hi i m a customer of Bharat gas, AGENCY AT MIRA ROAD, and i m continuously calling for gas cylinder booking since 26th december 2008, but i m gettting engaged all tele. no. of Dev Mogra Agency. pls look into the matter. i m fed up of calling again and again. even today 07.01.09 i m trying to contact this agency through 04 tel. nos.[protected], 28108122, 28124130,[protected], but these are continuously coming engage. today within 02 hrs. i have called for more than 300 times, and some times it ringing but no one attending the call. pls look into the matter. i have promised for 4 days to deliver the cylinder on 02 january 09. i dont hv spare cylinder to use since 1 week. i am really very upset with their service. you are requested to take a strict action against them.

I am customer of Dev Mogra Gas Agency.
For booking or enquiry purpose when i am going to contact agency his telephone numbers coming continuesly engaged or they are not pick up the phone. I request do some neccessary advance technology so customer can easily book the gas cylinder or can contact them. Now days technology developed so much advanced and looking to present advance technology Dev Mogra still providing old systems and services, not improving looking to moderisation. Better do some necessary modification in there system and services.

Hoping to hear the goods news soon.

Worst Service provide day by day "Dev Mogra Gas Service" ...I have faced the same problems every month, their 5-6 phone numbers continuously found engaged, some time its ringing but nobody picked the phone. I told them the same problem but still there is no improvement. Basically customer suffers .

    1. I am a customer with M/S Gurudas Indane, Bhau Patil Road, Aundh, Pune. My Registration number is 5063.

    2. The distributor, named above is extremely slow in supplying refill cylinders, & I had visited them & warned them on a few occassions. Whenever I go & warn them, promptly the next day the cylinder is delivered. Recently I booked a refill on 29 Dec 08, which was to be delivered to me by 03 Jan 09. It has still not been delivered.

    3. I have a strong feeling that these people must be selling cylinders in black market. Kindly investigate & implement some kind of regulation, wherein if the distributor delays in delivering LPG beyond a certain stipulated time period, it must be delivered free to the customer(if the customer is not at fault) at the cost of the distributor. This would definitely deter them from mal practices.

    4. In my case there is someone always present in the house during the accepted period for delivery. After that since the delivery schedule is not known, I cannot imprison someone in the house only to wait for the delivery boy.

      I am trying to contact Gas agency to book gas for last 1 week and numbers which i am trying are 22781109 and 22777003. All I get is number busy when i try these numbers. Me and my husband both are working and we canot sit idle and keep on calling these numbers all the time to contact the agency to book the cylinder.

      And it is not possible to go personally to their office personally as they are open after 10nand never on time. Is this the way to provide the services to the consumer..thne we talk about consumer satisfaction.

      There are no phone numbers where we can complaint about these things.

      Governmnet should take strick actions against these agency. Services are pathetic??????

      Shriram Gas Agency, 30/3, Suvarna Nagar Society, near Anandnagar Telephone Exchage, Sinhgad Road, Pune 411051.

      These are the issues with the above mentioned Agency.

      1) Non-delivery of Gas cylinder in time
      2) Blacking of refills
      4) 2 years for Allotment of 2ND CYLINDER
      5) All time number busy for Gas Agency
      6) Not attending to calls for booking gas
      I am also aggree with Manali.
      Phone no. of Shriram Gas Agency(Anandnagar, Pune ), is all time busy.
      I was trying this number from one week, but they never pick up the phone.

      Even they are not giving me 2nd Cylinder.

      I dont know, what to do.
      Vijay Gas Service phone no is also busy every time not possible to give message in first call they not picking up the phone if the bell is going on not possible easy to boog cyclinder easily
      We booked gas cylinder around 15 days ago at Shreeram Gas Agency, wadgaon budruk, Pune.. Both o[censored]s are working. Many times number is busy. If it rings nobody picks up the phone.
      Lack of co-ordination between the delivery boy and office staff. Everybody asks us to call another person and takes no responsibility for the delivery and do not tell us proper procedure.

      They never deliver gas on the said date. We can not sit just idle waiting for gas or can't go everytime to their office or make hundreds of calls.

      After giving instructions about delivery time, there is always hassle and harrasement.
      I am also facing same problem their is always busy If it rings nobody picks up the phone.Yesterday i had been to their to rise the issue at evening they treted me very rudly like a Dog.Even they said close the door who had allowed him to come inside like this.Even one person told me if you do not want i will remove your Name & give it to another agency

      Is this expected from a Agency that handles very IMP Essential Gas Govt has to look into this matter
      Same issue i was facing i dont think anybody will listen to this, All this government Company people are really poor in the kind of attention they should give to us regarding the complaint regarding Agency.
      I am facing this issues...from last two years...

      Shri Ram Gas agency...does not have any "Ram".
      Its worst in world. Tejswini Gas Service, which is also for Sinhgad Road, is fear better than "Shri Ram".

        no delivery

        It is quite surprising the way these companys work. To some extent i blame our selves too for thinking next time it will be ok.
        I booked a Gas cylinder with Mahalakshmi Enterprises in Bangalore 15 days ago getting a response that it will be delivered in 10 days! I then booked it over the official website of bharat gas and again no response!
        They have numbers mnetioned on website and on the receipt of the dealer but all numbers...

        I AM TO STATE THAT I AM CONSUMER OF THE BHARATGAS IN GUNTUR AP WITH CONSUMER # 40126 AND THE DEALEAR NAME IS M/S VENKATARAMANA AGENCIES AND I HAVED BOOKED FOR SUPPLY OF CYLENDER ONTHE 28 TH NOVEMBER 2008, AND IT WAS STATED THAT THE SUPPLY WILL BE MADE WITH IN(7)SEVENDAYS, AND IT WAS NOT DONE SO. WHEN I AMDE CALL TO DEALER ON 9, 10, 11 th December 2008 EACH AND EVERY TIME IT IS STATED THAT THE CYLENDER IS DISPATCHED AND THE DELIVERYBOY WILL TURN AND DELIVERTHE SAME, AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED HE CYLENDER I INSSITED TO GIVE THE MOBILE NO OF THE DELIVERYBOY SO AS I COULD MAKE A CONTACT WITH FOR WICH THEY DENIED AND I WAS ANGER TO THEM (DEALER'S OF THE BHARAT GAS). THE SAME MAY BE VERIFIED WITH MY MOBILE CALL RECORDS WICH I MADE FROM MY MOBILE ([protected])TO DEALEAR'S OFFICE NO [protected]. ON SUBSEQUENT DAYS WHEN THE DELIVERYBOY IS DELIVERING THE TO MY NEIBHOURS I ASK FOR THE SUPPLY. TO MY UTMOST SURPRISE HE STATED THAT THE GSA CYLENDER SUPPLY WAS STOPPED TO ME BEING I WAS ANGER OVER THE PHONE WITH DEALER.

        Dear Sir,

        We are really feed up with Bharat Gas Services, why so? I am working women
        my consumer no. is EV34151, in Excel Gas service Shop No. 2, Shiv Puja Bldg., Plot No. 99, Sector-29, Vashi. I want to bring notice on some points which are mentioned below:-

        1) Every time ring is going on no one picks up the phone
        2) After that they will take the number and no delivery schedule for atleast
        more than a week.
        3) After that we have to follow up for a week whether u r sending today. Every
        time I get only one answer "Gaadi Nahi Aaya" - who is resposnible
        for this?
        4) How many days we will take holiday and sit home for Gas?
        5) Why u r not having 24 x 7 days service? Atleast keep open on Sundays and
        take any other week days holiday?
        6) Please give me a solution or remedy for the same in my mob. no.

          Dear Sir,

          My name is B.RAMESH, i am consumer of Bharath LPG Gas my ID No:38804, Card Serial No: 3256644, having in Bharath Gas Distributors Kothapet Branch, Guntur, AP,

          The above Branch Management people they are treating to consumers beggars like that, they are giving worst service to consumers, and they are answering behind mirrors only, they don’t open the doors, they will give answers like dumb people they are not answering phones, and there is no parking place some times consumer vehicles bring to police station against traffic problems.


          I kindly request you to higher authority, pl. give guideline to kothapet branch people, how to give good service to consumers.

            Myself Shriniwas Kondle, I transferd my gas connection from Banaglore to Solapur, Here in solapur dealer name Sudhir gas, I have given my photo copy of transfer documents on[protected], and till date they are not ready to give me cyliner and regulator, its is manditory to give cylinder and regulator, but they are not giving .
            Dear Sir,

            This is K.Shivakumar from Tamil Nadu Chennai. what my doub't is? Early days i was settled in Maraimallai nagar. Now i move from MM Nagar to Chennai Royapettah. Still i am using Bharat Gas but the name of the cylinder authoritee is my mother. Now i want to change of name from my mother name to me as the same connection at chennai zone. is't possible this issue. if any i pay to us for this transcation.

              Dear Sir,

              I am a consumer of Bharat gas for the last 7-8 years. My consumer no is 11002. I want DBC facility. When I enquired about DBC my agency told that it will charge Rs.2400/- DBC. I want to confirm that what are the formalities to get DBC and how much amount (in all heads) I have to pay to avail this facility. The reason behind to comming to you that we can't trust to agency, they always charge amounts in various head and I believe that you are the best persons to tell me the proper amount and on the basis of that I can fight with them if they are charging any extra amount.

                CC No.341718 Galaxy Gas Agency South Civil Line, Jabalpur -482001 (MP). is always delaying in delivery, every time they give new excuses. I Booked Cylinder before last twelve days dated 24 Dec 2008 but till now I did not received cylinder. They are not providing customer gas cylinder on time instead they are involve selling it in a black they keep saying that there is no stock from company. You are requested to look into the matter...

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am residing in Faridabad Sector - 3 (Haryana) and last 2-weeks I contacted
                  your gas agency dealer “Adlakha Gas Agency, Booth No.6, Sector – 9, Faridabad)
                  Phone No.[protected] & Cell # [protected].

                  Any time I try to contact this agency, each time the telephone no are engaged and if any time ringing they not pick the phone.

                  Last month I am not in town due to family problem and one cylinder is empty
                  from last 25-days but I am not able to book cylinder. I am working a private company and if not reach my office on 9.00 AM they marked leave for the same day and the go down of this agency is opened only after 10.00 AM.

                  Another gas agency go down i.e. Indian Oil and Hindustan Petroleum near the go down of Bharat Petrolium is opened on 8.00 AM morning but BPCL are not bothered to our problem.

                  Please look into the matter and ask your dealer to pick phone otherwise do any alternative for booking.

                    I have booked in Dec, 08 cylinder consumer number 13541 The booking number was 5954. The Agency FUEL INDIA at chennai always keep their line non responding and manytimes the follow up needs to be done personally.

                    I faced, always delayed delivery more that 2 to 3 months from the date of Booking.To say least, all the consumer comming across has the common problem.
                    It is brought to our notice that, most of the Gas Cylender supplied to distribute to the Consumer were diverting to the so called private risky re fueller whom they sell with exhorbitant price to Autos, Cars, vans etc.
                    If any complaint is lodged, we will be threatened.Kindly do the needfull check up.

                    nagar 3rd cross street Madhi nagar ext, vellore-6 Tamil Nadu. Now, we having only one cylinder. if I am going to book cylinder it will take long time. I do know why it is take long time. Previously I was in Madurai TN that time i got regularlly. Now I transferred to vellore and dealing with yr Agent is M/s Balaji Agencies vellore, I booked the cylinder in 15th last month yet to get the cylinder rightnow. Even there is no response your corresponding agency.

                    when we book the clyinder means after 12 days it will delivery. it will get problem why means single clyinder means there is no keresion oil also. So please send the booked single gas earlier.

                      Hi,

                      I am looking for new LPG connection in Noida, and i tried to get it from 'Jai Harsh Bahuguna' gas agency.
                      But they are forcing me to take 'Hotplate' with new connection. As per my knowledge now it is not mandatory to take 'Hotplate' (given on BPCL website).

                      So, kindly look into this matter and suggest me how to get the new connection without taking 'Hotplate' .

                      I am also victim of same problem created by gas agency so called"PUNSUP GAS" at BATHINDA, I booked gas on23/09/2009 and received cylinder on 24/102009, But Officer says Supply with in one week of booking.But I come to know that cylinders syphoned to other places.

They are talking very hardly to the customer for every month like this is happening .kindly look into the matter and take action for this.

                        Bharat Gas — late and poor delivery

                        I had booked for a cylinder on 14.02.2009 . Its more than 15 days commit to received the cylinder so that not good and no rules of bpcl. Till date I made more than 50 calls to the "shivam Gas services Distributor, sadabad ", the phone is always busy or no response. Its of no use. Am having only one cylinder. My family is suffering a lot because of this.Please give me a solution.this agencies sales officer and propriter is also black a cyliender so that all deliever is late and sale of black market.

                        We are a customer of RADHA GAS AGENCIES, Coimbatore, TAMILNADU. I'm really vexed because of the worst service provided by this gas agencies. Till date not even a single time they have done us the delivery properly. Every month literally it's like a battle we do to get our gas cylinder. I'm very sure that they are booking our cylinder in their convienient time & they are giving to people outside to make money. When we do the booking the are so rudely giving bad excuses. Everybody are into this malpractise. Your Lady staffs at the booking center, all the men who come for delivering the gas cylinders. I do have noted down their names. The lady who books the cylinder is Ms. Priya & the guy who brings the cylinder is Murugeshan. We need some serious action to be taken against this malpractises. This problem really shoots up our Blood Pressure. Every month we make not less than 50 calls & reminders for them to bring our cylinder. But inspite of this many calls, our efforts goes vain. PLease take serious action against it. We are so irritated that some good changes have to brought to this. I dont know whom to contact, so am dropping you this complaint in this complaint box. You can always contact me in the number mentioned below. Kindly do the needful & i know this is a big, reputed company. Please don't let your company name get spoiled due to people like these who are working in this RADHA GAS AGENCIES. There are lots people suffering like me. I expect a positive action from your side.

                        The complaint is regarding the distributor(Ratan Enterprises, Kalavadi Patta, Pune) of Bharatgas of our area. The booking service is very very poor. They are doing daily in the call to somebody (or) receving a call from somebody.Last 10 days i tried 4 numbers [protected], [protected] and etc. Everytime I call them they are either busy or they do not pick up the call.The staff they have recurited is useless and very worst guys .Even though if by chance they pick up the call and book cyclinder over phone they do not provide with the booking number and then we have to go to their office and book the cyclinder personally. we are facing this issue every time. Is been 10 days when I am trying to call and book cyclinder and these people are not responding to my call. I tried calling them continously for more than 2 hours but the result is the same.

                        Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                        I am from Coimbatore.My distributor is RADHA GAS AGENCY, Thadagam Road. They have very low work ethics and highly irresponsible.They have given me some seven to eight telephone numbers to book for cylinder over phone. But usually no one attends the call. Either the call is busy or if it rings, no one lifts it !

                        I have been trying since one week and ring at least 15 to 20 times in a day. How can it be 'busy' all the time ? If the line is faulty, is it not the responsibility of the distributor to make some quick alternative for that ? How can they expect us to visit the office physically every time, thus killing the very purpose the their so called 'service' ?

                        I request the authorities to take some strict action to amend the working style of RADHA GAS AGENCY.
                        They lost the credibility to provide any good service to the people. It is high time they be warned severely.

                          With reference to the above subject, this is to bring to your kind notice that I have booked cooking gas on 10/12/2008 (Booking number – 2458) and was promised to get the gas within 10 days. I called them on 26/12/2008 and was surprised to know that it has been delivered on 16/12/2008 according to their records; when they came to know that I have not got the gas till now, then they said it will be delivered positively on 26th or 27th. This clearly establishes there is pilferage of Gas at your distributor’s end. But now it is 21days and I have still not received any gas. These sorts of incidents have happened many times before.

                          I therefore, request you to take strong action in this regard to stop future pilferage and maintain regularity of delivery.

                          I'm saurabh singh, resident of mig-133 padmanabhpur durg chhattisgarh, my consumer no is GG2865 and the agency supplying the domestic lpg containers is Golden Gas Agency Padmanabhpur Durg Chhattisgarh. My SV No. is 7129277 and D.B.C date is 15/03/1997.

                          I have the complaint that this agency should be shut down and to be handed over to a more responsible person because i have seen that these guys dont respond to the bookings of domestic Lpg containers and they supply it to some other illegal buyers on our booking number and dates. I have suffered it more than ten times and other customers are frustrated by this supplier services.

                          So i plead BPC to abolish this supplier and take proper actions.

                            Bharat Gas at 3B2, Mohali, Pin -160055 ; Office always disconnect calls when we want to know status of Gas Cylinder delievery, call for cylinder que number or for add on connection .

                            We have been asking from last one year for add on connection but they are not providing us .

                            Ravinder Enterprises, 3B2 Mohali bharat gas agency do not attend calls, it sounds engaged every time, like receiver is kept aside. Its very difficult to arrange gas cylinder in such situations, and one is forced to buy it in black.

                              This is to inform that I am BHARAT GAS connection holder with one cylinder since last 7 years. Iam a physically disabled person and not able to stand in que for several hours. If I receive ONE MORE cylinder definetly it will make my life easy.

                                  My customer connection no is 15917 and our distributor is M/s Sahaj Enterprises Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019. We received LPG cylinder on 21/12/09 vide slip no 8864 dated 19/12/08. At the time of delivery we noticed that cylider was soiled one. On checking weight we found that the weight of filled cylider was around 28 kg. We tried your customer care nos [protected] & [protected] but no response. We also tried the distributor tele nos but as usual, no one picked up the phone. It was just ringing ringing.

                                  We regret to say that it is not feasible and also not good from IOC to make their customer apprehensive every time we receive cylinder about weight.
                                  Don't you think it is unethical business practice. Secondly we are encouraging mal practice.

                                  We request you to take immediate action with IOC of replacing the cylinder and necessary step of eliminating such practice.

                                    I have been persuing to get second gas cylinder from last 3 years,
                                    but Maruti gas agency situated in Vishrantwadi area gave me several resons & told me contact to the Bharat Gas company.
                                    Is it that compony facing itself cylinder shortage? Please clarify & do the needful.
                                    I have been persuing to get Second Gas Cylinder for the Last 6 months but our agency Mohan Gas situated at Chembur said that Additional Cylinder Bookings are closed and unable to tell us when it be Provided and told me to Contact Bharat gas Co. Is it that Co. is facing itself the shortage of Cylinder. Please Clarify and Let us Know when it will be Provided.
