I HAVE BOOKED THE GAS ON[protected] BUT STILL NOW WE DINT RECEIVED GAS CYLINDER, TODAY ITS A 01/09/2008.HOW MANY DAYS WE SHOULD HAVE FOOD THROUGH HOTELS, BECAOUSE OF HAVING FOOD OUTSIDE MY FAMILY ARE SUFFERING FROM FEVER.
Whenever I called there, an operator hands over the call to the delivery staff. The delivery staff takes the address details & ends up the call confirming the delivery "TODAY" This "Today" never arrise & he never turns up. What should we do ????
SERIOUSLY, ANUGRAHA AGENCIES OF BHARATGAS HAS A WORST SERVING.TODAY WE HAVE FINISHED 18 DAYS WITHOUT GAS.I WANT YOU TO TAKE A IMMIDIEATE ACTION, OTHERWISE I'LL PUT THE CASE ON IT & I HAVE MENTIONED THE PHONE NUMBER ALSO OF ANUGRAHA AGENCIES

I belong Hanumangarh Junction- Rajasthan. Here no BPCL Dealer, due to some problem in last year dealership cancel. Here handle Rawatsar Dealer.
Hanumangarh City is very big city, Hanumangarh divde two parts Junction and Town. Rawatsar Dealer stablish only only office at Town. Mr. Dealer change daily new contact no. How can we get it. We stagale dialy these problem. No action taken by govt. Last one month no LPG distribute. Please solve these problem as soon and taken action on urgent basis.
I wrote a complaint to their Regional Manager, and marked copies to all higher ups upto Ministry of Petroleum and a copy to District Magistrate.
Now they swung into action, gave me written assurances to provide better services. Now I get gas comparatively easily, although I know they are still into their old ways with other customers, but it is upto them to take up the issue.
You people should write to higher-ups then only these guys will listen to you.
