nagar, Andheri(e) Mumbai, where they are forcing to buy stove or buy other items worth Rs4000/- to get connection

      Dear sir,
      I stay at Thane - Khopat . I went to BHARAT GASCOURT NAKA THANE(W), THANE 400601, MAHARASHTRA for a new connection. They said that it will given in 5 minutes flat provided I buy the Hotplate from them. I gave them all the documents they asked for like Address proof, Pan card copy, Attested copy of Ration Card, My company details etc.

      But when I refused to take their Hotplate ( as it looked substandard), they are delaying the same and say it will take 15 days to 1 month for the connection and the tone of the conversation has changed from servicing to delaying tactics which is highly unfair and unlawful.

      I understand that Bharat Gas is one of the finest company to deal with and they listen to the consumer complaint quick and fast.
      I am in dire need of a new connection as I am getting married.
      Could you please intervene and get the gas conncetion by 28th December please??

      I strobgly agree to what Ajay is going thru. I too had faced a similar situation but when I had complained, the matter was sorted out to my satisfaction withing 1 days flat.

      Dear Team,

      I have applied for new connection on 08 june 2013 at U.G.Gas service. My connection id is 4300377 which has released in the list but was not availed the gas service till date 05 july 2013. I called several times to the office but there is no appropriate response from any one over the phone call then I visited the office on 02 july2013 by 11AM and asked about the same. They replied very rudely and told have to wait for 5 days more Its really very very pathetic condition of service.I am in very urgent need of the gas so I have applied for new connection but it is really very very pathetic that in case o[censored]rgency bharat gas center is failing to provide service to the customer.Now I want to know how many more days have to wait for gas Also want the exact date and time for the resolution Request you to process my gas connection on priority basis. I have already complaint about this and the Complaint No:40175999 but till date have not received any revert.

        Bharat gas refilling — non refilling

        It really has a poor service i booked refill cylinder request on 18/09/2010 and now they straight deny the requested rather even giving the delivery
        I HAVE BOOKED A CYLINDER AT NIMAR JYOTI GAS AGENCY KHANDWA MP CON.NO.10509 45 DAYS BEFORE. STILL TODAY I HAVE NOT GOT REFILL

My booking No, 4974 for the additional cylinder. On approach the distributor is insisting me to buy the product displayed in the showcase which are four times costiler than the marked price. If I purchase the same will be given immediately. Now I am not in prosition to purchase the same. I request you to take up the issue with the concern and see to it that the additional cylinder is given to me. ( My consumer No.RD.12351)

            Hi, Recently i was trying to apply for an additional Bharat Gas cylinder which costs only Rs .1700 but the Gas distributor and the Bharat Gas Customer care no. says that goods worth Rs. 1300 have to be also purchased from Bharat Gas as there are directions from the government to cover up losses incurred in supplying an additional cylinder to the existing user. I just wanted to know is it a fact. Is it right to offer products to the consumer which the consumer does not wants. If it is not true and fait than what action can i initate agaist such practise. Kindly suggest.

            Bharat Gas — Additional Cyilender

            Hi,

            I have been requested (I have reference no. 603) to Bharat Gas distributor (Mahalakshmi Enterprise)to issue an additional Cyilender. At first they told me to pay 2500/- for instant release or submit a request with us to get an approval from Bharat Gas co. with which I may get cyilender in 1200/- after two months.

            But after two months when I approached them they replied the company is no given any approval so approach us after another 2 months. I submitted this request somewhere in June or july 2008. But now when I approached them in Jan 2009, their manager told me that I need to come after 5th Feb and I have to pay 2900/-.

            If you have any approach to get this issue resolved please help me:

            -- Ask them to provide me cyilender at 1200/- on commited price as soon as possible.

            Bharat Gas — for an additional cylinder

            Dear Mr. Rakes agarwal,

            I Ranjit gupta having a connection with consumer id - 4946, from last six month i am trying to purchase an addition cylender on my connection but according to bharat gas staff new cylenders are not available in our stock, last six mont they are saying that next month we will provide u. But till the time i do not get it, and i am suffering by harshing (every month i go to the branch they said not this month, next month) o[censored]r employee.

            Kindly rectify it

              This refers the poor response customers are getting from Shri Maruti Bharat Gas Service, Lane No 6, Vidya Nagar, Pune-32 Dealer Code 25171. I request to the responsible Bharat Gas authorities to call on[protected] &[protected] which are mentioned on our gas cards. They never pick up the call made on first no & the second no is not in service. They are also not ready to give any alternate no. Each customer has to visit the agency & personally book the refil cylinder. The agency doesn't have any fear of either Bharat Gas Authorities or The District Supply Authorities. We expect strict action from either or both the authorities, or shift our connection to other agency in the area.

              there are very unresponseble on phone line they, nt given answers at the phone

                DEAR SIR,
                THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.
                HERE,WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY
                ON 15/12/2008 AT Shubham Gas Service.
                THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE TILL TODAY i.e. 23/12/2008

                This is regular problem with the gas agency. The contact no provided is always busy or by luckily if it rings nobody bother to pick it up. Half of the population of the area has subscribed piped gas. Inspite of this there is always delay in the delivery. We need to remind the service twice.

                  I am a Bahart Gas customer affiliated to Ulhasnagar agency 'Harjas Gas Agency'. They employ all sorts of delaying tactics in delivering the refills. We have just one cylinder and still they deliver the refill in 2 days and sometimes beyond. When we ask of them to provide us with one additional cylinder, they even refuse that.

                  I don't know what to do. I tried lodging complaint via Bharat Gas official side, but it refuses to submit the same without providing any error message. Hope this forum conveys my message to this insensitive company.

                  Pls note my complaint, my agency is Alok gas najafgarh, i booked gas cylinder booking no 18706316 dt. 28.02.12,

                  But gas cylinder is not delivered till date,
                  I AM AMIT KUMAR JHA, I AM A CUSTOMER OF BHARAT GAS, AGENCY NAME IS SINI GAS AGENCY & CUSTOMER NO IS 28244. I BOOKED FOR REFILLING MY CYLINDER ON 27 FEB 12, BUT TODAY IS 31 MARCH 12, BUT TILL TODAY I DID NOT GET CYLINDER, WHEN I BOOKED THE CYLINDER THAN SINI GAS AGENCY TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL GET THE CYLINDER IN 25 DAYS.ALL THE TIME THIS IS HAPPENING.TODAY I PUT THE COMPLAINT IN BHARAT GAS CUSTOMER CARE, HE GAVE ME COMPLAINT NO, THAT IS 40032008.THAN CONSUMER EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT AFTER BOOKING CYLINDER YOU SHOULD GET IT WITH IN 15 DAYS.ACCORDING TO MY VIEW THEY ARE DOING BLACK MARKETING.THERE ARE ALSO SO MANY COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS SINI GAS AGENCY THAT, IF SOME ONE WANT TO PURCHASE NEW CONNECTION THAT IT WILL MUST FOR HIM TO TAKE CHULHA WITH IT AND THAT NEW CONNECTION COST IS RS 4900.WHY THIS IS MUST.                     I am availing the services of Sathyas Bharat Gas Agency, a distributor for Bharat Gas Agency in Tiruchirapalli. The delivery boys are not satisfied with the tips that consumers give in excess of the billed amount. They have become greedy and pressurise us that we should pay Rs.40/ per delivery in excess of the cylinder amount. When questioned as to why we have to pay such a huge amount, the delivery boys of this gas agency say that Sathyas Agency doesn't pay them any remuneration and thus we have to pay the amount. I am also shocked to hear that they have threatened to take back the cylinders if I wouldn't pay the amount. When the agency was contacted, much to my chagrin, they also repeat that they are not paying any amount to the delivery personnel and it is for us to settle the amount.

                    Why is it that such agencies are entertained when they are not in a position to pay their own delivery personnel? Is it not tantamount to blackmailing a consumer, when we have the right to ask about unauthorized collection of excess amount? Why shouldn't the agency be blacklisted for not providing proper service and not sorting out the issue? Will Bharat Petroleum look into the matter immediately and prevent swindling by the agencies and delivery personnel?

                    I am living in MaraiMalai Nagar - Chennai and I am facing same concern from Bharat Gas Agent in our area. The delivery person are asking delivery/service charges for delivery of cyliner any amount between Rs25 to 40/- . When we refused to give they simply don't deliver the refill cylinder on next booking. I strongly request Bharat Petroleum to take proper action against these agencies so that we don't have to give un -authorized amount from our hard earned money only to fill their greed.It is just another form of coericing to get things done from consumers. I will appreciate for your immediate action on this regard and sustain the good image of Bharat Gas which we had in other cities.

                      Gas cylinder supply not on time
                      Dear sir,
                      I am a consumer of LPG Gas from Bharat petroleum Agent name is Surya gas service,Jhansi.
                      I booked the cylinder on 02/12/09 and the agent assured to supply cylinder after one week .
                      but after one week they told me write a complain on our complain book but they don't take

                      off all his phone no.,so i am not able to contact them even. when i contact customer

                        I Hemant Kumar ,an employee of SAIL(Nav Ratna PSU) , consumer no. 5250 had booked an domestic LPG cylinder at your dealer at Rourkela, namely, Ayushi Indane. The booking serial no. was 691. The deliveryboy always insists of charging more than the bill amount by Rs.20/-. After refusing to pay the amont more than the bill amount , the delivery boy took back the cylinder he had brought for delivery to us.This has become a tool for harassment by the dealer and delivery boy.Kindly advise whether delivery charges are to be payable in addition to bill amount. If not , kindly take strict action against the dealer.

                          Hi,

                          Jamia Nagar area has become a hub of corrupt LPG gas distributors. There are 100s of shops (illegally) sellig LPG gas at the rate of 55 per KG and there are 1000s of hotels having no commercial LPG gas connection but they get the GAS delivered on time without failure.

                          Friends Gas Service (Bharat Nagar, New Delhi) my distributor. In last two years the situration has become worst. No body picks up the phone and after visiting the distributors office most of the time I fount that the phone is not on the cradle to avoid calls. Over the phone and in the office peopole talk extremly rudely. Always the gas is delivered after 7-12 days from booking. Every one complains that the amount is the cylinders is 2-5 KG less than the actual weight.
                          I have remided them more than 100 times in last one year. I booked my GAS (consumer number 16251) on 06.12.2009 by visiting the office since no body picked the phone for more than 4-5 days. The gas was delivered on 15.112.2009. I asked the delivery boy to weight and he replied he has done it and after my insistance he checked it with his half borken and a very old weighing machine and he claimed it to be acurate. Later in the evening when I got a chance to weigh it I found it to be 3.5 KG less. I have complained it to the area manager on [protected]. Since then I have got more than 100 calls from the agency for settelment but I am not satisfied. I want an answer and action to be taken against the malpractice.

                          Hi,

                          I have been approachec by innumerable people from Friends Gas Agency but there is no response from the area manager of Bharat Gas (complaints). I have spoke to the same area manager (I do not remember his name) on [protected] and he was able to recognize me but he said has summoned the Bharat gas agency but he failed to give me any complaint reference number. He said he was in fiel visit and once he is in the office he could give my the complain reference number in the evening. I have tried to call him a minute ago but he did not pick up the phone so after 3-4 trail I gave up.

                            Since my gas regulator is out of order for many days I went to "Rekha Indane Gas Serices Shahada" to get the replacement on 25th Nov. I was not entertained since their Saheb was travelling to Pune. Also I was told that SV paper is not available with them and asked to come back after 1 month. These are the minute reasons given to ignore the customer serices. Who is responsible incase some unfortunate situation occurs.

                                hi,

                                my name is puran singh s/o sh.har singh, i booked 1 LPG cylinder wide booking reference no.7672663 dt 24.03.11 but at present we donot rcd any cylinder till date 29.04.11.

                                but in the BHARAT GAS internet portal it shows that cylinder has been despatched on dt 24.04.11. but still we are waiting for the cylinder.

                                  sir , i am shashikant dubey , working with one family magazine as crime reporter. we have one gas connection with my sister name(sushila Dubey) few days back i went at upendra gas. but they have not talked properly. actually i need DBc connection and wanted to book the cylender also .first they said booking is closed i said when open said no idea . then i talked customer care jhansi. after that they have taken my application for DBC but not given Recept . if they will not given the recept then how can i know my status. they said make the call .this is the way to work?always talk very rudely. not booked my empty cylender.said come tomorrow at garotha charauha between 10 to 1,.i went at that place no one was there ,no office . everything is wrong.
                                  so this is for your kind information.and please take action against them.solved my issue.other wise i will take this matter in news paper and court with all those are facing problem like this.regards

                                  my connection number is 6999 and I have applied for DBC in May 2011. but i not receive it.
                                  so this is for your kind information.and please take action against them.solved my issue.

                                  My father apply for DBC on 35 th Vahini PAC, Mahanagar, Lucknow. U.P. before ninth month but no reply by them and not provided application receiving. They told we are not provide receiving. We are continuously contact him but did not provide DBC.
                                  Then today my father contact him with application for DBC, today they are not provided receiving of application.
                                  So regards request please take legal action and given order to them that earlier provide DBC.

                                    My consumer No. is 7550 with Brahma Jyoti Gas Distributor, Shastri Nagar, Meerut. I booked on 27.11.09 a gas cylinder for home delivery. After 18 days it has not been delivered. Whereas, it is readily available on extra payment ranging from Rs. 150 to 250. Personally visited the agency for 05 times but of no use. I found the Mobile No. [protected] was mentioned over there i.e. in the Agency Office. It was mentioned to be of Shri Aditya Sharma owner of the Agency. When I made a call one Shri Anwar Ansari of Nainital picked up the call. And he was irritated to receive calls on this number. He stated that daily a number of calls are made on his this mobile no., which is not of Aditya Sharma. He informed that he had made a complaint with Police. But no action has been taken till now. It appears that the Agency Owner has deliberately given a false number to cheat the customers. If no remedial action is taken the things may go adverse.

                                      Bharat Gas — Gas not delivering at home

                                      Dear Sir

                                      I had booked gas, But gas not delivering at our door step, that my home near road side.They delivering just 200 mtrs away from home .

                                      I have requested my gas distributer Shreya Gas Agencies Changanacherry, Kottayam Kerala Code no. 115437. But distributer deliveryman denied supply to my door step & Tell me " you can complaint any where, I don't care".

                                      This is not acceptable to me. As per cutomer card servics avalible mentioned that " You are enittled to get cylider refill delivered & intalled at your residence by delivery man".


                                      As i am woman, i can't lift these gas cyliders.

                                      Bharat Gas — Bharat GAs Home Delivery Not Done

                                      I having consumer #:15321 booked our cylinder for home delivery on 23/07/2009 at Venus Gas, Trivandrum (sapcode : 115445).The delivery has not taken place till despite our daily reminder calls till today (14/Aug/09). Whenever we call the dealer, they tell us that it will be delivered in 2-3 days times and all. But when we called them today, they say that they cannot do home delivery as they cannot bring the cylinder to my home just for 1 customer.

                                      I expect someone to do the needful.

                                      bharat gas agency (saraspur gas agency-bapunagar, ahmedabad, gujarat) is very bad agency and every time the telephones are engaged so, how we can book our gas over phone or how we can do the compain for not getting cylinder after completed 15/20 days...
