Today[protected] afternoon, when I went to the Petrol Bunk to fill Petrol for my Two Wheeler, there was confusion about the QR Code installed at the Petrol station.
I told the staff to fill petrol and then when he realized that he had made the mistake of not informing me about the QR Code for Payment, he asked me if he could stop the pump from filling my bike.
Later, after filling the petrol, when I asked him about the Scanner of Paying the bill, he started to abuse me that it could not be done now and it should have been scanned before filling the petrol.
Either he was less informed or he was arrogant in handling the consumers.
Requesting you to take stern action on the staff.
Hope he behaves properly with the consumers.
