Dear Sir/Madam

I am Raghwendra P. Singh, My residential address is House No.89, Sarsawati Vihar, Chhakarpur, Gurgaon, Harayana, i had applied for new connection with all required document from Shanti Gas Service, Gurgaon & when they send their verification officer to my house that time i am using Gas cylender of my House owner & my house owner had help me for some time & same cylender was seen by verficatio officer (Mr. Rakesh) & he is saying no you will not get new connection because you are using gas cylender then i told him this cylender i borrow from my house owner & he will taken back by him, then he says ok if you want new connection then you have to give some extra money to me then only you got the new connection then i told him i am not going to give you any money then he says i will see how can u got the new connection then very next day i go to shanti gas service & i spoke to owner about same, he is saying no you will not get connection.

I want to know is this correct if i will give extra money to verification officer if not then how can i will get the connection, who will give me the connection & how?


Please help me i am realy very disturbe due to this & hoping that i got support from your sied.

Shanti gas service gurgaon — Poor helpline service

AS a consumer i want to complain against shanti gas service gurgaon who are the dealers of bharat gas that their helpline service is nonresponsive and irrespossible.I had a leakeage problem and i called them for their assistence but they denied to provide their service before the next day.I would appreciate if such problems r dealt strictly from bharat gas so that the dealers can provide a better helpline and effective service for the consumers.
This is normal in India. All the Gas Agencies taking extra money or they force you to buy third class gas stove and other accessories, otherwise they will not give you new connection. Everybody is facing this problem but none of our administrator or minister do anything for this. Lets spread this message to all over known and friends, may be this message reach to some right person who can do something regarding this.

    I am Raghwendra pratap Singh my residential address is House No.89, Sarsawati Vihar, Chhakarpur, Harayana, i had make the booking for new connection & i had submitted all the required document to Shanti Gas service after 12 days he send a person for verification, that time a borrow a gas cylender from my house owner & he is giving me that because i don't have the gas cylender, the same thing i told to that guy, he is saying no u have the cylender in kitchen then we don't give you the new connection then again i request him that this is not my i am borrow from my House owner for some time, he is saying then ok u have to take stove with cylender & you have to pay extra money to me that is a part from cylender & stove cost then i refuse to give tha extra amount & told he to go from here then i go to shanti gas service & spoke to owner he is saying i am not going to give you connection, why you told my person to go from your house then i told him i am going to comlain about you to company he is saying go & tell whom you want to tell no body will do anything of my.

    Kindly help me in this regard & guied me that how can i will get connection because shanti Gas Service is not going to listen me any more.

    I am looking for your quick action regarding the same & hope i will get justice from company

      Non supply of LPG
      Sir
      I am a consumer of M/S Bharat Gas Corporation Ltd. since 23/5/1993. M/s Mamata Gas Agency, Hindnagar, Lucknow was the agency supplying LPG cylinder (consumer no. MG 3911) to me. In April 2009, I have informed by the agency that my gas connection has been shifted to M/S Joyti Gas Agency, Station Road, Lucknow. I approached the the said agency and they enrolled me on 13th April 2009 (Consumer No. JG 29271).

      I booked for a refill gas cylinder on 26th April 2009. Since then, 17 days have past (10th May, 2009), and on every enquiry the agency is promising to supply the gas in a day or two, but supply is not coming. Repeated requests have fallen in deaf ear. In this supply situation, the exiting cylinder has also ran out of gas. Thus, cooking has stopped in my kitchen. This is an essential commodity and it is not available on open market.
      At the first instance I request you to ensure and restore the gas supply to me immediately.

      From the attitude of the personnel manning M/s Joyti Gas Service, it appears that BPCL is no longer interested to supply gas to a consumer of 12 years standing. If BPCL is not a position to supply the gas to my residence (E2, Ikshupuri colony, Jail Road, Lucknow) kindly transfer my papers to the Indian Oil Corporation (M/s Auronoday Gas Agencies, Sadar, Lucknow or R.D. Gas Agencies, Banglabazar, Lucknow).

      BPCL — Non supply of gas

      I have an lpg consumer no 5885 with Devi Gas Jajpur Road(BPCL). The dealer is not supplying gas in time.

      I am a consumer of M/S Bharat Gas Corporation Ltd. since 10 Years. M/s Ashok Gas Service, Kapoorthala, Lucknow was the agency supplying LPG cylinder (connection no.is 33664) to me. In July 2012, I have informed by the agency that my gas connection has been Blocked.

      I meet to the Ashok Gas Service Kapoorthala, Lucknow for renewal and I also give them all the papers also they told that their any person do the servay & survey is happened but supply is not coming. Repeated requests have fallen in deaf ear. In this supply situation, the exiting cylinder has also ran out of gas. Thus, cooking has stopped in my kitchen.       Sir,
      I am a LPG Consumer of BPCL since 1994 and getting it from M/s Ashok Gas Service, Kapoorthala, Lucknow. My supply No, AG 6614. From last one month, my supply has been STOPPED because as per them, I have not submit KYC.

      On 4th April'13, I submitted KYC along with all necessary documents (were also checked with Original by the staff) and was assured that I will get the supply after 10 days.

      Now, over 20 days have passed by but even after many followups, till date they have not supplied the Gas.

      All this has resulted that today I have NO Gas in my home and I have get our Dinner from a hotel.

      When I asked for the Mob no of the Sales Officer / Manager etc, they gave me the numbers [protected] and on this, I am not getting any proper reply. The other no given by them - [protected], there is NO reply.

      I am a Senior Citizen and in the name of KYC, these Gas agency are harassing the people. Request the Govt as well your Organisation that if papers are properly been Checked / verified, immediately supply MUST be restored. Thus, there is inconvenience to the Consumers.
      I am sure, company will take immediate action and restore my supplies.

      the cause was told to us when we complainet that my address is wrong and etc. but i submitt right address and other details but again my booking is canceld . And delivery of gas cylinders is very poor late delivery on when i call the distruber then the cylinder is deliverd.

        my consumer no. 7607. i m customer of your DADRI (gautam budhh nagar) u.p branch. my first complaint is that the new connection rate is very high ( rs7500) why ?. second is that if i purchase a new connection without cylinder (only pass book), two cylinder is already update on new connection but i not recieved it. third complaint is that tea packet, gas pipe, lighter, chullah, rice, cloth press, touster etc are given on new connection without any demand by coustomer. without above items, connection is not available. fourth. non booking of home delivery before 30 days. and most of complaint is that around 100+ cylider sale in black daily from raghav gas agency, dadri. and double passbook is running on a single connection for sale cylinder in black..so please survay in dadri residensial area and cheking in agency confirm my complaint after this plaese take action in this regard.

          i have bharat gas connection from 2006 at kharghar. But i am really frustrating with their service. The way of talking with the customer is very rough.
          after giving a request for re-filling minimum i have to wait 15 days..though i can see the people are getting cylinder, if they can bring it from their shop. everytime while make a booking, roughly they will answer and reply "samoi laagega"..ok it can happen while there is no supply..but it cant be all time, while coming to their office with empty cylinder, after a regorous request they are giving cylinder.
          please do something in this regard.

          Dear Sir,

          My name is Jimson. I am settilled at last 18 years in Gujarat.Some my business purpose we are shiffted to Kerala. We are submit our Indane LPG service at our Ahmedabad Agency(KirtiGas) they are given a TV Form at same time to transter the connection to Kerala. Now in this area don, t have Indane Agency.alternativly we are submited the tv form in Bharar Gas Agency at last 27th April. Still not we are not received the connection, presently we are using kerosine.They are not giving the propper answer from their side right now.

          Please help me for this matter and do needfull as soon as possible.

          i am using Your Bharat gas for the past few years, Ur authorised Dealer in Tamilnadu vellore dist katpadi SAI GAS AGENCY is the worst agency which v never seen...The people who all working there is not Polite with customers...And the stock delivery persons will fix their own price for gas and they wont deliver by correct time ant they will sell the gas for some one who pay extra...So please conform with the customers and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible...and help us from the struggle which v all customers r facing.
          Vigneshwara gas sevice station mysore karnataka, emloyees are not responce properly to the custmer.we called several times but he is not pick up our call, irregular answer he given the custmer, this agency given a worst service i have seen, Today i call more than ten times he does not responce, but i am booked on 06.10.2014 still i am not recive my gas. my consumer no is 10513, pls take serious action, other wise i am going to consumer court.

            Hello —

            I get my gas cylinder from — Dhruv Gas Agency — near, New Ashok Nagar Police Station, Mayur Vihar Ph-1, New Delhi-110 096. My problem is whenever I call the agency — their phone nos [22716617 & 20] are busy or engaged and by fate, even if you get connected — nobody picks my call (strange) and the phone keeps on ringing! The next time, when you drop the line and redial — you get back to square one i.e. — busy/engage tone!!!

            Initially Bharatgas had provided a National Booking No. [1702] — this number is of no use now (doesn't works anymore!) — I don't know where to go and, whom to speak with? I found this site on Google while searching my Agency's phone no.

            I am thinking of ringing PS: New Ashok Nagar and request them to personally visit the Agency.

            100% fully agree...they don't pick any phone call..
            I am a customer of Dhruva Gas Agency (Bharat Gas) in Delhi (Vasundhara Encleve).My additional complains are mentioned below.
            1. They don't pick any phone calls, any one can try[protected].
            2. When I went there for new connection (last year) they force fully sold me Gas Stove also, even though I needed only gas connection. They will not give you connection unless you purchase, their gas stove, tube, regulator etc.
            3. They always talk very rudely.
            i 100% fully agree . it is very difficult to get their numbers. whenever abooking or complaint is to be made, it is aproject. how such people are issued agency, without their capability to maintain services. thi s complaint should be seriously viewed and proper action should be taken.
            I also agree with your complaints i also having the same problem as above. Also an additional problem that gas cylinder delivered on less weight around 5 kg by delivery boy named Jai Dev Mob No.[protected] and i have no any source to complaint. Now i am very embraced with this agency. Plz take immediate action against this agency seriously.

              Dear Sir,
              My name is Madhav Shankar Kulkarni resident of (Sangli) Maharashtra with consumer number-3610. Swati Bharat Gas Service is our domestic gas supplier driven by one of the politicien in our area. Service provided by them is of 3rd class. They have never supplied gas cylinder upto our home, every month we have to go to them to purchase gas cylinder to their office. and they give gas cylinder to only those people who are reporting their agency with empty cylinder. They are also providing the gas to non-members with extra charges which is not legal.
              So please conider complaint and take strict action against them.

              The statement of Madhav Shankar Kulkarni is absolutlely right about Swati Bharat Gas Service, Sangli and could not understant, why this is allowing by BPCL eventhough they are receiving lot of complaint about this agency.

                This compaint is regarding the excess charge levied by the LPG distributers in the district of Malappuram, Kerala state. The gas agencies of this district is charging heavily the lpg consumers in the name of transportation charges for the LPG cylinders even within the 5kms radius of the agency. When complained the agencies are thretening to stop the supply if we are not paid the transportation charges. However the matter was reported to the District collector and Taluk supply officer which yeild no result. The consumers are being exploited by this racket for a long and we are begging the mercy of the agencies for the supply. On enquiry I found that the district collector has not published the transportation rate so far which is leading to this widescale exploitation. Hence I request you to kindly make arrangemnet for the timely supply of LPGs and publish the transportation charges at the earilest. . I humbly request you to save us from this kind of exploitation. The complaint I have submitted is as follows: ""I request your kind attention to the undue levying of transportation charges for LPG refills. I am a customer attached to the Ram Gas Agencies, Munduparambu, Malappuram of Indane Gas for my LPG requirement. My customer No is 13138. For the delivery of LPG cylinder to my house the agency charging Rs. 20/-, though the delivery area is within 5 Kms radius. It is learned that as per rule the LPG agencies are not entitled to collect transportation charges for the delivery within 5 Kms distance from their godwon/ Offices. (Rule 9 of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order 2000 made in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Essential Commodities Act 1955). The transportation charge levied by the agency is not reflecting in the cash bills issued by them. However during my last re-fill on 3/3/2009 upon my insistence the transportation charges was got incorporated in writing in the cash bill. (pls see the copy enclosed). The agency also told me that, If I am not willing to pay the transportation charges I have to take delivery of refill cylinder directly from the godown. Hence I request you to kindly direct the Gas agency not to collect any transportation charges for the delivery within 5 kms radius or to incorporate the transportation charges in the computer generated cash bills if it is due. "


                I also request the District collector/Taluk supply officer to take this complaint as seriously and sought out the issue but nothing happend so far. Till now the exploitation on the LPG consumers and trespassing of the consumer rights is continues. Can anybody giude me where to complain this exploitation ?

                LPG Cylinder — excess rate charge

                Today(08.06.08)e delivery boy delivered the sylinder @346.00 whereas the govt. announced already @305.00 and the boy gave receipt of old print rate e.g 295.00 01.06.08
                This company charge extra 50.00per sylinder instead of extra 10.00per sylinder.

                so kindly take action on it.
                I also had the same problem. I am from Kottayam Distt. My consumer No is 4359 with M/s Pradeep Indane Seervices Thalayolaparambu. Today I have sent a petition through my office to the District Collector Kottayam & Customer Service Cell, Manager (LPG) Ernakulam & District & Thaluk supply Officer. Here they are not delivering the cylinder to the residence even after taking the transportation charges. I m waiting for the reply from the authrities

                This complaint is for the people of Perumpara Lane, there is no supply of LPG gas after Thiruvonam, now 34th day people are suffering without cooking gas, Sastha Flames, Erumely is our suppliers, which is the most irresponsible agency.They said Indane is not supplying sufficient stock.Allready local people complainted to the District Collector and District Supply Officer.More over we are paying Rs 350 per cylinder and the bill amount is for Rs 327.Si I request you please solve our problem..

                ATTINGAL GAS AGENCY collecting extra amount without bill as transpotation charge. they ask 50-75 rupees per cylinder.
                phalodi gas agency city- phalodi dist- jodhpur sir the owner of this agency is given new conection at this time she also forse the cutomer to take gas chulha . that is so costly for costomer to buy that . if we did not take that chulha she didnot give us new conection so please take same action about this metter

                sastha flames — home delivery of refill cylinders

                Sir,I already booked refill cylinder on[protected] ad its token number is 4732.My consumer number is SF 7607.Varghese Thomas.please advice IOC dealer Satha flames(Erumely) for immediate home delivery.
                Earlier we were paying Rs.350/- receipt amount(gas+tax+dealer commission+delivery charges) and Rs.25 to 30/- extra. Now the cylinder rate become Rs.736 and no rebate. Still gas delivery people are charging more than Rs 30/- at the time of delivery than the receipt amount. I questioned n number of times for extra payment and complaint several time to Indane through their indianoil.co.in website. They just forward that email to gas dealer and leave it there. But no change with gas dealer or gas delivery boys. Because we are questioning for the extra payment, they are not delivering the gas in time and cancel cash memo with junk reason "door closed', even though we are all home. If we payonline, gas delivery boys charging more then Rs.30/- even though we are less than 2 KM distance from gas Godown or gas dealer office. I spoke with lot of people about this big scam, every one is victim in this case.

                  I am writing this mail with deep agony we are facing with the Bharat gas distributor. Every time we book for a cylinder after 3 months. This time i personally visited the office and booked for cylinder delivery on
                  [protected]. They have not given me any token for my booking on that day.

                  They said in 4 days time it will come. one week over and again on[protected] i visited office. They said it will come in 2 days time. But it has not come. later i called several times over phone. They said it si coming today. till now not yet delivered.

                  Today 2-5-2009 when i called morning they said today it is coming definitely. But again when i called today at 4 o'clock, to my astonish the person says your booking is done on[protected], but i first visited on[protected] and booked.

                  This is regular practice with this distributor when ever we book for a cylinder.

                  My consumer number is 21955 I have ordered refil of my gas on 5th July and got a message as booked succesfully with book order number 15017 however, i did not receive the cylinder yet. This is the first time it happened since last 25 years and the reason is delivery boy(Mahesh) from boiguda secunderabad branch has demanded and argued to pay more than what was billed on the bill and i have not accepted to his demand. So he is trying to take the revange for the same.
                  Kindly look into this and fix at the earliest.

                    My Consumer number with bharat gas is 19109 and have been facing repeated incidence of customer neglect. I have booked for refilling on 2nd of Aril and till now I have not recieved the cylinder.

                    Distributor when called, informs me to call the gas supply boy/agent to check for it and the Agent tells he has recieved only 6 cylinders and is not able to supply.

                    Lodged a complaint with Bharat gas customer care and recieved the reply saying " we will arrange for the refill" 10 days back. I think it was only a reply and have not looked in to the concern I had raised for.

                    Tried calling Bharat gas customer cell at [protected] adn 75459 but no one is there to pick up the call.

                    This had been a very bad experience for me as I have a small baby at home and undergoing lot of torture from these non systamatic, unprofessional and corrupted agencies.

                    Please can you look in to this and try to correct at least to the tolerable limits.

                    Rajaram gas agency made compulsion for purchasing the gas stove for a new connection.

                    my connection is new and I want a regulator and cylinder only, my father in law gifted me a gas stove so I am not in need of gas stove. but rajaram gas agency makes it compulsory to purchase the stove other wise they are charging more charges for the connection. please advice me whether purchasing of gas stove is compulsory or not. because i can not offered this huge amount for gas stove.
                    please guide me and advise me regarding same.

                      At around 11.00 am today, my mother was alone at home when the lpg gas cylinder was delivered. The price of cylinder is 280 rupees.My mother gave the delivery man Rs. 300, and the remaining amount was not returned, saying he doesn't have change, will give after delivering another cylinder nearby. The delivery boy did not have a weighing scale too, and my mother did ask for it.Uptil now the boy is nowhere to be seen.
                      I came back and called up the 'DHURUV LPG DISTRIBUTER' E-38, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi, phone no. 22716620.The phone wasn't picked up.Moreover, when i weighed the cylinder, it was 2 kg less.
                      In lieu with all this I was bound to comment over such fraud and cheaters prevalent in our country. The question isn't of Rs. 20 or 2 kgs, its about mismanagement and unreliability of BHARAT GAS!!

                      Bharat Gas LPG Gas Cylinder — Bribery / Violation of Government Policies

                      This complaint is about a dealer of Bharat Gas in Navi Mumbai, Excel Gas Service based in Vashi, Sector-29.

                      While booking a gas, we are told that the LPG gas would be send to our residence within 2 to 3 days. After 3 days when you call up assurances are given of delivering the Gas next day. This goes on for 15 days and then my husband gets furious as there is no food being cooked in the house due to non availability of Gas.
                      When Gas is finally delivered after 15 days, i am asked to pay Rs.50/- extra for delivery and that too the delivery guy speaking very rudely . It is not the amount that bothers me but why should we pay extra or bribe for Gas in our country.

                      Later on i find out myself, that Gas is being supplied to commercial places (Eg: Center One food court in Vashi) where i myself see the Gas delivery boy and his owner supplying Gas to the commercial joints in Center One food court.

                      I am not sure if any actions would be taken against this but as a citizen wanted to make sure that this is notified through a complaint to the right authorities.
                      Please let me know if i need to register a complaint with the police department or any where else if you'll cannot take any actions for the same.

                            I am user of Bharat Gas Cylinder. The service provider is Jyoti Gas Service, near KK College, Lucknow. They never deliver the gas at home despite many requests. In their booking slips, they indicate "Home Delivery." But never for the last 20 years, they have ever delivered any cylinder at my residence. I am always required to bring cylinder from their Kailashpuri Godown which always takes three to 100 visits before one gets the gas cylinder.

                            One has first to go to KK College for booking, then next morning at 7 am to the godown for return of the cylinder and it taken 3 days to 3 months in rushing to them, making Qs and getting the cylinder.

                            The Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Lucknow branch are in hands and glove with the agency and therefore the agency is never making home delivery. The Agency never bothers to the consumers requests. Are we living in a democratic country or we are the slaves in the hands of the powerful officiers of Bharat Gas and the Jyoti Gas Agency?

                            My Gas Connection No. AG 6614 and I have completed KYC form and submitted on 4th April'13 along with all necessary documents. My deposit No. 167.
                            I was told that I will get the fresh supplies after 10 days but inspite of my regular followup with the ASHOK GAS AGENCY, Aliganj, LUCKNOW, they have NOT given the supply of the cylinder till date and reply is - "WE ARE FOLLOWING UP WITH HO & IT WILL BE DONE SOON".
                            Now I have NO Gas in my home & forced to get the Food for the night from the Hotel.
                            When I asked them for the BPCL - Sales Office Mob No & other details, I was misguided by giving following mob No. [protected]. On this, there is NO satisfactory reply and on [protected], there is reply.
                            I am a senior citizen and this is a clear harassment to the people by way of KYC.
                            Need your help to resolve it at the earliest.

                              I am trying to get second cylinder, I got my first cylinder on dated 11 Jan 2008.
                              I want to apply for second cylinder. But rajaram bharat gas Agency (Near Katraj Milk Dairy, Katraj Pune) not giving me second cylinder.They told me that you can not book next cylinder upto 1 year, Now I am apply for that but again they told me you will gwt your new cylinder after 1 year.
                              I am trying to get second cylinder, I got my first cylinder on dated 31-01-05 Crystal gas agency perinthalmanna (malappuram district, kerala state) not giving me second cylinder.same time applied for second cylinder but don't gett, again applied on 28-05-09, only one answer wait and wait.where can i apply again.

                                Dear Sir,

                                My mother -in -law (smt.Jayalaxmi) is costomer of Bharat gas agency Bangalore ( M/S Saimangala Gas Agency, Laggere, Bangalore-560058) & the consumer no is 31258. we are dealing with saimangala from last 1year. we have few problem as below
                                1. Not even once we have recieved the cylinder at our door step.
                                2. there is no branch office at laggere.
                                3.If we call the H.O for cylinder booking at peenya 2nd stage, no one will attend the phone.
                                4. every time we have go personnely to their H.O at peenya 2nd stage to book the gas.
                                5.even if we book after one month, the bill will be raised after 15 days from the date of booking.
                                6. the problem is if we go to collect the gas after one month from the date of booking at laggere the agency people are telling that your bill is not ready & we cannot give the cylinder.
                                7. Agency people are asking us to go H.O & check the status.
                                8. There is no office in laggere, the agency people keep on changing the place of delivery every week & we are confused.
                                8a. we are waisting our time to collect one cylinder, some time we have to go 3/4 days to collect one cylinder, Daily we have to be in que for few hours.
                                9. even if we put the cylinder in que from early morning 6am, some times they will not come even the time is 1pm, this happens 3-4 days in a week, agency weekly off is on monday.
                                10. even if the agency people come with cylinder, the full will be 10nos to 15nos Max. But the empty cylinder & customer in que is min 25nos to 30nos.
                                11. problem is the agency people always collect the empty cylinder & amount in advance from the people, by saying that we will give cylinder tommorow.
                                12.but they are not giving the cylinder back even after few days/week.
                                13.we strongly feel that some malfunctioning is going on, please look in this matter.
                                14.we request you to provide us door delivery.
                                15. we have one more agency in laggere - Bangalore by name Anmol agency (Bharat gas), there if the customer books a gas cylinder, agency will give cylinder immediately.
                                16. we dont no what is the problem with M/S Saimangala Agency.
                                16a. we even call sales officer number it is ringing, no response.
                                16b. not even 5% of customer are happy with M/S Saimangala gas agency.
                                17. if we ask the Agency people they talk rubbish & ulgar.
                                we request to take some action at the earliest.

                                When i got home delivery the L.P.G cylender,the gas qty receiving less.when i bought the cylender directly from the gas agency,the consumption time is min two month but the home delivery consumption is one month twenty days,

                                so please allow us to take the cylender directly from the agency.

                                Bharat Gas / Domestic LPG — Fake Promise

                                Bharat gas say's in it's web site that they will deliver refilled cylinder within 24 hours of booking. But actually it is taking 10 to 20 days. I have booked on 30.11.09 and till date I have not able to get the same.

                                  Sir, My consumer No. is 18735. Since my getting the connection I hav e booked only once since I am provided with meals in our college and stay alone. I was trying to book the refil from 8th of April. There was nobody to pick up the phone. After trying for 2 days in vain I went in person to book the refil. To my surprise I was told that already refil was booked on 9th of April. I was given the reference No. of 153 of 09.04.2009. Later I gathered to my shock and disbelief that more refils have been booked in lmy name and being misused since I do not book so frequently. Hence, I want you to provide how many refils have been made in our name. If you do not give the details I will be constrained to invoke the provisions available under the RTI Act of India and act accordingly and legally.
                                  Secondly even after 9 days no cylinder was supplied. I visited them to day again as nobody responded for the phone calls, and enquired. I was told that since I called only today I would be supplied the cylinder tomorrow. I do not understand why I should call them again at all when I have booked already.


                                  Third, theyhave suppled refils for the booking of 10th also. This themselves admitted and said they will do so as they the dealers and it is for their will and wish.

                                  Fourth I was repeatedly requesting for the 2nd cylinder booking which they refuse to book. After little altercation now they have booked the 2nd cylinder. I afraid what sort of mischief will take place in this matter.
                                  With the foregoing facts I charge that the said agency is totally disorganesd, uncare for the rules and regulations, indulging in fraudulant acts, acting according to their wishes and paying scant regard to the consumers.

                                  Following are the complaints in a nut shell.
                                  1. They dont attend the phone calls.
                                  2. Refils are booked anony, ously.
                                  3. They allot connections only afters pressing the customers to buy the products at enormous rates and useless products.
                                  4. They do not book the 2nd cylinder.
                                  5. They refuse to suply lthe refils accoding to the bookings.
                                  6. I shall be supplioed the details of no of booking have been made in my name and how many actually supplied.

                                  I solicit your co-operatin in this regard.

                                  1. Delivery of gas is not on time
                                  2. I not able to communicate your people for booking or complaint since they are not picking the calls everytime when i call, still you have 3 lines
                                  3. The delivery person (Murugan) is always drinking while delivering the gas and speaking unnecessarily with ladies in the house

                                  Previously i have complained but still this happens regularly, I thought you are a good gas service sector but now it is all only fake but really your not good one

                                    Non booking of cylinder inspite of calling the agency for a refill

                                    I had called up K Ramanaiah Gas Agency, 153 Arcot Road, Valasaravakkam, Chennai -93 for a refill of my cylinder since it was empty. The call was taken by a lady and i was told that the cylinder would be delivered within 10 days. When I called up after 15 days, I was told that there was no booking done and they have taken a fresh booking.                                     my name is satya narayan vyas. my connection no. is 2645. i had booked for a cylinder on one month ago.Its more than 10 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 10 calls to the gas agency .nd when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you 2 or 3 days and today I recieved the same answer when I called today morning.

                                    hi my name is deepak sagar from Fariodabad NIT.i have complain about ur bad services of delivered person and and it refilling of cylinder too late not only this they delivered a faulty refill cylinder at my home on 10th of March. after that my mom try to cooking suddenly it burst and gas supply tube out of it chulha.then after some time again when i came to home i checkewd all the things are okay. then i ckd it again.. but it burst again.. u can chk and try it is really a bad services by ur side... u shud take care of it..
                                    it is really a dangerous for us..cyndinder is still at my home.....

                                      Fit for nothing.Dont now how Bharath Petroleum gave agency for this useless team, For 21/03/2009 single cylinder connection booking till the time there is no dely, If we ask to staff they are blabing, i went straight every one in the office are below 18 years, to whome i want to complain, they are escaping, Hope this forum make register my complain and do necessary action.

                                      i had booked on 7/2/09, i got last cylinder on 30/12/08, not yet cylinder delivered, we wait for cylinder on roads because home delivery service is worrest.even though they neglected answers.how shame it is...so whom to i call...

                                      radha gas service, coimbatore — improper cylinder delivery and poor customer service

                                      Sir/Madam,

                                      We reside in R.S.Puram in Coimbatore and our cooking gas facility is with the "Radha Gas Service" located in Thadagam Road, Coimbatore. The said service has been providing poor customer service for a long period. They have mentioned 4 telephone lines in their cash bill and all 4 of them would always have busy ringtone during their working hours. So we are forced to go in person to book for a new cylinder which is a great inconvenience to us as we are forced to take leave of absence from work for this purpose. When customers go to the agency for booking or to complain about late delivery of cylinders, they are met with poor off-handed responses and also treated with disrespect by the staff at the agency. When the cylinder is delivered, the bill would have a week or 10 days prior date. We are hoping for proper action against this agency.
                                      I have tried to register our consumer number since two days on the given 5 telephone numbers and no one is attending the telephone call or the pre recorded voice message is receieved by my end. This is total irresponsible behaviour of the distributor as the senior citizens are put in hardship and troubles by the act and attitude of the agecy office personel. The Bharat Pertoleum company shoud take necessary action on the dsitributing agencies who deny the justice to the customers by way of their neglegent act and attitude. Even if the cylinders of short of supply or due any other valid reason they may stop booking temporarily but it is the responsibility of the distirbutor to answer the calls of the customers and hence this complaint.
                                      The Bharat Petroleum gas agency RJ gas agency in sai baba colony is the worst service the delivary is not uptodate sitting at home the whole day for this gas person to be delivered at home is such a big mess stopping all my outside works .I repeatedly call them and ask them but they talk very rudely to the consumers the worat service i have ever seen.When we were in Mumbai as soon as i book the gas the same it is delivered it is the good service i stayed there for 6 years as we ere transferred here i am really fed up with this gas . My phone bill is increasing the day i call repeatedly. Yesterday i waited for the whole day the lady told me that it will be delivered now but i really got irritated . Please help me it is already 14 days over i booked .
                                      I have never seen or heard such a lethargic way of running business like rj bharat gas in saibaba colony.Shame on them for their business imperfection, careless attitude na wonder how bharat petroleum can keep such a useless business outlets.

                                      popular gass agency in veeriyampalayam coimbatore tamil nadu india... worst, the gas delivery man asking more money for delivery process, the management ignore this problem, you think that one delivery man deliver the 100 cylinder per day, per cylinder he asking Rs 20 means total earing per day is Rs 2000 very simple manner, it is called pagal kollai.

                                      radha gas, r s puram is the worst sevice in our city. they dont attend yto our phone calls for booking, moreover even the delivery boys do not supply us properly inspite of the bill being issued. they sell it off to the others and we keep waiting for our cylinders to come. this agency is not prompt in providing sincere service to the costumers at all. always you can see people shouting for their wants to be fulfilled.many complaints have been given but no stringent action has been taken so far. if there is a regular supply of cylinders why should people cheat?we also pay the delivery boys rs.20 extra for each cylinder plus diwali bonus.
