Sir,

We have a LPG Gas Connection with Bharat Petrolium LPG in Chennai. We have the connection with the Valasaravakkam Branch of Bharat Petrolium Gas Agency.

We have double cylinder connection, but the agency is delivering cylinder for one cylinder only. When contacted the Agency Manager, he said the double cylinder means the second cylinder should be keep as reserve. Nowhere it says that the agency should consider the double cylinder connection as the consumer is having two cylinders and the agency should delivery two cylinders separately.

As fas as my knowledge, when a consumer is having double cylinder connection the agency should treat as two connections and should deliver accordingly.

We also should not forget that the government itself mention in ration cards as - gas connection - double or single and will provide kerosene to those who have single cylinder connection.

Please advice.

I HAVE A LPG CONNECTION WITH THE BPCL DEALER M/S JAYARAM ANNA NAGAR. THE BOYS SUPPLYING THE CYLINDER AT HOME DEMAND RS 10 EXTRA AS TIPS

ANY AMOUNT OF COMPLIANT WITH THE DEALER IS NO USE

THEY ALSO BEHAVE BADLY WITH LADIES IF THEY DONT PAY TIPS

    Still I Have Not Recived A Double Cylinder Still We Are Having Single Cylinder We Facing Many Problem After Finishing that Cylinder. He Is Making Me Fool Every Time By Telling Pls Come After 15 Days or Later Since one Month. Pls Look In To My Matter Immidiately, Thanks..

    Ambica Gas Agency Will Not Provide
    Sir,
    I am a customer of (Ambika Gas Agency, Ambabari, Jaipur) of Bharat Gas Co. I am sorry to say that this agency have not delivers gas cylinder at my home from few years. So, it is my helplessness to collect cylinder from stock up of the agency after every booking.
    I also want to tell a recent incident. I was registered a application for a gas cylinder on 24 February, 2009. At this time the agent said to collect the cylinder from stock up of the agency. So I went to the stock up for collect the cylinder on Feb.13. Deliverymen Mr. Gulab and Mr. Mohan were available there. They said to me "your booking slip is return to gas agency, so you should contact to gas agency". Later then, I went to the agency and met to Mr. Omprakash there. He said that you should collect your cylinder on Monday (6 March 2009) from store. Sir, his attitude is very rood.
    I want to tell you that any cylinder is not delivered me till today. It is not a single incident. So I request you please tell me what should I do as a genuine customer and how can any customer receive a cylinder in this against position? There are many distraught customers of this agency in my area. Please take a strict action against this agency and deliverymen, so many customers can get relief.

    against SriGangaNagar Gas Agency, SriGangaNagar (Raj.)
    The Gas Agency contact to me and ask to me that I take DBC cylinder.

    Today morning when I go to the Gas Agency they demand for Rs. 2100/- for DBC cylinder.
    I request that to them cylinder price is Rs. 1250/- + Gas value Rs. 320/- total Rs. 1570/-
    Sir, ask to me that we are giving DBC cylinder Rs. 2100/-.
    Please check the matter at your end.

      w/r/t subject cited above i have a indane lpg connection customer no:622672 and I have paid Name transfer fee of Rs.100/- as per S.V.No:038 due to my father death, AT Sursagar Gas Service, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad.61, , the distributer of Indian Oil corporation Lted, as per book no:07, Invoice no:648, S.V.No:038, and also given correct information as per our requirement reg to name transfer but also one copy given to me by IOC, Maketing division, which has wrong customer name and address and complaint to same above distributor but he has no agree to change the customer name . and also they behave very rudely with us. so please correct as early as possible correct name as per gujarati copy by distributor is PATEL SHUSHILABEN AMBALAL. so please do the needfull in this matter .thanking you sir.customer name:-PATEL SHUSHILABEN AMBALAL, CUSTOMER NO:622672, , ADDRESS:C/6, Purna pursottam society, arjun ashram road, ranip-ahmedabad-382480-contact no:[protected]--Nileshbhai Ambalal Patel--son of shushilaben Ambalal pate.

        I am writing this mail to you after frustrated with the way of operating the Gas Agency of my local operator. Please find below their details:

        Whenever, I call them to book for refilling, the first problem is that you will always found their number engaged; though its 9: am in the morning or 4:00 pm in the evening. Seems they purposely remove the received from holder to make it engaged. Luckily if you able to get through the number, they will never pick up the phone, don’t know why they have taken the agency when they are not able to run it proper way.

        Secondly, we always get the refilled cylinder after 3-4 days of making the booking, at times it takes even week also. Though, it is known that as per your customer care policy the refilled cylinder should be provided within 24 hours and on Sunday also. But these people hardly care about your set practice and spreading bad name in market about services of Bharat Gas which is known for its best practice for Customer & always serve customer first.

        Thirdly, we never receive the cylinder properly refilled, seems they have already sold some gas to make extra money. Further, they never weight the cylinder to ensure that the total 14.2 kg gas is there as Indian Gas Agency operator does it. Also my agency guy never has efficient manpower for supply of Gas. At times, we have to go ourselves to get the refilled cylinder.

        I hope you will definitely look into this and take some immediate action on it.

        I booked gas for home delivery on 01.12.2008 but till today on 10.12.2008 not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says today must be delivered. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and
        it is regular happening .My Gas Dealer MAHALAKSHMI LPG CENTRE, Sec'bad. My Consumer.No.3418. Please do the needful and oblige.

I was not in station for 4 months.After I returned I gave them the letter of my absence and requested them to supply gas cylinder. After so many telephone calls not yet got the gas cylinder. Please instruct the Gas agency of shimoga to supply the Gas cyclinder immediately.

        Dear sir,
        I have Bharat Gas connection taken from MHKS Mohammad Ali Chhindwara (M.P.). The gas cylinder is not suppliled by the agency in proper time, and it takes minimum 15 days after booking. The cylinder delivery is not made and the cylinder is to receive from their Godown. More over the agency does not pay proper attention or response on calling.
        Please take proper action so that I could get gas cylinder at proper time.

        I have experienced many times this situation wherein I booked online the renewal of my gas . The distributor doesn't pay a visit at the given address and sends an sms saying the cylinder is delivered but that is not the case. We have to call him every time asking about the delivery . please look into this .

        I have a question about why cylinder deliveryman are taking extra charge per month of a gas cylinder is there any rule for them they should be give extra money, then why you would not add on that receipt that clearly give them extra charge to the gas cylinder delivery for delivering the cylinder to home, then clearly mention on that receipt only.

        And when we ask them why you are taking extra charge then they told that it is order from office only.

        In online payment also same condition by paying the online payment then also they take extra charge.

        For Cylinder delivery why should be there Extra charge. Always they are giving reason for they walking a mile and deliver to our house, building, society area for that reason they are taking extra charge then why they are getting payment . the payment that they getting for delivery purpose only or others thing. They are taking payment then there should be would not have any extra charge

        Please get solution about these all things, that we also not get confused about these things.

          dear sir,

          i had booked for refill on 24th Feb with consumer no. 32586 with "Rashmi Gas Agency". Inspite of repeated reminders they don't deliver. today is 16th march but no gas. the manager of this agency is Harish Kumar, his mob. [protected]. this person seems to be good for nothing guy. every month this is the problem, this is the second time i am placing my complaint regarding him hoping that some one can sort of this problem. waiting for positive response.

          Refill of Cylinder — Non delivery of gas on time

          Sir,
          I am a consumer of HP GAS, My consumer No. is 20286 in Mumbai. I have booked gas on 07/10/2008 then again on 11/10/2008, till today they have not delivered gas to me. My present complain no. is 30.

          When I ask them, they always tell the gas will be delivered in 3-4 days but we do not receive it. They dont even give complain no. whicle booking. We have to ask for the complain no. but by mistake if we forget to take the complian no then the complain is not even booked nor there is any sign or receiving the cylinder. The people sitiing to take the booking dont even answer properly.

          You are please requested to look into the matter or else if such continues you may loose customers.

          Your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

          Basaweshwara Bharat Gas Agency — Refill cylinder

          We had booked for refill of cylinder on 21/3/09-consumer# 17416, the lady who took the booking, informed that the delivery would be done within 20 days, we did not receive the refill even after 20 days. On calling upon the agency, they informed that the booking hasn't been done. Again, I gave another order for booking of gas cylinder on 15/4/09.It is more than 20 days & they have not yet delivered the gas cylinder. When we try to reach them over the phone, it is either continuously busy or nobody picks up the receiver. Kindly register my complaint & hope you would take some positive action.

          Bharat Gas Refill — non delivery of gas cylinders on time

          dear friend,
          this is in regards to not supplying the bharat gas ( basaveshwara bharat gas agency,yelanhanka old town, bangalore) consumer no 25956 refill cylinders on time. they say it will supplied within a week. on repeated complaints also it will b send after two weeks. when i visit the agency office they say door was locked and every time cannot b the same reason. the person who delivers when asked is very rude in answering.
          the same agency people supply to our neighbours on time, the person who delivers for them may get extra benefits. while rebooking they wont take the booking minimum 3 weeks after delivering. kindly the authorities have to look in to this matter.

            SIR I KNOW EACH AND EVERY CYLINDER HAVE A PHYSICAL EXPIRY DATE.THAT DATE IS MENTIONED EVERY CYLINDER AS FOLLOWS : A/B/C/D XX
            HERE A MEANS FIRST QUARTER SO ON; XX MEANS LAST TWO DIGIT OF YEAR.

            ON 13/03/2009 I GET A CYLINDER FROM MY AGENT.IN THAT CYLINDER THE PHYCICAL EXPIRY DATE IS - B 08 - IT MEANS THE PHYSICAL CAPACITY OF THE CYLINDER EXPIRED ON JUNE 2008. SO THIS CYLINDER IS NOT SAFE ONE.SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU OLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION

              Sir I am residing in Karambakkam Porur ch 600116 and getting gas supply from one M/s Ramanaiah gas agencies Valasaravakkam ch-87. For the past 5-6 months I am getting supply only 15 days after the date of booking. That too after making several calls to the customer care and the distributor centre. This month also I have booked on 5-3-09, I have not yet recd the Gas. The concerned authorities may kindly look into it.sir .Thanking you.

                we had booked a gas cylinder on 15/01/2009 from bharat gas office in Mauranipur dist- jhansi (U.P)ButEvery day call in the office, they say it will be delivered today $now one week pased .we have not received any cylinder .Have also applied for extra cylinder probable two year back .but no extra cylinder is issued till date. We request you to kindly look into the matter urgently, since for about one week, we are buying food from hotel .                   I had a HP gas connection while I was residimg at RZ/1/7, in ODRC govt rental housing at Behala on Diamond harbour road. I have now moved to new location where I wanted to transfer my existing LPG. On inquiry I came to know that the M/S Sainik gas supply agency is not in existence and the consumers have been distributed among three different distributors. I am not informed of such developments and the HP has acted carelessly in changing our service destinations without any communication.

                    With due respectfully, My mother is the customer of Kitchen Flame Bharat Gas Agency b-2/15 cycle market Mangol Puri Delhi 110083 since last 15 years.Her customer no is 6385. But since last two years, I noticed that the behaviour the staff of Kitchen Flame is very bad towards their customers. They abuse the customers. They gives very bad words to the customers. It is unbearable. They demanded more money on the new connection. Last month I changed the Domestic Gas Customer card they said it is compulsary to take the ruber tube and they took Rs 280 for changing the customer card. The service of Kitchen Flame is not proper. They do not pick up the phone when we book the cylinder. their phone no is 27914695, 27921110, 27923257. I have no words for their complaint because all staff is corrupted.
                    I, therefore request you to please take a proper action in this regard as soon as possible because it is the compulsary for all human beings for leading a proper life. I specially request you to please state the staff of kitchen flame how to behave the customers specially Jitender the employee of this agency because he always gives bad words to the customers and says the no-one can take the action against me.

Then I booked online in bharat gas by phone on 14-SEP-2012.Booking no 26275089.Finally i am not give extra charge of cylinder because i book 4-SEP-2012 .                       Till now I've called around 10-15 times to them and to their delivery boy.
                      Every time I call them their behavior is serious unfriendly.
                      Next thing I want to do is get Rs. 1700 back from them and transfer my connection to some other dealer.

                      I Vijay Ku Das my consumer No. is 1443 through this forum I want to make a complaint against this distributor, they don’t have the helping attitude towards their customers, they intentionally keep the received apart from telephone instrument till 5:30 PM and this is the routine practice. I am giving the telephone numbers any body can find the truth. [protected], [protected].
                      As we are working personnel and it is difficult for us to book the gas at their booking centre because of the time constraints. Hence most of the times we are forced to purchase the LPG gas from the open market despite having the consumer number.
                      Therefore I request to take the appropriate action against them.

                      Respected Sir,
                      I have Bharat Petrolium LPG connection with one cylider. But Now i want another cylinder fro this they are charging RS. 1800/- and in addition to that Rs. 1900/- more for compasory purchase of house hold pots which i do not required. i also purchase these plots while issueing the same connection before. Why it is compalsory to customer twice?

                              I am Jayant Isaac, from Durg-Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) India; I want to tell the incident that occurs almost every time when I go for filling the petrol or diesel in my car and bike. I would like to tell one incident when I went to the petrol pump for filling the petrol of Rs.100/- and said the petrol pump person to get me petrol of Rs.100/-, immediately the person filled the petrol of Rs.99.75 only. On asking for clarification he simply said that this much quantity only you will get for Rs.100/-. By getting this answer I argued with that person and insisted him to give petrol of full amount of Rs.100/- then he simply denied giving me the petrol of full 100/- rupees. This type of incidents always takes place with me as well as other customers. Now a days lots of customers are not having time to do all this conversation and they simply ignores it and says that it is a matter of only 25 paisa or 15 paisa, but I want to say that it is not a matter of this small negligible amount because when it is accumulated it becomes a huge amount that these people earns by cheating the innocent customer.

                              Can you please guide me the procedures to launch complaints against these frauds and do the needful.

                              Petrol Filling Stations — Petrol Filling Fraud

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that a lot of Petrol Filling Stations in Chandigarh have been duping their customers in broad daylight. The petrol filling machines are manhandled with and are set in such a way that the machines stop refilling after a particular amount and the meter keeps running until the machine stops. For example, if I am getting a fuel refil of Rs. 100, the nozzle closes the petrol supply at Rs. 90 but the meter keeps running without the petrol. The worse affected petrol pumps are the petrol pump near Hotel Aroma in Sector 22, the petrol pump in Sector 10 and the sector 41 petrol station. These people are doing very less to provide quality services. They just want to dupe their customers.

                                My brother MR. DEVIDAS VITTHAL KHURD had Apply for new gas connection(CONNECTION NO-3689) in RATAN ENTERPRISES RAHATANI(KALEWADI ). The gas number is come.But the problem is my brother & his wife is in london & they will be come after 2 months. I went to collect the gas on saturday in Ratan Enterprises with all neccessary documents.but they refuse to give me gas connection.
                                my brother ready to send authorization mail for collecting gas connection. So i request to you if possible on my brothers authorization mail to give me a gas connection pls intimate to Ratan ENTERPEISES for the same.
                                Otherwise i kindly request to you pls hold this gas connection till my brother will come from london.

                                I have purchased new connection on 28/12/2008 from Jagdev gas agency, Amritsar. Now i have shifted to new home in same city. So I want to transfer my connection to bharatgas in same city but in different locality. When i went to Premier gas agency i.e distributor of bharat gas they said Rs 240 will be charged for transfer of connection. Rs 190 for new suraksha pipe issue, Rs 25 for new papers, Rs25 for new copy made. But sir I have already purchased new suraksha pipe at the time of new connection and also Rs 25 for new papers is absolutely wrong. Kindly hep me

                                  The service from sri saikrupa gas agency in Gajuwaka is pathetic. They never lift the phone to book the gas cylinder. I do not know how do these people manage to run an agency without bothering little about the public. I have been trying to contact the agency for booking the gas connection for the last 10 days, on the phone numbers 2517441 and 2516655. Some times I get a busy tone and some times it rings for a minute and is disconnected. After nearly three months of taking a connection they did not bother to even give the consumer his pass book.

                                        I'm one of your customer having LPG connection, consumer no:1931 dated 17/11/2007 at your distributor, m/s BHASKAR GAS AGENCY, 1/260-B, NEAR GARUDAN KULAM, BARRACKS, WEST HILL, CALICUT, KERALA. PIN:673006.(distributor code:621705) .
                                        I received my second cylinder connection on 26/2/2009 by paying Rs.2150/-.along with a COMPLIMENT worth Rs 380/- which have been charged from me. When I enquired about the detailed bill, they gave only the subscription voucher for Rs 1250/- and a bill worth Rs 326.50/-. I rejected the compliment but they said that it was a company offer and they even charged money for it.Kindly clarify the genuiness of the compliment and the chages for the second cylinder.
