This is my repeat experience..
regarding the LD BHAVE Bajirao Road supplier.

The phone no 24473311 is either engage or no body attends it ( keeps on ringing.).
I tried to contact H office at Deccan Gymkhana no 25521817 last few times..
It works but to follow up many a times. Mr. Marathe knows this fact.
But it should not be a habit for Mr to call to mr. Marathe every time.
to day at 5 10 PM I have gone through the same experience of negligence to attend phone call.
After 3 calls consistently ringing the lady lifted the phone.
Though I asked to register the gas booking she replied it will take 8 to 9 days.
When I asked if I carry it fro your office when shall i get it she said you can try every day, you may get. Before I asked the Sr. no she disconnected the phone.

It looks that either she is not compatible to attend booking.
or she did not want customers in Sadashiv Peth or
L D Bhave do not have sufficient manpower to deliver Gas at the consumers door.
Or the manpower needs more money (which many a time we give them )
And surprisingly if we take the cylinder from there office we get the cylinder immediate.

What are the real probabilities?

Or LD Bhave dont need more consumers?

I have booked a gas on 24th Aug 2008 and till now (4th Sep 2008)it has not been delivered when I contact them they always say that till today we are delivering the people who have booked on 21st of Aug, The Agency name is Varsha gas Service in Lodha Heaven, Dombivali(East), 421201

Please Do something for this . This thing is always with the customer.

This is Rahul from Pune. I have got gas connection thru B.K Enterprise, Kharadi, Pune. I'm waiting for the delivery of the gas from past 10 days. After booking the gas, i called up couple of times (thank GOD phone was working), every time they are giving assurance that cylinder will be delivered by tomorrow.

Just to heads you up that please do not take any connection from this agency. They will make you cry once you try to order the cylinder. First time when you book the gas they will say that cylinder would be delivered in four days (always shortage but if you pay ...). Second time when you make a call to gas agency, u will get the same mssage again. Everytime i have to spend more than 10 phone calls for a cylindar. most frustrating thing is that, when you call the number given by the agency it should be busy or else you will get a message saying that this number is temprarily out of service (u can feel the frustration). if some one as any idea, please do let me know how can I go to the consumer court and file a case against BK enterprise as well as Bharat Gas, who has given the license to harrash its consumers.

I have booked gas on DT.28.8.2008 at9.10 AM but till today(dt.4.9.2008) the delivery has not yet been materialised .I am contacting them for last three days but they are only promising to deliver.Today I had met them personally but the distributor authority of M/S Aparajita Bharat Gas, CS Pur, Bhubaneswar answered me very casually like this-"The booking of dt.[protected] has not yet been finished.How you are expecting your serial number will come".My serial number was 20 of Dt.[protected].I am expecting your sincerity on this matter.

I have booked Cylinder refilling on 26/08/2008, at that time they said it will be getting within 8 days, but till date its not delivered. I am working with company which is 15 km long from City and i am leaving home at 8 am and coming back by 7pm, Sunday they are not working. So that i cant able to get it after coming home because that dealer's office is open till 6pm. And even i am trying his phone but he is cutting phone or not picking it up. So pls suggest me what can i do with him or if possible then pls action. Because that person is talking properly with client and asking him anything he is only shouting.

i have booked a cylinder for refilling on 21/8/2008.they have supplied it to me on 26/8/2008 night. i found this unused cylinder as defective(gas leakage). i have lodged a emergency complain on 28/8/2008.unfortunately, they send their representative on 1/9/2008 (5 days later).he found the cylinder to be defective and assures to replace it on the naxt day.the naxt day the sales manager came with another staffs for 2nd verification and assured for replacement.till 3/9/2008, 5 pm i am unable to get replace my defective cylinder.i am keeping the defective cylinder in my house for 8 days with uncertain risk of life of my family.their intention is not clear. i have called them many times and visited their office as well but in vain.what should i do?

Whenever I called there, an operator hands over the call to the delivery staff. The delivery staff takes the address details & ends up the call confirming the delivery "TODAY" This "Today" never arrise & he never turns up. What should we do ????

We have a gas connection with Bharat Gas - Our dealer is Madam Enterprises now which is Bommanahalli, My Consumer Nos: 37523 and my booking No: 5812 i have booked the gas nearly 20 days ago but i dont know what has happend to them inspite of constanct reminders (atleast 3 times a day) yet to deliver. and worst thing is they say from past 4 days they will deliver the gas like a fool i was waiting there at home. Now you tell me What should i do ...

I work with Canara Bank and have been transfered to Dhulian and have no HP gas agency here. On approaching Sheetal Gas agency for transfer of HP gas, one Mr Nemani (who is the financer and handling Sheetal gas agency) told me that only new domestic gas connection will be issued, also new connection will only be issued on purchasing gas stove from them which is costing around Rs.1800/-, he told that the parent company provides connection only with gas stove and without it the new connections are not released. I am already having an ISI gas stove with my HP connection, which i am not able to transfer to Dhuliyan, as there is no HP agency here, I showed the stove receipts to him but he declined to listen. I am asked to pay 5000/- for new connection with gas stove and without stove connection will not be released. Ms Sheetal -proprietor was not available for her comments. She is only for name sake as the agency is financed by Mr Nemani and others and she has no control. Please help me in getting a domestic connection at the actual cost of the cylinders without insisting for new gas stove.

in our area mahmudabad dist.sitapur u.p. usha bharat gass service is not doing home dilivery of gass and booking of gass has no any roole gass dilivery is on his mercy fully dictatorship is created by him. blackmarketing is on peack .pleas do something because i & all publick of area which is joint by this dealer are very puzile .no any rules are adopeted by him of bharat gass from first dilevery to second dilevery take time near about 45 days.

This worst gas agency i ever encounterd, just for one transfer of gas connection they made me to run arund 20 days and still i havent got he same, infact they are asking something .If any one please help me on the same .Gas agancy phone no is[protected] and the manager doesnt come on line, The grivence cell of BPCL is of no use

WE HAD PURCHASED SPEED PETROL FROM BPCL PETROL PUMP DEALER, NR 200 FEET EXPRESS HIGHWAY FLYOVER, SIRSI ROAD, JAIPUR 302012 2 TIME IN OUR SCOOTER AND 1 TIME IN OUR CAR ALSO, CAME TO KNOW THAT PETROL QUALITY NOT GOOD.

AND WHEN WE PURCHASE PETROL FROM ANOTHER BPCL DEALER
OUR VEHICLES RUNNING VERY GOOD, THIS CLEAR CUT INDICATE
THAT YOUR SIRSI ROAD DEALER NOT SUPPLYING GOOD SPEED PETROL.

I was visited to Bharat Gas Distributer for New connection Booking to my Home for Cooking, but the Distributor's staff was Refused my request as Registration of Booking of New connection.

My domestic gas Cyllinder connection details are, Card Serial number 1740618; Customer Number: 7763; SV Number And Date :[protected], 19/11/2004; Distributors code is CC621729 (SREE GOVIND BHARATGAS Agencies, Ferry Road, Moothakunnam). I was booked for a gas cyllinder(refilling) on 21/7/2008, but they didn't supply the cyllinder yet (26/8/2008). I booked for the cyllinder first on 21/7/2008 and after a week (2/8/2008) I called again, but then also they didn't supply the gas cyllinder, after that I called for rebooking on 8/8/2008, 16/8/2008, 18/8/2008, 22/8/2008, 25/8/2008 these days, And each and every time they said, "TOMMORROW WE WILL SUPPLY THE CYLLINDER". And they cheat me for 35 days. Please admit my request

There has been rediculous delay in delivery of gas cylinder for Pimple Saudagar area. It takes around a month for delivery of gas from the concerned delivery man of this area. He is getting caught selling cylinder for black but no action has been taken in this regard.

I've many complaints about the services provided by Mira Road Bharat Gas Distributor.

1. The agency has provided 5 Tel nos. to their consumers but all of them are busy always. If, luckly I make a booking for refilling a cylinder, it does not get delivered on time. If I enquire about the delivery, the help desk person does not speak gently and try to cut the phone as soon as possible.
