but yet today on 31.03.9 there is not any valuable response from the distributor of ganapathi raja enterprise at bangalore and what i do so do the needful ASAP...

Harasment for Transfer of Gas Supply

In the month of January I shifted from Faridabad to Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
In Faridabad distributor was Rathi Gas Service (consumer number 4859). As per my information I went to Rathi Gas to Transfer my connection. First day I reach at 4:20 P.M. so they refuse to transfer as being late . As I carried the cylinder and regulator from Ghaziabd, I request several times to take that and release me. They did not listen, just dictate me....

IRRESPONSIBLE AGENCY

We had called on March 18 for gas booking and were told that the delivery would be after 2 days. yesterday when we called we are told that no booking has been done and therefore it would take another 2-3 days. THIS AGENCY IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. Every month we have to make at least 15-16 calls to remind them, but nobody pic the phone. Pls do the needful

The rate of second Connection of the bharat gas

Hi,

Can you let me know the rate of the second connection of the bharat gas...
Because the Your Agency i.e Anita Gas Godown which is there at Virar (W) are asking us Rs.3750/- for the second connection but as per the bill it is rs.1712/-...They are asking us to take the other products such ar Oil, Rice and etc otherwise they will not give us an second connection......

Non issuing of DBC

Sir, my consumer No. RG16523 and Agency is M/s Rajeev Gas service, Mansarovar, Jaipur. In this regard I am to inform you that since last one half year I am continously persuing for registering/booking for DBC, But, agency is not registering my request and told that come in to next month. LPG Double Cylinder

Sir,

We have a LPG Gas Connection with Bharat Petrolium LPG in Chennai. We have the connection with the Valasaravakkam Branch of Bharat Petrolium Gas Agency.

We have double cylinder connection, but the agency is delivering cylinder for one cylinder only. When contacted the Agency Manager, he said the double cylinder means the second cylinder should be keep as reserve. Nowhere it says that the agency should consider...

UNDUE DELAY IN SUPPLY

Sir I am residing in Karambakkam Porur ch 600116 and getting gas supply from one M/s Ramanaiah gas agencies Valasaravakkam ch-87. For the past 5-6 months I am getting supply only 15 days after the date of booking. That too after making several calls to the customer care and the distributor centre. This month also I have booked on 5-3-09, I have not yet recd the Gas. The concerned authorities may kindly look into it.sir .Thanking you....

we had booked a gas cylinder on 15/01/2009 from bharat gas office in Mauranipur dist- jhansi (U.P)ButEvery day call in the office, they say it will be delivered today $now one week pased .we have not received any cylinder .Have also applied for extra cylinder probable two year back .but no extra cylinder is issued till date.
