Dear All, A new type of cheating is happening in gas agency, its like if we are taking a new connection they are insisting the consumers to buy a new gas stove. New LPG Connection - Harrasment

I wish to apply for a new LPG connection of Bharat Gas. I am told that currently new connections are freezed. I have been put on waiting list. Up to this the things are ok. but I have been told that I need to pay 5200/- for new connection in which Gas Stove is compulsory.

As far as I know taking of Gas stove is not compulsory and the Dealers are putting is as a compulsion to increase the consumer cost, make their own commission...

Petrol Pump staff cheating on quantity of fuel

This complaint is about BP Petrol Pump in Ambattur OT

I Have Been Cheated by these pupils for about two times of filling the petrol for my Two Wheeler
While Filling they are tring to divert our attention from the Meter as they are keeping the same Meter Reading of the Previous Filled reading they start from that Reading this is how they are Cheating

Only 7 Kg LPG delivered instead of 14.2kg

I suspect that the cylinder has been used by others and delivered to the home use. Only 7 kg of gas has been delivered instead of 14.2 kg. who is going to take responsibility on this? what kind of action can taken with this kind of attitude?

corruption by delivery man &horrible service

I am having a bharat gas connection in PUNE ( MAHARASHTRA ) with a dealer NATRAJ GAS AGENCY in KOTHRUD area my con no is 26530 I had booked refill through ebharatgas on three instances and till date I have not recieved my refill but you all must be wondering that how have I survived BUT the fact is the same delivery man of the retailer ( who says he has no booking of my no ) gives me a cylinder for a extra price when & where ever required....

I am a regular user of Bharat gas and never faced a single problem in delevery of bharat gas cylender from any of your authorised agency.

BPCL Petrol Pump refusing to accept petro card

I have been using my petro card for the last 8years and to my dismay came across an occasion wherein the BPCL petrol pump outlet (Nikhil Filling Station) at M.G. Road, Bangalore, refused to accept my Petro Card and insisted on my paying cash and after heated exchange of words finally accepted the same reluctantly when I insisted on the complaint book to register my complaint.

Waiting for the 2nd cylinder connection for last 3.5 years
