BPCL — GAS Delivery

We are facing the problem of GAS delivery from past many months. We have to spent extra on 2 kg gas we have taken for emergency. It is too costly hence it is not aforddable every time.

We have two cylenders but still because of delivery not getting on time we are suffering.

We are 8 members in family and one cylender gets over in 12-13 days.

Pls let us know the booking policy. We have booked the cylender on 18th Feb but not yet received the delivery.

I am the consumer of Ajinkya Gas service & having consumer no.28159. i was already booking the gas on 19th Jan 2011 & 4th feb 2011 but till today i didnt got the gas cylinder. Your service provider phone numbers are no reply, showing number busy continuosly
Also your office gas provider committed to give the cylinder on time but yet they not send the same.
We are suffering from daily needs.Please take action.

Khar East mumbai 51; & my consumer no 10393. My complaine is that i don't get cylinder in time ie
on booking the order the delivery is given after 15 days and fresh order is to be booked only after 15 days
many time we have to take delivery from their truck load .they even don't have their legal godown sorry
how the BPCL have issued them the lience of distibutor. I am very fedup of their service;thinking of replacing
your agency, along with me 70 to 80 customer are ready . request to take a very serious action against them.

i have faced to much problem for non delivery of gas cylinder . my consumer no. is 3209 of S.R. Enterprises Gaya. I have booked in november 2010 but still not home deliverd .even i go to godwon but they refused. it become very hard to refil gas cylinder . so please to take nesasary action in my distributer.

i am consumer of bharat gass through AMER JWALA GASS SERVISE MUMFORD GANJ ALLAHABAD I'm costumer since 7 year i dot remember any one chance that i get cylinder with in tI'me after booking i hv too wait at least 25 to 30 days after booking .Meany tI'me the i complain to official but i'm unable to get satisfactory answer form officer .

Respected Sir,

With reference to the above subjects, I hereby submitting that, I have booked for the refile of the empty LPG cylinder, after the expiry of 21 days of the previous delivery, as per the order of DISTRIBUTOR, GURUKRUPA GAS AGENCY, on dt. 21.01.2012, not giving the booking No. & stating that the delivery will be done within two days. But till date, neither delivery of the refile of LPG has been made from my LPG distributer M/s GURUKRUPA GAS AGENCY, having their place of bussiness at 5, SHREE GAJANAN APT. THANGEWADI, KALYAN(W)-421301, nor any communication is received from him, or from else where. At present my both the LPG cylinders becomes empty on dt.24.01.2012. Let me know, where from I have to purchase the refiled LPG cylinder, to carry on my cooking. Whether I have to stop my cooking till the date of delivery of cylinder or to stay on for fast. On what ground you have generated this bloody rule to book for the refile of LPG after the expiry of 21 days from the delivery of the previous delivery. Get me the copy of such rule passed, and the copy of G.R. I will pay for that. Please refere the judgement given by, Hon'ble Court i.e. DCF- Mukatsar also decided on dated[protected] that booking of LPG cylinder should be done without any restriction of 21 days after last refill/delivery in complaint case of Raj Pal Sharma.
We are living as Joint family. One gas cylinder is comsumed within 15 to 20 day being winter season. After booking, this bloody distributor taking the time of 10 to 15 days for the delivery. How it possible for us, to manage the cooking gas. The complaint against this Distributor was already lodge in written at Mr. CERMEN D’COSTA, the regional Manager, BPCL, MUMBAI on date. 24.12.2010. I think, no any action was taken on this bloody distributors. This Distributor is now insisting for the purchase of HOSE pipe, sometime insisting for change the STOVE, some times demanding mony by way sending repairsman. This result in harrashment to the public. The function of your Distributors is only to distributes the your gas, and nothing else.

Now you are hereby kindly requested to give the direction to supply immediately the two refiled cylinder which are empty as on date, & take the immedite action against this distributor to cancel his distributorship, as harrashing to your consumers. Otherwise there will be no any other substitute before me but to file the complaint against your company at Consumer court and Human Right commission & publication to print & electonic media, also to file the FIR at the concern Police Station for the mentally and Physically harrashment to your registered consumer, intentionaly avoiding to supply the refile LPG gas cylinde, which is crime under Indian Pinal code & Criminal Pinal Code, & will be cost on you, without giving further opportunity, kindly to be note.
Your fast action in this regard is highly appeciated.

why not register on e-booking

Ashadeep gas (Bharat gas distributor), Birati, Kolkata- 51 is not register at ebharatgas web site, very poor service S. Das Shodpur, Kolkata.

    Respected Sir,
    I was drawing my LPG cylinder from Your Kalyani office (Distric Nadia, West Bengal) I have not taken cylider for last one year. Now I require cylinder very urgently but I coule not trace my Blue Book. I do not know my consumer Number. The regulator No given to me has No -A291129. The connection was initially of HP Gas.It was initially In Barnala, Sangrur, Punjab. I transferred it to Indane.And to Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal.How could I get my consumer Number and duplicate blue book. The gas agency is not entertaining my as I do not know my consumer number.Request your good office to help me in this regard.

      I have Bharat Gas connection.Date i become a customer of bharat gas i suffered a lot.
      first poor services.time to diliver a cylinder from date of booking is one week to a month.

        I am consumer of Bharat Petroleum. I had booked for a LPG cylinder on 19/12/2008. In this regard I have not yet received refill of the LPG cylinder till date. I had a talk with Dayal Gas Agency, Panna Puri Hapur. But he has not redressed my complaint till date. I have already twiced complained in Loni BPCL but i have not yet received any respond from loni BPCl. Non-delivery of cylinder has put me and my family in great hardship and I have been put into a lot of mental harassment, because of the indifferent attitude and apathy. I request you to kindly take up this matter with appropriate authorities and redress my grievance.

        I am your LPG consumer, my connection number 2741 name of agency Raj Gas Service, BHARAT GAS, Bareilly. I booked my gas on 11.01.2010. Sorry to say that upto now gas was not supplied to me whenever, agency is distributing the gas of 15/16.01.2010. Daily I am asking from agency and they said your gas is reaching within few hours but my gas was not supplied to me upto now. I can not say why it is happening, but I came from some reliable sourses the agency is selling the gas in black from back door and fulfilling the requirement of coming marriage season. So they are doing delay in gas supply. I personally contacted at agency then they said our auto became defective so your gas will reach very soon. But not yet received.
        You are requested to investigate it and will arrange my gas as early as possible.

          I am consumer of Bharat Petroleum Gas bearing the consumer number 10296. My Bharat agency is located in Uppal, Hyderabad. More than one month back we booked the gas, till now it has not been delivered. And recently again on 22.12.2008 we booked the gas its second time but not yet received. Its so surprising that all the time their phone appears to be busy, If it rings nobody will respond the call which is makes us pestering. Atleast we hope we get reply from your end.             my consumer no is m 11879 on My name mohd ali booked a cylinder 16 day ago over phone and personal visit their phone is always busy or not reachable no of their phone is [protected] and[protected] I have to call them several times but of no use my cooking gas is exhausted and have to purchase small 5 kilo cylinder for my daily use please book a complaint against M/ mahalaxmi gas agencies chilkalguda secunderabad

            I request you to book a complaint against M/s sri jayaram enterprises dealers of bharatgas amberpet for theiri poor service
            My consumer no. is 21580. Every time i need to remind after booking gas refill cylinder at M/s Jayaram Enterprises Amberpet Bharat gas. I personally dialed the listed numbers 27407126, 27403350 and 27401776 standing outside their office when everyone was sitting at office. It just rings the phone or they will keep the handset away. I am trying since last week they are not getting connected and when connected nobody lifts the phone and in the cash memo they have mentioned the working hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Because of their negligence now i have to pay double amount for the private gas agency. The strange part is that the delivery boy comes along with cylinder when we haven't done any booking for refill. He plays very smart role by giving the non working number and informs at home that we should not book the gas for the next time at office and that cylinder he will use for different customer.

            With his false information this time we have not booked the cylinder on time and none of the above mentioned number works at any time.

            I request you to book a complaint against M/s sri jayaram enterprises dealers of bharatgas amberpet for their poor service.

              dear sir,
              i had booked my cylinder with milind gas agency located at keshopur villagenew delhi on monday.they told i will get cylinder after 5 days.today i went i am told there is shortage so no cylinder will be supplied untill strike is over.my cylinder is finished i dont know what to do.
              secondly cylinders which we get from this agency are not full.delievery men remove gas and sell to small cylinder dealers.the lady staff at agency are involved as they are not ready to accept gas is less.if we ask them to give us slip so that we can collect ourself from godown they refuse.this agency has a lot of corrupt practices.

              My Consumer No. is 16388 on the name of Mr. M.C Khanna i had booked my cylinder with milind gas agency located at keshopur villagenew delhi on monday.they told i will get cylinder after 5 days. Nobody pick the phone whole day..my cylinder is finished i dont know what to do. My booking no. is 136.

                hi i m a customer of Bharat gas, AGENCY AT MIRA ROAD, and i m continuously calling for gas cylinder booking since 26th december 2008, but i m gettting engaged all tele. no. of Dev Mogra Agency. pls look into the matter. i m fed up of calling again and again. even today 07.01.09 i m trying to contact this agency through 04 tel. nos.[protected], 28108122, 28124130,[protected], but these are continuously coming engage. today within 02 hrs. i have called for more than 300 times, and some times it ringing but no one attending the call. pls look into the matter. i have promised for 4 days to deliver the cylinder on 02 january 09. i dont hv spare cylinder to use since 1 week. i am really very upset with their service. you are requested to take a strict action against them.

                I am customer of Dev Mogra Gas Agency.
                For booking or enquiry purpose when i am going to contact agency his telephone numbers coming continuesly engaged or they are not pick up the phone. I request do some neccessary advance technology so customer can easily book the gas cylinder or can contact them. Now days technology developed so much advanced and looking to present advance technology Dev Mogra still providing old systems and services, not improving looking to moderisation. Better do some necessary modification in there system and services.

                Hoping to hear the goods news soon.

                hi i m a customer of Bharat gas, AGENCY AT MIRA ROAD, and i m continuously calling for gas cylinder booking since 26th december 2008, but i m gettting engaged all tele. no. of Dev Mogra Agency. pls look into the matter. i m fed up of calling again and again. even today 07.01.09 i m trying to contact this agency through 04 tel. nos.[protected], 28108122, 28124130,[protected], but these are continuously coming engage. today within 02 hrs. i have called for more than 300 times, and some times it ringing but no one attending the call. pls look into the matter. i have promised for 4 days to deliver the cylinder on 02 january 09. i dont hv spare cylinder to use since 1 week. i am really very upset with their service. you are requested to take a strict action against them.

                  1. I am a customer with M/S Gurudas Indane, Bhau Patil Road, Aundh, Pune. My Registration number is 5063.

                  2. The distributor, named above is extremely slow in supplying refill cylinders, & I had visited them & warned them on a few occassions. Whenever I go & warn them, promptly the next day the cylinder is delivered. Recently I booked a refill on 29 Dec 08, which was to be delivered to me by 03 Jan 09. It has still not been delivered.

                  3. I have a strong feeling that these people must be selling cylinders in black market. Kindly investigate & implement some kind of regulation, wherein if the distributor delays in delivering LPG beyond a certain stipulated time period, it must be delivered free to the customer(if the customer is not at fault) at the cost of the distributor. This would definitely deter them from mal practices.

                  4. In my case there is someone always present in the house during the accepted period for delivery. After that since the delivery schedule is not known, I cannot imprison someone in the house only to wait for the delivery boy.

                    I am trying to contact Gas agency to book gas for last 1 week and numbers which i am trying are 22781109 and 22777003. All I get is number busy when i try these numbers. Me and my husband both are working and we canot sit idle and keep on calling these numbers all the time to contact the agency to book the cylinder.

                    And it is not possible to go personally to their office personally as they are open after 10nand never on time. Is this the way to provide the services to the consumer..thne we talk about consumer satisfaction.

                    There are no phone numbers where we can complaint about these things.

                    Governmnet should take strick actions against these agency. Services are pathetic??????

                    These are the issues with the above mentioned Agency.

                    1) Non-delivery of Gas cylinder in time
                    2) Blacking of refills
                    4) 2 years for Allotment of 2ND CYLINDER
                    5) All time number busy for Gas Agency
                    6) Not attending to calls for booking gas
                    I am also aggree with Manali.
                    Phone no. of Shriram Gas Agency(Anandnagar, Pune ), is all time busy.
                    I was trying this number from one week, but they never pick up the phone.

                    Even they are not giving me 2nd Cylinder.

                    I dont know, what to do.

                    We booked gas cylinder around 15 days ago at Shreeram Gas Agency, wadgaon budruk, Pune.. Both o[censored]s are working. Many times number is busy. If it rings nobody picks up the phone.
                    Lack of co-ordination between the delivery boy and office staff. Everybody asks us to call another person and takes no responsibility for the delivery and do not tell us proper procedure.

                    They never deliver gas on the said date. We can not sit just idle waiting for gas or can't go everytime to their office or make hundreds of calls.

                    After giving instructions about delivery time, there is always hassle and harrasement.
                    I am also facing same problem their is always busy If it rings nobody picks up the phone.Yesterday i had been to their to rise the issue at evening they treted me very rudly like a Dog.Even they said close the door who had allowed him to come inside like this.Even one person told me if you do not want i will remove your Name & give it to another agency

                    Is this expected from a Agency that handles very IMP Essential Gas Govt has to look into this matter
                    Same issue i was facing i dont think anybody will listen to this, All this government Company people are really poor in the kind of attention they should give to us regarding the complaint regarding Agency.
                    I am facing this issues...from last two years...

                    Shri Ram Gas agency...does not have any "Ram".
                    Its worst in world. Tejswini Gas Service, which is also for Sinhgad Road, is fear better than "Shri Ram".

                      It is quite surprising the way these companys work. To some extent i blame our selves too for thinking next time it will be ok.
                      I booked a Gas cylinder with Mahalakshmi Enterprises in Bangalore 15 days ago getting a response that it will be delivered in 10 days! I then booked it over the official website of bharat gas and again no response!
                      They have numbers mnetioned on website and on the receipt of the dealer but all numbers are either wrong or they dont work.
                      I called Customer Service of Bharat gas, first the lady was unable to understand what i was trying to convey and to get rid of the called she gave me wrong number of the distributer and said she will check and then call me back.
                      This is quite frustrating that there is no one you can get in touch with who is authorised to say or do anything. The only thing you will hear is either "sorry" or "you will get it tomorrow" without even confirming it in the system if it actually will happen.
                      I logged three complaints on their website and what i get is the reference number and "we will get back to you soon".
                      It is a shame that company sometimes take customers for a ride.
                      I am already out looking for a different avenue and i am sure if this is the way they take care of thier customers, they will loose their business year on year till they sell it to some other company.

                      I went out of cooking gas early morning on the 13th of August. Today is 27th of August and I am still waiting for the gas cylinder to be delivered!! I must have called them one thousand times. It is just too difficult to get through. Either the number is busy or they don't answer. So you need to be on the phone for a good 1 to 2 hours continuously to finally get to speak to someone. I am dealing with their distributor in KoparKhairne - Vighnaharta Gas agency - phn #[protected]. The most ridiculous service where they just keep hanging up on you. Highly unprofessional!! They ask your consumer number and give out a standard reply, which is nothing but "OK" or "MIl Jayega" or "abhi bhijwa rahe hain". You really can't talk much else they hang up on you!! Now, how ridiculous is that???? Is there no customer service number where one can at least give a complaint?

                        Dear Sir,

                        We are really feed up with Bharat Gas Services, why so? I am working women
                        my consumer no. is EV34151, in Excel Gas service Shop No. 2, Shiv Puja Bldg., Plot No. 99, Sector-29, Vashi. I want to bring notice on some points which are mentioned below:-

                        1) Every time ring is going on no one picks up the phone
                        2) After that they will take the number and no delivery schedule for atleast
                        more than a week.
                        3) After that we have to follow up for a week whether u r sending today. Every
                        time I get only one answer "Gaadi Nahi Aaya" - who is resposnible
                        for this?
                        4) How many days we will take holiday and sit home for Gas?
                        5) Why u r not having 24 x 7 days service? Atleast keep open on Sundays and
                        take any other week days holiday?
                        6) Please give me a solution or remedy for the same in my mob. no.

                          The above Branch Management people they are treating to consumers beggars like that, they are giving worst service to consumers, and they are answering behind mirrors only, they don’t open the doors, they will give answers like dumb people they are not answering phones, and there is no parking place some times consumer vehicles bring to police station against traffic problems.


                          I kindly request you to higher authority, pl. give guideline to kothapet branch people, how to give good service to consumers.

                            Myself Shriniwas Kondle, I transferd my gas connection from Banaglore to Solapur, Here in solapur dealer name Sudhir gas, I have given my photo copy of transfer documents on[protected], and till date they are not ready to give me cyliner and regulator, its is manditory to give cylinder and regulator, but they are not giving .

Now i want to change of name from my mother name to me as the same connection at chennai zone. is't possible this issue. if any i pay to us for this transcation.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am a consumer of Bharat gas for the last 7-8 years. My consumer no is 11002. I want DBC facility. When I enquired about DBC my agency told that it will charge Rs.2400/- DBC. I want to confirm that what are the formalities to get DBC and how much amount (in all heads) I have to pay to avail this facility. The reason behind to comming to you that we can't trust to agency, they always charge amounts in various head and I believe that you are the best persons to tell me the proper amount and on the basis of that I can fight with them if they are charging any extra amount.

                                CC No.341718 Galaxy Gas Agency South Civil Line, Jabalpur -482001 (MP). is always delaying in delivery, every time they give new excuses. I Booked Cylinder before last twelve days dated 24 Dec 2008 but till now I did not received cylinder. They are not providing customer gas cylinder on time instead they are involve selling it in a black they keep saying that there is no stock from company. You are requested to look into the matter...

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am residing in Faridabad Sector - 3 (Haryana) and last 2-weeks I contacted
                                  your gas agency dealer “Adlakha Gas Agency, Booth No.6, Sector – 9, Faridabad)
                                  Phone No.[protected] & Cell # [protected].

                                  Any time I try to contact this agency, each time the telephone no are engaged and if any time ringing they not pick the phone.

                                  Last month I am not in town due to family problem and one cylinder is empty
                                  from last 25-days but I am not able to book cylinder. I am working a private company and if not reach my office on 9.00 AM they marked leave for the same day and the go down of this agency is opened only after 10.00 AM.

                                  Another gas agency go down i.e. Indian Oil and Hindustan Petroleum near the go down of Bharat Petrolium is opened on 8.00 AM morning but BPCL are not bothered to our problem.

                                  Please look into the matter and ask your dealer to pick phone otherwise do any alternative for booking.

                                    I have booked in Dec, 08 cylinder consumer number 13541 The booking number was 5954. The Agency FUEL INDIA at chennai always keep their line non responding and manytimes the follow up needs to be done personally.

                                    Pl give a solution.

                                    Sir, My consumer No.is SK9782.( Krishna Gas Agency, varnarpet, Bangalore.
                                    I faced, always delayed delivery more that 2 to 3 months from the date of Booking.To say least, all the consumer comming across has the common problem.
                                    It is brought to our notice that, most of the Gas Cylender supplied to distribute to the Consumer were diverting to the so called private risky re fueller whom they sell with exhorbitant price to Autos, Cars, vans etc.
                                    If any complaint is lodged, we will be threatened.Kindly do the needfull check up.

                                    I wish to inform you that our consumer no is 12939 my name is K. Srikanth Address 4/1 Bharathidesan
                                    nagar 3rd cross street Madhi nagar ext, vellore-6 Tamil Nadu. Now, we having only one cylinder. if I am going to book cylinder it will take long time. I do know why it is take long time. Previously I was in Madurai TN that time i got regularlly. Now I transferred to vellore and dealing with yr Agent is M/s Balaji Agencies vellore, I booked the cylinder in 15th last month yet to get the cylinder rightnow. Even there is no response your corresponding agency.

                                    when we book the clyinder means after 12 days it will delivery. it will get problem why means single clyinder means there is no keresion oil also. So please send the booked single gas earlier.
                                    I wish to inform that our consumer no is 9412.My name is sankar from medchal RR dist, AP .Now we have one cylinder only. so I want double cylinder, please arrange 2nd cylinder early
