Dear Sir,
This is to inform that I am BHARAT GAS connection holder with one cylinder since last 7 years. Iam a physically disabled person and not able to stand in que for several hours. If I receive ONE MORE cylinder definetly it will make my life easy.

I have visited agency several times for the same problem & got same readymade answer on every visit...come after one or two months.

My customer connection no is 15917 and our distributor is M/s Sahaj Enterprises Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019. We received LPG cylinder on 21/12/09 vide slip no 8864 dated 19/12/08. At the time of delivery we noticed that cylider was soiled one. On checking weight we found that the weight of filled cylider was around 28 kg. We tried your customer care nos [protected] & [protected] but no response. We also tried the distributor tele nos but as usual, no one picked up the phone. It was just ringing ringing.

We regret to say that it is not feasible and also not good from IOC to make their customer apprehensive every time we receive cylinder about weight.
Don't you think it is unethical business practice. Secondly we are encouraging mal practice.

We request you to take immediate action with IOC of replacing the cylinder and necessary step of eliminating such practice.

I have been persuing to get second gas cylinder from last 3 years,
but Maruti gas agency situated in Vishrantwadi area gave me several resons & told me contact to the Bharat Gas company.
Is it that compony facing itself cylinder shortage? Please clarify & do the needful.

Sub : Complaints Regarding two LPG Pumps In Pune
( Mitali Service station WC/MH/14/5171(p108928) & Saraswati Auto services MR/PN 279)

I have following 3 complaints which are same for both the LPG pumps

1. Both LPG pumps of yours do not operate AIR pressure Facility which II understand is mandatory. I have visited and filled up LPG at these place at least 3-5 times each, in last 3 months, non of the occasions I could avail the air facility at these two LPG pumps. You need to investigate this matter. I have all the cash memos with me for both pumps.


2. When both pumps could not give me AIR faci;ity 2nd time I demanded the complait book which I suppose is mandatory from your side. After a wait of 10 minutes also the could give me the “complaint book”.When the 3rd time also they could not give me the AIR facility I was waiting for 20 minutes at both the places for writing a complaint. The staff on the counter made it sure that I don’t get it.

3. At both petrol pumps the telephone numbers of your local office ( sahajanand Complex, east street, Camp, Pune) are not displayed, I suppose it is mandatory from your end to display the name of concern authority with contact nos. Both pumps do not hv this information.

4. Today morning when I visited your East street office to give a written complaint about these irregularities I was greeted by a security man at the reception counter and he informed me that one MR Singla is responsible for the concerned area and he is not there in office. When I insisted that I must lodge a complaint he directed me to one Mr Gaikwad. I told him verbally all my experience about these two pumps, he made a note of it. When I insisted, now that I am at your office pl give me a blank paper so that I can handover a written complaint about the same, He said, he can always accept it but it will go to the area sales person and nothing will happen i[censored] want a right effect I sould go to your website a lodge a complaint thru it. When visited your website it doesn’t have a link to complaints but it has link to vigilance office and the same link is not working due to server upgradation(nothing new abt it)
You are now requested to take a serious note of these 3 complaints and revert back to me about the action taken from your end. Pl mind that I won’t give up this issue till it gets resolved. If you need cash memos of these pumps

i am customer of this agency since last one year. during the time of booking we asked for 2 cylinders but were told that new connections will be gettin 2 cylinders only after 6 months. now i ve only 1 cylinder which got over last night. in the morning when i boked for the same the person there is saying that i ll get it only after 3 or 4 days. what should i do with an empty cylinder for 4 days. when i went there they are saying that that''s...

Sir,
I am the native of Nedumbassery. My gas agency is Sema Gas Angamaly. I got second cylinder but it is of no use because of the non availability of gas. When first cylinder received then after 45 days duration the next cylinder allowed in this agency. It is very difficulty. In my house one cylinder is using at least 30 days. I am in a great difficulty. The agency said the company insutrected that when first cylinder received then two weeks later only next cylinder booking. Then the cylinder 45 days after only received. total period is 45+ 2 weeks 59 days.

Please do the needful

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas and my consumer card no. is 3906 registered with "Shubh Jyoti. Bus Stand, Khargone, PIN- 451001 M.P."

When consumer go to the agency office to book gas cylinder refeel then they are being asked to come only after 21 Days for cylinder booking.

I have read in a news paper that there is no such condition applied that " A consumer can book gas refeel only after 21 days" and a consumer can book gas refeel when it is needed.

Sir/ Madam, hereby I would like to request you to kindly let me know the fact about this situation.

If there is no such time limit for gas refeel booking then kindly give direction/ instruction to "Shubh Jyoti, Bus Stand, Khargone, PIN- 451001 M.P."

dear Sir,

I brought bharat gas connection six months back. at that time only i asked for double cylinder they said you buy only one cylinder now and second cylinder will be issued only after six months. now when i approched them now they are asking me buy water filter costing Rs. 1800 for issuing second cylinder on existing gas connection which actualy cost Rs. 1750. MY consumer No is 11105

Hi,

People at the Bharat Petroleum petrol pump chennai-82 (Sri Ramachandra Agencies, Peravallur - Explosive License no - P/SC/TN/141337 (P121772)) have been charging Rs 1.00 for every fill for Rs 100. Also the quantity of fuel will be for Rs 100. They say that, that is what they follow and will not fill if they are not given the Rs 1 more. This has been happenning until the recent price drop.
Also there had been multiple incidents where consumers were told that they had not paid for the fill even when they had. Readings will be taken, calculation on the day's sale will be done and ultimately, the consumer will be told that he had not paid. I had personally witnessed this once and was a victim of another.

I request the consumer forum and Bharat Petroleum to take this seriously and undertake necessary actions. Please have regular / surprise audits undertaken to ensure that standards are followed and the consumers are not cheated.

i booked the gas on 21 Nov 2008, consumer no:17211 on the name of T Nagaraj Sharma H.No:3-5-117 GANESH STREET, JANGAON.and the booking number is 4164.till today they have not delivered inspite of several personal visits to the distributor at jangaon, Dist: warangal. Respected sir, as i am tejus s/o srinivas roa m<consumer no <20061> residing in #35 3rd cross 2nd stage sudhamanagar bnglore 560027 as we require an additional connection for the same no we are roaming frm past 3 months, for office, in v.v puram bnglor harsha enterprises not providing the service, saying some other the reasons every time spkon to propriter regarding he is gvng the rubbish ans com next, weak after 1 month, frm 3 months we are getting ths bullsht same ans, , frm them, we require the additonal connections coz if we book the gas it will get deliverd after 10 to 15 days we are suffering a lot on ths so i kindly request you to provide the connections as earliest as possible, other services are providing good service pls don't make, us to switch to other service providers thanking you yours faithfully tejus

Sir, the distributor has no fix policy for distribution of gas namely
i) At times they ask for advance booking of gas to be done on telephone and on other occasions (most of the time ) they provide gas without booking, depends on the drivers mood, when the gas is booked on phone then they want booking receipt, as issued by their office to them, which they seldom carry, it delays the delivery of gas.
ii) Distributor has neither fixed any day of the week and / or the date for delivery of the gas in my locality i.e. Nanda Chowki nor any place where the truck would stops and distribute the gas to the consumers of this locality, they don’t have fix time too, some time they arrive at 10AM, 12PM and on occasions after 2PM, as a result one has to be always on the road to look out for the gas every day.

Please note that their truck carrying gas, every day passes through (certainly not at fixed time) nanda chowki and other localities on its way to Selakui but it never stops in between to deliver gas even if one tries to stop it, and if one could chase him and force to stop they make innumerable excuses and invariable ask to book gas first, against generally followed norm of taking the counterfoil of the coupon book and gas being booked by themself only. As a consumer we are totally left on the whims of the driver of the van/truck, always waiting on the road for his benevolence, certainly people have other more important chores to attend .
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and evolve some efficient method for the distribution of cooking gas.

for new connection in shahpura (dis.jaipur)and give one cylander, one ragulater with pipe, one chula, one cooker, some rice and tea.
without thinks subdelar canot give connection.

I transferred my gas connection from Noida to Faridabad. Noida gas agency has given me confirmation letter in hand to avoid postal delay in transfer confirmation. Now the Faridabad badhkhal gas agency is not accepting it. I said you can phone there and they will confirm whether they have given me confirmation or not but the agency is saying I will accept only through post. I don't think it is good to haras and the agency is also asking me two registry envelops. Please help me so that i can get the connection.

Mahalaxmi Enterprises, a dealer in ITPL selling a 14kg cilender LPG Gas with a 2kg Wheet Floor, for Rs.420/- in his godown near Kundanalli are 3 kms from ITPL, Bangalore. Buying wheetfloor of Rs.67.00 is compusory. If you not having Rs.420/- you have to go back.

Please enquire about the same and do justice to the consumers.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am T.Subbamma, w/o T.Sanjeeva Reddy resident of S.Uppalapadu, Jammalamadugu, Cadapa of A.P. As I have to approached your Distributor M/s Sree Lakshmi Gas Agencies located at Jammlamadugu for New LPG Gas Connection on June 2008 and againly on August 2008 but they r responding irregularly as No new connections & No Booking for New LPG connection.

For this response I have to issue a Legal Notice against to Distributor on[protected]. Eventhough the Distributor was not responding to issue of New LPG Gas Connection.

I have also arranging for complaint in Consumer Forum & Right To Information Act.

So please go through on my complaint and take the Neccessary Action on the Distributor and Issue me New LPG Gas connection immediatly.

I am a customer of Bharat gas and my supplying dirtibutors is M/S CITY GAS SERVICE, CJ-99, SALT LAKE, KOLKATA-700 091, C.C. No.- 461702. Now I am having single cylinder. 7th day of November 2008, came to know over telephone that my distributors issuing 2nd cylinder Immediately I rushed there and requested them to issue me the 2nd cylinder. But they told me that I have to purchase an amount of Rs. 2000/- of some household utensils from their shop other than the connection price, and then they will issue me the 2nd cylinder. I requested like anything to issue me 2nd cylinder, even I wish to purchase a little thing of Rs. 500/- (approx) from them, but they won't listen and rigid their voice and asked me to do complain where ever I wish.

WHAT A BAD RULE AND RUDE WAY TO TALK TO THE CONSUMER.
It is my humble request to the Bharat Gas officer, please take care of the issue.

I wish to transfer my Gas Connection from Jammu To Gurgoan, which i have bought on 28/04/
08 under consumer no 23450 and subscription vochure no is[protected] from Shiva Gas agency (Agency No 531884) last morh Gandhinagar Jammu.

I got the feedback from the Agency that i can not transfer my Gas before completion of one year.
However i require it urgently to be shifted.

So kindly Guide and suggest me the best possible way to transfer it to Gurgoan at the earliest.
