Hi

I would like to bring to notice about the poor dleivey of Bhavani Bharth Gas on the Outer Ring Road, Nayandalli, Near to PES Engineering College.

Every time after booking the Gas, Minmimum 15 days are taken to deliver the gas, that too after repetative call and request.

Dear Sir,

I had booked for a cylinder on 26/12/07 and my house is just 2 km from the service provider's office. Its more than 15 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the SREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, BHAVANI ROAD, HEBBUGODI, BANGALORE- 560099 (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.

I think this is a common problem most o[censored]s are facing. I don't understand why they do not abide by the words they say.

Can anyone let me know how to bring this issue to their management.

1, Staff does't behave properly with the customers
2,They dont give information about the charges
3,they do not give receipts for the money they take
4,they take Rs. 5100 for new connection.If you ask for the second cylinder thry say booking has been stopped

I had booked Gas on phone for home delivery of on 04/03/08. My Agent is "Amar Ujala Gas Service", Mumfordganj, Allahabad (U.P.) My booking no. is 7. On 12th onwards I started to enquire about the delivery & everyday the officials is promising to deliver the very day. But till yesterday (14/03/08) it has not been delivered and still I am waiting for the delivery as I got the same promise today also. The service of "Amar Ujala Gas Service", Mumfordganj, Allahabad (U.P.) is always poor. Kindly look into the matter & help.

Here is my worst ever experience with BHARAT Gas(Sree Krishna Gas Agency, Vivek Nagar). There are 3 people who are worst in their work and with worst attitude to words the customers. The names are,

1. When I went for booking, they has taken the consumer number and asked me to come and collect the cylinder on the next day.
2. Next day before going to collect the cylinder, I called to Branch office and also to delevary boy. No one responds and after reaching the office they argue with me, asking me why dont you call us before coming for a new cylinder.
3. I informed them to check their phones, as my number will be there in recent received calls.
4. Thats it, they started saying, we dont have load now, You need to check with delivary boy. You must consult manager etc.etc...
5. The worst manager of that branch, he simply disconnecting the calls with out answering to the customer.
6. When I tried to check the cylinder status with the delevary boy, he simply switch off his mobile.He thinks that he is CEO for Bharat Gas and he used to say its not possible for me to come now, I will come @ some other time, wait there, after coming to office I will talk to you... This is what he replys to customer...

The behaviour of gas supplier is rude and indecent, the Govt. should take steps to warn such agencies

THEY ARE CONFIRMED BOOKING AND GIVEN NO-21361, AFTERWARDS I CALLED AGENCY FOR CONFORMATION, THEY TOLD WITHIN 5 DAYS IT WILLCOME, EVEN THOUGH I AM HAVING ONE CYLINDER I AM AGREED, BUT LAST TWO DAYS THEY ARE TELLING YOUR BILLING IS OVER YOU WILL GET CYLINDER TODAY, FOR TWO DAYS SAME STORY, THAT DELIVARY BOYS SELLING CYLINDER IN BLACK MARKET, BOTH AGENCY AND DELIVERY BOYS ARE PLAYING HIDE AND SEEK GAMEAND SPENDING TIME.
OUR AGENCY IS ANUGRAHA AGENCY, BASAVESHWARANAGARA VERY GOOD AGENCY WHEN THEY ARE IN VIJAYANAGARA, NOW A DAY'S BECOMMING WORST.

Customer care people dont pick the call in Sree Balaji Agency Mathikere. I am trying from 5 days but they never reciveced the call till now.

Vasveshwara Bharat Gas Agency Giving Lot of Trobble

I am user of Bharat gas and i have deposited my Gas TV voucher with this agencies on date 15.09.08 vide their receipt no 4116 dt 15.09.08 for issueing SV and deposited rs.1843.00 cost of all instruments.

After Deposting the same Agency Manager informed us.
That Regulator & Gas pipe not avilable and it will be able to deliver to me after 10 days.
Gas Cylinder will be provide after 15 days.
Connection Voucher (SV) will be provide you after one month.
When i hv told them that it should be issued immediately. then he shown us file having moore then 50 TV to issue SV. to customer
The interesting issue is They have collected payment from all the customer but not deposited in the BPCL and they are utilizing the Govt fund. More over not responding to the customer in proper way. when i hv asked ph no of owner they refused to give and given no of Sales officer mr Sudhakar.
I have given call to mr Sudhakar But he has not picked up the phone & Mrs Padma taken complaints but till date 24.09.08 i hv not received any response from her.
Customer are very much surprised What kind of joke with customer after paying the money.

So take it serious and take sutable action to give relief to customer

The service provider is SREE BALAJI BHARAT GAS AGENCY. Mathikere.
Common COMPLAINTS which most o[censored]s(resident/clients) have to deal everytime we order for Refill are-
1, Staffs(especially the ones who take orders for refill, the Babus)- They are very bossy and doesnt behave properly with the customers
2, Even people with single cylinder have to wait minimum of 15-16 days.
If we go enquire the status of our order, they simply dont respond and quite nastily
ask us to wait for another week. Or sometimes they harass us by saying that receipt has been given to delivery man and they shall deliver the cylinder soon but when we catch hold of delivery man he in return says that he had not received any receipts, someone please save us.
3)Also we could see people getting cylinders on the same day behind the main office, cant explain the phenomenon behind this.

So, anybody reading this who can actually do something to this kind of lousy and parasitic creatures,
please take a very strict action against them.
They are the real garbagge of the society and rotten potato in your(Bharat Gas Agency) sack.
I had booked a cylinder on 31/12/08 and my house is just four km from the service provider's office and within the city. Today, Its more than 22 days and have not yet received any cylinder. Till date I made more than 10 calls to the PUNSUP GAS AGENCY, Muktsar (Punjab[protected] phone no[protected] and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but to my utmost surprise, still it is not delivered. I think this is a common problem most o[censored]s are facing. I don't understand why they do not abide by the words they say. Can anyone let me know how to bring this issue to their management.

We are user of Bharat Gas having consumer no BF111009 and dealer is Vineet Gas Berkhera Bhopal MP. We both husband and wife are working and our house remains locked upto 3.00 PM. This point we have already got registered at dealer that gas delivery should be after 3.00PM only. Every time delivery man writes that house was locked and has never delivered tha gas after 3.00PM. We had already made complaint to dealer and after that the gas is delivered after 3 PM . This is a regular feature and delivery man misbehaves and argues that he will not deliver after 3 PM. Recently we have booked the cylinder more than a week ago but till date the delivery has not been made. We have been fed up with this type of service and if no action is taken then we will be forced to report the matter to conumer forum. Hope you will attend to the complaint and will give some fruitful solution.

This distributor give answer it is impossible issue second cylinder.

Am Mylathal, my customer Id 55173. Am the customer of Bharat gas dealer golder agency, Varadharajapuram. Mine is a government alloted cylinder. I have booked the cylinder after 60days of receiving it. The people who working in the agency conveyed me that the cylinder will reach the home within two days of booking. But only after 6days am not getting the cylinder which holding pre dated receipt. Please take necessary action against them which is become a great issue and happening on regular basis.

They did not change that.

    had booked my cylinder on 7 th January 09, Since then i am following reguarly for delivery.initially they said gas is not available for few days and then some times they behaved rudley, some times they called my mother for delivery but didn't do, again committments for next few days.Even they dumped my empty cylinder in their go down and called me for next few days, but still moving around the office for delivery.Today again in spite of giving me assurance for delivery they didn't .so i thought to write with a little hope as a trial one.

    i must tell you here that no one except my old mother is in my house and she has to move every time for gas collection.This is quite irritating for me.This is some how mental harassment over me in order to get my booked LPg.

    cutomer service is so worst that i couldn't get any reply of Feedback Reference No:52620.This is now more than two week for cross mailing but no result yet.

    I just fade up with bharat gas poorer service as well as management.
    Pls tell me how to with draw my connection.No need now to being with the company any more.

    Our Bharath cooking Gas agent M/s. Prathiba Bharath Gas, Visakhapatnam, A, P, could not supply the ccoking gas cylinder even after one month. My Gas connection No. is 9587 . I usually book once in two or three months. Last I booked on 28.11.2009 with booking No. 6633 and the agency promised supply within a week's time. But till 15.12.2009 the cylinder was not supplied. It shows the in efficient and poor customer service of the agency. Hope the authorities concerned will take corrective steps before we move to consumer forum for deficiency in service and claim compensation

      we are custumer of (Bharat Gas) "Bristo Gas Agencies, Lajpat Nagar, Near Police Chowki Moradabad-244001" & our consumer No.3558 & 18743. We booked gas on 2.01.2009 but we have not get gas till now. we have reminding him many times after booking, which is booking on 02 January 2009 after 48 Days still our gas is Undelivered.
      Delivery men (supliers) blaking gas openly distributer "Bristo Gas Agencies" are also involve in gas blaking.
      so, We request you to take a serious action against "Bristo Gas Agency, Lajpat Nagar, Moradabad-244001 ".

        i m AMIT, currently living at NANGLOI having a gas connection of bharatgas. i have the following problem;
        1.gas agency doesn't provide cylinder to my home and i have to personaly go there and have to collect my cylinder, but from the last 3 months when after 3-4 days of booking my cylinder i reched to them they asked me to come again as they have no stock
        2. the agency forcefully selling a tea pouch for which they are charging 25 ruppee, if anyone denies to them they asked them not to give cylinder.
        3.the behaviour of the employees are very rude for the customers as they thought they are the dominator.

        m AMIT, currently living at NANGLOI having a gas connection of bharatgas. i have the following problem;
        1.gas agency doesn't provide cylinder to my home and i have to personaly go there and have to collect my cylinder, but from the last 3 months when after 3-4 days of booking my cylinder i reched to them they asked me to come again as they have no stock
        2. the agency forcefully selling a tea pouch for which they are charging 25 ruppee, if anyone denies to them they asked them not to give cylinder.
        3.the behaviour of the employees are very rude for the customers as they thought they are the dominator.

        pls take some step as all the customers are facing lot of problems.i am also giving the name, address of the gas agency.

          Sir,
          I had tried to book for a new LPG Connection at Akash Gas Agency of Indane Gas located at Devendra Nagar Raipur nearest to my residence at Sai Nagar Jail Road Raipur. But they denied for doing same saying that no new connection booking is allowed now . Whereas recently it has been publically declared that ban on new connection has already been lifted by companies new connections on demand are available. Hence please let me have proper guidance in the matter. Whether it is possible to book for a new connection online ? please give detailed procedure.

            Sir,

            On 15th Fed 2009, I called the below number Ph; 7753554(which is the number of one of the branchs of Bharat Gas(Airforce Station, Begumpet)) to gather some information about the gas connection. A person received the call and before I could say anything, he shouted saying that "today is sunday and the time is 8:30 PM, how can you call now". Can you please tell me that is this the way they talk to a customer? If it was not an appropriate time then why is he there in the office at this time and can't he say the same thing in a polite manner. I request you to please look into it and teach the employee how to speak to a customer.

            For refill the gas cylender I phoned the bharat gas agency on given 5 numbers . I have called more than 50 times in a days, but all time Phone got engaged, I called in free time till phones was engaged, lastly I visited the place found that 7-8 girls employee busy on phone with personal talking.They don't care for customers.Bharat gas agency in kalewadi fata pimpri pune

            Bharat Gas — no on time delivery and rude behaviour of staff

            i am a Bharat gas service user. my consumer no. is 122625. my agency is CHAITANYA GAS SERVICES, G.M.ROAD, NR. NEHRU MAIDAN, DOMBIVLI (E).
            there has been a continuous delay in delivery of gas cylinders from this agency since last 3 months. i have been using bharat gas since lat 23 yrs it is the first time i am experiencing such irresponsible behavior. Calling the agency they reply that the delivery will be made next day but the deliver has not made yet. Every month we have to call them and ask for the same. On top of this the phone lines are always busy and if luckily there is a call they reply in rude and arrogant manner. this situation has been faced by many of people here. As I can see there are many such complaints registered authorities please take a step and do us the needful and provide us with better service otherwise sum crucial steps has to be taken...
            My consumer no is 40322, I am also facing similar experience in this Agency. Chaitanya. I propose to immediately cancel the agency services of this company & handover to someone needy.
            The employees in this agency are arrogant & do not reply. Only one telephone line is working which is always busy. We are working couple so we find very difficult & sometimes have to take leave to take the delivery of the cylinder.

              Sir, i'm a consumer of Barna gas(nayagarh, orissa) dealer of bharat petroleum. Here noone is getting the proper service & exploitation is at its peak. Some features that make it famous:
              1st day: u'll come & make a booking & know when ur next day to come
              day 2(specified by dealer): come before 7 a.m. & stand in a long queue to obtain ur receipt. Go to a place where u have to stand in a mega queue to submit ur empty cylinder (the queue starts from 5.30a.m.). So after u have finished booking at counter that takes u upto at least 8.30; ur number in empty cylinder delivery queue comes after 150.
              day 3: come & take ur gas showing the receipt of both (cash & empty cylinder)
              gap between each day is decided by the dealer.
              so this process forces a consumer to come to nayagarh at least 3 days at his own expenses. Pl note that a large no of consumers from more than 20 k.m.s come here to obtain their gas at least 3 times. This situation encourages the black gas market to operate smoothly. No wonder when a gas cylinder sold at more than 700 rupees by unlawful subdealers appointed by Barna gas in diff parts of the district. No wonder when u find domestic cylinders engaged in hotels & other business.

              BUT IT MAY BE JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG. Is it possible without the help of other higher authorities & enforcing officers? Are these complaints making any sense?

              I agree with the problem you people are facing at Barna Gas, however I am not agree with your remarks about the help of higher authority.

              Please note down one number of BPCL authority who is looking after NGR area. His name is Mr. Ray at BBSR-BPCL on his mobile no. [protected].

              He is the most helping person in BPCL, I have faced problems regarding gas booking and delivery (Barna Gas), he helps me a lot and solve the problem without few minutes.

                  I'm Mohamed Ismail from Chennai. And I'm the consumer of Bharat Gas since last three years (Consumer No.32215). My agency name in Chennai is Ms Jayaram Gas Agency (Bharatgas Distributor) C.C. No. 641818 N.No:131 (129 A) Block-D, Anna Nagar (East) Chennai-600102. My serious concern with this agency is that everytime I make a call for booking a LPG cylinder gets a quick response either about short supply or transport strike or words which favour them. Never in the last three years I get quick delivery. I would like to mention here a fact also. Very recently Petrolium Ministry hiked LPG rate. But Tamilnadu state government came in to rescue us from the burden and extended upto Rs 30 discount per cylinder. Under this scheme I'm eligible for a cylinder every 21 days only. Even booking will not be accepted before the stipulated period. But the problem with the agency is that booking after 21 days they take minimum of 10 days and a maximum of 2 weeks. They have no regrets in answering me while at the time of booking that delivery will effect only after 10 days. As you know, how a small family with an infant suffer a lot at home. Please do the needful.

                  After booking they are not booked my complaint and never giving us booking no.and their phone is several times out of order. I am not certified with their services.Please take a action on my complaint.

                    I regret to inform you that I am having only one cylinder vide consignment no. BS 22886 (Booking No. 288 dated 2.2.2009) when they booked over the phone simply mentioned after 21 days you are getting the cylinder. Even single cylinder also they are saying just like as a Tape recorder message. I am surprising to note that today again I called up and asked about the status… they called up and said that within 21 days you are getting whether you are having One Cylinder, Spare or others….. Even if you are not having spare cylinder also we have to wait… they suggested use proper level instead of assisting…. We know what is what? They simply hired to Commercial / other officials instead Customers…. If customer is asking the status …. They don't; bothered….. they are having only one message i.e. after 21 days your cylinder should reach in your home… thatx it… This is for your information.



                    With regard to single cylinder //// at least 10 days required instead 21 days???? ///////// Please expedite…. Finally our agency phone nos. are always busy…. I am trying no. of times…. I had applied spare cylinder long time back, though I did;t get any information……



                    Please instruct to concerned department and not to do this in future ….. I am also working as a good position….. ofcourse they are working in Indian Oil Co. So what???? We are also working…. atleast politeness is required….

                    My wife stays alone at Bilaspur & faces problem in booking.
                    My second complain is -even if the no is booked the delivery of cylinder is never made before 15 - 20 days which again causes probles as the next booking is made only after one month of delivery.

                      I am Murugesh from coimbatore having consumer No. 54851 at Peelamedu, Hope College. branch.

                      Sir I am having single cylinder from your gas agency. when we book for it they give rules as per their wish 'saying that' "can book only after 10 days of delivery" some time "can book after 15 days of delivery" and some times " only after 20 days of delivery.

                      they also deliver the cylinder only after 15 - 20 days of booking.

                      Is rules meant to change as per your wish or it is meant to maintain regularity. we are getting irriated of this agency. how can a single cylinder consumer wait for 40 days.

                      I have booked the cylinder on 7th of janaury and got delivered on 28th Jan. and today i went for booking the cylinder she says " you can book only after 20 days from delivery date.

                      i want to know wat the hell is going on how can a conusmer be without cylinder till you persons take your own time to deliver it to the customers.
                      Pls do rectify the problem.

                        My consumer no is P50096 in Pragati Enterprises (Vishrantwadi) Pune.
                        I have booked the domestic gas in Pragati Enterprises (Vishrantwadi) on 30th March. I have not received the Gas delievry yet. Whenever I called to them, they are not picking up the phone. In case tey picked up after trying many times, many hours their communication is very rude. They no speak softly to the customer. Also before listening our speech fully, they disconnects the phone.

                        We are the wroking peros and do not have that much time to follow up to the gas agent. This is very disgusting that the normal person gets the cooking gas after 15 to 25 days after the booking... Sometimes after one month as well.

                        This is not the first time experience but everytime we need to face and struggle a lot to get just basic facility like cooking gas.

                          on feb, 07 i visited bharat petrolium dealer m/s. m s agrawal, akot dist. akola 444101, maharashtra to fill 5 lit ordinary petrol, but owner refused to give as he told me that the tanker is ready to refill petrol tank. when i request them to give ordinary petrol as time to refill petrol pump nearly tooks 30 minutes. owner misbehave with me and told me that " tu mere yahan se petrol bhar ke ahasan kar raha kya, our bhag yaha se, tere bharose dhanda thodi kar rahe hai " after i fill my bike with 5 lit of speed petrol.

                          Bharat Petroleum — misbehaviour while filling

                          there is a petrol pump in my town Taraori( Karnal- Haryana) which is a suburban area . There is a petrol pump near HDFC bank named Bharat petrolium and some jain person from karnal is owner of that. once i was there to refill then a person named joginder misbehaved while filling and try to drop petrol on to me when i said him that i think petrol is not filling in my bike. this petrol pump's meter jumps a lot and this petrol pump also make a petrol mixed with some another chemicals.this petrol pump was also under vigilence last year. i request u to plz take a complaint against that.

                            I am a Bharat Gas user. I have a bharat gas connection from Bharat Gas Mira Road (East) Dist Thane (Maharashtra). My service no. 152049. I have issued only one cylinder, as per my family requirement I have many times requested the agency to issue 2nd Cylinder, but they refused to issue 2nd cylinder to me. You are requested to kindly issue me 2nd cylinder....

                            At the time of taking connection from Bharat Gas agency, I got single cylinder. My consumer no. is 1529. I have been trying hard to get second cylinder by approaching the Viraat Enterprises dealer, Delhi but in vain. Its been almost 3years now pursuing them. Each time, they say that issuance of 2nd cylinder is stopped till further notice.

                            May I know whether such a rule exist in reality or not?

                            Also, if such a rule exist, then they should send the refill cylinder on the same day the booking is made. But this is not happening and it takes 7-9 days for them to send the refill cylinder. This too after repetitive reminders.

                            Kindly look into this matter. Its really difficult for working women if cooking gas is not available for 1 week at a stretch.

                            Hi,

                            At the time of taking connection from Bharat Gas agency, I got single cylinder. I have been trying hard to get second cylinder by approaching the Armament Colony dealer, Pune but in vain. Its been 2 years now pursuing them. Each time, they say that issuance of 2nd cylinder is stopped till further notice.

                            May I know whether such a rule exist in reality or not?

                            Also, if such a rule exist, then they should send the refill cylinder on the same day the booking is made. But this is not happening and it takes 5-7 days for them to send the refill cylinder. This too after repetitive reminders and sometimes they ask us to collect from their godown if they fail in 7 days.

                            So either Bharat Gas should issue 2nd cylinder to customers OR,
                            deliver refill cylinders on same day of booking to those customers with single cylinders.

                            I am a customer of Bharat Gas and my supplying Distributor is M/S CITY GAS SERVICE ( LPG Distributor of Bharat Gas), CJ-99, Salt Lake, Sector -II, Kolkata-700 091. C.C No.-461702. Now I am having single Cylinder. 7th day of November 2008, I came to know over telephone that my distributor issuing 2nd cylinder. Immediately I went there and I requested them to issue me the 2nd cylinder. But they told me that I have to purchase an amount of Rs. 2000/- of some household utencils (which is not required for me), other than the connection price then they will issue me the 2nd cylinder. Otherwise I will not get the 2nd one. Then I refused to take the 2nd cylinder.

This too after repetitive reminders and sometimes they ask us to collect from their godown if they fail in 7 days.

                            So either Bharat Gas should issue 2nd cylinder to customers OR,
                            deliver refill cylinders on same day of booking to those customers with single cylinders.

                            Kindly look into this matter. Its really difficult for working women if cooking gas is not available for 1 week at a stretch.

                              My consumer No. is 014418. I have booked for a cylinder for home delivery on 12.01.2009 with Abhinav Gas Agency, Bilaspur(C.G) ( Bharat Gas). But till to-day I have not received the gas even after 26 days. I have reminded the agency repeatedly but of no vein. Sometimes they are saying that the cyclinder will be supplied within one or two days and sometimes they says that the cylinder has already been delivered. I think there is no proper system of gas delivery with the agency and they are replying casually. To get a cyclinder from the Agency has become very difficult and they are not properly replying also.

                              Kindly look into the matter and advise the Agency for proper distribution of the gas.

                              my consumer no is 19805.ihave booked a cylender for home delivary, on 22-11-10.with abhinav gas agency, Bilaspur(bharat gas), till to day 18-12-10.ihave not received the gas, even after 26, days.while enquaring the position, they dont attend the telephone.i think there is no proper system for distributing the cylender, and send it as per their wish and send it becomes very difficult to get a cylender.even they are not telling properly with their customers You are requested to kindly take up the matter with the agency and advise them properly

                                I am R Nanjunda Swamy, Bank official regular BP gas consumer. I am staying in Mysore Bank Colony Bangalore and the dealer is Harikrishna Enterprises, No.2 ITI Layour BSK 3Stage Bangalore 560 085 Agency. Never I get cylinder in time. They take minimum 15 to 20 days to supply the refill from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house who use Indane gas are getting within 3 days or maximum one week. Can you kindly advise me what to do? Should I change the agency or the company it self?
                                Please Note every time the delivery boy demand Rs.10/- more than the price fixed. A few accasion we did not take any cylinder for the month as we didn;nt need it . It can be verified from the record.
                                I am asking atleasr 1 cylender per month.

                                My booking is made only on 23/10/2009 but the LPG Cylinder booking is made on my name on 14th of October, I was out of station on that day and how could it be booked without my knowledge and I found a foul play by the LPG Gas supplier, his office staff on booking table and the delivery boys. Due to this foul play I could not get the cylinder supplied on my actual booking date and I am sure that the LPG distributors are misusing the customer service numbers and involving in unethical trade practices which has to be arrested immediately. The Bharath Petroleum company should take legal action on the distributor who has involved or encouraging such foul plays and terminate the distributorship.

                                I am Sanjeev Kumar having Gas connection of Bharat Petroleum No.12124 at Doaba Gas Agency, Civil Lines, Saharanpur. I wish to bring to your kind notice that I could not take gas delivery on time. Doaba Agency books the gas after 21 days of earlier delivery and then provide the delivery of cylinder after a minimum 15 days time after booking. I am living with my family includes my wife & two childrens. I applied for new Gas Connection(2-Gas Cylinder, 1-Regulator & 1-Pipe line) at Dwarkesh Gas Agency, Kankroli. Then they demand Rs 7500/- for 1-Gas Cylinder, 1-Regulator, 1-Chulha (Gas Stove) & 1-Pipe line then requested only for 1-Gas Cylinder, 1-Regulator & 1-Pipe line but they refused to provide the connection as we demand pay slip for the payment aginst this connection. Finally refused to say that we don't provide the connection at your address, contact another gas agency;Shubham Gas Agency also refused to deliver the connection and told now connection not available. These people force to take Gas Stove also and charged high price fr this. Kindly suggest Is it necessary to take Gas Stove ? and what is actual price for a New Gas Connection includes 1-Gas Cylinder, 1-Regulator & 1-Pipe line? and kindly suggest how can I get a gas connection for me. Here only Two Gas Agencies provide new connection and both refused to me.

                                We have booked gas on 21th feb 12, agency said that cylinder will be book after 21 days and the cylinder will deliver you after 8-10 days, but i have not received till now 16 mar 12.after 12 days we talk to the agency they said to me that you got the cylinder after 2 days, then we wait but we have not received after 2 days then we go to agency again but similar they give me same answer, we are still waiting, but no body in agency give me a good reply, they use rough language and also not give good answer on the phone. we have facing these problem last couple of months. but i write a complaint this time because we are very frustrated. our reserve cylinder is also empty. sir please trobulshooot my problume, its not right.

                                  from June 2008 i am requesting the agency to transfer service to nearby agency, but every month they are telling that transfer application form is not available at agency and they will not receive any phone call what they are given in Bill i.e.,[protected],[protected].

                                  Every month i am not able to go there at the agency and bring the refilled cylinder, please tell me in this regard

                                  1. what is the actual procedure to change the agency ?

FURTHER THEY OBTAINS NEXT BOOKING AFTER 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PREVIOUS DELIVERY INSTEAD OF DATE OF BOOKING AND AGAIN THEY DELIVERED AFTER 10-15 DAYS. AS A RESULT 40-45 DAYS BETWEEN 02 DELIVERY/BOOKING.

                                      This complaint is about the Bharat Petroleum petrol pump located in Panjim behind Don Bosco school.

                                      On 05-feb-2009 at around 8.00 PM I filled fuel of Rs.100.
                                      After travelling around 10 kms I noticed the fuel-gauge and to my surprise it was showing only 1 bar full. Usually for more then 2 litres it shows 2 bars full.

                                      I am sure that this is done randomly as everyday this is not the case. But doing randomly also they are cheating so many customers.

                                      I hope company will take a note of this and look into the matter for avoiding further cheating of the customers.

                                      I preferred to put petrol in BP always for my cars and bikes & my company vehicles in this regularly i am used to fill petrol in BP bunk (dealer ECR kottivakkam)In this bunk 1.Workers are not talking respectively, 2.using the same gun which used to oil mixed gun if we said put in other gun no its not working if you want fuel i will put in this gun only, else leave i have seen many vehicle and many guys like you go go, unnecessary loose talks, so went to put petrol next counter this guy shown his hand to not fill my vehicle the other counter guy shown other counter finally i got insult the other counter guy is asking why you wont fill there sir no that gun is meant only for oil mixed other is not working he belief so i wont and i don't want too, he said yes sir its not working long back no one is repairing it 4. Not wearing the company uniform's 5.many times they are closed only i dont no the reason at the same time its their problem the problem is if they open ...so please do take care and do favorably, if its not BP bunk i will not worried too, , , , , ...

                                      Ask some one to check the maintenance of the BP East cost road bunk kottivakkam Near Palavakkam.

                                      and tell them that they are working for service the people and working in number one fuel corparation i mean bharat petroleum

                                      This complaint is about BP pump located on Kalawad Road going towards Metaoda, Rajkot-7.

                                      We were getting Rs.500 fuel filled in our vehicle, but when the meter reading reached 400, he took the nozzle out and kept it back on the unit.
                                      He did not notice we have seen him doing that and when we asked him what he is upto, he immediately put the nozzle back and filled the remaining Rs.100 fuel.
                                      This must be happening quiet often, but beacuse we rely so much on BP, that we ignore to keep check on the meter.Luckily we checked the meter and noticed they are cheating there costumers.

                                      On top of it when we call the manager Mr.Chirag Shah, and informed him about the cheating his staff has done, instead of saying anything to the staff, he gave us the clarification, that there must some air in the nozzle so thats why he must have taken the nozzle out.But what we dont understand is if there was air, then why did he keep the nozzle back on the meter unit, and after asking he filled the remaning.

                                      I hope BP would take some step against such cheatings done to their customers.
