Dear Sir,
Subject: Inordinate delay in supplying domestic cooking gas by M/s Bangalore Gas Agency, BTM Layout IInd Stage, Bangalore

With extreme anguish I would like to bring the following to your kind notice and immediate action

I’m the Customer/Consumer no-11690, to the authority of the above Distributor. The length of the Customership/Consumership is since the year 2003.

I have received the gas cylinder on 30 sep 2008. Thereafter I booked a fresh refill on 19 oct 08 through online booking (www.ebharatgas.com). It was accepted and booking number 290691 was given to me. I understand that as per your company rules, bookings are to be accepted after 21 days of taking delivery of the cylinder and thereafter the gas cylinder will have to be delivered within 5 days of the booking. But I regret to inform you even after 17 days I have not received the cylinder. Therefore I contacted the agency[protected] and inquired about the position. The concerned person instead of helping me spoke rudely and insisted that the fresh booking should be done only after a month of delivery of the previous cylinder and as such he has taken our booking date as 29-oct-08. Thereafter I contacted your consumer grievance redressal cell[protected] and explained the matter and requested for making arrangements for the delivery of the cylinder as both of my cylinders are exhausted. The concerned lady agreed that the booking should have been taken as 21-oct-08 i.e. after 21 days of delivery of my previous cylinder and not as 29-oct-08 and by this time I should have received the gas cylinder. She also assured me that she will see to it that the gas cylinder is delivered positively by today[protected] evening. But to my surprise I have not yet received the same even now (21:00)

As per your own rules the booking should be accepted after 21 days of delivery of cylinder and next delivery should be effected within 5 days of booking. I am at a loss to understand how the concerned agency is insisting that the booking should be done only after 30 days of the delivery. Secondly never in the past 3 years the cylinder have been delivered to me within 5 days of booking. Usually they take 10-12 days and sometimes even 15 days to make the delivery after the booking which means we will have to be without refill gas cylinder for 40 - 45 days. I hope you agree with me, a gas cylinder for a family of 2-3 members can be used only for 30-35 days even with minimum amount of consumption. As such the fresh cylinder invariably has to be delivered atleast within 30 days without which consumers are unnecessarily put into lot of trouble and inconvenience.

For your information I am providing the information regarding the bookings made by me and gas cylinders received by me

From the above you can notice that never a delivery has been made within 5 days
Now even after 36 days of taking delivery of last cylinder and even after 17 days of booking I have not received the refill cylinder and the existing cylinder is also exhausted. My lodging a complaint with your consumer grievance cell has not yielded any results. Now I have left with no choice but to go to a hotel or borrow a cylinder from somebody else. Please put yourself into this position and imagine the plight.
May I request you to look into the matter and take immediate corrective action and instruct the concerned to deliver the cylinder to me forth week.

m/s bharat agencies — delay in repair

gas cylinder — Inordinate delay in delivery and showing inflated shortage

I have a gas connection of Bharat Gas at Vinod Gas Agency at Balaramapuram in Trivandrum. I have booked on 23.09.08 for the cylinder. Till now ie 10.10.08 I didn't get the cylinder delivered. My residence is at Venganoor which is only 5 km away from the agency. This practice is doing for the past several months. It is difficult to contact over phone as they never attend phone. I humbly request that please intervene this situation and make remedial measures to put an end the ordeal suffering by the customers like me.
This is regarding the non delivery of gas cylinder refill.
I would like to inform you that i have LPG connection with Fuels India, no.19 thiruveedian street, gopalapuram, chennai-400086.I have booked a gas cylinder for refilling on 3.11.2008 .The Fuels India intimated me the refill will be delivered after 5 days(89.11.2008).For the last four days from 11.11.2008 I have contacted the distributor for the non delivery of refill gas to my residence.Everyday the distributor is telling the refill gas cylinder was already given to the delivery boy on 10.11.2008.But still the sais refill gas cylinder has not reached my residence.It is of my opinion that the delivery boy has done some mischeif.Daily I used to go in person to the Fuels India dealers place in person regardinf this non delivery of the cylinder but there was no proper response from their end.Like me many of the customers are suffering like this.Even by shouting at them there is no proper response to the customers.I request you to kindly look into this issue seriously becoz each time when me and other customers book for a refill gas the same delay and mischeif is happening.This is a evry month problem to me and others.So request you to take the immediate action at the earliest and solve the customers problem.
If this problem still pertains to exists we customers combindely has to file a case in consumer court for customer dissatisfaction.The customer service is very very poor with this dealer.

Subject: Late delivery of Bharat gas cylinder by Gurukrupa Gas Agency, Syndicate, Kalyan(W) ( C.C. 371812)

Dear Sir,
We are getting late delivery of gas cylinder. Delivery is made deliberately late in order to promote cylinder sale in black. Regarding above, On 16th November, I had raised a complaint (Ticket No. C[protected] on BP site, http://www.bpcl.co.in/bpclfeedback/frmfeedback.aspx, but there is no action yet. This time also I am facing same problem. I had booked on last Monday, 24th Nov, 2008 but till now there is no sign of cylinder. We are making daily call to Gurukrupa Gas Agency(Tel No.:[protected], the distributor in our area, the response we get is the cylinder was already delivered and when we enquire further they say we will make delivery soon. Even on visiting personally, to show case, they noted down the consumer no., but not yet delivered. Although the cylinder is easily available with delivery boys when we enquire to buy on black.
Kindly expedite to take the needful action on concerned person..

Bharat Petroleum — Non delivery of gas cylinder even after 19 days of booking

Dear Sir/Madam,


I, Bhawna Kapoor, a bank employee resident of B-715 Raj hans Apartments Indirapuram Ghaziabad wish to lodge a complain against your distributer M/s Vishnu Jyoti gas Service siutated at Brij Vihar hazaiabd. We had booked the gas on 16/1/09 and booking no as 531 was allotted to us against our Consumer no V 27525 but we regret to state that inspite of regular follow ups the said gas has not been delivered to us as yet Morever even the landline nos are not working and senior officials are not coming on line ( not even on mobile nos obtained through their delivery guys) It appears that uneducated delivery guys are more interested in providing services but not getting support from their officials posted at said outlet. We have been given the dates for subsequent delivery only and none is providing us exact reason for non-delivery/ delay in delivery for the same.We even don't have a spare gas cylinder and managing somehow for the last 20 days but not it has become height of things. Even if stock is there delivery guys are not delivery b'coz of non-receipt of instructions from officials at said outlet. Lack of co-ordination and casual approach has caused lot of inconvenience to us

Kindly arrange for delivery of gas cylinder at the earliest and initiate approprate measures so as to rectify the things at their end at the earliest so that consumer should not suffer at least from non-receipt of essential services. Please also ensure to get displayed grievance channel at the premises / printed in booklet itself so asto help consumers in getting things rectified at the earliest

Looking forward for a prompt action in this regard

Dear Sir/Madam:

This is regarding the wilful negligence occured to me from the above-mentioned agency of LPG cooking gas cylinder of Bharat Petroleum in our area (Mundur, Palakkad, Kerala).

I have been getting my BP gas cylinder refilled from M/s Hi-Power Bharat Gas Agency; Palakkad Road, Mundur PO, Palakkad district, PIN-678592, KERALA. Phone number[protected] and[protected]. DISTRIBUTOR CODE: 641767, ISSUING COMPANY BPCL. DPR NO A 344235.

I had booked for refilling my existing cylinder about one month back (My customer id 000576) in the above organization, who are the authorized dealers of BP in our locality. My house is only 2 km away from their office. They had been demanding Rs. 15/- for home delivery charge for every refilling, which I came to know is illegal. And last time, I did not pay them the extra Rs. 15/- and hence I have not got my cylinder refilled yet.

When I enquired about this, they are telling that they had came to my home, but there was nobody there at that time which is not true.

I had booked a complaint approximately a year back about the same agency for delay in booking cylinder and afterwards, Vigilance Officials from Coimbatore called me and told me that they are going to cancel their registration, and they apologized and promised me that in future, they will not behave like that.

But now, they are making false statements that they came to my house and they found nobody there.

So kindly do the needful to avoid such malpractices and thus ensure proper and timely delivery of refilled cylinders in our area. Kindly also assure that no extra payment has been demanded from customers for home delivery in the nearby locations.

This is with regard to the complaint submitted by me on 07/02/2009, regarding delaying cylinder delivery for getting extra money (Rs. 15/-) for home delivery of refilled cylinders by M/S Hi-Power Bharat Gas Agency, Palakkad Road, Mundur, Palakkad District, Pin code 678592.

I would like to direct your kind attention to the previous complaint which I have to make about the same agency. It is given below:

POOR SERVICE AND DELAY IN GETTING REFILLED
Respected Sir:

I have an LPG sylinder (Bharat Gas) and have been getting it refilled by M/S Hi-Power Bharat Gas Agency, Palakkad Road, Mundur (PO), KERALA. PIN - 678592 (whose DISTRIBUTOR CODE # IS 641767, AND PHONE #[protected]/[protected].) for the past one year.

Each and everytime when I contacted them for a refill, after booking the cylinder well in advance at least before 20-25 days, their response is "the cylinder has not been booked, and it will take another one month to get it refilled due to scarcity of the same. My CONSUMER # is 576.

Today, when I went to get the cylinder refilled, the person in charge told me that it was only three days ago that the cylinder has booked.

And moreover, they says that there is a rule (Dont know whether it is made and implimented by themselves or by the Bharat Gas company itself) that WE CAN BOOK THE CYLINDER ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF REFILL OF THE CYLINDER. I have not heard such a rule in regards to any other LPG companies in India.

So, you are requested to do the needful to confirm that whether actually there is such a rule or not because they have not booked my cylinder yet, and for assuring prompt service from their side excluding such delay in future.

Thereafter I have been trying to book the refill since September 14through telephone, but Bhavani Bharatgas was declined to book the cylinder.Even Yesterday September 19 also tried but they again declined to book. I booked my gas on 5th october at Golden Gas Agency, Peelamedu, coimbatore, Consumer Number 67146. They told me that it will take 15 days, but still the gas has not arrived. Even the response on the phone is not satisfactory. Please look into it.

Bharat Petroleum — Inordinate delay in supplying refill

Dear Sir,
I have been consistently facing inordinate delay in getting refill for the LPG gas. My consumer number is 31407 and am residing at V.G.P.Nagar, Mogappair, Chennai-37. Though the agent has provided 4 telephone numbers, most of the time the telephones are engaged or are not attended. Ultimately I am required to travel more than 5 kms to book the refill in person. At the time of booking they assure that the refill will be supplied in 5 days but invariably they supply it only after more than 15 days and sometimes 20 days. Whenever, we enquire they say that it would be delivered on that day itself. As for example, my present booking was made more than a fortnight back with M/s.Venkateshwara Gas Agency, Anna Nagar, Chennai 40 and my booking reference is 3131. I have so far made four trips to the agency and made at least 10 calls but the refill is yet to be delievered. I would like to know from M/s.Bharat Gas as to (1) Can the booking for a refill be made 10 days after the delivery of a refill? (2) After a booking is made how many days would it be required for supplying a refill.?

I the undersigned beg to submit that, the BPCL has allotted me a Retail Outlet Dealership at Paradsinga, Dist Nagpur, State – Maharashtra, under reserved category of scheduled tribes vide BPCL`s order no. NRO. Village. Paradsinga Nagpur dated 05.07.2007.{ Copy enclosed }. As per term`s & conditions of this order the BPCL is bound to establish the petrol pump by purchasing a suitable land.
There is no doubts that, the BPCL has also given the advertisement to acquire the land for petrol pump at Paradsinga for three times, but there was no response. I have also taken so many personal efforts to acquire the land for petrol pump at Paradsinga and approached to the Hon`ble Collector Nagpur for land but there is not available the suitable land, due to irrigated land in Paradsinga areas. The hon`ble Collector also informed me that there is no suitable land for petrol pump at Paradsinga village vide, letters under reference no. 2&3. { Copy enclosed }
The BPCL has established the petrol pumps of other candidates those who have been selected along with me, within six months, except me, and I being scheduled tribes person am suffering for justice, since long period of five years. I am continuously following up with the Territory Manager Nagpur to establish my petrol pump, but there is stereotype answer to me that, “no land is available at Paradsinga” for torturing to me. The BPCL has never tried to acquire any land at other places instead of Paradsinga in my case, with true spirits to implement the Govt. policies of reservation to give the justice for Scheduled Tribes candidate. I have made a huge correspondence with the Territory Manager Nagpur and Corporate Office Mumbai to change the place of Paradsinga or allot a coco petrol pump, but no action has taken by the management since 2005.
It is, therefore, requested your honor, to kindly order to the concern offices to take action to allot a ready petrol pump as per terms and conditions of the order, otherwise I have no alternatives, but to start agitation in front of BPCL`s Office, Nagpur wef 15th August 2010, and the management of BPCL will be held responsible for arising further situations.

bharat petroleum pump at ring road, kalyan nagar, bangaore. Cheating customers by putting a second line back to their tank and diverting the petrol. if you ask for 500rs they will fill only 400rs and open the valve to the other pipe to fill the next 100 rs

    I am a customer of bharatgas service my consumer no. is A42382 and distributor name is Ambika Gas Agency, Ambabari, Jaipur. I always try to book the cylinder over phone (5 lines) but non of the phone nos. are responsed, even when we personally go and book they don't receive calls and they react very rudely.

    The delivery is also very poor and never comes in stepulated time. Even the Agency Manager is not responding to our complaints and says do what ever you can.

    Please help us in this regards.

    I am also one of the Bharat gas consumer if i want to book for cyclinder I had to spend my time nearly two to three days in phone but in vain later I had to visit the agent office personally to book living all my duties and also I have to travel nearly 25 kms to book the cyclinder when we ask why there is no response in phone they reply lunch time some time after 5 we will not attend even in peak hours when if we visit the agent office we can see they not bother to respond to phone ringing we are fed up like this service and they demand more than bill to supply the cyclinder.

    I am a consumer of Bharat Gas and Gas Agecy is Ess Ess Enterprises Nehru Vihar, Delhi.
    I have booked for home cylender on 12th December 2009 by various time trying on phone (because all the time they kept line busy) and today is 19th of December they have not delivered.
    Today since morning I have been trying to talk on phone but all the phones the put on busy.
    In this condition a consumer has no option what to do.

    I heartfully request to the responsible authority to look into these types of problems and please try to solve.

      I am consumer of BP gas bearing the consumer no 50819. My bharat gas agency is located in Uppal, hyderabad. More than one month back ( Booking no: 4755) I booked the gas, till now it has not been delivered. It is also surprising that all the time phone appears to be busy. If someone lifts phone, they promise to send on the same day, waisting lot of our time in waiting at home. Please look into this matter. I hope at least I will get reply from your end

      WE HAVE A GAS CONNECTION .WITH BHARAT GAS SERVICE GONDA (U.P) .
      SIR .THERE ARE SO MANY PROBLEM OF GAS IN MY LOCALITY BECAUSE THE GAS DISTRIBUTER BLACK THE GAS IN MARKET FOR LAST 2 YEAR. MOST OF THE PERSON BOUGHT THE GAS IN BLACK WHENEVER HE HAS CONNECTION OF THAT GAS SERVICE.
      BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS CREATE PROBLEM WITH CONSUMER .IF ANY BODY TAKE INTEREST THE FORCLY SUPPRESED THEIR VOICE...

      I am consumer of BP gas bearing the consumer no 016984 with M/S RAJA GAS SERVICE, located at Keshopuram Delhi I booked for refilling of cylinder, but they are not delivering the cylinder & are insisting for replacement of gas pipe worth Rs. 190/-. I have checked my gas pipe & found it in good condition. You are requested to kindly look into the matter & direct the concerned agency to deliver the Gas Cylinder immediately.

      My Consumer no is 15247 with the name of subhash jha and our distributor is "ANAND GAS AGENCY" BADARPUR NEW DELHI.
      Last booking was done on 12 OCT and delevered on 16 OCT but now not accepting booking by saying that will not accept before 21 days while 28 days has already gone.

      I have also registered by SMS booking and booking through SMS has been done on 6 NOV with ref. no 380725 but yet not delivered after 6 days.

      also complaint on bharat gas customer cell a day before yesterday with compalint no 73591.

      Still no actionsssssssssssssss

      At hand Bharat gas is promising for delevery at door step in 24 Hrs while doing it in a month time .....

      Why???????????????

      Lpg Gas Cylinder — All the times phone no's are busy

      I have a LPG INDANE GAS connection with Ananth Gas Agency and whenever I want to book the gas over the phone I find it very difficult to book as all the time all the phone no's are busy.. how is it possible all the time ? and sometimes when its ring..nobody answered. Its really havoc.. personally have to go and book the gas.. thats not possible for me to go to the ananth gas agency office and book the gas as I am working so find it difficult. Kind attention will be highly appreciated.

      We are consumers of LPG gas.Yesterday we had a problem of gas leakage after the agent has delivered the gas to our home.Entire day we faced with gas smell & no body in our house has slept entire night because of fear regarding gas leakage & the sound that is coming out of the outlet...Though we called to the emergency number(Uppal) they haven't responded properly...
      Our sincere request is to understand the customers situation & do the needful when required...

      I am consumer of BP gas with consumer no 21332. My Bharat Gas agency is located in Uppal, RR Dist. I was waiting for gas since one month( I forgot booking number), till now it has not been delivered. Always the stupid phones are busy.. luckely any one lifts phone, they promise to send on the same day, The stupid fellows are waisting lots of time. ( It is repeating every booking)

      Please take action against them.

      I am HP LPG gas customer from 4th dec 1999 name of kuldeep Bisht and my original SV No 1000655 and after some time same connection transfer to patiala Punjab and enjoying HP LPG gas services last 11 Years but I have shifted from Patiala To Mohali on 7th April and contact to .AMAR GAS Service ( code No 965510) SCF 49 Phase 7 Mohali for the same service but they are ignoring due to shortage of gas and office Paper after so many request and call to head office Hosiairpur ( H O :[protected]) also but I have not found any gas cylinder last 10 day aphids and suffering gas poor servicing problem.

      the dealer of my area has closed the agency for three day and no one was attending any calls today when i went to the agency the owner and the staff was there and they were selling the cylinder from back door i asked abut my booking which i booked about 15 days back. the owner replied that today is national holiday and selling is closed my question is that how can that important service can be close for 3 to 4 days

          Today 4th nov 2008 I went to kamlesh kumar petrol pump (BPCL)situated at Gaughat, Allahabad and got my fuel tank filled as usual. Then I asked for getting my tyre pressure checked for which I recieved a rude negetive answer that the machine is out of order. It has been more than six months now that every time I have asked for air, I have got answers like-"No air after 8 pm", " No electricity", " machine out of order", " insufficient staff " etc. Even if in rarest of the rare cases, if the staff gets the work done (that too not without showing a lot of attitude), It has never failed to waste a lot of time of the customer in order to simply discourage him about it in subsequent visits.

          On top of everything, the manager also seems to be in collusion with the staff and tries to defend them by taking their side and subsequently rudely refusing to provide the complaint/visitor's book.
          Having gas connection from last so many years, one thing unique that prices for Gas bottle have gone up but service standard have follen drastically,

          Distributer Name : GAS JET, Thakur pukur, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata, West Bengal.

          i am not able to book my New Gas refil as i am not able to connect, as they open @ 10., none of their telephone line working, either bussy or out of order .

            I am a customer of Anil Enterprises, Old Faridabad which is an Agency of Bharat Gas to supply cooking gas cylinder.I am not geeting the proper service from this agency, wheneve i book the cylinder, they say it will take more than 1 week to deliver as there is shortage going on.This is happening from last one year.i have booked the cylinder 8 days before and today they are saying it will take further 2-3 days, no guarnatee.Also the quality of service is very poor.once there was agas leakage in one of the cylinder they delivered to me 2 months back.the other cylinder they deliverd us last month, lasted only 19 days, seems the quality/quantity was bad.Whenver spoke to their representative, they replied so rudely.

            Can any body look into the problem and help us as i am facing a lots of problem here.

            I am one of the consumer of M/s. Balaram Distributors, 41H, New alipore, Calcutta - 700 053. (Bharat Gas)I was alloted a single cylinder since I took my connection from them. Thereafter I approached them for a second cylinder and was told to wait. The supply was never satisfactory and I have been regularly listening '' the supply is bad, it will take minimum 2 weeks ''. Last booking was done by me on 8th May 2009 vide Booking no. 2566, Consumer No. 21500, and no cylinder was delivered till 27th May 2009. I wish to draw the attention of M/s. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (One of the leading PSU in Oil & gas sector in India) to kindly look into the matter and co-operate with customers like us who are facing such problem with distributors on a regular basis. We need your intervention in such matter. Expecting a favourable reply from your end.

              I am facing problem with your agency in Bharat Gas Gopalpuram, Chennai, TN( opp stella marry college), They people are misguiding and harassing me.I would like to explain my story in brief .Now it your time, how you will take action !!!

              On Sep08, I went to Gas Agency directly as the gas is cylindered was not delivered on time. Those guys were harrassing me / not responding to my call....

                Hi,
                when i was trying to get spare cylender, they are saying " no stock to release spare cylenders, but we have one scheme, means you need to by any item(prestige products or butterfly products) then we release spare one".

                I don't know how its possible, it there really any schemes. let me know please.

                  I approached Balaji gas agency at MS Koil Street, Royapuram at chennai, for getting new domestic LPG connection today. The person Ms.Umayal, there asked me to buy an LPG stove and an Electric Rice cooker from them.When I said I do not require them, she said "in that case she can"t give connection to me"and she shouted at me and insulted me. I am an MBBS Doctor. If even a Medical officer is treated like this at one of your BharatGas outlets, then what will be the fate of other common man visiting there???? Is purchase of such thigs is mandatory to avail an LPG connection? I would like to have clarification regarding this. I would like to meet some responsible higher officer of Bharat Petroleum to make representation in person. I kindly request you to give me the details of such officers in Chennai, at the earliest.                   Dear sir,
                  I am enclosing hear with a application dated 24.01.2009 of Shri, Nand Kishor Sharma R/O, 1020, Kans Gali, Mandi Ramdas MATHURA (Uttar Pradesh)For A New Bharat Gas Connecation to his Mathura Agent M/S.Deep Gas Sirvice, Masani Road, Mathura, But the above are not given the Gas Connecation above are verified address and every thing on14.03.2009 the report are attech with the signed of Mr.Jawhar Lal Agrawal as witness but the Inquary form is Blank till-now.And the above are Forced to Purchase a Poor Quality Gas Stove on Double or Tripul Rate and not given the Connection, So Many time his daughter in law Ruchi Sharma do the Complent againest him but there are no any action againest him, in this regards so many time I personaly call to Mr.Deepak Goel the owner of above Gas agency but he prohibited with out Purchased the Gas stove to him.
                  I would be very grate full if you could kindly do the nessary action as soon as Posible.

                    There was an attempt to malpractice at Advaita Petrol Bunk, on 16 th main road, BTM layout. Though I had clearly asked the operator to fill my diesel tank. He sets the metre for 200 Rs and acts as if he has filled for 200 rs while the cash collector disturbs me . If i was not alert he would have reset the meter filled my tank and charged the extra 200 Rs to me. I have noticed this ha[ppening in many petrol bunks across banglore. someone should investigate this & put an end to innocent people getting conned. I could provide more details like name of operators etc on request.

                    I have faced similar problems in this particular bunk in other bunks as well.

                    Advitha Pertol Bunk, BTM Layout, Bangalore — Wrong meter reading for Petrol Bunk

                    The other day i went for 1litre of petrol to be pumped to a 1litre bottle, they denied it saying they don't pump into bottles. This makes me skeptical about their meter reading.

                    Does 1litre meter reading in Advitha Petrol Bunk is actually equal to 1litre petrol in quantity. I seriously doubt it.

                    I don't know whom to complain this about, so posting it here. Hope the concerned department takes a look at it and will take necessary action.
                    I agree on this 100%. Although this is a common pratice in bangalore the worst is Advaita Petrol Bunk, on 16 th main road, BTM layout. I know several other peoples facing the same problem including me. I have stopped going there from last 6months for this.

                    The Same things happened with me many a times, The Scenario i can explain like

                    I went to the petrol bunk and i asked operator to fill the pertol of Rs 200 and gave my Credit card to him.
                    So he called to another guy to swap the card. That guy put me in a unnessary discussion like

                    "Sir Credit card or debit card, then, Sir pin number, Sir HSBC card etc",

                    in the same moment the guy who was filling the petrol just enter Rs 50 Manually in the meter and actually no pertol was filled, so when i again told him that i want petrlo of Rs 200 he filled the pertol of Rs 150 again,

                    When i catched in Red handed he accepted his cheat and filled again the Petrol of Rs 50,

                    So i just want to say beware from this pertol bunk they are openly doing this kind of cheating every day with n numbers of people,
                    Hi I also faced the same problem many times in this Petrol bunk.

                    When i was not aware of this kind of cheat i lost Rs 50 in the above scenario n numbers of times

                    but when last time i caught them red handed, I Complaint to their manager and their names are

                    1. Vinayak ( The guy who was their manager, and was indeed in this cheat )
                    2. Lokash ( The guy who filled the petrol)
                    3. Shashi ( Card swapper )
                    Today it happened to me, same trap..the cashier distract me talking about some BPC card and the other guy says he already filled Rs.120 worth, though I have asked him to fill for 500 Rs..

                    I noticed my talk was not to the mark that i usually see for 500Rs. worth petrol, I confronted the manager and he acted as if there was a mistake and when i pressed hard, they filled the Rs.120 worth again.

                    Please be aware of this kind of cheating..

                    Also, DEVE GOWDA Petrol Bunk near Banashankari/Kamakya is the worst bunk with worst service. I think they hire professional thieves as attendants, they try to divert your attention and then put less fuel vs what you pay for. Also dear bangaloreans please ensure ZERO on the CORRECT meter. The fuel bunk machine usually has two pipes/meter. These thieves show you the wrong meter with the zero since you cannot see which pipe leads to which meter. It happened to me. However, since I got down from my car, I was able to notice. Please make sure you roll all the windows of your car and get down the car with the key and stay there till the tank is full.

                    SHELL is better but now they did a ridiculous increase in fuel price. 73/Litre of petrol [censored] off, I'm searching for a good alternative.
                    I got cheated today in the same way. Asked to fill diesel for 300. One guy starts filling while another guy comes for cash. I gave hsbc card. he says - madam hsbc machine is cancelled, give me hdfc card. i said i dont have hdfc card n took my purse to get cash. within that, the one who was filling is already finished, and the meter shows 300. When i switched on the ignition, the fuel indicator which was near empty had just moved 1 point for 6.5 litres. He had filled only 3-4 litres for sure.

                      Hello,

                      I was trying to Book a cylinder from Sunday (Emergency Service Available on Holidays), but there was no response to my calls till today (Tuesday - 1645 IST), they deliver the cylinder after 15 days from booking date, now I have lost 3 days just to book the cylinder.
                      Can some on really look in to this and help all the consumers of Harikrishna Gas agency.

                          Tamilnad Govt has announced that producing of Ration Cards in person is not required for refill of LPG for domestic consumers.

                          "Ration Cards should not be insisted upon by LPG distributors in future" - Tamilnadu Government's commissioner for Civil Supplies stated on Sep 12, 2008 vide The Hindu dated on Sep 13, 2008 published from Chennai in the first page itself.
                          Still, the dealers of BPCL in Chennai insisted on ration cards for refilling and denying the supply for bookings.

                          Except in Tamilnadu, nowhere, Ration cards are insisted for refilling in India.

                          Will BPCL authorities take action and instruct to their dealers on this to follow the Govt rule?

                            Address of this agency is -

                            My customer id is - 776407



                            I have booked my gas through phone on 22/10/2008 in rathi gas agency.

                            The incharge / assitant of godown (rathi gas agency) is Mr. Pawan kumar.

                            At 24/10/2008 morning at 6'o clock I gone at godown .
                            So many people are also stand there in line for waiting their number.
                            I was gone there and start waiting for come-out my number. At 8'o clock the godown was opened and they start distributing the gas cylinder to the people those who are in line.

                            Approx 80 people are there in line after distributing the gas to 40 people they stop distributing the gas cylinder and mr pawan told for rest people to submit there cards and come tomorrow for gas cylinder because cylinder are finished.



                            After this thing they load there 4 tempo (200-250 cylinder) and send them to deliver the cylinder in sector areas. But the Main thing is that he gave 20-25 cylinder to a private dealer of that local area without any receipt and number.




                            Its not only first time with me even it happened time to time with every customer of rathi gas agency.
                            And if we will wait for the vendor service then its not sure that when you can get your cylinder because so many time I was waiting for them they took 20-20 days and they haven’t drop the cylinder at home.



                            Kindly take immediate action and inform me as soon as possible.

                              I am writing to complain about our city gas agency named as Ahmedgarh gas agency.Firstly, we have to wait for days when we have to book the cylinder & moreover the owner of the agency act as a dictator when anybody complain about their services they started abusing and using rough words and threat the public if anybody complain about them he would stop their service.
                              Secondly, the terrible distribution system of this agency.You will be surprised to know that their are several villages which are attached to this agency along with our city and inspite of providing good distribution system we have to wait in a very long queqe which is approx. 1km long.everybody have to go for thier jobs but to take the delivery they have to miss their half day.Moreover the selling of cylinder in black is very highin our city.
                              I request you on behalf of my city residents to please look seriouly into the matter and ensure the public the good services in future.Hope for a positive reply soon.

                                On 18.09.2008 I booked for a replacement gas cylinder under wait list no. 10217. After several reminders over the phone, Gas cylinder was delivered on 03.10.2008, after 16 days on 03.10.2008. Their promised deliver time was 10 days and I went to the agency to clarify when I can book the bext cylinder. Staff informed me that I can book for a repklacement cylinder after 21 days from delivery date.

                                Today I called them to book for a replacement cylinder and I was told that the booking can be made only after 25 days from the date of delivery. This is disgusting and it is not my fault that the cylinder was delivered after 16 days of booking.

                                This is the second time that I am complaining about Prateek Enterprises and Bharat Gas, although promised to improve the efficiency of the agency has done nothing and several customers are disatisfied with the agency. I request you to check and see that the deliveries are made witin the promised dates,

                                When Indane has a delivery period 2-3 days I wonder what is wrong with Bharat Gas with a delivery period of 16 days.

                                Bharat Gas — Non delivery within stipulated Date

                                We are holding two gas cylinders of Bharat Gas for last 20 years. The services seems to be getting worse day by day. As per our distributor (Banani Distributor, Gariahat) we have to book a gas only after 15days of Delivery of one cylinder and after the order has been taken it will take another 15-20 days to deliver the gas.
                                So inspite of having two cylinders we are in a big time soup.
                                The delivery man is ready to give gas with Rs.250-300, but refuses to give the original gas in time.

                                Please take action of this terrible situation.

                                  i have a complaint against preeti gas agency nabha that they r not returning the regulator and as well as not picking the phone.So i had a great leakage of cylinder but no soloution for it, then they said send back it but the cylinder was leaking profusly so i had to keep it on the roof

                                  My consumer no is P50096 in Pragati Enterprises (Vishrantwadi) Pune.
                                  I have booked the domestic gas in Pragati Enterprises (Vishrantwadi) on 30th March. I have not received the Gas delievry yet. Whenever I called to them, they are not picking up the phone. In case tey picked up after trying many times, many hours their communication is very rude. They no speak softly to the customer. Also before listening our speech fully, they disconnects the phone.

                                  We are the wroking peros and do not have that much time to follow up to the gas agent. This is very disgusting that the normal person gets the cooking gas after 15 to 25 days after the booking... Sometimes after one month as well.

                                  This is not the first time experience but everytime we need to face and struggle a lot to get just basic facility like cooking gas.

                                    My gas connection No.1104 is with M/s Ess Ess Enterprise, Nehru Vihar, Delhi. Generally their telephone No(s[protected]/23814025 always kept engaged and do, not pick-up. I had booked the above connection on 15th /16th Oct, 08 from my tel.No. 27612367 on toll free No.1712 as well as telephonically but so far I have not received the cylinder. Their service is very poor. May take necessary action.

                                      This Distributor never picked-up phone. Every month we have rush to to agency and book the cylinder. I don't know what is the purpose of having Phone in that agency. Very poor response from the agency.

                                      I face very poor response from Revathi Gas Agency (Hafeezpet, hyderabad) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.

                                      If you can avoid taking a connection from Bharat Gas, pls do. After all these hassles I feel private gas agencies are a better option. These agencies like Bharat Gas are just there to make your life miserable!!

                                      I didn't take the gas since 2 months,
                                      I have booked gas(14897) one month back till now i am n't get the gas..
                                      Vary poor response at BHARAT GAS/REVATHY AGENCIES HAFEEZPET HYDERABAD.
                                      Revethi Gas agency is not at all good... neven pick your call.. they are uneducated people and doesn't know how to talk with customer...no profesionalism...fully gundagiri... someone from bharat gas should take some serious action against the people in this agency otherwise it is shame for bharat gas to provide such gunda people...

                                      Never transfer your gas connection to Revathy Gas Agencies.
                                      SMS deliveries are completely forgotten by this agencies. A booking since 18th January 2012 is pending and still not delivered. Bad really bad.
                                      When i went there to ask about the status of DBC, then they told me that i need to pay 3000+ for it. When i enquired as why this much amount as it should not cost more than 2000 rs then they told me i have to buy pressure coocker otherwise i won't get DBC. When i further enquired as why are you forcing us to buy pressure cooker then gentleman at the otherside of the desk told me that it is company supplied and i have to buy.

                                      Like a good citizen, i lodged the complaint in the ebharat gas website. Within hours of posting the complaint they update the status as "ACTION TAKEN". I am still wondering what type of action was taken so i went to same agency once more and got the same reply (like buying pressure cooker :)). So then i realised that it is ritual at ebharat gas to update the complaint status just to FOOL us. I even tried complaining in PGP portal (public grievance portal) but no success as after 15 days did not get any response from them.

                                      Anyway i don't know what should i do now. Only option i am left it to pay them 3000 rs so that i could get the DBC.
