RE: Re-Open LPG connection to the premises no. 80,Baithak Khana Road, Kolkatta 700 009

Dear Sir,
I do here by request you that please Re-open my LPG connection to the above premises. We are out of station for few months, due to that we cannot collect LPG cylinder from the dealer regularly .Now I given a letter on 22/09/2009 to the concern LPG dealer name as TATINI SALES CORPORATION, 27c Amherst Street, Kolkata 700 009 to re-Open that, but still now connection is locked.

    Past 2 years using gas from this particular "K Ramanaigh Gas Agency, Valasaravaakam, Chennai. They are doing WORST PUBLC SERVICES. They dont know simple manner. They promised within 10 days you will received gas from our delivery man. But today date is[protected]. 18 days left. I waiting for Gas.

    I have booked my gas on[protected], till date[protected] i have not received gas from this people, but if i give extra 50 rupees they ready to give immidiately. I dont know whos monitoring such illegal corruption in the public.

    How the Bharat Gas giving authority to useless people for Agency authority. How you evaluated this Ramanaigh Gas Agency? Why not followed systematically deliver the public needs.

    Somebody has to take action against K Ramanaigh Gas Agency.

    Please dont give more advantages to this people TAKE IMMIDIATE ACTION AGAINST THEM.

          (1) I had booked a cylinder on October 22 with Ajay Enterprises, Kothrud, with specific instructions to be delivered after 3 pm. On October 23, the delivery boy came and went at 12:30 pm. This has happened for the second time that our explicit instruction was not followed. My wife came home from work early at 1:30 pm to be well in time to take the delivery just in case the delivery boy came at 3 pm sharp. Please understand the inconvenience that we suffered because of this.

          When I called the agency office, the lady telephone attendant was very rude and non-cooperative, and gave me wrong information.

          (2) The lady telephone attendant said we will have to collect our cylinder from Ketan park. If we had time to do this, would we request delivery at home? Do you think we are free all day doing nothing?

          (3) I asked the lady telephone attendant whether I could collect my cylinder from the agency office personally on Saturday (October 24) and she said we don’t give cylinders to people with two-cylinder membership. I know this is totally false and a white lie as I have personally picked up the cylinder from the agency office not less than three times.

          (4) The lady telephone attendant was very rude and uncooperative during this entire conversation and kept repeating “We cannot do anything about this”.

          o She said that we should opt for delivery on our holiday. So, does she think that if our cylinder
          empties on Monday, we should wait till the next Saturday?
          o She also audaciously said that since we have two cylinders, we should not have a problem! She
          said that we should book again tomorrow Saturday October 24, in which case we will receive the
          cylinder on Monday October 26—again a major inconvenience to come home early from work with
          no guarantee that the delivery time instructions will be obeyed.

          We need both cylinders at a time and it is very cumbersome and more importantly very dangerous to shift the only remaining cylinder between two different rooms.

          (5) Since we needed the cylinder urgently, my wife finally reached the Ketan Park building. The shocking thing is that the cylinder delivery boys sit there all day. When asked “why didn’t you come in the afternoon”, one delivery boy replied “wahan ka round subaha mein than na” (the delivery round in your area was in the morning). Then what the hell is the use of giving instructions about the timing?

          (6) On the top of this, the person asked for Diwali bakshis!!! I believe we are entitled to some kind of bakshis (meaning compensation) ourselves from the agency for making us run around for the cylinder and giving rude treatment.

          (7) Price: First, although the price is Rupees 311 (310 point something rounded off), they routinely ask for Rupees 315. When my wife once refused to give the extra money, the delivery boy verbally misbehaved with her. We lodged a verbal complaint with the agency, but the demands for extra money continue. This is an even more serious issue to misbehave, although only verbally, with a lady. If this happens next time, we will be forced to lodge a complaint with the local Police authorities.

          Secondly, if we take the delivery at the agency office ourselves, we are supposed to get some rebate on Rupees 311. The agency does not follow this too.

            Sir,
            I am a consumer of Bharat Petroleum Gas, the connection of which has been availed from the Sandhya Gas Agency, Thakaraparampu , Thiruvananthapuram.
            It is understood from my dealer that the second cylinder for my connection has been sanctioned on priority basis. When I approached them for availing the same, it is insisted by the Sandhya Gas Authorities that the second cylinder will be provided only if I purchase a new Gas Stove from them.
            Now I am having a gas stove in good condition and it is very difficult for me to spend a huge amount unnecessarily for purchasing a new gas stove.
            I shall be thankful if your good self could kindly inform me whether I should purchase a new gas stove for getting the second cylinder. Otherwise, kindly direct m/s Sandhya Gas for providing the second cylinder immediately.

            I have requested for second cylinder 6 months back, till now i did not get it. Also, whenever i book a cylinder it is taking almost a week, how is it possile to stay without gas for one week.

              I am requesting you to please give your kind attention towards my problem.Sir, my name is Manish Chauhan,recently i got transfered from Ahemdabad to Faridabad.I have been taking Bharat gas supply from DURGA GAS SERVICE,F/G/14, SURBHI PARK, VATVA ROAD,ISANPUR,AHEMDABAD-382443,with consumer No 21761, from last 2 years.On transfering I recieved transfer vouchers,Voucher No 3533521 from the above agency on 5/1/2009 for Faridabad.After coming to Faridabad I registered for my new connection in RAJ GAS SERVICE 29,INDIAN HARDWARE MARKET,HARDWARE CHOWK FARIDABAD, with Xerox copy as per their advice.In the meantime I misplaced my original vouchers,for which i complained in the SARAN POLICE STATION,DATED 12/03/2009.When i went to the Gas Agency with Xerox copy of my MISSING TRASFER VOUCHER and FIR COPY,Raj Gas Agency refused me for the issue of gas connection.On faridabad Gas Agency advice i went to Ahemdabad for the copy of duplicate transfer voucher,but even they didnot treat me properly and refused for issuing the duplicate papers.
              I have got a family and I am suffering a lot without a Gas Connection from last 10 months.Kindly,put an end to my sufferings and hepl me out of this problem.

              With due respect and humble submission I would like to state the following lines for your kind consideration and favourable action plz,
              1) I had Indane gas connection Custer no. 0017827 SV no. 0003388 Banglore code no[protected] coy ASC Supply Indane distributor Cubbon road Banglore.
              2) I transfered from Banglore to Mamun on 27/04/2012 as TV no. [protected] but I lost my TV at mamun so I taken advice from bharat gas distributor and confirmed advice from sellar mamun then I filed FIR no. 72881 at nearest police staion pathankot on 10/07/12 then I AFFIDAVIT on 10/07/12.
              3) To put up the document FIR, AFFIDAVIT, serving certificate( serving Indian Army), Filed form for gas connection, custmer card to 529 ASC COY on 12/07/2012 they noted on their register for the turn waiting list no. 730
              4) I went regular to the 529 ASC COY to get connection but they regularly refused me I went arond 20 times.
              So u r requested to kill my problem I taken my family with me from 5 months

                Dear Sir / Maam,

                I am a bharat gas consumer in Bangalore and have been with madamme enterprises for more than five years.My consumer number is 26219.

                Please refer to my complaint where I was given a feedback reference number 64798 dated 21/7/09.

                I have once again placed my booking with Madamme Enterprises at Madivala on 15/10/09(booking reference # 7407) and till today 22/10/09, I have not received my refill.

                As mentioned to you in my earlier complaint, this issue is not having any result. Will some senior person from your concerned department in Bangalore take some action?? When I enquire this with my neighbours who have take their connections from Indane, HP,etc., they inform me that they get their supplies within a period of one day from placing the order on the phone. So, why is Madamme Enterprises, each time delivering the cylinder after one week to ten days?? Do I have to call each time and remind them.

                I request this issue be taken up very seriously as presently I am a very dis-satisfied customer with Madamme Enterprises. If required I can be contacted on any of the numbers mentioned below.

                Hopefully, next month I will not have to write this similar complaint!!!

                My Consumer No - 24336 . I am take the connection M/S Suraksha Gas Agencies , Hebbagoddi , Bangalore -99.

                I am suffering the problem from this Agencies . Last time I am booking the gas on 10.8.07 # 4822 & delivery given on 31.8.07 take the 21 days . & This time I am booking the gas on 21.9.07 # 9586. till date I am not received gas .



                so one calendar how many days running . I am asking in office that person told you ask to delivery man Mr. Babu , than babu told no I not have stock you call tomorrow......again tomorrow. that type story running from last one week.and delivery man not give the correct respond that person talk rough & tough..

                please help

                My customer no is 24814. I booked gas on Meera Gas Agency, New Sadak Meerut on 14-feb-10. they give me time to deliver the cylender on 25-feb-10. But it is not deliverred then I go there and Bharat Gas representative tell me it will take more 1 one week. Like that they are touching all the people. Their contact no never connected if connected then no one pick the phone...My problem is that I have only single cylender..

                  Sir, i'm sivasankaran, I was got LPG connection from Sathya Bharat gas agency, Karaikal, pondicherry state since 2004. Two years before chitra Bharat Gas Services, take over some customers ( including me) to their distribution limit. My residential address is 1/117, west street, arunmozhidevan, tamilnadu that is located 5 km from the west side of karaikal town and 3 km from the west side of Sathya gas ware house. in our village contains more than 40 LPG connections. From the month of july 2009, the sathya gas staff's and the distributors are not giving cylindars to us. they told that they are not giving cyliders to tamilnadu peoples. In tamilnadu area, the nearest LPG distributor located in nannilam, that is locatted around 25Km from our village. so that is impossible to get cylinders from tamilnadu. we are eagarly waiting to get LPG cylinder. pl take nessesary action to help our peoples

                    I own Bharat Gas consumer LPG connection with following details:

                    Consumer No - 10192
                    Distributor - Ani Gas, Kannur

                    The above distributor, Ani Gas, Kannur is not delivering LPG Gas cylinder even after successful booking before 1 month. The agency is not responding to customer calls properly and making delay for the delivery of cylinder on a regular basis for the last few months.

                    It is realized that many customer like me are also facing the same problem with Ani Gas, as they are putting many common people like me in trouble by not delivering the services on time.

                    I request your honour to take necessary action to address the above compliant on priority.

                    Basaveshwara Gas Agency — LPG Gas Leak

                    Hi

                    Consumere Code : 19395

                    We repaired the Gas Stove on 12th Sep 09 through Basaveshwara Gas Agency, (Opp to Prakash Theatre), Yelehenka, Bangalore due to Gas Leakage.

                    We checked with their Manager Mr.Raghu to send the representative to repair the stove.

                    On 12th Sep 09 (Mr.Gangadhar)he came and found there was leakage in the Switch and so he replaced the swich with the Knob on the same day

                    Again the leakage came and we called them again to find out the reason. On 14th Sep 09 he again came and applied Fevi Quick on the inner side to to stop the leakage.

                    We complained about the problem even after the service on 14th Sep 09.

                    On 17th he came and told there is a problem in High Pressure on Regular causing the problem now.

                    We called Mr.Raghu Manager to provide the new regulalor, he confirmed that he will give on Friday 25th Sep 09.

                    When we checked with their represenative, she told the stock is available only on 1st Oct 09 onwards.

                    Today we called again but we could not reach Mr.Raghu in his number but their representative told to attend the problem by tommorrrow.

                    Again on our request they confirmed us to come by this evenining to provide us the spare regulator instead of new one since the stock is not available.

                    In this connection, we request your goodselves to take it up immediately to solve the issue since we cannot tolerate this as small issue and it is very risky that has to be done on priority basis.

                    LPG Cylinder — non delivery of cylender

                    Sir, we have gas connection with indane gas dealer M/s Govind Gas Service, Alwar, Rajasthan, our consumer no. is 09299. We booked our domestic cylender almost one month before with the gas distributor but no cylender has been delivered to us till date.

                    It has been observed that the distributor do not pay attention to deliver the cylender to the customers. We received our previous cylender in the month of August. You are requested to look into the matter so that we can receive our cylender.
                    Please raise a complain on ebharatgas.com or send mail to [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in. Its a very good service.
                    My consumer No. is T-1740 with National Gas Service at Hisar ( Haryana). The LPG cylender was booked on 03.11.2009 and it was assured that the LPG cylender will be delivered within one week. But the cylender has not been delivered so far i.e. upto 18.11.2009.
                    More than 15 days have passes since booking for a LPG Cylinder, but it still has not been delivered. Despite repeated reminders from us and repeated assurance by the distributor Friends gas Service, nothing seems to happen.
                    My Consumer No. is T 1740 with M/s National Gas Services, Hisar.
                    LPG cylender was booked on 19.12.2009. The Co. has not so far supplied the LPG Cylender. Last time also the gas was supplied after 22 days of booking.

                    Please instruct the co. to supply the cylender at an early date.

Aur maine apna refill karwane ke liye 24/01/2010 ko booking ki magar abhi tak unhone mere ko cylinder abhi thak nahi bheja roz kahte hai ki maine aaj bhej raha hoon magar phir bhi nahi bhejte hai. aur kahte hai ki hum apka cylinder nahi bhejenge jab hamari icho hogi to hum bhej denge. aur wo log cylinder ko gwalior city mein khub black mein cylinder bhej rahe hai, aur yahan har admi pareshan hai kyoki yahan par logo ko ek mahine bad bhi cylinder nahi milta hai kriya karke yahan par gwalior karke Samidha Gas Agency enquiry karne ki kriya kare apki ati kriya hogi

                    LPG cylender was booked befor 25 days. The Co. has not so far supplied the LPG Cylender. Last time also the gas was supplied after 22 days of booking. now they say first re-new your book. what is this
                    My consumer id is 66937168, registered with mukhtar miya bharat gas agency( yogrendra gas, 395A, gopal nagar, najafgarh, new delhi-110043). I did a booking for my gas, on 3rd march 2015 and I got a message that your booking is confirmed and a another message saying that cash memo has been generated and then two weeks there is no response no delivery of gas when I went to the agency and asked what had happened why wasn't the cylinder not been delivered they said they have shortage of cylinder due to insufficient supply.
                    After that I am continuously trying to call them([protected], [protected]) but whenever I call the lines are always busy or they are not picking up the phone if you get through the phone just rings and no answer, so I went to the agency again and told them that I never received by booking which was done on the 3rd march 2015 they said the same thing that they said they have shortage of cylinder due to insufficient supply.
                    I request you to please take necessary steps against the distributor as there are lots of consumer who daily visit the distributors office for non delivery of cylinders. Your intervention is very much required and appreciated.

                      Dear Sir,
                      My name is Pawan Kumar Singh. I have taken connection couple of week ago. Agency gave me some kitchen stuff with connection. I asked him, why these stuffs are giving with connection, they told me that these are given by company (Bharat Petroleum Gas). So I am giving to you.

                      1- So I want to know that, is Bharat Gas selling kitchen stuffs (like rice, sugar, refine oil, tea) with connection?
                      if it is not. then please do some needful steps.
                      2- is gas stove() necessary and compulsory to take with connection?

                      I got Rs 4100 items with connection from the agency.

                        Hello Sir,
                        I have Bharath gas connection in Bangaru Sai Enterprises(CC No:661819), Kukatpally, Hyderabad. From last four to five times they are delivering gas cylinders very late. During Booking time they are telling us it'll be delivered in 7 days. But they are taking around 10 to 15 days in delivering.
                        This month its already 14th day and i went to their Distributors office on 19.10.2009. They told me that they will deliver same day by EOD. But didn't delivered. Today(20.10.2009) i again went to their office and got same answer. This time i have taken the mobile number([protected]) of delivery boy and keep calling him from 11 AM. Each time he is saying he is now in the next lane and deliver with in 1 hr and now its 5 PM. both Distributors phone and delivery boys phone is not working.
                        Its such a pain to us to get the cylinder delivered each time we booked. Please kindly take necessary actions with this gas Distributor.

                          i have a double bharath gas cylinders our distributor Anmool Gas agency kamalanagar Area
                          i request to you do the needfull of this problem because i have booked for cylinder on 08/10/2009 but still i have not recived the cylinder and also that bleady peoples are not recieved the phone it always says youngage i will try above 200 calls from 5 days .They are supply the cylindres to hotel very needly because of extra price .So once again i request you

                            I, Smt Prachi raut consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No. 49520 of Anita Gas Service. Agency No. 3056467 (ph no[protected]Virar (west). I has booked a cylinder as on 7 Oct (booking No 6062) however till today (20 Oct) the cylinder has not been delivered to my home. I has called so many times but they refuse to answer.                               I am one of the unfortunate customers of Bharat gas with a Single Cylinder connection. Unfortunately & unexpectedly, we ran out of fuel on Sunday and I raised a request on Monday (12-OCT-2009) morning looking for the refilled gas cylinder and the agent promised delivery with a grace(waiting) period of 5 days. Being a single cylinder holder, I managed these five days with the tough alternative (kerosene stove). Now that Diwali is nearing, we are in desperate need of fuel (gas) and when we checked with the agent, he gives lame excuses.

                              His excuse was that the truck driver have gone on Diwali vacation and so the load hasn't yet come. Drivers will be back after Diwali and the delivery will happen only POST-DIWALI.

                              This is atrocious and totally unacceptable after FIVE days of WAIT. :(

                              Will there be any action taken on such poor service providers?

                                REPLACEMENT OF REGULATOR

                                  Very very bad & worst experience in life time so far....

                                  I reside in Bangalore and i shifted my house from Madiwala to Cubbonpet which is inside the city limit of b'lore. I got connection from Madam Agency in Madiwala and since they dont suppy to my new area, i asked for a trasfer of my connection from Madiwala to Rajaji Nagar branch.
                                  First when i approached Madam Agency they told, they dont have form's and asked me come later and i found there a gentleman fightiing /shouting inside the office for same transfer related issue. I didnt understand the reason for that fight at that time and i realised the same when i called them up later to ask whether the form has come. I got the same answer (No form's come later) thru phone again. Even after that a week later i called up and the moment they received the call and hear's that its a transfer related call, the response you will get is "No form's come next week" and i was screwedup very badly and i shouted over phone and after that they told they will call me once the form come's. And i didnt get any call till next week then i went directly. They told it will be done and made me to wait for 20 mins and told that everything is ready Sir, but our Manager was not there to sign and they told it will be couriered to my address on next working day. I was little bit angry with that reply but still i controlled and said okie for that. But now its almost 15 days over, after i was told that it will be couriered and still i havent got it. If i call they will tell we will do tom sir.

                                  I will tell onething, none of the Madam agency staff's are interested in Servicing the customers. The moment they get a call for transfer's they will tell "No form come next week". I dont understnd the logic or reason behind this, whether its really true or they just bluffing something. If that case is really true also, am very much surprised how come the form's will get exhausted in the 2nd or 3rd day itself and how they manage themselves to serve the consumer's. I dont know whether i will get a response for this, but still posting this complaint...

                                  I have transferred my daughter's gas connection from trichy to chennai on 16th april. then i went to Chennai Chrompet, asthinapuram Indane gas distributor M/s kirupa agencies. They have told that the transfer was not yet approved by Indian oil and hence asked us to wait. We are urgent need of it. Kindly look into the matter.- Rajendran
                                  I am karthik babu my bharat gas consumer no.29965 I am lost of my peacefullness whenever booking of lpg at Trichy distributor the Nanda gas agency. They're improper delivery of the refills in everytime. when booking one refill they're deliver the refill upto one month. they're blaming only on bharat gas agency do not send the load properly.

                                    My consumer No. is 23479 under Kanchanjunga Gas Srvice,Pradhan Nagar,SILIGURI,Darjeeling,WB.

                                    Its heart rending to recall that 10 yrs back I had to get the connection under provision of Tatkal expending extra Rs.4600/- which was a significant amount that time .(Ref: SV No.159015 dated-16.12.99 The then Consumer No. being B-1742 under M/S CHIRAAG,Siliguri).

                                    The quality of service catered by Kanchanjunga Gas Srvice is totally disappointing.

                                    On the cover of the Book they gave two Numbers:
                                    REFILL BOOKING:[protected]
                                    OFFICE: 2517526 (I.V.R.S);
                                    The first one is either always BUSY or is not picked up at all even after a long ring.
                                    Second one is Out of Service.

                                    Again,in the Office they displayed a BSNL Mobile No.[protected] which is no longer a valid No.

                                    In the instant case, I booked my LPG on 16.09.09 and did not yet get it and failing to communicate them I had to purchase a small cylinder worth Rs.180/-
                                    Is one month not enough for supplying a lone domestic cylinder?

                                    The Godown beside THE RIVER PANCHANOI should be kept under strong vigil as the story of one of the carriers namely Sadananda Roy who at the time of scarcity delivers Gas irrespective of date of booking for Rs.500/- leads to confusion( I can't produce proof because I am not authorized to conduct an inquiry ,neither I have such spare time). And many people now-a-days are praising HP when the issue of regularity and longivity come up.

                                    PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER WITH CARE AND SYMPATHY IN THE INTEREST OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND SAVE INDANE FROM MASS REVOLT AND PROTEST OF THE CONSUMERS.

                                    Now lets wait and see how longer it takes to get my Cylinder booked on 16.09.09.
