I have Gas connection of Bharath Gas from Mahadeshwara Gas from Mandya. I took the new connection 2 years back. till today he has not issued me the second cylinder. Whenever I sak him, he always tells, come next week or after 10 days, etc. Now he is telling that he will issue 2nd cylinder next week, but I have to buy a 10 li Cooker of Rs.1720.
My complaint is What is the procedure for booking a new connection and 2nd cylinder? They don't follow any rules. Only When I took some known person to him he gave me new connection. Now again he is harassing me for the 2nd cylinder.
Hope somebody will take notice of this do the needful.

Even I am facing the same problem. I have a Bharat gas connection since 2003. My agency name is Sharman Gas Company, C4/15, (Sagar Sadan), Krishna Nagar, Delhi. Whenever I asked for an Add-on Cylinder they say Bharat Gas company stopped giving 2nd cylinder. I don't know how to check whether it is true or not or when Bharat Gas is planning to open second cylinder connection. I visited Bharat Gas website which even does not have a link to put a request for 2nd cylinder.

Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

Bharat Gas — purchase new connection but not issued me

Dear Sir,

A person who's name is Nirmal Singh is working in Bharat Gas Agency Badkhal, Faridabad, has taken that all needy document, amount and original Gas Connection copy for the new connection but still i didnt get any responce by him, while i have visited that place for complain and to know about the connection but neither meet that person nor other one took any action.

Please take necessary action against this complain.

It is an irresponsible matter from Bharat Gas Officials
you are not advised to go for Bharat Gas, refrain from them.

Story from Mandya:

Mahadeshwara Gas at 100 feet road at Mandya is doing great(!?) business trick; They force their customers to buy RICE, TEA POWDER, SUNFLOWER OIL(75/- per liter!! You must buy 4 liters one shot with new connection), GAS TROLLY(300/-), PRESSURE COOKER 10 Liters capacity at 1800/- (which you will never be able to use if your family is small).
The manager behaves so arrogantly that you feel you are punched to ground. I feel Bharat gas should hold a MANNERS CLASS for their dealers. What if a person is unable to pay for all their whims and fancies? Authorities sholu look into these kind of dirty tricks and warn them or cancel their dealership.

Bharat Gas — not issue 2nd cylinder

Bharat Gas — 2nd cylinder

I booked 2nd cylender two years back still now i havent reveiced . Last week i got one call from Prateek enterprises and asking me to pay Rs,3500 /-.thsi agency is foucesing to purchages other cooking accosaries with this. I already having this items and suggust me for further.

I come to know that some people are selling cylender in black ( Rs2500 to 3000 ).

Any one can see thsi and give us teh justice.

Bharat Gas — Regarding 2nd cylinder connection

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am having LPG GAS Connection Ref.Consumer.Number: 39970 in the name of Pradeep Raut at Bharat Gas from M/s. Pushpam Gas Agency Bibvewadi, Pune Dist.Pune, Maharashtra. Last two months back i have applied second gas cylinder so far they have not supplied.personally i call to agency regarding second cylinder, they said that it will take more time and demand is high due to that they unable to supply second gas cylinder. But i am facing a problem with one LPG Gas cylinder at present.

This is much delay is not acceptable. Kindly look in to the matter and arrange to supply the second cylinder to me as early as possible.

    Bharat gas agency at Yelahanka, Bangalore are very much delaying to deliver the refill gas. If we book the gas even after 15 days also after repeated reminder we are not able to get the cylinder. pl. let me know in how days the agency should deliver the gas to us as per the BPCL order. If I call the agency only they say that "No Stock sir, we have not received the load". Is it the problem of the agency or with the Bharat gas supplier.

      1. I have booked for a refill through the website (http://www.ebharatgas.com) on 11th september 2008. (Order No. :275024 Name of Distributor:BASAVESHWARA BHARATGAS AGENCY) also I have booked the same over phone[protected] with the agency on the same day. But till todate I haven’t received the refill cylinder.

      2. It is a pain to book a refill over telephone from Basaveswara Bharat gas Agency (126913)through phone nos.[protected]&[protected].the phone was always showed engaged or whenever it rang it was not attended. It is a repeating story every month. My neighbors also has the same complaint. I try to book through SMS to[protected]. but the SMS was blocked to this phone.
      I have booked a complaint with the bharat gas in this regard, but without any redressal.

      Bharat Gas — non booking on time

      Our distributor M/s Ashwani Gas, Ashok Nagar has delivered the LPG cylander after 10-15 days from the date of its booking every time and they are taking next booking after 21 days from the date of previous delivery instead of date of booking.
      yea I agree with your words, because I am facing the same problem.

      I am a consumer of Bharat Gas vide consumer No.: S-10467 registered with M D Enterprises, 5-Vishal Market, Permanand Colony, Delhi.
      I want to draw your attention towards un-respectful and non-cooperative attitude of the dealer and the staff of M D Enterprises, 5-Vishal Market, Permanand Colony, Delhi. I submit my complaint as under:

      1) The telephone Nos. 27224950 and 27118559 goes always busy for days altogether and one will not be able to book a refill despite best efforts of days together over telephone.
      2) On the 14th or 15th of January’ 2010, I went to the agency personally and physically to book a refill/cylinder with my complaint of about non- availability of telephone. I was suggested to book a cylinder through SMS>lpg>52725. I was asked to get registered with them for SMS service to which I happily agreed and offered two mobile Nos [protected] & [protected] and they assured me that next time I shall be able to book a cylinder through a very simple process of SMS.
      3) Now I have been trying to book my cylinder through SMS but to my amaze I am getting a reply that I have not been registered yet for the service yet. Surprising that after elapse of more then 20 days my request to register my self for SMS service is still pending with the agency. And telephone is working to book a cylinder. It is always giving busy tone for the last 3days.
      4) When I got to their place on the 15th of January, 2010 with a request to gather a cylinder from their Godown as I had exhausted my cylinder, I was told that it is not possible as the cylinder can be delivered only after 7 days of booking.
      5) On heated exchange of words and a threat to complaint over internet, my cylinder has reached my home before I reached. And even the empty was lifted and replaced the refill without money (which was collected later) from my roof in my absence.

      Please help and this agency to behave in business like manner.
      Hi All,

      I truly agree that Manav enterprises has the worst customer care in terms bad delivery, non pick up of calls, extra charges.I booked a gas via telephone call to[protected] on 15th June and I was told that my booking is done and it will be delievered ater 25 days.I called up on 12th July to check the status and I was told no booking is done for my consumer no on June 15th.I havent got the gas till now and I am suffering.

      Please cancel the license of this Manav enterprises at Fraser town Bangalore.It would be a great justice and kind act to humankind if you do so.God will bless you if you do so.

      I have applied for new gas connection and submitted the application on dated 13/6/2012 to M/s Bharat Gas Raja Garden Chowk, New Delhi. Every time whenever I called up telephonically and personally for my new connection, they have given no satisfactory response, only simple words they have spoken that new connection will be made available next month. This practice is still continued.

      Please let me know when I get my new connection, wasting my time again and again to follow the matter.

      Kindly look into the matter as early as possible.

        We are your customer our connection 14959. we are booked (M/s Hitesh Gas Agencie Sidhipura Paharganj) cylinder on dt 17.09.08 our booking number 4718 but till date not delivered gas cylinder. We are asking concern person he saying again again 2 or 3 days delivered then we are call after 3 days for cylinder he pick the phone out side.

          my Consumer ID: 32187

          I face very poor response from Rashmi Gas Agency (tel no: +[protected]/02) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.

          One more thing I have one cylinder now and I went for 2nd cylinder. They told me that I can get it but I have to pay 3000 +
          because they told with this 2nd cylinder I have to purchase some home appliance, like mixer or pressure coocker etc, If you have this item in your home syill you have to take one more otherwise they will not give 2nd cylinder.
          This distributor doesn’t know the basic ethics of serving customers, through phone booking is almost impossible. Also visiting that office for booking also not easy job.Whenver I visit that office seeing many unhappy customers, not sure why India’s reputed company had such kind of corrupt distributor, can’t they stop their agency or warn them?

            I am consumer of Bharat Gas for last 20 years. I am having only one gas cylender against my connection No. 6563 (Kamala Gas service Nehru Nagar Ghaziabad.). I am not getting double cylender due to the reasons one and another. Now I contacted the agency when the DBC system is open, they say that you are already having double cylender as per their record in their computer. Actually I am having only one cylender and security for only one cylender has been deposited by me. It is not understood that how they say that I am having double cylender. Kindly issue instructions to issue me another cylender under DBC scheme as I am facing great problem. I am a sr. citizen and feel problem to obtain gas from Godown of Agency in case when gas finished suddenly. Thanks

              Sir, I have been transfered from Guwahati to Delhi. I surrendered the connection of LPG which was issued to me in my name on Septeber 9, 2008 to City gas Agency, Basistha Road, Beltola, Guwahati-28 and they issued me transfred voucher for Delhi, Unfortunatly my transfer voucher has been lost during transit the laggege of goods. Please issue another transfer voucher or duplicate. let me know the procedure for requsting.

                I am so many times applied for new connection in Bharat gas at velaceryy (Munusamy gas agency ) last 2 years. They will consider anything simply thery are saying come after one month.

                I think thery are selling new gas connection for bribe or illegally or to the hotels.

                Kindly take necessary action against the velachery Bharath gas agency ( Munusamy )

                  I, Baijnath Kaushik, having a gas connection from bharat gas and my consumer no is 25484, at Vasundhra, ghaziabad and was connected to
                  Distributor code-52194, Vishnu Jyoti gas service, Block no 1, Sector-14, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. This is to inform you that last month on 27/08/2008, i have shifted to dehradun, therefore I have deposited my gas cylinders at ghaziabad office and my termination voucher is TV 053, at dehradun when I have contacted my nearest distributor Arbind Gas (Race Course road), they have asked me to submit a photocopy and then they just put a query stamp asking the Vishnu Jyoti gas service, Block no 1, Sector-14, Vaishali, Ghaziabad to confirm that TV voucher is issued by is correct and asked me to send by registerd post which I have sent on 02/09/2008 by registerd post SP EE[protected] IN, after 20 days when I am enquiring from Vishnu Jyoti gas service, Block no 1, Sector-14, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, there are saying that we have not recieved your registered post, and here at dehradun when Iam enquiring they are saying that we have not recieved your reciept. Last one month my family is suffering due non availability of gas, I shall be highly obliged in this regard, please kindly forward my complaints to the authority to take appropriate action in this regrad.

                  So you are requested to look in this matter & do the needful.
                  & if not possible then provide us food bills for hotels. from Bharat gas.
                  We don't expects this kind of [censored]s from such a big gas service providers agents.

                    I am getting half filled cylinder/ water filled in the cylinder on regular basis, inspite of giving the complaint to respective agency, no appropriate action is taken.

                    I am getting 5-6 kg gas less in each cylinder from last 3 months.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I am a consumer of Bharatgas. My consumer No. is SG-14792. The distributor is Shriram Gas Agency, 3073, Suvarna Nagari Society, Near Anandnagar, Sinhgad Road, Pune-411051 (Maharashtra). Their phone nos. are [protected] & [protected].
                      The distributor has given me a gas connection with single cylender on 21/08/2007. On the same day I have booked for a second one. My waiting No. of second cylender is 1644.
                      Even after a period of 1 year the distributor neither give me the second cylender nor explains the present status of supply of second cylender.
                      To worsen the situation without considering our accute position created due to single cylender, he supplied the refilled gas after 12 to 15 days from the date of requisition.
                      I am annoyed by the poor service of the distributor and Bharatgas but I can't find the alternative.
                      Please held me and ask the distributor/Bharatgas to supply me the second cylender immediately and the refilled cylender should immediately be supplied after requisition.

                        I want to bring into notice that I have gas connection with M/S Anand Gas Services Connection No-29280. whenever we try to book the gas cylinder. we are informed by the gas agency that our connection has closed without any reason. we have already registered complaint to you by email many times. but no response. but I saw my booking status at internet, it has been delivered time to time every month.                           Delivery man Mr.Vishwas Kedare of M/s.Anand Gas Agency (Ahmednagar) had visited my home for cylinder delivery he demanded Rs.10/- above the reciept amount of Rs.341.51 & said that Cylinder cost is higher by Rs.5/- than the reciept printed price & Rs.5/- for delivery. I refused & told i will pay as per the reciept He replied that Ok then I will see how you are getting the delivery of cylinder timely & delivered to your door step as I am the only delivery man. I have also mentioned the complaint on the back reciept slip. I have also taken in writing the reciept of additional Rs.10/- on the customer copy reciept along with his signature.

                          I want to know the exact price of cylinder delivered at our door step in my area & how much we have to pay to del;ivery man.

                          You are kindly requested to guide & reply in 7 working days or else I am lodging the complaint in consumer court.

                            I am consumer of Bharat Gas serviced by Ganapathiraja Agency in Jayanagar.

                            Never ever i get thourgh the phone provided by the agency. Even after 30 calls, no one picks up the calls here.

                            Used SMS booking, twice i got the confirmation, but yet to get the cylinder.

                            Horroible experience for last 2 years.

                              I have booked cylinder for refiling on 21st August'2008. but till today(25th august) not delivered the cylinder. It is very very poor Seriveds.

                              I had booked online Bharat Gas consumer no. 20631 Friends Gas Agency, Sukhdev Vihar for the refilling of PLG cylinder on date 19.03.10 but yet today on 13.04.10 there is no response the bharat gas site showing the delivery of gas.
                              I had Booked for the LPG cylinder consumer no.125 in the name of satnam singhj on dt. 10.09.2010 but till today on 22.09.2010have not recieved the cylinder yet. i have been calling the distributor jagadamba gass buria chonk jagadhri. but they could not attend the phone call please take action and solved my problem which is created every month.

                                members this is very pity situation that we people are facing everyday in most of the petrol pumps across cuttack and bhubaneswar, petrols are sold at the price of 55 rupees in the name of higher grade petrol like speed, power and xtra premium where as in terms of service there is no difference.The consumer are not given any choice to buy the general petrol this makes me feel that as if this is additional burden of 5 rupee is given to us and when we are complaing they are saying that we should not fill petrol and wait for the general petrol to come.
                                Is it the status of consumer in India but everyday the adds of GRAHAK JAGO is brodcasted by govt this nothin but robbery in front of everyone.

                                BPCL & HP — Petrol

                                On 29.11.09 night around 8.00pm my scooty dried up without petrol near by Erukenchery high road Chennai. I went to near by Petrol Bunk in Erukenchery High road (BPCL & HP) to put petrol for Rs.30 .they didn’t put the petrol for me because they minimum amount they put for Rs.40 only.
                                Please clarify whether the consumer have rights to ask to put petrol below the minimum amount mentioned by the petrol companies.

                                  This is Poonam, I am a Bharat gas consumer for past 35 years. I stay in Hyderabad in an apartment where there are 500 flats and most of the people has bharat gas connection. We not happy with the service as it is not quick, accurate and not satisfactory. I have booked LPG refill request on 12 September 2013. However till now I haven't got the delivery. When we call they never lift the call and even if they happen to lift they give false information that we are sending out the LPG Cylinder but no one turns up. Every time they give false promise. We are fed up with the lazy and the irresponsible service been provided. We even have the incharge person mobile no Mrs Sundari but she never lifts the call. It is not only me and my family been affected because of this torcher but in my society most of the families are affected. Hence I request you to please take an immediate action against the irresponsible people at Prakash Home appliances, a dealer in in Uppal location in Secunderabad Andra Pradesh.

                                    the bharath petroleum pump in pallavaram ( tn lorry owners federation (tnlof) bpcl bunk) is one of the worst bunks of bharath petroleum.

                                    these people here never make consumers ensure zero before putting petrol. i have suffered a lot of times . i have a bharath petroleum petrocard so i am forced to use this bunk frequently. even today i had picked up a fight when i went in my car and asked them to put 5 litres of petrol. just when i turned back the meter showed 1.44l . i argued with them asking why was i not told to ensure zero before putting petrol and what i got back was a abuse in filthy tamil language. i told them i will not pay a single paisa and retorted and came back. i also took a photo of the meter saying i gonna file a complaint

                                    and another thing i have seen here is that these people cheat on quantity of fuel too. normally my santro gives 100-104 kms/10 litres of petrol in any other bpcl bunk but in this bunk petrol it gives me only 85-90 kms/ 10 litres. i really wanna complain about this bunk to bpcl. but i dont think they will even see my complaint. so i am registering it here

                                    The behaviour of Staff very rood, Iam the customer of the bunk since 10 years, last two month they have not maintain Ordinary Petrol, and to sale the Speed Petrol Only and the attituted of staff is very rash as you wish to purchase the petrol and not. They cheated the customers, the autometic fuel locking system is their but they cut before the number is came but fuel is cut. They says the system is not worked it is recently reinnovated bunk the attitute of the staff is cheating mentality, the owners are not interested to solve the problem.

                                      I have bought gas stove (ISI mark) with rubber tube from a local vendor. Now, when I want new Bharat Gas connection, Vinayak Gas Agency of Chembur Colony is forcing me to buy the hot plate again which is a waste for me. Please help.

                                      I am also facing same problem, that my requirement is just a cylinder, but Tirupathi Gas Service (bharat gas distrs) Bhayandar (e) is says that i have to buy complete set, That is Cylinder, hot plate, regolater & pipe.It is waste of money. I have all the required accessories, need only cylinder.

                                      Four months before i booked for a new gas connection. First i was told that i will get the connection in two monts, but it has now yet been provided.On enqiury the authorities at Raka Gas Serviece, Chinchwad, Pune said that the company has stopped providing the new gas connection at present. But ur website suggest that there is no shortage of gas supply and the new connection is provided.Please can i get the clear idea of when will it be available.

                                        i am a bharat gas consumer for the pas 27 years and using LPG (domestic) at home.

                                        I have moved around states and presently in TN after being a IAF person for 15 yrs.

                                        Now for gas cylinder booking time and again they ask for ration card.
                                        Is it a must ?
                                        secondly, can i not have an secondly connection, as have a large family with my in-laws, having two house Nos., two water connections, two EB connection...etc ???????
