Dear Sir,

We have a gas connection with Bharat Gas - Our dealer is Madam Enterprises now which is Bommanahalli, My Consumer Nos: 37523 and my booking No: 5812 i have booked the gas nearly 20 days ago but i dont know what has happend to them inspite of constanct reminders (atleast 3 times a day) yet to deliver. and worst thing is they say from past 4 days they will deliver the gas like a fool i was waiting there at home. Now you tell me What should i do ...

I am also having Gas connection with Madam enterprises. I booked on 30th Oct, 08. It is nearly a month today. Still i have not received my cylinder. For the fast 15 days, I am making a call to that agency. Whenever i contact them, they used to tell "it will be delivered today evening". But still they have not delivered it. Also the quantity of delivered cylinder was less . Simply I am wasting my time for calling and asking them again and again. They will never give proper and true responses. They can tell the correct date they can deliver .But they will promise and never keep their promises. Every day I had to get permission from my manager and leave early to receive the cylinder. But the delivery guys wont come in the evening. They are not even considering about the customers problems.
respected sir, we applied gas, for 25 day before. but still we did not get any delivery and proper respondse. so kindly consider about us. we were joint family, so its very hard. thank you.

I have booked for refilling my cylinder to your distributor M/s Anand Gas Services, Badarpur, New Delhi Code No 113541on 29th July, 2010. But despite 7 days have been passed still delivery has not been taken plac. Further, your distributor deliberatly put the telephones on engaged mood that no body contact them over phone. Pl help.

    sir my name is kamlesh kumar i live at chirkunda dhanbad jharkhand, i have a gas connection of bharat gas consumer no EE10812 two cylinder agency named ekta gas agency kalimanda.i booked Cylinder before 25 days but i cant get any gas cylinder till date they said out of stock . now my second gas cylinder is also ended and i booked it for home delivery.they take many time for delivering when i want or ask for booking number they never say number only said you will got gas tomorrow.every time they make many type of excuse or say plzz book your cylinder again ... now how it is possible ???????

    sir my name is Md.         I work with Canara Bank and have been transfered to Dhulian and have no HP gas agency here. On approaching Sheetal Gas agency for transfer of HP gas, one Mr Nemani (who is the financer and handling Sheetal gas agency) told me that only new domestic gas connection will be issued, also new connection will only be issued on purchasing gas stove from them which is costing around Rs.1800/-, he told that the parent company provides connection only with gas stove and without it the new connections are not released. I am already having an ISI gas stove with my HP connection, which i am not able to transfer to Dhuliyan, as there is no HP agency here, I showed the stove receipts to him but he declined to listen. I am asked to pay 5000/- for new connection with gas stove and without stove connection will not be released. Ms Sheetal -proprietor was not available for her comments. She is only for name sake as the agency is financed by Mr Nemani and others and she has no control. Please help me in getting a domestic connection at the actual cost of the cylinders without insisting for new gas stove.

          in our area mahmudabad dist.sitapur u.p. usha bharat gass service is not doing home dilivery of gass and booking of gass has no any roole gass dilivery is on his mercy fully dictatorship is created by him. blackmarketing is on peack .pleas do something because i & all publick of area which is joint by this dealer are very puzile .no any rules are adopeted by him of bharat gass from first dilevery to second dilevery take time near about 45 days.

          i am a conection holder of M/S VIMAL-KAMAL GAS AGENCY BIHTA PATNA BIHAR-801103.I apply for a rifil cylinder on 24 aug 08, and I was told that i will get within 28 days.But when i went there after one month i was told that your connection no will be coming after one month.If this is the way to distribute the cylinder then not only me your most of the connections are going in hell.And let me tell you that the behaviour of your staff is not satisfactory.Pl look into yhe matter.
          Dear Sir,

          I belongs to Surendranagar Gujarat. In our region we are not getting customer satisfaction service at all. When we apply for refil of cylinder we are informed that it will take week time but after week time it is not dilevered on the time. Again when we ask the status, they inform us that there is shortage of man power. you come and take it from our office. working time of office is upto 6 PM but at 5.30 PM they close it. they dont even listen to customer also & behaves rudely. from 12.45 to 3.00 PM is for their lunch time. If we go in between time come after 3.00 PM "If you want cylinder" they reply. We are totally unsatisfied with the service. In the growing age we are facing much more difficulties. Pl do needfull otherwise it seems that we are paying for getting gass connection with Bharat Gas.
          Dear Sir,

          I want to log complaint aginst your dealer M/S Rajora gass Agency Vill, Balluana Abohar (Punjab) as mention below.

          1) The home delivery of this dealer is completely off
          2) The behavior of their employees is very rough with costumers and they tell the customers for load and unload cylinders in his truck.
          3) They are giving always wrong information to customers about coming of gass truck.

          Two year ago, Nijam interpri.(Belsand, Sitamarhi, Bihar) open a gass Counter in Runnisaidpur, Sitamarhi. 1200 HP gass Custermer in this area.Close his counter in Oct' 09.
          So very problem in this area.Please slove the problem.

          Bharat Gas — Not deliveing on time

          Hello,

          This complain is regarding no delivery of LPG from bharat gas in Rohtak, Haryana.

          When we book it on phone, staff of bharat gas says to come to office. When we go to office they say you will get it after 1 week. Usually it is 21 days time to refill. But they are giving it after 2 months and selling it in black by keeping their margin. Staff members mis-behave like anything.

          Please do the needful.

            This worst gas agency i ever encounterd, just for one transfer of gas connection they made me to run arund 20 days and still i havent got he same, infact they are asking something .If any one please help me on the same .Gas agancy phone no is[protected] and the manager doesnt come on line, The grivence cell of BPCL is of no use
            I have submitted my double Cylinders, documents and regulators on 28.11.2008 @ Sangareddy, Medak dist (Vinay Gas Agency ) on that time under control of incharge Zaheerabad Prem Kumar)

            After completion of six months also I have not received Transfer voucher from him, I have suffered a lot my self and my family and also my friends.

            There are demanding somthing

            I request your good self to condiser the same at the earliest, and I have given a complaint board on 20.05.2009 so I have not received any reply.

              WE HAD PURCHASED SPEED PETROL FROM BPCL PETROL PUMP DEALER, NR 200 FEET EXPRESS HIGHWAY FLYOVER, SIRSI ROAD, JAIPUR 302012 2 TIME IN OUR SCOOTER AND 1 TIME IN OUR CAR ALSO, CAME TO KNOW THAT PETROL QUALITY NOT GOOD.

              AND WHEN WE PURCHASE PETROL FROM ANOTHER BPCL DEALER
              OUR VEHICLES RUNNING VERY GOOD, THIS CLEAR CUT INDICATE
              THAT YOUR SIRSI ROAD DEALER NOT SUPPLYING GOOD SPEED PETROL.

                I was visited to Bharat Gas Distributer for New connection Booking to my Home for Cooking, but the Distributor's staff was Refused my request as Registration of Booking of New connection.

                The Bharat Gas Distributor's Details:

                  Sir,
                  I am Alli Sasi . My domestic gas Cyllinder connection details are, Card Serial number 1740618; Customer Number: 7763; SV Number And Date :[protected], 19/11/2004; Distributors code is CC621729 (SREE GOVIND BHARATGAS Agencies, Ferry Road, Moothakunnam). I was booked for a gas cyllinder(refilling) on 21/7/2008, but they didn't supply the cyllinder yet (26/8/2008). I booked for the cyllinder first on 21/7/2008 and after a week (2/8/2008) I called again, but then also they didn't supply the gas cyllinder, after that I called for rebooking on 8/8/2008, 16/8/2008, 18/8/2008, 22/8/2008, 25/8/2008 these days, And each and every time they said, "TOMMORROW WE WILL SUPPLY THE CYLLINDER". And they cheat me for 35 days. Please admit my request

                    WE ARE TAKING CYLINDERS THRU UR DEALER M/S PON KALIAMMAN AGENCY, GANPATHY, COIMBATORE.

                    I BOOKED FOR MY CYLINDER MORE THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE. STILL THEY ARE NOT SUPPLY TO ME.

                    THIS IS NOT ONLY FIRST TIME. PAST 7, 8 MONTHS WE R FACING THIS PROBLEM

                    WHENEVER WE TRY TO BOOK OUR ORDER, JUST THEY KEEP THEIR TELEPHONES ON IDLE STAGE, AND ALWAYS IT'S BUSY.

                    KIDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IMMEDIATLY.

                    Sir,
                    I have to say that I am the customer of “Bharat Gas” under "Surya Gas Agencies, Sipri Bazar, Jhansi – 284 003 (U.P.)" & my consumer No.7706. I have not get gas in a time. I have reminding him many times after booking that please delivered the gas but I can not get. I have not get gas which is booked on[protected] till yet after that reminding several times but there is no response received. The staff said that we send today or tomorrow but there is no sending. I complaint to S.O. Mr. Rohilla on 4th March, 5th March & 6th March, 2009 and the reply received from him was just disgusting. We expect that he is getting salary to exhaust his duty and to work in public interest.
                    I request you to take a serious action against "Surya Gas Agency, Sipri Bazar, Jhansi and also against Sales Officer Mr. Rohilla.

                      There has been rediculous delay in delivery of gas cylinder for Pimple Saudagar area. It takes around a month for delivery of gas from the concerned delivery man of this area. He is getting caught selling cylinder for black but no action has been taken in this regard.

                      I would like to bring forward the way the local Kodihalli ( Bangalore ) Bharat Gas distributor has been dealing. Bharat Gas is known for its prompt service but this buy has been an utter nonsense in the name of Bharat Gas.

                      I have requested for a transfer of my connetcion from Hyderabad to Bangalore ( the local vendor being the Kodihalli branch, i approached them ) and it has been 20 days now. In normal circumstances, it should happen then and there itself with whatever documents they need, but they have been making me run behind them since last 20 days and everytime I call them I am asked to call back after 2-3 days. Being disgusted, if I bump to the branch, I am commiting a big crime, because that's the way they talk, they behave.

                      Tell me in what way you can help me in this democracy.
                      I agree with Gaurav. Their service is pathetic. You are lucky if you get cylinder even after one month of submitting cylinder request. They don't care even if we complaint...
                      yes pimple saudagar area faces a lot of difficulties in terms of gas supply...bharat gas is a big thief
                      I have never seen a more shabby display of customer care... The distributors (Sandesh Gas Agency, Pimpri) assume that once if you tell them the delivery should be on a weekend, then it implies that all deliberies are on weekends... off late the weekend delivery is non-functional so they aren't even delivering on weekdays cause we mentioned once that the delivery should be on a weekend... The counter people are absolutely oblivious to manners and how to talk properly... you call them to complain and they straight forward hang up on you... If this is customer care then i guess bharat gas should just chuck the idea of doing well in this area, out the window...
                      This is a great opportunity for private players like Reliance gas ...

                        1. The agency has provided 5 Tel nos. to their consumers but all of them are busy always. If, luckly I make a booking for refilling a cylinder, it does not get delivered on time. If I enquire about the delivery, the help desk person does not speak gently and try to cut the phone as soon as possible.

And the another thing is when I am asking for book the second cilinder they have always replying that, come after two months, this is already happened 4 times with me.
                        I don't know what the heck do they do with the phone line. I went to the booking office checked that the receiver of phones were kept properly on the phone, still when i tried to call on those numbers, being in the office it said that the numbers are busy, though non of the guys sitting there received any call nor were busy on line. These guys really don't care about the customers time and money value. And if by luck the phone gets connected they do not even bother to pick it up and answer the call.

                        Yes this is very true, I am tryin to book my cylinder for last 2 months, I booked it by visiting the agency shop at the end.
                        I called there office from there entrance and phone was ringing and no - one was picking it up, so i asked why the phone was not picked up, and told the lady that i was checking how you people handles phone calls, On that reaction from all the 3 operators was very rude.
                        this is fact that they dont care for costomers atall.

                        I too agree with the above complaint as I too am facing the same problem that we keep on trying to call 2-3 numbers are always busy and 1 or 2 though ringing are not being picked up and I have land up doing the booking by visiting the shop. There we find the ladies busy talking to each other without bothered to pickup the phones which are ringings and when asked y the phone is not being picked a rude reply. I feel though all the above complaints are being put up here from very long the same situation exist till date and no action is being taken place. Its better to replace the ladies to a male staff handling the calls or keep a separate person to pickup the calls and handle the customer or the ladies to be seated separately or with a partition in between them

                          I am having Bharat Gas Connnection consumer code 18449 in Chennai.I had never got problems when I had this connection in my native place Jharkhand and even in Bangalore.I had transfered the gas from Bangalore to Chennai last year.Now this agency is asking for rashan card to book the gas cylinder, and when I gave my native town rashan card, they are not accepting it and saying if you are not going to produce TamilNadu rashan card next month, we will cancel the connection.They are not giving the proper guidance also, When I asked for alternative solution.I cannot remove my name from rashan card which I am having now and they are saying to remove your name from the rashan card of your native place and apply fresh rashan card in Tamilnadu, if not we are not going to book gas cylinder for you.I am in big trouble now.I am staying in chennai currently as a bachelor and I am facing lot of difficulties while communicating to bharat gas agency peoples.Kindly look into matter seriously and give me some proper solution what to do? I am eagerly waiting for your response.Kindly do the needful.

                          Im here to complaint abt the velachery bharath gas agency, in this agency im not getting proper reply.These guys when ever i go, they are asking for rashan card, even my wife is working as a Government employee, i showed her ID card, they are not providing.Once they accepted saying we need to buy a grinder or 3 burner stove for that.i even accepted for that, when i go there for the next time, they use to say, now they are not providing anything, we need to come nxt month.Like this they are keep on telling.Kindly take this as a serious issue, and work on it.im affected for the last 4 months.

                            My husband had applied for a new connection on 19/01/2008 & till date we have not got any response as they keep telling us that no new connections are being issued currently.

                            We are hence buying LPG (Bharat Gas) from a local supplier & these cylinder do not last more than 10 - 12 days.

                            I have applied for new connection of Bharath gas in Sree narayana gas agency vadakkenchery, palakkad dist, kerala state on 2008 onwards, they were no sent any information to me about connections.I went to the agency office they said the connection already passed, if you want connection will give but will purchase compulsory from our agency a product iron box, gas stove, pressure cooker etc.what I can do in this matter?where is go to complaint?

                                  I had booked the cylinder on 12 February 2009 and yet the gas cylinder is not delivered. Almost its one month now, its really frustrating and annoying.
                                  I had visited to your office and also calling your executives daily. But the commitment that you give on the phone is not met.

                                  This is the first booking after shifting to the new residence. If first impression of your service is so much annoying then it becomes difficut to continue with your services.If you cannot provide proper services then let me know the way to transfer the connection to a different vendor.

                                    We are using Bharat Gas since two years. My cust no:10150. Since from the past four months we are facing delay in delivery of gas cylinder. Nearly it takes 20-25 days. We make a call to the distributor daily. But they told to delivery it in an hr. But it was not like this. Even though we are using double cylinder we suffer a lot. Pls try to deliver as early as possible to avoid dissatisfaction of customer.
                                    I am very annoyed and angry with the Bharat Gas Service in Greater Kailash I have booked the gas on 20 January, 2009 and till date no gas has delivered to us. We are continously following up these people by dialing their phone number but they are not picking or engage their phone numbers. The gas is over with in 15-20 days . We have complained them so many times but still the delivery boy never brings the weight machine with them.                                       Demo Gas Agency in Jhilmil is providing cylinders with water filled in it. My consumer ID is 13897 and the cylinder that I was provided from the agency has water in it. Almost every time the cylinder lasts for about a month. This time it got over in less than 20 days. I later found that the cylinder contains water in it. I called up the agency to lodge a complain and the person on the other side was reluctant to give his name in spit of my insisting a number of times.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I had booked for a cylinder on 23.07.2008 . Its more than 40 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the Raj gas agency, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District, Tamil Nadu (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered. There is very poor response and guilty answer from them. Please take necessary action to regularise it. I want one request to the Bharat Gas Agencies, to give advise to follow the proper displaying of the rules and regulations, and how many days wants to weight etc.
                                        Open display is necessary. That will avoid the confusion of the customer and also misusing of the agencies. Sorry for the previous complaint the date wrongly mentioned as 23-08-08 for 23-07-08.
