I have booked a LPG gas cylinder from Bharat gas through his authorised agency named Nirmal Enterprises A-19, Chander Vihar Nilothi Extn New Delhi -110041 on 19/1/2012 but the till date i have not received LPG cylinder. My connection/consumer no is 9499 in the name of Mrs anjani mishra.my booking no is[protected]

Dear Mr. Narasimhan,

What you're saying is true. It happened with me too. Once when i went to the same petrol bunk and asked to fill petrol for Rs.100/- and they have filled the petrol for Rs.94/- and ihave asked why it is 94 if the price is mentioned is consolidated of oil+petrol. Then suddenly they changed and said that the oil is required for this vehicle so we will fill extra packet of oil. Here lies the cleverness of those person, even though we doesnt need that extra oil they will change as if though we require it, if they were caught. however if he filled the extra pack of oil there is no benefit neither for him nor for us. But the same place make it an issue and get the things stopped there. Because its become usual practice for them to cheat on quantity. Please Mr. Narasimhan do the best you can do so that these things get stopped.

Sir, I found in two three cylingers that the weight of blank cylinders is mentioned on cylingers on yellow colour ie. 15.6 or 15.8. wrong as mentioned after painting the Cylinders. Second thing accurate weight of blank cylinders and gross weight mentioned on your cylinders by your company but delivery boys erased it and result not readable. NOW PROBLEM HOW WE WILL DECIDE THE GROSS WEIGHT OF GAS CYLINDERS. Hi today when the cylinder was delivered at my place, the white seal was broken and the plastic with which it is covered had two plastics covered around the seal which seemed weird. We tried calling the Satya Sai agency/distributor based at Malad west but as always they never pick up the call. Then we called the customer care where again our call was unanswered. Hence this was Urgent we called on the emergency Gas leakage number where we were told that if the seal is broken it's not serious. If there is no leakage then you don't need to worry, he took the guarantee. But if this is true then why is it written on the cylinder "CHECK SEAL ON DELIVERY". I have taken images of the broken seal as a proof.

Also the receipt we received after delivery does not have a Delivery Date, it only has the Booking date mentioned on it. On all other receipts that we received earlier had both the dates mentioned on it.

Please make a note of this and kindly help us in replacing the cylinder.

I have been provided one cylinder (while connection transfered) and I am asking for 2nd cylinder while i got the reconnection, but the concern agency not giving any response properly they have just saying next week... next month ... its going for 18 months and i m in touch continuously ... still i didn't get my second cylinder... pls do the needful.my consumer no.22056

The Rose Flames agencies for Barath Gas at Eranakulam is not respoding the calls to book the Gas.
My mother is alone and only she knows to contact them by phone.For the last three days she was
trying to book the gas by Telphone and no one picks the phone or even if get connection they disconnects the line or all the time busy.The following is the Tel Nos at Cochin

See this is the worsest agency of BPCL, they will always switch of their office phoes, if we gets too their responses are too bad no police men will behaves like this .

Sanganer Service Station / GAS — Not responding for booking and misbehave

we have to call so many times, after picking the phone their response is very rudly and they ask us to visit at their shop for booking. We are very fedup with the services of Sanganer Service Station, which provide Indane Gas to home.

Also I have applied for new connection, but due to your fast services I think that i have selected wrong co.

Subsidy of 200/- against refill booking[protected] not credited to my account yet. Please look into this and what action I need to take. First time I got in 3 days, why the second time it is not done since delivery of refill on 11/3/15

We the people of chirag delhi village with humble request want to divert your kind attention towards the illegal activity of the person mentioned above as under :
1.That these person have taken a shop in chirag delhi jointly and the hockers of the gas agency used to come there and after filling small cylinders out of the supply cylinders and in this way they cheat the cunsumer.
2.That the foul smell of gas geneally spreads in the area and the atmosphere usally becomes
full of combustiable gas and the chance of fire are always there.
3.That ranvir singh, deepak, umesh are the man of criminal background and ct.mahesh, is the king pin of this group is currently deputed in crime branch and the local police are reasponsible for this illegal shop.

i saw the bharat gas and indane cycle vendors steeling gas from the cylenders at jhilmil delhi-95.when i tried to ask them what they were doing they trying to attack on me .so please take immidiate steps in this directions...

in chennai near chellamal college annasalai BPCL petrol bunk Dealer : M.C.L.O.A today we have filled Auto lpg to our car at the time there are two persons attanding for a customer we have told to fill gas Rs: 500 that person filled only Rs: 10.00 only that person said he has filled for RS:l00/- BUT we noticed the meter it was showing 1.00 after we made arrgument then they filled gas for 500/- we were facing the same incident the perticuler dealer in offenly . I have booked for cylinder 25-jul-2011 through SMS & Ref no 11006711 in the name of

I have visited two to three times the desai & company gas distributors HUBLI KARNATAKA and reminded them they told me It will be delivered to you tomorrow but today date is 24-aug-2011 mean one month till not received my cylinder.& every time this problem to get cylinder. so sir plz do something.

I am Ashok Khare having Consumer Number 9334 and getting the Domestic cooking Gas Cylinder from Desai & Company Hubli. I have booked for the cylinder on 03.02.2014 and cylinder was delivered to me with several visits to the company on 01.03.2014 CM No 230515. But till today 06.03.2014 cylinder subsidy is not credited to my SB Account with Sbi Market Branch Hubli.

Every time we are facing the delivery problem and the Desai & Company officials are not co operative. To solve this problem what we should do?

My name is umakant mishra.I had taken a gas connection from OM SAI GAS AGENCY BHART PETROLIM LTD, SAFIPUR UNNAO.vide cv no.05-1669 and sv no.[protected]on 06/11/2003. presently i am residing at civil line unnao.
Many times i happen to vigit sai gas agency, safipur unnao, requested them after placing my application, that my conn.may be transfer to UNNAO BHARAT GAS AGENCY, UNNAO .where by the facility could be availed by me very easily.Now as per om sai gas agency safipur, they say that my conn.can not be trasfered from here and you have to go to PURWA GAS AGENCY, PURWA, and get the gas transferd from there.which is 65 km.away from my residence,
To this regerd, may i request you to take a proper action agenset the agency where by the matter could be solved . MY MOB.NO.[protected]

This is absolutely true. BP pumps cheat while pumping petrol. Last night around 11 PM I filled up petrol from a Bharat Petroleum Petrol bunk near Kammanahalli on outer ring road in Bangalore. I gave 500 bucks and asked to fill regular petrol. I was driving alone. The Guy said "sir zero". I noded. Then he filled and the meter reached 150. Once it reached 150, he said " it has reached 150, now we will fill for 350"( some strange reason) same time another guy started talking to me and asked for change for 500. I said I didnt have. Then the meter reached 350. What I didnt notice is that after 150 they didnt reset the meter. So basically they filled for 350!!! Since I was like an talking to him, I didnt have a proof that he didnt reset it. And since it was late in the night, I didnt think it was a good idea to confront them. Also, the place was almost deserted. Please be aware of this cheating. Please get out of the car and verify everytime you fill petrol. Keep your eye on the meter if you are alone.

This was the problem i faced with the petrol bunk at Nizampet Road, Hyderabd. They not making the meter nutral. With the previous meter only they are poring the petrol. i faces this problem twice in the same petrol bunk. Today i raised the issue and i asked him. Then he added 50/- petrol extra without any extra cost. Two persons standing at the bunk, one taking the money and other poring petrol are acting to mislead the person. I don't no when this type of problems will be rectified by authorities.Friends becare full with this petrol bunk.

मैं अक्सर प्रीत विहार, Delhi - company owned पेट्रोल पम्प से प्रेट्रोल भरवाता हूँ, आज 27/12/2010 भी मैंने पेट्रोल पम्प से 500 रुपए का पेट्रोल भरवाया ! मैंने अक्सर नोट किया हैं कि जैसे ही मीटर 500 रुपए पर आता है पेट्रोल भरने वाला तुरंत pipe nossle का लीवर अपने हाथ से खोलता है, और ये भी कई बार नोट किया हैं कि जैसे ही मीटर 500 रुपए पर आता है मीटर मशीन पर खड़ा एम्प्लोयी तुरंत मीटर मशीन में लगा लीवर अपने हाथ से ऊपर कर देता है |
कृपया हमें बताएं कि जब आपका एम्प्लोयी 500 रुपए मशीन में फीड कर देता है तो उसको अपने हाथ से पेट्रोल सप्लाई रोकने कि क्या जरुरत है ? कई बार हमने इस बारे में टोका है लेकिन कोई असर नहीं पड़ता है | आप दोनों तरफ तो नजर नहीं रख सकते हैं |
आज भी ऐसा ही हुआ | लड़के ने पेट्रोल भरा और 500 रुपए की रीडिंग आते ही तुरंत pipe nossle का लीवर छोड़ा और लड़की ने 500 रुपए की रीडिंग आते ही मशीन के अंदर लगा लीवर अपने हाथ से बंद किया |
I request the concerned authorities to let me know, when your employee have to stop the petrol flow manually by pressing the livers in Meter Machine & in the Pipe Nossle, then what's the need to say "Petrol flow will automatically stopped, as the meter reading reached to Feed Amount"

Hi..

I am Madhan From Tirupur (TN). I am useing the Bharath gas Cylinder past 5 years
We applied the additional cylinder at the same time, But the delear is not responding
Properly, Even when we book the cylinder It take 20 days to delivry and the customer service are not responding Properly. Every tiime we have to fight to Receive the cylinder.But still we suffreing this kind of probem, How many days or years we have to wait.

We request to you take a neccesary action. even i dont mind to change my delear, But so many people uneducate are suffuring this problem.

LPG — Delay in home delivery of LPG refill by Agency in Jhansi

Booking for LPG refill was done on 25th Jan'08. The agency does not attend telephone calls for reminders. Therefore I had to go physically to remind the same. Despite repeated reminders no action has been taken. My consumer no. is 603093.

Bharat Gas — delaying of refilling domestic cylinder

I have complain that I booked for refilling of domestic cylinder on date 04/07/08 but till now (24/07/08) I am not getting my cylinder, in the mean while I have remind them several times by attending physically but they are not ready to listen properly. I am facing so much problem so I am requesting to higher authorities of bharat gas to take action.

bharat domestic lpg — delay in delivery

dear sir,

I am living in jhansi and i have a domestic lpg connection of bharat gas .The consumer no of connection is 12164 Name-Sanjay kumar gupta Address-645, D`cruz compound, Masiha ganj, Sipri bazar, Jhansi. and My Distributor is M/S Surya gas agency . I have booked my refill on 03/05/2009
and till now i could not get my refill cylinder. I have complained three times to distributor but he did not take any action. every time i have to complain 4-5 times distributor takes minimam 20 days to give the refill. Many customer like me are fedup with distributor.In jhansi there are many cars are running by lpg .and here is not any lpg filling station for cars so i thing the gas is being black marketed.
so please register my complaint and kindly make sure my home delivery of lpg.

My Gas card no is 28562. Agency is Ranka Gas Chinchwad. I have booked to refill the cylender on 13 July 2009. Now 18 days over but I didnot got the delivary.

After spiking with agency they are saying the address is incomplit . But I am not a new customer & they have delivered the cylender many of times before. Hence the incomplet adderess is not acceptable to me .

As per BP I am suppose to get cylender within 24Hrs. But It always takes to 10-15 days in delivery. request you to solve those issues at earliest .

Bharat Gas — Delay in delivery of Domestic refill cylinder

Whenever we book the domestic gas cylinder of Bharat Gas, we receive the cylinder only after 20 to 22 days.
Who is going to help the complaints???

We had booked for my refill with the local Bharat Gas( CHAITANYA MAHAPRABHU GAS SERVICE, Bhyander E) on Nov 6th 2012 and was promised delivery within 4 days but when we failed to receive the delivery till Nov 15th, we visited the Bharat gas off on 16th and we were told the Nov 6th deliveries were going out that day and that we would receive our delivery by the evening.
But we failed to receive our refill that day.
I called their office on 17th morning and they promised to send it by that evening and failed to do so.
Then I called them up this morning (22nd) and they promised to send it today but failed to do so.
Now they say they will do the delivery tomorrow(23rd).
Everyday they said they would deliver I have stayed at home the whole day so there is no way they can say my door was locked as they said today.
Hope and pray they will keep up their word and deliver it tomorrow.(23rd)
