I am the resident of Mulund (W), we are getting the gas cylinders from Jai Bhavani Gas Agency situated at Mulund (W). My father has booked gas cylinder with this agency and they have committed him to provide the same by Monday i.e., on 17th August 2009, since we have not received the cylinder till today i.e., on Tuesday. I spoke to this agency to provide us the cylinder. I had the conversation with Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi who is working in Jai Bhavani Gas Agency. When I told him that the commitment was given of 17th August and still now we have not received the gas cylinder he started answering very arrogantly. He said that we are giving commitments to so many people and we can not keep on fulfilling such commitments. Infact he had asked me talk to some Mr. Kedarnath Dubey (unknown to me) and ask him to know who is he i.e., Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi. His language was – “Kedarnath Dubey ko phone kar ke pucho main kaun hu toh tumhe pata chalega”.

It means that the common people like us should face such gunda type people in order to fulfill our basic requirements.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I, Seethalakshmi Naskar, the regular consumer (Consumer No.:42440) of Bharat Gas Cylinder for domestic purpose from ARIHANT GAS AGENCY, SR.NO. 24-1/B/2, Kondhwa Budruk, Somji Bus Stop, Pune-48, Phone No.:[protected].

    We would like to bring to your notice the following issues, which are being faced every time:

    1. This dealer always takes at least 10 days from the date of booking to supply the Gas Cylinder; whereas Bharat Gas commits to deliver gas cylinder with in 48 Hrs.
    2. Telephone nos.[protected]/26330344/[protected] are most of the time not reachable and even after reaching with great difficulties the response is really very poor. They do not even listen to the consumer's request properly. Telephonic follow ups are just not possible.
    3. Whilst visiting them personally for follow up, they just do not bother to listen to the consumer and even the staff members misbehave with consumers.

    I have personally visited one of you head offices and it has been displayed that " Customer is God"; I think here we have been treated like Dogs.

    As per rules, it seems there should be a gap of 21 days between the two consecutive bookings and this people take 10 -15 days for delivering the cylinder every time. So we are suffering for this poor arrangement/management of delivery system from this particular dealer.


    We have tried our best to give you some of the important feedbacks and hope that it will be rectified on war footing basis.

    We now request you to give your action plan to resolve these issues and it will also be appreciated if you let us know your inability to resolve the same; so that we can proceed further...

    Bharat Gas — Delay in domestic cylinder

    My consumer no. is 9578 with Rana Gas, Ludhiana. Earlier cylinder was booked after 21 days from previous booking date. Now a days, cylinder is booked after 25 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. Usually, it take 12 to 15 days to deliver a cylinder after booking. This means a new cylinder can be booked after 21+15=36 days. Is this period jutified? As everyone knows that a domestic cylinder last for 22 to 25 days only.
    I, hereby request you to switch to earlier method of booking i.e. 21 days from previous booking or if this seems to a little difficult, then reduce the delivery days to 2 to 4 days, so that a new fiiled cylinder is available before the earlier one is finished.

    Sir,
    Today (28.06.08) i went to book a domestic cylinder for my home to one your delaer Lakshmi gas service located at Patel Road, coimbatore, they said for two members of family, they accepted booking after 40days from the last booking date.
    Last month i was bookded my cylinder on 27.05.08.
    Customer no is 27235.
    Kindly confirm the next booking date for me to get the cylinder at the earliest (or) what is the procedure to get the cylinder every month without delay?

    My consumer no. is 2295. I have booked refilling of cylinder under order no.65261 dated 4.7.2008 at builteck gas agency, Palakkad. I have not received the cylinder so far though the delivery van arrived in the locality many times a couple of days ago.

    Actualy i lost my cylinder because of tsunami, but after that i asked additional cylinder but i gave tsunami certificate and for the lost of cylinder, now the government reduced cylinder rate 30 Rs/, is there any facility to get this reduction for my cylinder now, And one day my cylinder was leaked i complined to my agency, they said i can't do any thing, for the emergency they are not responding, they are paying per cylinder 360 Rs/ but they give only 340 bill, they asked door deliverd Rs 20, if any emergency like leakege time they are not careing, and i want to know HP GAS giving any tsunami problem solution, because we all are lost cylinders cast of tsunami

    With a great regret to inform that, i am a customer of Indian domestic gas holding only a single cylinder. It is very painful that i booked the gas on 22/09/2008 morning even on 30/09/08 i called to the agency and requested them for the delivery. But with out no mercy they told it will take further 4-5 days. But the cylinders are still available in the market for extra cost. As i am only having one cylinder it is very difficult to send my daughter's to school and for my daily work. The same thing they done with me during the last supply also after 15 days only they supplied the cylinder to me. While i went to the office and asked them to provide the complaint book they deny to provide it. Also i came to know that, for single cylinder holder's the cylinder charge is Rs.120/ but this agency is collecting Rss.150.0 +.

    gas cylinder — RENEWEL OF DOMESTIC GAS CARD

    Sir

    My UG No is 3506 Customer Name Shanti Devi Moh Chhipyant resi Mauranipur Which is pass away due to tranpher for this connection all the documents deposited my self to Gas Agency Office approx 30 days befor but at that time there is no reference on behalf of Agency. And there is no supply of Gas Cylendor till date.

    This connection 3506 is closed without any so cause notice, this is a total illegal work.

    So plz sir consider my application as soon as possible.

    I booked my gas on the 11 Dec. 2008 in Ambika Gas Agency, JAIPUR and was told to wait for 7 days for delivery. Our agency changed on 17 Dec. 08 from Ambika to Gulab Gas. I contacted to Gulab Gas Agency and was told to wait another 7 days. However when I personally contacted Gulab Gas today to remind them they told me I should wait another 10 days as my booking was on 30 Dec.08 and said the gas was delivered to me on the 8 Dec.08. NO one came to deliver the gas and I still have the empty cylinder. My family also at home all the time. I showed them that there is no entry of delivery in my gas diary after 20 Nov. 08. I also called the delivery boy and he said that they did not tell him to come. My Consumer No. is 31043 at Gulab Gas Agency, Queens Road, Jaipur.

    I booked my cylinder 3 weeks back with Bhavani Gas Agency and that time they said it will be delivered within one week. It had been exact 3 weeks, I am continiously calling from yesterday morning and they have only one answer. its coming, tomorrow it will come.     My Bharath Gas Consumer No. is G15617 My address is No.20, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Main Street, Venmugil, Coimabtore - 641045. and my gas connection with Golden Gas Service, 255, Avinashi Road, B.R.Puram, Peelamedu, Coimbatore - 641004. I had booked for a cylinder on 19th Jan 2009.On that day they have given me a commitment that they will deliver the cylinder with in 10 days that is on or before 29th Jan 2009. But I have received my cylinder on 10th Feb 2009. But when is receive the cylinder the bill date mention was 07th Feb 2009. Y this contro ????
    To receive that I had made so many phone calls and I spent my valuable time in visiting them to request in person. This is not only this time it is happening every time when ever I makes booking and It is not only to me it is too most of the people who ever has taken the connection through this perticular agency. I hope the concern department will take necessary actions so that the consumers like us will get the proper service and these type of poor feed backs may surely spoil the good market name of the total Bharat Gas company.

    Our Indane Distributer M/s Ambika Gas Agency has closed office Yesterday. A notification to this regard is displayed outside their office informing us that the refills are to be booked thru some other dealer. But the new Dealer M/s Bright gas in Coimbatore is refusing to accept booking saying that he has not recieved any papers to this effect. Please advice,

    I have booked the domestic gas in Pragati Enterprises (Vishrantwadi) on 30th March. I have not received the Gas delievry yet. Whenever I called to them, they are not picking up the phone. In case tey picked up after trying many times, many hours their communication is very rude. They no speak softly to the customer. Also before listening our speech fully, they disconnects the phone.

    We are the wroking peros and do not have that much time to follow up to the gas agent. This is very disgusting that the normal person gets the cooking gas after 15 to 25 days after the booking... Sometimes after one month as well.

    This is not the first time experience but everytime we need to face and struggle a lot to get just basic facility like cooking gas.

    Bharat Gas Cylinder — Misbehaviour of the office personnel

    I had applied to refill my Gas Clynder on previouus sunday at your Excell Gas Agency in Vashi Sec 29. After a week when I call up the people say that the Connection No. is not registered with them and when asked to clarify so as to why they had taken the request initially. They start getting Rude and Hang up the phone 7 times.
    When we visit the Agency they start giving foolish reasons.
    There I experienced a very bad customer service ever. I hoe that the private player soon come into picture for the Gas supplies.

    Hope you will take some action before things go out of hand.

    Yes, the service and customer care for Bharata gas Vashi (this office ion particular) is pathetic. No one ever picks a phone.. If they do, they give very hard to understand replies. Not sure how many people have so much time to chase them so much and get their work done. I am palaanning to see if I can switch my gas p[rovider. I am fed up. Have never seen any worst service.
    Yes its true, they dont deliver gas on time. Its always takes 6-7 days to deliver even after 4-5 follow ups on call.

    I am also its customer.

    Bharat Gas — the delivery person is very rude.

    We are available only in the evening. The delivery person came in the day time and went back and reported to the office that the door is locked This happened only last two times. But earlier he was always delivring it only in the evenig. When I told him this he took back the cylinder and wet awy saying, 'Tell the office to deliver the cylinder in teh evening. Then we will deliver'.

    i need an appropriate action fos sort of behaviour of the deliver person.

    My consumer numer is L24665 with Gulab Gas Agency, Pandhi Path, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, ( Phone No-[protected])

    I had received cylinder on[protected].

    Delivery of cylender made on[protected].

    Again booking due date became[protected]

    Reminded the agent for booking on[protected], he told that delivery will be made after 4-5 days.

    Again remined on[protected] and the reply was same i.e delivery will be made after 04-05 days.

    As per my knowledge, there is automatic booking system and the delivery is being made within the due date.

    As I told my due date extended from 2nd of the month to 14th and now uncertaintity exists.

    I have one connection of gas in a family of 5 members.

    How I manage, Idon't know? Cylinder is empty,My family is on the mercy of god. I have made arrangement of food from out side. This is not fair.
    Please advise me what I do ?
    I request you to please look into the matter and arrage the cylinder and please make sure that these things are not happening in future.

    My consumer number is12594 at Arihant gas agencies, Pune, My last delivered gas was over 2-3 months back. I booked for gas around 13-Nov-2009 and inspite of repeated reminders and telephones, the gas cylinder is yet to be delivered. All that the lady is telling me is that i will get my cylinder in next 2-3 days. Today 25-nov-2009 she is telling me that for the booking made 15 days back the delivery has been done, and since i have not received the gas she has given me a new booking no. 34.When i asked her about the complaint cell or phone number she refused to give.
    Please look into this and request you to take severe action on them. If not, i have to approach Pune civil supplies and vigilence department.

    Rashmi enterprises gas agency — delay in supply & no proper response

    Dear Sir,

    As i want to inform you that after booking we get gas celender after one week then next booking calculation starts from the date of delivery. While in other agencies booking date won't chage and even they get celender withing 1- 2 days from booing.

    This things i wanted to discuss over phone but get your telephone line is very difficult it will be always engage and after great difficulty i got the number but they disconnected the line 2 -3 times. I just wanted to clarify but i got very disappointed.
    My name is Ramesh Kanodiya, Residing at 57 Bagarang Nagar Sirpur Indore Consumer no.11156 & Distributor Code No. CC-341726. Shri Sai Gas Agencies is vendor of Bharat Gas in my area. They are not giving me any slip at the time of delivery & they are not delivery it at my home, they miss behave with the customer including me. If it will not solve i will change the gas connection to indian gas. This show that they may indulge in some unethical practices.

    Yes I fully agree with the complainant because whatever points written by the complainant is same as my complaints. No proper service, rude behaviour of staff, no customer care. Services of delivery men are good for the hotels and Chinese stalls because they get extra money for selling refills in black market, Rs. 550 each.

    Bharat Gas — Gas booking and cancellation and complaint no not reachable

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    My consumer no for Bharat Gas is 51704 and I had ordered a LPG cylinder from Madam Enterprises few months back. Inspite of repeated reminders I have not got that cylinder. When I finally went there I was told that I dint book the cylinder. So I decided to cancel the connection. Towards this I was told to return the cylinders and the regulator. When I told them to collect the cylinders from my house they refused to come to my house to collect the cylinder. When I told them that I would complain they merely said ok and Mr. Senthil - the person whom I spoke to in Madam Enterprises was very unreceptive . Please do the needful as I do not want to continue with Madam Enterprises.

    I tried to do a complaint in the Bharat Gas toll free no. There are 2 no's . One of them is always busy and the other is connecting to IRDA no (this is very strange). Also I tried reaching their head office in Bangalore and regional office in South but no response from them either. However I managed to send a feedback on their portal and the complaint no is 163755.

      Dear sir it was 14 aug 2009 when we was at jaipur & my car need refuling.Then i take my car on bpcl coco on sehkar marg, jaipur. I ask to sales man for top up my car's tank with normel diesel but he denie me.After reqeting he show me other unit.Then i take my car on that unit but nobody came there to refule my car.After 15 mins i ask them again to fule but they ignore me. Then i demand for sales officer number.They give me this number..([protected]). I make a call on this number but nobody pic my phone.After all of this i decide to comlain on online desk..Plese sir do something for me & for all customer...I hope you do ur best.

      I belonge to srigangamagar. It was 14 aug 2009 when we are at jaipur.
      When my car need refuling then i go at coco jaipur.there i demand normal diesel but they are intrested to sell premium diesel after requesting for normal diesel they show me other unit i park my car front of that unit.But nobody(sales man ) came there to refule my car.After 15 min i ask them to refule my car but nobody listen to me.After all of this i demand for sales offiser contect no.([protected]) i make a call on this number but nobody take my call..After all i decide to complain on line desk. Plese do somthing for me and other cutomers...

        BHARAT GAS GAS CYLINDER — non supply oc cylinders

        I am a resident of Jamshedpur. I have got connection with Bharat gas since lst many many years. My consumer number is 10519. I had booked a ga on 28th of December. I was told that it would be supplied in 10 days of time (This itself is shocking). However gas was not supplied in 10 days time. I have been callin up this City Gas agency of Bharat Gas since last 10 days but no one was lifting the phone. Finally today some one has bothered to lift the phone and I have been told that it would take a minimum of 1 week for the gas to be supplied. This is not the first time this has happened. It is a reular phenomenon with this distributor and Bharat Gas

        Domestic LPG Gas Cylinder — Delays in supply LPG gas cylinder

        My FATHER is a consumer having C.No-37869 of 'Pal Gas Service', Opp Hanumanth School, Pal Road, Jodhpur - 342001, Ph-+[protected], Rajasthan. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 15 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise, we booked for new refill on 21/7/2008 and they assured us that we will get the cylinder within 15 days but till today date we haven't recieved the new refill gas cylinder, then i went to their office, the owner of the agency was not present their, then i talked to staff members about my problem but they doesn't know how to talk to customer such a harrish bad language they were using, then i ask for complaint book they told that we have no complaint book and again and again i was try to talk with staff memners but they were not listening to me, so pls solve my problem as in my house their is no lpg gas cylinder.

        Bharath Gas-Domestic LPG — Delay in supply of Gas Cylinder

        I have booked Gas cylender on 26.9.08 with Bharath Gas in Bangalore, Peenya with Saimangala Gas Agency.Till today ie 11.9.08 I have not recieved gas.
        My booking No is 1814.

        Every time I book the Gas this is the same situation.
        Is there no solution for this.
        Can you people cannot help the cosumers at all.
        I request your kind attention to this problem and help us to get good service in the future atleast.
        If this not possible kindly help me in getting a gas connection with Indane Gas which is giving good service ( many times better than Bharat Gas)

        Domestic LPG Gas Cylinder — No supply

        We have booked for a gas cylinder on 08th November 2008 at M/s. Ela gas agency, sec-93, Noida (Greater Noida), U.P. . Even after extensive follow ups till date gas is not supplied to us. Presently we are running out of gas.

        Our consumer no. is 002529.

        This is 3rd time in this year we are facing such problem. We are disgusted with the supply problem of this agency . We are deciding to change the source to other agency of Bharat gas who are having far better service than this Ela ageny ( of Indane).

        My request to the concerned authority is to check why this agency is operating like this ; I believe they must be manipulating in blacking these cylinders to the market. pls. take necessary steps for this.

THE STAFF OF GAS AGENCY REPLIED THAT THEY WILL SEND THE RIFFLE CYLINDER WITHIN ONE OR TWO DAYS POSITIVELY. AFTER THAT WHENEVER I ENQUIRED ON TELEPHONE , COMPUTERISED RESPONSE ANSWERING MACHINE ANSWERED THAT YOUR CYLINDER HAS BEEN BOOKED .

        BUT TILL NOW THE RIFFLE GAS CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AT MY RESIDENCE. ON 02.10.2009 I AGAIN BOOKED ON TELEPHONE, BUT ALL EFFORTS IN VAIN.

        PLEASE ISSUE STRICT WARNING TO ABOVE GAS AGENCY WHY THE RILLED CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED AFTER 20 DAYS.

        LPG Gas Cylinders — Delay in Supply of cylinders

        Location : Goregaon (w), Mumbai

        This gas agency from several months doesnt supply gas cylinders within 3-4 days inspite of booking. Whereas other gas agencies in Goregaon (w) supply cylinders within 3-4 days after booking. And their staff's say, " If you are having two cylinders then you have to book the same 18 days after gas cylinder gets finished and thn later after 8-10 days of booking they supply the cylinders. But this the same with One gas cylinders also"
        Now this is really ridiculous & harrassing ! ! Daily the Truck comes with loads of cylinders but where it is supplied that only the Owner can tell ! Even on requesting them we dnt get cylinders on time. I think the cylinders are being sold in black maybe in some hotel or soo. But to the surprise here even the local people doesnt raise their voice against this agency in fear that they might not get the service or supply of cylinders even if they are getting late supply of cylinders.

        It really becomes difficult & feel ashamed that even Senior Citizens are not spared by this problems.

        I dnt knw wat actions will be taken on this complaint, but still I want to share with all people who might be facing the same problem.

          I am holding LPG gas connection for my home since 4 years, My agency name is: Munusamy agencies in Velacherry. My name is Illayaraja i got the hand book in the name of Illayaraja but i am getting refill bills in the name Iyyappan, even after inform numerous times there was no action from agency side. Last 4 years i am trying to resolve this issue but could not.Since Gas bills in the different name i could not able to produce anybody in terms of residence proof and so on

            the performance of the agency is too poor. the delivery is not done infact even after 20 of booking.
            and we need to get our cylinder from him after going to his agency and we need to even pay him before getting the cylinder gas. After complaining to agency holder no. of times no active steps were taken. the condition is so poor that in the market few gas mafias are existing and they are creating a mess and selling the cylinder at very high rates up to 600 per cylinder .

            Bharat Gas — TOO MUCH LATE

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I'm a custmer of Bharat Gas M/S Chaitnya Gas Agency,Dombivli-e Branch. I have booked Bharat Gas Cylinder on telephone on 04/07/2011 . but still i'm getting the cylinder as on today i.e. 15/07/2011. from 21/07/2011 to till date i'm calling daily the custmer executive regarding the same but no is bother to supply the cylinder. I requested your good self to please take some action against them so that no custer of Bharat gas will face this problem in future. This is my humble request to you sir.

              DEAR SIR

              I USUALLY TRY ON TELEPHONE TO BOOK THE GAS CYLINDER. BUT THE OPERATORS OF RAVINDER GAS, SARABHA NAGAR, LUDHIANA PUNJAB ARE NOT ATTENDED THE TELEPHONE OR DISCONNECT THE PHONE WITHOUT LISTENING OUR VOICE.

              WHEN I WENT TO THE DEALER OFFICE SITUATED AT SARABHA NAGAR ON 14.08.2009 AT ABOUT 11 AM ATTENDANT SAID TO ME THAT THE THERE IS NO BOOKING TODAY WE ARE CLOSING OUR OFFICE. I ASKED TO THE ATTENDANT THERE IS NO NOTICE BOARD. HE REPLIED I ASKED THAT WE ARE CLOSING OUR OFFICE. PLEASE GO BACK. I ASKED FOR COMPLAINT BOOK SHE ALSO REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE COMPLAINT BOOK. I ASKED FOR WHERE IS THE DEALER/MALIK OF THE GAS AGENCY SHE THERE IS NO MORE STAFF.

              IT IS THERE FORE REQUESTED THAT ON LINE BOOKING SHOULD BE STARTED FOR THE CONVENIENT OF THE CUSTOMERS.

                i am having a connection of bpcl lpg consumer no - 98641, facing the problem of delay in delivery 7 to 8 days, while calling to the agency everytime get the feedback of shortage of stock.
                if agency facing the shortage of stock, then how they can easily supply for black connection, this state the clear indication that shortage is only for genuine connection customer and not for black connection.

                  I have recently shifted to prabhadevi from virar and have also transferred my Bharat gas connection to the prabhadevi bharat gas distributor whose name and contact numbers are as under:

                  I have made a request for gas cylinder around 12 days back. Till date the gas cylinder is not delivered to me. I have made repeated calls and requested them again and again to deliver me the gas on the days when i am available at home. One day they have come to deliver but i was not at home. After that I have made them more than 20-30 calls to deliver me the cylinder, when i was at home.But even after promising me of delivering they have not sent the cylinder.

                  Initially when i called them for cylinder they told me that I should inform them in the morning about my availability at home and they will deliver the gas at that time. since last three days i am calling them and yesterday and today I took an off from office to take the delivery of the cylinder but they have not bothered to send me the cylinder. Every day morning to evening i am calling them and asking them to deliver the gas cylinder but they are not bothered to deliver it. Now tomorrow is 15th august a holiday and day after is sunday. From monday I will again start going to my job and again there will be a problem to receive the gas... that means that I will have to take a off from office or to leave the job to get the cylinder and even if i take a off there will be no surety that I will receive the cylinder. what type of service bharat gas is providing I am unable to understand. They are delaying to deliver such a necessary item without which a whole household comes to a stand still. They are harrasing me like anything no body is ready to listen anything. Their employee are the worst employee i have spoken to ever. They asked me to stay at home to take the delivery and even after i took a leave from office and was at home to take delivery, they have not sent me the Gas cylinder.

                  Now I am left with no option, except filing a complaint against these people. I hope there is someone who can take some strict action against these people and tell me a solution how i will get my gas cylinder delivered? Please someone help me. I cant take leave from office again and again and sit at home to take the delivery of gas.

                    With the above respected topic, I Hoshiar Singh (Mob. No. [protected]), would like to file a complaint to you that I got the L.P.G. gas cylinder from the agency dated 22nd July with 3.3 kg lesser gas from the gas cylinder of standard 15.5Kg.

                    Our agent named as Sudhir (Mob. No. [protected]) motivated us as not to file complaint to you and take the amount of the gas which is empted from our gas cylinder i.e. cost of 3.3 kg of L.P.G. I also filed the complaint with the dealer 24 days ago but the dealer doesn’t take any action regarding our complaint.

                    Kindly, filed my complaint with you so I am able to get a new gas cylinder (i.e.15.5 kg) from the agency by replacing old one and take the legal action against our agent and our dealer.

                      hello sir, i am ur customer and my consumer number is -4014. now a days they wont deliver the gas properly. when i call to them for booking they told that only after 21 days they are booking but for others they booked with in 15 days. i dont know the reason sir . i am having ration card also. i also complaint this through letter but they dont take it has serious. it is very difficult to me to get a cylinder sir.even they get the money from us for door delivery but they dont delivered properly... "PLEASE TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY "

                        I checked the indicator on the pump and it showed Rs 507 and 10.5 litres. As I drove away I thought that my petrol tank indicator showed less than what it should be for 10 litres but I didnt pursue it. Today when I had driven for hardly 40 kms my tank was empty.
                        Normally my wagon R car gives a mileage of 12 - 14 kms in city so it should have run for at least 140 kms.

                        Now I am convinced that the pump is faulty and I was given less petrol than what I paid for.

                          I got transferred from Ahemdabad to ujjain; i have come across many distributors in past; but i think worst LPG distributor is Gas Centre, Ujjain; late refill delivery, imposing other products to purchase, bad behaviour of staff are some e.g. I think Bharatgas company should take some action against Gas Centre, Ujjain.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I, Lav Kumar Chaturvedi, residing at bhayandar (E), Thane-401105, am in urgent need of new gas connection for my domestic use.

                            In this regard, I personally visited at Tirupathy Gas Service C/o BPCL at bhayandar (E) and requested Mr. J. S. Vaithy, Prop of Tirupathy Gas Service to allot me a new gas connection for my domestic use.

                            I have been told by him to pay Rs. 4, 500/- towards the new gas connection including the cost of 1 burner and 1 gas cylinder, regulator, pipe etc.

                            I informed him that I do not require the burner as I have already purchased the same from market and he may inspect the same. I am ready to pay the inspection charges, but he has refused to do the same and said that if you want a new connection then you have to purchase the burner.

                            I again informed him about the rules of BPCL as provided by the company that "it is not mandatory for you to buy your hotplate from the Distributor." On that he got angry and shouted on me that you go and do whatever you want, new connection will not be allotted to you without burner, this is my rule and he instructed all his employees not to allot me a connection without his approval.

                            Due to this misbehavior of Mr. Vaithy I haven't been allotted a gas connection till date and am still facing the problem.

                            Hence I request you to do the needful against Mr. Vaithy and help me to get a new gas connection.

                            Yes. I think this is the only agency in Bhayandar of Bharat gas. Self also forced to take gas burners even though I was having the same.
                            Self has got double cylinders. But Tirupati gas agency is not registering new refill order till 21 days of issue a new cylinder. After 21 days they register requirement of new cylinders and again takes 15-20 days to deliver the same. In total it takes about 40 days to get another cylinder. Hence there is no use of having even double cylinder.
                            Some strct action is required against this. Whenever self visit there, it is always observed that so many customers are not happy and every one screaming at booking officer. They are also used to it and dont bouther about any one

                                Rashmi Gas Agency in Bangalore is one of the worst Gas agency. They never pick the phone for inquiry or for gas booking. The number keeps ringing or becomes bad intermittently. They don't know what costumer service means. The local authority should check this and make a full stop for the costumer woes.
                                I sent the above complaint three days back.

                                No reply till date.

                                Dear Sir,

                                Today I rang up for a refill.

                                I was bluntly told that I will not get any refill until I go to them with my ID and residence proof as I did not collect gas for 2 months or so. My account stands locked I was told.

                                Last two months I was hospitalised.



                                So there was no need for me to get any refill. Is that a crime? Why was I locked out with out informing me? I know of no rule which allows them to do this. What mistake have I committed?

                                Last year I went for 6 months abroad. This lock out rule was not applied then.Why?

                                Consuming more gas can be suspicious. When I am consuming less and genuinely, why this ignominy for me.

                                Kindly look into this and let me know why this is happening.

                                As I have now no way of booking, Kindly take this as an order for refill. My consumer number with Bharatiraja is 4204.

                                This is a high handed action. I am really upset at the way I have been treated by an agent with whom I have been there for nearly 15 years. Courtesy demands before he misuses such powers of Lock out- if indeed he has such powers- with out any notice to me. This smacks of sheer arrogance on his part. Has Bharat Gas given such sweeping powers to agents to lock out genuine customers at his whim and fancy?

                                Your agent operates behind smoke screen. He is never contactable. I asked for his email ID. You did not care to give me that. Why should they be encouraged to hide like this?

                                I hereby reserve my right to proceed legally for all the humiliation and inconvenience caused and claim due compensation which please note.

                                I am having Bharat Gas connection for the past 10 years, for the first 3-4 years I have received the cylinder frequently but from 2004 I am facing many problems with my distributor My Distributor is RAMANIAH GAS AGENCY, VALASARAWALKAM, CHENNAI. My consumer No. is 13704. They are not delivering me the cylinder properly, mostly it will take 20 - 25 days every time. Last 2 months before I went in direct and made quarrel with them, they promised me to send the cylinder in time. I booked my cylinder on 08.11.2010 till now I havent received my refill.                                 Bharat Gas — Unable to BOOK GAS

                                Horrible is the least spell word the for All Bharat Gas Agency in Bangalore. I have been trying to book the cylinder since last one week and all the numbers given by the agency are busy and not reachable. Finally after a frustrating week i decided to go the agency and book it personally i.e Saturday.
                                What is the use of such big list of numbers when those are seems to be having no incoming facility.

                                Thanks to the Bharat Gas company who has also shown equal negligences and irresponsible towards this harrasments.

                                I have been trying every 10 mts and everytime the outcome is number is switted off.

                                Now it look like there is no other way to either go and fall on feet of the corrupt dealers or cancel the gas connection (people are helpless).... In the mercy of Indane and its fantastic dealership.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I am Charanjeet Singh Pahwa. I am a resident of Rohtak, Haryana. I have a gas connection of Prem Gas Agency. But i got shifted to Divya Gas Agency, Labor Chowk on Date 26/08/2012. I have got a lighter, tube, and gas bottle for Rs. 385. But the lighter and tube work fine till 1 month only. It didn't work out after that. I have complaint there many times but all in vain. They always say come after week. It has been more than 8 weeks now but nothing has been replaced. I have called also but no body picks up the phone and reply. And when we go there they don't open the door and also they never reply easily. All the consumers who come under this agency are fed up with this agency. Now it is the need of the hour that the concerned authorities please set an enquiry commission for this agency so that the customer problems are resolved easily.

                                I booked a gas refill with Amardeep Gas Service, General Mahadev Singh Road, Dehradun around 10th August 2013 and was given waiting no. 1092. I went to dealer's outlet on 29th August 2013 when the owner of the agency herself asked her staff, to deliver the refill immediately. However no ref
                                ill was delivered to me. I again went to the outlet on 31st August 2013 and after heated exchange of arguments, the person in chair issued a cash memo no.28487 dated 31st Aug 2013. However no delivery was effected. I spoke to the Sr. Manager of Amardeep Gas Service, Sh.Mukesh Bhatnagar on his mobile no.[protected], on 2nd September 2013 who advised me to remind the next day, 2nd Sept. being a holiday. I frantically tried to contact him on 3rd Sept. 2013 but his mobile phone was constantly unapproachable. I reminded the person in chair about non delivery of gas but I continue to wait for the delivery till date.
                                Hope something will be done by concerned authorities in BPCL to redress my grievance narrated above.

                                I have Bharat gas connection in Hydrabad. Agency name is Kaleshwar near Nagole, my connection no is 25397. My complaints is no subsidy has received last three months in my AXIS bank A/C which bank account is already updated and linked with the agency. I have received the subsidy credit Msg from Bharat gas but actually not credited. Another complaints is after SMS gas booking the gas cylinder is not received last 15 days earlier after booking within 3 to 6 days receive. My booking no is 12611653 date 20th Feb2014. Third complaints is the said gas agency phone is not working almost time and there is very difficult to contact the agency, physically always not possible.Pl look into these problems and do the needful ASAP.

                                I am a Bharat gas costumer at Gwalior with SAMIDHA distributor. I booked for LPG refill through registered mobile on 19th December 2015 getting booking order no. 89083.After one week contacted with SAMIDHA distributors on his telephone no[protected] for deliver the cylinder but he replied the cylinder up to Tuesday i.e.29.12.2015, when the gas cylinder not delivered up to 3.1.2016 I again contacted with the sail distributor. I surprised to hear his reply that my gas refill booking has been cancelled saying that "consumer was out of station"I told him that My house is not closed nor is it. I advised by the distributor to book again then I booked again today at 12.00 noon having order no.94251. After 4.00 hours of new booking I again surprised to get sms at 4.10 pm about to cancel my previous booking no 89083.The whole phenomenon is clearly suspicious with consumer.Distributor compelling me for new booking to get increased rate of LPG.This behavior of the distributor is just like to cheat me. Now what should I do ?

                                  I had registered to apply for second gas cylinder connection 2 years back.The registration was done at Tejaswini Gas service, Sinhagad Rd. I had visited their office several times for second gas connection enquiry. Everytime I get a common reply "Second gas connection has not yet been started due to shortage". This is hapening since last 2 yrs. Its very difficult to manage without second gas connection.

                                    Sub : Non transfer of Gas connection from Sangareddy to Nandigama Reg

                                    Ref : My S.C No.

                                    Due to my personnel i have shifted my family from Sangareddy(Medak Dist A.P) to Nandigama (Krishna dist, A.P), I have handed over my two cylinders, Regulator and Original documents to M/s. Uttam Gas at Sangareddy after completion of 10 months also and i have visited twice personally in Zaheerabad they says that documents was misplaced with in couple days we will send to you by courier. Initially sangareddy people has done somemalpractice due to that Zaheerabad Uttam Gas people has incharge for Sangareddy, when I contacted sangareddy people they have to clear your consignment like that. Both are doing the same not giving any reply. Yes we have received your cylinders and documents but misplaced our end. we will do we will do. The same was complained earlier (before 2 months through on line i have not received any reply from your end.


                                    I am suffering a lot.

                                    Please look in to matter and justice my case.

                                    sir ye national gas agencies kamiri road hisar wale kabhi bhi ghar per gas supply nahi karte or inhe har baar kam se kam 20 se 30 bar call karni padti he or ye har baar phone uthate or bina kisi baat ko sune rakh dete he or kayi baar to gussa bhi dikhate he or kahte he ki gas yaha aa kar le jani he to le jao ham ghar per nahi bhajte or ham jab waha lene jate he to kahte he ki gas khatam ho gayi or ye har baar aise hi chaker cutvate rehte he ham ne kai baar in ki complaint ki lakin koi sunvai nahi he maine tool free no bhi bahut baar complaint lakin in per koi action nahi hua sir ye black me to cyelender de dete he or vaise jab ham home delivery ke liye book karvate he to kabhi nahi bhajte or hame ye bhi kahte hi ham par koi action nahi ho sakta tum chahe kahi bhi complaint kar lo sir plz in per jarur karye vahi ki jaye taki ham is samsya se nijat paa sake sir ye cyelender to hame double rate ka hi pad jata he in ke yaha chaker kaat kaat kar or phone kar kar ke sir mai student hu aap hi batao me class lagau ya agencie me jaa kar 3,4 ghante line me khda rahu mai to line mai bhi itni baar lga lakin ye phir aakhir mai ye kah dete he ki cyelender khatam ho gay tum kal le jana ye in ki ik baar ki baat nahi hew ye har baar aisa hi karte he aap agencie me ja kar waha consumer se puch lo ki wo in ki service se kitne pareshan he

                                      On the evening of 31/07/09 around 9:30 pm I happened to be at Sai Services Petrol Pump, Plot No 1, Gururaj Co-Op. Hsg.Soc. Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune-411029. I had demanded to the attendant to fill petrol in my Santro Car of Rs 500. But wile refulling the petrol stock with him had finished and petrol of qty. 7.40 Ltr of Rs 359.42 was filled. After starting my car I noticed that the fuel indicator hasn't moved and is near zero. I argued with the attendant but in vain. This is the second instance with me at this same petrol pump of filling of less fuel than charged.
                                      After filling up Rs 500 worth of petrol from BPCL retail outlet, Manovikas nagar, Old Bowenpally Secunderabad, When I asked for air filling in my car the attendants say there is no air supply due no electricity.I wonder how could they fill up petrol if no electricity.Also the same reply I got when I was driving down NH 5 at various BPCL retail outlets.
                                      they sell only petrol but do not provide essential air supply, though boasting a free air supply

                                        महोदय,
                                        मैंने ऑन लाइन न्यू गैस कनेक्सन फॉर्म भरा था जिसमे मेरा वेटिंग लिस्ट 89404 जब मै अपने न्यू गैस कनेक्सन के लिए गैस एजेंसी निचलौल से संपर्क किया तो उनके द्वारा बताया गया की आपके माकन नंबर पर आल रेडी गैस कनेक्सन शो कर रहा है जिसके कारण आपका कनेक्सन रिजेक्ट हो गया है जबकि अब ताका कोइ गैस कनेक्सन मेरे परिवार में नहीं है हम दो भाई है एक भाई छोटा वाला रहता है वह भी कोइ कनेक्सन नहीं है! सर मै बहुत ही परेशान हूँ आप मेरी मदद करे गैस कनेक्सन ना होने के कारण हम परेशान है अब जब नंबर आ गया है तो मुझे कनेक्सन नहीं मिल प् रहा अत: आपसे निवेदन है की मेरे मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुवे सार्थक पहल करने की कृपा करे हम किसी भी जाँच के लिए तैयार है क्यों की जब हमरे परिवार में कोइ कनेक्सन है ही नहीं तो फिर किस आधार पर कनेक्सन नहीं दिया जा रहा है! मै अपने सरे कागजात आपको मेल कर रहा हूँ.
