I have paid via my card but payment Status is not getting updated fororder I'd #248422
Please resolve this problem as fast as possible

I have book cylinder on 1.2.2022. My booking no.is 114266.Distributor do not give delivery from 2 days. My distributor is Suvidha bharatgas, Usarli khurd, Panvel. Pincode-410206. Please take action on distributor about service.

I would like to draw your kind attention on delivery boys stealing gas issue.
Since last 2 months, we are only getting 13.2kg of supply instead of promised quantity (14.2 kg) of gas supply. Many times, we have even caught delivery boys transferring gas from filled cylinders to empty ones.
I even complained at helpline no. but there is no response at all. It would be very nice of you if you can help on this matter. Really waiting for some resolution on this issue.

I Went to BPCL petrol pump on 18 Jan.
When I try to pay with Paytm transaction Status is in Pending. So i tried to pay it again.

Now both the Transactions is Successful.

Petrol Pump Staff not able to resolve my problem.

Today at 7.45 pm when I went to Auto Gas Distributors
Add : 120 Dr Sundari Mohan Avenue Kolkata -700014 to fill petrol in my Activa 125 BSIV Model tank capacity of 5.3 litre, they fill my tank with 5.75 litre and charge me Rs 600 . I told them they have over charge my, because my tank capacity is only 5.3 litre, how they fill 5.75 litre
They didn’t listen to me .They are misguiding customer .They are telling your tank capacity is 6 litre.
Plz look into this matter.

I was going from Greater Noida to Jaipur and got full tank petrol from BPCL petrol pump kamakhya fuel point located at NH 8 Delhi- Jaipur road, Bhorakalan Gurgaon Haryana. After going for 2..3 kms car started giving trouble and required to be taken to Honda service centre Pace Honda Revari, where after initial check up no fault was found in engine and after lot of other checks and search when fuel was checked it contained lot of water due to which car was giving trouble. Fuel tank cleaning, line drainage, filter change and service required to be done and an expense of approx 10, 000 done. Full tank fuel was wasted and additional full tank was required to be filled. I was going to Jaipur for some urgent work and was required to take a local taxi fir that and an additional expense of approx 5000 was done on that. My whole day was turned bad and i reached home at around 01:00 AM. I raised a complaint on smart line but no response till now. I want my expenses to be reimbursed by petrol pump due to which had to face lot of trouble with my family.

I don't know how to put petrol in your petrol tank properly. Petrol does not work for the money I gave. Body petrol is enough just below.This is what happens once in a while

When I go to delivery point of Bharat gas in Rajapur, Chitrakoot (Pin code 210207, distributor name - RAMESHWAR BHARAT GAS), they demand 10-20 rupees extra than the amount printed in slip. When I say I will complain about it then they give me cylinder at the rate given on slip.
I am just tired of arguing with delivery boy. Please take action so next time me and also others don't have to argue with them...

Im sk rehaman today I went to the petrol pump of bharat petroleum in ravulapalem named konaseema petrol pump in this pump the management is not giving the provided 5% discount which company declared discounts in digital transactions because per day upto 1crore digital transaction will be done
5% discount is like 5lacks in one day you have to take a look that how much these people are eating the public amount please take a severe action on them

He is doing illegal unaouthrised activity of refilling small LPG gas cylinders from big LPG cylinders at B -372 Budh Nagar jj colony inder Puri New Delhi-12. He has no permission/ license to do these type of hazardous activities. Even he is not trained/certified to this work rather than this he is doing this risky business without taking any precaution. This area is highly populated residential colony. This type of activity may cause of any big excident in future and people may loss their life. You are requested to take appropriate strict immediate action against Md Aslam Khan.

He is doing Hazardous activity of refilling small LPG gas cylinders from big LPG gas cylinders at B-372 Kartik Mandir street Budh Nagar jj colony inder Puri New Delhi-12. He is doing this work without any permission/license. He has no training to do this type of risky work also he is not taking any kind of precautions. This area is highly populated residential colony. This type of hazardous activity may cause of Big accident in future and people may loss their life because this area is highly populated residential colony.
You are requested to take appropriate strict immediate action against Md. Aslam Khan.

The LPG gas for consumer purpose is being illegally used for commercial purpose. One of the resident in a society is illegally running a food selling business on street. He is also having a van where the cylinder is commercially used. No action is taken from LPG cylinder distributor.

Last night I online payment done 200 rs for petrol msg was show QR code but the link msg not received and fuel not done I had lossed 200rs fuel station owner not proper suggest or help me so please refund amount

Today[protected] afternoon, when I went to the Petrol Bunk to fill Petrol for my Two Wheeler, there was confusion about the QR Code installed at the Petrol station.

I told the staff to fill petrol and then when he realized that he had made the mistake of not informing me about the QR Code for Payment, he asked me if he could stop the pump from filling my bike.

Later, after filling the petrol, when I asked him about the Scanner of Paying the bill, he started to abuse me that it could not be done now and it should have been scanned before filling the petrol.

Either he was less informed or he was arrogant in handling the consumers.

Requesting you to take stern action on the staff.

Hope he behaves properly with the consumers.

On 8/1/22 I paid ₹915.50 thro' phone pay via google pay. It is verified with my bank also.
But distributor did not deliver gas cyl against this.

This phone pay QR code is displayed at their out let.

Their response is lethargic.

Pl solve my problem.

I am at this fuel station at 01.19 am and no one is responding for filling fuel. I have an emergency, i called many times but no one replied.

Shame on them.

And on their services.

If you can't give sevice 24 hours why you display 24 hours services.

Take an action on this pump or I have to go further...

Yesterday I booked a bharat gas cylinder online and paid the amount from paytm. Today at 10 PM I got a message of cylinder delivery. My booking number is 52567. Customer name Beena Sharma w/o Sunil Sharma. Please look into the matter. I've already paid the amound of Rs 916.

I tried to book gas cylinder on Bharat petroleum app payed the amount via bhim UPI
Amount got deducted after it shows unable to process failure
even the Booking not done
still didn't get refund and staff was being rude said it's not their fault how do I get my money back now
